I have visited to Madhusudan Motors Pvt Ltd, Agra for 3rd service of my WagonR car Regn No. UP80 CW 7841 on 14 Apr 15 at 0820 hrs, It has been seen that the Job Cards of vehicles were not opening by the dealing Supervisor Mr Puneet Sharma systematically and sequence wise, means that two vehicles visited after me for service, job cards of the said vehicles opened before me. When I complain about the same to Mr Puneet Sharma, he has not listened to me as well as to others peoples also and told me that Jao Jahan jana hai yahan aise hi hoogi. About the same, I complain to Mr Rakesh Kumar, Works Manager on telephonically as he was on leave but however he has refused to do so, than I returned to home without service of vehicle only because of the rood/dictatorship behaviour of the said supervisor.     I bought Ertiga from Mahalakshmi automobiles Pune on 31st March 2013. Car registration number MH12 JU 7540. I took insurance from Maruti (national insurance) for[protected]. Then I renewed the insurance in 2014 April paying 14033/- My 3rd renewal is due and it is now that I realized that there has been a claim on my policy in May 2013 of 37K rupees. This is absolutely not true!!! This has been NO CLAIM on my car till date. So I lost my NCB during the 2nd renewal and I did not realize it that time. I want this sorted out. The dealer says that we cannot do anything since the system shows claim. Who can help me? My insurance will be over soon and I have been following up on a daily basis for month. This is not only frustrating but also serious. How can there be a fake claim on my policy when I am 100% sure there has not been any claim? Kindly help me. I am following up with Maruti support but since March 28th but have not got any useful information/help/support whatsoever. This is a serious matter and Maruti does not seem to be taking this up.

      This is regarding complaint against Mr. Durgesh Rai, GM (service) at Rohan Motors workshop at Mathura Road, New Delhi. They took my car from my residence on 10th Mar 2015 for first service through their driver. I was assured that the car would be returned after service on same day around 1300hrs. But when the driver did not turn up till 1500hrs, I called the driver and to my shock I came to know that he met with an accident with a child in Vasant Kunj while delivering the car back home and the car got damaged (Bonnet and Bumper). In the whole episode nobody bothers from the Rohan Motors to inform the owner. i was the one who tried to call each and every person at Rohan Motors. This is an example of highly irresponsible behaviour and unprofessionalism on the part of of Rohan Motors. Nobody even tried to apologize. On the next day I went to the workshop at Mathura Road to assess the damage and also to see Mr. Durgesh Rai GM Service. But his behaviour was very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. I told him that due to this incident I was very tensed, couldnot concentrate on anything and had to take leave from the office. And I also complain that atleast for courtesy sake he should have called me and offered me some alternate vehicle on loan till the car repaired. He didnot want to understand the ordeal of the owner of the car whose brand new car had been damaged by them. I really feel cheated, hurt and helpless. I dont understand why should I suffer for the deeds of others? This kind of treatment from the Maruti dealer would definitely bring bad name to the brand like Maruti. They kept my car for 5 days. I had to arrange alternate vehicle and bear the expense out of my pocket. I must be compensated for these five days as well as the mental trauma i had faced. Is it that easy...you simply damage anybody's vehicle and return it after repair...as if nothing had happened...How can any one escape from his reponsibility.

          Dear sir this is to update today i have booked my celerio VXI atmt DL8C AH1079 for my scheduled 3 service I have availed the pick and drop service for the same.I have booked my car around 10A.M in swahney motors.and has been picked them by around 1.o clock in afternoon after so many calls and follow ups.at the time of receiving i have checked my car and found that they not washed my car properly neither they polished my car from inside and their were lots of dust lying in inside my car and bonnet.sir wanted to bring in your notice that they have stolen my music pan drive as well.when i have tried to speak to the concern person at store no body was ready to speak with me .Even the G.M of the showroom was so busy that he can not speak with customer.in past also their services was very pathetic .Due to that I have stopped visiting that showroom.             I own one Ertiga (VDi) (Reg. No.KL41F2978) Engine No. 1855693 purchased in May 2012. It has completed 44, 000 K.M. It is a single used vehicle. Apart from the above Ertiga my wife own one Alto K-10 (KL 41G9785. My first vehicle was also Wagon – R. Day before yesterday while I was driving Ertiga, I could not down the gear from third to second. When I showed the Vehicle in a Maruti Authorised Service Centre, they told me the Synchronizer of the vehicle has got complaint and it has to be replaced. For replacing the above I have to pay. I strongly believe it is a manufacturing defect from your part for which I am not responsible. This type of complaint should not have happened unless and until there is major accident or related incident. So I request you to replace the defect at free of cost. Expecting your early reply.               I took my car to Pasco motors old Gurgaon road for missing engine beat the car was missing . they did a compression test and charged me Rs 1200 and the form said engine overhaul .When I enquired I was shown a hand written note which said that chamber 2 had 0 compression and chamber 3 had 8 chamber 1 and 4 were ok at 13.I was given to understand that the engine is finished and without opening it nothing can be done The estimate given to me was in the range of Rs 65, 000.I have the written quote with me. I was shocked as a few days back all was fine.I took the car to a authorised repair centre who within 5 mins told me that the engine is fine he started the car and shower me, the only problem is with the Emulator of the CNG for which he changed for Rs 1000.The car is running fine, I went back to Pasco and according to them the engine needed to be opened and checked and the app cost is as quoted without that nothing can be done. I fail to understand the tests carried out by Authorised Dealers who give you misleading reports and charge you for it.If I had gone with Pasco they would have opened the engine for no fault and charged me Rs 65000 or more.I need a clarification on this before I contact the Consumer Forum.                 I would like to say that we are very disappointed with your dealer as well as your company.We had booked Maruti Ciaz with Stan Autos Ludhiana on 23 March 2015 but the dealer failed to deliver their promise saying that company has cancelled the order due to colour issue.After waiting 20-25 days it was not the answer that i was expecting from their side. I have been harassed throughout the month with their excuses.Finally they cancelled the booking.Now I will never buy any car from Maruti.I want you to reimburse the amount double my booking amount due to harassment I have faced from last 10 days visiting the dealer again & again.Look into the matter immediately and refund me my amount positively.                   I had purchased a Ciaz ZDi having engine no. D13A 2474863 and Chassis No. MA3FXEB1S00111877 with 16” Alloy Wheels from your dealer SKY Automobiles on 6th November’2014. The day I realized that the spare wheel provided by Maruti Suzuki Limited is not an alloy wheel but steel rim; I requested Sky Automobiles to order a 16” alloy rim for me. The dealer promptly on my request immediately procured the 16” alloy Rim. Since for the proper care for the tyres of the car, the tyres are rotated during 2nd service or 5000 KM and when I gave the car for 2nd servicing on 22nd March’2015 and also instructed the supervisor to fit the 16” alloy rim for the spare wheel and get the tyres rotated. The supervisor called me after an hour informing me that the spare wheel is 15” rather the standard 16” fitted on the running tyres. I was flabbergasted and surprised. I did not expect Maruti to play with the sentiments of the customer who has paid extra for 16” alloy wheels over and above the standard 15” fitted Zdi models. I am dedicated and loyal Maruti customer; I have never used any car manufactured by other manufacturers. I also own Swift ZXI where all the tyres provided are 15” alloy wheels including the spare wheel. As the spare wheel provided in Ciaz is 15” and also brand new, I would request Maruti to kindly take steps and change the tyre from 15” to 16”, I am agreeable to pay for the 16” alloy rims already procured by Sky Automobiles and available in their store. Moreover, nowhere in the brochure, catalogues and technical specifications, Maruti has informed the customer that the spare wheel is 15”; it is not expected from a trusted and respected brand like Maruti to camouflage, conceive and conceal such facts from any customer. If this is the attitude of one of the most trusted companies in India then I really regret buying Maruti cars and the Ciaz is the last one from your stable. Please appreciate concealment of information is a crime, and this matter can be referred to National Consumer Forum for this act of Maruti. And this may also trigger series of cases against Maruti as thousands of innocent customers may refer the matter to National Consumer Forum. Hence, you are requested to immediately take steps to replace 15” tyre with 16” one with seven days from date of receipt of this mail. If this is not done immediately I will refer the matter to National Consumer forum and also refer the matter J.D.                     Dear Ma'm/Sir, This is to bring to your knowledge and notice the poor quality of service, servicing of car and customer/client handling at your end by your agents/representatives working at PEBCO Motors, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. It is pertinent to mention here that due to the gross negligence of your agents, my Maruti Swift car bearing registration no. JH05Y8200 was badly damaged. Moreover, despite my repeated requests to your agents working at PEBCO Motors, no heed has been paid to my predicament till date. I am a middle class senior citizen with service background. I had purchased said Maruti Swift car from your PEBCO Motors outlet with my hard earned money and all my savings in the year 2009 and since then my car has been maintained and serviced regularly. I live on fourth floor, C-42, Nishant Vihar, Adityapur, Jamshedpur, Jahrkhand. In the year[protected] I was keeping unwell and had also undergone surgery of my left knee and was mostly home bound. Since my residence is located on fourth floor of the building with no facility of elevator/lift, I am unable to climb up and down the stairs frequently. All through, however, your agents/employees/representatives kept making telephonic calls to me regarding paid servicing of my Maruti Swift car. I explained my particular circumstances and inability to bring my car over for servicing whereupon I was reassured by your agents/employees/representatives that my car shall be safely picked up from my residence, serviced thoroughly and according to my specifications, dropped back at my residence and parked safely. Upon receiving such reassurances I allowed your agent/employee/representative to pick up my said car from my residence on 23.02.2015. On the same evening, my car was delivered back by your agent/employee/representative. I specifically requested said person to park my car in the manner and location where I usually park my car to save it from any damage and so that it does not cause any incovenience to other residents of my society. Your agent told me that he has parked the car to my exact specification upon which I paid an amount of Rs. 3, 650/- (Rs. Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty only) to your agent vide invoice bearing number BC14022163. Picture image of said invoice is being attached with this complaint for your reference. To my utter surprise, on the morning of 24.02.2015, when I went down I found my car parked in the middle of the narrow street of my society complex because of which, it had received severe damages by other cars passing by. The left tail lights and bumper of my car got severly damaged due to the gross negligence of your agent/representative. When I checked the car further by driving it, I also found out that my requirements of servicing had not been fulfilled by your service centre despite my specific requests regarding areas of concern. I immediately contacted your representatives/agents at PEBCO Motors to register my complaint. I was made to speak with Ms. Vandana, to whom I narrated the entire episode and the condition of my car upon delivery. I was reassured by Ms. Vandana that my complaint shall be looked into and then she forwarded my call to one Mr. Mishra, who she said was the incharge to be addressed in this regard. I spoke with Mr. Mishra as suggested by Ms. Vandana and Mr. Mishra sounded very concerned with respect to my grievance with the shortcoming in services rendered by your company. I was reassured over and over again by Mr. Mishra that he will do the needful in this regard at the earliest. Post my telecon with Ms. Vandana and Mr. Mishra, I was hopeful that my grievance shall be looked into and redressed at the earliest. However, no agent/representative/employee of yours contacted me to do the needful. Thereupon, I contacted Mr. Mishra at PEBCO Motors and I was again reassured that my complaint shall be addressed at the earliest. However, till date no action has been taken with respect to my grievance. Moreover, Mr. Mishra has resorted to avoiding my calls and delaying the processing of complaint for reasons best known to him. I again contacted Ms. Vandana last friday i.e. 10.04.2015 regarding processing of my complaint. However, I received blank reassurances with no end result. I am left with no option but to lodge this complaint. I am shocked, surprised and pained to see that the much trusted and bankable name of Maruti is being tarnished at the hands of few unprofessional agents/employees/representative. The purchase of my Swift car was culmination and ultimate achievement of quintessntial middle class Indian dream of owning a car---- a dream sold by you and your agents through various advertisements and reenforcements. However, what I had not expected was the poor and reprehensible after sale service such as this. What adds to my woes is that your agents/representatives are acting insolent, nonchalant and blithely unconcerned despite my having apprised them of my ill-health in the wake of recent knee surgery and difficulty in walking and driving faced by me. I am lodging this complaint hoping that my grievance shall be redressed at the earliest and the requisite shall be done at your end to provide proper servicing to my car and compensate me for the damage suffered due to the gross negligence of your agents/representatives. I look forward to your response and the action taken against your erring agents/employees whose acts/omissions are non-conducive to the good rapport and taint-free reputation built over decades by you in this country.                       I am Baban Gawad from Palghar, Maharashtra owned Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI (MH 12 EM 2258) from past four years. I had sent my car for routine servicing at maruti suzuki’s authorized service center Spectra Moters Limited, J 229 Near flyover Bridge. Opp. Viraj profile, Tarapur industrial area, MIDC Boisar (west) Pin 401 506. Phone:[protected]. Job Card No: JC 14008755. I dropped my car in last week of March and collected on 30th March 2015 with payment of 7, 114/- As I moved little far from spectra moters I came to know parking lights are not working, cover of folk lamp was misplaced in workshop and scratches on outer side of dicky. I contact in service center regarding such problem quickly. Initially they said it was due to your fault (how one can talk to customer like this, No respect, inferior customer treatment) but after that they ensure me that we will send our people to your place and do the needful. I called twice and thrice to service center but every time I received arrogant, negligible, irresponsible answers by receptionist Ms. Sonali. I request her to connect my call to Mr. Chetan Parab who operated my car or Manager Mr. Pravin Chaudhari but she always refused with answer they are busy with customers. If they are busy with customers then who am I? This is second time I am complaining due to this incident my family members, friends are also insisting me to sell swift and go for Hyundai or Chevrolet because of their service and respect to customers.                         This is in regards to our car Wagon R (CNG+Petrol segment). The car was giving for 2nd service to Magin Auto, Moti Nagar on 11/04/2015. This car was delivered to us on Tuesday i.e 14/04/2015. I am attaching the images taken after the deliver for a dent and scratch on the front right hand side. On enquiring about it what surprised me was the answer that i got from the driver and later on from the Body shop in-charge for Magic Auto, Moti Nagar branch.                             Hi, I bought Maruti Dzire VDI model on 31/12/2015 from Rohan Motors, Gurgaon. Before taking delivery I used all Maruti Genuine Accessories, out which I installed rear view camera also, but to my surprise the display of rear view is pathetic in day times, I can't see any thing in display while reversing my car, I had complaint couple of time to Rohan Motors, they sent a representative from Nippon but he could not able to resolve my complaint, thereafter I am chasing Rohan Motors but it's been three months no solution is been provided to me, hence Pls. Look into my complaint immediately.

                              Misguiding and Harassment Sub: Complaint regarding our company Maruti Alto K-10 JK01W-3471 Myself Mohammad Shafi Baba, working as branch manager State Co-operative Bank in Distt: Srinagar (J&K). 1. I am facing some under-noted problems in concern of our Maruti Alto K-10.as I have purchased this vehicle on 10th July 2014, and the vehicle run total 1452 kms till 7th Sep2014.. on the day because of flood in Srinagar this vehicle got flood affected. My vehicle is having zero % depreciation insurance of national insurance under Policy no[protected] dated 12th July 2014. 2. We had sent our ALTO K-10 (PEAKS AUTO PVT LTD Maruti Authorized Service Station) Bye pass srinagar (J&K) & requested them to replace under total loss estimate but they repaired and returned it after 3 months . 3. After receiving the car it showed various problem and we again sent it back peaks for maintenance they replaced the throttle body and car was given back, few days later the car again showed some problem the process of sending it back and changing the parts took place for one month like started motor assembly, power windows, jammed steering and so on, we again requested them to replace the car under total loss but ignored that again. 4. In the last visit they changed the gear oil and engine oil and charged me Rs 2200 but I am sending you the photos of the oil which was changed during the visit I am really confused whether it was changed at first time or not. 5. It is really unfortunate that no serious concern was shown to my complaint as not only my money and time got wasted in the above mentioned process but also driving this car is life threatening as I don’t know which part will work and which won’t. 6. I did not want to write this email to you but the franchise namely Peaks Automobiles is not only careless, cheaters, no business ethics, very un formal way of looking into the problems and also I am not sure whether the parts were replaced or not . 7. They clearly told me that this vehicle is defective now, So please tell me was this the policy to Maruti udiyog ltd to repair flood affected vehicle so that they can generate revenue after the claim is closed .                                 my car no mp 20 cb 7932 give to some working but by the cumpany not doing proper working and some part are not avilabil in cumpany and I come 100 km the told before some time u come its a big problom so plz change our car part outher wise car haveing big loos and I give some proof cumpany have doing frood without doing working the have revive payment by me 11226 rs so plz solve my problom.

                                  Respected Sir, I have a Maruti Suzuki Wagon R (White) which i have purchased from My Car Motors Motera, Wakad Pune. The car was delivered to me on 7th April 2014. After 1 Year of the delivery i have noticed color damage on the car at different places. The damage was noticeable. I take my car to the Showroom and explained the service manager about the damage. I was expecting some positive response from him but what i heard is that the damage is not because of manufacturing fault but because of external chemical. He said it is because of "BIRD'S ", i was totally shocked that the color of the car was so delicate that it was damaged by the of bird. I don't agree with his statement as i was having a car for 3 years and i have never noticed such kind of nonsense. Still if it is because of the bird's i would blame the quality of the color and the material used. I request to maruti, to look into the case to resolve the problem and satisfactory resolution to me at earliest. In case of non-resolution of the issue, i may have to take further move ahead to consumer court or so. Awaiting for you reply on the issue. Regards,

                                    Respected Sir/ Madam, I Mr. Gracias J. Fernandes here by request you to please take the necessary action against the vehicle purchased by me from your authorised show room Jagrut Motor Ratnagiri & Kudal As I have been fully cheted by the show room on purchasing the vehicle the on 26/02/2015 at 14.15 Hrs. However the vehicle coming from Ratnagiri Show Room was halted at Sindhudurg RTO for passing before the vehicle delivery the booking amount was paid by me on 14/Feb/2015 and was told that the vehicle is in good condition and has no problem but while taking the delivery we trusted the company Maruti Suzuki & Show Room Jagrut motor Ratnagiri & kUDAL while we had no time to check the vehicle as we had to attend the prayer at Kagal Tal - Kolhapur we were not able to check the vehicle properly. As while going to Kagal we got the depression sound very badly and this complaint was reported to kudal show room as this complaint was atended by the show room after first servicing the depression part was change along with the MMS vehicle at Kudal Show Room and now there is no sound the doors if ones open cannot be locked and if locked can not be opened as some parts are been rusted also the vehicle been retouch up with car patch filled inside Sir Please take the necessary action against the this complaint towards the Two Show Rooms & solve my problem Thanks.                                       i purchase a wagon r car as on 31.01.2013 vxi modle at jammu vide registration number jk02ba9916 in the name of kamal kishore sharma .the CD player and pen drive is not functioning, not reading the said devices. i purchase the maruti suzuki model while having good market reputation about the customer services . my car only runs 8000 km till date and have problem of music system from one year, now when i conduct your dealer about the problem, then they sent me to music player dealer for the repair of the system and also told me that guarantee period of the said music system expired after two years. i conduct the dealer of nippon fav aay aar electronics and gave him the music system for repair as on 03.04.2015, but till date 13.04.2015 it was not repaired.please do the need full so that i can feel my self satisfied.
