Hello I have purchased Celerio from Mahalaxmi Auto, SB Road, Pune on 3rd Oct 2014. I would like to register a very very strong complaint against this centre for following reasons. 1. I noticed that the right side mirror and wiper blade were faulty having manufacturing defects on the very next 2-3 days. This was intimated to the dealer and I was promised replacement of the same within 15 days since they were out of stock. This was confirmed with a written confirmation from the dealer on the invoice. It is very surprising that such small parts are out of stock with so called renowned dealer of a famous brand. I have been following up with the dealer/service centre for the above but the requests were all falling on deaf ears with either no response or arrogant behaviour. I also come from a service industry and I very well know what it takes to satisfy a customer but your guys don't even have basic courtesy to respond to the customer's requests. Everytime I have called them they have given all false promises to which now I am the sufferer. 2. Although the vehicle is still under warranty, I was told that the above services would be chargeable to me which is really very surprising. Although I have got replacement of the mirror after 45 days, I have still not got replacement of the wiper blade. Looks like it is still out of stock. I am completely frustrated and irritated with this kind of behaviour and feel very sorry to say that Maruti Suzuki tolerates dealers of such kind also. I had highest regards about Maruti but am contemplating now whether to suggest anyone to buy a vehicle. I don't believe that a small part like wiper blade or mirror is out of stock for more than one and half month. Please ensure that I get the required replacements within next 2-3 days.       sir bought car from Relan motors and I have omini van they said we will give you exchange offer of Rs 13000 and now they are giving me only 5000 they said i have to paid VAT 5000 so we give you only 5000 and they committed me about extended warranty of 2 years they already include that amount in car price but now they said that we given you price without extended warranty please do justice sir

        Hi I have purchased 2 Suzuki access 125 few years back in kota . Your service centre was there at that time but now there is no such service centres available . I am totally fed up with the services provided by you now . I made a complaint about servicing year back, somebody came after 15 days and did the same . I am again having trouble with my bikes as there is no authorized service centres available in kota . I would request anybody from your company to come and look after my bikes immediately .. You guys are so smart that at the time of sell you opened everything but when it comes to servicing nobody is bothered about that . Suzuki as a brand was so good before is no more now a days . I'll make sure that nobody from my friends and family purchases your products in near future . I want somebody from Suzuki to call me at [protected] or mail me at [protected]@gmail.com

          I had a major complaint for my car, its warning indication light shown, and I gave for service in Sai Service Vallam, Perumbavoor, Kerala, they rectified the complaint but the next day the complaint was shown again. Many times the car was given for servicing for the same but the warning indication still persists. Now the Sai Service authorities are not willing to correct the error. So please do the necessary steps for this matter urgently.             Dear Sir I Am a lawyer practising at Thrissur District. I had a good track record in using Maruti Cars since I had a 2010 model Zen estillo with me. I bought a Swift LDI in the month of June, 2014 from Sai Service, Thrissur. ITs registration no. is KL-8/BD 4214. with engine no. D13A0488429 and chasis no. MA3FHEB1S00666133EE. Its 3rd service took on 15th or 16th of October, 2014. After servicing when the vehicle was delivered to me on late night I could not inspect the vehicle very thoroughly. When I inspected the vehicle very next day I found that front AC grill was rubbed with some external object and the black coating of the said grill wipped off and it become white on some parts. When I made complaint to the Said Service Thrissur, The responded its a matter that occured by my negligence. But subsequently they took my complaint in record and unfortunately afterwards refused to rectify the AC Grill complaint. Not even a single official from said Service Except on service adviser and sale team leader discussed with me about by complaint. Sai Service Service wing took the matter very evasivley, and they did not called me to talk about the complaint. Very evasive and irresponsible attitude I experienced from the side of Said Service in rectifying the complaint. The said AC grill was tampered due to the irresponsible use of external objects during the service and its s the sole responsibility of Sai Service to Rectify the complaint but unfortunately they don't. Said Acts from the side of Sai Service will cause to defame the goodwill of Maruti among the middle class costumers. Hence I humbly request your goodself to peruse the photo and go through the complaint and may order for necessary steps for replacing the said AC grill with genuine one. Thanking You ADV. Sujesh.K

              SIR, I had purchased Maruti Ertiga petrol model VXI BS IV from M/s Bharath Auto Cars (P) Ltd., vide invoice # VSL13001572 dated 24/01/2014. Since day one of purchase I had noticed a peculear sound from front and back side of car was giving while driving. When taken to M/s Bharath Auto Cars(P) Ltd., they said its drive shaft and read axial sound. Vehicle was left for service for three days to rectify the problem, But they could not rectify. As the spares where not available. Again in the first service reminded about this problem, and the replay was same(No spares). Now its 10 months past my vehicle has run for 10000 KMS., and was kept for service with a gentle reminder with a letter acknowledged to solve the problem. But the answer is same. No spares. Now my question why you do not supply adequate spares to your dealers to rectify manufacturing defects. What do you mean by PDI?.                 I dr shashi kumar purchased maruthi swift zdi diesel on december 2012, my car completed 40000 km I had given to servicing on 10/11/2014 for regular 40000 servicing, in RNS motors bangalore, after servicing they have charged me 11900rs bill for oil changing, wheel alignement and wheel balancing. This is very high as compared to previous service done in madikeri as much as twice the previous servicing and the quality of the service is very poor, as we know servicing involves complete check up of the vehicle, what I noticed is they have done only externally, they just thought if car looked shining enough for customers. Main matter comes here immediately 1 day after servicing i.e on 11/11/2014 my cars clutch system is gone after running less than 100km. So my point is what is the meaning of service here, what exactly they have done in service. This is what the service you are giving for coustomers, one more thing immediately I taken my car to to saketh motors tumkur on 11/11/2014 evening they told cost of the repair may be around 6000rs, I just enquired in other showroom its just around[protected]rs. I strongly disagree with this kind of over charging with new customers. With all this coversation I just need an immediate reply for this matter otherwise I ll file the case in consumer court. One more thing I just want to tell that my family owned three cars from your maruthi suzuki an alto, swift and ritz, we just sold alto 3 months back, your company mainly popular because of low maintaince charges, the trust with ur company has gone just with in 2 days because of poor quality servicing and over charging.                   Respected sir, I have bought an maruti suzuki eeco 5 seated A.C one month ago from kiran motors modasa and today after a month i have taken my car to the service station at kiran motors modasa for servicing . but when my car had got for servicing then it was found that my car has got damaged from the back side of left tyre body then i had asked to the executive of kiran motors (modasa ) about this touching of car, after that an executive of kiran motors said that you please contact himmatnagar branch ( kiran motors ), then i had personally contacted himmatnagar branch then after viewing the car executive of the kiran motors had said that your car had been damaged by you only and the colour which was applied to your car is not of our company ( maruti suzuki ) after a short conversation they had said that the car has been repaint a month ago after that i had said to the executive that a complete month also not happened of my brand new car and then i had met sunilbhai who is vice executive of himmatnagar branch ( kiran motors ) then he said that you had got your car touched or been got accident by you and aftyer that you had repainted your car. but sir my car never got any accident and never it had been touched anywhere . Sir they are trying to fool me by telling all the false things to me and makink the things round & round. this is the worst impression i had got got for your company . I feel so disgusting after listening all the points of company s executives . I belong from middle class family and i was very excited to buy a new car but after this incident i and my family has got mental disorder and i feel exhausted now.                     I would like to bring to your attention the following: I had a small accident and my front bumper (RITZ) was damaged, I gave my car to your authorized service station M/s Pushpak Motors (Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore) I have enclosed the copy of the Retail Cash Memo New Bumper was fitted and delivered on 23 Oct 2014 However the fitting is not flush and it protrudes at two points, on pointing out this the concerned service person said that Maruthi supply these spares and there is little we can do about it. Sometimes it fits well and sometimes it doesn't, it is all customers luck. (The person was MR Balu) On insisting that the Bumper has to fitted flush, he promised that they would do it in the next week, but nothing has been done yet. I have also enclosed the photos of the Bumper. I would like to know if this will be rectified or I have to be satisfied with what they have done.

                        Sir I have booked Maruti Suzuki swift dzire VXI black color on 18/09/14( booking was confirmed through company SMS sent on mobile) through dealer Manan autolink Ahemdabad, Gujarat. Dealer promised me delivery in 30 days. Now 50 days have been passed neither vehicle is delivered/nor confirmation is given. In turn on repeated contacts dealer says, the company has stopped producing the booked model.
                        Both dealer and company to be held responsible.Vehicle to be delivered at earliest

                          Sir i am Dr Khaleel M. I booked Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire (black color), through the dealer Manan autolink Pvt ltd Ahemdabad Gujarat on 18 sep 14, which was confirmed by Maruti suzuki company through SMS sent to my mobile .Dealer has promised me delivery within 30 days of booking.Now 50 days have passed neither vehicle is delivered nor any confirmation is given to me.on repeated contacts the dealer says company has stopped producing the vehicle model which has been booked.
                          i am waiting since long time.The company and dealer are equally responsibe.vehicle to be delivered at earliest.

                            Dear Gentlemen, This is to bring to your notice that your Dealer Bimal Auto Agency, Whitefield Road, Bengaluru are very bad in Service . We have purchased Ertiga in the month of August 2014. Unfortunately the vehicle got hit from back side and damaged in the first week of October '14 and given for repairs on 6 th Oct'14. Till today the said vehicle is not attended for repairs even after 35 days. We have approached several times and got the reply that they have ordered for the parts required and are yet to receive and nobody know when they get parts.when we asked about approximate delivery date of the vehicle after repairs they have no answers. Is this the way of customer service of your dealer, are they not ashamed of their service ? we are the customers of Maruti vehicles since 1998 and never experienced this type of negligence in service.                                 I am having Ritz Vxi and had done complete vehicle service with M/s Automotive Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd., MIDC, TTC Indl.Area, Plot no.D-234, Shirvane Village, Mumbai Pune Road, Navi Mumbai on[protected]. After service of vehicle it lost its steering balance (I paid for Wheel balancing and alignment during service) and started giving noise from doors and engine. I had given complaint to them directly over phone but not gave response initially. I made complaint to Maruti Suzuki Customer Service Centre. After that they came forward to do service. They had given vehicle delivery on[protected] from their service centre was with bird droppings on body even I paid for paid service. After the monsoon I did complete water service in September 2014. Service personnel told that the protective under body coat done in my vehicle started pealed off. When did I give for a water service in November 6, 2014 service person told me that under body coat is pealed off largely. Please see the attached photo of my car's down side where the protective under body coat had done. Automotive had given a warranty of 3 years for this under coating and charged Rs.3000/- for the job. Within one year the under coat had gone. Invoice no.BR13110050 DTD.[protected]. Job Card No.JC13120319 Now I have a serious doubt about their quality of service. I give vehicle in Maruti Suzuki's Authorised service centre to get quality service. But unfortunately my experience with M/s Automotive Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. was very disappointed.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, I, Jobe Paul, H/O Jincey Roy, purchased an Ertiga VXI from TR Sawhney Motors in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 21st Oct 2014 (Tuesday, Day of Dhanteras). This was in exchange of my old Santro Car which was delivered to them on Sunday morning (19th Oct 2014) and was promised the new car by afternoon or evening, also they took Rs.50000 (Rs.2000 was given earlier) from me for the promise, so that i could not go to any other dealer for the new car. We also met the GM, she also told the same story. But i never got any response and when i went to their showroom in the evening at 4pm, i was told that there is some problem from the delivery end (Sonia Vihar) as the Hydraulic lift is not working and the cars cannot be brought down, hence that day went by. Now since i had already given them my car (Santro - DL2CW7589), i had to travel to my office in Gurgaon Sec 14, by Metro, Auto and Bus for 2 days. Then finally they called us on Tuesday (21st Oct 2014) to collect the car by 9pm, we went there and also paid the remaining amount and collected the car by 10:30pm and in lieu they gave me some extra petrol, and promised to provide us the basic kit, but the next day. When i called them for the same the next day, we were told that the same is not in stock. Did they not know about the stock the previous night (Very Strange) Finally when we went there the next Sunday (26th Nov 2014) and only got the car perfume, steering cover and mats from them, and did not get the car cover and mud flaps which was promised to us. The same feed back was shared with Maruti when they called us for our experience, and when we did share our experience, i believe the same was shared with TR Sawhney. From that day onwards they have been calling us back again and again to take the feedback back and give a positive feedback as it is linked to their incentive (Rs. 2000). After this they hand delivered the car cover to my wife's office, whch is nearby (East of Kailash). Now where did the car cover come from all of a sudden (Strange again), and they also said that the mud flaps are already fitted in the car (Dint they know about it before) Now again, its been about 2 weeks and we still do not have any update on the RC of he vehicle, neither do we have any documents of the Car Loan (HDFC Bank). The sales man also sent a message to me and my wife and forwarded us the number for Maruti toll free[protected] and told us to say that we were not complaining and we are happy now with their service. Now what kind of sales man ship is this or what kind of dealer ship are thy running. If you need i can even forward you the message that they sent us about the same. I was a very happy customer with Hyundai, but was looking for a bigger family car and i had options between Ertiga, Honda Mobilio, Toyota Innova. But finally i chose to go with Maruti Ertiga, and this is the kind of experience i am getting in the first month itself. i have been a loyal customer for Maruti for a long time now, I had 2 Maruti 800 in the past, as of now my father drives an Alto, my wife used to drive an Alto earlier, and after i thought of selling off my Hyundai Santro (which i was satisfied with) i chose to go with Maruti. I am planning to but another small car by Dec or Jan (Alto etc), but having second thoughts of going back to Hyundai (Santro i10 or i20) The Ertiga is in the name of my wife, Jincey Roy, and the registration number is DL3CCF1137.                                     Dear Sir, I have purchased a Maruti Alto 800 from Sky automobile Brahmapur, Ganjam Odisha. during purchase as per quation i have given DD for Rs.3, 47, 089 issued by Bank of Borad in favour of Sky automobile. they gave me money receipt of Rs.3, 47089. but they give me Tax invoice of Rs.3, 44, 301 only . while i have asked for balance amount thay are unable give tax invoice. and unable to give proper satisfactory answer. if maruti motor has online billing system how the dealer take excess mony from the costumers. it is further for your kind information that this is not ony in my case they take money from every costumer.                                       Respected sir/ madam, My Order form no: 5413. I have booked a new maruti suzuki celerio ZXI model on (29.9.2014). Dealer have mentioned that our car will be delivered within 4 weeks of duration. But still now i have not received the vehicle. And there is no proper response form the dealer.I request you to take steps to deliver our vehicle as soon as possible. Thanking you.

                                        At the outset, It was very bad and untolerable experience during purhcase of new vehicle from shivam autozone, kandivali west Mumbai I have booked new Swift Dezire VXI on 28 sept 2014 and got deliery on 22/10/2014 with Mr Vinod Kahar . I and my family was very happy having a new car at my home. But it all gone in vein when i found that the new car has autolock problem on the very first day of the delivery . I was not able to lock one of the door while i drive the vehicle .Though the issue was rectified by workshop guy after 3- 4 days. But please clarify that the amount taken from me was for new car or refurbished old car ? why should i take the problematic vehicle or a repaired car at the cost of new car . There is lot of available option available in market for repaired/refurbished car with much lesser price . If i am paying full amount without asking any discount or offers then why should i take repaired car from the day 1st of delivery . Secondly, It is just not a matter of auto lock not working or old and new car . The dealer has compromised with the safety of my family and me sitting in the vehicle. that can not be tolerable . I request you to look into the matter and take strict action to set an example for other delears whos little ignorance might cause an accident to a happily living family.
