Dear Sir, I purchased maruti Wagon R- Duo- LPG/Petrol - from above dealer in Dec-2006.Details as under: Inv No.4018 dated 21.12.2006 of Spectra Motors ghatkopar Regn No. MH-03-AF-3624 Chas No.484213 Eng No.4308035 The issue is nowhere in the R C book it is endorsed that it is a LPG driven car. This has resulted in the Insurance Cos not endorsing that it is LPG car in the insurance policy.This was brought to our notice by ins. Co.I do not know whether it is by oversight or unethical business practice of the said Dealer.Please resolve matter. By the way we purchased our second Maruti-CNG model of Wagon R also from same dealer in Sep-2013, regd in the name of R.M.Nair. Further there is an old unresolved matter regarding over billing by this dealer through their paid service -job card no.JC13013389 dated 02.11.13, where in they bill me Rs19719.00 in routine service. Contoller Assy Epi costing Rs11551.00 was supposedly replaced as claimed by the them. However problem in the car was not rectified, which was later set right by our local garage for a meagre charge. I had taken up with Spectra in this regard many times with no result. As a last resort am writing to you, since we have plans to exchange this LPG model for latest Wagon R or Ertiga (CNG) .     my car sx4 zdi went to swani service centre G.T ROAD ludhiana for service last month where my tool kit and jack got stolen ...i bought dis happening into notice of der customer manager sarabjit singh ([protected]) who assured me my tool kit and jack to be given with in a day..now 20 days passed but i didnt get my tool kit and jack due to which my tyre got punctured and bcz of no jack and tool kit i have to bring my car in same condition, result of which my tyre got blast .. dis all happened due to poor service by mr sarbjit singh ...in 2012 also i faced lot of problems ... i need help and action against him and want compensation for my tyre...

      Several calls from CM auto Sales Pvt Ltd. Plot no.130, Ind Area Phase-1, Chandigarh have received, for shifting of wire from the bottom of Battery. During the month of November 2014 on dated 23.11.2014. When i visited the above said workshop in Chandigarh . I requested the attending staff for wheel alignment, balancing and the above said job. Some articles (jacket, pullover etc) are left in the Diggi of the car (HR10R-7219)when i left the workshop for shopping in the Elante Mall after some time passed i remembered that my cell was in the pocket of my jacket at the same instance, i called Mr. Sombir moblie no.[protected] and requested him to take the phone in his custody after some time Mr Sombir has informed me through phone that there is no mobile present in the jacket.

      When i reached in the workshop i also checked the jacket, CCTV surveillance and requested the staff for giving my cell but all in vain. I was shocked that even single camera is not functioning properly and without my will, the car was washed, it shows the doubtful integrity of your staff and employees. All of these activity cause depression, financial loss and faith loss towards MARUTI SUZUKI Company.I am very thankful to you if something from your side be made for recovery of my cell and if your company has any guidelines and rules towards your sub-dealers then kindly giving me the detailed report that has been taken against the faulty dealer and what disciplinary action taken.

        Vehicle No: MH 14 DX 5230. I had purchased the said vehicle last year. For past 4 moths I have been noticing some noise from the CNG tank. Last month I handed over my vehicle at Wonder Cars service station at Pimpri. They took around 10 days for observation and returned the vehicle to me. But regret the problem is still not resolved and I am having the same noise problem in the tank. Once again I have handed over my vehicle on 06/12/14 to the same service station, they tried to change the valve and some other parts of tank. But the noise still exists. I have strongly informed that I will not take the vehicle if it is not rectified 100% noise free. Even after owning a car, I am forced to travel by public transport. Request you to kindly inquire on the above issue and send a immediate response.           in my 1st service i face one problem from spectra motor chembur. when i dropped my vehicle in chember workshop that time my vehicle was clean & good condition but they drop my car in my residance that time i found number of some black spot, i talked his work manger mr.vipul patil he told to me to bring your car in chembur workshop. we will be try to resolve it. today i went there & try to contact him but he not given me proper response & his technical person give me replay this problem we cann't solve it. now i feel this is my bad decission to purchase Maruti vehicle. earlier i was used Santro vehicle but i got good expierance from his collegues. i also observed that chembur workshop location not good shape campare with santro, toyota.

            The Manager, Consumer Grievance Cell This is regarding a cheating which one of Maruti dealers did with me after taking full payment, and is now forcing me to take the car, which I refuse to do. History I had booked a Ciaz ZXi(O) with Dewars Garage, Kolkata in my name AMIT BAJORIA. Before I had booked the car I had a choice between Honda City (the model with Sunroof) and Ciaz. The main reason why I booked Ciaz ZXi(O) is because the representative Mr. Gouranga Sarkar told me that the Optional model has Touchscreen music system. My kids preferred Ciaz ZXi(O) over Ciaz ZXi or Honda City with Sunroof only because of the touch screen music system. But the touch screen was not mentioned in the broucher so I called another Maruti delaer (Bhandari) to confirm the touch screen in Ciaz ZXi(O). They said it is not touch screen. I had decided to buy Honda City with the sunroof then, telling Mr. Gouranga Sarkar that another agency had said it does not have touch screen and also that the brochure does not mention touch-screen. But he convinced me that it has touchscreen, and for my satisfaction he even spoke to his senior Mr. Partha in front of me and he too confirmed that Ciaz ZXi(O) has touch screen. On 5th December when I went to take the delivery of the car, during the Demo the person (I do not remember his name starting with S) did not show me any touch screen and when I told him I had booked Ciaz ZXi(O) with touch screen, he said this is not Ciaz ZXi(O). I immediately doubted the model itself, and upon asking was shown the bill showing that it is Ciaz ZXi(O) but there is no touchscreen. Gouranga again agreed that he had said touchscreen, but was clueless how this happened and called his senior Ms. Senjuti Ray. She agreed to their mistake but very conveniently blamed it in Maruti Company saying they were not given proper training. I told them that for me they represented Maruti and I had not bought the car from Gouranga. Moreover if their person has given false commitments and put my Rs.10 lakhs at stake I am not be blamed for that. But they said that the car is already registered and I have to take it which I refused. Then we were joined by Mr. Sandip Kesri and also Mr. Manish Chomal. As soon as Mr. Manish sat, the first thing he says is that no car except the Ciaz ZXi(O) has touchscreen, probably thinking that I had bought some other variant. When I told him that it is exactly what I have bought and was committed by Gouranga, he was also shocked and reconfirmed to me that in the Maruti training they were said that. But there is nothing they could do because Maruti Company had sent this car and they had already registered the car for me in my name. Sir / Madam, my questions are: • I have bought a car costing more that Rs.10 lakhs and chosen it over various other cars for a particular reason, and when that is proving not to exist at all, can I be still forced to take the car just because I have trusted you and already made the payment? • Why should I be penalised for a mistake of your company representative? • This is my 4th Maruti car (800, Esteem VXi & then Alto) from Dewars Garage. Even that all my services and repairs have happened only at your workshops (ealrlier British Indian Street & later in Hide Road) and no other mechanic has ever touched them. You can say that I am brand loyal for 15 years, but am I fool to have been Brand loyal? • Is your Company resorting to false promises to boost sales or are staffs not trained at all due to cost cutting? • There is a loan on this car and who will bear for the interest which is accrued everyday? Sir / Madam, my kids and everyone else in my family are very depressed, and disappointed with Maruti. My Rs.10 LAKHS is at stake, 8.50 lakhs of which are a loan from SBI. But Dewar’s Garage is simply not bothered. They wasted 4-5 hours of mine forcing me to take delivery, their attitude during 4-5 hours on 5thDecember was that they know that I have to take the car whatever be the case, literally smirking amongst themselves. The car is still lying with them because I refuse to take the delivery. Why should I suffer for Company’s mistake? I have been fooled by your dealer just for their personal benefits. It is none of my concern what they will do with the car now, but I shall not take a car which I was not promised at the first place. It is not about the other features I get in ZXi(O) as compared to ZXi (which is also what they tried to convince me on), because I wanted the car for a particular feature which is not being given to me. Maruti being the brand they are, and knowing your sensitivity towards your loyal customers, I request you to please arrange for a full refund of approx. Rs. 10.20 lakhs (including Rs.10, 000/- paid for accessories) immediately, along with interest loss on the car loan, along with a compensation for the mental harassment caused to me and my family. Rs. 8.50 lakhs of this may please be refunded to SBI itself so that I can go ahead and buy some other car. Thanking you, AMIT BAJORIA 91-[protected]

              I had purchased the Wagonr lxi CNG green model on 26 may 2014 from Tanya Maruti. Mr Majaz Hafeez was our sales executive who dealt with us throughout the process. The buying experience was bad since he left without completing the registration process and I had to run for completing the formalities which the showroom needs to take care off but the post-buying experience has been horrible. I want to you to take the notice of the troubles we are dealing with due to the largest 4-wheeler company of India. Showrooms and service centres are the face of the company with which the customers constantly deal with and any bad experience leads to distortion of the image of the company. The troubles caused to us by the M/s Tanya maruti are unforgivable. Please take care of the problems and make a swift and firm decision. 1. I was quoted the on-road price of Rs 5, 02, 000 inclusive of the accessories. The receipt which I have received is of Rs 4, 80, 000. Rs 10000 have been embezelled by Mr. Majaz hafeez. I could not reach him on phone. No one in the office knows where he is. Another sales executive who took care of my registration told me that he has done such things in the past. I wanted to meet the Manager of the showroom but he never shows. I don’t know whether this is a fraud by Mr. Hafeez or a scam is undergoing in the showroom of which all the people are part of. 2. The hatch of the Car has a dent on which they pasted a sticker to conceal it. This implies that they took my car for a callous ride and banged it somewhere. I came to know about this recently when the sticker peeled off. 3. I was told that they would take care of the car, but when I went for the first service I came to know that the service centre is not authorised and they cannot take it for service. 4. The steering alignment is out of order from the day one. God knows how do they undertake the PDI or whether they understand the meaning of PDI. This is a sincere request to take action as fast as possible since a scam is undergoing in Tanya maruti and many more customers would have been looted by the showroom.                 Purchased the SX4 ZDI in 2012. Having the Gear shifting problem. Not able to shift the gear from 2nd, 3rd, 4th to 1st. Gear is not engaging. This issue has been reported in Several Models of Maruti (SX4, Swift, Dzire, ..) Really this is big concern as this is safety issue Please let us know the action taken by Maruti to address the Gear issue.

CHINCHPOKLI, MUMBAI-12.VIDE INVOICE NO. 492 DT. 31.07.2014 in the name of DEV TOURS AND TRAVELS Vehicle details – MARUTI RITZ VDI Regn No – MH05/BJ-533- LMV TTAXI Chassis No – 361058 Engine No – 1748728 Kms – 250km(At the time of Purchase) We have purchased vehicle from your authorized dealer M/s Fort-point, Chinchpokli, Mumbai. The vehicle which we have purchased with great excitement is white colour but fact is it is repainted from RED to white. Red colour was visible on body while servicing of vehicle By the above incident we become suspicious and cross checked all the documents available. Manufacturing Details we found out were shocking as below. 1. Application to RTO – December – 2011, colour - white 2. Insurance – Nov- 2013, colour white. 3. Registration Book – Nov-2013 colour white. We had asked for new vehicle, your dealer has sold us vehicle which is repainted and 2011 production. We even don’t know weather is first sale or 2nd sale, even we can predict it is the theft vehicle sold to us. Initially when we went to clarify this issue your dealer on very instance he offered us to pay back some amount as it was 2011 model and now no response. By this mail we strongly demand replacement of my vehicle, compensation for mental harassment. We assure you full co-operation if needed to burst this racket or else we will have no option other than filing criminal case against Suzuki and Fort point and also will take support from Consumer forum. You have one week to act on this.

                    From last 6 months I regularly check my car mileage it is below 11 kmpl I already complaint with company - they offer me for test drive two time I have done this with two diffrent maruti service centre Actual maruti certify Mileage is 19 lmpl I received below 11 kmpl - I have all petrol bill with kilometer marking == in one test we received 16.9 kmpl with seed of 25kmhr and drive for 17 kilometer with 11 trafice signal sir daily I drive car at same speed for 34 kilometer but I got below 11 mileage sir two time I straight drive on highway 200 kilometer then also I got same Mileage == in second test we received 22.3 kmpl we drive 33 kilometer with speed 45 to 50 kmhr with 4 signal both test with some SDT meter put by maruti dealer any manipulation in this meter? how any car give more Mileage(22.3) then certify mileage (19)give by authority still I am not received any solution - thank god some petrol price come down I hope for better solution. my name is Sanjay Desai - mobile no .[protected] email:[protected]@yahoo.com

                    from last 6 months I am facing mileage problem in my car I received mileage 11 kmpl
                    I have all petrol bill eith marking of kilometer from last 6 months
                    actual mileage certify by Maruti Suzuki is 19 kmpl we knew in city we are not able to get this average
                    I take two different test drive from two Maruti service centre.their was vast diff. among two dealer
                    # first I received 16.9 kmpl mileage at car speed 25 kmhr we drive 17 kilometer with 11 trafic signal
                    sir I also drive daily for my office for 34 kilometer with average same speed with mileage 11 kmpl
                    I also twice drive on highway straight 200 kilometer then also my mileage was not go up but still 11 kmpl
                    # second test we received 22.3 kmpl mileage at car speed 45 to 50 kmhr we drive 33 kilometer
                    both time dealer put some SDT Meter in car - any manipulation can be done with help of this meter?
                    Maruti Suzuki certify Mileage is 19 kmpl
                    I received milelage below 11 kmpl

                    second drive shown 22.3 kmpl = how it is possible? how car can give more mileage(22.3) then certify mileage(19.)
                    we thank to god now petrol price come down otherwise it is very difficult
                    Maruti is not ready to solve this problem -and not accept any problrm in engiene they give me standard answer that we are not sure about mileage
                    it depend on traffic and road condition. we belived this but from last 6 months no change in mileage
                    my humble request to you please look in to this matter and try to resolved as earlier as possible

                    sir I have a commercial car tour, and I purchase in Aug 2015. From the begining my car giving below 12kmph mileage. I complaint every time to the service centre. But they are saying thik ho jayega. But till date my problem was not sort out. And now I totaly fedup with the car. Pl advice me what i can do my mob no is [protected] and email is [protected]@ gmail.com.

                      I am R. Anbuselvan from Madurai, Tamilnadu. I am long term customer of maruti and i had maruti 800, swift in past years and now i have maruti ertiga vdi model (2012 model). I regularly sent to service here at ABT showroom near to my area and nowadays the quality of service and treatment of service people becomes worst. On Last week only i let my car for service and they have called me in few hours and said it is around 13, 500 bill amount and they said they have changed oils because it is 600000 kms service. I paid immeidiately and taken my car. On 5th day from that service ie., sunday of that week itself, i went to a function at tirunelveli with my family(2 ladies, 3 kids) and return on Highway by around 7 pm... Suddenly the clutch pedal goes flat and it doesnt release... I dont know what to do and suddenly by GOds grace i parked my vehicle on left side of road. We all with children on road at that time and i contacted abt service centre nos([protected], [protected]) and no response and phone is not picked up...We are all in so much of tense and i call my driver in home(30 kms away) and asked to contact the service person. He contacted on Mr. KanagaPandian of abt and explain the matter. But he said that he cant help in anyway because its sunday and asked about service he just told that we done only oil services and it is not our responsibility to check clutches.. We will see it only if customer complaints!!(What a funny) We asked for a recovery vehicle which he could not provide and so we from our freinds help arrange a van and bring the vehicle to madurai... From there also kanagapandi asked us to let the vehicle at abt service centre itself and by night 10.30 pm our driver went along and park the vehicle at service with watchman only... What is the point is when we are in road there is no 24 hours number working from that place and no service person is ready to take any responsibility to recover the car... SInce the breakdown place is just 30 kms from our hometown we arranged a friends vehicle and came home... NExt day morning they said it is due to some oil leakage in clutch release bearing and again charged with another 7000 Rs... Please lookover in this matter and please arrange to avoid these type of experience to customers... Atleast some 24 hours service van or some people around 50 kms from base city is essential... Most of vehicles run in sundays because it is holiday and we can visit for other places... Please lookover and give importance to customers in need... thanking you. anbuselvan [protected]

                        due to spare unavailability vehicle was kept for around 12 days and then returned, However the work done was not upto the mark.Insurance claim was also done, the colour is chipping off from the car near the base.Wheel alignment was not done properly, cooling of AC still the same, Mileage of vehicle is low.All these complaints were told but still not rectified.Cleaning of vehicle was also not done properly.Maruti is known for its servicing but services have been very poor compared to other companies.

                          Hi This summer, I went to Moble authorized service station, Narwal, Jammu, J&K for getting leakage of AC gas rectified in my car ALTO VXI (JK14-9333). They checked the car, fixed the problem but after few months same problem resurfaced and there is no cooling in my car. Yesterday I went to same workshop but they refused to entertain on the pretext that they didn't have enough equipments to fix the problem.To my astonishment they referred me to private vendor to fix the problem. I wonder: why in first place they accepted my car in summer and fixed it temporarily why are they referring me now to private vendor when I had paid them to rectify the fault permanently why can't authorization of such irresponsible service providers be cancelled to avoid further agony to your so called valued customers Hopefully my cause will be addressed promptly and to the best of satisfaction Dr. Vikas Abrol

                            We have booked maruti suzuki ertiga 2014 from the authorised dealer prakash. Auto Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra on 6th August 2014 pearl blue colour the dealer promised us that we will recive our car in 25 days then there was no call from the dealer then after 1month we went to the dealer and asked for the car the dealer told that the car has not yet came from the company whenever it comes we will inform you then on 2nd October the dealer told us that the company has closed the production of the car you have booked you will not get the car we were shocked how it is possible then we did Many complains in Delhi n mumbai regional office but the officers where misbehaving with us Mr.vinit jain n Mr.rohit arrora were misbehaving with us then there was a call from Mr.rohit arrora called us that we are not able to provide pearl blue colour car for you we can provide a silver colour car for you but our rep was why we should take a silver colour we want our booked car but there was nothing help provided to us from company such a big marauti company does like this with there Customers I request company to do something for us or we will take further action on this- KISHORE GOPALANI

                              I have purchaged one used Maruti 800 from Poddar Car World true value outlet (Garchuk) on Jan 2014 but till they are not giving me my cars document which they have committed to hand over to me after the ownership transfeer ans for which they have charged me Rs.4500 extra apart from the vehicle value of Rs.45000. Every time I go they say it will take time but I have wated for 10 months and in any condition as per my knowledge 10 month is a much big time for ownershio tranfreer . This kind of act by such a authorize dealer will defentely left a very bad impression on customer faith. I therefore request you to kindly look into the issue and help me in getting my document ASAP otherwise I will have to approach leagely .                                 i am frustrated by the delivery committed by Sai Service Hinjiwadi, PUNE for a Ertiga ZXI on the 12 th Nov . I have sold my Dzire to them in exchange and was told that the new car would be dleivered within 5 days from booking aftter the check done online with Maruti Suzuki. I had paid all my balance amount to them along with the exchange car and was promised that the car would be delivered on the 5th DEC . today we are on the 4th DEC and there is no sign of the car . i am been told by Sai Service, Hingiwadi that i need to speak to one Mr Vaidya TSM of Maruti -- [protected] that he will deal with you . i spoke to him 3 time ands evertime i speak to him he say that he will call back and from today he is not lifting mey call . I am without a car as i sold my old dzire to them and i am travelling with public transport which is cost to me from the 12th Nov which is amounting to Rs 25, 000.- which i will be billing to Maruti suzuki. i will also take the interest on the Dzire of Rs 2.60 lacs and the payment that i have paid to hingiwadi of Rs 2.54 lac about 12 days back and i am still without the car . if i dont get the reply from you on the avaliblity of the car i will go to consumer court to settle this amount .                                   Doubt about Duplicate parts fixing during service by Auto Team, Palarivattom Kochi kerala Sir, we bought our alto 800 on 6th August 2014.In the same month an accident occur and serviced by Auto Team under bumber to bumber Maruthi Insurance claim. During that time 2 HEADLIGHT had to be replaced as it is damaged. They replaced it. After one week one of the headlight found to be pale in color and the other one, moisture acculmulated inside in it. We think it will get solve during the second service at 5000 Km. But they didn't do that . We doubt all the headlights that replaced will be original. If it is so why the moisture and the pale color formed in both of them. So kindly check the service centre that the parts changed are original during the services. We are not satisfied with their service.                                     Dated : 3rd Dec.’14 Dear Maruti Team, Greetings !! Sub. : Complaint Regarding Defective Car SX4 celebration Edition, Model 2012, Car Reg. Number UP14 BU 3495 I purchased a new SX4 Diesel version Celebration Edition in Sep.’12 from Rohan Motors Noida. I am extremely dissatisfied from the car & have full confidence & evidence to prove the celebration edition is nothing but a defective / rejection that Maruti has launched in 2012.Please note : 1. Just within one Month of car purchased, I got some noise from Music System and after inspection in Rohan Motors found that music system with broken rib has been fitted from maruti which got replaced 2. In second year Tyre got burst while driving & by God grace, minor, escape happened from accident. 3. Another tyre got Swelling in the Second year & just with in 45000 KMs. 4. Brake which is very critical for any vehicle is totally defective . In last one year 5-6 times Break shoe has been replaced & I am paying every time Rs. 2000 – Rs. 2200 for replacement of same. 5. I submitted my complaint to Fast Track Maruti, Sec. 63, noida Service station regarding the brake issue during last service @ 2 months back, I got message from Fast track that Complete Brake system has been found defective & needs replacement for Cyclinder etc. required to be changed, which will cost ~ Rs. 30000 . How ever as it was covered under extended warranty so I discussed with fast track to change the same . As the matter of extended warranty came in to the picture, Associate of Fast track informed that there was some alignment issue & now has been resolved. How ever just with in 2 Months of servicing again Brake Light Indiactor warning has started appearing in Techometer . I am really surprised if such problem was resolved then how come the problem repeted in 2 Months. 6. Some time brakes gives the revese kick if applied on Rough Road and suudenly. So Now driving SX4 has been become the life threating for me . So based on all above point if, my problem is not attended / resolve with in one week, then I will be compelled to file my case in consumer court forum .Please help me out at least for once as for sure this the first & last time I have purchased a Maruti product.                                       1. MY CAR MARUTI SX4 REGN NO CH01 AD 7818 WAS AFFECTED IN FLOODS IN SRINAGAR(J&K) ON 07 SEP 2014. I WAS TYHE FIRST CUSTOMER TO GIVE MY CAR TO MARUTI SHOWROOM HIGHLAND AUTOMOBILES IN SRINAGAR(J&K) ON 18 SEP 2014. 2. DESPITE A LAPSE OF TWO AND A HALF MONTHS AND MY REPEATED REQUESTS TO THE DEALER AS WELL AS CUSTOMER CARE MARUTI, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO REPAIR MY CAR. 3. I HAVE NOW EVEN BEEN POSTED OUT FROM J&K TO JODHPUR(RAJASTHAN) AND NON AVAILABILTY OF CAR HAS RESULTED IN EXTRA EXPENDITURE OF APPROX RS 2, 00, 000/- ON MY DAILY CONVEYANCE BY MEANS OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT. 4. MAY I REQUEST MARUTI TO KINDLY ASSISST IN IMMEDIATE REPAIR OF MY CAR AND ITS DESPATCH TO MY NEW LOCATION ie JODHPUR ( RAJASTHAN). 5. NO RESPONSE AT THE END OF MARUTI WILL FORCE ME TO TAKE LEGAL ASSISSTANCE.
