    Dear Sir, I purchased a Wagon-R with the following details: Qwmner's name - Namita.B.S Maruti Wagon-R VXI Reg date - 03/10/2011 Chasis number - MA3EWDE1S00280629 Engine num - K10BN1413460 I have been driving for 3 years to office and back. The distance covered in KM is 40, 800 as of now. The servicing is done on time. The change of the various fluids/oils as per user manual is done as instructed at authorized service centers. Presently at Nexus, Sathnur, Bangalore. Now, in three years of my use, the door show the sighs of rusting. The car first at my home was Maruti 800. Even after use for 18 years, there were no such signs of "rust" in my dad's Maruti. These symptoms of rust on the doors are highly unacceptable and unexpected from such a highly reputed brand. All the 5 members (adults) in my family have Maruti (age of the cars range from 18 years old to 1 year old). Why is mine rusted? Please specify the measures that would be taken in order to rectify the problem. Would I be entitled for change of doors under warranty. Can this sort of supply from Maruti be expected and is this to be accepted too. What if more damage be done to my car because of the spread of the rust. Expidite the solution to the problem please.

    Rusted car is delivered to us and no solution yet to the problem neither by dealer nor by Maruti. We got September 2014 make car on 28th Jan 2015. We got to know about this when we got provisional RC. Rust on internally and Externally. Also in billing there is a difference of around INR 2200. Please contact on my phone number [protected]. We are in so much and no response from Maruti. Has sales of Dezire VDI gone so low that dealer had 4 months old car in its stock?

      I have sent this letter to HDFC but the Bank is officer are stating that your dealer has to follow the proper procedure and do not come to us, Respected sir I m facing to much inconvenience as my car loan was already sanctioned from TVS, but the cheque is not given to me as NOC of HDFC is not given to me, Hence do the needful immediately.         I booked a swift LXI(O) car with "" TRICITY AUTOS ZIRAKPUR PATIALA HIGHWAY"" on 17 December 2014 The Sales man MR Gurprett Singh Promised me to deliver car within 2 days . He told me that it was available in his stock. After 2 days he told me that VXI model was available n LXI (O) was not available .He was actually lying upon me .He cancelled my order n promised to delver my refund next day .i gave him a a call every next day but didn't received my refund i received my check on 2 January that RS 250 deducted .And check was not delivered i had to go and collect it the car was not cancelled by me than why should i bear these charges neither of the sales executive got any communications skills to properly talk to the customers it was really a horrible experience with your company and would rather say that maruti dealers only know how to fool their customers and provide immensely third class service by only telling lies to the customer the executives were rather arguing with me please look into the matter and try to make sure that you don't loose any more valuable customers
        maruti may provide good cars but provides extremely poor services

          We have purchased a Maruthi Ritz vdi from RNS Motors on 27th June 2011 . On running the vehicle we have observed some crackling sound on the back beam where the springs are held. We have informed Mr.Manjunath of RNS motors of yeswanthpur regarding this. This problem is observed only when the vehicle move over humps or troughs.He tried to correct by placing bushes and informed us that the problems is solved. but we observed that the crackling sound . To this his explanation was that the, the car design was such that, the sound cannot be eliminated.We were running the vehicle like that for long.( this is in first service) A year back we have switched our service to M/S BIMAL OF PEENYA as it is near to our place of working. Recently when we gave the vehicle for servicing, we informed to Engineer the beam sound at the back, and requested him to look into it and informed him the design problem as informed by Rns motors.To this he informed that there is no design problem and we we toolk a trial run of another vehicle and found no sound. since our extended warranty is still available he will change the parts after talking to his manager. He checked beam on the raised flatform and observed minor V type depression and expressed opinion that the the vehicle got damaged. We explained him that we have never hit anything in reversing the vehicle, this must have been from the beginning .vehicles are reversed in car parking only and that to slowly and there is no possibility of stones in parking area. We feel we are cheated by Maruthi dealer and we request you to correct the beam at the earliest.My vehicle no.KA02-MF-5838 m.CHIKKIYAN

            I bought Ciaz on 12-Nov-14 from CM Auto Chandigarh.After one month of driving i noticed that Paint quality of the car is really poor when a small scratch on the car will show the white color base.I Used Maruti Car from last 5-6 years and loyal to Maruti so buy Maruti car without much inspection but what Maruti is doing now? Killing the confidence of their loyal customer by producing such a poor quality car.

              I booked a new maruti suzuki swift ZXI Granite gray with CSD rateson 17.12.2014 after getting confirmation that they have available stock. After paying full payment on 30.12.2014, till now we didn't received our delivery. Our payment included 5 lakhs 5 thousand cash and loan of 2 lakhs. But till now M/s Popular vehicles and services ltd, thalassery, kannur, kerala under kozhikode branch are not delivering our delivery with lots of excuses wwhich we are facing daily from them.                 I am a loyal customer of maruti since 1999.My first car was maruti 800 purchased in the year 1999.Its registration number was DL-2CK-7187 in the name of Jagdish Ram Kohli. My second car( wagon R LXI) Number DL-9CM-4660 was purchased in the name of National Insurance Co.Ltd in the year 2005. My third car Maruti Desize pruchese December 2011 in the name of National Insurance Co.Ltd.Its number is DL-2C-AN-8641. Recently i got service my car at Apra motor, who informed that there is a clutch plate and bearing job is required.Immediatley i send my car at Naraina Maruti serive station and got repair clutch plate and bearing.After receiving the car I found that still car making noise. Upon noticing the engine sound, the vehicle is taken for the repairs at your outlet m/s Naraina maruti service station on dt. 27/12/20124, but it has been conveyed that the engine has sustained the mechanical damages and repairs are beyond the scope of the warranty. It covered only 47800 km. I would like to mentioned that Since inception 1999 my all car has been service at Maruti authorised service station as per schedule given by maruti.This car also since inception has been serviced at maruti master okhla.The record can be verified from the workshop. Please note that while the engine damages not due to lack of any due periodic maintenance, hence it is beyond my knowledge and belief that same cannot be considered under warranty. And under the given circumstances i would like to seek clarification that 1, whether i failed to arrange the vehicle to your authorised dealers for timely maintenance service or the service was not up to the Maruti Standards with those authorised dealers. 2, whether it is an average mileage when the vehicle Maruti Dezire Vxi experiences such periodic maintenance or it is an abnormal repairs pl elaborate. 3, if the dealers are failed to prove that all the services and periodic maintenance are not timely held and such said repairs are abnormal, please explain why dealer should not entertain the repairs on warranty. I hope you shall take this case on merits and shall follow till it’s judiciously end as it to cause me exorbitant sum without any of my fault, unnecessary loss of money on taxi hiring, loss of mental peace and fighting for my right in this harsh winter weather.                   Dear sir i have purchase car no. GJ16BB6319 maruti swift dzire from kataria automobile baroda on date . i have complete two nos of free service in time line . on date i have got accident with truck . as my car is badly damage in accident i send my car to dealer for repairing. as car insurance is given by car dealer we take repairing of whole car in accident claim . as insurance party assure us to take full damage insurance we agree on repairing of car. now after many follow-up after more 6 month when we go to check condition of repair car we found that car is ready . when technician give trial of car we found some cranking sound from engine. so we inform techanician about this sound than he ask that this is engine internal fault and we are npt responsible for this if we want to repair this than we have to pay 1.5 lac to him for this engine overhauling. as car is under warranty and all service done in authorised centre than how engine problem occur directly . please check out this and solve our problem else i need to go to consumer forum for justice please reply my car details is follow car no ; GJ 16 BB 6319 purchase date :09.03.2013 engine no: 2083141 chasis no 274431 HASMUKH PATEL [protected]

                    I have booked maruti celerio -vxi - blazing red, at RKS Saboo, Malakpet, Hyderabad for which the executive Mr. Shiva has collected all the loan documents for processing. I was also give the customer docket for booking the vehicle. I have informed the executive Mr.Shiva & SM Mr. Hemant, that I would be taking the delivery on 29-Dec-2014 & they agreed for the same. 2 days before i.e. on 27-Dec-2014, Mr.Shiva, had called me & informed that my loan has been sactioned & to be there at their branch at 11.00 a.m. in the morning as i need to complete the formalities including signing of post sanction loan documents at SBI, Malakpet . On 28-Dec-2014, i called Mr.Hemant to inform him that myself & my wife would be coming tomorrow morning & if there are any other documents to be carried along with us . To my surprise, he simply informed me that, the celerio -VXI red which i booked is not available . When I asked him, how did you book the vehicle without availability of red colour & how did the exeuctive has asked me to come to branch for delivery, he simply informed me that red color is not available, if I want I can take white color. I was shocked with the response of this SM, ispite of knowing that i am coming for delivery of the vehcile, the very next day. Immediatley I called to AGM Mr. Anand of this branch & questioned him that how his SM & exeuctive can cheat me like this. Even AGM also was very caual & informed me that he would check & get back, but there was no response from him after that. I have undergone mental harrassment from Mr. Shiva & Hemant who has given false promise, just to achieve the targets of booking & do not have basic ethics & sensitivity towards customers. I have spent my valuable time & energy on submitting various documets to these people & also to the bank . Myself & my wife have also took leave on 29-Dec-2014 expecting to take the delivery of the maruti vehcile, which is leave loss to us for one day. With this experience, I lost faith in maruti dealers . Ultimately I had to go for Hyundai who had sancitoned my loan in 1hr & delivered the vehicle immeidatley . I am writing this mail to take all the necessary actions required, so that no such customer would suffer like this from Maruti dealer staff. Hope, I would get back my booking amount atleast. Now I'm very much impressed on maruti celerio and planned to get, but the worrying part is celerio AGS doesnt come in ZXI model.                           I regret to inform you that my vehicle model Swift Dzire with registration No- MH 12 JC 6489 was on journey towards Siliguri and encountered an air condition leakage problem near varanasi so i contacted maruti authorised dealer ( Dealer Name- Varanasi Motors) in varanasi but after solving my air condition issue, the workshop incharge head Mr. Rinku Tiwari realised a small oil leakage so to check the leakage he again took the vehicle inside the workshop but while repairing due to unskilled labor they broke my crank sharp but they tried to tell us that they are just checking from where the leakage is being but however on our asking them forcefully and giving pressure from ourside they told us the real damage made by them and they told that they will repair it and give my vehicle. But due to negligence my oil leakage work was not done properly and when i came back to my city and showed the vehicle to my workshop in pune (Dealer- Chowgule Industries Pvt. Ltd.) and they told me that the work done by varanasi motor is not done properly and there is lot of oil leakage so we have to do the work again.Now my dealer not taking the responsibilty of the other dealer and the estimated cost of repair is Rs14000 and also the varanasi motor dealer has not updated the work done by them and when i tried to contact them they are not taking the responsibility now and later on now they are not picking up my phone call so what shall i do now if authorised dealers do such things. I have the telephonic conversation recording done with the representative of the dealer and also the photos while doing the work. I would be filling the same against maruti dealer with all the evidence in the consumer court for my vehicle damage. Request you to take some serious action against the dealer. Regards, Sangram Nikam

                              Hi, Recently I have given my swift VDI to RKS MOTOTS, UPPAL, HYDERABAD. I have seen there below issues. 1) when they go for test or trial drive to identify technical issues before taking car, totally waste of technical team they cannot even identified minior issues. 2) after taking vehicle and all the will call for extra parts replacement. 3) even the parts have been changed, issues will remain the same. Recently i have given my car for servicing on 40000 kms. my car has no issue when I given the car for servicing. They taken my vehicle for normal service. I went my home then. After they finishing the service, Gears are not moving so they called me to change something and they wanted to come there . So I went there and seen the issue asked them to reset the setting normal. They dismantle related parts and showed me to change the part . if the part related to clutch will change every thing will be fine. I agree to change the part so they changed the part. Even they change the part, my Vehicle Gears are moving very hard compare to my previous settings. Now I am bathering that un necessarily given my vehicle to Rks motors. I already paid Rs 18000 for servicing . please help me out how can my issue will be resolved.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I want to bring my discomfort into your consideration against the services of K P Automotives Pvt Ltd Mansarovar, jaipur, Rajasthan. I took my car Maruti Ritz Diesel RJ 14 CG 4997 for service on[protected], Saturday at 9:15am and after taking the Job card opened, service advisor gave me the delivery time as 4:00pm, after that I went to office. Before leaving I asked him to call me if there is anything which you want e to recommend for further action. In evening, I reached at service centre around 3:45pm, then he told me that vehicle is ready, by looking at the condition of vehicle I was surprised as it was not properly washed. I asked him about any other observation then he told me that the INTER COOLER and left shocker are leaking then I asked him the price of INTER COLLER; he told me 3500/- I asked him please get this replaced. He told me to take the vehicle and after[protected] KM drive I should get this replaced. I told him I don’t have time till next 3 months hence please get this replaced as I knew that this will take hardly 1 hour to get this replaced. He didn’t sound positive. I took the vehicle to home though I was not happy with the services. On the way to home I got to know that still doors were not properly set as I requested at the time of JOB was given and very next day morning I saw water leaking from the front. I called the advisor and he told me to bring the vehicle to service centre. I took the vehicle to service centre at 10:00am then he checked for 1 hour and then told that this was from the over flow of wiper bottle as it got filled, it would not happen again. Then I told other problem and he gave the reason of INTER COLLER for every problem then I asked him to get this replaced. He started giving excuse but I was firmed to get this replaced so he opened the job card again and told me the amount as 5500/- I told him yesterday you told me 3500/- then how come it becomes 5, 500/-. He told it was approximate amount; this was really very surprising that 3500/- was the approximate amount of 5500/-. I asked him that I have to go somewhere please get this done on priority. At the same time I complaint him about the washing which got applied to vehicle. He gave me every reason of proving this up to the level and didn’t accept that vehicle was not washed properly. I waited till 1:10pm then I saw the vehicle coming to yard after replacement. I asked advisor to get this washed as I was getting late and was quite hungry. Moreover there was no pantry or canteen in the premises that customer can have something. He told me there will be lunch between 1:30pm to 2:00pm and no work will be done during this time. I told him still there is 20 minutes then he told me that he would check. Till 2:15pm my car was not moved from the shed for washing then I asked billing team to give me gate pass as I wanted to move. I didn’t have anything since morning and my son was waiting for the coaching as I had an appointment with my son’s coach for the session. After getting the bill paid I called up to customer support manager and he told me that he is on leave and gave me name of his representative to talk, he didn’t even ask the problem and should have talked to his representative to attend the case. I spoke to the person who was the representative of customer support division he told me to meet the advisor, I told that I had problem with advisor’s services therefore I approached him. He didn’t even ready to see the car, I insisted to see the vehicle; he agreed and just looked and asked me what is the problem in the washing then I showed everything then He was ready to get this washed again. But by this time he was saying though washing is quite perfect but if you want, we can get this washed again in 2 minutes. I told I didn’t want this to be washed in 2 minutes which will ultimately not resolve the issue and what about the time which I have spent in last 2 days then he didn’t even try to get me convinced.I came from there saying I will talk to Maruti forum, they didn’t even bother listening that. Today morning again there was so much water leaking from the front of my vehicle. I don’t know how to address as I gave my vehicle for services that time there was no such issue however now I have been chasing with them but they are not resolving the issue. I don’t have time to visit the service centre again as there is no one who listens the customer properly.                                     Dear Team, Warm Morning Greetings. Subject:- Wrong machine/car sold to me. I am a loyal customer of Maruti machines since more than a decade. My first ride was Maruti Swift while I bought my 2nd ride last year as Maruti Ritz. And we are proud owner of many Maruti cars since 1999, our first family drive Maruti 800. Till the day we have changed/bought more than 10 cars in my blood relation and all are Maruti till the day. Here below is my saga/agony which is still going on in short:-  I got delivery of my 2nd personal car (Maruti Ritz DL 9C AC 7685) on 26th May, 2013. Was happy with new members at home but happiness wasn’t last long.  Went for first service and asked service team about issue with clutch & no power in car. They did something & I took back my ride at home. Issue was still there. Got after service call from Maruti, I asked them about the issue & they ensure me it’s a new car so with some more kilometers on odo problem will be resolved.  Went for 2nd service and asked about issue with clutch & power again (these are the 2 major concerns with my Ritz & because of these I don’t feel safe to take it out for long rides). Servicing done amount paid car at home again. Again got after service call from representative of maruti, informed them issue still persist. They ensure me that someone form Maruti will visit my home & cross check the issue. A person came at home, drive the car do some tweaking with clutch cable. And finally told its normal behavior of RitZ & will be resolved with few more on Odo. I wasn’t agree at all but wasn’t having any other options.  Was on a trip to Chandigarh & somehow my uncle drive my car. Immediately he told your machine is not correct. Went to Maruti service station in Mohali (won’t remember the exact address), team cross checked the car again do some tweaking with clutch wire again. But nothing fruitful. Went for 3rd service with fully prepared. Again same question from my side clutch & power. Servicing done. I asked the representative to cross check again & he confirmed there is no issue. I wasn’t satisfied at all. But still as loyal to Maruti paid the amount. Got after service call, inform about my pain. Another service engg came home drive the car & informed me that cluth wire need to be replaced. I was very angry & frustrated. Still went again to Maruti. Car again cross checked by service team, said they will speak with their seniors. Again went to Maruti service station & they inform me clutch wire replacement will solve the issue. I was very much sure as issue is not with clutch wire, issue is genetic in this particular machine. Still as mad of me of loyality to Maruti, got wire changed. Paid the amount & on the spot inform to customer manager sitting over there that issue still persist & its something big. Which your team is trying to dissuade me since day-1. Customer care manager convince me that they will speak with their seniors & put my case in front. She confirm me that I will get confirmation call from them in next 24 hours. Next steps:- 1. My machine you sold to me is having problem since inception/delivery. 2. I am holding my trust level till now but now its fading. 3. I am driving this machine for last 1+ years with all frustration in me & without knowing kind of results this wrong machine can produce. I don’t know those will be fatel or not, but surely they have Detroit my body physical elements. 4. My family is mad upon me why I am not taking hard step. 5. And this is the first step that I am taking against you after so much of frustration/depression which is because of this machine. 6. I want to know why no one is taking responsibility/accountability since day-1 of machine sold. 7. Why no one is there to say yes its have problem & we will rectify from the root. 8.                                       I have booked SWIFT ZXI variant from Solamalai Automobiles Madurai (Ramanathapuram), in August last week, they said they did not have a stock and all the old swift production stopped, because of the facelift 2014 launch. After a long wait Swift Facelift launched in the last week of November, but the dealer has not delivered the car yet. when i approached them last week, they said they will refund the money. After i mentioned that, i will complain against the dealer to Maruti, they said they will deliver 2015 model Swift in the first week of January. I am wondering is that really possible to get 2015 model vehicle in the first week of January? or they try cheating me again? I am much worried and had a worst experience from the dealer. Please suggest, how to proceed further??
