I bought a new car- alto k10 cng from competent automobiles najafgarh on[protected] in my wife- renu's name, and give my old car ALTO -HR12-H-4434 (jasbir singh) to dealer in exchange scheme. i was promised to transfer the old vehicle within 15 days but still not done.
