We have booked for Maruti Brezza VXI Red on August 8th 2022. We were told that vehicle will be delivered within 2 months. Its been 3 months now almost and there has been no update from the dealer. We contacted the salesperson and everytime responds to wait for 2 days. But then there's no update. We visited the showroom and asked for update and they promised to send out email to the maruti regional office. But again there's no update and no action has been taken. The only follow ups that have been done is till the booking, after vehicle is booked they have never contacted us and not given any sort o[censored]pdate. This totally is against what they say in the IVR when we call the Maruti.

There is still no update from the dealer. They keep saying there are no brezza vehicles or they will give update after few days. Its 1 month now i have placed this compliant on consumer forum, No update from anywhere. If there are no stock then they should have not taken the booking itself in the first place. This is like giving false commitment. If they were being honest, we could have gone for another vehicle before few months. Now its 5 months we are waiting for this car. Please take action.

Vehicle has not yet delivered after 6 months. The dealer MARUTI SUZUKI ARENA JAYABHERI has not given any update to us for the past 6 months. Finally we have filled the form to cancel the booking on 23 december . Yet to receive the advance amount refund.
We booked Brezza ZXi MagmaGrey on 1st August 2022, no updates yet. 6 months due
I have booked Maruti Brezza ZXI AMT from Wonder car dealership, Pune on 21st July I was told that it can be delivered max in 3-4 months but it is now almost 6 months complete and still no update n delivery it can be extended further. Not sure why it is taking too much of time. It is really annoying OEM has too speed up manufacturing the units at least for the orders they received otherwise booking will be turned to cancel.

Please spread up the manufacturing.

    While booking vehicle (Brezza ZXI+ 2022) we have paid for some accessories and dealer is not able to install them and charged us for the same without even being installed (Under Mat and Mud Flaps) they have updated the invoice as installed and when I was asking for refund no one is responding. the branch has been updated internally as accessories installed but it's not installed.

      I recently met with an accident in my wangon r LXi o model 2020 so as I had active insurance offered by Maruti Suzuki i got my vehicle towed and dropped it at kalyani motors avlahalli for insurance claim, i had the worst experience at kalyani motors as insurance document has IDV Value of 3.4 lakhs but company for no reason is advising that they can offer only 2.1 lakh and also they have delayed the claim time and now they are asking for a 50, 000 parking fee which does not make sense as they have delayed the process and also the company is promising higher claim amount if i book an other vehicle at kalyani motors only. And so i have forcefully booked a Baleno and all though the booking amount is 11, 000 they forced me to pay 1, 00, 000 as booking amount so as an end customer really frustrated with how maruti treats customers and all they care about is sales figures the claim is still not settled

        Brezza zxi 2020 petrol both left and right headlights moisture issue

        I complained over headlights moisture and Bharath auto car pvt LTD called me for my headlights warrenty claim this people will call me up and tell me that the warranty is rejected, and they ask me to claim for insurance for new headlight replacement. Do you people think i am stupid enough to claim insurance for headlights without any accident?? Should I lose my no claim bonus (NCB) I'll get a history of headlights replacement as accidental...

        I have purchased a maruti suzuki Baleno of Zeta variant in 2019. But the infotainment system has been malfunctioning with the touchscreen not responding to the touch. I have visited the nearby maruti suzuki dealer for rectifying the problem but there were no experts in that dealer and told me that they will be providing a budget on my concern for replacing the system. Replacing the entire system will cost me too much and the infotainment system should not be malfunctioning within 4 years of time. So kindly find an alternative solution which would not cost me too much. Also a ln advice kindly stop installing such cheap and low quality products in the cars as it is malignant for the maruti suzuki brand value.

          I bought new alto car from Pratham motors Bangalore in Dec 2021, got it delivered in Jan 2022.
          Immediately I got Covid and did not use it for many weeks. Once I started using I noticed that whenever I unlock the door it gets stuck I can't come out or get in.
          I use other doors by climbing out of the seat. There was an issue with another passenger door too.
          This happened intermittently so I was very confused. Then after some days, I informed the showroom about the problem. There was absolutely no response.
          I had no clue whom to approach and I hardly had time to find out what to do because of my workload.
          Then after many many days of complaints they responded saying there is no way a new car has a problem, they blamed me for not using the door properly.
          I send pictures and videos of the problem after that they came and checked and took it for repair.

          After a few days of the 1st repair, the problem reappeared intermittently and became frequent. So they took the car to repair again for the second time!!
          After the 2nd repair, the problem happened again but very rarely so it was challenging to show them the issue. I had no choice but to keep quiet.
          Now the problem is frequent again. I am worried that Maruti will just keep dragging this and after the warranty is over
          Maruti will make me pay for the repair for this repeated problem from the car which had defective door during delivery itself.

          Maruti customer care is just made to protect Maruti from its own mistakes. Maruti has no integrity and does not take any responsibility for its errors.
          They don't communicate by email, a smart strategy to avoid any kind of accountability.
          Whenever I call customer care I have to start explaining the long story from the beginning which take 15 minutes in itself.
          Even if anyone calls the only thing that happens is the repetition of the story of what has happened. So even the calls with Maruti are not about problem-solving.

          The service people are just waiting to extract money. They ask me to drop off and pick up the car with my busy work schedule for the problem that Maruti has caused.
          They wanted me to pay for the pickup and drop. Every time the problem happened I asked for a refund since I did not want a car that had a manufacturing issue.

          Maruti does not realize that it is compromising my safety when it is hiding its own mistakes. When I asked if they have seen a similar issue earlier they said no.

          I have videos of similar problems in my brand new car which is not yet resolved even after multiple repairs by Maruti.

            I want to tell you that my vehicle registration number UP 80 EU 4215 Swift Dzire met with an accident in Gwalior, which is insured from Royal Sundaram Companywide Policy No is MOP[protected].

            When I was talking about Maruti's customer care, he talked about your showroom Nikunj Motors Gwalior, and we put our car for service at your place for a cashless facility, which is insured by Royal Sundaram Insurance Company. You used to see cashless facility Mahendra Sharma ji, who is no longer working here. At the time of Mahendra Sharma ji, the insurance company approved ₹ 3, 20, 000, And said that if they DO of full money comes, you will leave the car.

            All these things are in the notice of your Company's AGM Mrs. Samta Tiwari. After Mahendra Sharma ji left the job, our conversation for the service of the car continued to be on the phone with Samta Tiwari. During the service of the car, we also visited Gwalior twice from Agra, but the visit did not yield any result. We were asked for permission to come to Agra to change the half engine of the vehicle Agra RI demands half engine pieces, when asked to Samta Tiwari for half engine, he refused to give half engine, He had said that there is a demand for pieces of the same half engine to write from Agra RI. Meanwhile, after nearly two months, On July 26, with permission from the RI (RTO AGRA), I gave Nikunj motors Gwalior. A few days later, the delivery order from Royal Sundaram was issued.

            In which a short payment of ₹ 89, 000 was approved, when we asked the insurance company why you have given a short payment, the insurance company said that we have not given permission for half engine. Samta Tiwari ji is saying that permission to change the half engine was received from the insurance company. Now no one is giving proof of who is telling the truth between the two. It's going to be about Six months since my car.

            Samta Tiwari has imposed a day fine on Me for parking the car at Rs 500.

            I have proof of mail and voice recording of all these conversations

            The case has also been registered with Maruti Insurance and Royal Sundaram grievance but there is no response from there either.

            I have been mailing the company for the last five months and have been constantly calling customer care but there is no response from there. The mail ID I have complained to EMAIL id IS- [email protected] Complaint No- MI220825501680 and Email Id - [email protected], complaint No - 8832930725 & 1086876415. Mr. Vishal ji has spoken to him many times about this, but he has not been talking for a month. Try to talk to Vishal ji by calling customer care many times, but do not connect the call, customer care nor did the callback arrange.               This complaint is regarding my Maruti Suzuki Baleno. The workshop repaired the car in a very poor way, not all my problems are solved yet despite the period of 1 year 2 months. And also i was misbehaved by the employee when i tried to gather information regarding the issues of my car.

                We bought a ertiga 4 months ago, and today a small stone get inside of Tyre from middle of Tyre resulting flat tyre on middle of a road . And now the company is ignoring us by saying the Bridgestone company tyre they provided with car it has no warranty, I mean, dose it make sense to buy 13 lac vehicle and you got your Tyre cut because of poor quality tyre you need to buy new one . feels like waste of money

                  Sir I virendra singh i have booked new brezza zxi on 19 sep 2022 at my nearby showroom hindaun city rajasthan. An executive Mr gaurav assured me that my car will be delivered by dhanteras positively. After his promise I booked But today he simply denying me and told me that it is not possible to provide car on dhanteras. It is my first car and I believe on Maruti so much but today I and my family is so sad.Before this booking I had intrest in Hyundai creta but after Mr gauravs promise I change m plan and booked brezza And after this incident I call Hyundai showroom room They told me that they provide me creta on dhanteras but my interest in brezza only so today my heart broken totaly I m very sad . My fastival diwali going to very bed So my humble request u sir take action accordingly and provide me brezza car dhanteras.

                      I had problem in my car and i brought to maruti kataria in ahmedabad on aug 22/2022. MARUTI SWIFT VXI bearing Registration No: GJ27DB4652 As per the said inspection by workshop, it has been observed that the connecting rod was bent/broken and resulted in severe engine damage. Based on the said inspection, and pattern of bending of connecting rod, confirms the case of ‘hydrostatic lock’. Kindly note that this kind of failure is outside the purview of warranty. I have extended warranty as well as i have comprehensive Insurance with Tata Aig Policy Number: [protected] now they are now providing paper work to file insurance claim and the not doing there work honestly to provide warranty.

                        I would like to share a beautiful experience of buying my car with NEXA PATEL MOTER RATLAM.
                        Before buying a car from nexa patel motar ratlam, I have heard many times about the negatives Feedback by Maruti Arena Patel Motors Ratlam . But in spite of this I was very impressed with the Ignis car ( Nexa product not from patel motors) due to which I went to the Nexa showroom, the Ignis car in the showroom impressed me a lot.

                        Nexa Ocean Motors Geeta Bhawan Square Indore, Sales executive Akanksha Pandey gave me very good offers and value for my car,
                        Also very good value offered to me by Faridabad Nexa Showroom Sales Manager Saurabh shrivastava,
                        (all managers No available and they should discussed if you needed)

                        i am a bank manager and i am posted in ratlam, , I resident of Bhopal and my family lives in Indore.So I wanted to buy the car from Indore Nexa Showroom but after visiting Ratlam Nexa Showroom, it was decided by the sales manager to give me the same offer as Nexa Showroom Indore also provide me Indore registration,

                        Sales managers Sarabjit Singh and Ajit Singh Parihar were asked to provide Suzuki Connect and all the accessories which were being provided by Indore and also all was shared with at time of deal, but the price of the car was still being asked for more. They clearly promised me by the sales manager that he will give me the car at the time of delivery with all the accessories and the payment was made from him saying that,

                        After processing the entire payment, he asked me to deliver the vehicle at 7:00 pm.,

                        While taking the car in the evening, there was no such accessory mentioned in the car as per him commitment, they asked me that they will fixed all accesories after a few days.
                        After following for a few days, he said that the accessory is still pending from Nexa.
                        This pendency was maintained even after few days, And after a few days, I had told to manager I had bought the car from here he forget me .And he used to tell me that the pendency is still there.

                        Every time I went and would be told that the order has been made but your accessories have not arrived yet.

                        And on leaving today, Nexa manager told that sir this accessory was not included in your deal,

                        Sir, this accessory (the accessory i'm talking about) is only 3-4k as per your showroom value, and it does not even matter such a big deal for me,

                        In banking sector, we call this banking fraud this type of false commitment and customer can take recourse to consumer court or RBI,

                        Please suggest where I can go for this type of calls commitment in Automobile sector..

                        The customer does not take the car everyday, who came to your showroom with some bad intention,
                        But do you give so much pressure to the sales target that your sales executive so they cheats a family with a wrong commitment?

                        I have very good feedback of Nexa car Patel Motar Indor but for this fraud done by patel motors ratlam so pls help me where can i go, because my experience by patel motors indore has been very good, and many people suggest me you should buying car from ocean Motors nexa showroom Indore,

                        It's been 3 months since I bought the car, On this Diwali occasion I am gifted you my one more pending Suzuki connect accessory and all other pending accessory to Nexa, request you to please put all accessories in your,

                          This is to inform you that I, Vijay kumar S/O Sh. keshwa Nand residences Vill. Baroha, P.O. Ser, Tehsil Jhandutta, Distt- Bilaspur (H.P)-174031. I had booked Alto-K10 VXI+ Car from Goyal Motor agency Nalagarh, Distt- Solan (HP ) on dated 24/08/2022. On dated 03/10/2022 at the time if delivery of Vehicle it is found that Bonnet of the car got heated very fast. I have informed the same to the concern person in the agency and he accept that something is actually happening. So we didn’t received the Car and request them to replace the car as I was not comfortable with old one. I informed the same to concerned person Mr. Yogesh & Mrs. Archna. They advised me pick the same car but I didn’t want the same car. So they ask me to Canceled the RC and other documents with Cancelation charges, only then they can replace the car.
                          After paying the full payment they are forcing to take the same car which is found technical fault as mentioned above. Please look at the matter and provide me the new car with RC and other documents.

                          Without receiving my car with RC how I will cancel the RC and rest of the documents which is already with Goyal Motor Nalagarh. Hoping you understand my problem and resolve the issue ASAP.
                          if no any responded we share the detail all social media (face book, whats app, tweeter), and go the consumer court and tell all people Goyal motor sale the wrong /default product of maruti suzuki india .

                            This is your information, I have serviced my car Maruti Ertiga vdi hybrid (WB12AV8112) at your authorised service centre Bhandari Automobiles, Salap, Howrah on 27th August 2022.

                            Kindly note I have purchased said car on 12th October 2018 and same under my ownership since then and has been getting service at your authorised service and regular service interval as p set guideline pursuant with your company service manual.

                            To my utmost surprise I was finding difficulty engaging gears while I was on my way 2a destination by Durgapur express and eventually the gearbox was found malfunctioning while the car was in motion on highway on 4th October 2022. I I tried to call Maruti 24 hours road service but invain.

                            Later it was found on inspection, the gearbox was damaged probably due to lack of gear oil and the oil chamber nut was loose, not tight well.

                            It is pertinent to know that my car is not set as old to have this kind of gearbox issues especially within 36 days of servicing from your authorised service centre.
                            I reported this matter service advisor of Bhandari automobiles, Salap, Howrah on 6th October 2022 because o[censored]pto 5th October the service centre was closed due to Durgapuja festival.
                            Then I complained Bhandari Automobiles by phone.

                            I sought an appropriate explanation from your side with regard to this constitutional infirmity attributable to the alleged negligent serving which has caused immense inconvenience and endangered my life and my family.

                              I have worked in Maruti Suzuki from the period of May 2018 to Dec 2019 and i could not able to transfer the funds to the current organization inspite of several reminders to the concerned person from PF department.

                              My PF no is HR/1215/294985

                                The new Grand vitara is the Maruti's current champion for compact SUV, only problem lies within the interior of car wherein the Blind of the sunroof is so thin that it creates heating issues for it's passengers as the climate is very hot and humid in India.

                                I wish that Maruti could just improvise in this, surely it will generate more customers so it's a win win for both parties.

                                  Via corporate, placed this order with Varun Motors, Bengaluru, but it is now more than 4 months but there is no update on the delivery.
                                  I have been following up with the dealer and he says that Maruti Suzuki is not dispatching any Ertigas to them.

                                  Order date - 18-May-22

                                  Customer name - Glaxosmithkline Consumer Private Limited
                                  Model - MARUTI ERTIGA ZXI+AT

                                  The dealer is not providing any details and I'm very frustrated.
                                  Kindly check and dispatch this vehicle urgently.

                                    I want to show the quality of body. It's never hit. It's only a normal hand pressure applied on body which make as a dent. If this type of body or guage sheet is using in manufacturing of maruti cars so how can you prove your quality assurance supplied to buyer.
