I have purchased maruti model celerio zxi (O) from premsons motor kake road ranchi on 14.03.2018 bearing engine no k10bn2118280 chassis no ma3etde1s00503426. As per specification the vehicle is in built fog light, the fog light is available but on/off switch is not available in side the car.
Pls look into matter and resolve the problem

Maruti Suzuki India — very high sound from car at 30000 km

As from previous 2-3 months a problem is occurring in the tyres of my car as a very high sound came out when we drive and causing a problem and as our car crosses 30000km this sound has increased so it's my request you to kindly pay attention to my problem the tyres are of jk tyres and our car model is march2015 and i own a swift (Vdi) cho1 bb 8116 and even we go to the dealers in ind. Area phase1chd (Autopace) but our problem hasn't solved yet. I want you people to kindly change the tyres of my car....

I booked a breeza on 15 jan 18 with stan autos jallandhar with a payment of booking as applicable. As promised to me vdi (O) breeza was to be delivered to me within 12 weeks. After 13 weeks there is no news and the casual manner in which stan autos jallandhar is handling the issue shows their incompetence and poor service. Neccessay action against the agency and prompt delivery may please be organised....

My was damaged due to accident on 5th of feb and i submitted my car to dd motors peera garhi (Delhi). They give me a date for delivery of 10th march and also ask me for lot of paperwork and i submit all the required documents. The biggest mistake ever done in my life was booking a car from calicut indus motors. Already i had enough from the company starting from the day of booking till delivery. The complaint number was [protected]. If i'm registering a complaint the second time, you can imagine how much they troubled me. Nothing was perfect from their part starting from false promise and taking the booking to delay in delivery. And now giving the car without any documents and telling it will be delivered within two or three days. This is not the right way of service. And the most ridiculous thing they have done is hiding...

It is submitted thati baught a car on 6/2/2017. And got all the services at kangra vehicleads palampur h. P. After having 3rd service on 8/3/2018. I was on drive near jawalamukhi on 4/4/2018i heard a sound near the tire i stopped the car at the spot and called a near by mechanic he told that the axle of left side is broken due to the missing of the nut. Then i went to kangra vehicleads sunehat. But they didnt help us. So i again come to the spot and the local mechanic arranged the axle amounting rs 5135.00 from maranda palampur. I had to spend almost 7000 rs, inspite of so much harrassment.

I am using a maruthi swift kl.07. Ax.1314 which met an accident yestarda and iam extremely unpleasant to say that the airbags hadnt worked at all. The vehicle is total loss as per estimation. This vehicle had a repair of approximately 6, 000 inr last year for replacement of airbag component during service at your authorized dealer, at sai service karingachira, thripunithura on october 2015 contact coil replaced. It is clear that if airbags are not inflated even with both seat belts, its the poor and extremely dissatisfying service from the indus motors of maruthi suzuki.....

I have given my car for service on 07 apr 18. Hr03k 5190 (Maruti suzuki ritz vdi) with pick up drop from colaba along with original rc and puc handed over to the pick up drop agent. I have got my car today without my original rc and puc. I am seriously disappointed with the assistance provided by your service staff. Advisor-mr. Krishna and manager mr. Vishal. They have lost my original rc and puc. This is share carelessness on the part of staff. Very very poor service.

My car submitted for third free service on 4 april, but they didnt wash and clean my car. They just polished car and told me

"your car is ready"

When i checked my car, it was totally very badly polished on deskboard. It looks like, they just overlap polish on deskboard. It was really very terrible when i saw my car first time. There was too much dust, car seats were also fully dust and also fully polished. The person who polished the dashboard, i think, he forgot that car seats never should polished. Then i told them to rewash and re clean my car, but they just did...

I had sudden problem of pick up in my swift dzire vxi (Dl 2c an 3026) yesterday and light got on. I took the car to vipul motors sector 5 noida. There i came to know that problem is with ecm. It was surprise as i never heard in my life ecm getting faulty. Then came to know that it is known problem in dzire vxi.
Question is why maruti not recalling all vxi models and getting this critical problem solved?

Why customers are left on the road to face this nuisance? Now today also i did not get delivery of car as code sent by maruti to dealer did not work. This is very disappointing...

I have made the complete payment of 7, 56, 000 in cash on 03.22.2018 and the total amount has been debited from my end( attached are the receipt copies) I was planning to take the car as gift for sons bday falling on 04.06 and It was committed & promised that the vehicle would be delivered dated 04.04.2018 however, I got a shocking call on March 30th saying the vehicle is damaged and could not give...

My car baleno, zeta had steering noise inside the cabin regarding on this raised complaint on 16/feb/2018, complaint no. Nx [protected]. Spare parts has been changed with my approval and with out my notice. Its highly illegal as with out customer approval spare parts cant be replaced by authorized work shops. This mistake was done by jajabheri automotive pvt ltd, visakhapatnam and more over my complaint has been closes with out any intimation....

Dear Sir/Madam,
My Car Estillo Zen met with an accident on 11/12/17 and was towed to the nearest Maruti Workshop on 20.12.2017 for necessary repairs and for Maruti insurance cover and claim etc. I had submitted all the relevant papers for smooth process of the repairs and claim. But after 112 days in the workshop, I am repeated told parts have not come. (For your kind information, the workshop I am referring to is RANI MOTORS, Shillong, Meghalaya, India).
I do not understand how long will the parts be supplied after making indents because my car is a discontinued version.

I, mr kiran patel, have given the maruti suzuki ciaz to service. So i had given it at maruti service station situated at maruti starline pvt. Ltd, mehsana on 25/03/2018. But service is not proper and body and chasis noise is not solve. Till that day, i have gone there two times but i didn't recieve any satisfactory reply from there. Also they didn't solve the noise problem. They just charged me with the bill of 3819/- for that new but not properly fixed hanging bumper.

I had booked, maruti breeza (Vdi optional), colour :grenite gray in the month of feb-18 with an exchange of old car.
Booking no : sob17003694.
Total booking amount (With exchange) 116000. That time your sale manager confirm that you will confirm to get booked car on first week of april, no need to worry.
But as discussed in this week with your representative, he will not in confidence for delivery. This will not a good impression of maruti over customer.
My request to ensure delivery in this weekend.

Amount for two month are also liable for interest...
