sir Every 5000 km once wheel alignment done- but not working properly more wear out in one side type we are suspecting the tyre quality and braking system assembly not getting any solution properly IN 20000km servicing front disc also changed more wear out in disc during braking more vibration observed at that time changed need solution

    Dear, Sir/Madam, I Surndra Kumar booked car model name is Swift Dzire LDI white on 22.01.15 with your dealer namely Audi Motors Ltd Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) and deposited booking amount of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand only) on the day of booking i.e. 22.01.15 and the date of delivery was given 15.02.15. Since 15.02.15 till date neither car was/is delivered nor any response came from your dealer, when I make contact to the dealer he did not take me seriously nor he is ready to attend me to hear. on 28.02.15 I made a complaint on toll free number being complaint No.[protected] but all in vain, I am in urgent need of vehicle if the aforesaid car is not delivered me within two or three days I would suffer irreparable loss which could not be compensated in terms of money, therefore my request to your goodself is that consider my complaint and delivered my car as within two or three days, otherwise I have no option to take further steps as per rules and law.       Dear Sir/Madame, With ref to our telephone conversation of today I would like to inform you that I am not satisified with the service and treatment got by your dealer CHOWGULE INDUSTIES PRIVATE LTD Goa. I am an old customer of your dealer Chowgules and have exchanged my old Alto to new Wagon R VXI.I am not happy with their service and I hope the sales persons need training how to deal with the customers and keep their promises .This is an competition case between Sai service & Chowgules I had done booking with Sai then Chougules came and told my husband that they are giving best offers than Sai Services when I ask them they promised me to give Spoiler etc at the time of our conversation the sales person did not inform us that the spoiler has to be painted etc etc. They just got hold of the customer till they get booking and at the time of delivery of the car they don, t satisfied the customer as per our needs.The issue lasted for at least 2 hrs till Mr.pankaj solved the problems and promised to give the spoiler I appreciate his effort in solving this matter smoothly.Chowgules Sales persons are Mrs Raina Soares & Ms Asifa Shaikh. Why I came back fm Sai is they said that they are giving better offer and promise that all accesories will be given and then fooling us at the time of delivery. otherwise I would have taken the car fm Sai service.           I purchase maruti swift vxi on 2014 april ..after coming of mansoon my car have some problem during night drive...When light coming from opposite side some obstructions like wax coating...due to this i cant drive carefully...and its very dangerous...so i goto popular maruti service center and said it...and they check and told to polishing(etching) the windglass ...and they charged 1200Rs(about two weEk from the purchase) to me...but after this no changes in issue(only the change is i can see water dance in my wind glass :-P)...i can't drive my swift during night time...so pls help me to take further action Mob-[protected]

            BEWARE ! BEWARE ! BEWARE ! BEWARE ! BEWARE ! Friends while buying Maruti Cars be careful. I feel thoroughly cheated by Maruti Suzuki's lack of processes. I brought Ertiga on 1st march 2015, from Spectra Motors, Chembur, Mumbai, India. After 4 days my friend ( he owns a Garage at Dadar, observed that the Ertiga I brought, 1. The bumper and the body color does not match. 2.The bumper is rough and repainted by you. 3.The fender right side(driver's seat) is rough and repainted. 4.The fender is misaligned and refitted by you before the delivery of our new car. I have complaint to Maruti Suzuki under complaint no. [protected] We brought it to the notice of Spectra Motors Ms.Deepali ( customer care ) and Mr Parachuram - VP Spectra Motors, and Ms. Sujaja the sales manager. Quickly they send a driver took my Ertiga to the service center and the bumper polished without informing us but they were not able to hide the colour difference. And fender mis alingment. Mr Purshuram VP spectra motors informed me that he will get the technician from Maruti Suzuki to check Ertiga. Its been 5 days now, they said technician is still not reached. Top it all, the customer service is so poor, every time i have to call Deepali and Parashuram and check. Mr Parashuram sends me messages that he is busy in a meeting, its true he ought to be busy because after you pay INR 8.6 Lakhs, I am no longer the customer as Mr Parashuram and the Maruti team has to lure others. We have paid Ertiga INR 8, 56, 000 but today this vehicle less by atleast 2-3 lakhs. We feel CHEATED by Maruti Suzuki and Spectra Motors to have palmed -off an accident Ertiga well camouflaged. BEWARE GUYS, YOUR COULD BE THE NEXT VICTIM. PLEASE TAKE ALONG WITH YOU CAR SPECIALIST WHEN YOU TAKE THE DELIVERY FROM MARUTI SUZUKI. IT SEEMS THE 'WAY OF LIFE' SUCKS!!!

              I purchased MarutiI Stingray vxi, during january 2014 and recently I come to know that spare wheel is not alloy wheels but just normal wheel. This is very disappointing that whenever i will replace any of wheel with spare wheel it will look very odd and just because of that again have to replace spare wheel with normal wheel. I was really not expecting this kind of cheap product from Maruti just to save few hundred rupees better they could have charged more amount what required to replace it with alloy wheel. If was knowing this before purchase could have not taken this car.

                I had given Maruti Swift VDI for servicing because of accidental damage on dt 6.2.2015.He assured me to provide with in 1 month.In between that time i have been travelling more than 3 times from boudh after confirmation, but the company did not give me the proper work as told.So many defects were found after receiving the car like replaced Bonnet, Front bumper, radiwater condensor, both head light, lh Fender, Upper member Inter color seemed like the worst work i have ever seen.I have given money Rs.22, 500, but in the return no proper work as well as no receipt has not been given to me. So please take action if required and do as needful Agian i am describing all the details below.                   Hello, I am having a maruti swift zdi registration no CG 10 NC 4106. In the month of july 2014 during routine checkup i got to know that my cars airbag sensor is not working i asked the workshop to replace it and i was ready to pay for it. But they were not having it in their stock, from that time i am continously asking them to do so but till now its out of stock. so please check what is the problem and solve it as soon as possible

                    We have purchased the Ertiga car on 20.12.2014 vide invoice no. VSL14000194 & Car No. WB 16 AK 6852. While traveling one of the fastener fixed in the rear mudguard opened while driving & somehow hangs down and may be touches the tire or got hurt anything and the rear mudguard is damaged whose photographs are enclosed . Please investigate the rear guard & replace the same with free of cost. INVOICE ATTACHED

                      I ram gopal purchased a swift dzire LXI car from prem motor pvt ltd jaipur on 31 dec 14 during purchased of above car i faced so many problems which is are as under 1 I booked swift dzire lxi white colour CAR ON 17 DEC 14 with booking nosob14002650 but he provide grey color car due to non availability of white color car which is accepted by me on eleventh hours on 26 dec 14 when i deposited the amount of car through BSF Canteen JODHPUR and i have no other option at that time so i agree to purchase the same color. 2. during discussion with prem motor agents/staff on 26 dec 14 when i deposited the amount through BSF Canteen jodhpur he informed on telephone that grey car available with us which is made during the month of dec 2014 but on checking at the time of delivery i.e. on 31 dec 14 the car is made during the month of apr 14 which is made last 9 month ago and i do not agree to take this car but i already deposited the amount of this car on 26 dec 14 through BSF Canteen jodhpur and I helpless he comple me to receive the care and finely he hand over the same car tome after deniding by me. 3. after gat pass i starting the journey from Prem motor i seen that meter of this car is locked i informed in this regard to prem motor and returned back to pre motor showroom as per diretion recd by me on mob after complaint. 4.after repair i again starting journey but after 6 to 8 KM car is stopped between the road near NH 8 and i and my brother keep side the car with pushing the car at market and informed the incident to prem motor for help. after 15 to 20 min a rep of prem motor arrived at incident point and returned back my car to showroom for repair .5. after second repair i again journey with my car but after 8 to 10 km car again stopped and not started i again informed mr vikas sir which is higher post in prem motor in this regard he again send a co rep with some tools he directed that car again required to go to showroom and i alongwith my new car again returned back to show room for repair. on arrival at shoroom i disbalanced and requested to mr vikas sir that sir main is car ko nahi lunga kyonki yeh old car hai " but they have informed me that car being repaired . 6. after repair my car again handed over to me and i started journey but after 6-7 km a sound of front wheel and than car is stopped. i again informd prem motor inthis rgard and some tech pers reported at incident place and repaired the veh at the spot and again handed over to me at about 1640 hrs. 7.sir i reached prem motor at about 0900 hrs on 31 dec 14 to recd my new car but i started journey with my car after 8hrs of repair. 8.I not happy regarding providing old car which is not running smoothly at the time of delivery. 9. I purchased seat cover from prem motor which is not properly set by the technical staff if you want to see the dressing of seat cover i provide the picture of seat cover. 10.I lodged a complaint with [protected]@maruti.co.in in this regard on 3 jan 15 vide ref no [protected] but no response recd till date i also reminded to above authority to sortout my case but no reply recd by me after lapse of two and half months. SIR wHOLE PICTURE MENTIONED ABOVE IS KEPT IN CCTV CAMERA INSTALLED AT PREM MOTOR SHOW ROOM AND REPAIR SHOPE OF SAID CO. sir I am a solder of Border security force and presently deputation with national security guard as black cat commando and presently posted at manesar gurgaon and i purchased a dream car after 24 yrs service but he provide me a 9 month old car which is wrong and i am not happy as i am pay all my money of 24 yrs service but receive a 9 month old car this is chetting with me by maruti showroom please help me and direct maruti co. to sort out my case. please help me as I am help less solder please regard RAM GOPAL BLACK CAT COMMANDO

                        Hi,

                        Kindly provide me update on my complaint number.

                        Also make sure that Maruit service centre follow the SOP / service checks points to be checked properly during the service of cars as it is not at all followed at Vipul motors. Since I have personally witnessed the same I don't have any doubt claiming the same.

                        Recommended to cancel Vipul motors service workshop license / agreement from Maruti.

                              I have purchased a maruthi swift pertrol car on 27.02.2015 in Maruthi True value service in Vellore, Tamilnadu. My car model is 2007 i have purchased the car for 260000/- in cash. when i compared to the market price it was above 20000 to 30000 excess for my car. While purchasing the car they said that the name transfer of the car will be done by the company and then the original R.C book will be handed over to me. The name transfer cost will be made by the true value now they are asking to pay for the insurance renewal then only the name transfer will be done. I have paid already excess of amount now they are asking to pay for the insurance which was not in my name? please solve the problem earlier.

                                On 17th Feb 2015, I drove my vehicle no.MH46W4710 (Swift Dezire) to authorized Maruti Service centre "S.K.Wheels, Navi Mumbai" in damaged condition for repair jobs of Front bonut, bumper, headlight, denting painting etc. The matter was handled by service engineer Mr. Shyam Sunder. I received the vehicle on 25th Feb at 7pm. While driving it was noticed there were certain changes in the pickup, horn and starting issue. The same was informed to Shyam Sunder. On Saturday 28th Feb 2015, vehicle again shown starting problem & started after 15-20min, which was again informed to Shyam Sunder and he advised to bring the car on Monday ie 2.3.15 On 1/3/15 we again we tried to start the car, but it did not started and it was taken to S.K.WHEEL service centre thru towing. Since then the car is in service centre and they were not able to tell us the issue and not rectifying the same. It seems that earlier in repair something has been done or parts seems to be changed. Now today 10.3.15 they are saying ECM has been damaged and need to install new ECM worth Rs 24000/-. They are not delivering my car in good condition as it was earlier and trying to make money. The car never shown such starting problem or never stopped. It seems in repairing job, the service engineer has replaced it. Pl take necessary action against the dealer and help in providing my car in good condition.

                                  I have purchased a Ciaz ZDI + Model from LMJ Services Ltd Pali on[protected] the car was delivered to me but till date ie,[protected] I have not got the invoice or the registration papers from the agency. On my wanting to contact the Regional office at Jaipur I could not get to complain to the Regional manager at Jaipur.As the receptionist answers.and access to management is denied.Mr. Ashok Verma is the receptionest.                                     purchaged an Ertiga on 16th June 2014 but till date, charges of number plate has not been deposited by dealer while total money for registration and number plate has already been deposited on 16th June 2014 by the undersigned to the dealer. enquiries were made by custormer but decieving was made by dealer, that the it is in the process, after10 months in march 2015, when enquiry were made by the undersigned, it was very surprise to know that no money for number plat has been deposed till date. I reached the Rudrapur, Akanksha agency and complaint to CGM Mr Rakesh, he felt sorry and promised me to accomplish the same within next two working day.I made him many call after four working day but he did not hehave like a sincere and high authority. This proves that every scam or decieving is being made with consent of all the officers and workers intensnly. It not only me who is being harassed by Akanksha Automobile Rudrapur, many other customers are there who are having either similar or different problems and all are being cheated by Officers and workers. At lower workers level some forgery are also being made in service section during servicing of the vehicle. Kindly check the same and instruct to do as desired and behave friendly and honestly.                                       Hello, I own a new Maruti Swift VXI (reg – 1242) bought from Rohan Motors and have been servicing my car from Rohan’s service station in Gurgaon from very beginning. Last Tuesday 3rd Mar I had given the car for regular servicing and the very next day when I received the car it was making sound. Upon my enquiry, Ankur (Sup – Rohan Service St.)told me that my car has a problem of missing and aparently there are issues in engine. While probing he accepted that the problem happened while the car was in the service station. They took 7 days to rectify it and now when I got the car back saw the front number plate is broken. Ankur the supervisor is a bizzare guy to talk to and they was he is throwing attitude is beyond immagination. Today he called up in the evening and asking me to leave office to checkthe car and come to the service station. This sort of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable and I am extremely upset with this sort of poor service. This is the worst interaction once can have and I am sure, maruti has a good reputation in terms of service – hence you should take some immediate action against this guy – Ankur.                                         लोकेश निमावत जावद से मेने आपकी कंपनी मारुती सुजुकी से एक आल्टो ८०० खरीदी थी जिसमे मेने आपके शोरुम पटेल मोटर्स नीमच से जिसमे मेने जेवीसी का सीडी प्लेयर डालने के लिए बोला था लेकीन आपके शोव्रोम वालो ने मेरी गाड़ी में केनवूद का प्लेयर दाल दिया हे आपसे निवेदन हे की मुज व्यक्ति की गाड़ी में जेवीसी का प्लेयर डाला जाये अगर असेही रहा तो आपकी कंपनी का नाम ख़राब होगा ओर मेरी गाड़ी में जेवीसी का प्लेयर डलवाए यही निवेदन हे धन्यवाद्
