I HAVE PURCHASE A CAR SWIFT DEZIRE VXI ON 25/03/2015 FROM PREM MOTORS GWALIOR BUT WHEN I WENT FOR SERVICING AT PREM MOTORS IT IS REPORTED TO ME BY SERVICING TECHNICIAN THAT AC FILTER IS NOT AVAILABE. THIS MISTAKE CAUSED DURING INITIAL CHECKING AT UR CENTRE HAS CAUSED ME FINANCIAL LOSS AS WELL AS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH AS LOT OF DUST PARTICLES THROWN INSIDE CAR DURING DRIVING, ALSO LOSS CAUSED TO AC OF THE CAR.SUCH NEGLEGENCE COMMITTED AT THE SHOWROOM OF SUCH A PRESTIGEOUS BRAND MARUTI SUZUKI.     I purchased 2013 model Rits VDI on 29 Jan 2014 from Shri Krishna Motors, Jodhpur. On the first service I informed them that please check about the alignment or balancing of wheels because jumping can be felt at the speed of 40-45 and near 80 kmph. They said till 10000 kms alignment doesnot goes out, there is no problem. Same was the case when send for second service and also on Third service when oil was changed but they checked the alignment and also told that alignment machine was having some problem. I always goes out to Haryana to meet parents etc, so i checked the alignment from outside in the month of dec 2014, they informed that it was out so much, tyres has worn from outside and also suggested that as its under warranty so go to the company and ask them to solve the problem and replace the Tyres as jumping is still there. Again i put up a complaint so the were annoyed why written complaint was given. So this time they gave me the letter to appolo tyres to check the tyres. They also checked from outside and reported back that it was due to some technical problem due which jumping can be felt so better check it again. I took back the letter to the company they Checked and told that its was solved, so I took back, but same tyres were there at the same positions and problem was still there. Again I checked the alignment from more hi tech workshop, they told that it heavily out, also to the tyres rotation was not done though it was to be done by the company at 10, 000 kms, so the rotated the tyres (back to front). Sir still the same problem is there. Now it gives the indications that there is some technical problem or some manufacturing problem etc Sir I am a Teacher of Mathematics, I am not a mechanic or motor expert but still I can analyse that the company is either (i) not solving the problem or (ii) not ready to accept that its a defect or (ii) they might have given defected car. Sir I am a middle class person, I had collected the amount some how and selected to purchase RITZ and still giving EMIs but also facing harassment from the company. Due to the problem, the tyres has started weaning and also facing deviations and disturbance while driving. Sir Iam put this complaint first time direct to Main Dealer. I should be given proper solution to the problem. You are the most trusted company and hope that you will take care of responsibilities.       I have purchase Maruti Suzuki swift VDI of august 2013 model as on 21/08/2013 through K D motor ( authorized distributor of Maruti Suzuki for Bhuj-Kutch City ) having vehicle no GJ 12 BR 9384. I have problem with swift from the date of purchase. i have also complain to K D Motor more than 10 to 12times and each time they said that there is not any fault by Maruti or by K D motor . Actually problem is that rear two wheels are unevenly chat (depreciated) in inner side of tyre. i have mention that problem in few days of purchase of my car but company sales man said that there is not a company fault but there is tyre fault we have inspected tyre outside but there is no fault of tyre . But same problem continue for long time meanwhile we have visited K D motor number of times but each time they said that there is no fault by maruti part. After that we have no passion with my brand new card, before few month when i get angry to resolve the problem they refer to go to MRF tyre to change the same. now both rear tyre are change but till date same problem is continue but till date K D motor is still not accepting their fault and without inspecting they argue that maruti company have falsely fitted MRF tyre ( company fitted tyre company brand at the time of purchase)actually other company Tyre is good for Maruti Swift . in that case K D motor has not liability to do any thing . Sir, my question is that if MRF tyre is not suitable than Why company is fitted and my second question is that whether there is no liability K D Motor after any sale made by them because from the sale they said that company has never made mistake only there problem with other company product . MAruti is just assembling all product and there is no liability of company and pls follow up company which has problem – in our case MRF tyre. Pls question is that such answer by K D motor is tenable. Whether k D Motor has limited liability up to sale only and even if answer is no than company’s policy to not giving proper answer and proper service in one and half year is acceptable. till today, k d motor not accept any fault though i have refer my car to 10 to 12 outsider, every outsider repairer said that there is company manufacturing fault and refer to authorized service centre while authorized service centre is no knowledge or may be no intention to repair the same in one and half year for one problem . Sir, i need your help to resolve my problem as K D motor is either not ready or not intention to repair my brand new car . each time they answer that there is not our fault its fault of tyre company . but sir we have change the tyre but problem is continue but company answering style is same – MAruti cannot made any mistake. Pls do needful from your end and repair and solve my problem permanently as i am very much tired and bored with Maruti brand and as specialty K D Motor and it policy of handling and answering client . Pls do something from your end

        I have purchased Swift VXI in July 2013 Since last 1 year I am not satisfied with the product which I have purchased and the accessories from Maruti Suzuki Within 1 year reverse camera was not working I got replacement for the same After few days the battery was defective for which I faced several issues from Maruti for replacement and after 3 months I got replacement Then again there was a defect in engine suddenly the vehicle pick problem was started which I did compliant for the same 4 times I have given my car for the defect solution but every time it was just casually deliver to me saying now its ok in future there will be no issue this month on 1st April again same problem arise and I lodge a complaint in Automotive and they delivered me the car after 2 days saying now its ok we changed the defective part of engine but again on 11th April same problem arise and now I have handed over the car to dealer I dont want the defective car now after repairing Maruti Suzuki has mentally tortured me that day I was with my family could have been meet with an accident and we could have lost our life due to this issue now I want new car or my money back If I dont get revert from Maruti within 2 days I will go to consumer courtTushar Patil, Nagpur (M S)Mobile :- - [protected]Car Reg no - MH 49-B-4680

          I MR RAJENDRA C SHAH HAVE BOUGHT MARUTI CIAZ (ZXI) CHASSIS NO 117542 AND CAR NUMBER MH 02 DS 6163.ON 18TH APRIL WHEN I WAS DRIVING WITH MY FAMILY AT 9.30 PM SUDDENLY FOG APPEARED ON MY FRONT MIRROR AND ALL WINDOWS ALSO SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO DRIVE.I OPENED MY WINDOWS BUT THERE WAS NOT VISIBILITY.I SOME HOW MANAGE TO REACH HOME.NEXT DAY I GAVE MY CAR FOR CHECK UP. THEY HANDED OVER MY CAR AFTER 3 DAYS.THE SAME DAY SAME PROBLEM HAD OCCURED AT SAME NIGHT.I COULDNT SEE ANYTHING AT ALL WINDOWS FOG WAS COLLECTED AND IN FRONT MIRROR FOG WAS COLLECTED .PLEASE TELL ME IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MEMBERS SITTING INSIDE THE CAR DUE TO THIS REASON WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE ??

            Sir I booked a ciaz zdi on 19/3/15 at CM AUTO SALES CHANDIGARH at the advance of RS 21000 but I didn't purchased the car from them as their deal was not transparent they didn't filled the customer docket according to the commitments made verbally and didn't told me about the exchange bonus on old car with the new SALES the dealership committed the value of TWO LAC THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND FOR my old car with out telling me about the exchange bonus of RS 20000 offered by the Maruti Suzuki I up dated my self from net the dealership is not refunding my money and making sily excuse that boss is not comming hence no one is available to sign the cheque I filed my application almost twenty five days back approx as they committed me the refund in two working days

              I am S. Monalisha Devi, ICAR, Fisheries Scientist by Profession, presently working in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Island. I have purchased Maruti Suzuki SWIFT DZIRE VDI (2013, April). My car is in very good condition, till date I have not shown any sort of negligence towards my car, it may be during driving or maintenance work. I always go for on time servicing and not at all delay. I would say, I have kept my car at best condition since we are planning to keep for many years due to emotional attestment, being my first car I have purchase with my own money. On 06/04/2015 at 9.30 a.m I have given my car SWIFT DZIRE VDI Reg No. AN01H6176 for servicing regarding caliper greasing and link rod check as per suggestion from your Maruti Suzuki Agency House, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Island. The Supervisor checked and told that I can take my car back on the same day during evening hours. But at 12 noon i got a call from Maruti Suzuki workshop that my car had a minor damage during servicing. I and my husband rushed to maruti workshop and I was shocked to see my car condition. GM (Service, Port Blair) told that car had fallen down from lift. For your information i am enclosing the letter/undertaking from Maruti Suzuki, Port Blair). He told that vehicle had slipped from lift and damage left side both doors, running board, front wind shield, front left pillar and left side mirror (total damage into pieces). I would say my car is completely damage out of negligence from Maruti workshop. From external view the car may get repair but is their any assurity about internal (engine or chasis) had not been damage because the car had fallen from a height. If not immediately there is no assurity about the problem in car that will arise in future. I have demand for a new car to Onwner/Proprietor Maruti Suzuki, Port Blair. We tried to solve the issue with him. But I cannot agree the condition he had kept in front o[censored]s (I and my husband). I have purchase my car at Rs. 6, 98, 443 with invoice No. VSL 13001067 dated 30.04.2013 of P. white colour, paying down payment of 1.5 lakh and rest of the amount through SBI Car loan Rakshavihar, Port Blair. My loan for 7 years amount is left with Rs. 4, 33, 417, completed 23 months of payment an EMI of Rs. 9400/- per month. Now Owner/Proprietor Mr. Nanda, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Island told that he will provide with a new car by closing the loan amount that I am having right now, it will be clear by selling my old car and will go for new car loan. The loan will go for another 7 years and EMI of Approx Rs. 12, 000/- per month plus and extra money that I have to pay Rs. 60-70 thousand. I am really surprised. Here, I would say why should I pay for the damge that I have not done? I have not damage my car. What all happen is out of Maruti Suzuki Workshop negligence. Out of their negligence why should I pay???? For your kind information my car was in very good condition and now after this damage, they have given my car value Rs. 4.15 Lakh. No words to express my anger. I have already send my complaint to [protected]@maruti.co.in, [protected]@maruti.co.in on 8th april 2015. Its already 16days over no reply till date. I dont think my car wont create any problem in future after fallen down from height. So, we want a new car and let me clearify from my side that I am not at all ready to spend even a ruppee for the new car. I want justice from your side at earliest. Consider it as top most urgent. For your information Andaman & Nicobar Island receives heavy rainfall and its been started. I have gifted this car to my husband on his birthday (27th April) 2 years back, but I am really very sorry to say out of all this incident my husband has to travel by local bus. He was on board research vessel since 8th April and he will be back by 27th april morning on his birthday. He is coming after 20 days. But till now no solution came up. I was eagerly waiting for reply from Maruti New Delhi but still I am waiting. I have 2 small kids one is 3 years and other one 6months. Since they are kids frequently they will be sick now and then, at present I am taking them to clinic and hospitals hiring auto or using my 2 wheeler. I am unable to control my anger. Due to negligence from Maruti Workshop, Port Blair, my daughters, my husband and of course myself we are suffering. I want justice from your side at earliest. If the problem has not been solved at earliest. I will take this issue to Consumers Court.

                Hai, My name is Prajith MM, I have a car with reg Number KA-51N-1759. Actually recently I have changed the owner name in RC. I would like to change the same name to Insurance also. Insurance renewal i have taken through Your dealers, but now they are asking the photos of the Car and all. My insurance till now not yet reached the renewal date. Why you required the photos, we are ready to submit our New RC, DL and Insurance copy. But still they required the photos of my car. My car is not with me now, it is in native and no one is there. So how can I proceed this procedure. Let help me out from this issue. If I taken directly from the insurence, they not required any photos and all, they required only the above mentioned Document. I adked many times to the deler but not getting satisfectory reply. I need the registration certificate urgently because during driving I Hit the car and this car already repaired at service centre but they are asking registration certificate to return my car So kindly arrange my car registration certificate as soon as possible.                     Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                    I am costomer of your brand i.e. Maruti Suzuki since 1998 and had seriously very good experience but till only and only 2011. I was the first person to book all new SX4 diesel in my city FEROZEPUR. After i got the delivery of my car, i was well satisfied with the car becoz it gave me a luxurious feel. Since after i got my car only after 5-6 months i got a problem of some irritating sound from the left front wheel side, which is being unsolved till date.

                    Some of the following problems regarding my car and your dealerships too:-
                    1. Objections from your dealership:-
                    a). BABA AUTOS FEROZEPUR.
                    b). C.M AUTOS KHARAR.
                    c). C.M AUTOS MOHALI.

                    2. Workers in Baba autos even don't have expericence about to find the existing problem and the actual problem in the car.

                    3. Wrong changing of spareparts, ad they were not familier with the real problem in the car.

                    4. Nil experience worker in the dealerships.

                    5. I went for due service of my cars, and requested them to make crossing of tyres as these were new and made only 5000 kilometers with them. As they crossed the tyres and i went for a long ride, when i came back after a ride of 1000 kms, i was shocked to see the front tyres of my car becoz only 20% tyres were left. Same i rushed to your dealerships and asked them to check the balancing and alignment. After checking they replied there is no problem in the car. After that i am riding with same tyres and tyres are only left with 1-2%.

                    I am really very upset and frustated from your dealerships. I want full compensation regarding my car within a day or else i will make a legal notice to your company and will take my car to the market and will put petrol on it to make it on fire in front of all and also i will call media on the spot to make live telecast on television.

                    Peoples should also need to know your company status with these actions.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a Swift Dzire VXI on dated 03/09/2014 from your Dealer - Comet Motors, Chikuwadi Complex, GHB Road, Pandesara, PO Fathenagar, Surat On the evening of the delivery that is dated 03/09/2014 I happened to open the bonnet and saw Rusting and scratches in the engine room, scratches on the dash board and the Bar Code was also missing. I immediately took the pics of the same and took the vehicle to the dealer and asked him for replacement of the vehicle and the dealer assured me that I need not worry about any issues since they will take care of the same and said that nowadays the bar code goes away while the car is washed. He requested me to come some other day to get the replacement of the part which had rusting(which I did after few day).Since I was supposed to do the registration by myself, Next day that is dated 4/09/2014 before leaving for the Registration of the vehicle, I once again phoned the dealer to confirm if I can proceed with the registration since I had my own doubts about the vehicle after seeing the rusting, he said I need not worry, and assured me that the dealer will be at my service for any complaints even in future. I got the Registration done dated 4/09/2014.I came and checked and saw scratches at various parts apart from those seen earlier. I informed the dealer and once again took the Vehicle to the dealer’s workshop. After that my travail began with numerous phone calls and trips to the dealer’s workshop, who assured me that they would look into the matter as soon as possible. After few days I saw rusting at various other places too, so I informed the dealer that I will not retain this vehicle, the dealer gave me a word that they will talk to the concerned team for replacement but when I understood that those were empty Assurances I lodged a complaint. Complaint No Date Time [protected] 25/11/2014 12:02 pm [protected]/12/2014 10:37 am [protected] 23/02/2015 1:08 pm The said vehicle is having the following defects: 1. Rusting at various places like Chassis Frame and also the surrounding areas, Apron, Dickey, door hinges and the Body, Door Bolts are Rusted, Rusting also seen on the Door, etc. 2. Scratches at various places like Engine mounting, Dashboard, most of the clamps have scratches, scratches on inner part of the door near the hinges, etc. I had sent mails to the dealer dated. 19/11/2014, 21/11/2014, 25/11/2014, 26/11/2014, 27/11/2014, 8/12/2014, 15/2/2015, 21/2/2015, 23/2/2015, 24/2/2015, 16/3/2015, 17/3/2015 apart from other mails after this and also went there personally numerous times and also contacted on phone and on WhatsApp. I had also sent you mails dated 16/2/2015, 20/2/2015, 21/2/2015, 23/2/2015, 23/2/2015, 24/2/2015, 26/2/2015, 2/3/2015, 12/3/2015, 14/3/2015, 16/3/2015, 17/3/2015, 20/3/2015, 21/3/2015 apart from that also sent mails after this too, also reported the above matter to their various heads several times on phone, also messaged them the images of the complaint on their WhatsApp, An inspection was done on 10/3/2015 at Comet Motors, Surat and I was given a word that I would be informed within 2-3 days regarding the same, also sent mails to the dealer requesting to inform me about the Manufacturing Date, Date of dispatch of the vehicle from the Company to their stock yard and date of delivery of the vehicle to the stock yard, despite all my pleadings and repeated mails and phone calls and messages through WhatsApp neither the company nor the dealer have informed me nor replied to my mails which is indeed regrettable. .On account of their aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered mental agony and loss of enjoyment with my family which otherwise I should have enjoyed in a new vehicle, also incurred expenses to visit Dealers workshop numerous times, Also incurred expenses on phone calls to the dealer and to your various heads regarding the complaint, sending regd ad mails, zeroxes, prints outs, scanning mails, and also wasted my precious time in clicking pics of the complaints from various angles(I had given around 272 pics of the complaint to the team when they had come for inspection, and still take pics of various new spots where I find rusting) I am spending my quality precious time on this complaint for no fault of mine which has affected my business too, which the company is liable to compensate me .My new cell phone is full of scratches since I try to click the pics from angles where it is difficult to click pics. Being a Loyal Customer of Maruti Products I always wanted the matter to be settled amicably but I don’t understand why the company is complicating things even though the complaint is a genuine one. 1. Replace me with a Brand New Vehicle or 2. Return the Price/Charges paid including the various expenses incurred viz-Registration, Accessories with interest @ 12% per annum and 3. Would also like to know, isn’t it a procedure before the products leaves the factory a FCOK(Final Check Ok) is given before dispatching it to its dealers? Further, it is submitted that the dealer carry out PDI including road test, ensuring perfect ok roadworthy condition of the vehicle in question at the time of sale leaving no place for defects in vehicle. So would like to know why this lag? For the mental agony, trauma and loss of enjoyment with my family which I should have enjoyed in a new vehicle, also expenses incurred to visit Dealers workshop numerous times, Also expenses incurred on phone calls to the dealer and to your various heads regarding the complaint, and also for the time spent on the complaint which has affected my business too, which the company is liable to compensate me due to their negligence for Defects in the vehicle and also Deficiency in service. During a meeting held with the owner of Comet Motors, ASM of Maruti Suzuki, Mr.Siddharth Singhal, Works Manager of Comet Motors, Mr.Vijay Koshti, they gave me 3 options: 1.If they replace me with a new car and if the problem arose after 6 months I should give them in writing that I wont complaint. 2.If I agree to pay a difference amount then they give me a fresh car 3.they r ready to repaint the areas which has rusting.                         Dear Sir/Mam, I have a bought a new swift dzire on 5 April, 2015 from Rohtak(Jagmohan Motors) but yesterday(22 April, 2015) my car got hit by unkown vehicle in jaipur & it's bumper gets damaged. But today i went to Maruti Suzuki Service center (KP Automotive, RIICO, Mansarover, Jaipur) & but the staff their first told me that we will deliver your car on 25 April, 2015 after insurance but after some time they refused to change the bumper may be because it's a Haryana Registered Vehicle(HR 12Z 3799). They told me to leave the vehicle for 15-20 days or you can go & after that when i filed a complaint on customer care than Mr.Upendra(Dy.Manager, Territory Service Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Jaipur ) called me & that person actually make me the culprit in this whole situation and told me that i am going to close the complaint & you have no right to file a complaint against us. After this communication with Mr.Upendra i actually find out how Maruti Suzuki behave with their customers after sales. Currently i am owner of 2 cars (Alto & Swift Dzire) but for the future car a definetly no for Maruti Suzuki. Thanks, Sunil Kumar Mudgal

                          Respected sir I am owner of Maruti swift desire VXI which registration number is RJ-19-CF-2628. I have purchased from LMJ jodhpur on dated 16/5/2014. On dated 15/4/2015 my vehicle became faulty at 8.00 hrs in the morning when I am on going on my duty hrs, Vehicle is start but race and gear is not in function. First I have contact on toll free number [protected] but no response then contact 2617772. attendant replied that your vehicles CLASH-PLATE has became faulty you have to twin vehicle by your own cost and carry our office in office hours I have requested again it is not possible but they dennied finaly i have arrange private engineer he trace out another fault and removed in two hours and I have pay 1500/- charges. My vehicle became ok at 15.00 hrs on my level no body help me and negelegency they reply me fault of CLASH PLATE.but it is all false and their reply is not satisfied unnecessary i was charged near about 2000/ including transpotation .I have also puzzled and late being my office duty due to neglegency of your staff. please take necessary action and pay my amount with my distrub allowance.

                            I am a loyal customer of Maruti cars.Have used 4 Maruti cars since almost 11 years.This being my 3rd new Maruti car.I had purchased a New Swift Dzire car on 3rd September 2014 from Comet Motors, Surat.On the evening of the delivery that is dated 03/09/2014 I happened to open the bonnet and saw Rusting and scratches in the engine room, scratches on the dash board and the Bar Code was also missing. I immediately took the pics of the same and took the vehicle to the dealer and asked him for replacement of the vehicle and the dealer assured me that I need not worry about any issues since they will take care of the same and said that nowadays the bar code goes away while the car is washed. He requested me to come some other day to get the replacement of the part which had rusting(which I did after few day).Since I was supposed to do the registration of the vehicle by myself, Next day that is dated 4/09/2014 before leaving for the Registration of the vehicle, I once again phoned the dealer to confirm if I can proceed with the registration since I had my own doubts about the vehicle after seeing the rusting, he said I need not worry, and assured me that the dealer will be at my service for any complaints even in future. I got the Registration done dated 4/09/2014.I came and checked and saw scratches at various parts apart from those seen earlier. I informed the dealer and once again took the Vehicle to the dealer’s workshop. After that my travail began with numerous phone calls and trips to the dealer’s workshop, who assured me that they would look into the matter as soon as possible. After few days I saw rusting at various other places too, so I informed the dealer that I will not retain this vehicle, the dealer gave me a word that they will talk to the concerned team for replacement but when I understood that those were empty Assurances I lodged a complaint. The said vehicle is having the following defects: 1. Rusting at various CRUCIAL places like Chassis Frame and also the surrounding areas, Apron, various areas in the Dickey, door hinges and the Body, Door Bolts are Rusted, Rusting also seen on the Door, etc. 2. Scratches at various places like Engine mounting, Dashboard, most of the clamps have scratches, scratches on inner part of the door near the hinges rusting has started there too, apart from various other places. Isn't a lapse on part of the manufacturer and dealer that a product reached the customer without any check?if final check ok was done how could there be some many scratches and rusting in a particular vehicle Instead of giving heed to my complaint the manufacturer and dealer are saying that this is not rusting.Would like the opinion of people who have eyes to see and understand what Rusting is.

                              I m not satisfied with your car Maruti suzuki Celerio also sai service center at borivali they nt given proper reply for my complaint they only wash and deliver my i seen my self in their service center i seen some fault in my car Engine and front shock up from my 1st free service sai servise nt given any guaranty for there service also maruti parts also sound coming in turning and braking i dont know i buy a car or truck from you because your authorised service center told me sir ye aisa he rahega ham kuch nahi kar sakte WE NOT SETISFIED WITH SERVICE WITH CAR WITH YOUR MANAGER SUPPORT WE FED UP WITH MARUTI SUZUKI PRODUCT AND SERVICE NOW WE NOT SUGGEST ANY ONE FOR BUY MARUTI CAR WE TELL EVERYONE ABOUT YOUR POOR SERVICE you all are playing with customers LIFE

                                I lost key of my car. Requested a new key from Goyal motors . New key received after 20 days but car do not start up using that key too.Mechanic from Goyal motors Solan also visited but failed to get the car repaired. Because of this i am not able to drive my car for more than a month. No satisfactory reply from dealer. I see no other option but to seek for legal remedy instead. A giant and reputed company like maruti is not expected to harrass its old costumers like this. A humble request to get my car back on road.

                                  I got a Sting Ray thinking the quality would be better. 3 Months old with 2000 kms and the beeding coming off. The doors and Ingis are rattling. GOD SAVE MARUTI... Now I know why you give excellent service because you are trained to as you know your cars are going to give immense problems. Number MH 02 DS 6795 I sold my VW because of ridiculous after sales service.Now got stuck with such Pathetic quality of car which is 5.5 lakhs on road Mumbai. SHAME ON YOU MARUTI SUZUKI. VERY DEPRESSING.

                                    Dear Sirs, I had given my vehicle Maruti Alto 800-LXI-CNG with Granite Grey colour (Reg No. MH-04 GM 1672) to Paramount Wheels Pvt Ltd, Prema Laxman School, Ajit Palace Hotel Lane, Near Dahishar Check Naka, Penkar Pada, Mira Road, Thane 401104 on April 9, 2015 for Repairing under Insurance claim–Zero Dep with the assurance of delivery on April 15, 2015 by replacing the Front left headlight and fenderer and back side plastic portions which has been severally crashed by behind vehicle, as the accident was happened on highway and due to the sudden application of break by the front vehicle and severely crashed by behind vehicle. I was agreed to pay the nominal nut bolt charges which normally to be paid as being under Zero Dep insurance claim subject to replacement of all the parts which were harmed due to the accident. Now due to the nexus between the ICICI Lombard-Baljeet Bimbh(My claim No. MOT[protected], the insurance company executive and paramount staff they have done the back side work with painting even without my permissions and billed me approximately Rs. 3600 which itself was breach of their assurance. These guys had done the back deekey work which was even though not part of accident and was due to back of car during the traffic at mid of bridge. Which itself proves non transparent/non prudential manner and style of both insurance surveyor side as well as junior staff of paramount works which caused me harassment and loss in monetary terms due to the delay and extorting money from the customer. Further they even refused to give me the delivery and harassed me for at least two hours even though I had taken off from the work to get the delivery as I am spending Rs.[protected] every day for AC cab/car for travelling for my work. Now, you are earnestly advised to take the stringent action against the all these alleged accused who are involved and compensate me; -Rs. 20, 000 for all mental agony caused due to un-necessary harassment caused by paramount officials; -Rs. 1500 for each day of delay till delivery as I am paying the same for hired AC cabs. -Rs.5000 for the day compensation as wasted my entire day to argue and justify the adamant and worst staff of paramount who were treating themselves the owner of the car and refused the delivery because customer raising their voice because of arbitrarily charges levied. -independent survey by either independent maruti official/my designated mechanic to test and who assure me with my satisfaction that the car condition is fine and safe to take the delivery. Hope to hear from you soon and expect and anticipate to look in to the matter seriously and promptly for our peace of mind by using as FIRST BUYER OF MARUTI BRAND.                                       Hi, My name is Abhinav Agarwal. I belong to Agra, I have purchased maruti swift desire a few months ago and met with an accident recently. I have insurance cover and therefore handed over my car to the service department for cashless claim and repair works to be done. They told me to collect the car on 20 April 2015 but after 2 days i.e. on 22 April 2015 I am still waiting for the car to be repaired. Please help.

                                        I have purchased swift dzire at Ahmedabad from M/s Kataria Automobiles. They have charged Rs 5000 from me in respect if handling charges. When i enquired about this charge they told me that this is the instruction of company to take handling charges from the customer, whereas no other automobile companies like Tata" honda, hundai etc is taking the handling charges from the customer. Kindly clarify. If not please look ito the matter for refund the handling charges money. Thanks
