Sir, I have purchased a new Maruti Suzuki Swift DZire VXI car on[protected] with following details 1 Dealer’s Name Kiran Motors, Chhani, Vadodara 2 Retail Invoice no 2201-R02565-DMR4CD300/11 dated 28/02/2015 3 Delivery Date 11-03-15 4 Delivery Note No 03819/11-3-15 5 Engine No 1533964 6 Chasis No 687335 7 Color PEARL-M-ARCTICW Yesterday i.e. on 22-03-15 approximately at 11.00 am, the car could not be started. Contacting the service station, the car was attended at about 12.00 PM. The Technician declared his doubt that there can be a problem related to starter and the car is required to be taken at service station. The breakdown of the car was reported on 23-03-15 to the toll-free-number at about11.00pm. And I was assured that the car will be taken to the service station by the company. Today i.e. on[protected] the technician Mr. Dineshbhai had attended the car at about 11.15 am and he toed the car to the service station. The General Manager Service, Mr. Ashit Desai had inspected the car and he found that there was a problem with the engine. Probably the car did not have enough Engine oil while it was delivered to me. The total running of the car up till now is only 113 Kms. Even the Registration is yet to be done. So we understand that there is either a manufacturing defect or carelessness of the dealer in giving delivery of the car without thorough checking of all parameters those are required. So, in this case, at this instance I am without my car. And I require a new car to be replaced to me for the car which I have returned it to the service station of Kiran Motors Limited, Chhani, Vadodara. SUB:- Problem regarding starting of newly purchased Maruti Suzuki Swift DZire VXI car

Sir,
I have purchased a new Maruti Suzuki Swift DZire VXI car on[protected] with following details

Yesterday i.e. on 22-03-15 approximately at 11.00 am, the car could not be started. Contacting the service station, the car was attended at about 12.00 PM. The Technician declared his doubt that there can be a problem related to starter and the car is required to be taken at service station.
The breakdown of the car was reported on 23-03-15 to the toll-free-number at about11.00pm. And I was assured that the car will be taken to the service station by the company.
Today i.e. on[protected] the technician Mr. Dineshbhai had attended the car at about 11.15 am and he toed the car to the service station.

    I have Maruti Suzuki New Swift VDI from Sai Service Andheri East. Last night a guy from the next building who has same swift and same colour, bymistakenly opened my car. Firstly he tried with cebtral lock system, as that dint worked ha tried with the key. My car's door got opened with his original swift keys. Without realising that its not his car, he tried starting the engine where his key got locked. We called the service centre which was a worst experiece.I logged the complaint (865391). The car was taken to Sai Service. I again logged the complaint at Sai Service (Reference no.713172). We explained them the issue for which they responded door can be opened with another key and it's normal. This was really surprising to hear from such well know companies. No trust factor left. The car is still at Sai Service with out any action. I also talked to Mr. Mukund Menon but same response we got, leaving us without any appropriate action.

      We have booked Wagnor lxi cng at Jagmohan motors, Rohtak (Haryana) on 16 march 2015.My booking no is 'SOB14002311'. But on the day of delivery i.e 23 March 2015, the showroom authority said that car is not in stock. You can come tomorrow or any other day for delivery. We have taken the leave for this only and also have some plan to go somewhere with the vehicle. Now who will be responsible for this blunder mistake.Also what about the customer mental harassment, time and money. I want strict action against them. Also I will file a complaint in consumer court.         False Commitment . No response, No Call Back . No feedback given . No initiative to done work fast .Material not available . Now Maruti is like BMW and Mercidies ... No use to hold car till material is not available. Loss to me to hire 1500 per day taxi instead of my vechile. Who is liable for this . Financially and delay ???

          I have given my car Alto 800 for accidental repair works at Maruti Suzuki workshop (Thane) on 1st Feb 2015 and till date they have not completed the work. My Car Registration number is MH04GM8035. It was assured to me at the time of purchase, if I go for MarutiSuzuki Insurance, that will benefit me, as Maruti will follow up with Insurance company end to end if in case any accidental damage. And now the delay is from both Repair works and Insurance as well but seems they are not much interested to complete this.

            I an a user of ALTOK10 VXI two parts defective in my car. Dealer (ROHAN MOTOTS NOIDA) told to me both parts are ok and am going two times to dealership but there is no response .it is my fourth car of MARUTI .I never see this type of problem in my last three car MGA parts is defective front grill & front rhs, lhs seat defective car only drive 6600KM run 2014 make UP16AQ2026 QUALITY OF MARUTI CAR IS THIS.& dealer told to me we are inform to MARUTI Never see this type of problem in no.1 maruti car.

              sub:-complaint dear sir, i had purchased a maruti suzuki ciaz ZDI which baering registration no is DL3C AH 2818 from rohan motors chattarpur i had found the following discripences on my car 1)i had faced clutch problem which was rectified on three subsiquent visits atyour work shop. 2)then i faced oil leaking problem which was also rectifed at your work shop. 3)then i faced left power window machine problem after two visits and in eight days it was rectified. 4)now i m facing dashboard noice problem, left seat making noise in of raoding and some noise from the front right side wheel. i had visited your competent workshop at mehrouli and till date the problem has not been rectified. it is request to take immidiate action and get the need full done. when i m facing so many problems day by day in new vechicle with in thrre to four months, it is requested to replace the vechicle with new one an early action shall be highly appriciated. thanking you vikas shokeen cont no[protected]

                Dear Sir, I Pooja Pitliya, purchase Maruti Kt10 LXI model from Rukmani Motors on 26/09/2014. Invoice No: VSL 14000717 Invoice Date: 26/09/14 Insurance Policy no:[protected] Engine Chasis No.:[protected] I would like to bring to your notice that I had a very bad experience with your dealership Rukmani Motors for the following reason & I need immediate resolution on my grievances. 1) Felt Being Cheated by Dealer: I have handed over my vehicle for repairing on 08/12/14 & took delivery of vehicle on 29/12/14, during checking at the time of delivery, I found that my vehicle stapny was changed with old vehicle stapny, When I informed to Body Workshop manager their behaviors was so casual and they were unable to trace the same. We have also put remark on delivery gate pass that we have not received our stepny. Moreover there is no update from dealer regarding stepny, it is almost 3days over when I took delivery of my vehicle. Now I doubt they might have changed other spare parts of my vehicle, If near future any problem or issues with my vehicle I will hold Rukmani motor responsible for this damages as well. 2) RTO Registration: They have not asked for valid Address proof as per the RTO guidelines, at the time of purchasing this vehicle, which caused delay in RTO registration and due to this delay my claim got dishonored as per Body workshop manager which is amouting Rs 14894/- 3) Poor Services & Misguided by body workshop Exc: When I approached for repairing of my car they gave me false commitment that you will get insurance calim of vehicle, and after repairing completed they forced me to pay cash & informed me that your claim got dishonored due to non-availability of RC crad and also asked me to go directly to insurance company for this dispute. I have not expected this type of services from a dealer of a reputed company. I request you to pls look into the above matter & expect your quick resolution on my above grievances.                   Have purchased brand new car Ertiga VDI from mandovi motors mangalore on march 28, 2014, but company has deliverd one year old car (i.e manufature date 2013). I got to know about this when i checked the chasis number which has 21 st digit as 'D' instead of 'E'. This is purely cheating and not intimated while purchasing the vehicle. When contacted company they are just showing the manufacture date printed in RC which is Jan 2014(not sure how this happened, when the chasis number clearly shows it is a 2013 manufactured vehicle.                     Dear Sir, GANESH CARS PVT.LTD VELLORE -632004 TAMIL NADU I purchased Maruti alto 800 in the month of 12th Sep 2014 to above dealer. MY chassis number is MA3EUA 61S00500399.At the time of delivery, I purchased body cover also for RS. 890/=at accessory. But, the quality of cover is very poor. It has not even lasted for three months. It has torn into pieces beyond for restitching.I have never expected this kind of quality material from Maruti. we can't do the investment for every three months for this body cover. I have taken up this matter to the company and dealers concerned on 19 th March 2015.so far, I have not received any response from the them.Is it the fit case to take up to the consumer redressal forum ?.                       I'd Booked the Maruthi Suzuki Celerio-AMT(LXi) on 25-Oct2014 at RKS Motor, Secunderabad.Booking Number: SOB14001039 vide cheque number: (954495 / 25-Oct2014).The agent(Mr. M.Venkatesh) has promised to deliver the vehicle in middle of January2015. I'd been to USA on office work on 02-Dec2014. I'd infomed Mr.Venkatesh before I leave to USA.I'd returned to India on 21-Jan2015. When I'd asked Mr.Venkatesh about the status he said that the vehicle was delivered on 30-Dec2014 but was given to another customer as I'm not availble to recieve it.He asked me to pay INR 50, 000/- more so taht he can deliver the vehicle with 15 to 30 days. I'd paid the amount vide cheque number 954497 / 02-Feb2015. But I did not get the vehicle till the day. When I called him he said he is not sure whether he can get the vehicle or not. He gave me a sugession to go for VXi model. Finally the showroom manager confirmed today that they are not able to get the car for me. When you are not capable of delivering the vehicles why did you make the customer wait so long without telling any status?

                        I have already submitted complaint on Maruti Suzuki complaint forum 2 times (7-Mar-15 and 17-Mar-15) but still there is no action taken by company. Also company representative visited my home to for feedback and problem was shown to him. Problem is that the front bumper and head light of my car is getting crack by itself without any hit at that place. Company is asking me to get it replaced under insurance claim.

                          Hi to whom it may concern to….. I, CA Manu Sharma, am resident of Meerut and have book Swift DZIRE (Model- VDI) from one of your dealers i.e. M/S Tanya Automobile; by paying booking amount of INR 10, 000/- on 10th Feb 2015. However, I was asked to wait for a week to get the delivery of desired car model. On the scheduled date they told me that my chosen model of car was not available. After that I was asked to visit their showroom over and over to get my car delivery but on each visit they (M/S Tanya automobile) said they still don’t have that model (just to add I used to take leave from my office in Noida for visiting their Showroom in Meerut). Moreover, after a while they stopped entertaining my calls. On 8th or 9th March 2015 I got a call from them asking me to pay the balance amount of INR 784, 000 and take delivery the next day. I paid the amount of INR 784, 000 via RTGS Transfer (UTR No.- PSIB [protected]) on 10 March 2015, however on visiting the Showroom I was again told that the model is not there as its not coming from factory for sometime now (even though the same model was available with other car dealers in Meerut). After some time they asked me to visit M/S RAJSNEHA Automobiles and gave me the cheque for INR 784, 000/- to make payment to RAJSNEHA; in order to harass me they asked for STOP payment of the cheque. The above incident had caused great mental agony and has moved my trust in MARUTI company as I don’t understand how they give Franchise to such fraudsters. I would like the responsible person in MARUTI company to take care of this incidents a it impact their credibility. If requisite action is not taken then I would not shy from taking LEGAL RECOURSE (via Consumer court) as this has declined my credibility and Goodwill in market. Maruthi voyog ltd Gurgoan Respected sir, I am a owner of Maruthi SX4 VDI vehicle bearing Regd.no.TN.30.AP.4093 my car was first insured at the dealer point in the first year. Second year when the renewal was due I was approached by many insurance companies and I chose an insurance company which quoted the lowest premium . When M/S.Thriveni car’s (p) ltd opened their dealership at Salem I asked for a quotation at renewal time. They quoted a higher rate and I continued my renewal with M/s. United India insurance company ltd who gave as much as 60% as tariff discount. My car met with an accident on 30/08/2014 and after completing the formalities I towed the vehicle to M/s. Thriveni car’s, Salem. On arrival I put some conditions which are as follows. 1. The dealer should negotiate the claim with the deputed surveyor. 2. The dealer should not ask additional amount from me, over and above the amount allowed by the surveyor. 3. They should not do any other work other than the accident job. 4. All the damaged parts that are replaced should be handed over to me or otherwise the salvage value should be deducted from the bill. The technical personal agreed for all the condition. On completion of work they hurried me to take delivery of the car . when I said that the surveyor has not readied the report to know the claim amount . They told me that their bill amount is based on the surveyor’s report. Based on this assurance I took delivery in good faith and to my dismay when the surveyor gave his report there were many differences. when I took up the matter with M/s.Thriveni car’s they did a u turn saying that company’s labour schedule does not match with the surveyor’s schedule when I asked them why didn’t they tell me this point earlier, their answer is vague. Also the salvage value was also not deducted from the bill and the salvage was also not returned to me till the writing of this letter. A specific point I wish to raise is that is renewing a insurance with non tie-up companies is offence? because these people always tell that if I had renewed the insurance with them this problem would not have arisen. We are forced to go to other insurance companies because the premium amount between the dealer point and other companies there is a huge difference . ( As much as 60 % ) why this disparity ? Kindly intervene in this matter urgently and do the needful. Other wise I will be forced to look-in to some other alternatives to claim my amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.                               This is bring to your notice that I got associated with your company in November 2008 by purchasing a car (Make:Maruti Suzuki Model: Alto LXI) registration number DL8CR 0129. I have been a very satisfied customer all throughout ever since the purchase with no issues pertaining to the vehicle Maintainance or otherwise, however, wanted to escalate an issue by bringing it to your kind notice. I bought the vehicle from a showroom named “ Saya Automobile”, A21 GT Karnal Road Indl Area Azadpur, New Delhi . As per the terms and conditions levied by the showroom’s authority, the registration and ownership of the car was to stay with the company until the loan is fully paid, however, I have made all full and final payment to the "Saya Automoble" in October 2014.I don't know why they are delay in this and not even getting any response.Now the same was supposed to be transferred under my name. This is causing a lot of distress and is highly tormenting for me as a customer, hence I want this to be sorted immediately. It was finance by Maruti Udyog LTD. I have contacted many times to Maruti Udyog LTD but no response till date. I would appreciate your kind response and action around the same. Please find the attachment also

                                I am the owner of Maruti Ritz VDI (Engine No D[protected] and chassis No MA3FDEBIS[protected]. On 06 Mar 15, right rear door lock of the car started malfunctioning. Door could not be locked either manually or electronically. On 07 Mar 15, I approached M/s Shenbaga Motors, Puducherry (Maruti dealer) for repairs. Spare was not readily available. I was told that it would be made available in 2-3 days time. From 12 Mar 15 onwards, I have been regularly checking with the above dealer and the response was not encouraging. On 17 Mar 15, I met the Customer Care Manager of the above dealer. I was told that demand for said item (cat part No 82301M83K62) has been placed vide Order No S9601MLM15038R with Maruti Udyog on 08 Mar 15 and that it will take another five days for the part to arrive. This is the reply after 10 days. Do Maruti Udyog and their dealer expect me to stand guard/sentry next to my car wherever I park? Ridiculous service undoubtedly!!! The part would have reached even by normal goods train had it been booked and despatched on time. I am thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied customer.                                   Respected Sir, We had purchased your product Suzuki Swift DZire ZDI on 13th December 2013 with registration number GJ 01 RE 6161. It was working good till we met a savior accident on 4th April 2014. After the accident, we submit the car to the Kataria Automobiles PVT. LTD. near Makarba, Ahmedabad. They observed the car and made an estimate on damage around 2.50 lac which was increased to 4.36 lac at the end. We had demanded for the total loss of car and replacement for the same but at Kataria Automobiles PVT. LTD. your staff was so irresponsible and they did not listened to our complaints. After the services we got re-delivery of the car but till the date we are facing various problems in the car. We also complained to the Kataria Automobiles PVT. LTD. service station for the problems we are facing after the services but they didn't listen. And still they are demanding money for the services whereas it's their mistake that they didn't worked properly and our car is still in the service station. The main purpose of this mail is to draw your attention towards our problem and do the needful. Because of the companies' delays and inappropriate behavior, we are facing so many problems.

                                    I have a MARUTISUZUKI WAGONR(VXI) MODEL 2015, New car[protected] only delivered, while drivingI observed rear right side Tyre wear out, In my first service I informed toservice care(vishnu service center - Guduvanchery) they verify and told RIMbend is there and they replace spare tyre to rear side & defective put asspare, I asked to resolve the issue but they told RIM not cover for warrantyHow can i ratify the issue, It is defective spare While my first drive also iobserved the issue, Please help to replace it

                                      Dear Sir I had purchased Swift Dzire VDI on Jan 15 2013 (RJ26CA2002) from KP Automotive, Tonk Rajasthan. I gave the vehicle for service, Mechanic has informed some problems related to Engine. My district dealer refer my car to Jaipur Workshop where I doesn’t know what happen they have opened up the engine and suggest for full engine repair that cost me around 30, 000/- and separately I paid about 15, 000 to my district dealer before he refer my car to Jaipur Auto Workshop. After paying this amount I came to know that I gave my car within the warranty period. My warranty period was expiring on January 15 2015. Response of Auto Workshop was pathetic, every time I called them they always extend the delivery date and gave me my vehicle in 25 days instead of 7 days they committed during taking my vehicle on service. After this service my car not run more than 2000 Kms and one major Breakdown was reported in Turbo(As identified by Dealer) which was not expected after service that Jaipur KP Automotive has done only 25 days back. My objective to raise this Complaint 1. I want refund of the amount which KP Automotive workshop has recovered from me on the name of Engine Service. 2. After this payment and overall service of car, Explain how this major breakdown of Turbo hap[pen and why should I pay for thjis negligence of Service technician. 3. Several time I discuss with my dealer but no proper response was there. 4. Request to look this matter as urgent. I am a premier customer of Maruti Suzuki as I have 3 car form Maruti 1. Wagon R (RJ26CA0646, 2. Swift Dzire (RJ26CA2002, & Swift VDI I purchase last week). A quick and positive response was appreciated & expected.                                         I had booked a Wagon R LXI on 04/03/15 of colour Silver White paid Rs.5000 by cheque as booking amount, Rs.3.60 lac loan approved by SBI Car Loan but your sales staff Team Leader Mr.Srimanta is not giving the invoice to SBI car loan department to disburse the loan amount. contact person of SBI car loan dept is Ms.Mousumi - [protected] . SBI Car Loan department Ms.Mousumi is calling me on this matter and asking me that she is not getting the invoice from your end that she can disburse the Car Loan. Booked the Wagon R LXI Silver White at Kolkata - Bhandari Automobiles - Gariahat Road.
