Huge delay in Repair Works at Maruti Suzuki Workshop

Quality issue in CIAZ

I have already submitted complaint on Maruti Suzuki complaint forum 2 times (7-Mar-15 and 17-Mar-15) but still there is no action taken by company. Also company representative visited my home to for feedback and problem was shown to him.
