Sir, I purchased Maruti alto k10 on 23th may 2015 .From the date of purchase the car steering is faulty as after the turning the steering does not come to it original position. . I gave a complaint to Sai Service at Porvorim Goa the service tech say the car is good & has no problem.. even engine power get cut off when changing the gear.I hereby lodge my strong protest for giving me defective car. Please look into this problem on priority basis and oblige. Thanking you.

    have bought zen estilo lxi model black colour MH12 DY 1637 in pune from dealers chowgule industries tavre colony, satara road pune maha, in 2007 am persuing for noc as finance was from maruti countrywide auto financial servicec, after visitin several relevant address am unable to get noc pls help asap

      my first reminder
      sir,
      I am facing problem of average of my car, since last 1 month.On contacting your authorised service center at pune, they have suggested me to full the tank & then to rectify/find the problem.In the mean time, one of my collegue mechanic advised me to replace the Clutch-Plate assembly, due to over-riding.
      It is my humble request to advise & rectify the problem at the earliest. Please confirm whether the instant model of Sx4, has been stopped & no spare will be available in future.I am feeling very helpless & depressed with the news.

        Sir/Madam, I own a Wagon R and a regular customer of your dealer M/s. Rani Motors, Shillong. The vehicle was purchased in 2007 and since then I regularly get the vehicle serviced from the dealer and continued a Maruti insurance. So far, the vehicle never gave me trouble and I never called the dealer for service. The last servicing of the vehicle was done on 4th July. On 17th July, the vehicle suddenly stopped on the road and failed to start. It was within the municipal limit of the Shillong city. I called the dealer and requested for help. The dealer said he/she would call back. However, the call never came. I waited for 2 hours on the road. Then, I finally called a road side mechanic who could fix the problem.           Dear Sir, I am proud owner of Maruti Swift Dzire bearing registration no. DL 3C BU 6817, purchased in 2013 (7.11.13) I was stuck on road side when I was returning from my office on 16th July 15 (time is 9.00). The both tyres of my car got punctured including Stepney. One of my colleague called up to your help line by his mobile number i.e. [protected]. But your customer care gave a flat refusal to assist me.                 My zen estilo car facing problem of front right Axel damage. It is under warranty. My first service from dealer point & second & third service from maruti athoriged service centre. I went to Basirhat bhandary dealer point to fixed the Axel witch is under warranty. I have service document with bill. But they refuged me to change the Axel. Why we the customer, will face the problem like this. How I will get the warranty parts.

                    Hi, I purchased Swift Vdi white last week. And i am very much embarrased and shocked after seeing the yellow spots on different parts of cars like bonnet and rear bumper. And i am in doubt on the other partS of the car. I cant expect this type of manufacturing faults from the maruti which is counted as number one seller of cars in india.i need an immediate action.

                      Purchased new automatic alto k10from competent Delhi registration no. DL2cat8619 on 25th june2015 20days My problem started right from first day as in the morning it never started, and on road service helped me to start, and same thing happened after 3days This was then given to the maruti dealer fast track in noida, who first two days could not find fault and told it requires change in the part which they don't have and may take few days I took the car to competent Delhi where I had purchased. The workshop told me to go to show room to get the battery change at arya nagar Delhi as there appears battery problem At arya nagar I was told battery ok and I returned back to competent next day who rechecked the car after I approached works manager. It took them two days to say that there is company defect in lock and ignition and will further two to three days. My submission A mental harassment with new vehicle b. No vehicle provided even after there is defect c please exchange for new vehicle d. Compensation for continuous harrassment

                        Dear Sir / madam, My self Rohit kumar and my Mobile No.[protected]/[protected]and my car number HR05AN0817. This is to inform you that i have purchase new car of maruti swift VXI and I facing a problem in 6th month, we have facing the problem in my car. Now we have traveling from karnal to panipat ( 35Km) on dt: 05/07/2015 i m going to some family function and automatically stop my car. I find the nearest service station at modern moter(Maruti service station at karnal Highway) and Mr.jaglan told me your block is break down and engine lock and engine oil is empty but we have service carried ( last service at modern motor karnal) out on time and . As per maruti suzuki person Mr gunjan tyagi ( TSM) told me some water enter in your engine and break the block means i m not use my car in monsoon. As per your maruti suzuki parson told me 99.99% is chargeable but why are give charge because my car service on time & all service carried out only maruti service station and after service my car travel & face the problem and also maruti suzuki warranty give the 40, 000KM and 2Year Warranty. Note: I think our last service at modern motor he washed my car and check the all engine because water entered in the engine. Please look into the matter and do the needfull as soon as possible and i m waiting for your promote and satisfactory reply. Regard Rohit contact [protected]/[protected]

                          Sir With due respect i beg to state that i, Md Khairul Basar, booked a new maruti suzikiswift vdi car from kolkata DEWARS GARAGE LTD. on 31/01/15 (Rec. No.-REC[protected] . I had to cancel the booking for some personal reasons on 05/06/15. But Dewars Garage did not return my booking cancel money till now. So, i request youto inquire of this matter ardentlyand take nacessary steps to give back money as earliar as possible. Thanking you Md Khairul Basar

                            Myself Dr Vijay Goplani had bought Wagon-R Lxi from Popular Motors pvt. ltd. Sola branch on 18/06/15.They have not taken care after sales regarding RTO registration no. I hv to remind them for that thing, even the behaviour of one of the sales person named Mr Suresh is not acceptabl. Even his seniors have not contacted me either for this mater despite repeated call, so i[censored] provide this type of service after selling your vehicle, it is not acceptable.

This is to inform you that i have purchase new car of maruti swift VDI and no one problem in 1st year but now we have facing the problem in my car. Now we have traveling from Ankleshwar to Idar( 300Km) on dt: 08/07/2015 no issuue in car but on dt:09/07/2015 i m going to some family function and automatically stop my car. I find the nearest service station at sun motors (Maruti service station at idar to Himatnagar Highway) and Mr.Sandip Shah told me your block is break down and engine lock and engine oil is empty but we have service carried ( last service at Raviratna-Ankleshwar ) out on 9000km & change the oil and after our service our car travel only 1000km so where is the OIL. As per maruti suzuki person Mr.Nitin Patel ( Kiran motors-Himatanagar) told me some water enter in your engine and break the block means i m not use my car in monsoon. As per your maruti suzuki parson told me 99.99% is chargeable but why are give charge because my car service on 9000km & all service carried out only maruti service station and after service my car travel only 1000km & face the problem and also maruti suzuki warranty give the 20, 000KM and 2Year Warranty. Note: I think our last service at raviratna -ankleshwar he don't change the oil because engine oil is empty. First u have not paid that which u have committed with me regarding this i have booked complaints but u have ignore that . On third service i went to jamkash workshop baramulla i. Was not satisfied with service . I told them there is a mileasge problem and noise problem but they ignored i also told them about this but they refused and reply we can not provide more than this especially mr. Mansoor the work shop incharge . Now this is last and final notice to u .Please look into this matter otherwise i will go to court .                                     Dear Sir, I had given my maruti suzuki car for servicing on 11.07.2015 at your authorised dealer M/s. S.K.Wheels, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra) with the following complaints. (Car SX4, ZXI, Regn No. MH-43-V-3407). 1. Routine servicing 2. Dash Board light is always on (speedo meter & Fuel meter) 3. Side view mirrors, auto adjustment is not working. After few hours they informed me that complete dash board meter system and side view mirrors are to be replaced which will cost approx Rs.18, 000/- (13, 000 + 5, 000) and I denied for the replacement. I got the car by evening duly serviced by paying Rs.8, 000/-. After reaching at home I noticed that there was a new deep scratch on the front bumper, from starting to end above the number plate which I was informed the service engineer and he informed me to take it to the service station which I could not do due to other engagement.Pl clear the following points :- 1. Is it possible to repair the dash board light & side view mirrors 2. It is sure that the scratch took place at SK Wheel's service station only and why they are not noticed it and simply handed over to the customer. While taking the delivery of the car it is not possible to the customer to inspect the car thoroughly because they have some faith on Maruti's service centres.Please note that my car is always parking in stilt area and the meter reading is only 24, 000 KMs Pl advice.                                       Dear Sir. Batter of The Car got defective within 9 Months and Service Centre Magic Auto, Moti Nagar, New Delhi said that I have to Pay for the same. May I know how battery got defective within few month ? Is this service & Quality of Maruti ? Car Purchesed on 22 Oct 2014 Normally battery warranty at least 2 year. Just few days back also decided to buy new alto 800 from Dabri, New Delhi show room and loan is under process. Can You Please help me to Replace the batter ? I am in receipt of original documents of the car according to which there is a difference in SMC Tax and RTO amount paid.
