Dear Sir, This is to state that we have bought 1 vehicle (Maruti OMNI Ambulance) from Gulzar Motors Pvt. Ltd (G.T Road, Dholewal Chownk, Ludhiana, Punjab) on[protected]. From the very first day we are getting the following the problems which are not resolved till now: 1. We have already paid for high security number plate but we have not received it till date 2. The RC i.e Registration Certificate provided is actually incorrect, we tried to get it corrected from Gulzar Motors but have got no help yet. Our representative has visited Gulzar Motors 3-4 times but still our problem is unsolved. Since, both the problems are major issues, we expect a speedy redressal of our complaint.     Dear Sir, I am the user of your valuable Low maintenance and high mileage and good service maruti cars since 15 years, Hence i have booked one new maruti alto 800 LXI on 25.12.2014 at Mandovi Motors Basaveswaranagr Bangalore with payment of Rupees 65000.00 ( Rupees sixty five thousand) with offering of Center locking and Fabric seat covers with free of cost at the time vehicle deliver due to 2014 model. And balance amount of Rupees 293000.00 ( Rupees two lakhs ninety three thousand) paid by DD union bank of India Vijayanagar branch Bangalore on 06.01.2015, Hence I have taken the vehicle on 16.01.2015 evening at 6.30 pm, But i have observed the fabric seat covers and head light bulbs spares not provided as promised your sales person Mr. Vikram as I have discussed with him he agreed he will provide with in a week, with my many requests to Mr. Vikram by phone still he has not taken any action he is not ready call solve the issue. As service frequency I have done free service on 14.02.15 at Mandovi service station basaveswaranagar Bangalore, But service is not also satisfied they have taken 10 hours for deliver the vehicle. Important :1. We found water leakage at inside left of the front seater. 2. Found wrong HP entered in Invoice instead o[censored]nion Bank of India they have entered Axis Bank. Kindly take necessary action immediately other wise I will legal action.       Vehicle no. - HR 29 AA 6825 Dezire VDI
      I have sent my vehicle to Batra auto on 14.01.15 for workshop and bodyshop work due to accident. They have commited to deliver the vehicle on 30.01.15 but even after so many follow ups they have delivered my vehicle on 14.02.15 and the invoice and gate-pass was prepared on 30.01.15 as per their committment.
      What happened during those 15 days, I am doughtful.
      I have suffered a lot during this period as I have no vehicle and I had used taxi services daily for office purpose.

      Apart from this the paint colour is not even and matching. Also the washing & cleaning is not properly done as per my requirement.
      The scratches are also evident during their shifting here and there.

      Your quick response is expected and action is awaited as early as possible.

        Dear Sir, please refer the above, My vehicle number GJ-01-CV-9948 Given for repairs in Ahmedabad at Manan Auto Link -on 23/02/2015 -for complain that vehicle not working when in CNG - The Dealer says that O2 Sensor has to be replaced, The part is not in Stock and If I have to get it Ordered I have to pay Rs 2000.00 deposit only then they will order the part.It has been more then 10 days that the vehicle is at the Dealer workshop without attending to my Query if the vehicle is not repaired by tommorrow I will start charging Damarages charge from day 1 .Please attend to my Query regds nelson

          Dear Sir, Lumax Industries are one of your supplier supply the Lamps. We had recently placed an order of Purcahsing the 7 seater EECO Vehicle thru' your Delar M/s Kalayani Motors Pvt. Ltd. - Mysore Road Bangalore. This was Loan Transaction thru' HDFC Bank, We had paid the advance cheque on 13th Feb 2015 and after having confirmed the dispatch from Maruti Mr.Mohan (Representative from Kalyani Motors) had confirmed the arrival of Vehicle in Bangalore on 3rd March and we could take the delivery on 4th March 2015. As per the Bank requirements the final payment would be released once when they receive the Insurance Cover Note of the Vehicle. Which was clearly explained to the representative therefore he had requested to send the Loan approval statement to him based on which he said he would be raising the Insurance Cover Note on arrival of the vehicle and sending it to the Bank for final payment. Since yesterday i.e, 2nd March 2015 we have been trying to get in touch with person but he was not picking the call today after sending the mail to him he picked the call and informs us that since he had to fulfill his target he has allotted that vehicle to another customer and now we have to wait until the next batch of vehicle arrives. And he will be confirming the delivery date after two days from now. Please let us know why have we got wait when we have already made the advance payment and are waiting for the Insurance Cover Note to release the remaining payment. There has been no delay from our side we are going as per the procedures and how can the dealers take such an un-justified step. Even our money and time is very important to us. Even we are lined with many activities and commitments based on the commitments and confirmation given by your dealer's, this is a pure harassment just to fulfill there targets they cannot harass the customers this way. Maruti having a major share in Indian four wheeler market cannot have such un-committed dealers.             This is to complain of the harassment we have faced due to the negligence and non cooperation we have faced at the hands of your dealers Rana Motors (Dealer

            Code 08A1-08-0B) and Bagga Link Motors Limited Vasant Kunj (Code 0821). We have purchased a Maruti WagonR DL12CC 6110 in the name of Mrs Veronica David on

            30.06.2012 with extended warranty from Rana Motors (Dealer Code 08A1-08-0B). We have a valid Certificate of extended validity vide contract no.[protected]

            with the warranty date o[censored]pto 29-Jun-2016. Our vehicle developed a fault in the suspension arm due to which it is making lot of noise while driving. We

            have brought the car to Bagga Links Motors Limited situated at Vasant Kunj (Code 0821). We Met Mr.Vinod Kumar (Service adviser) and General Manager Mr. Brij

            Talwar for under warranty repair of the suspension Arm with the original Certificate Of Extended Warranty but were denied service. They say that though we

            have the extended warranty but the DMS entry in the computer is showing EXTENDED WARRANTY : N . Though it is showing the warranty valid upto 29-Jun-2016 in

            the system but just because extended warranty is shown as a N instead of a Y we are being denied warranty service. The General Manager of Bagga Link Mr.Brij

            Talwar rudely asked us to go to Rana Motors from whom we purchased the warranty as it is their fault they punched in a N instead of a Y. We the customers

            are being harassed due to no fault of ours. We have the extended warranty certificate and the paid bill. But instead of giving us a solution we are being

            harrased just because someone has entered a N instead of a Y in front of extended warranty. Pls let us know what is our fault. Both Rana Motors and Bagga

            Links represent Maruti to us and we are being asked to bounce back to just get N changed to Y in the system. We have wasted the entire day in this just

            because someone has typed in a N instead of Y.

              I had given my car (Swift KA 09 MB1632 registered in the name of H. L. Savithramma) in MANDOVI SHOWROOM JP NAGAR III PHASE, BAngalore for regular free service and on receiving the car i found there was a bad smell in the car and i raised the issue with the service center. (Mr Santosh attended the complaint). on 28-02-15 and authorized person called jagannath came to receive the car since it was a pick up from home service at 8.30 am, and he returned the vehicle at 3.30 pm on the same day, as i did not pay much attention to the exterior of the car as i had no time, but today morning[protected] i noticed DENTS IN THE LEFT FRONT FENDER ON THE WHEEL ARCH where dents are noticeable but new paint job is visible but there is also paint aberration marks on the corresponding part of the front bumper, when i called MR JAGGANTH who took the car for service he did not reveal the repair work but on enquiry he confessed that the damage happened and he claims he FORGOT TO INFORM ME THE SAME, therefore i want a PROPER remedial job on my car.

                VEHICLE DETAILS: NEW SWIFT VXI 2015 MODEL VEH ID:MA3EHKD1S00809826 I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM AM MOTORS MANJERI, MALAPPURAM, KERALA. BALACE AMOUNT DUE FROM ADVANCE PAID IS RS 10000/- AND NOT PAID YET. PURCHASE DATE IS 29 JAN 2015. IDENIED FOR EXTENDED WARRRANTY BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY RS 7457/- AND TRANSFER THE SAME TO MY ACCOUNT NEXT DAY. BUT TILL THE DATE IT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED. ON ENQUIRY THEY TELLING ME THAT CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT NEXT DAY. BUT TILL THE DATE I DIDNT GET THE MONEY.

                  I have purchased a Maruti Ritz VXI from Jagmohan Motors Bhiwani as on 24.12.2014 whose Ex show room price is Rs.466000/-. the amount of insurance is made Rs16000/- . But Jagmohan Motors Claim Rs. 19000/- from me for insurance. which is Rs.3000 excess. I visit the show room 5 times but they are not responding well. So i requested to you that make arrengement to give my excess amount back to me.

Now that D.D motors car dealer is refusing to do free service because i do not have free service book and i have already inform none of the time regarding in this matter.                       Sir, I have been using Maruthi cars for the last 25 years. 1st maruthi 800, then esteem, baleno and now sx4. It is with great disappointment that I bring to notice the problems I had to undergo. I assure you that I had done all the services and maintenance on time and from the right place. (though immediately after a service I was stuck without head lights on the road at night) and my car seats are so dirty that I have to give it out for shampooing which cost me Rs 3500/-. In the last year itself I had to spend around one lakh rupees on this car. Now for every 86 kms I have to pour 400 ml oil. After changing turbo for 43385 rs another 5358 rs in December, rs 7000 the last week for suspension, break cleaning etc (I have all my bills to prove) and now finally they say its time for the engines major work – when this car has run only 95000 kms. Yesterday I met the maruthi dealer (popular in town, which was not satisfactory).I request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.                         I booked a new maruti celerio zxi car colour white at Navneet motors, udaipur, rajasthan on 7th of February, 2015. After booking, there was a commitment to me from Navneet motors that car will be delivered in next 15 days, but the delivery of the vehicle is not yet done and also no response is provided to me till today of my queries ! I don't understand why company is behaving like this. Such a behaviour of the company affects the trust of customer for dealing in future too. Please make sure that the delivery of the vehicle shall be done soon and also satisfy my queries as soon as possible.

                          Respected Sir, A vehicle HR 26 BN 0186 has been put for insurance claim at the Pasco Automobile at Gurgoan sector 17 18 dividing road. The vehicle had been repaired on 25/02/2015. It was requested by the insurance surveyor that to send the original bill of repair with receipt to the surveyor by post to the concerned surveyor at the address VK Indora RZ-36 Main road Palam colony New Delhi 110077 on the same day and mail it immediately as the bill generates so as to the insurance co. Can make payment at earliest to the customer. on 25/02/2015 it was confirmed by me from Mr. Jia Ulhaque ph. no [protected] the adviser of this case that bill has been dispatched at the above address. I asked again on 26/02/2015 that bill not delivered please see the matter but it was again assured that bill has been dispatched. On 27/02/2015 I again contacted to Mr. Jia that if you courier the bill it delivers on the next day he said I have sent the bill. On 28/02/2015 I once again remind that the bill in question has already been delayed for three days confirm the delivery from the concern agency in reply he uttered after wasting three days that it is not his duty to send the bill. I have conveyed this to Sh. Vinay Sharma ph. [protected] to comply these requirement voluntarily in routine and assured the services. My request is that, In view to give good service to the customer your good self must do for customer as under, 1. As the bill generates it should be mailed immediately without loss of time to the concerned surveyor. 2. As the customer makes payment his original bill with payment receipt must be sent to the concerned surveyor by post on the same day. 3. The satisfaction /discharge voucher must be get signed from the customer and be sent with the bill. All three requirements are a routine work and must be done voluntarily. I have a very bad experience from your concerns their employee least bother the customer requirements. In query the utters that it is customer duty to take care. Respected Sir, My aim to lodge this complaint is only to ensure good services to the customer instead of blaming them and misguiding misrepresenting the fact on ph. query and even not bothering the matter.. I hope if any competent authority takes initiative in like matter I would like to meet him personally for the like matter to be discussed in the interest of the customer services.                               hi i had given my vehicle swift desire KL10AF4422on dec 19, 2014, for minor paint job on front& rear bumper, with out my notification they had painted entire lhs which was a drastic, unacceptable level they made the vehicle different color between lhs & rhs and full of dust particles in paint which had make the job worst than local workshop. after complying about this issue mr imran ( indus motors regional works manager) involved in this case, that he will rectify this issue of paint job, during my first had had given my vehicle for 4 days, after involvement of Mr imran of the repeat repair the second time they had again taken back the vehicle for rectification, again i had given my vehicle for another 3 days, while they had told me that the door sticker not available so i taken back the vehicle again, recently i got call on 18/02/2015 from imran saying that the parts are available so i agreed to the leave the for third time on 25/02/2015, the told me that they will rectify all the mismatch in my vehicle but the this was ridiculous they had painted the rhs also ( door, fender, cotter panel)fully dust particles, over spayed in vehicle i am preparing for regal action . without proper painters they are learning paint job on customers vehicle . 1) they don't have professional painter. 2) not using paint boot for painting 3)no professional employees. my question is how as a customer we have trust in maruti dealership for a quality job it is better to do paint job on local garage rather than giving job in dealership i am totally dissatisfied and very much upset on this case, i am expecting to look maruti in the case. looking forward regards moncy.p. abraham [protected]

                                Hello, I have DEZIRE VXI (Model April 2010) car and I replaced front bumper from Chittiso Motors, Phase -7, Industrial Area Mohali, Punjab but now there is a big problem in paint, now this workshop replaced with Stan motors and no one listen my complaints for the last one and half year and now I am fad up from this.                                   I HAVE GARAGED MY VEHICLE FOR SERVICE AT INDUS MOTORS POOCHUNNUPADAM, THRISSUR SERVICE CENTER IN LAST MONTH 08012015 .AFTER SERVICE I FOUND THAT ENGINE OIL LEVEL LOWER THAN THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT AND I FORMED THE SAME AT SERVICE CENTER AT THE TIME ITSELF AS A SOLUTION TO MY COMPLAINT THE REFILLED EXPIRED OIL IN FRONT OF ME AND AGAIN I THE SAME INSTANCE WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER BUT DOES NOT RESULTED I HAVE WAITED SINCE THIS DAY EXPECTING THEIR POSITIVE ACTION THEREFORE REGISTERING THIS COMPLAINT EXPECTING BETTER SERVICE AND SOLUTION FROM YOUR END. I AM A CUSTOMER OF MARUTI FROM LAST 10 YEARS AND EXPERIANCING SUCH A PROBLEM FOR THE FIST TIME. SINCE THIS ISSUE I ALWAYS RECCOMENDED MARUTI CARS AND ITS SERVICE CENTERS TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. the engine oil is said to be the core content of a car. in this itself they have done such great fault that too in front of me . which shows their attitude towards every customers

                                    I am a resident of Kayamkulam, Kerala and a proud owner of maruthi suzuki-swift-2014 model- ZDI version, registered in the number- KL 31 G 8208 and bought from Popular Showroom-Cherthala.I have always considered and valued the performance and quality of maruthi-suzuki products both combined and individually-hence when the choice to buy a car came, the answer was quite simple to choose. Just 9 days back- 17/2/2015 my car met with an accident while i was trying to drive around a turn, my car skidded and hit the wall nearby causing the back bumper to break and ax;e.wheel to come out of the chassis, this was quite unexpected and sudden as i was going at moderate pace only and the ABS feature didn't kick in at the right time to prevent this skidding.Not only that, upon the crash the airbags from both sides of front seats popped and instead of saving me from any collision crash, they exploded on the way out causing an emission of a gas that resulted in sever burn marks on my right arm for which i had to get medical attention . While the "fault ABS" caused the car to skid off, the crash itself didn't hurt me but the exploding airbags which are a system for my safety instead burned my arm severely.This has been a big disappointment for a customer like me who always considers Suzuki products to be of top quality and I am hence a very dissatisfied customer. I am expecting proper replacement or compensation for the damages i suffered from the ABS fault to my car and airbag explosion to my body as It would be proper compensation for me. I expect such a big company and brand like yours to take this seriously and respond or for the lack of which I would be forced to move by legal terms to acquire my rights as a consumer and by the laws that protect the consumers of this country from getting cheated on products and to ensure quality.To encounter such a big problem on a car that is just 6 months old is quite disappointing.                                       My maruti wagnor vxi purchsed on25.8.13 and my car has run 19000 km only . my reg no( KL 30 C 6429).my car is on service with sarthy auto cars chengannur .On sevice they informed me about lowerarm damaged . They are not assuring any warranty for replaysment of this part.is that no warranty for lowerarm in case of damge?pls do help me to overcome this problem my no is [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com

                                        My Maruti Swift ZXI was delivered to me by Friendly Motors, Mysore, on 20/10/2011. The car Registration No. is KA 09 Z 9201and it is being maintained by Friendly Motors (Dealer Code:2502) all along. Ever since I took delivery of the car there was a persistent problem o[censored]neven wear and tear of the driver side rear wheel tyre. My repeated complaints to Friendly Motors did not improve rovide remedy the problem. I even complained to Maruti service Division. Subsequently Friendly did a cursory free check up and replaced the originally fitted tyre with the spare tyre. However, when I found that the replaced is also wearing out unevenly, I took the car to Friendly on[protected]. Now Friendly has come out with a demand that I should pay for replacement of ball bearing to get the problem rectified. However, who will bear the cost of two tyres which became road unworthy due to the negligence and lack of professional incompetence of the concerned Maruti Authorized Service Centre? Incidentally, my car has done just 10000+ kms.
