    Hello, I BOUGHT A MARUTI SUZUKI SWIFT DEZIRE VDI ON 10TH JULY 2010 WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY OR STILL I AN IN WARRANTY .. MY REGISTRATION NUMBER IS RJ 14 CK 4678 I AM HAVING CONTINUOUS OIL LEAKING PROBLEM FROM ENGINE CHAMBER AND LOW MILAEGE IN MY CAR SINCE DATE OF MY PURCHASE OF THE CAR. AFTER GIVING IT TO SERVICE CENTER MANY TIMES I AM NOW WRITING THIS MAIL TO YOU. I AM TOTALLY DISTURBED AND IRRITATED NOW WITH THE RESPONSE OF SERVICE CENTER OR THAT SERVICE MAN HIS NAME IS MR. MAHESH KUMAWAT WORKSHOP MANAGER MR. MANISH SHARMA-[protected] AND TERRITORY SERVICE MANAGER NAME IS MR. UPENDRA GUPTA-[protected] ... I am Talking with Mr. Upendra Gupta - [protected] Territory Service Manager ) regarding my issues ... and he is treat me like a dog ... i am not a dog... what the hell are he is talking me like that ... no rights to talk like that with us. I would like to mention for Mr. upendra gupta .. teach him how to talk with customers on phone... i explain my issues n mr . upendra gupta he talks very rude, he talks very badly with me n cut the phone on my face ... sir seriously my mother swear whole day i feel very bad or to be very frank i feel harass... we r customers not mr. upendra gupat's pets. its very insulting moment of my life. he says ( aap nayi gadi mangoge to kya hum aapko nayi gadi de denge kya .. ) i never demand for new car i just say to him ... sir mujhe official way me aapki machine se mileage check kara do agar sahi aata hai to mein maan loonga agar kum aaye to aap maan lena... mr. upendra gupta replied ( nahi hogi vaise check agar aapko karani hai to aap kara saktey ho uske charges pay karke ... agar aap yaha gadi rakhtey ho to 300rs per day k hisab se aapko dene padenge or pone cut kr diya bina meri koi baat suney or bhi kaafi baatein unhone galat ki mujhse ) he was very rude ( full dadagiri ) ... and give me very frustrated replies. i want his sorry ... thats it. they are paste my chamber n that's not a permanent solution... so many times they did same but every time i face same problem ( oil Leaking ) from the beginning my car give me mileage 12, 13, 14, Maxx... still i am not satisfied with my issues ( oil Leaking and Low Mileage ) and still my car at service center ... EACH TIME THEY RETURN ME THE CAR WITH WASHING ONLY AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL PERSISTS. THIS IS PATHETIC THAT AFTER PURCHASING A CAR OF MORE THAN 730, 000 Rs, ONE OF YOUR BEST PREMIUM CAR AND I AM FACING SUCH PROBLEM. SERVICE CENTER ADDRESS : E-198, RICCO INDUST.       Dear Team, I am feeling so unlucky to choose Maruti Suzuki as a brand for my dream car. I have booked a Dezire Tour with ID [protected] from your authorized dealer KP AUTOMOTIVES, Banipark, JAIPUR (RAJASTHAN) and promised by their sales representative to purchase a Dec 2014 model Dezire tour e.i. only one 2014 make car available with them and they agreed to give discount on it. I have deposited cash for down payment and got D.O. from a finance company for rest payment, but at same time (on Dt.19/02/2015) they deny to sold me that 2014 make desire tour (as they also promised to another person for same car without any information to me) and convenience me to buy another desire tour 2015 model. I have completed rest formalities on Morning[protected] and waiting for invoice from morning 9’O clock at KP AUTOMOTIVES, Banipark, JAIPUR (RAJASTHAN) but till 8’O clock of evening I didn’t got Invoice of my car due to bad intention of Mr. Rakesh Sharma (You can verify from CCTV recording of Dealer that whole day I was waiting there for Invoice) Also the GM of dealer is also not showing any interest in this matter. I am too much depressed and tensed because my right astrological time to buy car was delayed by such type of rude and irresponsible behavior of your dealer.

        Respected sir I met with a accident on[protected] a Maruti ertiga vdi my car number is AP 01 AH 3399 I send a car to Nizamabad Varun moter a Maruti car show room. Sir my complen is still after 1&1/2 months my car repair work not done. My requests to u please complete the work as early as possible. I spoke to mechanics he his telling its takes another 20 to 25 days. Respect sir the work is not done in time what is use of giving in reputated show room. Please look into the above subject and resolve it in case not solving the problem please can u arrange a ertiga car for me Thanking you Your Dr Narendrareddy

          This is regarding Magic Auto Pvt Ltd (Maruti Suzuki) The most pathetic service I have ever experienced. Magic Auto has no value for commitments or its customers. I had given my car at Workshop in Mayapuri on Sunday i.e. 15th Feb, 2015 & was promised that the delivery shall be made by 19th Feb, 2015. I had already informed that there is an urgency and that I shall be travelling on Friday. I was assured that the car will be delivered by thursday. Even on thursday evening I was told the same. But the car was not delivered and no one cared to inform I had requested an early delivery & paid in advance more than 90% of my expected billable amount.

            I owned a maruti suzuki swift dzire car having reg no HR 12 L 8725. I gave my to service on jagmohan motors rohtak and they make a huge service amount of the car and when i asked about history of car and permanent bill of the car, they said our DBMS is not working. Highly dissappointed behaviour of maruti suzuki and this happens with many of my friends too when they give their cars for service 2 months ago. This charged the eatimated amount pf money on simple paper. Please take due attention regarding this.

              My car number is DL 5CJ 5678. I purchased this car in August, 2013 from authorised dealer of Maruti which is located in Noida Sector 10 by the name of Fair Deals. The comapny also sold a accessories kit of Rs. 25, 000 with the car known as RS Kit. Unfortunately, two days back the left front door of my car got smashed and when i informed "Fair Deal" about the same they said that we will have to remove the entire kit in order to repair the car since the Kit is no more available. As an outcome my hard earned money of Rs. 25, 000 will go in vain. Its my sincere apology to you as a consumer that kindly look into the matter and get a RS Kit arranged for my car so that it can be repaired properly.

                Hi, My self Ashok Ajmera and I bought Ciaz VXI+ from Vipul motors, Sodala, jaipur on 6th Jan 2015, got car delivery on 06th Feb. The dealer had cheated me through various manner.Please find the details below: 1. Dealer has cheated me and they charged approx. 15 thousand extra from me(5500 as handling charges and inflated amount for registration approx 8k extra) 2. My car is having 4-5 scratches which i did not notice because dealer hid them under the ribbons.Now today while i was cleaning my vehicle removed those ribbons and noticed the same. 3.I requested to fit some accessories(Seat cover, Matting, Window chrome), i am not at all satisfied, none of them fitted properly...Very much unhappy 4.Car is also making some noise I spent my hard earned money and Very much disappointed with this cheating.Expect you to take some strict action against the dealership.                   Hi, I have booked Maruti Suzuki Celerio ZXI BLUE color model on 2nt October, 2014 from Vasai(W) with dealer SAI SERVICES PVT LTD. but sadly I have not yet got the delivery of my car citing color problems and manufacturing issues. Also the delear manager MS. Shaila Colaco seems to be too non-coperative and agreed that I should go ahead with the cancellation of the car as they were not able to give me delivery even after 4.5 months inspite of me agreeing to the price hike which is almost 16000 INR from the time of booking. Request you to urgently look into this because as a customer I feel I have been targeted for paying extra cost also not getting on time delivery of my product.                     Dear Sir, I have purchase a Maruti brand through your authorised dealer Pasco Automobiles (Maruti True Value), sale person Mr. Rahul Prajapati. I have paid full & final amount by Delivery Receipt dt 16.03.2014 & completed all documents so the vehicle will be register with insurance company a my name on same day. i lost my vehicle by theft on 28.03.2014 i came to know that the documents were not completed by dealer due to which my claim has not been salted.                                 To, The Manager Batra Auto. I am writing this mail for your kind information that I have given my car HR51BC 3781 on service on 16th of Feb 2015, the same was picked through Mr. Bhupendra from my office 12/1 Mathura Road, at that time my music system was on FM mode & usb drive was IN, although it has been clearly instructed to remove all loose items from car but anyhow I did not remember to take my pen drive from music system, when car was returned I did not find my USB drive on music system, I immediately called on your customer desk and her language was so rude that cannot be explained, although the item cost was not more that 400-500 Rs. But it was lost. I Gave my car with complete responsibility and it your duty that none of the items is missing. Mr. Bhupendra called me yesterday that he will try to find out the USB but till time I have not received any call and I am sure that he will not call me on this. I even want to rate cleaning of car 1 of 10, the same was not cleaned properly and I am sure I will never ever give my car to Batra Faridabad.

                                  Hi,

                                  Unfortunately i bought a Desire in the May, 2014 but since starting it was having some Gear problem- Back Gear is having some problem, Some Engine Noise in the Cabin, Roof Insulation is not properly fix, that very loos, paint of lower fender is poor, Finishing and fitting was as poor as it is worst and cheapest product fitted by a local mechanics of the road. Before this i was using Ford Fusion and really there is a difference of miles in the quality. Its my humble request to please take it back refund my amount with you i will prefer to go with ford again, as you are having just cheaper quality.

                                    Dear sir, I have taken an ALTO K10 VXI through Sky Automobiles, Dharmanagar, Main Road, Berhampur 760 002, Tel:[protected]; E Mail: [protected]@skyautomobiles.in on 28th January, 2015. The dealer has not provided a remote control for the Stereo Audio system provided as in built in the vehicle. The vesion of the dealer is that the remote for the Audio system is not provided by the manufacturer. I request you to direct the dealer to provide the remote control if it is provided by Maruti Suzuki. If not provided by the manufacturer I request you to provide me the remote control for the stereo system. The 2nd point is the fog lights installed by the dealer has no separate switch for the same, and they connected it directly to the Parking light. When the parking light is on the FOG lights are also ON so the battery will run down. Under the circumstances I request you to direct thye dealer to put up a sepaarate switch for the FOG ligths. In this connection I would like to point out that the box which contains the FOG lights has mentioned that there is a switch, but the dealer has not provided me the same, Moreover when they brought the box containing the FOG lights was not sealed bgut it was opened. I am an old customer of Maruti since February, 2009.                                       On 14.02.15 Saturday at 11:25, Ms Moumita of Premier Car World Workshop 29 B.T Road Kolkata-700 058 called me to inform me that my new Maruti Cellerio car was already due for the 3rd free servicing and that whether I cold come with my car the next day i.e 15 th. morning. I informed her that Sunday is an off dayfor my driver. So she informed me that she would arrange for a pick up by 8:30 a:m and delivery by 12:30 noon.I thanked her and informed her that in case there was a problem I would inform her by 5:00 p.m to avoid any harassment to the people who would come for the pick up and that if there was no ph call from my end it was ok with me.
                                      Next day I.e 15 th. morning ( Sunday), i kept on waiting for the car to be picked up and even cancelled my program of going to the market. But as usual no body turned up and there was no ph call from Premier Work shop. So the whole morning was wasted.
                                      In the evening of the same say i.e Sunday the 15th. she called me again and rattled off the same point as the day earlier. I reminded her of the incident the previous day. I was amazed to hear that she could not relate the incident. I got a little frustrated and told her that if she kept on showing such kind of non commitment towards committed customers like me many o[censored]s would have no option but to dispense with the service of Maruti Suzuki. At this so utterly misbehaved with me and banged the ph. I called her back a minute back and wanted to know her name. After telling her name she again banged the ph.
                                      Now my question is - why would a committed customer of Maruti for the lat 8 years like me would have to suffer at the hands o[censored]nprofessional and non committed tellecallers like Ms MOUMITA for no fault of ours? I am deeply anguished and dejected at tge service of MARUTI SUZUKI.
