Dear Sir, I write to you in connection with a Celerio ZXI (Optional with manual gear transmission), which I booked in local Maruti Dealer, named "ANAMIKA MOTORS", Rajabari, Jorhat, Assam. The salesperson Mr. Biswajit Dutta did the agreement on 15th December, 2014 taking Rs. 5000/- as advance (receipt attached). At the time of booking Mr. Dutta told me that I shall get the booked car within December, 2014. But on 27th December, 2014 Mr. Dutta informed me over telephone that the trailer carrying my booked car met with an accident at Bauxirhat, so I will have to wait for my car till the middle of January, 2015. At the same time he assured me to hand over the car at the same price of December, 2014. I sent a mail to M/S ANAMIKA MOTORS regarding the matter, but I have not received any reply. Now the salesperson Mr. Dutta does not receive my phone calls. Instead he send a SMS that "I am busy in a meeting. I will call latter". But he never calls me there after. I had a good faith on Maruti. Till now all the cars I had are from Maruti, and I want to start 2015 with a new Maruti car, but I could not do that. But now I am totally disappointed with your service. How long will I have to wait? Shall I get my dream car at the same price of December, 2014? as assured by the salesperson of the dealer. I have lost faith on the dealer ANAMIKA MOTORS as well as in MARUTI. I AM THINKING FOR OTHER OPTIONS. If anything can be done from your end, please do before I take a final decision. Another dealers of Assam are ready to deliver the said model within a day, but why not ANAMIKA MOTORS? If you can deliver my car from any dealer of Assam to me at an early date, I will be thankful to you. One of my journalist friend wants to disclose the matter in local news. Sir, I am writing a complaints against K.P motors, Bani park jaipur Rajasthan where I booked my car Ertiga VXI on 24th oct 2021 through CSD and today is 31 dec 2021 its more then two month to book my car .we have given rs 5000/- as booking amount.
Problem is that due their confusing procedures which they told us this delay happens we do not get our car and above all our will be starts on 10th January 2022 and we have no idea when we get the car.
So sir please help us how can we pay our EMI as if don't get the car.
We are tired of doing the process my father who has been apply for car is senior citizens retired ex service man, we are really helpless .

    This is to inform that I am owner of 1 Swift Dzire VDi car and 1 New Alto800 car. I have been servicing both my cars from "Dewar's Garage Ltd." 14 British India Street, Kolkata - 700069 since the last 5 years. I have never stationed myself or was standing while the servicing/repair works being done to my vehicle. Accidentally, yesterday (22.01.2014), when I have visited the above mentioned Garage/Workshop to collect my vehicle (Vehicle No. WB 06D 3520 - Swift DZire), to my surprise i have noticed that one of complains have not been addressed even after indicating the same in the job sheet 5 days earlier, when I have deposited the car to the workshop. Then I insisted on the work to be completed prior to my deliver of the car. In the said work two things have been changed in my front left door window panel, they are: 1. Lining, FR Fender L 2. Regulator Assy, Front Incidentally, when those were changed I was standing in front of the car, and the new packet was opened for fitting the "Regulator Assy, Front", which had a MRP of Rs.617/-. On completion of the work, when the bill was prepared, to my utter surprise, I noticed that for this part, the bill has been raised for Rs.1, 209.52/-. (both are excluding service tax). On enquiry with the Works Manager (Mr. G Sudhakar), I have been told that this is the common practice of billing as followed by Maruti, that even if the MRP might be low, the bill can of any value as the process is system driven, and the pricing is dynamic. Although after indicating this issue to him, he was generous enough to charge me the bill as per MRP. But, my question is that in the name of "system driven process", either "Deewars Garage Ltd." or "Maruti Suzuki" is looting the customers, as always the customers is provided with Bills and not the Box / Packets while delivery of the car. And also it is not possible for the customers to stand and monitor the pricing & work being done, and in good faith we always give our cars to the Authorised Dealers of Maruti Suzuki in anticipation that nothing of this sort will happen. So, after doing maintenance work of my car (servicing / repairing / insurance claim) through Dewar's Garage Ltd. for last 5 years, I now feel cheated and it creates immense amount of doubt in my mind that what quantum of money they have looted from me during this entire time period. Also another aspect needs to be mentioned that for routine servicing on completion of 60K in my vehicle, i have been charged a bill which contains labour charges totallying to Rs.3, 850/-, that too even after calling and sending sms indicating about providing 15% discount on labour charges & 12% on wheel balancing. To utter astonishment, the discount amount totals to Rs.299.25 only.       We booked Maruti Alto 800 on 31st Dec, 2014. We were informed that it will be delivered in 8 days. After loan disbursement also, we were told on 13th Jan, 2015, to come and collect the vehicle without registration number. We requested them to give the vehicle with registration number only. They promised that by 16th Jan, 2015 evening, registration number will be available. On 17 Jan, 2015, we went to collect our vehicle but found that registration number is not received from RTO and again promised that the same would be available by 19th Jan, 2015 and the number plates would be placed on vehicle at our residence (Assurance was given not to bring vehicle at showroom). Till today and till this time there is no intimation about registration number details. We were given two key chain which were heavily rusted. We requested for petrol replenishment as our old Maruti which was given in exchange deal was having full petrol in the tank. This request was also not taken seriously nor entertained. We found all the executive to be in helpless situation without any authority. On 17th Jan, 2015, we got a call from Kothari Wheels, Viman nagar office from Ms. Priya - Sales Manager who promised resolution on 19th Jan, 2015 but again till this date and till this time she has not called back. Complete irresponsible approach by one and all at both the places annoyed us and we are still frustrated as our vehicle is without registration number and we can not drive it. It has become show piece at our residence without use. Hope, by putting this on your official site, we will get the issued resolved.

Mr.R.K.Duggal, VicePresident Maruti Suzuki India Ltd Gurgaon. Sir, I reached in the Indus service centre, Thodupuzha on 11.08.2014 where I purchased a brand new Alto LX1 for the regular service before the completion of 2 years of purchase and I have pointed a noise underneath the vehicle. But the staff who taken the service told me that the noise will be off after the service . After the service the noise reduced due the painting work done in the silencer but the work was done without consulting me. Even though the noise reduced due to the painting work, after few weeks the noise again become heavy and on 09.12.2014 I reached in the service centre and the staff told me in the first time that the silencer became damaged and it should be replaced at once. The Asst. Works Manager Sri. Basil told me that the warranty period of the silencer is 1 year. When I known the period of warranty of the silencer is two years from a reliable source, I really surprised the ignorance of the so called Asst.Works Manager but now I am suspecting that the Asst. Works Manager was trying to make me fool deliberately. Any way, the staff in charge of the Service centre made a financial loss to me and they are indifferent to the basic responsibilities vested on them to the customer like me who trusted in the goodwill, fame and reputation of your institution. I believe that you are aware of the fact that the staff who behave indifferent to the customers are merely trying to destroy your firm and to abuse the reputation that you build up through big efforts and hard work over years. I intimated the service centre to resolve my hardships, but all in vain, they remain deaf and dump to my grievances.Hence I am approaching the highest authority for relief and consolation.           Kindly refer to my complaint dated 24th Dec 2014 which was addressed to Head Office regarding poor servicing and cheating with me by one of your service center ie TCS Auto World. The vehicle was sent on[protected] for servicing as well as claim of insurance.The vehicle was handed over to us on[protected] against the job card dated[protected]. i received a call from the service center on[protected] and i asked him whether he is competent to rectify and satisfy my query about this poor servicing.he did not reply but very next day a lady again called me and i repeated the same but she assured me that i am fully competent and enquiring this matter with Mr. Upadhay and GM of the service center. She assured me that she will collect a vehicle from my house to rectify all the defects in services. But i am again cheated by the same lady and no reply has still being received till date, i assume that the Maruti Udyog Lmt. which was used to take as a Symbol of integrity and unmatchable services has lost and has become a Company who is increasing dis-satisfied costumer. i asked her the following defects may be rectified but i am still waiting and hoping who will collect my vehicle - - Services were not satisfactory - Amount paid for replacement of parts but were not replaced - Manipulation by concerned department - Wind screen was broken by the labor staff - Power steering is not working - Brakes are not working properly, especially when it rains. - Vehicle was handled very poorly during the service - Most unsatisfactory work observed - Vehicle creating a noise from the rear part - Wheel cap was not properly fitted consequently one cap was removed on the way from dealership to residence. - Engine is making jittery noise. - Transmission system is spoiled, particularly reverse gear is not working - Inner part in Diggi was broken by your employees and they repaired with the aid of tape. It is again broken. - Replaced accessories were not given at the time of delivery. - Get it repaired immediately.

            My father already owns a Maruti Zen VX which we bought in 1999. Now that he is old, wants to shift to a better car, we decided to approach the nearest Maruti Dealer in Kerala, Chalakudy – BRD Car World. This happened on 18th Dec and we booked the vehicle by paying initial amount of 3000/- and mentioned the color as Pearl White. Later when we thought of changing the color, they told is not a problem and for assurance, we have to pay 1 lakh rupees. We paid the 1 lakh rupees on 26th Dec 2014 and changed the color to Granite Grey. We asked the executive Mr. Varghese if there will be any issue if the colour is changed. He told max there can be a delay and as 1 lakh is already paid, this is a confirmed booking and no price increase will also impact. On 30th Dec, we saw an article in newspaper on the excise duty hike and when contacted Mr. Varghese, initially he behaved as if there are 100s of customers and cannot identify over phone but if you have paid 1 lakh rupees, no price change will affect us. In fact he was not even aware of the excise duty hike news/rumor. On 1st Jan 2015, Govt. actually increased the excise duty and then we approached whole story turned upside down and we were told that our car was not booked and this was due to the color change. If we need the car, we had to pay the new excise duty price. Luckily, I had some contacts who knew the owner of BRD motors and they promised things in favor o[censored]s. But this executive Mr. Varghese presented a totally different story to the Director Board that we he had informed us on the Granite Grey unavailability and the car was not booked even though we paid the 1 lakh rupees. One of the directors even told me that if 1 lakh is paid, they had instructed the BRD executives that the amount should be accepted only after billing the car from factory. The only option Mr. Varghese gave is that they will simply refund the money or pay the new price. We are totally disappointed and we lost our interest in buying a Maruti vehicle. The lost trust is what we built with Maruti through our 15 years of good experience and memories on the Maruti Zen we currently own. We have decided that we will never buy a Maruti vehicle in our family any more. Maruti is responsible for granting dealership to such a unfriendly firm.
            I Kulbir Singh Ahuja R/o Plot No-6, Naseeb Enclave Ludhiana-141001 Mobile No.[protected] purchased Maruti Swift VDI from Stan wheels Private Ltd. Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana-141027 on[protected]. bearing Temp No.PB-10 EU-8526 Registration Certificate is still awaited. I have been to their showroom no of times to get the R C. On 26th Dec.2014 when I went to their Showroom to collect the RC they wanted to give me the RC Bearing No.PB-10 EY-5209 with some missing details which I refused to accept.The attending persons Senior Manager & Customer Care Manager told me to come After 4-5 days After this incident I visited their show room thrice but to no avail & On[protected] a written complaint was made by me in the register provided to me by the Customer Care Deptt. Today I again contacted their Customer Care Deptt.& was shocked to receive the reply it is still pending. I am being harassed a l ot by the Staff of this Showroom. Kindly help me to sort out this problem.

              i owned two Maruti cars since 2004 and regularly getting serviced from authorised dealer only. yesterday i visited auto pace and asked the engineer to have test drive first to remove the problem i am facing while driving .it use to give some noise and uneven balancing while driving at a very slow speed of 20-25 kmph. At service station he showed me that we need to change these parts and the car will be ok without trouble but when I drived out after paying bill of approx 18000/ i felt the same problem i again went there now they just rotated my tyres and handover the keys to me without satisfying me.No senior official came to satisfy me.So I feel cheated and will think twice before buying any other model of MARUTI i feel that the co has changed the parts which were not required but to earn for the co on the cost of customer .I suffered a total loss of Rs 18000/ and refund my money.                 I have booked Ertiga ZXI with Sumankirti Cars Pvt Ltd. Pune on 18th Jan 2015 by paying Rs. 25000. As I am privileged customer of HDFC bank they have offered me 0 deprecation insurance of Rs.17000 on said car. But dealer wants me to buy car insurance from him only. That cost around Rs.27000. I am not ready to pay this much amount. Its not mandatory to buy insurance from dealer only while buying car. I am very disappointed and unhappy as dealer not ready to sell car unless I am ready to buy insurance from him. This is not correct.
                Maruti needs to take care of such incidents.

                  I, Lokesh Gupta, have purchased Swift Dezire VDI Car on 29/12/2014 from Maruti dealer-AUTOPACE Network Pvt. Ltd., Derabassi (Punjab) with Engine No. 2479767, Chassis No. 639977 & with temporary no. PB65AA-(T)-8786. I had also exchanged my old car Zen Estilo and the balance payment was made to the dealer on 29/12/2014 itself. But inspite of repeated requests, bills and other documents have not been given to us till date. Thus I am unable to apply for RC and am under great tension.                     Hi, I am Ashish Ranjan Behera. I have purchased Swift ZDI few months back. My car Number is TN 11 J 5259. I have taken this car from Indus Motors, Mount Poonamalle Road, Kattupakkam, Chennai-600056. After first servicing they have not done the water wash properly to be specific the down side chassis wash. I have reported it to them & as an apology they have give me a free washing coupon but I did not used it, because I don't believe those people, Because this is what we give for servicing. Outer body wash I can do at home also. Main thing is the down side wash. Next today I have given for 2ns servicing. As expected they have done only water wash body not down side. There is oil all over the outer area. They have not done any polish also. If you want I can share you the pictures of mud and oil that is there on my car. Inside glass like speed display panel and Music Player panel is also not cleaned. My question is what the hell than those people have done. Are they playing with customers? The washing that they have done, my selves can do far more better than those so called specialist service people.

                      Hello Sir I am using Maruti Alto K10 which is June 2014 model having registration number PB-13-AL-1202. I am having all the services according to the service schedule but dealer is not working properly. I have purchased my car from MAX AUTOS SANGRUR and also had all the services from the same dealer workshop. But in my last service, i notice that all the four tyres of my car got plane from the corners and also the front shockers and axels have some noices but dealer don't do anything and just say that due to not having wheel balance tyres got plane but sir i ask you that whoose duty is to done wheel balance during service..???? Should i do it at home...? and also about noises, they said that after running it will be ok but lots of noises are there in my car. Sir i am too much harassed by the dealer. when i take my car to the dealer's workshop and ask for service then its their duty to check everything but they focus only on changing spare parts but dont check other thing like wheel balance or tyre alignment. Now my all te four tyres got palne from inner corner and now tell me whoose fult is this..? Is it my fault or dealers fault...? This dealer is too much harassig the customers.                         I HAVE MARUTI SUZUKI 800 DELEX (REGISTRATION NO. UP15 N 7126). CAR SERVICE DONE BY M/S RAJ SNEH AUTO INDIA PVT. LTD. ON 13/12/2014. AFTER CAR SERVICE, I WAS BEING INFORMED BY THE AUTHORISED MARUTI DEALER THAT IT IS WORKING ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. AFTERTHAT I PARKED MY CAR AT MY HOME (SHASRTI NAGAR MEERUT) AND JOINED THE BANK. HERE I WISH TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM WORKING IN CANARA BANK JAIPUR. I CAME FROM JAIPUR ON SATURDAY AND TODAY I HAVE PLANNED TO VISIT AT GHAZIABAD FOR PERSONAL WORK. AFTER STARTING THE CAR, I FEEL THAT THE SOME MORE SOUND IS COMING FROM THE CAR. HENCE, I SENT MY CAR TO RAJ SNEH OFFICE AT TAXSHILA OFFICE. THERE I AM BEING INFORMED THAT CAR ALTERNATOR IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND FOR PROPER WORKING CONDITION, IT WILL BE REPLACED. I TOLD THEM THAT AFTER CAR SERVICE, IT IS NOT USED ANY ONE (AT THE TIME OF CAR SERVICE THE MILEAGE WAS 47401 AND TODAY IT IS ONLY 47408). HENCE, THE NEW PROBLEM SHOULD NOT ARRIVE IN THIS SHORTSPAN. IT IS ALSO TOLD BY THE COMPANY THAT YOU ALSO DO NOT KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH YOU IN NEXT MOMENT SO PROBLEM COMES AT ANY TIME. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT PROBLEM CAN ARRIVE TO ANY ONE AT ANY TIME. AFTER CAR SERVICE, IT WAS TOLD BY THEM THAT YOUR CAR IS ABSOLUTELY OK AND YOU (MEANS I) AND IF ANY PROBLEM ARRIVE IN YOUR CAR, YOU INFORM US FOR THAT.                           Dear Sir, I have Swift Dizre LDI UP16AF7287. This car got an accident on 09-12-14. I handovered this car to Rohan Motors Sec-1 Noida on 10-12-14 for repairing. They assured me therepairing complete by 30-12-14. But problem is that they have not completed therepairing till today and saying to deliver on 24-01-15. This is too much delay. I want to say that why I choosedMaruti authorized service station, because I have faith in Maruti Genuine Spare Parts. This same repairing may becompleted with in a week by local market but no, I decided to go authorizedservice station. This dealer does not care about customer satisfaction and Maruti Brand value too.                             i have purchased MARUTI SWIFT DESIRE DIESEL VDI from m/s mitra agencies, himayath nagar, hyderabad on 25/12/2014.i have repeated requested to them to hand over invoice papers at the earliest but they did not bothered and i have personally visited Maruthi regional office, hyderabad but did not give me time to listen to me.Papers were handed over to me on 6-1-2015.i have visited RTA office on[protected] for registration.It is found that they have mentioned wrong chasis number in temporary registration papers and other related documents.i have spent whole day in RTA, offfice and informed to dealer and regional office, hyderabad also.Mr.anvesh at your offfice is so casual in customer complaint and redressal because sales are more and not bother to listen to customer.My vehicle registration is still pending and when they will rectify it is also not known.i have mentioned in feed back also but still you office did not respond to it.you have to strenthen your complaint cell and RM office and let them not to be mere spectator on customer compaint

                              I am a proud owner of WagonR New Lxi/MARUTI WAGON R LXI BX4 .Registration number of my vehicle is, KL-01-BD-4553.The vehicle was purchased from M/S INDUS MOTORS Pattom PO Trivandrum 695004 on 11/11/2011.As on date, the vehicle has travelled only 9200 kms.The Service of this vehicle has been done from, INDUS MOTORS CO. PVT. LTD. METTUKADA, TYHCAUD, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM-695014. The service details are as follows: 19/12/2011 - First service 23/05/2012 -Second service 05/11/2012 -Third service 14/08/2014 -Fourth paid service COMPLAINT:Since the last month, a knocking sound has been heard from the front wheel, during turning of the vehicle. On 19/01/2015, the vehicle was checked from your service center at Mettukada Trivandrum.The technician informed me that, the axle of the front wheel has to be changed.I was really shocked to hear this news, because, the vehicle had travelled only 9200 kms, and the services of the vehicle has been done at the right times.These sort of complaint should not have been occured from your esteemed firm!                                 I went to buy Maruti Wagon-R Vxi on 24th Dec. 2014. Dealer Patel Motors Indore, asked me to wait for sometime since the desired Color (Red) was not available. They took the booking cheque of Rs.10, 0000/- against the same. Although, we did not want to want, but still we agreed and waited for the car to come. In the mean time, price of the car got increased by Rs. 21, 000/-. Now, on delivery they are saying that we need to pay the increased amount. This is not a fair game. We are not prepared to pay a hefty increased amount of Rs. 21, 000/-. Also, why should we pay this amount for something which is not our mistake. We feel being cheated and harassed.

                                  Hi there, I bought new swift vxi from Popular maruti showroom through kotak loan, the car delivered on <16jan15> as per my request. The additional accessories like seat cover, ipp, UBP, rear parking sensor, door visor, side beeding, PVC, body cover ordered on <10jan15> itself. Also i have paid But full settlement for additional accessories on car delivery date <16jan15>. Issue no:1 BUT the missing accessories are side beeding, body cover, seat cover are not fitted in car, the delivery person told me that they will deliver on monday (19jan15), again (today) they called and told me some different reason and postponed to next month to deliver the sear cover etc. Issue no:2 Also delivered the car WITHOUT the basic fittings like floor mat, boot mat, mud cover, steering cover which they actually committed me in the papers. THIS IS HOW THE MARUTI SWIFT IS DELIVERED TO ME BY MARUTI POPULAR VECHICLES NOTE: The wheel cover is not fitted properly. The front seat is loosely fitted and it is get shaking always. CAN SOMEONE FROM MARUTI COMPANY INTERRUPT IN THIS ISSUE AND CLOSE THIS.

                                      I bought a Maruti swift vxi BSIV pearl white car from Popular Vehicles and services ltd., chavittuvary, kottayam, kerala. There were many issues, even they made delay in giving me service manual also.Today,[protected], I gave my vehicle for first service [ Invoice num. BR14020521, chassis no. 791318, dealer code :B802], service was not at all satisfactory. After registration of vehicle I gave number plates for them for fitting, even those people dn't know how to fit that plate in car. they made hole in number plate in such a manner that its one side is down. I choose maruti suzuki car only bcoz i got review that your service is good, but now i realise that how good it is.                                       I happy that Maruti Suzuki dealer Popular Vehicles and services ltd have responded and informed that all those issues I have raised will be resolved. Unfortunatlly I am out of station.I will be reaching kottayam only after 10 days.Once I reach kottayam I will inform Popular Vehicles and services ltd., customer care manager.Hope issues will be resolved.
