Dear Sir, This bears reference to my vehicle Swift desire ZDI No. bearing no HP-36 B2099 purchased on 23 April 2012. from Kangra Vehicleade situated at Sunhet Distt. Kangra Himachal pradesh. According to the terms and conditions of the purchase a warranty of 3 years was given to me. The car was given for routine services as per schedule to nearby Authorized Service station named Magic Auto PVT LTD situated A/92-93, Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi on 31.12.2014.the net bill amount paid by me upon availing such services was Rs 10, 858/- (Rupees Ten Thousand EightHundred Fifty Eight only).On 10.1.2015 while travelling to Town Himachal Pradesh on the way to Karnal (hariyan)from Delhi showed an indication of MIL. I visited the nearest petrol pump but the car took a long self to restart after refilling the fuel. Thereafter travelling for about 20 Km the vehicle was not take selfstart. Somehow I took my vehicle to the nearest authorized service station named Classic Motor Garage at Jasoor Kangra Himachal Pradesh. An amount of Rs 2000/- (Rupees two thousand) has been charged by the agency and it was again paid by me The payment has been made since they have confirmed that the vehicle has been repaired & ready fopr drive .On driving of 60 KM The same problem has been faced, hence I have communicated to Magic Auto Pvt Ltd . they have suggest me to check with nearest authorized service station . Upon communicating my grievance to the service station they suggested me to visit the near service station. Further, upon the serious issues faced by me I took my car to another authorized service station named atSethi Motors at Mohali. I was assured that my car would be repaired in 3-4 hours but on the contrary a full day was taken but the issue was not resolved. However an amount of Rs 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) was paid by me as the service charges however the problem was still not resolved. Being unsatisfied an harassed by all the authorized service providers at last I have left my vehicle at Stan Auto at Mohali on dated 14.01.2015 to Make vehicle ready . Even after 2 days I have been neither informed the issue nor repaired the vehicle. Hence I request Maruti sazuki Management to intervene and resolve the issue with 2 days .And take action suitably for Happly drive and approach the vehicle at my office Vikaspuri Delhi. I feel that there is manufacturing defect in this vehicle . Thus in light of the above circumstances, you are hereby called upon to resolve the issue immediately.     Dear Sir / Madam, This is regarding my vehicle Maruti Alto with below details :- Reg Date : 25/02/2008 CH. No. : MA3EYD81S01086927 E NO. – F8DN1207666 COLOUR – P. SILVER With this email I would like to communicate with your offices that there are some spots of color fading Coming on my car which are increasing day by day and its color is fading with dark spots. In this regard I Have visited Maruti Service Station in Industrial Area Phase – 1 Chandigarh (Autopace). The service station treated me well however regarding this problem they ask me to contact Maruti company Directly as there is guarantee of color (Life time) and it should not fade in this manner. I request your offices to please help me in this matter as I am little disappointed with product – quality and Vehicle is looking dirty which is awkward for me. Kindly revert at your earliest.       Sir/Madam, I am sorry to express my disappointment towards the worthless task commitmented by PREMIER CAR WORLD PVT.LTD, BARASAT, one of your authorised dealer . Unfortunately I had booked a car (ALTO 800 VXI) at your Premier Car World showroom, Barasat and as directed by the representatives I had confirmed my booking by cheque of Rs.5000/- as on 07/12/2014. Then in the same way as per their direction I had mailed the scanned copy of my loan approval as on 27/12/2014 and credited Rs.46798/- to your account no.-[protected] as down payment on 30/12/2014. After all of this as on 31/12/2014 I got a call from one of the person said to be manager of premier car world, intimated me regarding your inability towards providing me the car, I had asked for . After that I had made repeated calls to the representatives for getting the confirmation when I am going to get my car at the specified price of Rs. 332079/- but till 09/01/2015 they have not intimated me regarding the same. On 09/01/2015 when I made repeated calls to the representatives it has been informed that although I had booked my car at well before the stipulated time but due to some problem at your end the billing could not be made and as now the price of the car has been hiked by your company so now I have to get my desired one at higher price only. In this connection it is also to mention that my financier (STATE BANK OF INDIA) have also made a mail with a request for intimation from their end for full disbursement of loan of Rs.2, 70, 000/- as on 09/01/2015, but no reply has been made from your end. After all this getting no other way I have lodged complain to MARUTI (vide no.-[protected]) as on 12/01/2015 and on the same date when we visited the showroom the Customer Care Manager met with me and made the commitment to do the needful towards rectification of their mistake within 14/01/2015. On getting the confirmation I have withdrawn my complain, but on 14/01/2015 the problem not only been delayed but also I have been misguided. At this situation it's my humble submission to you that being a customer where is my fault? if it is not then I am requesting you to provide me the car (ALTO 800 VXI- BLAZING RED) I had demanded for at the specified price of Rs.332079/- as committed by you within 20/01/2015 . Please do the needful at the earliest to avoid further complications. It is very unfortunate that till date no solution has been made to my problem but intentionally it is being delayed, so at this situation its my humble submission to solve the problem within next working day, otherwise I do not have any other option than to go to consumer court.       I attended Premier workshop arena Barasat for 1st service for my new Spresso on 26th March 2022. Workshop did not fix fallen off skid plates. All 4 skid plates fallen off within 2 weeks of car purchase. Workshop did not fix fallen off skid plates. They did not even guide me where/how to fix it. Should I do it from outside? Then what is the use of maruti extended warranty ?

        I have purchased New Alto LXI with exchange my old Honda City on date 21 Oct 2012, and Old Honda City has been handed over to Fair Deal Dilshad Garden. but few days back i have received a challan / Penalty note for 5000 rs.           Hi, My name is Manish Mukund Modsing. I initiated an exchange deal with Spectra Motors (authorised dealer of Maruti Suzuki) of my car Maruti Suzuki Estilo VXI against new Wagon R. When I visited Spectra motors Ghatkopar showroom on 25.12.2014 for actual exchange procedure, the sales person told me that they are out of stock for Wagon R VXI variant but have LXI petrol stock with them. So instead of waiting for VXI stock to come I decided to go for LXI Model at cost of Rs 4, 33, 000 excluding discount and including Old Car Price + Exchange bonus + Corporate Discount etc and in return kept my Estilo with them on the same day and was called upon by them next day for finalization including paperwork, etc. Next day on 26.12.2014 the sales person told that they don't have stock for Wagon R LXI petrol variant too so I told him that I am cancelling the deal as you do not have any stock (VXI or LXI petrol) with you. On this, the sales person pleaded me to give him time until 5th of Jan 2015 for making the necessary arrangements. I confirmed about the cost if it remains same even in 2015 and after his assurance and keeping blind faith in the Brand Maruti Suzuki, I decided to wait and also asked him to get the VXI model only at the cost of Rs 4, 65, 000/- excluding discount and including Old Car Price + Exchange bonus + Corporate Discount etc instead of LXI petrol. Till 5th of Jan, 2015, I did not receive any feedback from the dealer or sales person. Instead I followed up about the progress of stock every day as my car was with them for such a long period. Finally yesterday i.e. on 13th Jan 2015, I came to know that a VXI variant with Baker’s Chocolate color has been allocated to me and shipped from manufacturing unit to Mumbai and in order to settle the deal they asked me to come to their office today (14th Jan, 2015). When I visited the showroom for settlement of costing, paperwork, etc. to my surprise and dislike the pricing was revised and in the new version thus finalized, I was supposed to pay around Rs.25, 000/- more. I asked for the justification in hike in final cost I need to bear and I was given some stupid and unacceptable reasons which tested my patience to maximum extent. I got a feeling of cheating and ignorance and hence decided to cancel the deal altogether and asked them to return my old car – Zen Estilo immediately. Again I received some foolish answers like the car is in godown, warehouse or wherever and was asked to wait for his call when the dealer will keep my old car ready, but still I have not received a single call from them and hence I decided to lodge a complaint with Maruti Suzuki. This is very pathetic treatment received from Spectra and in turn from Maruti Suzuki. I am very much upset with this treatment as my car is with them for more than 15 days now which affected my regular travelling and as my car was with Spectra Motors, I was unable to go to any other Authorized Maruti dealer too after having stressed to great extent with this deal with Spectra Motors.             After the purchase of alto 800 my father found back tire disc is faulty and ask for replacement with good one on first service that is exactly after one month of purchase but they try to replace it with even the worst one so my dad refused for that.They didn't even assure us that they will replace it with another. They simply let us go without solving our problemm.Really service of maruti suzuki after purchase is toooo worst.

              Sir, I am a proud owner of Maruti A- Star for last five years. As my car was making sound on the left side of the front brake, I took it for servicing at Roy Auto Servicing Centre (an authorised servicing centre of Mruti), Barpetaroad, Assam. They said that some pins are to be replaced for smoothing the car. As they charged, I paid the full amount for the above said purpose and they have done something to the car. But the condition of the car remained the same. Next day, again I went to the same servicing centre and reported them that the problem was not resolved. Then they blamed the "Maruti Brand" itself saying that any Maruti car whose price is less than Rupees Five Lakh is having the same problem. And they used some wooden pins along with the steel pins to solve the problem though the problem is still persisting in my car. May I kindly know whether the "Maruti Brand" is having that problem as said by the servicing centre or it is a part of the cheating process of the servicing centre. With regards DR.                 Dear Team Maruti, I had purchased Ertiga VDI vehicle registration no: MH12JC2428 from your dealer Chowgule Industries Pvt Ltd. Pune on 18/09/2012. After running 30000 kms I started facing this problem "Car Speed suddenly gets dropped while driving" You imagine that i was driving on express way and my car speed suddenly drops, what would have been happened to me. This happened many times and it was a deadly experience for me. I would like to inform you that it gets to normal after stopping 15 minutes. This has been addressed every time to Chowgule Indutries Pvt Ltd when it happened and at the Time of Servicing as well. I have given my vehicle to them many times to solve this issue but they cant. I have shown them how it happens on a trip of 200 kms on expressway and we were accompanied by Service Enginner Ramesh from Chowgule Indutries Pvt Ltd. We have addressed this issue many times with Mr.Abhijit Atre VP Service Chowgule Indusrties ([protected]) but they failed to overcome this issue. Now I have reached to such Frustrating and Stressful level that I dont want to use this vehicle and it is dangerous for life. I have already spent lot of money and time for getting out of this issue but it is not happening. Your dealer Chowgule Industries Pvt Ltd are not being able to clear this problem. It is my humble request to you to get my vehicle replaced as i cannot stretch this any more. I had given your dealer most of the time and I have suffered a lot due to this which cannot be counted in money or any other commodity it has played with my life.                   I have have purchased maruthi vdi Ka 02-Mf-5838 from RNS motors bangalore on June 27th 2011. while running the vehicle we observed crackling sound of beam whenever the vehicle pass through humps of troughs .The dealer has explained that this the design of the vehicle. Recently when we drive the another vehicle with another dealer, no such problem was observed. It means a defective beam has been supplied to in the beginning. I have already made a complaint regarding this and no reply has come from you for the past 2 weeks. Request to change the part immediately or conduct an detailed enquiry with Rns motors of bangalore.

                    Dear sir, I purchase a new maruti SX4 car(chassis no 222451 engine no 2368541) from goal motors solan dated 30.12.14. I got the delivery of the vehicle at 8.30 PM. Due to the time shortage I could not check the vehicle properly. Next day morning I check the vehicle properly and found some issues. 1.left side doors are not properly aligned as well as it seems those are damaged and dainted and painted for delivery purpose only. 2.left side back light also refitted. 3.it seems that hole left side is painted. I informed the goal motors next day but I don’t have any positive response or any call against this matter. Please do needful otherwise I am free for take any legal action against this matter.                       I HAVE BOOKED A CAR, "SWIFT VXi (Silver Colour) ON 29.10.2014 @ Rs 635, 791/- BY PAYING Rs. 5000/- at KALYANI MOTORS, NAYANDAHALLI, MYSORE ROAD, BANGALORE. I HAVE BEEN ASK TO MAKE REMAINING PAYMENT BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2014. ACCORDINGLY, I HAVE MADE PAYMENT OF Rs. 630791/- ON 17.12.2014 VIDE DD NO. 690295 DATED 17/12/2014 FOR Rs. 630791/-. ON 19/12/2014, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MR NAGESH OF KALYANI MOTORS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE SILVER COLOUR AS THE SAME COLOUR CAR IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT AND ASKED ME TO TAKE WHITE COLOUR CAR. SINCE I & MY FAMILY MEMBERS LIKE SILVER COLOUR AND SAME THING WAS ORIGINALY PROMISED BY DEALER, SO I ASKED THEM TO DELIVER ME SILVER COLOUR CAR ONLY. THEN THEY TOLD THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SILVER COLOUR CAR ONLY IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2015 AND ASKED ME TO WAIT. TILL NOW I HAVE WAITED. TODAY THEY CALLED AND ASKED ME TO MAKE EXTRA PAYMENT OF RS. 23000/-. MY RS. 635791/- IS LYING WITH THEM WITHOUT EARNING ANY INTEREST. THERE IS NO FAULT FROM MY END...I HAVE TO WAIT TILL JANUARY END OR FEBRUARY START TO GET MY CAR AND I HAVE TO MAKE EXTRA PAYMENT DUE TO NONE OF MISTAKE. KINDLY ASK KALAYANI MOTORS TO DELIVER CAR AT THE EARLIEST WITHOUT CHARGING ANY EXTRA COST. ALSO KINDLY ASK THEM TO GIVE ME INTERST FOR THE BROKEN PERIOD (STRARTING FROM 17.12.2014).                         I have purchased a maruti suzuki swift dzire car on 25 Dec 2014 vide invoice number MKTM87983 and dated 26 DEC 2014and taken delivery from indus motors thalassery, kerala on 25 DEC with description as shown below . Chase no MA3FJEB1S00591893HE Engine no D13A2430941 Registration no KL58P1789 While taking delivery of the above car it was noticed with some scratch marks on various places on the body of the car and on inquire it was replied in a casual way that it happens in most of the vechicles during transportation or while loading and unloading . I agree with this possibility but it should be rectified neatly before taking delivery . The car was seen repainted but not done in a clean and neat manner .it could be clearly visible that paint has been slide down stretching in length with thick lines in RR IHS quarter panel on the body . The scratch marks seen on the body was not removed by the dealer after a protracted personnel approach and request made by me for several days . This was really an embarrassing situation meted out by me from the dealer even without due consideration for the value of the money paid by me as a customer in the deal . Secondly, for the purpose of registration of the car with the Rto, the dealer has collected a sum of rupees 50, 000 tax for depositing with Rto . When i have gone for registrtion after 10 days the Rto authority reported that the tax amount 50, 000 has not so far been paid by the dealer even after a laps of 10 days the money collected from me . Finally the registration was done after remitting the tax amount again to the Rto office . Where as the sum of 50, 000 already collected by the dealer for the same purpose has not so far been paid back to me till date . I, therefore, request your goodself to advise the dealer to take care of the grievances of the customer and deliver the vechiles in a good and safe condition inorder to avoide displeasure and embrrassment to establish a good faith among the customers and the company to maintain a fare trade deal and deliver good services to their satisfaction .                           SIR/MADAM, I HAVE BROUGHT NEW CAR MARUTI RITZ LXI LAST MONTH.I HAVE OBSERVED THAT ALL MY WINDOW GLASSES HAS 14 MARK (MANUFACTURE YEAR) BUT LEFT GLASS HAS MARK OF 13 (YEAR), SO WHY IS IT SO AND THIS PROBLEM WIIL COME WHEN I AM SELLING MY CAR, AS THEY MAY QUESTION THAT I MIGHT HAVE CHANGE THE GLASS AFTER ACCIDENT/DAMAGE.TO LEFT SIDE OF CAR.SO PLEASE ADVISE ME REGARDING THIS OR PL CHANE MY GLASS OF 14 MARK. No.[protected]/4300 Fax :[protected] on date 27 Dec. 2014 on dec. booking offer new maruti alto K 10 LXI CNG/SUPERIOR WHITE ORDER/INV. NO. SOB14002513/VSL14001963. Have made all full payment complete on date 8.01.2015. During the time of booking dealer promised me for left side mirror and floor mates to me without nay extra charges I.e. complementary as I upgrade my booking from Maruti 800 green lxi cng to K10 lxi cng, But now after paying total payment dealer is not ready to give me the said accessories, The kothari Wheels saying------Rs. 5000 concession we have given where as on 27 th to 31 st Dec. There is offer going on as a Free Music System on new maruti K10 worth Rs. 5700. So will you please answer on following points, 1. Where and how they have given me concession...? 2.                             I have booked car from Kothari Wheels, nagar Road, Branch, Pune Ph. No.[protected]/4300 Fax :[protected] on date 27 Dec. 2014 on dec. booking offer new maruti alto K 10 LXI CNG/SUPERIOR WHITE ORDER/INV. NO. SOB14002513/VSL14001963. Have made all full payment complete on date 8.01.2015. During the time of booking dealer promised me for left side mirror and floor mates to me without nay extra charges I.e. complementary as I upgrade my booking from Maruti 800 green lxi cng to K10 lxi cng,

                            But now after paying total payment dealer is not ready to give me the said accessories,
                            The kothari Wheels saying------Rs. 5000 concession we have given where as on 27 th to 31 st Dec. There is offer going on as a Free Music System on new maruti K10 worth Rs. 5700.
                            So will you please answer on following points,
                            1. Where and how they have given me concession...?

                              I have purchased a Maruti swift dezire ZDI MP09 CP1188 in feb 2014 from your local dealer M/s Nimar Motors Khargone/Barwaha, after that I have availed all 3 Free services from your dealers Barwaha Work shop. During routine check up of the car I found Engine oil level decrease from MAX. to MIN. only after total running 10000 kms., I had asked workshop manager while I visited to workshop for servicing, the reason behind the decrease of oil level, he replied me that this vehicle consumes 100 ml. oil on every 1000 km.running i.e.1 ltr in 10000 Km. I have also asked to other owners of Dezire but they replied that their car doesn't consumes oil like my car, There for I request you to clarify the matter at your earliest to help me a fearless and smooth driving.

                                Sir, I have booked a Maruti ALTO 800 Std car through VAU's Automobiles, Dak Bungalow Road, Patna-800001 on 17 Nov 2014. The car was not in stock on that date. I deposited Rs. 10, 000/- by cash vide Receipt No.9064 and I was assured that the car will be delivered within 10 days and I will be required to make full payment immediately on arrival of the vehicle in stock. Since then I have been enquiring from the Dealer every now and then without any definite response when or whether they will deliver the car. Each time one or other functionary keeps telling me to wait one or two weeks more. I am not even sure whether they have placed order with the manufacturer. No: TN 07 BX 9507 Usage: <4500Kms on 10 Jan 2015 Dealer: Popular Automobiles Chennai I have no complaints about the dealer and their staffers as they are ready to receive and serve the customer even if the customer is unreasonable. But I have few complaints about the quality of product being supplied and received by the customers. At times the dealers don't want to refer the quality related problems to Maruti/OEMs fearing for the maufacturer/OEM getting offended about their customer handling capabilities. A quality or a product related complaint/ problem for a new vehicle from the very first day is a problem related to the OEM and not related to the dealer. A responsible OEM will try to understand this and do a root cause analysis on any complaints that are received and resolved by the dealer. I understand the responsibility of any dealer to perform the sales, service and maintenance activities as per the expectation of an OEM. But the same expectation doesn't exempt the OEM responsibility of delivering a trouble free unit or product. I have been assured by this present dealer to provide a satisfactory service/resolution to the complaints that I have observed/reported in my vehicle. On tat front I have no complaints. But my aim of writing this complaint to Maruti direct is to draw your attention towards the quality and quality control policy at your production facility. The subject vehicle is sparingly and used single hand. In this vehicle the driver and co driver seats retracting action is very sluggish to normal position after it is reclined back. The co driver seat is sometime stuck and doesn't retract to normal position without a hand support. This was checked at the dealers facility and I have to spend sometime to make them understand my real problem. The service centre main concern is to satisfy the customer with their available resources without offending the customer, This is the area where the quality suffers. B'caz they are afraid of the OEM raising questions about their technical capabilities and customer handling ability without analysing the root cause for the problem at their end. Once that is taken care then the dealer can do his job fearlessly. Let me come to the point now. The difficulty in making them understand this as a problem was compound when he started comparing this problem with another vehicle of the same make. There too it was sluggish but it was not stuck in between like my co driver seat. Then I tried to make them understand with the same reclining and retracting function of my rear seats and they were convinced. This problem is really a serious and a difficult problem when the vehicle is cruising. When the vehicle cruise the reclining and retracting must happen effortlessly without any hand support. Else is is really hazardous as the driver or the co-driver has to work against the forward motion of cruising vehicle. This vehicle has done hardly 4500Kms and this complaint is prevalent from the initial day its delivery. The dealers were not willing to compare the same function with other models. As I have witnessed similar problem (very sluggish retraction) with another Ertiga vehicle, I request Maruti to introspect your quality policy and quality control on this matter. I have some more points about this vehicle and I can disclose it if approached with open mindedness. This is not my first vehicle and I can disclose some revealing facts in comparison with other brands. Hope this report will receive due attention and care. Thanking you, PK.Selvan.

                                      I purchase a new SX4 ZDI car from goal motors solan dated 30.12.14 i got delivery at 8.30 PM i could not take pre delivery road test drive or check the car properly due to the time shortage.but now i am using it following issues is there in car listed below.1.                                         Hi, I want to buy the care Dzire. However, I called DD Motors from the last two days several times and no body called me back. Then I called the regional office and talked to the sales team and escalate this issue. However, even they do not call me. I think these seems to be no values for the customer relationship. I have no idea to whom I will address this issue and from where I can buy the care.
