    I have received my wagaon R from saraswati automobile (Faridabad) after changed right side door and some repair work on 27\06\2015. Due to door changed, car body graphics also need to be changed but due to non availability of body graphics, the service adviser mr. vickey has billed the amount of 2033.15 /-- of graphics in my bill and assure me that whenever the said part will available they will changed the same. Now I am regularly in touch with saraswati automobile but every time they making excuses and said that "' we are in touch with maruti company's concerned team but they are not responding" It has been more than 15 days passed but their is no assurance about the issue. Kindly help and get available the required part on priority.       i am owner of zen estilo model may 2010 -registration no up 32 DD 6954.My speedometer became defective so contacted one up motor for service and replacement .This service provider totally failed to replace my speedometer.The reasons for non supply of speedometer by Maruti to the service provider may be investigated and simultaneously the item in question be supplied to one up motor Alambagh lucknow for its quick replacement .in the case maruti suzuki fails, then only option remain s with me to resort legal action against companyAn.early action need to be initiated for quick results.           Dear Sir, On 22.04.2015, I booked a Maruti Stingray Car Ex your show room ( Kothari Wheels ) at Viman Nagar, Pune by making a cheque payment of Rs. 80, 000/-. The dealing executives were Mr. Sharad (M) [protected] & the team leader Mr. Nadeem (M) [protected]. At the time of booking, I was explained the overall cost effect of the car as under:- a) Ex Showroom price Rs. 4, 58, 964/- b) Insurance Rs. 19, 320/- c) RTO Rs. 46, 457/- d) Extended Warranty Rs. 6, 068/- [protected] Total Rs. 5, 30, 809/- [protected] I was categorically told that as an incentive to the customers, if a customer is purchasing a new car (in exchange of the old car) then the following 3 (Three) clear deductions, will be made from the overall cost of the new car, as per the company’s ongoing policy. a) Consumer Discount Rs. 25, 000/- b) Exchange Bonus Rs. 35, 000/- c) Value of old car **Rs. 60, 000/- [protected]------ Total Rs. 1, 20, 000/- [protected]----- ( ** My old car was evaluated by Mr. Chetan (M) [protected] on 27.04.2015, for Rs. 60, 000. A photocopy of his valuation receipt is attached). This clearly implied that I would have to pay a net-price for the New Stingray Car as under:- Overall projected cost of the New Car : Rs. 5, 30, 809/- Less Discount, Bonus & Cost of the old car : (-) Rs. 1, 20, 000/- Net payable price : Rs. 4, 10, 809/- To my utter surprise & disbelief the things did not proceed that way. I was billed wrongly, cheated & fooled by showing miscalculations, as would be evident from the subsequent details. On 03.05.2015, I received the car with the following documents:- a) Tax Invoice(Main Value) Rs. 3, 98, 964/- b) RTO & Insurance Rs. 61, 171/- c) Extended Warranty Rs. 6, 074/- d) Post-delivery handling Rs. 4, 600/- [protected] Total Rs. 4, 70, 809/- [protected] ( Photo copies of all the above documents are enclosed) For your information, the justification to match this above amount of Rs 4, 70, 809/- with the earlier projected amount of Rs 5, 30, 809/- was given by Mr Sharad ( in his own handwriting), on a separate piece of paper, which is as below:- a) Total ( As shown above) Rs. 4, 70, 809 b) Discount (+) Rs 25, 000 c) Bonus (+) Rs 35, 000 [protected]- Grand Total Rs 5, 30, 809 [protected]--- ( A photo copy of that document, in Mr. Sharad’s own handwriting, is attached). From the above given calculations it is clear that the ‘Discount’ & the ‘Bonus’ have been considered for deduction. But it was utterly shocking to observe that the cost of my old car ( Rs 60, 000/-) has NOWHERE been considered for deduction from the overall value of the car. No satisfactory explanation could be given in this regard by your staff. Finally, against Rs 4, 70, 809, which is the FACTUAL (BILLED) VALUE of the car, I have been made to pay a sum of Rs 5, 14, 520/- as below:- a) Down payment by cheque Rs 80, 000/- b) Loan from ICICI bank Rs 3, 61, 000/- c) Cost of the old car Rs 60, 000/- d) Balance cash payment, on delivery Rs 13, 517/- [protected]- Total: Rs 5, 14, 517/- [protected] From the above facts, it is clearly evident that the following extra payment has been obtained from me through miscalculations & deceit. a) Payment made by me Rs 5, 14, 517/- b) Total billed amount of the car (-) Rs 4, 70, 809/ [protected]- EXTRA CHARGED AMOUNT Rs 43, 708/- [protected]- May I, sincerely request you to REFUND me the amount which has been charged in excess from me.

            Sir I am using my fourth Maruti suzuki vehicle But I am very sorry to say that the service quality of this Beekay auto service center is very very Poor. I never preferred Beekay auto for the servicing of my vehicles. Since this vehicle for which I am writing now have purchased from Beekay auto and you don't have any other service center in the town I had to send the vehicle this time to the above mentioned service center I was Heavily dissatisfied with their service since 2006 when I purchased my first Maruti from them This time also I have exchanged my old wagonR with a new one inspite of my having a Swift Dezire in my house This is second time in a row that I sent my vehicle to the above mentioned service center for the free servicing the workshop kept my driver waiting for the whole day and released the vehicle at evening just after washing the thing with water on asking that why they have not done the servicing of my vehicle, they tried to make me fool me by saying that they just washes all the cars in first two servicing . They will work on this from third servicing. Now my question is that; is it the rules of your company? if its really is the rule of your company it should be written in the owners manual But I found nothing like that inscribed in the manual. on asking them repeatedly about the servicing they told me that if I wish I can make complaint against them. If they are doing malpractice of fooling the customers why should not they be punished ? And shall they take the responsibility if I met with an accident due to this non servicing of the new vehicle Please let me know what action you have taken for your customers Regards Sanjit Saha

M/S Maruti Suzuki India Ltd Gurgaon servicecare.[protected]@maruti.co.in [protected]@maruti.co.in iqs.[protected]@maruti.co.in I have Purchesed New Swift Dzire on Date 22 Oct 2014. on 09 July 2015 Car Started Self Start Problem, Visited to Service Centre Magic Auto Moti Nagar, The Refused to Replace the battery as per them, Battery warranty will valid till either 40, 000 Kms or 2 Years. My Car has Completed 42796 Kms. Neither Show Room nor Company explain about the warranty term of battery. Currently, Exide Battery is easily available in Market at the cost of 5000.00 with 36 Months Warranty. Company Maruti and Magic Auto ( Auth. Service Centre ) has given me Estimate of Rs 7500.00. same is attached with job sheet. Now I have want Refund of Rupees 7500.00 for Battery to buy the Battery. Regards Chandra B Jha +91 [protected]

                Sir, I Govind V. Govekar, R/o, H. No. 60/1A, Amona, Bicholim, North Goa Pin- 403105, Mobile No. [protected] filing this complaint that on 20/08/2014 I had purchased Maruti Wagonr Car model VXi from Sai Service Pvt Ltd, Bicholim North Goa and same is registered in the RTO Office vide No. GA04-C-8140 and delivery given to me of car on 22/08/2014. I submit that from the date of delivery of the Car within the fifteen (15) days the installed CD player/ Sterio in the said car started getting warm/ heating and CD & Pen drive was not working. Even when I was switching off the car the said CD player was internally remain on, however it was playing the CD. accordingly I taken my car to Bicholim Sai Service Showroom and contacted to Manager Mr. Yeshwant presently transferred to Ponda Sair Service Showroom. Then after I informed to the said Manager and told the fact that within my purchase of the car CD player is not working. He checked the said CD player with the technician in the said showroom and he told send the said CD player at main Service Showroom at sai service Pvt Ltd at Porvorim for the replacement with new. After days 20 days they had given same CD player after repairing instead giving me new one which was having warranty of 2 years as shown in the warranty card of Nippon company. After installation of the said CD player again raised the same problem and switches of the said CD player were found to be not working. I say that for the same problem of the said CD player I went to the Sai Service Pvt. Ltd. at Bicholim Goa I went to them atleast five times. Since the purchased of the car said CD player not even one played properly and consecutively it was get types of fault. I say that when I used to give my CD player to the Sai Service Station Bicholim they were sending the same CD player to Sai Service Pvt Ltd at Porvorim. And when I contacted in the Porvorim showroom that what has happen to the said Cd player the Technician from the Porvorim Showroom were not given me any feedback. Again when I send the said CD player last two weeks back the Technician from the Sai Service Pvt Ltd. Porvorim Goa instead of repairing the said CD player or replacing with new one in turn telling me that I had put some type of spray in the said CD player. I am very frighten on him that they are searching one type of reason to avoid me giving replacement of the said CD. I humbly request before your good authority that at the earliest as possible present faulted CD player may please be replaced with new one as there is warranty to the said CD player. I had approach several times to both the Showroom of Sai Service at Porvorim and Bicholim by using my time. Both showroom manager now are not accepting their responsibility to replace my CD player and avoiding me to give it. I say that because of Maruti Suzuki cars are very good and that is why we are approaching to purchased and if yours dealers started making this types of harrasment to the customer then there is no way to me open the door of Consumer Court. I am having all the documents with me even the recordings of the mobile what they had said to me on my mobile phone. I further submit that at the time pf purchased of Car there was an offer on scratch card and to win prizes of Rs. 6000/-. My coupon No. was 994 and after the scratch card I won Provogue Wrist watch. After contacting on mobile No. and Email verification code 105902 till date they never given me Wrist watch nor contacted me in any kind to give the said Wrist watch. I humbly request before your good self that at an earliest you may contact to the Sai Service Pvt Ltd at Bicholim and Porvorim to to tell them to give me replacement of new CD player to my car.

                  Hi, this is Akhand Pratap Singh from Gurgaon (HR). I bought a car Maruti Suzuki CIAZ from the Gurgaon's well known dealer PASCO Automobiles on 28th of June. On 3rd July, i.e. Friday, I was driving to Varanasi with my family. The car suddenly broke down and the Engine got Ceased. The time was around 2 am in the midnight in the mid of Allahabad and Varanasi on the highway. The car was only one (1) week old and only 1087 kms driven.I called Maruti's Roadside Assistance for help and they told me that they couldn't do anything at that time till 9:00 in the morning. That means i'd to wait tilll the next morning in the car. I was with my sister and mother stuck in middle of Jungle. So, I had only one option left to send my family to a safer area via CAB. I remained inside the car till 11:00 in the morning. They sent two technicians at 11:00 in the morning. After analyzing, they told me that the engine is ceased, they told me to get the car to their service station. When I asked them for the TOWING VAN, they said they are not having any. So I had to pay Rs. 3, 960 /- to get the car to their service station Greenline Motors. I reached service station in the evening by 7:00 pm . After that when I asked for an alternative or a standby vehicle from the General Manager of the Allahabad's service station, Greenline Motors- Mr. Ajit Pratap Singh, he said they can't arrange me any vehicle. Again I had to hire a cab to get back home. In the meanwhile, when I called PASCO Gurgaon fromwhere I bought the car, even it was of no use. On Monday, I got a call from Allahabad Service centre, Greenline Motors. They told me that the car will take around 10 days to get fixed. After 2 days on wednesday, they called me and said that the car is ready and I can pick it up. I told them that I don't want a repaired car now. Its 10th july and all of them including Maruti PASCO and Allahabad Service Centre, Greenline Motors are forcing me to take that repaired car. I don't want that repaired car now because I paid for the new car not the repaired one. These weren't actually the services that I paid for nor the car I expected. Why should I take that repaired car. Anything could have happened that night. I want the new car from Maruti because I paid for a new car and my car Didn't even got the permanent registration number. It was still on the temporary number which is (HR 99 VY 1392). Either I want a new car or my money back. Regards Akhand Pratap Singh Ph. +[protected]

                    I bought the new SWIFT CAR ZXI Model (TN 11 M 3067) from Vishnu Cars, Chromepet, Chennai on 4th June 2015. I find that they have provided 4 MRF tyres and stepney with JK tyre. Why do give different tyres for a high end model? Is maruti suzuki supplying a different tyre or the dealer Vishnu Cars, Chennai doing this? Also why dont you provide a cabin air filter during delivery of the new swift car. Is the price of the CABIN AIR FILTER is very high which cannot be provided when buying a high end car. The service centre charges us for a new CABIN AIR FILTER which is of Rs.300. I feel completely dissatisfied on buying the new SWIFT. Contact me at [protected]

                      Dear sir,

                      We had taken maruti omni from machino techno and the representative was mr. Dibyendu.( [protected]).The moment we had taken the delivery we found that both the locks were broken of the back side and also the mat was not given and we immeditely complained about it to mr dibyendu but no action was taken.

                      After 2 or 3 days the car was taken by my driver to the dealer and they had repaired the lock but still it is broken and we had been requesting them to repair the lock from last 1 month but they are not taking any action.

                      Please do the needful and look into the matter

                        Subject: Harassment and Atrocities. Dear Sir, Despite of repeated complaints on company email and other sources, company is not bothering to my complaints and lavishing from your duties. No doubt, many issues have been resolved on complaints and still are pending till date. The issues created by the company are very mysterious in nature and can be resolved at the earliest, but now as per company records and the complaints is as under: The company says that my vehicle is non true vehicle, but as per company records, the company has purchased vehicle for Rs. 150000 approx and sold to me @ Rs. 207000/- and also many claims from insurance company has been passed by the company. Near round about 70, 000/- or more approx. has been spended on repairing of the vehicle and after that company considers this vehicle as NON-true vehicle or “as it is where it is sold” to me and important thing this vehicle is sold to me on non profit basis. If high expenses are done on my vehicle, why defect are appearing in my vehicle day to day basis regularly without any delay. My major question is Very first work of the company is to scan the vehicle, why scanning is not done to the vehicle after spending a lot of money. A great confusion is created after hearing this, kindly clear the stand of TRUE value. There are also so many questions which would arise and needs to be resolved at the earliest, So going into depth of matter, it is requested you and Maruti company to detect the fault at any level and not harass the valuable customer of Jamkash from last two or more months which is beyond limit. It is also requested to director /others officers of Jamkash Company not to save his subordinates, because this may damage the reputation of company, when this case goes to law makers & others. Please try to understand my frustration and resolve it in premises of the company. so far as RC of the vehicle is concerned, a letter from the company is received by me on 27th of June mentioning that your RC needs 3 months for transferring and now a what Sapp message from mob no. [protected] on 4th July 2015, is flashed to me mentioning that " we had contacting from past few weeks for collecting RC. I had received only and only one call from 2434617 on 3.7.15 at 3: 56 pm to collect my RC. Kindly also make the stand of the company clear in this regard. So at this prevailing situation, i am not being able to collect my RC and transferring my Insurance until justice is provided to me. A big harassment or depression is given to me by company regularly from past two months and i had speeded 35 to 40 liters diesel and approx. 10, 000/- amount in repairing in these two months. Now it is time to give me compensation for my harassment and family disturbance while travelling and coming to company. if any thing goes worse, the company should be liable for any loss of my life and others because i m now very frustrated with the company behavior.                           Dear sir, Tata capital had booked vehicle Maruti Ertiga ZDI Red brick colour on 10/6, however not received delivery. I am the user of this vehicle under coporate purchase scheme. They had promised me to give vehicle in 3 weeks time now its more than one month. they are not giving back money also nor I am getting my vehicle as I have paid full amount. PLEASE HELP

                                  નામ :- પ્રનવ દેવ સરનામુ :- ઉકાઇ સોનગઢ સાહેબશ્રી. આપને જણાવીયે છેયે બારડોલી મા જે કટારીયા બ્રાંચ છે જેમાન કર્મચારી અમને બેહદ ગેર રીતી થી હેરાન કરે છે જેમા તેમને અમે તારીખ ૦૩/૦૭/૨૦૧૫ ના રોજ ઓલ્ટો ગાડી નુ પુરે પુરૂ પેમેન્ટ એડવાંશ મા આપ્યુ હતુ જેની ડીલીવરી તારીખ ૦૮/૦૭/૨૦૧૫ ના રોજ સાંજે અમ્ને થઇ અને જેમા અમ્ને ગાડી પુર્ણ પને ડીલીવરી નથી કરી જેમા ગાડી ના એસેસેરીજ બાકી છે એમ પી.ડી.ઓ કર્મચારી નુ કહેવા નુ છે જેમ કે આમે આગડ પન ત્રણ ઓલ્ટો ખરીધી હતી જેમા અમ્ને સારી એવી સર્વીશ નથી મલી જેના કારને અમ્ને હેરાન થવા પડે છે કંપની ના માણ સો જો સચોટ પરીણામ નહી આપે તો અમે જોયતુ વળતર અને કંપની ની વિરૂધ્ધ માં ગ્રાહક સુવીધા કેન્દ્ર ખાતે કેશ કરીશુ ...

                                    I m one of the customer & member of maruti suzuki family. Sir, on 24th oct 2014 i braught a new car maruti suzuki swift dzirevdi (No - mh - 42 k7964) from mahalaxmi automotives, baramati, dist: pune. But now a days, i realised that botth the wheels of back side are having some defect. I made the contact with above showroom. They also agreed about the defect. Due to that defect both the tyres are reducing (The running is just 30, 000 km) & making irritating noice while working. & the noice is such the extent that the person can not be able to listen anything. The showroom told me that they will replace the tytes but they demanded me to pay 50% of the rate of new tyres. As the defect is not because of my fault, i am not ready to pay so. According to me, the showroom must pay 100% charges & replace those tyres. I need your valuable support & help in this issue. Hope you will understand me & help your customer as the company does every time. Please co - operate me.

                                      R / sir, sir last wednesday on 1 / 8 / 2015 i went in maruti station ekansh jind. And show my car problem that a. C. Whole air blowing in leg side. Then the engineer said that there is a problem in a. C. Control wire. I said if this problem then replace it. After some time he said here is not available this wire we have to place order in kaithal till saturday wire reached and we will replace it. I received a call from ekansh kaithal on saturday no. [protected]. The lady from that side ask me you have a problem regarding a. C. He was solved and now its properly working. I said madam my problem is not solve till now. How could it be working properly. Wire was coming from your side but still i no calls for calling me to come from jind branch. Then he said wait for 2 minutes i call u back after inquiry. . After some time a call comes to me from jind branch no. [protected] sir still tempo was not coming when he comes then we call you for coming. I said thanku sir,
                                      But no call comes. Then monday i call back on that no. They said sir i call you back in some times. After then no back call was come to me. Then on tuesday i call to [protected], after giving my description to madam my problem of a. C. Still not solve. Then she said i call you back in 2 minutes. . After then she call back and said from kaithal tempo was gone before half an hour. You have to wait 1 hour your problem is solve today.
                                      But very sadly i am telling you that my problem still on wednesday 10:57 a. M. Was not solve no call was comes to me.
                                      Sir, maruti is very repudiated company. But sir, its comes worst filling that for a normal work i suffer from a week. .
                                      Sir, please take action on this. Because its effect on sale and service also. . You tell me sir how i suggest anyone to purchase maruti product. Even in some days i also suggest my brother to purchase swift car. . So you tell me sir from this filling how could i be suggest him.

                                      In the end i hope you see all matter and take proper action

                                        Mr Kenichi Ayukawa Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Maruti Udyog Limited 07 Jul 2015 Dear Sir, I, Commander (Dr) PS Josan purchased Marui Dezire No: UP80CQ 0128 on 09 Sep 2013. The Engine and Chassis No: are D13A2159295 and MA3FJEB1S00S00389315 respectively. It is to note that I came to know during balancing and alignment at 16258 km that my first left rear tyre got worn out. I immediately informed the service centre about this matter and after some checking they informed me that everything is fine and I need not worry. However, during service at 20505 km at M/s Prime Motors at Agra on 20 May 2015, I was informed that my second tyre was also worn out. The service centre was unable to find any reason as to why the tyres are getting worn out so quickly. It is to note further that I am regularly getting my vehicle’s alignment and balancing done at every 5000 km. Moreover, during service at 20505 km service, I informed service centre that lot of sound was coming either from left front or rear wheel. But, they were unable to detect the exact fault. Again the vehicle was given to M/s Prime Motors at Agra on 16 Jun 2015 for detecting the fault. They replaced rear Shocker Assembly (one side). Even after changing the rear shocker assembly the sound was still coming. The vehicle was again given to service centre on 20 Jun 2015. They now changed Caliper Pin Assembly of both front brake assembly. However, the sound reduced a little but was not completely stopped. The service centre informed me that it is due to worn out tyres. In view of the above, I strongly feel that there is major manufacturing defect in the vehicle that is why my two tyres got worn out so quickly. I am of the opinion that the parts fitted in the vehicle are of poor quality. I therefore request M/s Maruti Udyog Limited to rectify the problem so that the other tyres do not get worn out so quickly and the worn out tyres may be replaced as the vehicle is still in the warranty.
