I bought the new SWIFT CAR ZXI Model (TN 11 M 3067) from Vishnu Cars, Chromepet, Chennai on 4th June 2015. I find that they have provided 4 MRF tyres and stepney with JK tyre. Why do give different tyres for a high end model? Is maruti suzuki supplying a different tyre or the dealer Vishnu Cars, Chennai doing this? Also why dont you provide a cabin air filter during delivery of the new swift car. Is the price of the CABIN AIR FILTER is very high which cannot be provided when buying a high end car. The service centre charges us for a new CABIN AIR FILTER which is of Rs.300. I feel completely dissatisfied on buying the new SWIFT. Contact me at [protected]

    Dear sir,

    We had taken maruti omni from machino techno and the representative was mr. Dibyendu.( [protected]).The moment we had taken the delivery we found that both the locks were broken of the back side and also the mat was not given and we immeditely complained about it to mr dibyendu but no action was taken.

    After 2 or 3 days the car was taken by my driver to the dealer and they had repaired the lock but still it is broken and we had been requesting them to repair the lock from last 1 month but they are not taking any action.

    Please do the needful and look into the matter

      Subject: Harassment and Atrocities. Dear Sir, Despite of repeated complaints on company email and other sources, company is not bothering to my complaints and lavishing from your duties. No doubt, many issues have been resolved on complaints and still are pending till date. The issues created by the company are very mysterious in nature and can be resolved at the earliest, but now as per company records and the complaints is as under: The company says that my vehicle is non true vehicle, but as per company records, the company has purchased vehicle for Rs. 150000 approx and sold to me @ Rs. 207000/- and also many claims from insurance company has been passed by the company. Near round about 70, 000/- or more approx. has been spended on repairing of the vehicle and after that company considers this vehicle as NON-true vehicle or “as it is where it is sold” to me and important thing this vehicle is sold to me on non profit basis. If high expenses are done on my vehicle, why defect are appearing in my vehicle day to day basis regularly without any delay. My major question is Very first work of the company is to scan the vehicle, why scanning is not done to the vehicle after spending a lot of money. A great confusion is created after hearing this, kindly clear the stand of TRUE value. There are also so many questions which would arise and needs to be resolved at the earliest, So going into depth of matter, it is requested you and Maruti company to detect the fault at any level and not harass the valuable customer of Jamkash from last two or more months which is beyond limit. It is also requested to director /others officers of Jamkash Company not to save his subordinates, because this may damage the reputation of company, when this case goes to law makers & others. Please try to understand my frustration and resolve it in premises of the company. so far as RC of the vehicle is concerned, a letter from the company is received by me on 27th of June mentioning that your RC needs 3 months for transferring and now a what Sapp message from mob no. [protected] on 4th July 2015, is flashed to me mentioning that " we had contacting from past few weeks for collecting RC. I had received only and only one call from 2434617 on 3.7.15 at 3: 56 pm to collect my RC. Kindly also make the stand of the company clear in this regard. So at this prevailing situation, i am not being able to collect my RC and transferring my Insurance until justice is provided to me. A big harassment or depression is given to me by company regularly from past two months and i had speeded 35 to 40 liters diesel and approx. 10, 000/- amount in repairing in these two months. Now it is time to give me compensation for my harassment and family disturbance while travelling and coming to company. if any thing goes worse, the company should be liable for any loss of my life and others because i m now very frustrated with the company behavior.         Dear sir, Tata capital had booked vehicle Maruti Ertiga ZDI Red brick colour on 10/6, however not received delivery. I am the user of this vehicle under coporate purchase scheme. They had promised me to give vehicle in 3 weeks time now its more than one month. they are not giving back money also nor I am getting my vehicle as I have paid full amount. PLEASE HELP

                  I m one of the customer & member of maruti suzuki family. Sir, on 24th oct 2014 i braught a new car maruti suzuki swift dzirevdi (No - mh - 42 k7964) from mahalaxmi automotives, baramati, dist: pune. But now a days, i realised that botth the wheels of back side are having some defect. I made the contact with above showroom. They also agreed about the defect. Due to that defect both the tyres are reducing (The running is just 30, 000 km) & making irritating noice while working. & the noice is such the extent that the person can not be able to listen anything. The showroom told me that they will replace the tytes but they demanded me to pay 50% of the rate of new tyres. As the defect is not because of my fault, i am not ready to pay so. According to me, the showroom must pay 100% charges & replace those tyres. I need your valuable support & help in this issue. Hope you will understand me & help your customer as the company does every time. Please co - operate me.

                    R / sir, sir last wednesday on 1 / 8 / 2015 i went in maruti station ekansh jind. And show my car problem that a. C. Whole air blowing in leg side. Then the engineer said that there is a problem in a. C. Control wire. I said if this problem then replace it. After some time he said here is not available this wire we have to place order in kaithal till saturday wire reached and we will replace it. I received a call from ekansh kaithal on saturday no. [protected]. The lady from that side ask me you have a problem regarding a. C. He was solved and now its properly working. I said madam my problem is not solve till now. How could it be working properly. Wire was coming from your side but still i no calls for calling me to come from jind branch. Then he said wait for 2 minutes i call u back after inquiry. . After some time a call comes to me from jind branch no. [protected] sir still tempo was not coming when he comes then we call you for coming. I said thanku sir,
                    But no call comes. Then monday i call back on that no. They said sir i call you back in some times. After then no back call was come to me. Then on tuesday i call to [protected], after giving my description to madam my problem of a. C. Still not solve. Then she said i call you back in 2 minutes. . After then she call back and said from kaithal tempo was gone before half an hour. You have to wait 1 hour your problem is solve today.
                    But very sadly i am telling you that my problem still on wednesday 10:57 a. M. Was not solve no call was comes to me.
                    Sir, maruti is very repudiated company. But sir, its comes worst filling that for a normal work i suffer from a week. .
                    Sir, please take action on this. Because its effect on sale and service also. . You tell me sir how i suggest anyone to purchase maruti product. Even in some days i also suggest my brother to purchase swift car. . So you tell me sir from this filling how could i be suggest him.

                    In the end i hope you see all matter and take proper action

                      Mr Kenichi Ayukawa Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Maruti Udyog Limited 07 Jul 2015 Dear Sir, I, Commander (Dr) PS Josan purchased Marui Dezire No: UP80CQ 0128 on 09 Sep 2013. The Engine and Chassis No: are D13A2159295 and MA3FJEB1S00S00389315 respectively. It is to note that I came to know during balancing and alignment at 16258 km that my first left rear tyre got worn out. I immediately informed the service centre about this matter and after some checking they informed me that everything is fine and I need not worry. However, during service at 20505 km at M/s Prime Motors at Agra on 20 May 2015, I was informed that my second tyre was also worn out. The service centre was unable to find any reason as to why the tyres are getting worn out so quickly. It is to note further that I am regularly getting my vehicle’s alignment and balancing done at every 5000 km. Moreover, during service at 20505 km service, I informed service centre that lot of sound was coming either from left front or rear wheel. But, they were unable to detect the exact fault. Again the vehicle was given to M/s Prime Motors at Agra on 16 Jun 2015 for detecting the fault. They replaced rear Shocker Assembly (one side). Even after changing the rear shocker assembly the sound was still coming. The vehicle was again given to service centre on 20 Jun 2015. They now changed Caliper Pin Assembly of both front brake assembly. However, the sound reduced a little but was not completely stopped. The service centre informed me that it is due to worn out tyres. In view of the above, I strongly feel that there is major manufacturing defect in the vehicle that is why my two tyres got worn out so quickly. I am of the opinion that the parts fitted in the vehicle are of poor quality. I therefore request M/s Maruti Udyog Limited to rectify the problem so that the other tyres do not get worn out so quickly and the worn out tyres may be replaced as the vehicle is still in the warranty.

                        Hello, I have purchased new maruti suzuki CIAZ ZDI Plus variant car from Sai service, Erragadda branch, Hyderabad on 29 April 2015. When i am inserting USB Drive and playing the smart diplay device is switching off & Switching on automatically, some times when i am doing reverse dispay on screen is getting struck and not initialising after changing the gear to neutral. I need to switch off and switch on. This is my new car. I dont expect any bugs for the price i paid you. Please request you to replace device with new one without any bugs. I also serched in google, it says me these kind of bugs exist in the car already. Please helpme to sort the issue. I did not excpect such kind of bus from the maruti suzuki brand.                           Clutch plate replacement
                          Hi - i have a sep-13 model maruti ertiga vdi . I have done about 33990 km. The clutch plate has already gone and i am able to see the way clutch is working and the service adviser at has advised to change the clutch plate. I am wondering how a standard quality model like ertiga clutch plate can go so soon. The mileage also is coming down.

                          This is not a good reflection of maruti's standards. I would appreciate a replacement of the clutch plates at free of cost and ensure the clutch functions as smooth as it was.

                            I had given my car RITX VDI DL 4C AS 1096 at MY CAR service station in bhopal on 14th May i got my car delivered after a month on 15thJune after a massive harassment from My car staff i had to wait for my door repair approval from Insurance company just becuase my car was more interested in door replacement rather than door repair and their staff had deliberately made huge dent on that door deliberately to claim door replacement i was made to wait for every now and then for small petty issues pertaining to repair work in body shop it seems My car attitude was casual and customer seems to be not their priority i did not even got a call for customer satisfaction probably My car is capable of getting away with anything corrupting company officials for not giving calls for disputed services i have been using maruti cars since 1994 800 Zen Wagon R Ritz and never used any other Car It is utter lethargic and casual approach in all departments of My car as if it functions like a goverment department Request you to please look into the matter as no dealer is above customer and also company

But A.C.in the car is not repaired properly. I notice them by calling phone & sending letter (register A.D.) but they ignore me. So pls I request you to ask them to repair my A.C. immediately .                                 s Sir / Madam, my new Swit VDI ( TN05AZ8037), while driving from Tanjavur to Chennai on 02/07/15 a small blue metal thrown on the front glass from the wheels of a car that is driving front of my car. After a few hrs the glass developed a crack and it is getting developed every day.Though I sent a mail to you on 03/07/15 no action has been taken. I request you to replace the glass immediately.

Since none of knows driving, we managed to send some driver to fix number plate.To our utter suprise number plate was wrong. Instead of MH04 GU8160, it was fixed MH04 GU8190.Now he refuses to saying that i sent him wrong SMS of number plate and not getting it rectified.Two months passed, stil cant drive car on raod without number plate.He is very rude in talking who doesnt even know to respect women. Sir I belong to a middle class family and had to buy new car once in my life I am shocked with kind of services provided by your dealer I have done the mistake to purchase the Murti Make car, so you are requested to look in the matter and do the needful,

                                    My family is maintaining car continuously since 18th Century and at present there are Four Maruti Brand car with me and more numbers in my families. We have been true friend of this brand and therefore according to the market scenario we are adding its higher models in my fleet starting from Maruti 800, Alto and Swift Dezire Zdi. Recently I purchased Ciaz Zdi+ on 18th May 2015. I personally and my family too were satisfied with the performance of this brand. On one day, I have to replace one wheel on its being punctured and used Stepney provided along with the Car. I drive the car mostly in rural areas where roads are undulated and puncture repairing shops are generally located at distant places. The wheel given as stepney has shorter radius than its other wheels. I drive the car with the help of stepney, the following difficulties we faced :- (i) There was no driving comfort and the car was moving towards one specific direction which may lead to accident while running in congested situation on roads or while narrow roads. (ii) The other three tyres got more rubbed and thus may become unusable before their normal life o/a stepnety, it increases maintenance cost to the owner. (iii) The car consumes more fuels than the use of normal wheels. (iv) It is strange to learn that the highest model vehicle of Maruti Suzuki is providing 4 Alloy wheels, while stepney which is supposed to be of the same quality size and standard is misleading i.e. provided with ordinary wheel, with a changed size as well than the normal does not only amount to deceiving the customer i.e. cheating but dangerous to the life of owner & vehicle as well, needs to be immediately replaced, exclusively identical rest of the 4 wheels, to meet out travelling emergencies, need the authorities of companies utmost attention (for immediate replacement). (v) At the time of sale Company/Showroom people claimed the fuel consumption average 26.5 Km/L, but in last 1 month use for 7000 Km, it rendered only 16-17 Km/L, which is alarming and at times customer feels cheated. Its worthwhile to mention that I am working as Chief Manager, Purvanchal Bank, Gorakhpur (H.O.), sponsored by State Bank of India and we own highest market share of financing Maruti Suzuki car in the region. Some borrowers reflected similar complaint as experienced by me, is worth noting to needs immediate grievance redressal. We request you to kindly arrange to look into these grievances in light it is mentioned and redress them accordingly. Your express attention to the issues will be highly appreciated.                                       Dear team, I am a customer of Maruti suzuki, a well known name in automobiles. I own a Maruti suzuki swift dzire (UP32 FA 5269) i visited Anand motors faizabad road lucknow authorized service centre and dealer of maruti suzuki for servicing of my car after 20000 kms. It was a paid service but my complaint is that i was overcharged for the service, spare parts and labour as no motor parts were changed except a pair of front disk break pad(which cost 1582 rupees). I was charged 12620 rupees for this service, which is too much, as compared to other cars like hyunadai, toyota. Maruti suzuki is known for less maintenance but after this costly service for simple oil change and normal servicing with no major or minor defects in car, my views for maruti suzuki has changed. Kindly contact some responsible authority from maruti suzuki company (not from the dealers) regarding these charges and bill. I want full clarification and of these charges over my bill. How can they charge so much???                                         Hi Team, I purchased swift LXI on 20th march 2015 Regn No. DL2CAU6953. After i just noticed that it is defective(car wiper is not balanced and their plastic cover is down from glass) so i complained it in COMPETENT(ghazipur) but they ignored so thats why i changed my service center CHIRAG AUTOMOBILES i told them clearly that i have this complained but even they didn't take care of my complained.I called to BALAKRAM (who pic and drop my car, no-[protected]) again and again but he just ignored and stooped to pic ma call.They all are making my bills as i am serving free services(check in attachments).NOW THE CONDITION IS I AM USING A DEFECTIVE CAR, ONLY 3 MONTH OLD, AND NOBODY HERE TO TAKE CARE.All are just ignoring.
