My two cars, A-star vxi &Swift vxi were under Flood waters on 7th. september 2014 at my residence, Chotta Bazar Srinagar.Batteries of the vehicles were removed before water entered into the vehicles as per technical advice .On the advice of Maruati Suzuki Ltd. the vehicles were toed by Peaks Automobiles Athwajan Srinagar(Authorised Workshop ) to their work shop. The cars are fully Insured by Maruati Suzuki Ltd through Bajaj Alliance &National Insurance Company My complaint is now that till date cars have kept unattended, even washing was not done, though I requested them on 8th, 15th, 23rd October and again on 1st., 8th15th, 24th November to do needful. Even I approached Maruati Regional Officer on telephone no.[protected]/[protected], he told me to approach Maruati Gurgaon Service Head on telephone no[protected] .This man asked me to approach Mr, Vikas, Technical head on Mobile no.[protected]. After hearing me he told, I will be apprised after getting feedback from Peaks Automobiles just to avoid me.This man is not now attending my phone calls. It seems Maruati Suzuki, their Authorised workshops and their sponsored Insurance Companies are in league to FLEECE the customers

    I have purchased a new VDI Swift Dzire care from Regent Autolinks Pvt. Ltd., New Car Dealer Maruti In Ghaziabad, Meerut Road. They have been quoted me the car price Rs. 7 48 453 rupees and said that I will get a cash discount of Rs. 15000+ 3000 = 18000 on this. I have my own Hyundai I10 era model car. I asked them if I could give that car to them and rest by finance. They were OK with that. They quoted Rs. 1, 55, 000 for my March 2008 model, Hyundai I10 era model car. I agreed to it. I asked for any further gifts of discounts if they can offer me apart from that cash discount like seat covers. They introduced us a combo offer of accessories of Rs. 12800 in which we could get the seat covers in a bit discounted rates, but we have to spend extra amount for other accessories. We said but we don't want to spend extra for the seat covers, then Mr. Rahul Sharma who was dealing with us said that he will give a discount of Rs. 6000 on the accessory kit, if we purchase it. We agreed to it because I got that little extra discount which I was expecting. After that Mr. Rahul has given me an extra Rs.1000 cash discount from his own side on final payment. So the Total discount I get on purchasing the Swift Dzire VDI car is: Cash Discount - Rs. 15000 + 3000 + 1000 = Rs. 19000 Seat Cover - Rs. 6000 Total = Rs. 25000 Next Day I come accross an advertisement in New paper named Delhi Times a supplement of Hindustan Times dated 26 November, 2014 saying there is a discount offer on Swift Dzire Upto Rs. 40000. I also booked the car on the same day. i.e. 26 November, 2014. Due to this difference in the benefit I get from the dealer I was disturbed. I went to the showroom, but unfortunatly I could not meet Mr. Rahul Sharm as he was on leave, so I talked to the head sales of Regent Autolinks Pvt. Ltd. He told me that he have given me a benefit of Exchange offer of Rs. 20000 which is included in the value of my Hyundai I10 era model car. Which I could not digest, because it was not told to me that this amount is included in my Car exchange amount. It simply means that they have taken my car in just Rs. 1, 35, 000 only. I am not sure that I would give my car in that amount. So this is not a good deal and I say that this is a fraudulent deal done with me. I am not happy with this, please look into this matter.       My car is Maruti EECO. Its register no. is UP32 EU2672. I had given car to Kapoor Moters Alambagh for servicing on 23.11.2014. Kapoor Moters Chared extra amount for servicing. Kapoor Moters charged Rs.1397.21 for engine oil but didnot fill engine oil. According to company rule Engine oil change if one year is completed or 10000 km are completed but 3 months are left and 4000 Km are left. Kapoor Moters had also charged Rs.450/- for Fuel Injector Assy. There was no problem in fuel Injector

        i purchased wagon r vxi MHO2 CW 71 in march 2013, since the day the purchased car is having constant resting vibrations like diesel car, it constants jutters on pick up, stop s several times in traffic in 1 and 2 gear .its mileage is less than 9 kms .i have visited service stations spectra borivili east several times may be 15 times .there is no resoulution of complaint .ishowed to a reputed mechanic outside who opines this car has a manufacturing defect .maruti spectra are complete cheats and liars .i have not spend 5 lakhs for this piece of trash . please give me a replacement as they have taken me for a ride for almost 1 year . thanks, ajay jain mob [protected]

          Dear All, This is with the reference to incidence happened with me on dated 26/11/2014. i am using maruti Suzuki swift dzire. i bought it on 03/03/2014. while traveling outside car got stuck with an animal and got fully damaged the car was moving on its normal speed but suddenly an animal stuck in my car in that mean time air bags of car need to be open to prevent us but our bad luck because the air bags of car did not work at that time. if i am spending huge amount for buying luxury car one of the major reason for that is safety. before buying the car when i visits the showroom the sales man told me if by bad luck car met with accident its air bags got opened and provide us safety if this type of negligence is happening in brands like maruti in new cars then what will i expect in future. it shows maruti is nothing in its service matters. after all that my question arise who will compensate for the whole as maruti suzuki is totally liable for all this physical loss to both car and persons traveling in the car at that mean time. i send this mail for expecting all required compensations from maruti suzuki as the same was technical fault in new car. below attached the copy of bill and photographs of car after met with accident feel free to contact expecting good response thanks and regards usha ahuja [protected]

            Dear Sir, My maruti Celerio Car having registration no DL5CJ-8420. My complaint is on my car First Service at Fair Deal Sahibabad Service Centre I get the bill of second service instead of first service. I complaint to service centre they told me that at the time of second service they resolved the matter and make the correction in bill. At the time of second service at Fair Deal Noida Sector 10 they misguide me and do the service of R.R. (Running Repair) instead of second service. The invoice bill was received by me from driver of company who drop my car to my home and bill amount of Rs. 1250 paid by me to company. When I talk to regarding person they can’t solve my problem and told me do whatever you want complaint or anything what so ever. I am having extended four year additional warranty. If any problem held regarding service who will manage the problem. On dated 03/11/2014 I lodge a complaint no [protected] through customer care. On dated 13/11/2014 I call customer care for enquiry of my complaint the status is complaint is under process. On dated 03/11/2014 I again call customer care for enquiry they told me that the complaint was closed. I request customer care to reopen my first complaint they give me another complaint no [protected]. Why they closed the complaint without resolving the matter and without informing me. I haven’t receive any message or call from them. I request you to resolve my problem and take stick action against the regarding persons. I GOT MY WIND SCREEN CHANGED THERE AFTER THAT MY CAR PLASTIC PARTS WERE NOT FITTED PROPERLY I ASKED THEM ABOUT THE SAME AND I GOT NO PROPER FEEDBACK THEY TOOK MY CAR AGAIN TO FIT THEM PROPERELY BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE THEY TOOK MY CAR MULTIPLES TIME BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. THEY PUT SOME ADHESIVE ON THE PARTS BUT STILL NO SOLUTION STILL THE PARTS ARE COMING OUT. I AM FEDUP OF SENDING MY CAR AGAIN AND AGAIN KINDLY SUGGEST WHAT TO DO.                 Dear Sir, I am owner of Maruti Zen of 2003 model with registration No. JH 01E 9200. The vehicle was given to M/S S K Wheels Pvt. Ltd (Turbhe, Navi Mumbai) on 23.11.2014 for the following work and after completion of work given back to me on 25.11.2014. (a) Anti Rust Coating (b) To check and address the noise from the steering (c) To remove the noise from driving seat door 2. My complaint is as under: (a) Anti rust coating was done quite carelessly leaving behind the black spots of the paint on all the doors and nearby areas. Probably these areas have not been properly covered before going for the spray paint. (b) It was advised to me that there is a noise from the rake of the Case Set Assembly . Here I would like to advise that the Case Set Assembly for the Steering was replaced by the company on 26.04.2014. It is surprising that during less that 7 months time the MGP spare part started making noise. The company tries to service the spare and remove the noise but they could not do so and advise me that it was having a warranty of six months only. (c) The noise from the door has been removed to large extent. 3. Request Maruti Udyog Limited to look in to the matter and address my complaint.                     In the month of Jan-2014, I purchased a new Wagnor car from Vitesse (Worli, Mumbai). From day one I am observing a dust smell in the car if I switch on the car air condition (AC). Sales person told me this might be because of new car and if there is any issue then it gets resolved in first service. On 18-Feb-2014, I visited Fort Point service center for first car servicing which is situated in Khewara circle, Thane (W). During test drive i.e. before servicing Mr. Vijay (Engineer) admitted that there is a dust smell after switch on the AC. So to fixed this issue he installed AC cabin filter (Rs 410/-). But even after servicing and installing that filter I can still smell the dust. After few days i.e. 24-Feb-2014, Mr. Pritam Parab (Asst. Works Manager, Fort Point, Thane) called me and asked for my unsatisfactory survey. So after his test drive, he also admitted the dust (unusual) smell. So to fixed an issue, he asked AC engineer to open the entire dashboard and cleaned the AC coils with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Couple of days there was no smell but it starts again after couple of days. This time frequency was less than before. Today also I reproduced this dust smell but Maruti people are not agree on this dust smell and as per them it is a normal smell and natural phenomenon. So I requested to reproduce it in another car and I am ready to close this issue but they are not ready to reproduce this normal smell (as per them) in another cars. Requesting you to please let me know, what can be done? I have a long email chain which I am doing as a follow-up with multiple Maruti seniors. Regards Ashish

                      Dear sir I have purchased new Marutimaruti Swift Dezire VXi on the20th Oct 2014 from Maruti dealer Autocreate Wheels Pvt. LTD.(MUMBAI)and car got registered on 1st nov 2014. On 20th nov 2014 the driver of Autocreate service Station did accident of my car Inside their service station. This car is just bought 20days before and because of the negligency of Autocreate Dealer, my new brand car become a accidental car. Why I should suffer because of the negligency of Maruti dealer.I have spent 6.5 lac to buy this new car. The car is lying In the service centre of Maruti I.e Autocreate Mumbai frpm 20th Nov 2014.I was called by Mr. Sanjay Director of this dealership to discuss on this issue but he is not ready to give me my new car. DETAILS :- Vehicle ID - MA3EUA61S00476918, Invoice No. VSL 14000486, Invoice date. 29/08/2014. Order No. SOB14000613 Order date. 26/08/2014. Chasis No. MA3EUA61S00476918GE and Engine No. F8DN5260630. I REMIT THE BELOW AMOUNTS. 1. For booking - 1000/-2. By cash - 200000/-. 3. By cheque - 134900/-. Say TOTAL - 335900/- After that I remit Rs. 6064/- for Centre lock. I also done a KIT Package.(Seat cover, lock handle etc...) When the time of booking the marketing executive booked as FOUR YEAR Extended warranty Scheme. All written details are in my hand. At the time of delivery they did not give extended warranty paper. They says at the time of first service should give the warranty paper.At the time of first service also they did not give the papers. So this time I thought I cheated by maruti suzuki. At the time of delivery they have not give the receipts of 335900/-. Not give the receipt of Handling charge, Offer (discount), Kit package, Extended warranty. ( Only give the receipts of Ex-Show room price, Insurance and Tax). So I am waiting for one week for solving this problems and after that I will go to Consumer Protection Court for justice.                             I have a Alto LXI, when i took my car for servicing they put loose engine oil instead of sealed jar & when i ask to show me the container they didn"t show me.They told me all the charges wiill be include in paid service but after work they charged me extra 1800 rupees.

The attitude, behaviour of manager was very arrogant. After waiting 2 hrs i didn't get any proper Response.                                     Dear Sir I purchase Maruti Ritz ZDI on February 2014 and they issued service book also with my car. In that Service book mention three free services, but today when I visited the service centres for car service they give me service estimate including labour charging, while this is my 3rd labour free service. I asked the service man about labour charging he said to me that 3rd service is not labour free service, in the service book this free coupon is given unnecessary, if want Service of your car you pay labour for it.                                       I am having Maruti Swift Dzire VDI car, purchased in Dec 2012 which is having 5 tyre of JK tyre which were supplied with new car. It is 16700 KM old. And suddenly it was started vibrating while running. After checking RKBK AKBARPUR confirmed that all 5 tyre having manufacturing defect (air bubble) and it was tempered so vibrating and it was told that it is dangerous too. RKBK AKBARPUR had given me a letter addressing DASHMESH tyres FAIZABAD. DASHMESH tyres FAIZABAD is saying that please buy tyre from him and within 30 day jk tyre surveyor will come and he will confirm that tyre replacement will be done or not. Later I have talked to RKBK AKBARPUR about DASHMESH tyres FAIZABAD reply. Now RKBK AKBARPUR is diverting me to jk tyre lucknow. I think it's only because of low quality.                                         Dear Sir, I have given my Maruti Swift VDI Bearing registration No.DL3CCJ0234 at Maruti Service masters, F39, Okhla Industrial Area Phase -II, New Dlehi - 1100020 on Saturday, 15.11.2014 for the First service. The vehicle is given at 9:30 AM and returned to me at 11:30 AM. When the vehicle is returned after service I have noticed that no cleaning is done either inside or outside. Further to my checking I could find that abnormal sounds from the doors as well as from elsewhere from the vehicle. I have immediately contacted the service manager as well as the service adviser. To my surprises, they informed me that, we could not check the vehicle during the delivery. I have given my car to service masters because, I thought that I will get a reliable and good service. But it is a very bad experience for me and I have been using Maruti vehicle since last many years. If the service at a Maruti owned service is like this, how can one give their vehicle to a service dealer. May I request you to kindly know, how such an irresponsible and poor service can be rendered by a top most automobile company which has a high reputation. I would appreciate you to inform me about the corrective action as well as what best you can ensure me a good service.
