I purchased Suzuki Access 125 in February 2013 from Kapadia Auto, Shalimar, Nashik. The bike number is MH-15 DV-7659 Since I purchased the bike, there is starting problem. Its major problem. I have constantly complained with official service center at Shalimar, Nashik. They do not take my complaint seriously. They keep my bike in service center for 2-3 days. I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 on 2472012.Last service has been done on 372013,and from the time period 0472013 to 1082013 I have made 3 visits to the service centre but my problem in self start system and the problem that it stops while running has not been met yet.And the engineers there are not cooperating to look up the case.Although my vehicle is not in free service period but I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible....

I purchased Suzuki Access from Kothrud Suzuki, Pune. I again faced the same issue on 25th Jan, in the city. I got the fuse replaced from local auto garage, however, as soon as ignition applied, the fuse blown. Then, for @ 8 km of running, I was forced to kick start the vehicle almost 25 times. The braking noise is very high and its very much irritating the rider and also the others on the road. Even after several services in the suzuki showroom also, the brake noise has not come down. I Have purchase Wagor R (VXI) UP32 CA 2770 from anand motors lucknow, and till date my vehicle is covered under warranty.

There is a some problem in the front left shocker of my vehicle but the service advisors are not ready to give the warranty claim to me.
