Dear Sir I had purchased Swift Dzire VDI on Jan 15 2013 (RJ26CA2002) from KP Automotive, Tonk Rajasthan. I gave the vehicle for service, Mechanic has informed some problems related to Engine. My district dealer refer my car to Jaipur Workshop where I doesn’t know what happen they have opened up the engine and suggest for full engine repair that cost me around 30, 000/- and separately I paid about 15, 000 to my district dealer before he refer my car to Jaipur Auto Workshop. After paying this amount I came to know that I gave my car within the warranty period. My warranty period was expiring on January 15 2015. Response of Auto Workshop was pathetic, every time I called them they always extend the delivery date and gave me my vehicle in 25 days instead of 7 days they committed during taking my vehicle on service. After this service my car not run more than 2000 Kms and one major Breakdown was reported in Turbo(As identified by Dealer) which was not expected after service that Jaipur KP Automotive has done only 25 days back. My objective to raise this Complaint 1. I want refund of the amount which KP Automotive workshop has recovered from me on the name of Engine Service. 2. After this payment and overall service of car, Explain how this major breakdown of Turbo hap[pen and why should I pay for thjis negligence of Service technician. 3. Several time I discuss with my dealer but no proper response was there. 4. Request to look this matter as urgent. I am a premier customer of Maruti Suzuki as I have 3 car form Maruti 1. Wagon R (RJ26CA0646, 2. Swift Dzire (RJ26CA2002, & Swift VDI I purchase last week). A quick and positive response was appreciated & expected.     I had booked a Wagon R LXI on 04/03/15 of colour Silver White paid Rs.5000 by cheque as booking amount, Rs.3.60 lac loan approved by SBI Car Loan but your sales staff Team Leader Mr.Srimanta is not giving the invoice to SBI car loan department to disburse the loan amount. contact person of SBI car loan dept is Ms.Mousumi - [protected] . SBI Car Loan department Ms.Mousumi is calling me on this matter and asking me that she is not getting the invoice from your end that she can disburse the Car Loan. Booked the Wagon R LXI Silver White at Kolkata - Bhandari Automobiles - Gariahat Road.

      Dear sir, Car purchased 9 months back giving frequent troubles, Maruti suzuki master in chennai has checked the vehicle on many occasions however the trouble was not permanently solved by them., I am facing displeasure in selecting suzuki product because of their non-response. Please note that I am holding the relationship for 10 years and I never thought over any other brand other than maruti suzuki... Please note that I am holding the relationship with maruti suzuki since 2003. My first car was maruti 800 (second hand car) and then I bought new wagon R in 2007. I was holding the car with good satisifaction till 2009 and sold due to my transfer to AP. I bought maruti suzuki product with same loyalty "Ritiz (Apo9bw5839)@ hyderabad in 2009 (Dec) having great happiness for 4 plus year. I was transferred to chennai (TN) and due to traffic issues, I have gone for wagon R thinking that the car would be with same features (or) with additional than 2007. I bought the above car in July 2014 and since then I am not comfortable with the car. Twice we have gone for 300km plus travel and our family felt headache, womit, tired etc... I further find three issues in the car. a) AC blower fitted near to adjuent to left side (middle) blower, the effect of AC going to driver hand/sterring due to which driver performance is out of game. Further the passengers travelled in the car is not getting any ac. 2. I think due to sinkage in the car size the car is jumbing too much and stability is question mark... whenever turning people are going for big swing if the car speed is not maintaining at 20km. 3, . whenever the car speed goes beyong 50km, the sound is too much, cos of the noise we could not enjoy the car driviing... It is look like diesel car sound. 4. The parts/accessories is a substandard one. (The seat belt within 6 months is out of the game, wiper within 6 months changes and I paid for the same, after second service, due to non-function of, the windscreen is having big scratch) 5 From day one, the car front side pumber is not sitting properly and two services i indicated, i have been told no issue at all. I am facing uncomfortable on driving and my family is not happy with the product. I request maruti suzuki to allow me retain my loyalty with maruti products in the coming future, I request you to kindly upgrade my car to either RITZ or Ertiga, the difference between my purchase price what I paid vs the new model car, I will pay the same. In case if my request is not considered, I don't have any other option to sell the car at lost, in such case I will not be with suzuki product in the future. Having the loyalty I referred many of my friends to buy suzuki proudct and most of them decided on suzuki product. Please do the needful i have given my car to your chennai maruti master today, who informed to look once again about the suspension, engine tuning, etc. I will try for a week and will get back to you. But i am use last one month back but no any 1 % change my light system compare to old and new. I am lot of time call to Rohan Motors Noida Sector 1 . But no any signal response...               got my eeco model2010 repaired at authorised dealer having noise problem and paid the amount of Rs11500/ and then 3700-00.but the problem is same and noise is less upto 30% only. on complaint they say we are satisfied but i havent spend the money for their satisfaction & moreover they ask to change anew part on every visit. so this is kind request, ask someone to just rectifie the problem

                I Purchase New ERTIGA VDI Car which I purchase last year in 11 Mar 2014 from Jain udag, Silchar and mileage is now 33557 KM.for the last 3 month I am facing the problem in my car Engine is Knoking .many times I contact with your service dealer Jain udag, Silchar but they did not check my car carefully and now the problem has become very big like that in running it gives vibration and engine Knoking. for the last 7 days I put my car in your service center Jain udag, Silchar but till time they did not identify the problem in my car even they have changed many thing in the the new car maximum Part of the Car Even ti-pad Clutch, spark plug, injector they open 50% part of the engine but still they not identify.
                this car has MANUFACTURING DEFECT i will not receive this car after open the major part. this is Not a reliable Car for me. DEALER ARE CHEATED they give me defective Car to me.
                Now i need a Replacement of my car i will not accept this car any condition at this stage. i will in consumer court for this problem.
                please see this matter seriously.

                I have done the mistake to purchase the Murti Make car, so you are requested to look in the matter and do the needful, otherwise I have to go to legal process.

                  I had bought a new maruti eeco commercial (reg no DL ILV 5420) from Competent Automobiles, Shivaji Marg, Delhi on 09.02.2015. Since day 1, we have been facing intense problem with the CNG kit. The vehicle is unable to run on the CNG for more than 10min and has to be driven on petrol instead. Upon taking the vehicle back to Competent on Mar 11, we were informed there is some manufacturing glitch in the vehicle and since they don't have a qualified technician to handle the same, we should take the vehicle to Maruti owned workshop at Naraina. We took the vehicle there on Mar 12 and eversince the vehicle is at the workshop. Overthere we were told the wiring assembly needs to be replaced and they have already ordered for the same. Everyday I am following up with the workshop but without any success as to when will the problem be resolved. PROBLEM : Competent being one of the oldest and the biggest distributor of Maruti does'nt have the required technician to check and inspect the vehicle. Further is their job restricted just to sales, with all our issues falling on deaf ears. Further, it is a new commercial vehicle in which we are facing the problem and has been more than a week since we have taken the vehicle to the workshop. It is taking a great toll on my business, wherein all my supplies are being hampered and we have to inccur extra expenses for running our logistics. I request you to please take up the matter with the highest possible authority and get my vehicle exchanged for a new one. I wont take the delivery of this vehicle whose fuel system is faulty since day 1

                    I had purchase a new Maruti Alto LXI From Indus Motors Kalamassery, Cochin, during last September and took delivery on 31st October due to some personal reasons. Details are furnished below. Date of Booking – 23.9.2014 Invoice Number & Date –VSL14004282 dated 27.9.2014. Customer ID – [protected] Vehicle Details – MA3EUA61S00502508 Engine No. 528600 Insurance No. MOP2551022 dated 10.10.2014 for amount 12708. As per the advertisements in the daily newspapers, All customers are eligible for 2 gram gold coin till 31st of September. Also the agreement forms shows that the rate and offers are eligible as on the date of invoice. During the time of taking delivery Indus Motors informed that the amount related to Gold coin offer will be disbursed by Maruthi within 2-3 weeks after delivery. But now Indus informed that Maruthi rejected my request since the date of insurance was 10.10.2014. Please forward the reason for denying my right. But recently I got a sms stating that my car insurance premium is due on 27/02/2014 should be paid immediately. I called the No that part of the msg and enquired the same. For which they told that the owner name is Babu Bhai prabhudas patel and the vehicle no is KA53Q 8409. Here my vehicle No is same i.e KA53Q 8409 but the owner name is not my name. So I raised the fradulant transaction to the following : [protected]@bimalmaruti.com, [protected]@bimalmaruti.com, [protected]@bimalmaruti.com, [protected]@bimalmaruti.com, [protected]@bimalmaruti.com, [protected]@bimalmaruti.com, himanshu.[protected]@maruti.co.in, [protected]@maruti.co.in, servicecare.[protected]@maruti.co.in I again checked with other maruti showroom about the owner of the vehicle KA53 MB 8409, they also mentioned as Babu Bhai .                         sir Every 5000 km once wheel alignment done- but not working properly more wear out in one side type we are suspecting the tyre quality and braking system assembly not getting any solution properly IN 20000km servicing front disc also changed more wear out in disc during braking more vibration observed at that time changed need solution

                          Dear, Sir/Madam, I Surndra Kumar booked car model name is Swift Dzire LDI white on 22.01.15 with your dealer namely Audi Motors Ltd Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) and deposited booking amount of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand only) on the day of booking i.e. 22.01.15 and the date of delivery was given 15.02.15. Since 15.02.15 till date neither car was/is delivered nor any response came from your dealer, when I make contact to the dealer he did not take me seriously nor he is ready to attend me to hear. on 28.02.15 I made a complaint on toll free number being complaint No.[protected] but all in vain, I am in urgent need of vehicle if the aforesaid car is not delivered me within two or three days I would suffer irreparable loss which could not be compensated in terms of money, therefore my request to your goodself is that consider my complaint and delivered my car as within two or three days, otherwise I have no option to take further steps as per rules and law.                             Dear Sir/Madame, With ref to our telephone conversation of today I would like to inform you that I am not satisified with the service and treatment got by your dealer CHOWGULE INDUSTIES PRIVATE LTD Goa. I am an old customer of your dealer Chowgules and have exchanged my old Alto to new Wagon R VXI.I am not happy with their service and I hope the sales persons need training how to deal with the customers and keep their promises .This is an competition case between Sai service & Chowgules I had done booking with Sai then Chougules came and told my husband that they are giving best offers than Sai Services when I ask them they promised me to give Spoiler etc at the time of our conversation the sales person did not inform us that the spoiler has to be painted etc etc. They just got hold of the customer till they get booking and at the time of delivery of the car they don, t satisfied the customer as per our needs.The issue lasted for at least 2 hrs till Mr.pankaj solved the problems and promised to give the spoiler I appreciate his effort in solving this matter smoothly.Chowgules Sales persons are Mrs Raina Soares & Ms Asifa Shaikh. Why I came back fm Sai is they said that they are giving better offer and promise that all accesories will be given and then fooling us at the time of delivery. otherwise I would have taken the car fm Sai service.                                 I purchase maruti swift vxi on 2014 april ..after coming of mansoon my car have some problem during night drive...When light coming from opposite side some obstructions like wax coating...due to this i cant drive carefully...and its very dangerous...so i goto popular maruti service center and said it...and they check and told to polishing(etching) the windglass ...and they charged 1200Rs(about two weEk from the purchase) to me...but after this no changes in issue(only the change is i can see water dance in my wind glass :-P)...i can't drive my swift during night time...so pls help me to take further action Mob-[protected]

                                  BEWARE ! BEWARE ! BEWARE ! BEWARE ! BEWARE ! Friends while buying Maruti Cars be careful. I feel thoroughly cheated by Maruti Suzuki's lack of processes. I brought Ertiga on 1st march 2015, from Spectra Motors, Chembur, Mumbai, India. After 4 days my friend ( he owns a Garage at Dadar, observed that the Ertiga I brought, 1. The bumper and the body color does not match. 2.The bumper is rough and repainted by you. 3.The fender right side(driver's seat) is rough and repainted. 4.The fender is misaligned and refitted by you before the delivery of our new car. I have complaint to Maruti Suzuki under complaint no. [protected] We brought it to the notice of Spectra Motors Ms.Deepali ( customer care ) and Mr Parachuram - VP Spectra Motors, and Ms. Sujaja the sales manager. Quickly they send a driver took my Ertiga to the service center and the bumper polished without informing us but they were not able to hide the colour difference. And fender mis alingment. Mr Purshuram VP spectra motors informed me that he will get the technician from Maruti Suzuki to check Ertiga. Its been 5 days now, they said technician is still not reached. Top it all, the customer service is so poor, every time i have to call Deepali and Parashuram and check. Mr Parashuram sends me messages that he is busy in a meeting, its true he ought to be busy because after you pay INR 8.6 Lakhs, I am no longer the customer as Mr Parashuram and the Maruti team has to lure others. We have paid Ertiga INR 8, 56, 000 but today this vehicle less by atleast 2-3 lakhs. We feel CHEATED by Maruti Suzuki and Spectra Motors to have palmed -off an accident Ertiga well camouflaged. BEWARE GUYS, YOUR COULD BE THE NEXT VICTIM. PLEASE TAKE ALONG WITH YOU CAR SPECIALIST WHEN YOU TAKE THE DELIVERY FROM MARUTI SUZUKI. IT SEEMS THE 'WAY OF LIFE' SUCKS!!!

                                    I purchased MarutiI Stingray vxi, during january 2014 and recently I come to know that spare wheel is not alloy wheels but just normal wheel. This is very disappointing that whenever i will replace any of wheel with spare wheel it will look very odd and just because of that again have to replace spare wheel with normal wheel. I was really not expecting this kind of cheap product from Maruti just to save few hundred rupees better they could have charged more amount what required to replace it with alloy wheel. If was knowing this before purchase could have not taken this car.

                                      I had given Maruti Swift VDI for servicing because of accidental damage on dt 6.2.2015.He assured me to provide with in 1 month.In between that time i have been travelling more than 3 times from boudh after confirmation, but the company did not give me the proper work as told.So many defects were found after receiving the car like replaced Bonnet, Front bumper, radiwater condensor, both head light, lh Fender, Upper member Inter color seemed like the worst work i have ever seen.I have given money Rs.22, 500, but in the return no proper work as well as no receipt has not been given to me. So please take action if required and do as needful Agian i am describing all the details below.                                         Hello, I am having a maruti swift zdi registration no CG 10 NC 4106. In the month of july 2014 during routine checkup i got to know that my cars airbag sensor is not working i asked the workshop to replace it and i was ready to pay for it. But they were not having it in their stock, from that time i am continously asking them to do so but till now its out of stock. so please check what is the problem and solve it as soon as possible
