Dear Maruti Suzuki team, I have issue regarding Wagon R CNG booked from DD Motors, Peeragarhi. [Exchanged my old Alto 800 CNG retrofitted, @ True value ] Simple case of 420, where after receiving the full payment, DD Motors registered an accidented car in our name without any acceptance, consent from us. I had booked the car on 17 July 2015 with Rs. 5000 as advance. On Monday[protected], I stocked my old car and gave a postdated cheque for remaining amount. While moving out from showroom, after stocking my car, I saw a brand new White Wagon R CNG standing in the compound. My wife and I went to see it, just out of curiosity about how our new car will look. Just casually I noted down the CNG tank number for the same. On Friday[protected], I called sales man reminding him to deposit the cheque, since we don't transact on Saturday for the buying iron/derived things. I told salesman to bill/ insure after I check the car personally. But he insisted, we have lots of rush on Sunday, so we have a process to complete all formalities by Saturday, if the delivery is planned on Sunday. Moreover I told him how can you bill and insure my car without me checking the car physically. He re-assured me again and again there will be no issue with the car, and in-case I find anything wrong(scratch etc.) there will be no issue to replace the car until it is registered. Finally billing and insurance was done on Friday. On saturday[protected] evening I called the salesman to confirm Sunday's appointment and also the status of car. He told me car has already come, so out of curiosity I went to see my car. To my surprise, it was the same car which I saw on Monday, parked at same place inside the compound. Salesman didn't agree that it was standing here for last few days, which I showed them the CNG tank number, he said tried to give me excused like may be some customer mite have ordered and later may have changed mind to take this color .. blah blah .. Inside of the car was also v dirty with lots of mud marks on carpet at both front and rear seats. He said, I will get it all cleaned and serviced before delivery. I said I will come tomorrow morning and check again, appointment fixed @ 12:30pm. Around 12:15pm on Sunday[protected] I got a call, saying there was a some problem with RTO software and the process is delayed by 2 hours. Around 3 pm I got a call saying RTO software issue will be resolved in next half an hour. I said, "I will be coming soon". I reached there @4 pm. White wagon R was parked in front of the showroom entrance, while I was moving up the ramp, I observed a color difference on left side front and rear doors. Rear left door was bit dull and non-reflective. I moved to the car and touched it, it had a rough finish, clearly re-painted!! Same was observed by my relatives accompanying me!! Sales man came I asked him, "Are you going to deliver me this re-painted accident-ed car ? " His team lead also reached, on seeing the car all agreed in minute that it is re-painted!! These people went inside, Sales manager, team lead and salesman returned to me after 10-15 minutes saying car is already registered in your name !!, had it not been registered we could have changed it !! Why did they register, who told them to register ? Who gave them acceptance to register, do they have any signed document ? Offered to change the door with a brand new car, I simply refused to take the delivery of the car !! Finally these people came to me, to buy one day to take their decision. I granted them. Today, on Monday I called the sales manager (though he was supposed to updated me by 1 pm), he said we are trying to get registration cancelled but it is registered in your name !! He never bothered to give me an upper time limit to resolve this issue, only assurance I got is, "Will update you, whenever there is any progress." I want Maruti to investigate on: - How/Why, the dealer was trying to deliver an accidental car ? Doesn't Maruti dealership have a quality check before presenting the car to customer for delivery ? - How was car registered without my consent and that too in such a hurry? There is definitely some fowl play in this. (FRAUD) - I have lost complete faith with DD Motors and Maruti as a company, where a Platinum dealer like DD motors does fraud practices and Maruti cannot control it. - I want a new car or the refund of my whole amount back[ and the value of my old car] - Car is still lying with the dealership, Maruti can get it examined. - Also as a proof, CCTV footage of the above described incident can be verified by Maruti. My hard earned money is struck, neither I am getting a refund nor a new car, for no fault of mine!! Car details : Wagon R CNG(White) Engine number : XXXX531 Chassis number : XXX744 Booked in name of : XXXXX DD Motor person details : Sales manager : Harmeet Singh Salesman : Nitin Badhani Failing to get a quick resolution for my issue, I will be compelled to reach the Consumer court and raise the issue with online media/platforms.     I have an ertiga. 2014 purchased insured with icici lombard.
    It has little scratch line on left side
    So i submit the car in claim to maruti service centre aligarh to repaint the car.
    They have done the job
    Anf charge to the insurer full amount
    But work was too bad
    The paint finish was bad and also whole left side is now looking too much odd.
    Maruti service is too much bad.

      I own Maruti Swift bearing No AP10 AQ 7575 (Chasis No:MA3FKEB1S00378134K8) which has run 1.3 lac Kms. On 18th July'15 noon after running 180 Kms my vehicle struck (Gear problem) at Warangal (Telangana).I approached the local Maruti Service station (Adarsha Motors Warangal), they have replaced the clutch...& handed over on the same day at 06:30 after paying Rs10500/-.After which I drove 500 Kms, reaching Hyd.In the mid of traffic again my vehicle struck with same problem.I have taken the car to RKS Motors (Maruti Authorised), they said the clutch has problem & has replaced clutches, bushes, bearings, Gear box... RKS Motors claim that, I have to pay complete amount irrespective of previous services, for which I want claim from Adarsha Motors to be responsible & compensate the amount for the services which had to be done second time just after running 500 Kms. Note: Adharsha hasn't handedover the old spares against the replaced spares. I received a call from RKS stating the vehicle is ready for delivery on 24th July'15 evening.RKS raised a bill of Rs 17000/- (app). I request your intervention & clear the matter & compensate the expenses made through Adarsha, who did do proper service to my vehicle.

        Dear sir / madam, my self rohit kumar and my mobile no. [protected] / [protected]and my car number hr05an0817. This is to inform you that i have purchase new car of maruti swift vxi its only 11000km running and i facing a problem in 6th month, we have facing the problem in my car. Now we have traveling from karnal to panipat (35km) on dt: 05 / 07 / 2015 i m going to some family function and automatically stop my car. I find the nearest service station at modern moter (Maruti service station at karnal highway) and mr. Jaglan told me your block is break down and engine lock and engine oil is empty but we have service carried (Last service at modern motor karnal) out on time and. As per maruti suzuki person mr gunjan tyagi (Tsm) told me some water enter in your engine and break the block means i m not use my car in monsoon. As per your maruti suzuki parson told me 99. 99% is chargeable but why are give charge because my car service on time & all service carried out only maruti service station and after service my car travel & face the problem and also maruti suzuki warranty give the 40, 000km and 2year warranty. Note: i think our last service at modern motor he washed my car and check the all engine because water entered in the engine. I want my car repair in warranty. Please look into the matter and do the needfull as soon as possible and i m waiting for your promote and satisfactory reply.           Gave my car on 13/07/2015 for service its been 15 days but service station not giving car back. I claimed my Car[ Maruti Suzuki Celerio-Lxi, Number Plate :- GJ 04 CA 3177 ] with my ICICI Lombard zero depth Policy [policy no: 3001/MI[protected]/00/000] claim no: MOT04745032 to service center for repair. Sir whenever i call them and ask them to collect my car they says "Ho Jayegi, delhi se yeh aa rha hai, gudgaon se ye magvaya hai" . they are so rude and misbehaving you can't even imagine. sir I urge you to take hard action on that cause the way they behaving and chocking my car for almost 15 day is too much... I attached Job sheet with this complaint for your better help.               I am sandeep kumar purchased new car swift vxi no-br-01-ch-1348 dtd-31/01/2015, from alankar auto sales pvt & ltd rajapur patna. My complaints :- 1. Related to servicing- my 2nd servicing dtd valid till-12/07/2015 but your agency conveyed to me dtd 20/07/2015, reason given by your representative my phone is out of coverage area. Reason is completely wrong because i am branch manager o[censored]co bank and my mobile no alaways covering natwork. 2.                 Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Zxi D, Brown Purchased on Dated[protected] Dealer - Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd. Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh Giving Starting problem from last three months and after changing the battery from your dealer it has again reported with the same defect. Not able to understand that what has been the problem with this car which is not able to be rectified by your Delaer, Sometimes your Dealer are asking us to come to their showroom and saying that maybe there is some fuel problem in your tank or some bulb they were asking to be get changed, but in the end the solution has come with big zero.Has reported them always, and now want this to be get in noticed to the Company because it has been a really big mistake from our end for purchase of CIAZ, Please look into this matter on priority basis and rectify this defect as soon as possible.                   i am buy Maruti Ciaz on Feb 2015 and we face issue again & again on this car 1st 3 tims its gone for gear issue and after that is engine noise issue and its front side door stuck. now i dont understand what to do with this car can i go for consumer court or what to do.

                    We had booked a Wagonr at ONE AUTO And their sales executive assured us that they given best price of new car as well as our old car. But after further enquary we knew that their price has so high as comparatively others dealer. As a result we canceled the booking But as per our previous deal they did not refund the full booking amount . So don't purchase car from One Auto they are not reliable .

                        i purchased a car swift dzire vxi in june 2014 it is still in guarantee period and in june starting it developed some problem in engine(making noise in 4 and 5 gear) and when i approached maruti's authorized dealers they all refused to attend my car saying that they can open the gear box even my car was not attended at gurgaon service center. I complained about this to Maruti head ofice and regional office but no action is taken in 2 months. i am not able to use my car form last 2 months. On one hand Maruti assures roadside assistance while in reality they are the worst after sale service provider. This is my sincere advice to all not to buy a Maruti product and face these kind of hiccups.

                          I gave the car for Service on Saturday(18th) to Maruti Sales and Service located in Naraina and when I reached to take delivery CNG gas was leaking and service adviser did not pay attention to it but gas was leaking so heavily that it got leaked in span of 2 hrs without driving. I filed complaint to services center and they said if the CNG is fitted outside they are not responsible for same. My complaint is if they are not touching CNG fitting and if I submitted my car in proper condition at the time of service then whose mistake is that if get the defective services car(gas leaking). Service center is denying to take note of it and asking me to get this rectified from outside. Regards Divya Mattey

                            BEING A MARUTI SWIFT FROM PAST 3 YEARS At 19th July 2015 around 9:30 am, I went to fast track Noida for paid service of my maruti swift UP14BS0830 and my SA mane was SANTOSH [protected]. He wrote all the complaints about the car and what all services it needed specially the vibration problem in the stereo and the wobbling left back tire. At 12 noon I received a message from the workshop that my car is ready .At 4:00 pm SANTOSH called me up...

                            Hello Sir / Madam, I am a proud owner of Maruti Ertiga vehicle for past 2 years. The main reason behind selecting the Maruti vehicle is the quality of after sales service that you are providing. unfortunately it is also the reason behind writing this mail. My Vehicle Details [protected] Car Owner: Sumesh K R Registered Number: KL - 08 - BD - 7954 The issue that I faced [protected]-- For the past few months I had noticed that the low fuel indicator in my vehicle starts to lighten up quickly after filling the petrol. I even driven more than 250 KM after low fuel indicator to make sure that there is some issues with the indicator. So finally I decided to go to the service station. Service station history (BRD Car World Limited, BRD Complex, Guruvayoor Road, Pookunnam PO, Thrissur-2, Kerala) [protected]--- 1.) First Visit (Attended by service adviser): They had asked me to refill the tank and come back. Refilled with Rs.1000 and go back to the service center. The removed the fuel tank and check the meter. Then asked me to come back once the indicator shown. 2.) Second Visit (Attended by service adviser): I came back to service station once the indicator lighten up. They checked it and informed me that they didn't get the correct readings. So asked me to refill the tank again and to came back once the indicator shown. I refilled my vehicle with Rs.1000 again. 3.) Third Visit (Attended by service adviser): I came back to service station once the indicator shown. They had checked the vehicle and informed me that they need more detailed checks to be done. So asked me to take the vehicle for the day and come back on another day. Again refilled the tank with Rs.1000 4.) Fourth Visit (Attended by service adviser): This time they informed me that they had replaced the fuel tank cluster of my vehicle with another one's vehicle (Who had visited the service center for normal service). And after the tests they didn't find anything unusual. They had re-fitted the originals in respective vehicles. Then they suggested me to replace the current fuel tank cluster with a new one. I was ready for it even though there is no guarantee for solution. The service people had informed me that it will take another 5 days for the new cluster to arrive. They asked me to come on Saturday (July 18th, 2015). 5.) Fifth Visit (Attended by work manager Suresh T.): I had visited the service center on Saturday and handed over my vehicle for the replacement. Later, they had informed me that they had filled my petrol tank with 10 liters of petrol and filled another Ertiga's petrol tank with another 10 liters(The second Ertiga came for normal service). They had removed both petrol tanks and checked it. Then they had stated that there is no issues with my vehicle's 250 KM lightning low fuel indicator and they had done with my vehicle. They asked me to take my vehicle out of the service center in very harsh manner. I was really shocked since I didn't do any thing wrong or said anything bad even after the 5 th visit to solve the same issue. Then I asked them for an official note on the same stating that there is no issues. But they harshly declined it. Now I am writing this mail with a belief that I will get an official explanation on the reason behind the odd behavior of my low fuel indicator. Some shocking thoughts going through my mind [protected][protected]---- 1.) The Maruthi service center used some other vehicles equipment to check my vehicle. So there is high chance for my vehicle equipment to be fitted to some other vehicles to check any faults. I had a strong belief that my low fuel indicator get damaged in one of my earlier visit for normal services. They may used it or they may not. But there is at least 50% chance for the same. So I think it is not correct to have 0.5% chance for the same as long as Maruti assures a genuine service. 2.) Each visit to the service center means, I have to fill my tank with Rs.500 to cover the distance. So a total of 5 visits done. Rs.[protected] for first and last visits and 3000 for testing) spend from my side for an unresolved issue. I still not taken back my vehicle as they are not providing an official letter. So please act on the same to get the issue resolved or to get an official confirmation on 250 KM under low fuel indicator.

Each visit to the service center means, I have to fill my tank with Rs.500 to cover the distance. So a total of 5 visits done. Rs.[protected] for first and last visits and 3000 for testing) spend from my side for an unresolved issue. I still not taken back my vehicle as they are not providing an official letter. So please act on the same to get the issue resolved or to get an official confirmation on 250 KM under low fuel indicator.

This vehicle booked on the name of brajesh kamur, I m a school vendor it directly harmful for my business because I gave commitment to school management for adding new vehicle but your dealer continously fail in commitment which was made to me.                                   Last Saturday 18th July i went to office in my car While waiting in Chennai tidel park signal near thiruvanmiyur my car front windshield glass has got minute crack and even there is no big stone or anything has been hitted. But there is a minute scratch and at that spot informed the incident to the showroom and they told me to come there. After reaching showroom they said stone has been hitted and that’s why glass got crack. Already i changed that front glass on last month only. But now also the same has been happened due to poor quality of fitting on 2nd time is very worst quality. Money is not at all a matter. But quality is most important trusted. But in this showroom they have fixed a poor quality and that’s why i got the same glass broken on 2nd time. Please take necessary action against the showroom and advise them to don’t cheat the customers by duplicating the quality. Have preferred ABT maruti which is located in Guindy and there i am going to fix the new front glass on next month due to finance problem. Hereafter i won’t never come to AIE car showroom and i will not give my car to service to that showroom.                                     I rahul lahot mobile [protected].We bought car maruti suzuki swift zdi pb22j5330 in december 2012 from tr sawhney wazirabad delhi and also we made full insurance two times from the showroom.On 18 february 2014 we gave over car to tara motor ganganagar road abohar punjab in accidental condition at their service center.The body shall was damage but engine was alright.They decided to change car's body shall because over under insurance that we can claim 5'46'214 lakhs.The service center make estimate around 3, 00, 000 lakhs for repair.Now they make over estimate around 4, 50, 000 and we already deposited them 60, 000 rupees that they said now they want more 1, 50, 000 lakhs from us that we unable to pay because we pay our car loan also to sbi.To till date company create so many problems.We complaint so many time to maruti suzuki's head office about service center but nobody listen about our car matter, till now over car is there.We are fully harassed in the fight between insurance and service center.Please solve our problem for we shall very thank full to you.

                                      I have purchased swift zxi on jan 2014. . . It is now clocked at 32000 kms and now i am getting rattling noises from all over the car and i am finding it much difficult to drive the car through bad roads. The car starts to make squeaking noises from everywhere, all hinges, all joints, back tray almost everywhere.
                                      Kindly help me to solve the issue.
