Dear Sir, With a very sorrow and depression mind I Sri Kousik Roy inviting your kind attention to give me justice against the below mentioned issues with this mail. 1) I have Purchase a Maruti Omni Van Car (Took Delivery on 05/02/15) Eingine No:- F8BIN 4771364, Chasis No:- MA3EVB11S01572477, Color:- Silky Silver-Z2S from Beekay Auto Pvt.Ltd (Maruti Suzuki Authorised Dealer, Code-No-4301F6) Address-NH-2, Chanda More, P.O-Kali Pahari, Asansol- 713339 through Invoice No:- PRI14000133 Billing Date:- 31/03/2015. 2) Mr.Debjit Das (Sales Expert of Beekay Asansol) have mailed the invoice copy to me on Saturday, Jan 31, 2015 at 5:44 PM. 3) I need to write one thing that Axis Bank Guskara gave me the car loan (Rs.2, 00, 000/- Two Lakh) for the vehicle. 4) After This I have transmitted this Invoice copy to Axis Bank Gushkara Branch by e-mail, because they suggest me to make insurance of the vehicle from them. I did not have any knowledge at that time that Insurance will be made by Tata AIG. And they are only Introducer. 5) On 04/02/2015 at evening a staff of Axisbank Guskara Mr.Pratik, provided me an insurance “cover note” and told that it will be required at the time of delivery of said vehicle. Previously I decided to take the delivery of car on 05/02/2015. For that also I informed Show Room and Axisbank of the delivery date. 6) On 05/02/15 I came to the showroom of Beekey Asansol at about 10:30AM. But the sales Expert Mr. Debjit Das came there and met me at about 1PM. Between this periods no paper work or any processing have been made with the show room. For Some discussion and negotiation maximum time is spend (Negotiation for Rate with Debjit and for loan with one namely suman, Axis Bank Burdwan). 7) On very that day at 4Pm Debjit came to me and ask me to produce Insurance policy paper otherwise they could not deliver my car at any cost. Then I contacted over phone to Axisbank guskara Manager with a requesting to talk with the showroom for settlement of delivery. After their conversation showroom agreed to deliver the car. Then Debjit took signature on some papers from me. 8) At 5:15PM Debjit called me to the place where the car was ready to take delivery. On that time also he took my signature on two papers (from which one I can remember that is a register book and for another I asked him what is this then Debjit replied "Nothing, this is only delivery Callan, don’t worry no wrong will be made for you). 9) At 5:25PM Debjit handed over the keys of the van to me and I pay Rs.50/- to the car cleaner as a tips. After then my brother-in-law drive the car for to reach my home. Papers which the showroom handed over to me was / is i) Invoice of vehicle ii) Money Receipt of paid amount to show room. Also I asked showroom for Temporary Registration Paper as Debjit Committed to provide me. He said do not worry we are always with you. After lapsed of 18 days that is on 23/02/2015 my car meat with an accident at 1PM and it badly hampered the car. 1) On that day at 3PM I informed Mr. Debjit about the incident, he suggest me not to make call to Insurance company until I received Temporary Registration Paper otherwise the claim will not settle till than keep the car into my garage. I asked him when I can get the paper. He replied within 3 to 4 days I can get the said copy. 2) On the same day I informed to Axisbank Guskara Branch they suggest me to lodge a complaint to Tata AIG by their toll-free no. And after they have conversation with TATA AIG personnel regarding the same and said that Registration Paper not require for claim settlement. 3) I was confused who is guiding me properly because this is first time I purchased a car and I do not know about rules and regulation. On 24/03/15 evening me and my father reached to Axisbank Guskara branch (as they called us to visit there branch) than Branch manager Mr. Anirban and Operation Manager Mr.Joy promised and assure us that book a call to Tata Aig toll-free no and we will not have any problem to settle the claim without registration paper of car or Tax token. And they booked the complaint making call from my registered mobile no. 4) On 25/03/15 I got a call from Tata Aig Kolkata office (number starts from 033 that is why I assumed) asking me to submeet my car to nearest maruti service center. I replied them that I will submit the car by tomorrow. Also I asked them how can I carry the car to the service center? Should I send it by trochain or by crain. They replied if the car is in movable condition than the carrying fare will not be bear by them. So next day on 26/03/15 my driver drive the car up to service center Burdwan Beekay Auto(Near bypass Ullas buss stoppage, Burdwan). 5) At service center Mr.Avijit receive my car to there service center and after see my car's documents( Invoice Copy, Policy Paper, Policy Cover Note, Money receipt) asking me for registration copy. I did not provide him that time because those documents due non availability of the same documents with me. As of till date my Car is lying in custody of Beekay Auto Pvt Ltd (Service centre Burdwan) from 26th March 2015. As my claim was pending as the documents were pending, and when I contact With Beekay Auto Pvt. Ltd they provide me the same but after wards I submitted the same, I came to know that My claim is kept hold under process because Temporary Registration is of dated 26th of February 2015. Now, where is my Fault, because Temporary Registration is responsibility of Showroom? Before lodging the Complain I was been told that Registration certificate is not required for claim settlement.     Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a Celerio VXI-Green (CNG), Gray color on 27.03.2015 through your Safdarjung showroom (SE Ashish Kapoor). I was promised that I will get the vehicle within 10 days. Today, the 9th days since booking, I have not got any information from the Sales executive. So to my surprise, when i called the Sales Executive-Mr. Ashish Kapoor this morning, I was told that it will take another 4/5 days, but he is not sure. When I was promised 10 days, why should I wait for another 4/5 days more. Had i been told to wait for this long, I could have thought for some alternative.         Worst performance in customer relation and value the customer time i have given money for insurance dated 25th march but up to 28 march the insurance policy has not generated no one called me when i call them not giving response to me i have suffered three days with out insurance but no one help me please look forward about this showroom behavior totally irresponsible people and worst behavior. name.anil vengala [protected]

          Dear Consumer Forum, On reference of the above subject it is to informed you that I have purchased Swift Dzire in July 2014 at Kota Rajasthan of which Registration no. is RJ20-CD-2104. As per the company norms I have made available my car for every Service. @ Services has been done by the company. On 3rd Service I have informed to the service concerns that front left wheel has making noise during driving. They have told to me that this is because of the damage of Excel Cover Boot. Due toi that excel got damaged. They advised me to change the Excel by making the Payment. Which I denied. Because that has not been damaged by me. It's of Poor Quality. So, Why do I bear the charges for new Excel boot. This is covered in Guarantee Period, so it has to be changed by company on his own expenses. On revert they have issued a letter to me that in any case they were not be liable for replacing this boot. I request to you, kindly help me in this matter. Because its a complete fraud case. Company is not making his promises which they made at the time of Purchasing. Kindly instruct to the company that they should repair the boot as soon as poosible

              Dear Manager I have purchased new swift VDI 2015 model on 28 march 2015 and I am very unhappy with the services of dealer and sales manager. I booked my vehicle with Fair deal Noida and after Conformation from dealer your vehicle is ready for delivery, the moment I reached the place no body attend me after waiting such a long one lady come And attend when I ask her where is my vehicle she said that is come from our another showroom which is locate in Gurgaon I personally ask how many time it will take to reach Noida I got answer from her no idea driver is new you have to wait I said fair enough I reach showroom 3.30 and wait till 5.30 but no response. After waiting such a long time and ask her once again have u received any conformation from driver said no idea time around 6 pm, I ask shall we complete rest of formalities which is required for delivery she said I am in rush will assign your case to other sale manager he will assist you and she left the show room/ After completion of all the formalities with showroom I got conformation your vehicle is ready for delivery I was surprised when I saw my vehicle it was too dirty I said what the hell you are doing is this the way to treat customer or deliver the vehicle, kindly wash my vehicle said work shop is close you take your vehicle ascites will wash your vehicle tomorrow any time .we have no more option I said but kindly give me in-voice, cash receipt, insurance, Said you take gate pass and when you come tomorrow will complete all the pendency I was surprised when I wash my vehicle in home and saw vehicle is DAMAGE from left side running board the front door damage. I immediately call showroom and inform the incident but nobody entertain till now. Request you to kindly change my vehicle with immediate effect its clearly matter of cheating If I do not hear from you within 07 days from receiving this mail, I will lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Court against Fair Deal or Maruti Suzuki..                 Correct Engine Oil for Gypsy King BS4

                A MASS has put TOTAL QUARTZ SMC 5W30 engine oil in Gypsy King. Later I found that this semi synthetic oil is suitable for K series engines only. Gypsy King does not have a K series engine, and recommended grade of oil for it is 15W50. Will the Total Quartz oil harm the Gypsy engine ? Should it be changed immediately ? Why does Maruti Suzuki not educate its service stations about the correct oil for each type of engine/vehicle ?...

                Dear Sir, I have purchased new swift Zxi 2015 model and I didn't get the alloy wheel for the spare one.The dealer is saying company is not providing the alloy wheel for the spare one, according to them its due to some wheel alignment issues, I don't understand the logic behind that, what if I am going for a long trip and damage happening to any tyre, I am not going to search for any nearest workshop there to repair, I will prefer the workshop which is near to my home. I am paying much amount for Zxi than other series which is for alloy wheel also. Please take a immediate action to my complaint. Thanks & Regards, Kannan C S

                  My car is due for the last free service this April. The dealership called me and told that I need to change my Engine Oil as it recommended in the Service Book. But it is recommended when the car has run nearly 10000 Km. But in my case the car has run less than 2000 Km. I don't need to change the Engine Oil at this point of time and I just want to opt out of it. I told the same thing to Dealership. But they are insisting that I need to change the oil otherwise they would void my warranty on Engine. Is this true. Does this void my warranty. Do I need to change the Engine Oil for only 2000 Km?                   When I reached Maruti regarding this they were not helping me. I reached the support number[protected]. They had no idea on this and told me to reach Kolkata Regional office. I tried to reach them, but they didn't pick up the call. Also I reached Maruti Suzuki head office, they also didn't help me. Martuti please at least answer my queries on this.

                        Sir a week ago i have met an accident on road.in that accident the driver side of car has damaged much. I put a insurance claim against this. I always renew my policy from your authrised dealer (Pandit Automobile Jagadhri). they have repaired my car but the door bidding which put in between the doors to prevent damage scratches has not been placed. when i asked about that they told me that they dont have good quality tape. is it right. is the maruti company dont provide their dealer good quality material.                           This Arun.A.S from chennai. I now own 3 maruti cars. and i am starting to hate maruti. I recently bought maruti alto k10 which has no left mirror, seriously? all cars need left mirror in highways., if you can sell left mirror for 3k why cant add them in the first place? Secondly, i have asked all maruti dealers in chennai, no one has left mirror in stock with them. its a torture to drive in highways without left mirror.if you dont equip your shops with sufficient parts there is no use in being NO.1 car seller of INDIA...I M really gonna sell all my maruti cars and go for a better one..!

                            I got a message last week telling i had won the cash award and to send my name, address, mobile no and the occupation to their mail. I had already sent my above details to their mail id.. and i got a mail which give all the information regarding the winning of cash price but they told us to pay the custom charges in Indian custom authority for the shipment and deliver the award to me. Is the message fake or not ?? Please i need a reply

                              sir i bougt a WAGON-R VXI car from your reputed company.in my car there is a problem occur.there is a milage problem.there is no listening on that.on[protected] i gave my car for service and insurance claim.after twenty days they call us and said that your car is ready come and take it.i go there but i saw the condition of car there is no work is done on my car.i told them, they misbehave us.and they also tight a screw on back bumper.i told to change the front bumper but when i saw that it's look like a old bumper.i gave it on service to ROHAN MOTORS WORKSHOP AT MORTA GAZIABAD.they charge very high rates.

                                1. I own a Maruti Van CAN9085, 1985 model which has always been serviced by Maruti service-centers. 2. I had giving it for service to Solar Automobiles, Bangalore since 2003 3. Unhappy with their work I decided to change over to Bimal Auto Agency, Old Airport Road, Bangalore. 4. I handed over the car on 9th March to the service station. ( A work order was raised) 5. But, they could not start the work immediately as the Car details needed to be entered in their Central database. 6. Even though they scanned all copies of the relevant documents ( RC Book, Address Proof, ID Proof & DL) the database entry could not take place. 7. After a week, that is on 16th March I collected back the car. 8. Bimal promised to call when the data-base entry was completed so the work could start. 9. I checked on 23rd March this has not been done. 10. Today 30th March I Checked again. They still cannot start the work. What is this data-base and why cannot they enter the data immediately and start the service tasks?

                                  sir, I mr. J. Prabhakararao of Lampakalova prathipadu mandal, e.g.dt, andhra pradesh, puchased maruthi suzuki ertiga zdi model vehicle at your authorised show room varun motors at siripuram inVishakapatnam on 22nd March 2015. At the time of delivery of the vehicle the authorities assured the 4 years warranty.. and collected the amount accordingly. After delivered the vehicle, showroom authorities turn the word on the fore said warranty. now they are telling 2 years warranty on my vehicle. The adviser Mr.kannababu, and showroom authorities are not responding to my grievance. The accessories of the vehicle is not up to the mark. kindly look into my problem and make justice at earliest.                                     Hi, I have recently taken a new Celerio VXi Green from Fort Point Automative Thane. Had a terrible experience with them on following things: 1) As per the dealer car is supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes, however it took almost 2 hours to get the delivery with no courtesy to inform customer or have some other engagement with the customer. Sales Rep (Sudhir Batra) attended us when entered the show room and disappeared for 1 hours 30 minutes with no further intimation. After calling him he requested for another 5 minutes and shows up after 25 minutes. 2) When asked for a manager after getting frustrated, no one knows who the manager was and manager showed up after 15 minutes. 3) Sudhir Batra even did not have a courtesy to apologize till the end and said delay was informed to my DS. Just wanted to understand Who was buying a vehicle DS or ME? However when asked my DS, I was informed they did not even inform them. 4) Product Knowledge was poor - Guy who came to explain the features of the car wasn't even aware about the product they are selling. a) When asked " If the car is running and CNG gets over. Ans: No sir, you have to switch over manually and when questioned again be saying I have a Maruti Waganor which is company fitted that switch over automatically then the Rep answered it must be possible then and he is unaware about it. b)When asked " Where is CNG Plate? Ans: Sir this is company fitted CNG so there will be no CNG plate. When questioned again I have a another car Maruti Waganor which is again CNG fitted and there is plate in it and it was purchase in last two months only. Then after searching the car for 15 minutes they found the plate under the Fuel Lid. 5) The car delivery was given to me on Saturday i.e. 28th march 2015 with the commitment, I will get the car registration no. by Monday i.e, 30th March 2015 and till today the registration no. has not come yet. In all I had the worst experience in my life (No time management, No courtesy, Rude behaviour, Less Product Knowledge).                                       I applied for insurance renewal 25th as it was expiring on 26th with Sagar Automobiles, Bangalore located in Bannerghatta road. I am yet to receive renewed policy and my vehicle is without insurance for last 4 days. I am not able to use the car. My vehicle number is KA-05 MG-2947.
