I had bought a new Swift ZXI from Popular centre Mavelikkara last november. Now while doing the second service I came to know that there is no alloy wheel for the steppiny tyre. I asked popular centre mavelikkara regarding this and what they are saying is there wont be any alloy wheel for the 5th tyre. What I want to know is if there is no alloy wheel for the steppiny tyre, how would wheel balancing work if that is used instead of a damaged tyre. This is a serious fault from the Maruti team. I demand a reply for this.

I have spoken to Mr .Mukesh TSM Maruti couple of times, instead of he giving a call back even once . Mr Mukesh said that it's very natural of car getting rusted and told me to bring the car to the service center, rather giving a home pick up, also he is correlating the rusting issue with service handling of the dealer in the question, which I feel are two separate issues all together . I would really be happy to know the TAT for a complaint at Maruti, I am really dissatisfied by the way my complain is being handled and the delay induced . As told to me by Mr Mukesh that the defect is not covered under warranty so shall I assume that a car that is registered for 15 years shall completely or partly disappear with in half of its life .It was again a very casual reply by Mr Mukesh that you can get the thing paid and rectified . I want an answer to explanations of Mr Mukesh, regarding the rusting of the car under normal usage conditions also some of your dealership personnel called me just to fill boxes and not concerned about getting the issue resolved on priority .       I am cheated by teling that we use maruti geniune parts (mgp) parts and we provide warrenty and guarrenty on mgp parts.but after few months my vehicle faces same problem.after complainting at nearest dealer (jamkash vehicle leads sangrama baramulla kashmir).they rudely misbehaved and also told we will not provide any warrenty to our parts.its up to them wheather give warrenty are not.i am deeply sadned by the dealer and maruti suzuki to whom they give there dealership.

        I had purchased a Maruti Cellario Reg no DL12CH4842 in Oct 2014, on company lease. My company has a corporate account with Rana motors. I am disappointed to say that i haven’t received the RC for the Vehicle till date despite several follow ups. I am informed that the executive who handled the sale of my car has resigned and hence the delay..i dont understand how resigning of 1 individual can hamper the work and is this a legitimate excuse to give to the client. I have spoken to everyone from executive to Manager who assure me that they will get back to me in 2-3 days but they never do and when i call back i have to explain the details all over again. I would not recommend Rana Motors to anyone and strongly take this up in my organization. This behavior is unacceptable. The entire sales team should be fired if they can’tget an RC after 6 MONTHS. That too on a CORPORATE Account. I hate to deal with unprofessional behavior but need a final word on whom to reach for my RC.

            I bought a new car- alto k10 cng from competent automobiles najafgarh on[protected] in my wife- renu's name, and give my old car ALTO -HR12-H-4434 (jasbir singh) to dealer in exchange scheme. i was promised to transfer the old vehicle within 15 days but still not done. Now dealer is not helping in this matter, visited dealership several times but each time says it will take some more time, i donot know to whom they have sold the old vehicle. Old vehicle is still running in my name and it may be involved in illegal activites/ accident etc then who will be responsible.               Dear sir, Our car SX4 ZDI HR 29 AA 0189 developed snag and there was objectionable noise from engine. It was sent to Vipul motors, Mathura Road, Faridabad. Our car SX4 ZDI HR29 AA0189 is shuttling between us and your dealer's workshop for last 5 months. They have tried everything to repair it, but the problem is that the job was undertaken in piece meal basis without being able to or bothering to diagnose the real reason. Some times they replaced the main bearing, next time replaced crank shaft, next time big end bearings, then cam shaft bearing, then cam shaft, which eventually got broken while testing, then engine valves, engine oil pump then the tappet cover, and then the piston rings before handing over to us. We were told that engineers from the Company are closely supervising and watching the progress. And car returns to to workshop after 10-15 days again. Nobody can expect such a state of affair at a reputed company's showroom /work shop. It seems that engineers are still trying to repair it on hit and trial basis as we are being told that one bearing has worn out. Baring will be changed again without looking for the reason why it happened ? And very obviously the snag shall reoccur. What part failed which led to this condition? We wonder where the expertise is? Funnily, once the car was handed over to us with assurance that the engine noise shall subside after few kilometers of running. It is requested that the car or its engine be sent to company's assembly facility only and get all reconditioning work done there. We strongly believe that it would not be possible to get the work done satisfactorily with lasting results at present set up as it seems to be beyond their capability and expertise. The car was repaired under the warranty. but the repair done was not done properly and problem didn't get resolved at all. It was responsibility of the company to undertake repairs satisfactorily which never happened. We well understand and demand that the repairs being undertaken / to be undertaken to tackle the problems be covered in the warranty and at Maruti Suzuki Engine Assembly facility. We want to know, what is being done in this context.                 Sir I had purchased a marutisuzuki dezire VXI car on 17/12/2012 from AM Motors Changaramkulam in Malapuram, Kerala and registered at RTO office at Thrissur.on14/01/2013. Chassis no.MA3EJKD1S00236980LC. Engine no.K12MN7038557 Reg.no.KL8 AZ 4269. From the starting itself my car showed malfunctioning of electronic emission system. Many times dealer repaired.But after running a few kilometers malfunctioning re appeared. So iI very much feared to use my vehicle for travelling long distances especially with my family.at last I submitted a complaint directly to Marutisuzuki company in November 2014 before expiry of warranty period. As per instruction from company dealer A M Motors again repaired my car at kilometer reading 11062 and replaced emission system with new one .But before 2 weeks the malfunctioning again appeared at kilometer reading 11768.I feared that something serious had occurred to my car at the time of moulding.Now my car is kept idle in my car porch .I feared to use my car.During these 2and1/2 years I used my car for travelling only11768 kilometers.most of the time I used hired car for travelling.now I completely lost my confidence in repair.So I want to replace this faulty car with a new one .Otherwise I will be forced to take legal measures against the company.I will also forced to aware the public about this through social media.It may tarnish the reputation of the company Expecting a timely and satisfactory necessary action from the part of company yours faithfully Abdul Khadar N V phon no.                   Dear Sir, Reg no : GJ5JC2808 Model: ertiga The above details is of my car. I want to register a complaint regarding it. In month of August I had given my car in accident in spectra motors where they kept my car for almost 6 & half months in the workshop. In the month of Feb around 13th I got my car back that time the advisor Mr. Mehul had informed me that my car engine is finished & needs to be repaired I agreed for it & paid 52000 for it. But hence forth after that also I am getting the same problem of the engine & now they are telling me to pay again 29000 for the same, hence y should I pay again for it & y again bear for it & y again & again is this problem coming. I think you people are least interested in doing the work & if my problem is not resolved then I will have to complaint direct on the top level management if this issue is not getting resolved by u people.                       I had purchased my car Wagon R LXI from Apra AutoI Pvt Ltd vasantkunj on Oct 2008. I fitted Nipon central locking system from the company at the time of purchase itself. .                         Dear Sir/Madam, I my self is an engineer by profession building designer. I am a regular owner of Maruti Suzuki. My First Four wheel was Mauti 800 Dx. By The grace of my Mother Now I am an owner Ritz ZXI. Within free service period there was a complain by me about the AC blower and dash board sound some how the Sky Automobile people may make some temporary adjustment with my vehicle to make noise free. But for last 5~6 month back that noise disturbing me more and AC blower is not working freely. If I take my vehicle to the Sky Automobile Now the service people may charge me for the same old complain. So..Kindly Guide me What should I do ???? Eagerly waiting for a solution from your side.                           Dear sir,
                          I have purchased a new car Alto 800 VXI from Raj Sneh at Garh Road Meerut on 26 Mar'2015. They have charged so much of extra money. This is so ridiculous. Firstly, they charged Ex- Showroom Price 3, 28, 670 which is 2, 92, 293 as per the bill. Secondly, they charged 13, 782 as insurance money which is again 12, 591 as per the insurance paper. I an sending you all the proofs of paper. Thirdly, they charged Registration charges 27, 955 which should be around 23, 000 as it is 8% of Ex-Showroom price as per my knowledge. Fourthly, they charged 4, 750 as handling charges which they should not as they are already included in Ex- Showroom price. Fifthly, they charged 4, 000 as 4 years warranty which they did not disclose at the time of purchase. Later when we recieved the bill and asked, them they said " its from Maruti Suzuki side without which we cannot sell the car" which i know is false. Maruti Suzuki is not providing any warranty for 4 years. Sixthly, on my first service(which i took on 27 April, 2015) which should be free they gave me the estimate of 2800 which included change of ac filter and one two other things which is absolutely not required. And u tell me Does a new car just driven 600 kms need not to get its ac filter changed? Obviously not. So kindly look into the matter at the earnest. Hope for a Positive Response.

                            I booked my car Alto 800 Lxi for paid services (Pick and Drop facility) from 25 April 2015 with conformation from Krish Auto Services. They gave me time 8 a.m. but no driver came in my house and then at 9.15a.m. one driver called me that due to not get my correct number unable to call me to pick my car, even I booked my car 2 day before with given my house address and my mobile number and then I said it ok so You can come right now but he refused due to distance plus time. SO I told its O.K. I will do other authorized service center and than his supervisor called me and requested me that she will pick my car with other driver at 2 pm and return same day . So I agreed and when the new driver (Vinod) came, He told me I will pick that car but I will drop you tomorrow because to late, So I refused but again I called his supervisor Poonam, than she call the driver and assured that She will return today . Now the Driver Vinod gave me job card where Petrol meter was 3point and other thing but he told that it to late so difficult to return, I don't know than when the car serviced (May or may not be as a lay person not shown any thing) and returned to my home He told me that due to his effort the car was dropped other wise it will return tomorrow and not shown any thing and take money from me and where in Invoice when I checked written perfume prise but he told me, he forget ( It happened second time with me.) .Next morning I saw my petrol meter shows blinking means no petrol even I unable to go 2 to 3 k.m.and than I called him and he said I don't know call any where other higher person than I called engineer but he also told me I will call you with no satisfactory answer but still whole day no response than I called Poonam which was busy till 1.30 pm and when I told her she told me she will revert back, but no response. Now My question is this type of facility provided Maruti authorized service center KRISH, even they don't want to response, the prize of perfume as well petrol I lost, no body want to listen. Maruti authorized these type of service center where the person cheated customer and than don’t want to response.

                              Sir i buy new maruti celerio car from k p automative jaipur
                              Car left hand front door is damge and they given me that car they cleverly put artifical flower on it that i can't see that dent on the door i all reay complain to maruti company on 26 / 4 / 14 and the compalain no is [protected]
                              Yesterday i get call from k p auto customer care mangar that what's the issue i will come in the evening an between 6 to 6. 30 pm but no budy come to meet me and today they r not reciving my call i call them 2 times they don't pick my call
                              So this is the quality service given by maruti company

                                Hi, I got my car serviced from your authorised service dealer Navnit Motors, thane. This was my second service done at this place. I would like to bring to your notice that they have not been giving proper service. when I got my car serviced for the first time, I was told that they would come to my place in their mobile van and do car service at my door step.After confirming all details they suddenly asked for service charges for the same on the day they were supposed to get the service done. I had to bring my car to some friends place in thane ( as they said they would be charged octroi ) and got my car serviced. I had 2 issues with my car then:- 1) regarding my ac, I had already spent Rs 500 on a filter as per the recommendation of a technician.However I still have problems with cooling. 2) the gear was hard to operate and i asked them to correct it. which was not done. The service was not satisfactory. Since I had to go abroad for work I asked them to get it done in my next service after I came back. now, when I had to get my 2nd service done, i was told to come to their service centre at 9 in the morning and was promised that in 2-2.5 hrs my car would be serviced flawless ( keeping in mind my earlier complaint too) However, this did not happen. I reached there at 9 am, they kept fooling around. I was made to sit for 6.5 hours and my complaint was not resolved. The car wash was pathetic. I spoke to Mr Vinayak and a lady in-charge there regarding this but they did not take any appropriate action. They kept telling that they would get things fixed in my next service. All this is certainly tarnishing maruti suzuki"s image. I request you to kindly take necessary action so that others do not face the same problem.Also, I hope you will look into my complaint seriously and try to solve this and discuss the same with navnit motors as to why this happened .                                   Very disappointing service while doing car insurance renewal, they took so many follow ups till the time cheque was not collected by Ramakant. Once I issued cheque to them then I was taking follow up for my policies. One policy was delivered after almost one week & 2nd is still pending. Its been 14 days that Ramakant from Arya Cars has collected cheques in the name of "BARBATE AUTOMOTIVE (I) PVT. LTD" but sadly one policy is still pending & he is giving any concrete reply on the status of policy. If one policy is delivered then why other one is still pending...!!! Some other gentlemen called from cell no. [protected] yesterday evening promising that please sms me your address I will deliver the policy but the same is still pending. No one is responding properly & our policy is getting delayed unnecessarily... Last year they have given very prompt service so I have decided to go ahead with them for both car insurance renewal, but with this experience I have decided that I will never deal Arya cars & their team in future... Very bad experience, don't know by when that policy will be delivered...!!! Goldie Alvi
                                  i received call for my car insurance from arya car nagpur . as i situated at bhandara i denied. but he offer me 1000 rs servicing coupan with insurance. mr. vinay supalkar sent his person to collect amount within next two hours from nagpur to bhandara on 12.2.2019. after that i called him number of time for service coupon, he always promise but till not sent coupon.this type of consumer cheating not expected from arya cars. i have all call recording and WhatsApp chat for that for record.

                                      Dear Sir, I own one Zen Estilo bearing Registration No. PB 08 BB 4303 which was purchased from Lovely Autos Jalandhar on 05.09.2007. The vehicle has run just for 28000 kms during these seven and half years. Unfortunately I met with an accident and the vehicle was damaged badly. It was toed to the service center of Lovely Autos for necessary jobs. The vehicle is under insurance cover from New India Assurance Co. Ltd. The surveyor attended to his job and the service center personal were asked to complete the job. The person attending to the job informed me that since production of the said vehicle had been abandoned, the required parts would have to be ordered to the company, which would take about a week to arrive in Jalandhar and then the dismentalling job shall start. He also informed me that it would take two to three weeks to complete the job. The dismentalling started on 08th April and I was informed that the vehicle would be ready between 15th to 19th April. I continued to remain in touch with the concerned personal who ultimately confirmed to deliver me the vehicle on 21st April as I had to attend a family function on that day. It was late in the evening that I was allowed to have a trial run of the vehicle. The other things having been set right, but for the minor problem of seat belt, the two major problems that were faced in the trial were the damage in the left axle and the non functioning of power steering. As I was to attend family function, the attending personal agreed to deliver the vehicle for the night on payment of bills amounting to Rs. 80437/-. I paid the amount and left the vehicle with the service center next morning on 22nd April. The attending official confirmed on the same day that the steering assembly was in order but the upper part required to be changed and he confirmed having placed the required order to the company, after having dialogue with the surveyor of the insurance company. He also confirmed that the part would be received soon and would be fixed in less than three hours. He assured to deliver the vehicle by all means till 27th April i.e today. Regretfully I have to say that today when I rang him up, he evaded my calls thrice and finally when he spoke to me, he informed me that the required part had still not been received and it would take another five days for actually delivering the vehicle. Here I would like to mention, that I had very clearly informed him about my affinity to this vehicle, which I had purchased for the first time in my life and that was the reason I had agreed to spend any amount on repairs of this vehicle, and further that both of my sons would be visiting Jalandhar from their places of postings for just ten days on 25th April. He had at one stage confirmed to deliver the vehicle even on 15th April. But today, I was very much disturbed at his behavior in avoiding me and not attending to my job. If this service center is not having adequate man power or required resources to attend to such jobs, they should not be allowed to continue as authorized service centers and they should not have undertaken the job, which they could not accomplish in time. Under these circumstances I request you to investigate in the matter and redress my grievance as I have suffered not only physically or financially, but also psychologically, due to the behavior of the attending personal at the service center.                                       actual thing is that you dont want to reimburse my accessory.

                                      but i will complaint it till i dnt get justice.

                                      your company did this behave with that person who is attached with Maruti suzuki from last 30 years.
                                      at this time also have 3 maruti suzuki cars.
                                      and then you company did this with your permanent customer.

                                      i request plz reimburse my accessory as soon as possible.
                                      i shall be thankful to you for this.
