I am an owner of Maruti Ertiga (ZXI) model. I have purchased recently on 21-3-15 from Nainital motors haldwani. I was so passionate about the Maruti products due to the quality/ service you render. Hence i have upgraded from my old maruti car to Ertiga. I am upset to mention that the driver seat bottom bracket is not painted ( It is CRCA with oil (RHS one)and LHS side is painted in black . On the LHS side cable connector mounting bracket is not painted. The photo of the same is attached.
Unexpected from Maruti .
I have 3 more ERTIGA models in the show room . all are not having painting on the seat bracket.
This is process laps at Maruti . which can not be expected from NO 1 auto maker in india.

    Dear Sir/Madam I will start the mail with Maruti Suzuki's famous tagline 'Count on us'. I also did the same. I applied for 2 Maruti Swift Dzire for my car rental agency on 21st January with Dwars Garage & Co.. I already have 4 offer letters with me & wanted to buy 4 more cars for my rental agency. I am yet to receive the delivery of my car. They are saying it will take 12 more days. One of their employee is saying that my car has been fully damaged while travelling from their godown to showroom. They said that they would deliver the same car after repair. I have few questions to ask you. I have already made lot of fixed expenditure in anticipation of getting delivery in 15-20 days. I have already made the full payment to dealer 3 weeks back. Who is going to bear the interest cost? My insurance on car started on 22nd March. Who will bear the cost for 1 month when the car was not in possession. I have also lost the opportunity of revenue loss over last 45 days? Who are going to pay all those compensations? I know you value your dealer more than customers. You can get many customers & you wil be more concerned with your dealers. But i can assure you that i can request 3 more guys not to buy Maruti cars. I will request them to ask 3 more guys. I will heartily request to talk to Dewars Garage & forced them to compensate me. I expect that you follow what you say, 'Count on us'. Thanks & Regards Sonia Jalan M - [protected]

      i gave my new ritz car for service for the 2nd time. In 1st service i told them that shocker of this is not working properly . 1st time they said we will see to it but they didnt. And now 2nd time they said within a week they call us and our shocker will b replaced. But its more than 2 weeks they havnt called. More over meter of the car is also not working properly and even its average is also not accurate. Please see towards our complaint

        My Vehicle TN.75 P.4343. (Swift Dezire ZDI Model - September - 2013) I have admitted my vehicle on 02.03.2015 at 43000 k.m.in Ganapathy Motors, Nagercoil. Kanyakumari Dist. Tamil Nadu.( who is the authorised dealer of Maruthi) for Gear Shifting Problem. They have delivered the vehicle on 07.03.2015. They have informed that the warranty period is expired, so that I was forced to pay around Rs. 10000/- for the above work. After a few days the same problem araised with a sound while driving. Again I lifted up the vehicle in the same company on 23.03.2015. They are unable to assure the date of Delivery.I have contacted Sri. Kumaraguru, who is the Teritory manager of chennai on 02.04.2015, 06.04.2015 & 07.04.2015. He informed that the damaged part item -1 is in Tirunelveli, and item 2 is in the place of manufacture. Moreover he has not assured the date of delivery of item 2. Therefore, According to his statement, I have a doubt that when can I be able to get my vehicle back? As I am a Doctor, I can't help myself without a four wheeler. Even though this is a 2013 model, I faced so many problems in a short period. I am so sorry to select such a vehicle like this. If this problem continues, I will sell the same and I will not opt this anymore, even to my friends. So I want to know the date of delivery of the vehicle at my end without further delay.           Bought one new Swift VXI(petrol) on 6th January 2015 from Standard Auto Agencies Jabalpur(MP).Recently I noticed that all the five tyres(JK TYRES) are defective.JK TYRE engineer made a spot inspection & gave its report that all the tyres have UNDULATIONS(which according to him are normal as in some tyres such undulations appear).Now I have requested several times to Maruti, Local dealer & also to JK TYRE-but none of them are coming to my help.When I have paid good money to buy a new Swift then why I will compromise on defective tyres.Moreover it speaks a lot on the quality control on the part of MARUTI UDYOG as to why they have fitted defective tyres in a new car.             Dear Sir/Mam, i got an accident on 15th july 2014 in jhansi and i went to Suri automobile for get my car repaired. i have paid Rs 195070/- to get my car repaired and make it perfect again, but after service i am not happy with the dent paint and parts which were replaced like stering, ac segment, wheel allignment etc are not working properly. i am not satisfied with labour, staff not even with the service of suri automobiles.               This is regarding the complain against SB Cars for not providing vehicle registration certificate with booked fancy number (UP35AC9090). We approached many time to the SB Car executive but they are unable to give proper clarification. We also put complain on Maruti Suzuki website but nothing moves further, Complain ref no - [protected]. I received a call from SB cars executive and she accepted the mistake that they forget to submit the Fancy number slip to RTO along with Vehicle papers. But they are not ready to correct their mistake and provide us proper registration number.
              Maruti car dealers are only loking for and not so focused for customer satisfaction & service.

                I took my swift (WB 74V to maruti suzuki authorised service centre, fulbari on 29th October 2014. My car is still not delivered. The harassment is pretty difficult to handle as they give me a date and I take a leave to pickup the car.i am very fed up with the service of so called famous maruti suzuki.

We had been to our delivery but during test there was major problem in power window. RNS Dealers are not supporting the customers properly. I have left my vehicle in showroom itself and my EMI is counting from this month but I have not received my vehicle yet. So who is responsible for all those problems. I have kept some hope on you that within 24hr we receive our vehicle. So please do the needful. But still if you are not taking care as such then I have to take strict action.                     Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked one 800 Alto LXI Granite Grey thru m/s indus motors, Thevara, Ernakulam, Kerala on 16/03/2015. wide their order booking commitment checklist sl. No: 35738. I have requested for 2014 model which is clearly mentioned on the order form. As per their sales officer Mr. Mathew Basil the Granite grey car is readily available and the same is blocked for me. I have made a payment of Rs. 500/- as booking charges (Indus receipt No THV4/cash/3351, Rs. 10, 000/- receipt No: THV4/CHEQUE/784, EXCHANGE BENEFIT OF RS.16, 000/-, Loan thru Kotak Mahindra 2.41 Laks and Balance cash of Rs. 29, 104/- Against receipt No THV4/Cash/3663. Today I got a call from Mr. Shaik (Mob: [protected]) who introduced as the Manager of Mr. Basil and informed that the Granite Grey colour not available and I have to satisfy myself with white colour which is not at all acceptable to me.                       Dear Sir/Madam, RNS Motors Hubballi, Karnataka is providing very bad service. I have purchased Swift VXI car on 21.03.2015. I have experienced a very bad service and behaviour of RNS motor personnel’s particularly sales person, Mahesh Angadi. He don’t know anything about vehicle rate and other particulars. In the beginning when I asked the rate of Swift VXI, he said Rs 6.38 lakhs i.e the rate of swift widsong. Then later after enquiring in the sales dept he said Rs 6.51 lakhs. I booked for car somewhere in 1 st week of February 2015.Then also he never called me even single time to inform the status. He was not receiving my call. At the time of delivery he was not present and also nobody cared, no body explained the details of the vehicle. Then after temporary registration no body informed me the procedure for permanent registration. They don’t have even time to call and inform the status of registration papers. I my self-used to call every time and getting the information. On 31.03.2015 at about 2.30 PM I went to RNS Office, they gave me Form 20 and asked me to sign the papers. Same day evening at 5.59 PM I received a phone call from [protected] and she asked me to go to RTO Office on 1 st April 2015 at 12.00 PM for vehicle passing and I went there at 12.00 PM.Then at about 12.45 PM Sri Javali, agent of RNS Motors is telling that he has not received the papers. I came back and waiting for the information from RNS Motors. Till today they have not informed me about registration of the vehicle. This is the way RNS Motors Hubballi is giving bad service. I am totally upset about the quality of service of RNS Motors Hubballi. I am suggesting my friends not to buy vehicle from RNS Motors Hubballi. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. G.B.                           Sir I have purchased Maruti Suzuki RITZ VDI on 31st Dec. 2014 from Shaan Cars, Nashik. The no. is MH-15 EP 5598. When I drive the car 200 km, it is noticed that there is sound creates at the spot of mirror attachment, which irritate me very much at the time driving. At the time of first servicing, I complained for the same, but the problem is not solved. I personally visited to showroom and service centre for the same problem, again the mechanics did some works but the problem remains as it is. So what I can do?

                            We bought a new Maruti Dzire model no DMPDC12. Chasis no.640196, Eng. No.2480340, Key.No.5051. Date of Delivery 7.1.15. Selling Dealer code no.H701:1 Sri Saradhambhal Automobiles Erode Private Ltd. We feel that A.C in our vechicle is not as much as effective. We already bought a Swift Dzire of 2012 model as second hand and the AC in that is much effective. We complaint with our dealer at our 10000Kms service. And again we complaint on 26.3.15. Our Branch Manager Mr.Elango and service Enginer Mr.Aanand take special care even then the AC itself is poor only. We already have a Maruti Zen. And even we are a Maruti family. Please do favour in this.

                              I am Inderpreet Singh resident of 346, Dukhniwaran Colony, Patiala-147001. I purchased a maruti ritz vdi car from Hira Automobiles Devigarh, Pehowa Road, Patiala on March 8th, 2015. After 3-4 days I saw rust inside the wheels. I went to Hira automobiles. After approximately 10 days I came to know that left side rear door has been repainted. I talked with Mr. Gursewak Sales officer at devigarh on his no. [protected] & [protected] so many times. He always said that I will talk to my seniors and let you know. But no response was given to me. Then I went to Hira Automobiles Patiala. There Mrs. Kanwar (customer Care Manager) made my meeting with Mr. Himanshu and he sent me at focal point workshop. There Mr. Lakhvir Singh told me that the door is repaint and we can repaint it again. I went back to Mr. Himanshu and he said that we can provide rubbing on the door. After that I made a complaint on toll free no. [protected] on 31st March, 2015 with reference no.-[protected]. When I made a follow-up of my complaint, they said that your issue has been resolved. I was surprised that without my consent, how the issue can be resolved. Then I talked with Mr. Kanwar Sunny at Sales Head at regional Office, Chandigarh on his contact no.[protected] at 10:05 am. He made a conference call with Mr. Naresh Dadwal (sales Head, Hira Automobiles, Patiala) But no response made by him. After some time I called Mr. Kanwar Sunny on 11:01 am again. He said that Mr. Dadwal will call you and resolve the matter. But he didnot called. I made a complaint again on [protected] with reference no.- [protected] on[protected]. Sir I belong to a middle class family and had to buy new car once in my life. But on the price of new car I have been given an old car. I am suffering from a very critical condition as I have a severe headache after I came to know that it is a defected car.                                 Dear Sir Would like to bring to your notice that my Suzuki Access 125 has been giving problems since the day I have bought. It has a serious problem of front tyre wobbling since day 1. Also, the average is not satisfactory. The service dealer M/s. Dolphin Suzuki has not been able to resolve these issues.                                 Shore shoe got melt

                                Hi, I purchased access 125 1 yr back, yesterday shore shoe got melt suddenly vehicle stopped running couldn't move front and back. For only 40Km it got melt. If its like this in what guaranty customer will purchase the vehicle.

                                  Dear Sir I am Munish Verma, I purchased a vehicle "Wagon -R LXi Silky Silver DL 3C CF 1931" From T.R. Sawhney Lajpat Nagar Delhi. But I am Too much dissatisfied with the dealing of the consultant and Dealership. I Purchased this car on the 05-Feb-2015, but still they have not provided me the registration documents which are too much needed, coz of my car is in Uttar Pradesh. it is too risky to driving. Many a times a called Mr. Gaurav Rastogi Regarding registration documents but they are not giving me any response. Now just tell me without registrtaion paper how could i drive the car. So I want just take a action against that dealership. and let me provide the registration documents.

                                    My gs is only 4.5 month old. Problems with my bike are as follows 1. Rear shock is making horrible sound like old cycle 2. Gear shifting problem. while gear shifting it is not shifted and returning back like spring and making noise like tooth are shearing horribly. 3. Engine is over heating. Engine oil is turning black more before the period. 4. Engine is not smooth and it is vibrating badly. 5. Gear indicator is not working. very bad bike.

                                      Dear Sir, With a very sorrow and depression mind I Sri Kousik Roy inviting your kind attention to give me justice against the below mentioned issues with this mail. 1) I have Purchase a Maruti Omni Van Car (Took Delivery on 05/02/15) Eingine No:- F8BIN 4771364, Chasis No:- MA3EVB11S01572477, Color:- Silky Silver-Z2S from Beekay Auto Pvt.Ltd (Maruti Suzuki Authorised Dealer, Code-No-4301F6) Address-NH-2, Chanda More, P.O-Kali Pahari, Asansol- 713339 through Invoice No:- PRI14000133 Billing Date:- 31/03/2015. 2) Mr.Debjit Das (Sales Expert of Beekay Asansol) have mailed the invoice copy to me on Saturday, Jan 31, 2015 at 5:44 PM. 3) I need to write one thing that Axis Bank Guskara gave me the car loan (Rs.2, 00, 000/- Two Lakh) for the vehicle. 4) After This I have transmitted this Invoice copy to Axis Bank Gushkara Branch by e-mail, because they suggest me to make insurance of the vehicle from them. I did not have any knowledge at that time that Insurance will be made by Tata AIG. And they are only Introducer. 5) On 04/02/2015 at evening a staff of Axisbank Guskara Mr.Pratik, provided me an insurance “cover note” and told that it will be required at the time of delivery of said vehicle. Previously I decided to take the delivery of car on 05/02/2015. For that also I informed Show Room and Axisbank of the delivery date. 6) On 05/02/15 I came to the showroom of Beekey Asansol at about 10:30AM. But the sales Expert Mr. Debjit Das came there and met me at about 1PM. Between this periods no paper work or any processing have been made with the show room. For Some discussion and negotiation maximum time is spend (Negotiation for Rate with Debjit and for loan with one namely suman, Axis Bank Burdwan). 7) On very that day at 4Pm Debjit came to me and ask me to produce Insurance policy paper otherwise they could not deliver my car at any cost. Then I contacted over phone to Axisbank guskara Manager with a requesting to talk with the showroom for settlement of delivery. After their conversation showroom agreed to deliver the car. Then Debjit took signature on some papers from me. 8) At 5:15PM Debjit called me to the place where the car was ready to take delivery. On that time also he took my signature on two papers (from which one I can remember that is a register book and for another I asked him what is this then Debjit replied "Nothing, this is only delivery Callan, don’t worry no wrong will be made for you). 9) At 5:25PM Debjit handed over the keys of the van to me and I pay Rs.50/- to the car cleaner as a tips. After then my brother-in-law drive the car for to reach my home. Papers which the showroom handed over to me was / is i) Invoice of vehicle ii) Money Receipt of paid amount to show room. Also I asked showroom for Temporary Registration Paper as Debjit Committed to provide me. He said do not worry we are always with you. After lapsed of 18 days that is on 23/02/2015 my car meat with an accident at 1PM and it badly hampered the car. 1) On that day at 3PM I informed Mr. Debjit about the incident, he suggest me not to make call to Insurance company until I received Temporary Registration Paper otherwise the claim will not settle till than keep the car into my garage. I asked him when I can get the paper. He replied within 3 to 4 days I can get the said copy. 2) On the same day I informed to Axisbank Guskara Branch they suggest me to lodge a complaint to Tata AIG by their toll-free no. And after they have conversation with TATA AIG personnel regarding the same and said that Registration Paper not require for claim settlement. 3) I was confused who is guiding me properly because this is first time I purchased a car and I do not know about rules and regulation. On 24/03/15 evening me and my father reached to Axisbank Guskara branch (as they called us to visit there branch) than Branch manager Mr. Anirban and Operation Manager Mr.Joy promised and assure us that book a call to Tata Aig toll-free no and we will not have any problem to settle the claim without registration paper of car or Tax token. And they booked the complaint making call from my registered mobile no. 4) On 25/03/15 I got a call from Tata Aig Kolkata office (number starts from 033 that is why I assumed) asking me to submeet my car to nearest maruti service center. I replied them that I will submit the car by tomorrow. Also I asked them how can I carry the car to the service center? Should I send it by trochain or by crain. They replied if the car is in movable condition than the carrying fare will not be bear by them. So next day on 26/03/15 my driver drive the car up to service center Burdwan Beekay Auto(Near bypass Ullas buss stoppage, Burdwan). 5) At service center Mr.Avijit receive my car to there service center and after see my car's documents( Invoice Copy, Policy Paper, Policy Cover Note, Money receipt) asking me for registration copy. I did not provide him that time because those documents due non availability of the same documents with me. As of till date my Car is lying in custody of Beekay Auto Pvt Ltd (Service centre Burdwan) from 26th March 2015. As my claim was pending as the documents were pending, and when I contact With Beekay Auto Pvt. Ltd they provide me the same but after wards I submitted the same, I came to know that My claim is kept hold under process because Temporary Registration is of dated 26th of February 2015. Now, where is my Fault, because Temporary Registration is responsibility of Showroom? Before lodging the Complain I was been told that Registration certificate is not required for claim settlement.                                         Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a Celerio VXI-Green (CNG), Gray color on 27.03.2015 through your Safdarjung showroom (SE Ashish Kapoor). I was promised that I will get the vehicle within 10 days. Today, the 9th days since booking, I have not got any information from the Sales executive. So to my surprise, when i called the Sales Executive-Mr. Ashish Kapoor this morning, I was told that it will take another 4/5 days, but he is not sure. When I was promised 10 days, why should I wait for another 4/5 days more. Had i been told to wait for this long, I could have thought for some alternative.
