I lost key of my car. Requested a new key from Goyal motors . New key received after 20 days but car do not start up using that key too.Mechanic from Goyal motors Solan also visited but failed to get the car repaired. I have purchased swift dzire at Ahmedabad from M/s Kataria Automobiles. They have charged Rs 5000 from me in respect if handling charges. When i enquired about this charge they told me that this is the instruction of company to take handling charges from the customer, whereas no other automobile companies like Tata" honda, hundai etc is taking the handling charges from the customer.
