Respected sir, This is to inform you that I Tarlok Singh Chandi S/o Bakhshish Singh have maruti swift vdi 2010 model registration number PB 41 C 0081.I want to complaint about Autopace network private limited chandigarh. I was having the problem with rear shockers and front strut assy. For same i went to autopace network service centre chandigarh workshop.They told me expected time for dilivery around 3pm but actually they dilivered me car at 4.34 pm. I stay there for that time there and saw that they are prefering the cars with full service 1st. Also the token provider is baised while giving tokan and was unaware of fact that which bay is going to get free first.I told my job card hold he said it was fault of token provider. Another shocking issue was that the person at spare part shop gave wrong shockers first and when mechanic went to change that the stock was not available with the spare shop. I was not able to understand why they have taken my car if they dont have the required spare and wasted my time.There was no food facilty there even. Unfortunately, now I am thinking of dropping the plan to purchase Ciaz ZDI plus which I booked on same day as this was my forth experience with your different authorised service centres. Please take the issue seriously to keep the faith of your fix customer otherwise it will ruin the image of maruti after sale service. If possible please send me the creteria on whose bases company give authorisation to these D graded service station which wont even have the spares stock for workshop. I shall be thankful to you.     Respected Sir, This is to inform you that I Tarlok Singh Chandi faithful customer of Maruti.I went your dealer showroom for having test drive of Ciaz on[protected].I took test drive and was double minded for booking the car.The sales named Vishal Rattan commited that i should book the car and in case I want to cancel the booking it is simple procedure and even if I will not get time he will provide the cheque to my place.But again its fifth time experience of not fulfilling of commitment by your dealers executive as when i called he said I have to visit the showroom for same.When I told it was your commitment he said I believe that you will definately purchase the car that was shocking.Also when I said that I will complain the Head office he said please do that rudely.This is my 2nd complaint regarding the same dealer.Please the complaint into consideration as soon as possible.I shall be thankfil to you.Here by I attach my booking reciept .       Respected sir, With a humble request, I would like to put into your notice that I have purchased alto k10 vxi from your gondal ATUL MOTORS dealer on January 4th 2015. I was very pleased to enjoy driving with my car with the new modal but my enthusiasm was broken when I came to know about re alignment of the doors. Sir, as per your circular I sent my car for the realignment to the above mentioned dealer after about three months of the purchase of my car. Sir, I would like to mention that we had already approached for the same matter but received no response from your end. The matter got worst when I received my car after the re alignment of the doors and found one rear door not attached with the central locking system which caused the loss of my samsung tablet with some valuable data. We are hereby not claiming for the cost of the tablet but the little mistake of yours has caused a big trouble for me which can not be overlooked. We are satisfied from the vehicle but not at all with the services. The carelessness can cause a big harm to the reputation of the company. As we are not inspired rightnow to follow any legal practises, we wish to ask you about the solution of the matter. Please let us know your decision at your earliest. Tusharbhai Jani [protected]

        Sir My name is Anand kumar. I live in bhiwani haryana and I owned a car maruti swift dzire october 2012 model reg no is HR 16 L 8837 with four year warranty. I always go to maruti service Jagmohan motors bhiwani for all type of works. During last visit to jagmohan motors bhiwani they broke coolant tank assy and got fitted with some fevi kvick or alfy. They did not intimate me about leakage. During my travelling to faridabad along with family coolant tank leaked and vehicle created problem then I got that they got fitted faulty part. Some how I managed to travel to faridabad with the help of a local mechanic and got fitted a new coolant tank through local maruti Tcs workshop .faridabad . It cost me around 5000 with local mechanic labour . Sir it is the matter of great concern that I trust maruti service they provide me deficient service. It cause me great inconvenience And i demand the full cost recovered and a compensation of rs 100000 for inconvenience to my family caused by deficiency in service. If it is not paid I would free to lodge an FIR against maruti service for fraud and 420 also in consumer court. Anand kumar [protected]

          Dear Sir/ madam, I am running Maruti Swift VDI registration no. DL1CN4534 since 2011. My car is insured by Maruti Insurance given by National Insurance Company Limited with policy No.[protected] valid upto 22nd December 2015. Presently I am residing at Kashipur, Uttarakhand. Last Sunday morning i met an accident with grounded angle, which has damaged rear left part of my car. I visited Maruti Authorised Service Centre i.e. Om Motors Kashipur for repairing the Car under insurance claim. After checking they advised that Rear Quarter panel, Rear left Door, Running Board and Real Axle Tube need to be repaired for Smooth running of My car. I submitted all the required documents for repair under insurance claim but the Surveyor of National Insurance Company refused to cover the Rear Axle under Insurance and advised that it may be due to manufacturing defect of Maruti. I told him that It is damaged only after the accident not earlier. My car is still with the service centre. Therefore i request you to take up the matter with insurance company to replace or repair the Axle or if it is a manufacturing defect arrange to replace it by maruti Suzuki. Please look into the matter at the earliest to repair my Car as i am a loyal customer of maruti associated with it for a long time and such behaviour and service is spoiling the image of maruti and may lead to customer dissatisfaction.             i had purchased new car swift desire vxi on 30/03/2015 for that i had given 5000 adavce amount on 27/03/2015 for which i had recived the receipt no. 9183 but on 30/03/2015 i had made payment of rs 147015 and balance SBI finance rs. 5.5 lk . But till date i had not recived invoice copy and my new car RTO registartion number asking to you sale excuetive mr. brijesh tiwari employee of Sky Automobile raipur he is just not giving any resoponse . This make that m/s sky automobile Raipur might had given me Second Hand Car or Stolen car. please help to resolve problem or else i had to approache for consumer court regards subodh jain [protected]

              I m very disappointed with marutisuzuki dealer as I wi m not getting my booked car on committed date... this very worst experience in my life... As I booked car in Feb last week & was committed by dealer by 10th April as this is a wagon r vxi option ..Even I was expecting it to get it on 21st of April (akshya trutiya) ...But still I m not getting that day too... So it's very very careless & worst service by dealer as well as marutisuzuki... So decided to cancel the booking & go for other car manufacturers car to buy instead marutisuzuki...               My maruthi suzuki alto 800 car was delivered on 10th Feb 2017 after lots of efforts and arguements. Next day while cleaning my car, i notice the carpet had a hole and this was not checked during delivery. It is been a month i had complaint to change carpet but this is still not done. Every time i get some or the other excuse (stock not available/CFO signature is not taken etc etc) for not changing the damage part. I am very disapointed with the service and regret buying car for kOthari wheel Viman nagar branch. I should have cancelled the deal and never bought a car from this dealer. Leena Chawda [protected].

                I have booked a swift vxi in the name of MADAN LAL s/o BARI RAM, R/O 168 Basti Danishmandan Jalandhar on dated 5/2/2015 in STAN AUTOS PVT LTD, GT ROAD OPP. DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL JALANDHAR.The date of delivery commited 5 /4/2015. but the vehicle is not available on that time as per commited. I have deposited RS 552000/- as a booking amount. I have purchased the vehicle from another dealership.They are not refunding my deposited booking amount RS 552000/-.They committed me First Delivery as soon as possible BUT they was delivered my car to other customer, I dont know wt the reason behind this.I am realy harras from that dealership or sales consultant(KARAN BHATTI) JATINDER SINGH (Team leader), or AJAY VERMA as a (S.M) whose deal me on that time.kindly take a serious action on my complaint and refund my booking as soon as possible, so that i can deposit my margin or INTEREST to that dealer whr i hav purchased mah vehicle.And i also want my refund payment with INTERST. As I had approached the show room manager for my Vehicle Registration papers for permanent registration they had not given any document Such as Invoice, form 20, Form 21, Form 22 of above said vehicle and they are saying that an amount of Rs62922/- is due as on. The proofs are given in photo ls attached below. As i am working as an SDO in irrigation department punjab. So there is lot of critism of your company due to this defect as i have meet many people.                         I have visited to Madhusudan Motors Pvt Ltd, Agra for 3rd service of my WagonR car Regn No. UP80 CW 7841 on 14 Apr 15 at 0820 hrs, It has been seen that the Job Cards of vehicles were not opening by the dealing Supervisor Mr Puneet Sharma systematically and sequence wise, means that two vehicles visited after me for service, job cards of the said vehicles opened before me. When I complain about the same to Mr Puneet Sharma, he has not listened to me as well as to others peoples also and told me that Jao Jahan jana hai yahan aise hi hoogi. About the same, I complain to Mr Rakesh Kumar, Works Manager on telephonically as he was on leave but however he has refused to do so, than I returned to home without service of vehicle only because of the rood/dictatorship behaviour of the said supervisor.                           I bought Ertiga from Mahalakshmi automobiles Pune on 31st March 2013. Car registration number MH12 JU 7540. I took insurance from Maruti (national insurance) for[protected]. Then I renewed the insurance in 2014 April paying 14033/- My 3rd renewal is due and it is now that I realized that there has been a claim on my policy in May 2013 of 37K rupees. This is absolutely not true!!! This has been NO CLAIM on my car till date. So I lost my NCB during the 2nd renewal and I did not realize it that time. I want this sorted out. The dealer says that we cannot do anything since the system shows claim. Who can help me? My insurance will be over soon and I have been following up on a daily basis for month. This is not only frustrating but also serious. How can there be a fake claim on my policy when I am 100% sure there has not been any claim? Kindly help me. I am following up with Maruti support but since March 28th but have not got any useful information/help/support whatsoever. This is a serious matter and Maruti does not seem to be taking this up.

                            This is regarding complaint against Mr. Durgesh Rai, GM (service) at Rohan Motors workshop at Mathura Road, New Delhi. They took my car from my residence on 10th Mar 2015 for first service through their driver. I was assured that the car would be returned after service on same day around 1300hrs. But when the driver did not turn up till 1500hrs, I called the driver and to my shock I came to know that he met with an accident with a child in Vasant Kunj while delivering the car back home and the car got damaged (Bonnet and Bumper). In the whole episode nobody bothers from the Rohan Motors to inform the owner. i was the one who tried to call each and every person at Rohan Motors. This is an example of highly irresponsible behaviour and unprofessionalism on the part of of Rohan Motors. Nobody even tried to apologize. On the next day I went to the workshop at Mathura Road to assess the damage and also to see Mr. Durgesh Rai GM Service. But his behaviour was very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. I told him that due to this incident I was very tensed, couldnot concentrate on anything and had to take leave from the office. And I also complain that atleast for courtesy sake he should have called me and offered me some alternate vehicle on loan till the car repaired. He didnot want to understand the ordeal of the owner of the car whose brand new car had been damaged by them. I really feel cheated, hurt and helpless. I dont understand why should I suffer for the deeds of others? This kind of treatment from the Maruti dealer would definitely bring bad name to the brand like Maruti. They kept my car for 5 days. I had to arrange alternate vehicle and bear the expense out of my pocket. I must be compensated for these five days as well as the mental trauma i had faced. Is it that easy...you simply damage anybody's vehicle and return it after repair...as if nothing had happened...How can any one escape from his reponsibility.

                              I HAVE PURCHASE A ALTO 800(STD) 0N 04-04-13 FROM SANDILA DIST HARDOI IN THIS CAR I FOUND DEFECT IN AIR FLOW SELECTOR IN SECOND SERVICE (KAPOOR MOTORS LUCKNOW)I HAVE COMPLAIN TO SERVICE CENTER THE TOLD WE ARE NOT AUTHORIES FOR THIS TYPE OF WARRANTY SO YOU SHALL GO TO MAIN DEALERS OF SERVICE SO I WENT TO PURCHASING DEALER AT SANDILA (CONCEPT CARS PVT LTD ) BUT THERE THEY TOLD YES IT IS A PROBLEM BUT PART IS NOT AVAILABLE WE WILL REGISTER YOUR COMPLAIN AFTER RECIVING A PART WE WILL CALL YOU FOR REPLACING BUT NO CALL MADE FROM THERE SIDE AFTER THAT I VISIT THERE AGAIN FOR THIRD SERVICE THEY TOLD I HAVE CALL YOU YOUR PART WAS ARRANGE AT THAT TIME .BUT THEY DIDNOT CALL ME THEY ARE TELLING LIE AND I TOLD KNOW YOU MAY CHANGE IT I HAVE BRING TO YOUR SERVICE CENTER THEY AGAIN TOLD KNOW WE DIDN'T HAVE THE REQUIRED PART WE WILL CALL YOU LATER BUT WE WILL DO YOUR THIRD SERVICE WE WILL CALL YOU FOR CHANGING OF PART . I VISIT SEVERAL TIME THEIR BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AN THEY DIDNOT CALL ME BEFORE FINISHING OF WARRANTY I HAVE GAVE THEM REMINDER ALSO THEY TOLD YES WE KNOW WE WILL CHANGE BUT STILL MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVE, IF I DIDNOT GET ANY ANY RESPONSE FROM YUR SIDE I WILL GO TO LEAGAL .( I HAVE WRITTEN THE REMARK ON THE THIRD SERVICE COPY PLEASE CHECK IT AND DO NEED FULL IN THIS MATTER .)

                                Dear sir this is to update today i have booked my celerio VXI atmt DL8C AH1079 for my scheduled 3 service I have availed the pick and drop service for the same.I have booked my car around 10A.M in swahney motors.and has been picked them by around 1.o clock in afternoon after so many calls and follow ups.at the time of receiving i have checked my car and found that they not washed my car properly neither they polished my car from inside and their were lots of dust lying in inside my car and bonnet.sir wanted to bring in your notice that they have stolen my music pan drive as well.when i have tried to speak to the concern person at store no body was ready to speak with me .Even the G.M of the showroom was so busy that he can not speak with customer.in past also their services was very pathetic .Due to that I have stopped visiting that showroom.                                   I own one Ertiga (VDi) (Reg. No.KL41F2978) Engine No. 1855693 purchased in May 2012. It has completed 44, 000 K.M. It is a single used vehicle. Apart from the above Ertiga my wife own one Alto K-10 (KL 41G9785. My first vehicle was also Wagon – R. Day before yesterday while I was driving Ertiga, I could not down the gear from third to second. When I showed the Vehicle in a Maruti Authorised Service Centre, they told me the Synchronizer of the vehicle has got complaint and it has to be replaced. For replacing the above I have to pay. I strongly believe it is a manufacturing defect from your part for which I am not responsible. This type of complaint should not have happened unless and until there is major accident or related incident. So I request you to replace the defect at free of cost. Expecting your early reply.                                     I took my car to Pasco motors old Gurgaon road for missing engine beat the car was missing . they did a compression test and charged me Rs 1200 and the form said engine overhaul .When I enquired I was shown a hand written note which said that chamber 2 had 0 compression and chamber 3 had 8 chamber 1 and 4 were ok at 13.I was given to understand that the engine is finished and without opening it nothing can be done The estimate given to me was in the range of Rs 65, 000.I have the written quote with me. I was shocked as a few days back all was fine.I took the car to a authorised repair centre who within 5 mins told me that the engine is fine he started the car and shower me, the only problem is with the Emulator of the CNG for which he changed for Rs 1000.The car is running fine, I went back to Pasco and according to them the engine needed to be opened and checked and the app cost is as quoted without that nothing can be done. I fail to understand the tests carried out by Authorised Dealers who give you misleading reports and charge you for it.If I had gone with Pasco they would have opened the engine for no fault and charged me Rs 65000 or more.I need a clarification on this before I contact the Consumer Forum.                                       I would like to say that we are very disappointed with your dealer as well as your company.We had booked Maruti Ciaz with Stan Autos Ludhiana on 23 March 2015 but the dealer failed to deliver their promise saying that company has cancelled the order due to colour issue.After waiting 20-25 days it was not the answer that i was expecting from their side. I have been harassed throughout the month with their excuses.Finally they cancelled the booking.Now I will never buy any car from Maruti.I want you to reimburse the amount double my booking amount due to harassment I have faced from last 10 days visiting the dealer again & again.Look into the matter immediately and refund me my amount positively.                                         I had purchased a Ciaz ZDi having engine no. D13A 2474863 and Chassis No. MA3FXEB1S00111877 with 16” Alloy Wheels from your dealer SKY Automobiles on 6th November’2014. The day I realized that the spare wheel provided by Maruti Suzuki Limited is not an alloy wheel but steel rim; I requested Sky Automobiles to order a 16” alloy rim for me. The dealer promptly on my request immediately procured the 16” alloy Rim. Since for the proper care for the tyres of the car, the tyres are rotated during 2nd service or 5000 KM and when I gave the car for 2nd servicing on 22nd March’2015 and also instructed the supervisor to fit the 16” alloy rim for the spare wheel and get the tyres rotated. The supervisor called me after an hour informing me that the spare wheel is 15” rather the standard 16” fitted on the running tyres. I was flabbergasted and surprised. I did not expect Maruti to play with the sentiments of the customer who has paid extra for 16” alloy wheels over and above the standard 15” fitted Zdi models. I am dedicated and loyal Maruti customer; I have never used any car manufactured by other manufacturers. I also own Swift ZXI where all the tyres provided are 15” alloy wheels including the spare wheel. As the spare wheel provided in Ciaz is 15” and also brand new, I would request Maruti to kindly take steps and change the tyre from 15” to 16”, I am agreeable to pay for the 16” alloy rims already procured by Sky Automobiles and available in their store. Moreover, nowhere in the brochure, catalogues and technical specifications, Maruti has informed the customer that the spare wheel is 15”; it is not expected from a trusted and respected brand like Maruti to camouflage, conceive and conceal such facts from any customer. If this is the attitude of one of the most trusted companies in India then I really regret buying Maruti cars and the Ciaz is the last one from your stable. Please appreciate concealment of information is a crime, and this matter can be referred to National Consumer Forum for this act of Maruti. And this may also trigger series of cases against Maruti as thousands of innocent customers may refer the matter to National Consumer Forum. Hence, you are requested to immediately take steps to replace 15” tyre with 16” one with seven days from date of receipt of this mail. If this is not done immediately I will refer the matter to National Consumer forum and also refer the matter J.D.
