Dear Sir, My wife has purchased ALTO K10 car on 09.02.15 in the name of Sarojni W/o Sh. Dinesh Pal from Autopace Network Pvt Ltd, Chandigarh. Since the date of purchase there is abnormal sound in left portion . Matter was brought to the notice of Sh. Rahul at the time of service. But they can't detect the fault. Day before yesterday one of your representative visited my office to check the fault.But fault could not be deducted though abnormal sound was noticed by him. Then he called me at Industrial Area Service station yesterday and fault was again examined by 2-3 engineers but I was returned back by saying that coolent water bottle was loose and it has been fixed properly and I was asked to observe the fault. But today itself when I drive down the vehical from RAMP same sound was heard. Immediately I called to Sh. Sarabjit the person attending to me, he assured to look into the matter and promised to visit for checking of the fault. But when no body came I again Rang up to Sh. Sarbjit.who again asked me to visit the service station. Since i am also a busy person so it is not possible for me to visit daily to your service station.     Dear Sir, I am Sankha Subhra Datta, residential address- Mohanta Para, P.O & Dist- Jalpaiguri- 735101, West Bengal. I purchased a Zen Estilo VX, Chassis No- 392778, Engine No- 4564123, Key No- IP 3945, Date of Delivery (i.e. date of purchase)- 24.12.2014 from Sevoke Motors Private Limited, 233 Sevoke Road, 2nd Mile, Siliguri- 734001, West Bengal. Before buying of maruti car, as like as so many people of our country, I also believed that Maruti Suzuki Company is number one service provider but now I am realizing it is not true at all, at least not in our northern part of West Bengal. Your company / your Siliguri dealer given me the opportunity to open a case in Consumer Forum court. Or, I can send my experience about Maruti service to your competitor company Hundai, and I think Hundai administration will surely enjoy it. However, I will do nothing at present because, I still keep hope you will take action against my complain. I know that Maruti administration is not directly responsible for my harassment but your people is responsible for my trouble. At first tell me the duty of a salesman / dealer. Is it by any means, sale the product, even convincing by false information and then forget everything even including handover of necessary papers for which payment was already made? Giving wrong information every time against my (the customer) each query? Now I am expressing my bitter experience. At first, I am intimating the beginning though it is not my main complain. I am a Railway Employee so, I could easily get loan from SBI, but before purchasing, your man, the Sales Team Leader, told me that as I would be superannuated from service in the year 2017, SBI would not grant me the loan as SBI do not deals with pensioners, rate of interest is also high in SBI. Result- high processing fee of private bank. After purchasing of car, simply from curiosity, I enquired in SBI and understood he is a layer. It the begging of my realization. Now I am coming to my main complain. Please take it very seriously, especially point number-2. 1. I purchased the car on 24th December, 2014 and yet I do not receive my registration paper, paper for number plate and blue book. I paid for all of these necessary documents on the day of purchase, Yes; I know these documents are issued by Motor Vehicle Dept. of State Govt. But it does not take so long time; I have experience about the registration system as an owner of motorcycle. It means your dealer simply took initiative far late than the car delivery date(or may not yet take any action). 2. Sales Team Manager intimated me he is an employee of Maruti Suzuki, not an employee of dealer. If it is true, your administration should fill embarrassment because he never says truth. In January he told my paper would come within 10 to 15 days, In February again 10 to 15 days factor was exist, at the beginning of March, every papers ready but somehow not reached to me. From the end of March, he started to play the game with a new style. All papers (naturally except blue book) including paper for number plate reached to him and when I called him over phone (responsibility relies upon him, but I had to call him every time) his standard reply (theory of continuity?) “I would handover papers Today evening”. From the beginning of April, he intimated I had to attend motor vehicle Dept. on 9th April at 4p.m to attach number plate. But where is the paper? In his custody. Since last seven days, he was ready to handover the papers every evening, that special evening unfortunately not yet come, my meeting date with motor vehicle Dept. was expired (I have doubt, whether his story is true). But why not he deposited the papers in Siliguri show room or not in Jalpaiguri sub-centre, from where I could easily collect the necessary documents? Why he misleads every time? Who authorized him to harass me (the customer)? It is the lack of control to the dealers / salesmen of Maruti Company, logically is it any doubt? 3. Sales Team Leader is a person only, I purchased car from Maruti. So, I can impose blame to Sevoke Motors Private Limited, Siliguri- 734001, more concisely, to Maruti Administration. I think, Maruti Suzuki administration has no control over dealers and over smart cleaver salesmen. Really, shame to your administrative controlling system.       I am G.v.Ravi, residing at athimanjeripet, , tiruvallur dist, tamil nadu.I have purchased the vehicle at khivraj motors, 2151/2152, TNHB, kakkalur road, tiruvallur. The issue occur within the first week of purchase of the vehicle when the mileage was 648 Kms. I have immediately reported the problem to the khivraj motors, tiruvallur. They have attended the problem. Also I had the first service completed along with the protective under chassie coating during the same time. Now that the vehicle is in 4th service, milage is 11980Kms, the issue is prevails .We are not happy in problem solving in this case by the maruthi dealer.         The service provided by Workshop of TCS Auto World, Faridabad, Haryana is worst ever i have experienced. We go for servicing of our vehicle to keep in good condition. After, the servicing i found additional problems including the existing reported problems. Such service creates bad image of Maruti as whole not TCS Auto World.           Respected Sir /Madam, I had booked a new Maruti EECO from Jagrut showroom Ratnagiri DIST the problem is while booking the vehicle i was told that the vehicle is completely new and has no problem as the vehicle mfg is of 2013. But after purchasing the vehicle we have faced a lots of problems against this vehicle i.e 1.The vehicle is completely rusted internally and it is re touch up 2.Rear deprecesssion part was changed with the MMS vehicle at Kudal showroom. 3.Rear doors cannot be opened and if opened cannot be locked. 4.Vehicle mfg was found 2012 on the RC book and the vehicle was sold saying mfg 2013 with A/C while the vehicle is non A/C. 5.Car patch has been filled toward the joints from inside the vehicle Sir/Madam we have been complete cheeted by the show Room on purchasing the vehicle therefore we are not interested in this vehicle so please give the feed back

            I have been inherited from my father A Wegon-R Car. We have purchased it from KIRAN MOTERS SURAT. Since its purchase We did not more occasion to drive Car during night. Recently I found error in the windsheald of my car which is badly reflecting light of vehicle coming from front side. I have mentioned this problem to service provider i.e Ravirtana Moters Ankleshwar. But they relpied that warranty is over so co can not help. But, I question is... when wind shield glass which is fitted in my car is faulty from the very initial should be replaced if your opinion is in positive.                 I got my car serviced from SMART CARS, Maruthi authorised service station who claims as 'A" category in service. 3rd corss, Kaggadasapura main road, C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore 560093. Phone 25346481, [protected]. They gave me an estimate of 11k for replacing the clutch, Power window problem and usual service. But by the time they completed the service, they replaced so many other things like Brake drum, brake shoe set, front regulator etc etc which they forced me to change and I agreed. The final bill came to around 18k. ( 7 k more than the estimate ). They delivered my car to my home after service. After the service my front door central lock was not working, Which did not had a problem before I gave for service and the front bumper beeding was not fixed properly. I went again to service center got that fixed and I gave a feedback that service was very bad. Now the present issue is that my car is vibrating so badly when I drive in traffic or move my car in 1st gear which clearly shows that clutch was not replaced, they did some repair work and gave my car back saying clutch is replaced. Usually all service centers give the old part back to prove that they have replaced the part. In this case I did not get the clutch plate or brake shoes or brake drums. Nothing was given back. So I am sure that they have not replaced the part. I really do not understand how Maruthi can certify such 3rd rate service centers as 'A' Category. If they are certifying they should ensure that quality service should be delivered. I need compensation for my loss and teach them a lesson for cheating the customer.

                  Ambal auto doesn' t trust the cheque given by such a big company like L& T Finance. But its exeutives expect customers to trust the false assurances / mere words of such a small dealer. Ambal auto was advertising the sogan of ' I trust ambal'. But actually they should advertise ' I don't Trust Ambal'.

                    dear all...i own an alto 800 bearing reg no as01q 9710 which i purchased from Bimal auto agency in guwahati on 12th of march, 2015 and total km driven till today is 245 km and when they called for 1st servicing they asked foe changing the oil filter and mobil change for which i have asked for mobil change as they are insisting as i was receiving too many calls, but to my astonishment the bill which i received for the 1st servicing was for rs 1701 with only 245 km of drive and which happen to be free servicing as per the call received from the dealer, i am an exisiting cm of maruti as i also have an ritz for 5 years and if i am been misleaded by your channel partner then what will happen to the new cm, if your new car require that servicing after 245 km of driving then why make all those cllaims in all your advertisement/promotion regards indrajit deb [protected]

                      I Purchased the swift desire car (PB-65 U 9359 ) on 31st May 2013, from tricity auto zirakpur mohali punjab, & deposited the Rs. 20500/ - for accessories including parking sensor, tricity auto had black button Sensor of parking but i wanted to white button, they assured to me for providing the same within a couple of days, I approached to tricity auto zirakpur several time still problem is not sorted out by Tricity Auto, please look into the matter at your end Alamjeet Singh [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com

                        I am an owner of Maruti Ertiga (ZXI) model. I have purchased recently on 21-3-15 from Nainital motors haldwani. I was so passionate about the Maruti products due to the quality/ service you render. Hence i have upgraded from my old maruti car to Ertiga. I am upset to mention that the driver seat bottom bracket is not painted ( It is CRCA with oil (RHS one)and LHS side is painted in black . On the LHS side cable connector mounting bracket is not painted. The photo of the same is attached.

                        Unexpected from Maruti .
                        I have 3 more ERTIGA models in the show room . all are not having painting on the seat bracket.
                        This is process laps at Maruti . which can not be expected from NO 1 auto maker in india.

                          Dear Sir/Madam I will start the mail with Maruti Suzuki's famous tagline 'Count on us'. I also did the same. I applied for 2 Maruti Swift Dzire for my car rental agency on 21st January with Dwars Garage & Co.. I already have 4 offer letters with me & wanted to buy 4 more cars for my rental agency. I am yet to receive the delivery of my car. They are saying it will take 12 more days. One of their employee is saying that my car has been fully damaged while travelling from their godown to showroom. They said that they would deliver the same car after repair. I have few questions to ask you. I have already made lot of fixed expenditure in anticipation of getting delivery in 15-20 days. I have already made the full payment to dealer 3 weeks back. Who is going to bear the interest cost? My insurance on car started on 22nd March. Who will bear the cost for 1 month when the car was not in possession. I have also lost the opportunity of revenue loss over last 45 days? Who are going to pay all those compensations? I know you value your dealer more than customers. You can get many customers & you wil be more concerned with your dealers. But i can assure you that i can request 3 more guys not to buy Maruti cars. I will request them to ask 3 more guys. I will heartily request to talk to Dewars Garage & forced them to compensate me. I expect that you follow what you say, 'Count on us'. Thanks & Regards Sonia Jalan M - [protected]

                            i gave my new ritz car for service for the 2nd time. In 1st service i told them that shocker of this is not working properly . 1st time they said we will see to it but they didnt. And now 2nd time they said within a week they call us and our shocker will b replaced. But its more than 2 weeks they havnt called. More over meter of the car is also not working properly and even its average is also not accurate. Please see towards our complaint

                              My Vehicle TN.75 P.4343. (Swift Dezire ZDI Model - September - 2013) I have admitted my vehicle on 02.03.2015 at 43000 k.m.in Ganapathy Motors, Nagercoil. Kanyakumari Dist. Tamil Nadu.( who is the authorised dealer of Maruthi) for Gear Shifting Problem. They have delivered the vehicle on 07.03.2015. They have informed that the warranty period is expired, so that I was forced to pay around Rs. 10000/- for the above work. After a few days the same problem araised with a sound while driving. Again I lifted up the vehicle in the same company on 23.03.2015. They are unable to assure the date of Delivery.I have contacted Sri. Kumaraguru, who is the Teritory manager of chennai on 02.04.2015, 06.04.2015 & 07.04.2015. He informed that the damaged part item -1 is in Tirunelveli, and item 2 is in the place of manufacture. Moreover he has not assured the date of delivery of item 2. Therefore, According to his statement, I have a doubt that when can I be able to get my vehicle back? As I am a Doctor, I can't help myself without a four wheeler. Even though this is a 2013 model, I faced so many problems in a short period. I am so sorry to select such a vehicle like this. If this problem continues, I will sell the same and I will not opt this anymore, even to my friends. So I want to know the date of delivery of the vehicle at my end without further delay.                                 Bought one new Swift VXI(petrol) on 6th January 2015 from Standard Auto Agencies Jabalpur(MP).Recently I noticed that all the five tyres(JK TYRES) are defective.JK TYRE engineer made a spot inspection & gave its report that all the tyres have UNDULATIONS(which according to him are normal as in some tyres such undulations appear).Now I have requested several times to Maruti, Local dealer & also to JK TYRE-but none of them are coming to my help.When I have paid good money to buy a new Swift then why I will compromise on defective tyres.Moreover it speaks a lot on the quality control on the part of MARUTI UDYOG as to why they have fitted defective tyres in a new car.                                   Dear Sir/Mam, i got an accident on 15th july 2014 in jhansi and i went to Suri automobile for get my car repaired. i have paid Rs 195070/- to get my car repaired and make it perfect again, but after service i am not happy with the dent paint and parts which were replaced like stering, ac segment, wheel allignment etc are not working properly. i am not satisfied with labour, staff not even with the service of suri automobiles.                                     This is regarding the complain against SB Cars for not providing vehicle registration certificate with booked fancy number (UP35AC9090). We approached many time to the SB Car executive but they are unable to give proper clarification. We also put complain on Maruti Suzuki website but nothing moves further, Complain ref no - [protected]. I received a call from SB cars executive and she accepted the mistake that they forget to submit the Fancy number slip to RTO along with Vehicle papers. But they are not ready to correct their mistake and provide us proper registration number.
                                    Maruti car dealers are only loking for and not so focused for customer satisfaction & service.

                                      I took my swift (WB 74V to maruti suzuki authorised service centre, fulbari on 29th October 2014. My car is still not delivered. The harassment is pretty difficult to handle as they give me a date and I take a leave to pickup the car.i am very fed up with the service of so called famous maruti suzuki.

We had been to our delivery but during test there was major problem in power window. RNS Dealers are not supporting the customers properly. I have left my vehicle in showroom itself and my EMI is counting from this month but I have not received my vehicle yet. So who is responsible for all those problems. I have kept some hope on you that within 24hr we receive our vehicle. So please do the needful. But still if you are not taking care as such then I have to take strict action.
