Dear sir I have purchased new Marutimaruti Swift Dezire VXi on the20th Oct 2014 from Maruti dealer Autocreate Wheels Pvt. LTD.(MUMBAI)and car got registered on 1st nov 2014. On 20th nov 2014 the driver of Autocreate service Station did accident of my car Inside their service station. This car is just bought 20days before and because of the negligency of Autocreate Dealer, my new brand car become a accidental car. Why I should suffer because of the negligency of Maruti dealer.I have spent 6.5 lac to buy this new car. The car is lying In the service centre of Maruti I.e Autocreate Mumbai frpm 20th Nov 2014.I was called by Mr. Sanjay Director of this dealership to discuss on this issue but he is not ready to give me my new car. I request you to Please look into this matter by today. I need my new car as i have given a brand new car to This maruti service centre for first service. Regards Parveen

DETAILS :- Vehicle ID - MA3EUA61S00476918, Invoice No. VSL 14000486, Invoice date. 29/08/2014. Order No. SOB14000613 Order date. 26/08/2014. Chasis No. MA3EUA61S00476918GE and Engine No. F8DN5260630. I REMIT THE BELOW AMOUNTS. 1. For booking - 1000/-2. By cash - 200000/-. 3. By cheque - 134900/-. Say TOTAL - 335900/- After that I remit Rs. 6064/- for Centre lock. I also done a KIT Package.(Seat cover, lock handle etc...) When the time of booking the marketing executive booked as FOUR YEAR Extended warranty Scheme. All written details are in my hand. At the time of delivery they did not give extended warranty paper. They says at the time of first service should give the warranty paper.At the time of first service also they did not give the papers. So this time I thought I cheated by maruti suzuki. At the time of delivery they have not give the receipts of 335900/-. Not give the receipt of Handling charge, Offer (discount), Kit package, Extended warranty. ( Only give the receipts of Ex-Show room price, Insurance and Tax). So I am waiting for one week for solving this problems and after that I will go to Consumer Protection Court for justice.         I have a Alto LXI, when i took my car for servicing they put loose engine oil instead of sealed jar & when i ask to show me the container they didn"t show me.They told me all the charges wiill be include in paid service but after work they charged me extra 1800 rupees.

            Today I have visited at your authorised service station K. . P . AUTOMOTIVES, RIICI INDUSTRIAL AREA, MANSAROVAR JAIPUR for check of my car purchased in 05.02.14. The attitude, behaviour of manager was very arrogant. After waiting 2 hrs i didn't get any proper Response.                 Dear Sir I purchase Maruti Ritz ZDI on February 2014 and they issued service book also with my car. In that Service book mention three free services, but today when I visited the service centres for car service they give me service estimate including labour charging, while this is my 3rd labour free service. I asked the service man about labour charging he said to me that 3rd service is not labour free service, in the service book this free coupon is given unnecessary, if want Service of your car you pay labour for it.                   I am having Maruti Swift Dzire VDI car, purchased in Dec 2012 which is having 5 tyre of JK tyre which were supplied with new car. It is 16700 KM old. And suddenly it was started vibrating while running. After checking RKBK AKBARPUR confirmed that all 5 tyre having manufacturing defect (air bubble) and it was tempered so vibrating and it was told that it is dangerous too. RKBK AKBARPUR had given me a letter addressing DASHMESH tyres FAIZABAD. DASHMESH tyres FAIZABAD is saying that please buy tyre from him and within 30 day jk tyre surveyor will come and he will confirm that tyre replacement will be done or not. Later I have talked to RKBK AKBARPUR about DASHMESH tyres FAIZABAD reply. Now RKBK AKBARPUR is diverting me to jk tyre lucknow. I think it's only because of low quality.                     Dear Sir, I have given my Maruti Swift VDI Bearing registration No.DL3CCJ0234 at Maruti Service masters, F39, Okhla Industrial Area Phase -II, New Dlehi - 1100020 on Saturday, 15.11.2014 for the First service. The vehicle is given at 9:30 AM and returned to me at 11:30 AM. When the vehicle is returned after service I have noticed that no cleaning is done either inside or outside. Further to my checking I could find that abnormal sounds from the doors as well as from elsewhere from the vehicle. I have immediately contacted the service manager as well as the service adviser. To my surprises, they informed me that, we could not check the vehicle during the delivery. I have given my car to service masters because, I thought that I will get a reliable and good service. But it is a very bad experience for me and I have been using Maruti vehicle since last many years. If the service at a Maruti owned service is like this, how can one give their vehicle to a service dealer. May I request you to kindly know, how such an irresponsible and poor service can be rendered by a top most automobile company which has a high reputation. I would appreciate you to inform me about the corrective action as well as what best you can ensure me a good service.                       We purchased our ERTIGA VDI BS IV car on August 2012 from Sarathy Auto Cars Kollam. Registration No: KL-16-J-5060, Vehicle Chassis No: MA3FLEB1S00123915, Engine No: D13A1927339 Disel. Cost of the vehicle is more than 9.40 lakh. But the vehicle is not worth upto this price From the beginning we feel the Steering problem, some times power steering become hard and not able to turn. Shock Absorber is also have complaint from the beginning and when we complaint to Sarathy Service Center Trivandrum will attend and they provided better service. But the problems still continues. As comparing to the cost of ERTIGA VDI is above 9 lakh is not comfortable to our earlier MARUTI ALTO LX cost 3 lakh So we request Maruti Company to check up our vehicle by Maruti Engineer and rectify the defects at the Company’s cost.                         Hi, My car stopped due to radiator heating and I took it to the service center. My car is under warranty and the service center is not giving me any assistance and they are saying that they have raised the complaint to some office. It has been 4 days and the car is still in the service center. Let me know what is the process. The car is only 1 year old.

NEW DELHI Sub: Heavy corrosion on body of SWIFT DZIRE VXI car no GJ 16 AJ 9104 Dear Sir, I have purchased SWIFT DZIRE VXI from RAVIRATNA MOTORS PVT LTD – BHARUCH, GUJARAT on 25/07/2010. The details of car is asunder • Model : DZIRE VXI • Chasis no:281652 • Engine no: 1055622 • Colour: S .Silver • Car no: GJ 16 AJ 9104 On body of the CAR a heavy corrosion has been observed. Near petrol tank lid, corrosion has resulted in t a hole. It appears that SWIFT DZIRE VXI before delivery to me must have been damaged & after doing necessary repairing & colour touching work delivered to me.Heavy corrosion observed within 4 -4.5 years with MARUTI CARS is not a normal. The abnormal CAR which has been delivered to me must have be a damaged CAR, & after repairing& colour work delivered as new CAR. * Heavy Corrosion with hole near Petrol tank * Heavy corrosion on left side doors bottom, middle & top * Heavy corrosion on right side bottom, middle & top * Corrosion on DIKI & Bonnet I am attaching photographs of the heavy corrosion observed on the car. The photographs clears shows corrosion on the body of the CAR. Nine photos are attached. It is required to find out extent of damage before delivery of CAR to me & must be compensated by replacement. Hope necessary action will be initiated on immediate basis. CHINCHPOKLI, MUMBAI-12.VIDE INVOICE NO. 492 DT. 31.07.2014 in the name of DEV TOURS AND TRAVELS Vehicle details – MARUTI RITZ VDI Regn No – MH05/BJ-533- LMV TTAXI Chassis No – 361058 Engine No – 1748728 Kms – 250km(At the time of Purchase) We have purchased vehicle from your authorized dealer M/s Fort-point, Chinchpokli, Mumbai. The vehicle which we have purchased with great excitement is white colour but fact is it is repainted from RED to white. Red colour was visible on body while servicing of vehicle By the above incident we become suspicious and cross checked all the documents available. Manufacturing Details we found out were shocking as below. 1. Application to RTO – December – 2011, colour - white 2. Insurance – Nov- 2013, colour white. 3. Registration Book – Nov-2013 colour white. We had asked for new vehicle, your dealer has sold us vehicle which is repainted and 2011 production. We even don’t know weather is first sale or 2nd sale, even we can predict it is the theft vehicle sold to us. Initially when we went to clarify this issue your dealer on very instance he offered us to pay back some amount as it was 2011 model and now no response. By this mail we strongly demand replacement of my vehicle, compensation for mental harassment. We assure you full co-operation if needed to burst this racket or else we will have no option other than filing criminal case against Suzuki and Fort point and also will take support from Consumer forum.                                 Dear sir i have purchase on 22/10/2014 a new maruti swift xxi model which no is Rj-14 cx 3617 from vipul motors, shyam nagar, Ajmer road, jaipur (Raj).on date of purchase i see the door sill guard light not glowing, i complain to sales representative, but that day very rush in showroom and thay given me assurance that after diwali hollyday they will send engineer in my home & solve the problem. but after diwali i call so many time but no result. so after 8days i went to showroom And then they solve the problem. After 2-3day the back side central locking is not working i complain to vipul motor but till today 19.11.2014, no any action done by them. so i request please solve my problem.                                     I BROUGHT A ALTO K10 on yesterday in the name of NITESH KUMAR from AUTO PACE CHANDIGARH THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE CAR WITHOUT PDI I AM ATTACHING THE SNAPS ALSO 1. POWER STEETING IS NOT WORKING IT SEEMS LIKE A TRUCK STEERING 2. THERE IS A SCRATCH ON THE LHS FRONT WINDOW 3. REAR WINDOW HANDLE ON LHS IS SEEMS LIKE VERY OLD 4. BONUT FANCING PLATING IS VERY POOR CINDITION 5. FRONT BONUT INTERNEL WALL RUSTED 6. LOOSE SCREW LYING INSIDE THE BONUT. 7. UNPLUGGED ELECTRICAL CUPPLER. So i giving the cheqe of booking amnt. Rs. 20, 000/- and am and after that am giving the DD of amnt Rs. 6, 40, 787/- and before buy the car ROHAN MOTARS told me that he will giving the my refund amnt of rs. 10, 200/- in a 1 week but after 1 month no body response me about my refund mony. and Mr. Pankaj there is sale person in ROHAN MOTARS he did' not pick-up of my call, am badly to say tha you are giving the very bad service and wrong promisses to customer . this is my hummble request to you.plese response to me and complete the prosess to giving my cash back as soon as possible.
