Dear Sir/Madam, I am owner of 6 months old Swift ZDi and i have driven my car upto 13500 KM and facing problem of igniting my car first time at the start of the day. My usual time of igniting my car is 9am and at first time when i take my self it never starts and after waiting for 3 to 4 minutes i try to take self again and than it gets starts. And this error is coming from more than one week. Thanks Mohit

    Dear Sir, I visited your show room named ATUL MOTORS at Tagore Road, Rajkot Two months ago to purchase Alto 800. I met there Mr. Alkesh who explain me about features and prizing. After my 2-3 visit he asked me to deposit Advance Booking payment of Rs. 5000/-. i told him that i will deposit money after i finalize the deal. He insisted to deposit money and said that he will return the deposit money if the deal would cancel. I gave him money but after that i didn't purchase car from there due to prizing. But still i don't get my money back. I went to the showroom also and i met Mr. Jignesh and he told me that they have to take approval from company and they will tell me what is the status. But after more than a month neither i get money nor any reply from them. This type of incidents ruin the image of your brand, Maruti Suzuki. Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible.       My car SX4 ZDi no PB 05T 7303 was broke down on 28.01.2015. I stopped the car regularly and when I tried to start, it couldn’t start. I called to your authorized service center “Bimal Auto Agency Pvt. Ltd.”, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. The said service center sent the technician to the spot and they tried to start the same but car couldn’t start. The technician told that there is some problem in fly wheel of gear box and the car needs to be towed away to service center. They towed away the car in the evening. Next day, in the evening I got a call from service center that due to timing chain loosening car was not being started and it had to be replaced with some other parts in the head. I had been attended by Mr Shivu and Ms Bharthi at Bimal Auto Agency Pvt. Ltd. I had been given the estimate of Rs 22500 for such work by the service center. I asked for the warranty because your service centers advise to change the timing chain after One lakh kilometers. They told that they will send the mail to Maruti and then it will be decided that whether the repair could be done in warranty or not. I requested them to take the action as soon as possible as I have only one car. They both assured me that I would be communicated by after noon on next day. I got the call next day that the warranty had been rejected by Maruti and the repair amount would have to be borne by me only. Any how I told them to complete the work and I had been promised to deliver the car by Saturday on 31.01.15. When I called them on 31.01.15 in the evening for the delivery of the car, Mr Shivu told that they got the part from lathe work late afternoon, so they would deliver the car by Sunday on 01.02.15. But they lingered the delivery till 03.02.15. When I took the test drive of the car, I noticed there was the problem occurred in shifting of first gear. I complained the same to Mr Shivu and Ms Bharthi, they told that there is some lubrication problem and handed over me the car after lubrication. I took away the car but there was the same problem in gear shifting. I again visited to service center for rectify the issue on 04.02.2015. They took the road test after some changes. They handed over the car to me. When I took the road test, the same problem was there. One more sound was absorbed at the same time. When I accelerate or decelerate the vehicle, some “TUCK” type sound comes. Now Mr Shivu told that the gear box has to be checked and it will take more two days. When I argued, Ms Bharthi told me that she will arrange to pick the car on 05.02.2015 at 8:00 AM and will give back till evening on the same day but nobody came to pick the vehicle. The normal service of 70000 kms was due. I asked them to do the service along with the replacement of AC vent also. They changed the vent and left so many scratches with screw drivers or with some sharp tool on the dash board. The photo of the same is attached herewith as a proof. Now there is the question on the capability of Maruti’s technicians and service centers whether they are capable to handle the work. They are handing over the vehicle without doing anything with saying that everything is OK. They are very careless. The more time is required after keeping the car for one week to do the same work. With the above said experience I reached to conclusion that we should buy the car and give to Maruti’s service centers to keep with their selves.

        Maruti Wagon R DL6CN 5280 was purchased on 07/09/2014 with accessories worth Rs 21600 + taxes from TR Sahwney Motors, Indraprastha metro Station ITO showroom. The billing person is not giving the breakup of the amount of accessories that were the part of consolidated bill of Rs 21600/- plus taxes.I have reached many times, but they are deniying to give the bifurcation on the items included.Please take it on priority as it has financial impact on me of Rs 24000/-Contact me at [protected]

          I have purchased Maruti Ertiga VXI CNG (Green) on Saturday, January 31 2015. On very second day the CNG kit fail working on my trip from Ahmedabad to Surat. I called dealer (Maruti Kataria - Maninagar) for solution and they asked me to visit nearest showroom at Surat to get the issue solved. I visit three different places at Surat but all of them had no solution and proper parts to check/solve the issue. I bring back my car from Surat to Ahmedabad and submit it to workshop. They even told me same thing that they don't have parts to solve the issue and it may take few days to get the parts and find a solution.The car still in workshop while I'm writing this message. My main concern is - I paid higher price for company fitted CNG kit just to avoid any issues. Even after this I have to face trouble then I believe buying company fitted CNG is not right option at-least for me. I spoke to list of peoples from Maruti kataria workshop & sales team to find reasonable solution. I can give some names too - Hitesh Parmar (Sales), Ajaysingh Mahida (Workshop), Sunil Vaghela (Workshop), Hareshbhai (Workshop), Gautambhai (Workshop Head). After trying this all possible ways I came to conclusion that if CNG fitted car is giving much trouble - it is better to get it exchange with Diesel or petrol car OR get full refund of car to go with another company's car.Obviously, My dealer Kataria automobiles denied with both things - exchange with Diesel car or full refund. Also, I knew it won't be easy now to get this issue solved at easy way so now I have two options. Option 1 - Go with legal process to file a case in either consumer or civil court to escalate this matter in court. I know this process will take endless time. More, I may not get solution that I'm looking for. Option 2 - I contact few companies and NGO's to help me to broadcast my story and experience into TV, Media, some major Newspapers and social media to bring attention of higher authority of Maruti. I think I may get solution from company by damaging its reputation into media but I personally do not like this way to solve the issue.

            I had purchased SUZUKI ACCESS 125 WHITE on July 2011 from your KHURANA Two Wheelers Pvt Ltd in Allahabad and that showroom has been closed after 1.5 year of my purchase so I have changed the service center. It was running very good condition till December2013… Issue – 1: I have started servicing in the SUZUKI service center from January 2014, after the service I drive the bike just 100kms It suddenly getting stopped while running and I check engine Oil, It is not available [Petrol tank was full], I asked about problem they said no problem… Issue – II: I have given regular servicing the same service center which was regular happen and Started the problem again, I drive the bike and the bike was running abnormal[ex Running Stop, getting speed] then I went asked problem they did some tuning I asked the check engine Oil, Oil is not available [Petrol tank was full], suddenly getting stopped while running and I went to the same service center and asked about problem and this time they said engine problem and they have to open it to solve this issue and they will charge 7500 for it… Issue – III: I am continuously facing problems in servicing. I want to know my Bike is run only 16700KM in 4 years so how come the engine has a problem in this short of period… After the service how many Km will get warranty for the engine.               I have a Maruti Suzuki SX4 car bearing registration number KL7 BG 2939. It was purchased from your dealers Popular Vehicles, Ernakulam during September 2007. It has run less than 50, 000km. Recently I had a problem with the clutch. It was not transmitting enough power. I called the Popular Vehicles Workshop at Elamakkara and talked to them about the problem. They said that it might be necessary to replace the clutch. A driver came from the workshop and he found it difficult to drive the vehicle since the clutch was not transmitting enough power. Popular Vehicles called me and said that the vehicle will have to be transported on a truck to the workshop. I requested them to send a mechanic and try if the clutch could be adjusted so that the vehicle could be driven to the workshop. Two mechanics came and after inspecting the vehicle said that it was not possible to drive it. Therefore, they arranged a truck and the vehicle was taken in the truck to Popular Vehicle workshop at Elamakkara in the evening on[protected]. Around 10AM on[protected], one Mr.Sajan called me from the workshop and said that the clutch had to be replaced, but they did not have the spare. The spare will have to be ordered with Maruti and the repair could be taken up only after the part is received from Maruti. I told him that it was ridiculous that a company with a base of large number of SX4 in the area did not keep such often required spare parts. I contacted several people in Popular and finally Mr.Justin Paul of their Customer Care talked to me. He said he would somehow get a spare from any of their local branches and expedite the replacement. He called me in the afternoon and said that the new clutch has been received and the vehicle would be repaired and returned by the afternoon on[protected]. Mr.Sajan also confirmed this later in the afternoon on[protected]. But, today around noon Mr.Sajan called me and said that the new clutch assembly had some problem with it and could not be used. A fresh supply was to be arranged. He was not sure when he would get the new spare. However, he said he would be able to deliver the vehicle after repairs on[protected]. I am not sure that even this date would be adhered to since I had a very bad experience with Popular Vehicles in November 2009. They kept the vehicle for more than a week to replace a damaged rocker arm stating that the part was ordered with Maruti wand was yet to be received. I contacted you directly at that time and you were good enough to immediately intervene in the matter. Your local officer (Mr.Balaji, if I remember the name correctly) personally interfered in the matter and got the vehicle released one day after I lodged direct complaint with you. Therefore, I am afraid that Popular Vehicles is repeating the old game. I am a senior citizen of 75 years age and I find it extremely difficult to manage without my vehicle. It will be kind of you if you could immediately intervene in the matter and ensure that the vehicle is properly repaired and returned to me at least by tomorrow[protected].

                1. On 30.12.2014 Ms. Tanushree Mukherjee, Sales Representative of M/s. Dewar’sGarage Ltd., authorised dealer of Maruti, visited our office in relation tosale of Celerio zxi. We confirmed our booking of the said car model in the nameof our company M/s ARS Management Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. for an on-roadprice of Rs. 5, 07, 682/-. 2. She assured us that their company can help us in getting an autoloan from HDFC Bank amounting to Rs. 4, 00, 000/-. Accordingly the balance amountof Rs. 1, 09, 214/- (including HDFCBank processing fees of Rs. 1, 532/-) was paid by us instantly on 30/12/2014vide cheque no. 099212 dated 30.12.14 drawn on IDBI Bank, Brabourn Road, Kolkata branch. 3. On the same day, we submitted all the documents as required by her in respect of purchase of the car and financefrom the bank. No acknowledgement is however given to us. 4. On 31.12.14 suddenly wereceived a phone call from her thatour loan has been rejected by HDFCBank, as ours is a ‘money market company’according to them. Unfortunately we did not receive any official communicationin this regard until 08.01.15. Neither a receipt of the loan application fromthe bank, nor an intimation regarding rejection of the car loan. 5. On 31.12.14 the cheque was encashed by them, andcleared from our bank on 05.01.15. 6. On 07.01.15, we wrote aletter to Mr Soumen Dey, Sales Manager of Dewar’s, requesting to kindly clarify the matter regardingfinance as well as delivery of the car immediately. We confirmed that without abank loan, we were never interested to buy the car. We also confirmed that ourcompany is engaged in management consultancy services to various corporatehouses in this part of the country. 7. On 16.01.15 we calledMr Soumen Dey, asking why they should holdour money of Rs. 1, 09, 214/- withoutany authority, as they failed to get us the loan from the bank. He assuredto get back to us by the next day (i.e. 17.01.15)regarding the refund of the amount. However, Mr Dey never bothered to call usagain. 8. On 20.01.15 we wrote to the director (K A: Mr Sudhir Jhunjhunwala) bringing to his notice the fact of ourmoney being held up without any authority for last twenty days, withoutbothering to update us in this regard. 9. We requested thedirector to please return all thedocuments submitted by us, and our money, Rs. 1, 09, 214/- along with interest, immediately to our bank account directly under intimation to us. The details ofour bank account for transferring the amount was also given by us. However, wedid not receive any communication from the office of the director till date. 10. On 23.01.15we sent a mail again to the SalesManager (addressed to Mr Soumen Dey) of M/s. Dewar’s Garage at their e-mail id‘[protected]@dewarsgarage.com’, requestingto please return all the documents submitted by us, and our money, Rs.1, 09, 214/- along with interest, immediately. The details of our bank account wasagain given by us. However, we never received any official communication fromthem till date, even after repeated phone calls from our office. 11. On 23.01.15we even visited the Taratala showroom of Dewar’s, and met Mr Soumen Dey, MsTanushree and their Team Leader(probably Ms Munmun Bhattacharya). We were again assured to get the refundamount immediately. There after, we followed up the matter with them manytimes, without any result till date. 12. The celerio zxi car is finally purchasedby us in the name of our another firm ‘K N Jain & Co.’, vide Invoice dated 14.01.15. The entire team was veryeager to sell us the new car, but none of them is interested to listen to ourissue of refund of the amount held by them without any authority. The facts and circumstances as stated above, give us every reason tobelieve that the company has an intention not to refund the amount. It hasresulted into a severe anxiety and agony, and mental harassment to us, being afirm engaged in rendering professional services in the area of financial andtaxation management systems. The company should therefore be made liable to refund us the amountimmediately, with interest and an appropriate pecuniary compensation to partlyoffset our harassment, waste of time & energy.

                  My name is Sagar Pawar (Vehicle
                  no MH- 02 -DV-1552) I Have purchase a New Bike Suzuki Gixxer from Ghori Motors
                  (Andheri -West) & Got the delivery of the Bike on 26th December 2014

                  The very next day 27th
                  December I had a safe passage
                  from accident as while in motion the front Metal guard came out from Bike &
                  there were some gear issues too, so the reported this to the Showroom manager
                  & the person who had delivered the bike to me,

                  Then they told to go to service centre to get the guard fitted again
                  & gear issue will be solved there. so went there they assured me that gear
                  issue will be solved soon as the engineer based in Delhi named Mr Garg Dixit is going to come so they just
                  fitted the Guard again.

                  28th December: -
                  Again the guard came out while parking. So again I went to they so they removed
                  the guard & told me that new Guard are been ordered they will be coming
                  soon so that will be fitted on my bike. But still the gear issues were not
                  solved.

                  29th December:- There
                  were increase in gear blocking & some weird some started coming from the
                  engine which was informed to service centre.

                  so they told me to come on 2nd January.

                  2nd January 2015:- They told me there is some issues in the Gear
                  Shifter so they told me to leave the bike there but that day I had some work so
                  I told would leave the Bike on 3rd next day,

                  3rd January: - I left
                  my bike at service centre. later in the evening they informed that some part
                  from the gear box is been damaged & it has to be changed but they are
                  waiting for the approval from the Delhi based engineer Mr Dixit so soon they informed that they got
                  the approval from him but it would be possible to do so only by Monday as they
                  don't have the part with they so again I went on Monday -

                  5th January:- but still they informed
                  they haven't received the part yet &
                  told me to come next day.

                  6th January :- I went
                  to take the delivery of my bike they informed that they haven't received the
                  New Part but they can do something with the same part & he fitted the gear
                  box with the same existing part But still the Gear Problem was the same.

                  6th January :-so the
                  same day i had again have safe passage on a Highway with accident as they
                  haven't fixed the Gear Properly & while in motion the gear shifter fell
                  out. & so somehow I managed to control my bike. at that same time I
                  informed the Situation to Delhi based Engineer
                  Mr Dixit, Service centre manager Mr Deepak / Show room sales Person
                  Ganesh through whom I had booked the Bike.

                  I had requested them to take the Bike as it was the second time I had a
                  safe passage i not be so lucky again but they told that the issues will be
                  solved soon as the senior Engineer is going to come some Name Mr Raykar. So I
                  took the bike back. & Returned on
                  6th / 7th / 8th January Met
                  Mr Dixit ( Cell no- [protected]) & Mr Raykar. They personal
                  examined the Bike & Told that there is some problem but it would be solved.

                  Explanation for the same they gave me was that as The bike is new &
                  it had not been run for long distance so this problem & told me have a long
                  ride the problem will be automatically resolved.

                  10th - January:- I
                  had inquired the same to some of Bike drivers
                  in My locality so they told the engineer is talking rubbish so I went to
                  Service centre again but they told the same story again & assured me the
                  problems will be solved.

                  17th January:- I had planned to go for a
                  long ride on Sunday 18th Jan but Before that again I went to Service centre 1 day
                  before to have a check of my bike before moving.

                  18th January: - I
                  moved in the morning for Ekvera Devi Mandir situated at lonavala while
                  returning back to Mumbai.. the gear started blocking in between & suddenly
                  while in Motion the Front wheel disk Break blocked & we were at the speed
                  of 50 to 55 kmp so unable to control & Met with accident this time we were
                  so lucky & so from the spot I informed the details of the Same to Mr Dixit
                  / Deepak (Cell no- [protected]) /Ganesh
                  as because of their wrong suggestion & Negligence I had faced this sever
                  accident. I had tried to have a word with the Senior Engineer too ( Mr Raykar –
                  Cellno- [protected]) but he didn’t pick my call.

                  The same day I arranged a tempo & delivered the damaged vehicle to
                  Service centre in presence of Mr Deepak & Ganesh & some other Showroom employees.


                  Note- Now I had just requested all of them to remake my Bike as it was
                  with all the gear Problems solved or Give me a new Bike or Refund My Money back.
                  In spite of Physical Damaged I haven't Clamed for that but now viewing their behaviour
                  I think now should approach Consumer forum for compensation too...

                  Note they are not ready to answer me every 1 is blaming 1 or the other now.


                  Don’t know when I would get a proper Response.

                  I have complete record of above statements with Images & Witness.

                    Sir, This complaint is regarding Swift VDI (chassis no-812799) purchased on[protected], by Ganpati Motors Ganjpara Pugaon naka durg. The dealer has charged the amount of Insurance with zero depreciation (RS 25000 approx) but the at the time of confirmation by the insurance company at Kolkatta (ph-[protected]) it was noticed that the dealer has forward the request for insurance without zero depreciation costing less amount of Rs 4, 500 (Rs 20, 300 approx). After informing the matter to the sales person of Ganpati Motors, he straight way denied the amount of zero depreciation. The dealing of car was as under 7, 55, 000- on road cost including 4 years warranty at zero deprectiation with essential accesories and teflon coating -30, 000 - consumer discount. -30, 000 - exchange value with exchange bonus (Maruti 800 1998 model) -2, 000 - corporate discoun. Total cost. Rs 6, 90, 000. paid by me. The matter should be solved as earliest, and intimated to me. Mohd Pasha Ansari [protected]
                    Even after 4 days it is not solved, kindly look into matter otherwise I will free to move at Dist consumer forum against Managing Director Marti India ltd, Regional Manager Bhubaneshwar and Ganpati Motors Pulgaon Naka Durg.

After first servicing on 20th Jan. 2015 i feel some problem in clutch plate of the car. i deposited my car to the service center (Rohan Moters, Mohan Cooprative state, Mathura Road New delhi) They ask for payment of Rs. 5000.00 Approx for the work. After long discussion they refuse to work without payment and said that we are not responsible for fault. Then I call to your toll free number for complaint (complaint number[protected] My complaint is still under process and service center charge more then 4000.00Rs from me and they forced me to take my car back from service center. they told that it will take long time to process ur complaint and we are not resposible for and loss or damage o[censored]r car in service center. Look into the metter and resolve it

                          I had inquired with the local dealer of Maruti Viz. PERFECT AUTO SERVICES, 150FT RING ROAD, OPP. GANDHIGRAM POLICE STATION, RAJKOT (GUJARAT) for booking a Ciaz VXI+. At the material time I was made to understand that I will get the delivery of the vehicle within 20 days. Accordingly I booked a Maurti Ciaz VXI+ metallic grey vehicle on 6th January, 2015 with Shri Brijesh Dobariya of Perfect Auto Services by paying Rs.21000/-. In the booking booklet given to me, it is clearly stated that the booking period is 20 days and the expected date of delivery of vehicle is 26th January, 2015. Under the presumption that I would get the vehicle by the expected date; I sold off my existing Vehicle Viz. Maruti dezire VXI 2012 model. However, till date i.e. 4th February, 2015 I have not been given my vehicle. I have been repeatedly inquiring with the dealer and the only reply that I am getting is that they have booked the vehicle with the company by paying the full amount but the Company has not yet despatched the vehicle. I asked them that in that case on what basis had they promised me that they will deliver me my vehicle within 20 days when they were not sure about it. They told me that this booking period had been fixed by the company. Now on inquiry today, they are informing me that they will give me the vehicle probably by the end of this month. That is also they are not sure. If I could have come to know that my waiting period would be so long then I would not have sold off my existing vehicle. I would like to have any immediate reply to my complaint failing which I would be compelled to cancel my booking for Ciaz and opt for Verna or Cityhonda.

                            Sir, I want to inform you that I got a quotation for SWIFT VXI from SKY AUTOMOBILES, Bhubaneswar but from one of the branch in Berhampur, Ganjam, Odisha as the vehicle will be in the name of LIC OF INDIA and the user will be me i.e in the name of Preeti Agrawal, Asst Branch Manager of LIC OF INDIA, Berhampur Branch-2, Near New Bustand, Berhampur. It was told to me car will be delivered with in a week but I was told their is no stock till 3 days back . On 30/01/2015 I got a call that car has come you pay the balance amount as far the new value . LIC has given a cheque of Rs 533520 ex -showroom price according to quotation on 26/12/2014 cheque No. 093895 of Axis Bank, Berhampur. The rate of the car was same till first week of Janurary 2015 as I got the information from the sales man who gave me the quotation. Now he is asking me the NEW RATE of the car as it has been increased due to tax. But when the full amount has been paid by the office than why office will bear the increased amount. According to the sales man the Sales Manager of the showroom Mr Behera asking the balance amount in cash or else the car will be not delivered. I want the reason and solution of this problem of excess payment instead of booking paid by LIC OF INDIA . We need an urgent solution as the office is ready to cancel the order due non cooperation from the dealer. Their is no proper follow up nor proper information getting from the employees of SKY AUTOMOBILE, BERHAMPUR, ODISHA.

I am again enclosing KHIVRAJ MOTORS (P) LTD (AUTHORISED MARUTI SUZUKI DEALER), #7, 1ST AVENUE, SHASTRI NAGAR, ADYAR, CHENNAI-600 020 vide Invoice No VSP[protected] dt 15 Oct 2014 and performa Invoice No 21233 dt 20 Jan 2015. 3. Now you are requested to confirm which Invoice is correct ? This matter not settled by the DEALER /MARUTI SUZUKI. I will complaint through Consumer Court. 4. I have booked the ERTIGA VXI vehicle with the above dealer in the month of July 2014. The cash back (consumer) offer for the month of July was Rs.20000/- 5. I have paid amount CSD on 01 Aug 14 (that time company offer is Rs 20, 000/-) and Supply Order issued my CSD on 21 Aug 14 but vehicle delivered by the above dealer on 25 Oct 2014 after repeated complaint with MARUTI SUZUKI New Delhi then only the dealer take action i.e after lapse of three months delay of delivery of vehicle due to local problem rest with dealer only. 6. In view of the above, after lapse of four months your above authorized dealer till not return Rs 26, 800/- ie(Rs 20, 000/- (Cash Back Offer) + Rs 6800/- (After deduction of Rs 3200/- for Bumber to Bumber Insurance from my booking advance of Rs 10, 000/-). 7. Once again I request your good self to kindly issue necessary action at the earliest.

                                Sir, I booked maruti Wegon R (S grey) VXI from MG Motors, Tijara Road, alwar, Rajasthan by Recipt Reference NO. 72321 dated 12/01/2015 Rs I have paid a sum of Rs 50, 000 at the time of booking. They assured me to deliver the Vehicle on 21/01/2015. But on 19.01.2014 they told me they can't deliver the Vehicle on 21.01.2015. As i Intended the to gift this vehicle in my daughters marriage ceremony. So this deed from Mg Motors made me Stressed a lot. This is not a kind of behaviour a customer expect from the seller side. This is shameful for a prestigious car company that even after confirmed booking, vehicle is not delivered to the party on time. This really tortured me emotionally as i could not gift the car on my daughter's wedding day. so I would Herby request you to kindly take strict action against MG motors.                                   श्री मान प्रेम मोट्टर जयपुर पर आजकल चोर बाज़ारी चल रही है ।में पिछले 22 वर्षो से मारुती कम्पनी की ही गाड़ी लेता हु मेरे पास आप की कम्पनी का हर मॉडल मिल जायेगा ।परन्तु इस बार जो मेरे साथ हुआ है। इसके बाद अब में कभी भी मारुती का कोई भी मोटर विकल् नहीं खरीदूँगा और न ही को रिकमण्डेड करूँगा कारन साफ है एक तो आज कल मारुती को कस्टमर की भावनाओ की कदर नहीं है और प्रेम मोटर जयपुर जैसे चोर डीलर हम जेसो को लूट रहे है। कहानी इस परकार है की मैने आप का नया मोडल k10 बुक करार दिनाक 22.12.2014 को मुझेह कहा गया की आप 30 को गाड़ी ले लेना में 30 को गाड़ी लेने गया बैंक से में रूपये दे चूका था ।मुघी कहते है आप ने जो मोडल बुक कराया वो नहीं है आप दूसरा मोडल ले लो परंतु मेने नहीं लिया अब 10.1.2015 को मेरे पास फोन आता है और कहते है आप गारी ले जाओ पर आप को 16000 एक्स्ट्रा पेय करने है मेने 1600 एक्स्ट्रा देकर गारी ले ली पर सर आप को जानकर हैरान होंगे की वो वही गारी थीजो मेने बुक कराइ अब आप क्या करते है में इन्तज़ार करता हु 28.2.2015 bad में कंज्यूमर कोर्ट जाउगा आनंदी लाल मो [protected]

                                    Respected Sir/Madam I, Capt G Vinod (Indian Army) resident of Thane (MR) has booked a maruti Ertiga Car, Colour Brick Red, through, Fort Point Automotive Cars Pvt Ltd, 326 - C Mohan Mills Compound Ghodbunder Road Thane- 400607, in the month of Sep 2014. An booking amount of Rs 10, 000/- was also paid. Since i am serving in Army and posted in Kashmir valley i personally cannot monitor my case, repeated telephone calls has been made by me to the dealer but i have asked to wait. Now the dealer is saying that my vehicle has not yet been released from Maruti udyog factory. It has been six months i am waiting for my vehicle now.                                       I purchased ALTO-800LXI from show room named Dewar"s Garage LTD.( 4A council house street, kolkta:700001) on[protected] through Mr JAY PRAKASH, sales executive. TheSMART CARD was made available after 8 months that too after long persuation depecting a name in SMART CARD which is not as per my PAN card and VOTER I card.Your staff insisted me to accept the same.I refused to accept and returned for correction.The REGISTERATION NO - WB 24 Y 2327. It is regretted to inform you that the SMART CARD is neither handed-over nor no information was given to me about the status, even after one year and four months. I am facing problem for want of SMART CARD.Your early action is requested.

                                        Dear Sir Myself Twinkle Lekhi who has given CASH Rs. 3 Lac to TARA Automobile Bathinda for ERTIGA New Car on 31st JAN, 2015 and I have not received the receipt for the same and they have given me receipt on letter head of Rs. 3 Lac on 2nd Feb, 2015 AFTER TWO DAYS DATED 2ND FEB, 2015. I was called up by TARA Automobile Bathinda to take the delivery of ERTIGA Car on Sunday. I was not having any idea that I will be offered defective piece of ERTIGA Car ( One Side of last Door was scratched ). When I went to TARA Automobile for delivery of New ERTIGA Car, I came to know that I have been offered scratched Defected ERTIGA Car ( One side of last door was having scratch of 8-9 Inches ). I did not take any delivery of CAR, Now GM and other staff is forcing me to take the defective ( Scratched Piece ) ERTIGA Car. Please don't force me to take scratched ERTIGA Car. I have not given any document to TARA Automobile, Even then they are saying me that they had billed the Scratched Defective Car which I have to take otherwise my whole money will go into ruin under this Dispute. Please return my money back. I don't want to take delivery of any Defective Scratched Car ( ERTIGA ). But every staff member of TARA Automobile is forcing me to take the Defective Scratched Car ( ERTIGA ). I have done one mistake that I have given cash of Rs. 3 Lac to them under UTMOST GOOD FAITH ON 31ST JAN, 2015 and they are not returning my money back. The are forcing and blackmailing me to take DEFECTIVE SCRATHCED CAR. 1) the defective scratched Car instead of New ERTIGA Car, 2) or saying that get replace the whole last door of this Defective Scratched ERTIGA Car. It will get match with the new one Please suggest how to get rid of this blackmailing and how to take my money back from TARA Automobile. I Don't want to take this DEFECTIVE SCRATCHED ERTIGA CAR. Please return my money back. How can you bill to me without taking my proofs. I have never given my consent to purchase DEFECTIVE SCRATCHED ERTIGA CAR.They are using my money for their personal needs and offering me DEFECTIVE SCRATCHED ERTIGA CAR in order to get maximum inflated profit out of this fake deal which has never happened. In Good faith I have given CASH of Rs. 3 LAC to them for NEW ERTIGA CAR but I had been offered to take delivery of DEFECTIVE SCRATCHED ERTIGA CAR which I never asked them to provide me. I know in India customer means " CUSHT SE MAR".I belong to middle class family, I can not afford this SCRATCHED ERTIGA CAR.For the last two days I am asking my money back but they are forcing me and blackmailing me to take defective CAR. I don't want to loose my money. Please return my money back. I have been roaming here and there for solution and nothing is coming out of it. TARA Automobile's GM is unable to provide me the solution and asking me to wait ? Please tell me for what I should wait? -FOR DEFECTIVE ERTIGA CAR OR -LOSS OF RS. 3 LAC Please give me my CASH BACK and keep your DEFECTIVE SCRATCHED CAR with yourself. Don't embarass me and force me any more to take this DEFECTIVE SCRATCHED CAR. Today I had been called up by GM of TARA AUTOMOBILE for delivery of NEW ERTIGA CAR, but after waiting for 2 hours I had been told either to take this DEFECTIVE SCRATCHED CAR or to go back to HOME.
