Dear Sir / madam, My self Rohit kumar and my Mobile No.[protected]/[protected]and my car number HR05AN0817. This is to inform you that i have purchase new car of maruti swift VXI and I facing a problem in 6th month, we have facing the problem in my car. Now we have traveling from karnal to panipat ( 35Km) on dt: 05/07/2015 i m going to some family function and automatically stop my car. I find the nearest service station at modern moter(Maruti service station at karnal Highway) and Mr.jaglan told me your block is break down and engine lock and engine oil is empty but we have service carried ( last service at modern motor karnal) out on time and . As per maruti suzuki person Mr gunjan tyagi ( TSM) told me some water enter in your engine and break the block means i m not use my car in monsoon. As per your maruti suzuki parson told me 99.99% is chargeable but why are give charge because my car service on time & all service carried out only maruti service station and after service my car travel & face the problem and also maruti suzuki warranty give the 40, 000KM and 2Year Warranty. Note: I think our last service at modern motor he washed my car and check the all engine because water entered in the engine. Please look into the matter and do the needfull as soon as possible and i m waiting for your promote and satisfactory reply. Regard Rohit contact [protected]/[protected]

    Sir With due respect i beg to state that i, Md Khairul Basar, booked a new maruti suzikiswift vdi car from kolkata DEWARS GARAGE LTD. on 31/01/15 (Rec. No.-REC[protected] . I had to cancel the booking for some personal reasons on 05/06/15. But Dewars Garage did not return my booking cancel money till now. So, i request youto inquire of this matter ardentlyand take nacessary steps to give back money as earliar as possible. Thanking you Md Khairul Basar

      Myself Dr Vijay Goplani had bought Wagon-R Lxi from Popular Motors pvt. ltd. Sola branch on 18/06/15.They have not taken care after sales regarding RTO registration no. I hv to remind them for that thing, even the behaviour of one of the sales person named Mr Suresh is not acceptabl. Even his seniors have not contacted me either for this mater despite repeated call, so i[censored] provide this type of service after selling your vehicle, it is not acceptable.

This is to inform you that i have purchase new car of maruti swift VDI and no one problem in 1st year but now we have facing the problem in my car. Now we have traveling from Ankleshwar to Idar( 300Km) on dt: 08/07/2015 no issuue in car but on dt:09/07/2015 i m going to some family function and automatically stop my car. I find the nearest service station at sun motors (Maruti service station at idar to Himatnagar Highway) and Mr.Sandip Shah told me your block is break down and engine lock and engine oil is empty but we have service carried ( last service at Raviratna-Ankleshwar ) out on 9000km & change the oil and after our service our car travel only 1000km so where is the OIL. As per maruti suzuki person Mr.Nitin Patel ( Kiran motors-Himatanagar) told me some water enter in your engine and break the block means i m not use my car in monsoon. As per your maruti suzuki parson told me 99.99% is chargeable but why are give charge because my car service on 9000km & all service carried out only maruti service station and after service my car travel only 1000km & face the problem and also maruti suzuki warranty give the 20, 000KM and 2Year Warranty. Note: I think our last service at raviratna -ankleshwar he don't change the oil because engine oil is empty.             As i have purchased alto k10 vxi from jamkash baramulla kashmir . First u have not paid that which u have committed with me regarding this i have booked complaints but u have ignore that . On third service i went to jamkash workshop baramulla i. Was not satisfied with service . I told them there is a mileasge problem and noise problem but they ignored i also told them about this but they refused and reply we can not provide more than this especially mr. Mansoor the work shop incharge . Now this is last and final notice to u .Please look into this matter otherwise i will go to court .               Dear Sir, I had given my maruti suzuki car for servicing on 11.07.2015 at your authorised dealer M/s. S.K.Wheels, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra) with the following complaints. (Car SX4, ZXI, Regn No. MH-43-V-3407). 1. Routine servicing 2. Dash Board light is always on (speedo meter & Fuel meter) 3. Side view mirrors, auto adjustment is not working. After few hours they informed me that complete dash board meter system and side view mirrors are to be replaced which will cost approx Rs.18, 000/- (13, 000 + 5, 000) and I denied for the replacement. I got the car by evening duly serviced by paying Rs.8, 000/-. After reaching at home I noticed that there was a new deep scratch on the front bumper, from starting to end above the number plate which I was informed the service engineer and he informed me to take it to the service station which I could not do due to other engagement.Pl clear the following points :- 1. Is it possible to repair the dash board light & side view mirrors 2. It is sure that the scratch took place at SK Wheel's service station only and why they are not noticed it and simply handed over to the customer. While taking the delivery of the car it is not possible to the customer to inspect the car thoroughly because they have some faith on Maruti's service centres.Please note that my car is always parking in stilt area and the meter reading is only 24, 000 KMs Pl advice.                 Dear Sir. Batter of The Car got defective within 9 Months and Service Centre Magic Auto, Moti Nagar, New Delhi said that I have to Pay for the same. May I know how battery got defective within few month ? Is this service & Quality of Maruti ? Car Purchesed on 22 Oct 2014 Normally battery warranty at least 2 year. Just few days back also decided to buy new alto 800 from Dabri, New Delhi show room and loan is under process. Can You Please help me to Replace the batter ?                 Batter of The Car got defective within 9 Months and Service Centre Magic Auto, Moti Nagar, New Delhi said that I have to Pay for the same.

                May I know how battery got defective within few month ? Is this service & Quality of Maruti ?

                Normally battery warranty at least 2 year.

                Can You Please help me to Replace the battery ?

I am in receipt of original documents of the car according to which there is a difference in SMC Tax and RTO amount paid.                     The car is BALENO and not SX4 The authorised dealer and service center is on Anand Tarapur Road near Gas Station Vittal Udyog Nagar Kind Attn Customer Relationship Manager Recently about two weeks ago I serviced my car Baleno Reg No GJ 5CG 0312 at the authoriesed service center at Vithal Udyog Nagar Anand Dist Anand Gujarat State After service I purchased three items from the service center The items are Car wax polish Dashboard cleaner cum polish and Sponge applicator from the same service center The sales executive did not give me cash memo despite my insistence Yet I purchased the items believing the quality of product which is approved by Maruti Suzuki The Sponge applicator was damaged immediately after its first use for applying the car wax polish The Sponge applicator was taken back to the sales executive who after two weeks replaced it by another item Polishing Cloth free of cost only after consulting his superior Two day back I wanted to polish my car I was surprised to find out that the polish applicator spray pump malfunctioned and stopped working The wax in the polish mix was found to be precipitated which came out in small lumps when applied manually and without using the spray mechanism Now Instead of taking this back to the sales executive I preferred to bring it to your notice of such a bad quality of approved products for your kind attention and necessary remedial action Kindly improve the quality of such items kept in the authorised service center I will like the item Car Wax Polish replaced without any extra cost The polish sample is available with me along with the spray bottle which malfunctions and does spray the polish when used The dashboard cleaner polish does not give the desired effect when used. I have observed the service center uses some other cleaner cum polish for the same purpose. The same is lying idle with me and can be produced to your representative if required I am confident that the above mentioned feed back and complaint will be taken seriously at your end Regards

                      This is to share the worst experience with Maruti Service masters, Chennai. I have given my car for insurance claim when there was a small accident happened on left, front side. That time they took nearly one week time to do the repair and they did not tell me that there was a fork bend on the wheels. When i called on next day, they asked me to bring the car, but due to no time i gave my car one week later to do wheel alignment and balancing, telling this problem. But now this guy Nazeer told there was a bend on wheels for which they will charge me extra. When i called Parthiban who done repair work initially when accident happens. He is saying that he will not check all those, because accident is small and only a dent. Is this not your job to give me a confirmation call me after you receive vehicle when you arrange a pick up. How would customer can keep asking the issues in the vehicle. I believe, your engineers are good enough to check entire car when accident happens, rather checking only the accident part. And I really dont understand of Mr.Amir Nayir's reply to customer. He will only reply through mails, and dont have time to talk on phone when i called him. Finally a pathetic service from Maruti.. My car num : 22CD 1911

                        Hi Team i have purchased a new Swift VDI car from Balaghat Kunal Motors from the time of purchase an additional sound is coming from the car Engine . I checked with the Kunal Motor service center as well as Showroom Balaghat they informed me it is the normal Sound coming from new Car . After few days i went to Jabalpur and checked my vehicle in Shubh Moters Jabalpur workshop and they told me it is some engine sound and they have to look at the sound by opening the car engine parts probably so i refused to do that as it was new car, i told them i will check with my Dealer because opening engine for new car is not good . I came back to balaghat and explain the whole story to Mr Shailendra Chaure workshop and showroom head Balaghat and he told me that head engineer is coming from Chinndwara Kunal motors and he will check your Car . So I waited for him and day after tomorrow on 08 july Sohail came from Kunal Motors Chindwara and checked my car manually and he gave me an update that engine sound issue is related to fuel ejection and may the diesel fueled in car is not good as per the standard . He told me after his checkup that finish the current car fuel and refuel the car with correct Diesel and drive the Car after that Engine noise will be gone after 50-100 km drive . I did the same drive the care 100 KM as suggested but the issue is still the same so i reported the Engine issue status to Kunal motors balaghat and he suggested me to check the vehicle in Kunal Motors Chinndwara Today i went to KUNAL Motors chinndwara and reported the issue to GM Kunal motors and he assured me the problem will be get it done but today the Kunal Motors Technical mechanic check the car and told me that is issue in GEAR box setting and they open the GEAR BOX of car replace the Clutch plate and pressure plate but after that issue was still there now they are telling me that issue is not related to gear box they have to check Oil chamber and they are opening it for the same i am not expecting such untechnical behavior from Maruti Suzuki Company Without doing any thing they are just doing HIT and Trail and opening my Car engine part I have recorded every technical move as a proof as well conversation between them now they are telling me to drop your car at KUNAL MOTORS service center they will check and rectify the issue and return us back when it is done i am afraid just for HIT and Trail approach may be they will open the care engine i have paid the Money for the New car not for the faulty one delivered to me i expect my complaint will be taken with care otherwise i will be filling a consumer complaint against the Faulty car

                            i am shrikrushna joshi, complaining from vadodara, that i purchased my alto 800 car from amar car Goawa, from purchasing date til a day i took services from Amar car and til a day my car is run up to 4500 k.m. on 11/7/2015 when i went at Amar car Gorawa they told me about my car history that kiran motor vadodara .has repair my car and they replace a horn in my car and they write a k.m. in historyare sheet k.m. is 30, 000 k.m. so, they are diing froud with me regarding history sheet of vehicle so correct it and give it in to my knowledge .with regards,

                              I have purchased a Alto 800 Lxi CNG. Reg No.MH14 EC 7541 car from the Authorised Maruti Dealer M/s: ACE Kudale car Pvt Ltd-Pune (Maharashtra).The vehicle is purchased on 22nd jan 2014 only. Now i see small small rust mark all over the car, i think because of painting inferear quality, I am expecting that some one from your dealer end to witness it do the necessary thing.                                 I have purchased a Swift Dzire VXI BS IV. Reg No.BR01CH 8505 car from the Authorised Maruti Dealer M/s: Alankar Auto Sales & Service Pvt Ltd-Patna (Bihar).The vehicle is purchased on 3rd March 2015 only. on 6th June 2015 when i was coming back from my office to home my car has suddenly stopped and break down on the city highway. Subsequently i informed my authorised Maruti agency i.e M/s: Alankar Auto Sales & Service Pvt Ltd-Patna (Bihar). They picked up the car for their service center at Patna on dated 07/07/2015. Now they have informed me that my newly purchased car has some serious technical problems in engine and so the engine has to be either replaced or to be repaired on customer cost. I shall there fore request your good self that my newly bought car is only 3 months old and still covered under warranty since the car is not working properly so company should replace my damages car with new one. But still today my problem is not solve out. I m very unsatisfy with maruti Suzuki service center. Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I am your loyal customer since 1986 and have used five variant of Maruti cars by myself and many more by my family members. I purchased new Desire ZDI from Vehicleades, Palampur (H.P.). They provided only four alloy wheels and ordinary wheel without alloy as fifth wheel which is to be used as stapney which look bad when it is put to use in case of need. Kindly let me know whether it has not been provided by the company as the said dealer conveyed the same to me

                                      i had gone to purchase a new CELARIO automatic from you dealer in calicut. The quote given is as follows VXI AMT Ex show room 488222 RTO 29293 reg charges 550 insurance 16510 handling charge 6480 what i am surprised is the amount charged as handling.when i querried they said it is the transportation charges from gurgaon, to the best of my understanding the deliver at the dealer is done at the cost of the Maruti udyog. If that is so is it fair to levy this amount, I have been using Maruti for last 15 yrs, Wagon R and now i have ritz. I am quite happy with the vehicle, but this is an irrtant. I am jst bringing it to your notice for any action you may deem fit RK Nair

                                        I have Maruti ZEN Estilo. It was given for servicing in Wonder Cars (Camp). While dropping off the car, the person did an accident. The manager was not very co-operative. The car is sent for repair and will be ready after 10 days. This has caused us lot of in-convenience. Now I have to pay for servicing charges and plus this repair of accident. Even though your agreement says 'You are sending the vehicle at your own risk', this does not give you right for rash driving.

                                        I got my car. All damaged parts replaced and wonder cars bared the expenses.
                                        I am satisfactory with the service.
