I am murad from aluva, ernakulam, kerala
I bought a maruti suzuki alto 800 from indus motors, muttom, aluva on may 2015
The vehicle has only covered a distance of 13500 km now
I normally give my vehicle to the same indus motors for service
But the problem is, after each service, noises r coming from the engine and shock absorbers
I even have a doubt whether these people are changing the vehicle parts during servicing because i am not using my vehicle much
I even reported the issue to the respective dealer but they r giving their ears into this problem

I am sending so many mails but noone is responding but only ignoring. This is to make you aware that i have submitted my car n keys to mr. Rahul bamne as instructed by mr. Ranjeet pandey (Kalina workshop) on 15.01.2018.
Today is the 5th day my car is with you all and till now i hav not received any kind of response. Not even tried to call me back seems lik you all are least interested. If this is the matter then fine even i have all the legal documents to deal with you all.
My problems are getting worse rather then...

I repaired my car four five months back from Maruti . But I am not satisfied with dealer service I leave my car 5 times at dealer counter and tell the problems to him but they didn’t solve the problems till now. Every time I leave my car 4-5 days but everytime they give the excuses and misguide me. Denting, paint mismatch, new headlight front glass ....

Ms. Deepti Shivangi as per telephonic conversation with you no response was received till date and time from the Showroom. Reallly it was one of the horrible and worst experience of my life. If U people cant take action against the bloody showroom fellows and no compensation was given to me then I must say one thing that you people have no self respect and no respect for the customers. I am a maruti suzuki swift (Vdi) customer from last 3 years. I bought my car on april 2015 from indus motors muvattupzha. After 1.6 years one day my car suddenly stopped in middle of the road without giving any warning or alert and i tried to start the car several times, after several tries my car started. Next day i took my car to maruti indus service center and told the issues happened last day, in the evening they have called me and said, the issue is due to damage of high pressure pump. Since my car was in normal warranty period they offered me a free replacement of damaged part.

I am writing regarding the non-delivery of Certificate of Registration for the Maruti Ciaz VDI car with vehicle ID MA3FXEB1S00266831 that I have purchased from T.R. SAWHNEY MTRS.P.LTD in New Delhi. The purchase was make on 30/03/2017 with full settlement of required charges told by the dealer. The charges included on road cost of car alongwith Rs ~78, 000 as registration charges to my address in Faridabad, Haryana. I paid the down payment and rest with the loan from Yes bank.
Initially, car dealer told me that my certificate of registration will be handed over to me after 2-3 months but...

Suddenly, we reached your cm autosales office in ropar to check the damaged accidental car. We are not satisfied with your service like your employees weren't working efficiently and not coverd the car with car-cover and they were using the car like a scrap material just like a bin. That's the main reason why you are loosing your loyal customers all because of your careless attitude toward work....

About 15 days ago we had changed our engine at competent motors (Ghazipur) along with the engine other small parts were added and a bill of 125000 was paid to them. We were told that the car would be checked from a to z and no problem would be faced.. Just within 2 days there was an oil leakage.. Now when we went back to the company they are demanding 15000 more for parts regarding the leakage.. This is too much! Kindly contact me asap on [protected]

Very good eveing sir/ Madam,

I am writting this after hearing revert from insurance team of royal sundaram. Last thusday on 04th Jan 2018 i meet with accident. when i put car is service centre under insurance claim insurance agent clearly denied for considering some part of car which is damaged stating this are good and this are old we cant consider in to insurance while picture clearly shows that it is damaged.

i just want to know whats is the zero dept polcy and what is the purpose of car policy i think as per company its only mean that calim...

Sir my car maruti suzuki ritz no. Jk14d 3719 met woth an accident on 1 oct 2016 and i submitted my car in jk vehicleads udhampur yard on 2 oct 2016 and asked for its repair all those things that needs to be done to repair it. Firtsly they took more than 3 months to repair it and handover me on 4 january 2017 but when i checked out my car they had done all incorrect work no proper body parts are fitted. Car's bonut wasn't painted with proper finish. Bonut was not fitted properly. Ecm signal continuously shown and so many other problems. Now i have my car in other workshop to get the reqd. Workd done...

Maruti and bagga link motors (South ex) registered my car without my permission to achieve their december sales targets. My car was suppose to be registered in jan, 2018. Due to the 2017 registration, we have a loss of approx 1.5l on our hand. I have purchased new maruti suzuki swift vdi car in sep-2016 from aligarh. My vehicle number is up 81 bm 1811. Two weeks ago my car lifting jack got bend during tyre change. I have reported this concern to dev motors in aligarh, but he has denied by saying that maruti is not responsible for vehicle jack. I want to complaint for him for misguiding. Also request to you please consider this concern under warranty & help to replace my defected jack with new one....

Hello,

Myself atul s. Chavan contact no[protected] have purchased wagon r lxi cng in last december 2016 from sai service deccan pune.

Till 10000kms there was no issue with any part of car also i have completed 3 free services as per owners manual.

Would like to highlight below points where nowadays i am not happy with the drive.
1. A strict action is required on rear shock, called as gas dampers where right side oil spillage is observed.

Major accident happen yesterday my swift car front side mashed completely but airbag not deploy . it is a big issue. i purchased Swift Lxi optional (O) model . with dual airbag. but during accident no airbag deploy . my car was in top gear and suddenly a bull cart see on the road day was foggy i break heard but car hit the bull cart and front side of the cart mashed completely but no airbag deploy . so it seems airbag in this car only for showoff feature which not works ....

On 05 dec 2017 i buy alto k10 vxi from peaks ananatnag but when i drive my car a sound like a broken furniture comes near the gear knob and i went to peaks anantnag they tried but can not solve the problem #whenever i drive my car if feels i buy a used or accidental #this is a major problem for me.
