I have purchased a VITARA Brezza VDI as on 11th July 2019 vide invoice no. KD19-R0000351 having Engine number D13A 5818433 and Key No 5857 from your dealer K.D. Motors situated at Bhuj Kutch. In August 2021, I had faced a big problem in my car while I was returning from my home. A very big noise was coming from the engine of the car. So I had sent the car to your authorised services centre at Bhuj - Kutch. After some time, I had received a call from them that there was an issue in the engine and need to repair and they had given me an approximate Rs. 1 lakhs estimate of expenses. I had asked that the same is in warranty period and it is the internal issue and must be repaired by you in warranty. After strong discussion, they had agreed for the same and repair my car having jobcard number JC21000882 dated 08/09/2021. They had delivered the car in January 2022.

After 9 to 10 months, while I was going to my native, again I found the same problem and all of sudden, a big voice was coming from the engine and the engine was knocking. I had visited your nearby service centre and informed them for the issue. They had given me job card having job card number JC22014932 dated 22/11/2022. Initially they said that I have to go to the said dealer from where I had repaired my car earlier. I said that as per my knowledge, maruti company is providing PAN india service and it is your responsibility to look into the matter. Then they had asked that I have to pay all the charges of repairing and servicing. I said that my car have just run approx 8000 k.m. after servicing and total 28163 from the date of purchase, it is a technical issue from their side then why I should pay charges.

As approx. 5 months have gone but I have not received my car till now.

    March 23rd, 2023:

    Vehicle delivered for service at 11:30 a.m.
    11:40 AM: I detailed all the problems with service and feedback I had the previous time.
    11:50 PM: The whole inspection was completed, and all faults were reported.

    06:30 PM: I got a call from the company to pick up the car. Due to an emergency and the fact that it was late at night, I didn't check the service review before paying the bill and picking up the car.
    After receiving a vehicle, drove it home.

    24th day after that To be honest, they didn't change the bulb and delivered it as is, so when I checked my car in the morning, the previous problem was still there.

    Team made zero replacements. I'll post the picture below.

    no improvements in the services. remains the same. I had the worst experience last year. remains the same this time also

    I've arrived to the consumer court for cheating customer.

      Dear Maruti Suzuki Company,
      This is Mrs. Maya Singh form Varanasi my car registration number is UP65CS9006, I bought my car dt: 22.05.2017. This is my second complaint against this dealership which is UP Motors Varanasi,
      During my cars 5th service I was complaint regarding my steering wheel was very hard while driving, In that day after car service, Service Manager Rinku Tiwari and warranty manager Ravi they are make video in my steering wheel, He says there is steering sticky problem and need to be change steering rode set in all and there is in sound also.
      So I was asked him the managers what is the resolution then he says your car is under warranty we are submit the complaint and after taking approval will call you and change this part, but I have followed on call many more times but several times they are not responding the call, then my next 6 service dt : 01.11.2022 I am agin trying to discuss regarding this problem but the manager Rinku Tiwari says no problem I will solve it very soon, I asked Rinku but warranty is over due to your fault he says don't worry I am handle it. But again same problem facing from manager side. Since one month back I have facing problem again steering wheel and clutch plate bourn, Clutch plate work is done but not resolved my steering wheel problem Manager says your warranty is over you can pay approx 45000 for change this part I am not agree to pay this so manger Rinku Tiwari and warranty manager meet me personally and told me if are want to resolved the problem so u can pay me 10% amount in cash of total cost of this part before Before replacement.
      I am very shocked what I do.
      All Indians as a customer are believe Maruti Suzuki products but dealership management is very critical condition.
      So I request to you please help to resolved my problem please.

        On 12.03.2023, I went for my car servicing, bearing no. DL2FAH0006 (Swift VXI AMT) at Maruti Service Centre, i.e., Rana Motors, G.T. Karnal Road, Delhi. They charged me excessive charges of Rs. 2, 250/- for labour charge as compared to the other Maruti Franchises, i.e., Competent Automobile, Shivaji Marg, Moti Nagar, Delhi. I asked the reason for the excessive charges but they did not gave me a satisfactory answer. Instead that they had illegally retained my car and threatened me that they will not return my car until I pay charges of Rs. 5000/- (total bill) to them. I am ready to pay the genuine charges of Rs. 3, 274.32 /- for servicing but they are adamant and not ready to return my car. I requested them several times but they did not pay any heed to my legitimate requests and started to quarrel with me. (COPY OF THE BILL IS ANNEXED HEREWITH FOR YOUR KIND PERUSAL).

        I made online complaint and via email to the head authorities of your company on dated 12.03.2023 but no revert has been received by me. Kindly take necessary / prompt action in this matter for harassing the customers for charging excessive charges and also return my car which is still under the possession of above-captioned Service Centre.

          In last November I had purchased a Swift ZXI AGS, (Petrol) at the time of booking the company has suggest and assured the Car mileage will be more than 20 kmpl but I have facing mileage issue in my car. I just get mileage around 12 kmpl.

            I booked Maruti Espresso in October 2022 from Maruti's dealers, Patel Motors, Indore.
            When I booked the car, they offered me a discount of around, Rs. 40, 000 and they promised to deliver the car within 4-6 weeks. Now they're telling me to pay the full, increased price of the car, refusing the discount that they offered me when I booked the car. I have already raised the complaint up to the regional office and I'm still getting the same response from them that the discount was applicable on time of delivery. This they very conveniently forgot to mention when they were luring me with the discount. They keep saying that the issue is "already resolved" when it's not. When I told them that I would raise a complaint to the company, they very shamelessly told me to go and complain, that the company won't do anything about it. I'm not surprised considering the effort and time I wasted raising a complaint to the regional office. When I took the delivery of the car, they also gave it without a hard copy of invoice. Only 3-4 days later, I had to ask them again for the invoice and they sent me a soft copy on WhatsApp. They have already charged me Rs. 9311 for the extended warranty and I have still not recieved the papers of the extended warranty. Kindly look into this matter please.

              I was reported my Suzuki access 125 scooter for servicing, whatever they asked to change for better performance, I agreed.

              But while delivery a new part called ecm of 6000 rs cost which was absolutely fine and working is now not working.

              I have complained about the issue but they do not help and asked for 6000 rs for changing that part.

              It means they have delivered the scooter with new problem.

                I consider my worst decision when I have taken my car for accident damage repair at gazipur competent automobiles, it's been 10 days i have been struggling to get my car back, the person who is assigned for me is baffled he always give a vague answer to my queries.

                I am very much dissatisfied with the service . It was very awful experience

                    Mr. Kalyana sundaram manager at aadhi maruti pvt ltd. Was treated like a dog. It's giving mental illness to me. My family booked a new ertiga on Nov 2022 but till date vehicle not delivered. Manager and sales executive was tell lot of reasons and deny my delivery. i was mentally disturbed their activities. They are treating me worst. Please help me to delivery my vehicle soon.

                      Suzuki Access 125 FI engine issues

                      Hi,

                      Model 2021, issue exists with the start option showing FI engine error to my Suzuki Access 125 scooter. The company service center exhausted most of the free servicing to resolve the issue but it still exists. The vehicle was just 7 months old when it started to throw this error. The company should stop manufacturing and playing with the customers with such incompatible vehicles in the market. There is no resolution provided...

                      मैंने 17 जनवरी 2023 को ertiga VXI प्रेम मोटर्स ग्वालियर से खरीदी ओर 20 जनवरी 2023 को गाड़ी बंद हो गई जो 500 km से भी कम चली थी और7 72 घंटे के अंदर ही बंद हो गई गाड़ी अभी तक वर्कशॉप पर पड़ी है वो इंजन डिस्मेंटल करने के लिए अप्रोवेल मांग रहे थे जिसे मैंने 17 फरवरी 2023। को दे दिया, अब वो सिर्फ इंजन ठीक करके ही दे रहे हैं जबकि मैं शुरू से बोल रहा हूँ कि मुझे नया इंजन बदल कर दो, लेकिन वो नही सुन रहे हैं मैंने मारुति सुजुकी को mail किया, ट्वीट किया किया कस्टमर केयर पर कॉल कर रहा हूँ पर मारुति सुजुकी कोई रेस्पोंस नही दे रही हैं, मैं बहुत परेशान हूँ मेरी नई गाड़ी जिसे मैंने अपनी मेहनत से कमाई से लिया था, परन्तु मारुति सुजुकी ने मेरे साथ बेईमानी की है मुझे खराब इंजन की गाड़ी देकर।

                        I am an nexa user last 2 year. A two weeks ago suddenly the stereo system stopped. When that time I went to an authorized service center
                        They said it is not a part of compony it is outside . I am shame on you nexa
                        It is bad experience I faced .

                          I am serving defense officer presently posted at New Delhi. My permanent home station is Jaipur.

                          As i a native of jaipur i have booked a Maruti Suzuki XL6 Alpha AT " khaki" color on 05 OCT 22 ( Dussehra) with M/s Satnam Motocorp, Sikar road. ( CSD authorised dealer)

                          It was festival time, I was given a waiting period of one month for the delivery of vehicle i.e 05 Nov 22.(Copy of invoice enclosed)

                          To my surprise they asked Rs 21000 as booking amount against the standard booking amount of Rs 11000 mandated by Maruti suzuki - ( i was told that Khaki is not a running color so to avoid there losses in case of mood change by customer (i.e myself) they need to be extra cautious. Thus i was made to pay Rs 21000 in three installments online.( Copy of invoice enclosed))

                          To my next surprise, hours after i completed the booking on same day, sales manager sent a whats app message stating- Waiting period is 8-10 weeks i.e more than 2 months.( Snap shot copy enclosed)

                          On being confronted of this sudden change he said this is customary, and car will be delivered in 01 month only. However when i called back after 01 month in November 22 i was told there are certain semiconductor issues for automatic variants so there is likely a delay of 2-3 weeks.

                          As i had gone for temporary duty out of india in December first week i could not contact for next 2 weeks. when i returned on 26th December 22 and asked about delivery dates i was told that plant is closed till mid Jan 23.

                          Finally i took leave and went to the showroom at Jaipur on 13 Jan 23. There as a new customer i asked for purchasing a new XL6 and waiting time -I WAS TOLD ONLY ONE MONTH WAITING.Then i apprised that don't lie and u r not giving any vehicle to me for last 03 months ( i showed my booking details) they were taken aback!!!

                          To my surprise the sales manager was not there and i was told that he is on leave. On confronting further they excepted that HE HAS QUIT. I was told that Maruti plant is closed and i will get the first delivery in first week of February. I was not allowed to meet any senior official even insisting for half an hour.

                          Post return giving a final try when i inquired in first week of february 23, again i was told that view no confirmation from Maruti production plant, production has not yet started and thus delivery cannot be confirmed.

                          Wasting no further time since i have already lost 04 months, i filed a formal complaint with maruti suzuki ltd telephonically on 06 Feb 23. It is after this that they buzzed and agreed to return the booking amount to close the matter.

                          Sir, this is highly unethical, unprofessional . I feel cheated.

                          It is requested that suitable disciplinary action be taken against the dealer, to avoid further embarrasment to any other civilian/ service personnel. These guys have made a mockery of the system, they should be answerable .

                            I'm Extremely Frustrated With The Unacceptable Delay In Delivering My Maruti Suzuki Brezza ZXI 6AT (Magma Grey) Even After Multiple Follow-Ups With The Dealer And Maruti Suzuki Customer Care (Complaint No: [protected]). Despite Being Promised A Delivery Date Within 2-3 Months, It's Now Been Over 4 Months (Booked On 28th September 2022) With No Resolution In Sight. This Delay Has Caused Immense Inconvenience And Disappointment. I'm A Loyal Maruti Suzuki Customer, But The Lack Of Transparency And Follow-Through Is Unacceptable. I Request Immediate Resolution And Delivery Of My Vehicle.

                                I am very much disappointed with the service which is provided by maruti suzuki. i planned to buy a car on last year and i found december is the best time to buy a car. because of your offers i booked maruti ignis, i am ready with my payment aswell. but maruti didn't provide me car and delayed the delivery. because of that i couldn't able to buy the car with the offer. now the price is is increased around 40 thousand. it is very disappointed for me.

                                  Baleno Sticky steering problem

                                  I bought a Maruti Suzuki Baleno Zeta Diesel in 2016 and clocked 64000kms.
                                  I would like to bring to your notice that a few days back as I was on a go with my family in my Baleno car ... suddenly the steering wheel got stuck in the middle of the road as I was taking a turn . I had to apply sudden brakes to stop the car ... The car from the opposite direction also had to apply brakes due to the wrong positioning of my car ... Somehow...

                                  I booked maruti Ertiga car on 11 june 2022 and waiting period is till 11 Nov 2022
                                  But even today 20 Jan 2023 i didn't received a car from Maruti.
