On dated 11.11.22 I bring my wagon r car no. HR51CB33XX93 to nexa center on address bva auto, 2j/ 53-54, nh-2, block a, new industrial twp 2, new industrial twp, faridabad. while test drive I had been informed that jumping rod bush and caliber pin wear out. I had ask them to repair in warranty, however they intimated that warranty was expired on 07.11.22 and these defects not covered in warranty,

I got delivery of this car on dated 12.11.20 than expiry should be on 11.11.22 midnight. I wasn't able to convenience as SA stick on the paper with them. noise of jumping rod bus and caliber pin was audible during previous service on 20k km, however that time SA told me this is usual noise and no need to worry which on later during 30k km become louder. now please clarify following

1. when delivery of my car was on dated 13.11.20 than how expiry would be on 07.11.22
2. is this usual defect in car that such vital part which required intensive labor job wear out in just 30k (or 20k km)
3. Does these parts not covered under warranty? whereas entire suspensions chassis has to brought down to repair that.
4. what should nowI to do, live with that noise or repair it thru my purse?

The surprising part is warranty time period which have to expire on 12.11.22 than how that got expire 5 days before the date of expiry.

IS THIS STANDARD NORM SET THAT WARRANTY GET VOID AS PER CONVENIENCE OF WORKSHOP? OR THIS

Most annoying part is I did repair from other reputed garage where mechanic is holding 30+ years' experience and he told me only caliber pin for both wheels wear out not jumping rod bushes. and after replacing caliber pins there is no sound audible.

IS THIS STANDARD PRACTICE THAT PART WHICH IS PERFECTLY OK ASKED CUSTOMER TO REPLACE?

    आपको 19 तारीख को ईमेल किया था और ट्वीटर पे भी DM किया था, उसके बाद आपके यहाँ से अंजलि मेडम का फोन आया था उनको हमने कार के प्रॉब्लम के बारे में शरुआत से लेके अभी तक की पूरी बात बताई और अंजलि जी ने भरोसा दिया की हमारी टीम जल्द ही आपकी समस्या का समाधान हो जायेगा,

    हमने आपके साथ 16 /11 /2022 से आपको कार की समस्या के बारे में बताते आ रहे हे उसकी डिटेल निचे दी गई हे,

    1) 15/11/2022 को अमर कार्स वर्क शॉप (सूरत ) में कार सर्विस के लिए रखी,

    2) 16/11/2022 को वर्क शॉप से STEERING COLUMN UPPER SHAFT WITH OUT MOTOR ये पार्ट्स नया डालना पड़ेगा ऐसा रिपोर्ट हमें दिया गया,

    3) 16/11/2022 को टी.नंधाकुमारजी के साथ शाम के सात बजे टेलीपफोनिक बातचीत हुई उन्होंने बताया की गाड़ी के पांच साल होने के बाद आपके पार्ट्स को बदली नहीं किया जा सकता, उन्होंने कहा वर्क शॉप में बोल देता हु 10 से 15 % डिस्काउंट कर देंगे, ये बात हुई थी, MOB. [protected].

    NOTE :- आपके कहने मुजब की आप पांच साल कार को हुए हे तो आपके पार्ट्स बदल दिए जायेंगे, उसका मतलब ये होता हे के आपकी कंपनी से ही पार्ट्स डिफेक्टिव बना हुआ हे ये साबित होता हे,

    4) 24/11/2022 कंपनी में ईमेल किया, कार के प्रॉब्लम के बारे में,

    5) 25/11/2022 कंपनी से कार की पूरी डिटेल मांगी गयी,

    6) 26/11/2022 कार की पूरी डिटेल और कार के प्रॉब्लम के बारे में कंपनी में ईमेल किया,

    7) 28 /11/2022 फिर से कंपनी में कार के प्रॉब्लम के बारे में ईमेल किया,

    8) 19 /12 /2022 को ट्विटर पे DM किया,

    9) 20 /12 /2022 को ट्विटर पे फिर से DM किया,

    10) 21 /12 /2022 को कंपनी के तरफ से ट्वीट आया की हमारी CONCERN टीम आपका संपर्क थोड़े ही समय में करेगी,

    11) 21 /12 /2022 को कंपनी के तरफ से अंजलि मेडम का फ़ोन आया और उनको कार की प्रॉब्लम वाली बात बताई और उन्होंने जो सवाल किये उसके जवाब हमने दिए,

    हम आपसे 16/11/2022 से आपके साथ कार के प्रॉब्लम के बारे में संपर्क बनाये हुए हे लेकिन आपके तरफ से कोई कार की प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व करेने के बारे में कोई प्रति उतर नहीं हे सिर्फ आश्वासन देते हे हमारी टीम जल्दी ही संपर्क करेगी,

    आपको में आखरी बार विनंती करता हु की आप मेरी कार का प्रॉब्लम हे वो सॉल्व करोगे के नहीं ??

    कृपया आप " हा " या " ना " में जवाब दीजिये आपका जवाब 31/12 /2022 तक मिल जाये तो ज्यादा अच्छा हे अन्यथा में मेरी कार की प्रॉब्लम के लिए कंज़्यूमर कोर्ट में पिटीशन दाखल कर दूंगा,

    कृपया ऊपर लिखी हुई बात पे गौर करे और मेरी समस्या का समाधान करे।

    आशा रखता हु के मेरी कार का जो प्रॉब्लम हे उसका समाधान जल्दी ही हो जाये।

          I booked Maruti Suzuki Swift LXI Car on 8th Dec 2022 in Mandovi motors, Yelahanka new town, Bangalore-64. When I visited the showroom I was asked to book the car as soon as possible because they told me there was discount for all the customers who will buy the Maruti Suzuki cars in the first 2 weeks of December. I was also told that if I miss booking the car in that week I may miss the discount. I was also promised that the car will be delivered within 3-4 weeks of the booking.

          Now, when I inquired about the car delivery on 22 December 2022 I was told that the car may not be delivered before the promised date and they are also not sure when the car may be delivered. They also told me that the discount also will not be applicable to the car.

          Desirable Resolution :
          I had an option to book the car in other showrooms in Bangalore where the discount was applicable. Since I booked here I did not book anywhere else. Here is the desirable solution - Compensate the discount amount and cancel my booking.

            I have given my car Eartiga Pb05ad-0725 to M/s Baba motors Firozpur for service on date 10.12.2022 when i inquire for my car the mechanic named sukhdev having mobile no.[protected] told me that there is problem in the engine head after 5 days on date 18.12.2022 he called me and asked for submit the payment of Rs16030 to the account of firm at Chandigarh for injectors. I submitted the payment on 16.12.2022 till today on date 22.12.2022 i have no response from the agency to get my car . Is it way maruti deals with their customers, i need my car badly as my mother get operated at Ludhiana for heart trouble I told that fellow so many times but in vain, please help me out to get rid from this bad situation or otherwise i will go to consumer court.This is worth to mention here when I try to contact with Mr. Sandeep mobile no. [protected] he didn't reply as I call him so many times.

              Dear team,

              I have puchase Baleno delta oct 17 2017 model from hoshiarpur NEXA ropar dealer. After 4.5 years suddenly the steering wheel got stuck in the middle of the road as I was taking a turn . I had to apply sudden brakes to stop the car ... The car from the opposite direction also had to apply brakes due to wrong positioning of my car ... Then I took my car to Maruti workshop ... I was briefed that this is a common problem with Baleno cars of steering getting stuck and they even told me that the Maruti had intimated all the customers and changed the steering column and motor of cars that were manufactured in certain period. I instinct to replace the coloum when I took the car for service in nov 2022 but now they said that warrenty period is over by 15 days but they simply disagree the same. Now they are asking me to pay them RS 45000- Rs 48000 to replace the concerned part which is absolutely too costly for me and also not right on the part of Maruti Suzuki as I was never informed either verbally or thru letter or post about the part being changed by the company . I have asked to put the mail to concerned team but they simply denied for the same and does not cooperating with me to raise customer issue. My friend is also having Baleno delta in his fleet and his vehicle is also having the same problem as out of warranty period and he is also in the same situation then he escalated the matter and he got replacement of coloum after bearing 30pc cost mutually by dealership.

              Sir this was absolutely not right on the part of Maruti Suzuki for not informing me about the problem and getting it rectified even getting all servicing done from maruti dealership. It could have been life threatening for me and my family members so I request you to look into the matter and get my faulty steering column rectified.

              I have been a Loyal customer of Maruti and this is my second Mariti Suzuki car in a row and i have never faced such a problem ever in any of the cars.

                Hi,

                Despite multiple calls & emails with nexa experience with respect to suzuki connect, i am having a terrible experience with so called premium "NEXA"
                The support is not even ready to register a complaint or solve my issue . They are not yet even replying to my emails inspite of muitiple follow ups

                I am seeing issues with Suzuki connect showing stale information and this causes the yellow triangle flashing indicator to come on newly purchased XL6(just under 2 months). since Dec 7 . Till now it is not rectified .

                I am sorry to state that this is one of worst service being offereed by maruti . This is my third car with Maruti (having had a Alto K 10, then a Ritz and now an XL 6

                Please look into this . I am struggling to find help on this

                  நான் மதுரை மீனாட்சி மாருதி சுசுகி கம்பெனியில் ஒன்றரை லட்சம் அங்கு உள்ள வேலை செய்பவர்கள்லிடம் பணத்தைக் கட்டிவிட்டு என்னிடம் பணத்திற்கான ஒரு மெசேஜ் வந்து விட்டது அதனால நான் ஊருக்கு சென்று விட்டேன் இந்தப் பணத்தை கம்பெனியில் கட்டாமல் வெளியே எடுத்து சென்று விட்டதாக எனக்குத் தகவல் கிடைத்ததுஅதற்கு நான் கம்பெனியில் கேட்டது போல் அவன் கம்பெனியில் கட்டாமல் வெளியே செலவு பண்ணி விட்டான் என்று எனக்கு கூறினார் ஒரு வருடம் ஆகியும் என்னிடம் பணம் கிடைக்கவில்லை இதுவரை கம்பெனியில் இருந்து எந்த தகவலும் கிடைக்கவில்லை என் பணத்திற்காக நான் எஸ்பியிடம் மனு கொடுத்துவிட்டு அதற்கான எந்த ரியாக்ஷனும் இல்லை இதற்காக கம்பெனியிலிருந்து FIR கொடுத்திருக்கிறார்கள் அதுக்கு எந்த பதிலும் இல்லை இப்போது வரை எண்ண கம்பெனியில் சொல்கின்றார்கள் இன்சூரன்ஸ் வந்ததால் நான் கொடுக்க முடியும் என்னால் கொடுக்க முடியாது அப்படி என்றார்கள் நான் என்னுடைய மனைவி நகையை வைத்து ஒரு பிழைப்பிற்காக நான் வண்டி வாங்க விரும்பினேன் அது என்னிடம் கிடைக்கவில்லைஇதுவரை நான் வட்டி முப்பதினாயிரம் வரை செலுத்த இருக்கின்றேன் நான் ஏகப்பட்ட குடும்பம் ஐயாஎனக்கு இருந்த காசை எப்படியாவது வாங்கி கொடுங்க ஐயா இந்தக் காசை ஒட்டி என் வீட்டில் இதுவரை

                        Recently i brought espresso ags...in chennai.till now not riden more then 3000km this is the second time im sending for repair to showroom for the same problem automatically steering getting tilted, front suspension tie rod ends .., engine mount getting vibration constantly. steering getting struckup suddenly. if any manufacturing design defect .let we know so that we will save our life's and others...pls . steering box itself issue means, in highway what will be the consequences you know better then us... don't makeup and close the issue. i'm ready to give back ur vehicle.., i'm not asking any refund.dont make people life miserable if any uncertainty happens due to ur design fault.message is not meant for my problem atleast look into the issue...

                          My car damaged in accident i have submitted my car in Patel motor Dewas Naka indore, now workshop CEO continue call me to repair your car own but it's in zero depth insurance but now they asked your car need to pick up and paid repair charges and parking charges but I have check my car not repaired on 28 nov 22.
                          Please help to get support to cover my all amount in zero depth insurance.

                            I have Accessories Suzuki Connect App installed in my car Maruti Baleno – Delta since 2019 (from the time I purchased). It was fitted by Maruti itself while purchasing. We bought a 3 year subscription and once again renewed for 3 years in April 2022. At the end of October, we got notification that the Accessories Suzuki Connect App was being merged into Suzuki Connect App (one single app) w.e.f from 31-Oct 2022.                             I had an accident on the left side of my car and handedover my car for repair in Jayabheri Maddilapallem garage on 8th of November.

                            Service center said one week for complete repair but they have delayed for 3 weeks giving unrelavant reasons.

                            They have created whatsapp group which is of no use. During 3 weeks they have called me for 3 test drives to handover car which is unrepaired.

                            I got a call from the garage to take the car yesterday but as visited it is still unrepaired and dashboard which is broken during accident is not fitted properly.

                            They are forcing me to pay and take car and saying dashboard damage is not because of accident.

                            Service manager Mr. Lokanadh is becoming angry when i show them what they have not repaired. They have made wrong assesment and submitted tax invoice to insurance company. Now they are asking me to pay extra for the service though insurance is full dip.

                            AGM Mr.Krishna has shared new copy of invoice which they have not claimed in the insurance due to wrong assesment made by their team and asking me to pay.

                            Also they have replaced the existing genuine parts with parts from scrapyard which they have not added in the pre invoice shared with me. When I asked them about it, they replaced with new parts. They are least bothered about the customer's safety.

                            I never expected such a poor service and cheap tricks of replacing scrapyard parts from Maruthi Suzuki and Jayabheri being such a reputed organizations.

                            I have asked Jayabheri team to inspect my car and give me the assurance certificate for the repairs they have done for which they started a blame game on tyres company.

                            Iam really afraid of driving my Maruthi Suzuki car on road as Iam unaware of how many other parts they fitted and unreported are from scrapyard.

                              Dear Team,

                              I would like to purchase a new Maruti Swift Desire Tour (CNG), for personal use, purely because i prefer the old shape of Desire and the new shape doesn't appeal to me.

                              However I am made to understand that it has a Speed Limiter installed into it. Can you please confirm, if this Speed limiter can be removed in case i plan to buy the car. If yes, please guide whom to contact for the same.

                                I book new car eartiga CNG in mar 2022 in my car wakad, Pune Maharashtra. In Sep month I ask about delivery of my car showroom said that you have not entitled for CNG eartiga car bcs price is increase. I'm in defence and my rank was JCO. At the time of booking he say you will get your car atleast 6-7 month waiting period.
                                In Sep 22 I call showroom my car wakad he state your not authorised for CNG car then I request him to convert in petrol eartiga vxi and he say that your waiting period may be consider as per your booking of CNG car booking date i.e Mar 22.
                                So I want to know why petrol car eartiga not delivered me till date.
                                I also spoken to my car wakad he said last 5-6 month no single vehicle eartiga petrol rec'd by mycar wakad Pune
                                Sir tell me how is possible that not single car eartiga not delivered last 6 months is it possible
                                So please help me for delivery of my car at earliest

                                  I gave my Maruti Dzire car for repairing work to LMJ Services Limited, Pali (Rajasthan) in the month of August 2022.
                                  The employee of LMJ Services Limited, Pali had lost my car’s key during the service of my car. I have not received the new key even after almost 4 months have passed, which is lost by the employee of the company.
                                  I had lodged a complaint at maruti customer care id - [protected]@maruti.co.in on 3rd of November and my ref. no. is [protected] and today i.e. 22nd November even after 19 days, I have not received any solution from any side.
                                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
