Repeated servicing of my Ertiga car and recurrence of the same problem again and again.

I have purchased my Maruti Suzuki Ertiga car Petrol (WB20AZ2928) at the fag end of March 2018 from OSL Motocorp Pvt. Ltd. Since then I have serviced my car regularly from Maruti approved service centers. Last 5 times I serviced my car from Dewars Garage Ltd., 27/2, Taratala Road, Kolkata 700088.

Suzuki Intruder 155

1. I bought my Suzuki Intruder 155 in 2019 from Sodhi Auto Sonipat Haryana - 131001but just few days later I had observed noise in handle bar and I visited to showroom and they just tight handle bar but the problem doesn't resolved and again I visited showroom and they didn't do anything meaningful and the scenario continues for a year and once 1 year completed, they told me Cone set is broken and charged for this and after part replacement...

MARUTI BALENO ALPHA 1.2 Not delivered even after 6 months

I have booked MARUTI BALENO ALPHA 1.2L ISS AGS, on March 23, but have not received the vehicle yet. The standard delivery date informed was 12-16 week but it's been almost 6 months now without any proper communication from Maruti suzuki india. The dealer promised me to deliver the car in 1 month and therefore the entire amount of loan was despatched to the dealer.
I have been paying EMI for the last 5 months without receiving the car....

Delay in delivery - Brezza

I Booked my Breeza 2022 ZXI+ varient blue color on June 9th 2022(pre-booking). Still I didn't get a proper response from the showroom guys. It's almost more then 3+ months i waited. I can see other dealers are delivering the vehicle with same variant.

Delaying my car delivery.

I had booked my car on 28th of September this year, the salesman that time promised me of delivering my car within 1 month but its already 40 days up now but he still tells me that the car is yet to despatch. Replacement of Apollo Tyre

Sticking steering wheel issue in my Baleno Alpha

Battery replacement

I have bought Suzuki access 125 from Maa Suzuki Koh ae Fiza Bhopal and after around 8 to 9 months of the service and the battery of the bike was creating problem and I went to the showroom and get it checked, they told me to replace the battery and took my battery and told me that come after 7 to 10 days and they will replace the battery and I have been calling them since then that there is no response from the showroom and the showroom manager...

Brezza Vxi booked on 20/7/2022

I booked a Brezza Vxi, White, Metallic on 19/7/20222 In DD Motor, Delhi. At the booking time Mr Amit (Sale person) assured me, DD Motor will deliver the car by 20/08/2022. Complaint closed but resolution not provided

Actually I booked a car on 11th of June and waiting period was of 30 days but due to delay in delivery I registered a complaint on 12th Aug with complaint no [protected]. I called the customer care on 30th just to get any update but to my surprise they told me that the complaint has been closed .
Now my concern is why no resolution has been provided for the complaint made earlier and even after making me waiting for 20days now the customer...

Actually aisa mere sath 2 nd time hua jab muje road service ki jarurat lagi aur muje koi support nhi mila ...7 times call kia [protected] but koi thik se bat hi nhi krta hai or na muje koi service mili ...bas maruti wale ye log bolte hai ...koi service nhi hai inki ......

Manufacturing Defects in Baleno-Car

I have purchased Baleno Delta petrol variant in Nov-2016 Registration Number-DL8CAP1685, after few days i have observed there is some issue in brakes, and it was escalated to Krish Motors Wazirpur and they informed me brake system was defective and they replaced it free of cost, now the main issue is from last 1 year i am observing Steering is very hard not working properly.

Service/repairs not satisfactory

My car was given for servicing on 29/06/2022, with a complaint to attend, of dashboard backlight lits continuously (ignition key out).
