Sir, i have booked Maruti Swift VXI Glycerine Gray new on 18th of March, 2015 with the promise that I will take the delivery on 27th March, 2015 they told me OK. today they told me that this color is not coming the they told me you chose another color i.e. RED, WHITE, Grenite gray and Silver then I told you give me Silver color after one hour they told me we cant deliver you the car on 27th March. i am fully cheating by your dealer i am not expect such a International name can be use such type by a dealer. i am going to gift this car to my son on the Asthmi day of NAVRATA.     Hi All, This is C. Eswariah from Bangalore, I am very unhappy with the Kalyani motors sales officer and lead that they behaved with us. Issue Description [protected][protected] On 14th March we booked the Wagon R LXI model car with the Alto Basic model car as exchange offer. The person named Mahesh (Mob no. [protected]) came from Kalyani motors came to our home and checked our old Alto car, he came with the Maruti True Value person named Babu (Mob no [protected]) True Value person checked the car and he told the car price as 2, 05, 0000. New Wagon R LXI car price 5, 08, 000. The total exchange offer with Bonus price for old car they told as Exchange offer : 20, 0000. Consumer Offer : 25, 000 Old car Price : 2, 05, 000 Total : 2, 50, 000. Remaining amount will be paid by EMI in Sundaram Finance this process is already completed. As agreement they told that they will deliver the car by 25th March. From 14th to 24th March they had not provided any update and they dint even bother to contact us. On 24th evening we only called to Mahesh he informed that Wagon R car has no stock but later we get to know that the car was available in the showroom with enough stock but they had some internal problem may be from True value side. On 25th at 11:00 AM we called to Sales GM S N Shetty he told that he is out of office and will investigatee on the issue tomorrow(26th March). On 26th March we only called to Shetty but he dint receive call and sent message that he is busy and will call later but till now he dint callus. On 25th we called to Maruti Customer care they gave the Bangalore Maruti Sales Manger named Uday Kumar(Mob no.[protected] one lady picked the call and told that Uday is in meeting and will call back later. Whole day he dint call me, I tried nearly 10 times but same response that Uday is in meeting and will call back later.Today i called at 10:30 she said that in 10 minutes she will give call back but till now she dint call me back later i called now but she is not receiving call. This is been an very Relogant people from Maruti as they don't even bother to attend the customer calls and provide proper response to Customers. I am very Unhappy by all the people behaved that i booked the car on 14th March and till they dint provide any update or even bother to call me.This is the 3rd Maruti car i am using, bit I dint feel this type of issue with any of them.       Hi, I bought a Maruti Swift Vxi on 12/3/15 from Kalyani Motors, Mysore road. (KA 05 MR 2038) They didn't give me the Road tax paid receipt. Even after asking and even begging them, no reply form them. I even contacted their manager . yet the response so pale, that i curse myself for doing business with the, Utterly disappointed with the service.

          sub:-complaint dear sir, i had purchased a maruti suzuki ciaz ZDI which baering registration no is DL3C AH 2818 from rohan motors chattarpur i had found the following discripences on my car 1)i had faced clutch problem which was rectified on three subsiquent visits atyour work shop. 2)then i faced oil leaking problem which was also rectifed at your work shop. 3)then i faced left power window machine problem after two visits and in eight days it was rectified. 4)now i m facing dashboard noice problem, left seat making noise in of raoding and some noise from the front right side wheel. i had visited your competent workshop at mehrouli and till date the problem has not been rectified. it is request to take immidiate action and get the need full done. when i m facing so many problems day by day in new vechicle with in thrre to four months, it is requested to replace the vechicle with new one an early action shall be highly appriciated. thanking you vikas shokeen cont no[protected]

            i am a customer of maruti suzuki alto k 10, from J K WHEELS PVT. LTD.malda, gabgachhi. i suffering a problem for long time ago that is indicator of speedometer and fuel are not showing, many time i go to the malda service center, but they cant cure my problem but also they receive money from me. this is disgusting and disappointed. now how can i satisfy or trust maruti suzuki. i need help as soon as possible. my car regd. no.               I have purchased recently Maruti Swift Dzire, VXI. While taking initial price quotation time itself (Three months before delivery of car) I opted for upgrade to alloy wheels from Maruti GA. They charged full amount for alloy wheels but packed steel rims and sent to my home. When I asked to pay exchange price for those new steel rims, they refused and offered me to take it as SCRAP for Rs.100 each against Rs.1200 of original price. Here the points are, 1. If customer want to upgrades to alloy wheels initially, why don't Maruti charge difference of price ?? 2. Due to thoughtless policies, Maruti makes itself to sell its NEW Genuine Accessories as SCRAP that means... Maruti itself degrades its own Accessories equel to SCRAP 3. Additionally Maruti makes its new customer as SCRAP SELLER in the market. 4.Despite of my repeated mails, direct calls, THERE IS ZERO response from Maruti customer care on this... what a great customer service...

MH14BR5375 Chassis No. 177996 Clutch problem came I changed clutch dated 19/01/2015, that time car driven 200499 km. In Maruti Service center Amravati Aspa Bandsons Auto PVT. LTD. After two month same problem came dated 19/3/2015 that time car driven 2016533 Km. that time is warranty period of clutch. That time I told service center manager but he not give me any type of help and he told me to pay the price of new clutch. I paid price for new clutch. Please sir take some action and give me Justice

On taking the delivery and after going for first servicing it was seen that four wheels were of alloy rim But the fifth wheel was of non alloy (simple). It was intimated to the service department but a proper reply was not given to us.                     Maruti Suzuki being such a esteemed company and a well reputed car manufacturer but the kind of experience which has being delivered was unbelievable. On returning back from rajasthan, suddenly my car got hit from the left side and the whole wheel assembly was damaged even the car was not in the moving condition regn no: DL 1C N 6440 . So i was left with one option to go to the nearest maruti service station and get the repair work done . i gave my car to RELAN MOTORS PVT. LTD. situated near beawer road, ajmer-305001 which is a maruti authorised station. They took my car and i was promised to get back my car in 15 days. I went to rajasthan to get back my car, i was shocked after seeing the work done . The paint job was not upto the standard quality, it does not even matching with the rest of the car colour. The car door sensor was not working. The whole work done was not upto the maruti standards. They just raise their hands up when i complaint about the work done. Now i got my car checked up in maruti service masters located near jahangirpuri new delhi another maruti workshop. They gave me a estimate of around 10-15 thousands in which the paint work is included, i was also told the due to the thrust my car fender is also damaged at the time of accident which the guys at relan motors did not noticied, due to which both left side doors are not closing properly, and also the hings are to be changed. Door sensors are not working properly. I called the guys at relan motors told them about the damage, but the reply was nothing can be done. i want you to look into this serious matter as soon as possible. Cng Ac Htr, Reg.no.-MH 03 BS 2966, Chassis no.-MA3ERLF1S00357374, Dated -07/08/2014, from Spectra Motors Ltd Malad west -Mumbai. I have observed malfunctioning warning malfunction & jerking problem error, indicating some problem. I visited Car shop and shared problem with them, as per their suggestion I gave car for service but after service of the car problem remains same, at every time of the service they are promising that this will be solved. Now since a long time I am doing follow up with Spectra Motors Ltd and I am really fed up of repeatedly telling the same issue to the dealer. The warranty of my vehicle is also going to expire soon after that what?????? Till now I have given for Seven services but the problem remains same. Details of the Service is as followed. I know your Company is well known for the QUALITY AND RELIABILITY of its goods & services, so I have no hesitation in writing to you but i very DISSATISFIED with the Vehicle and Services.

                      Our earning of entire family is dependent on this car and we are paying installments on this car every month.
                      Due to this problem we are not able to send our car on rent for traveling purpose so on daily basis we are suffering a loss of around Rs. 3500/-

                      Due to all this problem in the car the value of our car has become zero as the main part of the car i.e engine is having a major problem.
                      We are under tremendous stress and tension as our business has gone to zero as we are not able to sent our car in traveling.

                      We feel that after spending Rs. 4.83 lakhs we have purchased a car not for our use but for the company on which the company is doing research every time we give the car in service and training their mechanics.

                      We are now tired of doing complaints every now and then and taking our car to service station again and again so we demand that the entire engine should be replaced in our car.

                      If we dont get the entire engine replaced we will legally file charges against the company in the Consumer Court.

                      I have observed malfunction & jerking problem error, indicating some problem. I visited Car shop and shared problem with them, as per their suggestion I gave car for service but after service of the car problem remains same, at every time of the service they are promising that this will be solved. Now since a long time I am doing follow up with Spectra Motors Ltd and I am really fed up of repeatedly telling the same issue to the dealer. The warranty of my vehicle is also going to expire soon after that what??????

                          I have Maruti Suzuki New Swift VDI from Sai Service Andheri East. Last night a guy from the next building who has same swift and same colour, bymistakenly opened my car. Firstly he tried with cebtral lock system, as that dint worked ha tried with the key. My car's door got opened with his original swift keys. Without realising that its not his car, he tried starting the engine where his key got locked. We called the service centre which was a worst experiece.I logged the complaint (865391). The car was taken to Sai Service. I again logged the complaint at Sai Service (Reference no.713172). We explained them the issue for which they responded door can be opened with another key and it's normal. This was really surprising to hear from such well know companies. No trust factor left. The car is still at Sai Service with out any action. I also talked to Mr. Mukund Menon but same response we got, leaving us without any appropriate action.

                            We have booked Wagnor lxi cng at Jagmohan motors, Rohtak (Haryana) on 16 march 2015.My booking no is 'SOB14002311'. But on the day of delivery i.e 23 March 2015, the showroom authority said that car is not in stock. You can come tomorrow or any other day for delivery. We have taken the leave for this only and also have some plan to go somewhere with the vehicle. Now who will be responsible for this blunder mistake.Also what about the customer mental harassment, time and money. I want strict action against them. Also I will file a complaint in consumer court.                               False Commitment . No response, No Call Back . No feedback given . No initiative to done work fast .Material not available . Now Maruti is like BMW and Mercidies ... No use to hold car till material is not available. Loss to me to hire 1500 per day taxi instead of my vechile. Who is liable for this . Financially and delay ???

                                I have given my car Alto 800 for accidental repair works at Maruti Suzuki workshop (Thane) on 1st Feb 2015 and till date they have not completed the work. My Car Registration number is MH04GM8035. It was assured to me at the time of purchase, if I go for MarutiSuzuki Insurance, that will benefit me, as Maruti will follow up with Insurance company end to end if in case any accidental damage. And now the delay is from both Repair works and Insurance as well but seems they are not much interested to complete this.

                                    sub:-complaint dear sir, i had purchased a maruti suzuki ciaz ZDI which baering registration no is DL3C AH 2818 from rohan motors chattarpur i had found the following discripences on my car 1)i had faced clutch problem which was rectified on three subsiquent visits atyour work shop. 2)then i faced oil leaking problem which was also rectifed at your work shop. 3)then i faced left power window machine problem after two visits and in eight days it was rectified. 4)now i m facing dashboard noice problem, left seat making noise in of raoding and some noise from the front right side wheel. i had visited your competent workshop at mehrouli and till date the problem has not been rectified. it is request to take immidiate action and get the need full done. when i m facing so many problems day by day in new vechicle with in thrre to four months, it is requested to replace the vechicle with new one an early action shall be highly appriciated. thanking you vikas shokeen cont no[protected]

Invoice No: VSL 14000717 Invoice Date: 26/09/14 Insurance Policy no:[protected] Engine Chasis No.:[protected] I would like to bring to your notice that I had a very bad experience with your dealership Rukmani Motors for the following reason & I need immediate resolution on my grievances. 1) Felt Being Cheated by Dealer: I have handed over my vehicle for repairing on 08/12/14 & took delivery of vehicle on 29/12/14, during checking at the time of delivery, I found that my vehicle stapny was changed with old vehicle stapny, When I informed to Body Workshop manager their behaviors was so casual and they were unable to trace the same. We have also put remark on delivery gate pass that we have not received our stepny. Moreover there is no update from dealer regarding stepny, it is almost 3days over when I took delivery of my vehicle. Now I doubt they might have changed other spare parts of my vehicle, If near future any problem or issues with my vehicle I will hold Rukmani motor responsible for this damages as well. 2) RTO Registration: They have not asked for valid Address proof as per the RTO guidelines, at the time of purchasing this vehicle, which caused delay in RTO registration and due to this delay my claim got dishonored as per Body workshop manager which is amouting Rs 14894/- 3) Poor Services & Misguided by body workshop Exc: When I approached for repairing of my car they gave me false commitment that you will get insurance calim of vehicle, and after repairing completed they forced me to pay cash & informed me that your claim got dishonored due to non-availability of RC crad and also asked me to go directly to insurance company for this dispute. I have not expected this type of services from a dealer of a reputed company. I request you to pls look into the above matter & expect your quick resolution on my above grievances.                                         Have purchased brand new car Ertiga VDI from mandovi motors mangalore on march 28, 2014, but company has deliverd one year old car (i.e manufature date 2013). I got to know about this when i checked the chasis number which has 21 st digit as 'D' instead of 'E'. This is purely cheating and not intimated while purchasing the vehicle. When contacted company they are just showing the manufacture date printed in RC which is Jan 2014(not sure how this happened, when the chasis number clearly shows it is a 2013 manufactured vehicle.
