Dear Sir, With reference to the above claim of my car I have hereby lodge a complaint for claim paid to M/S Rohan Motors, Dehradun for using fraudulent means and bogus documents as per details given hereunder under: 1. The vehicle was taken to M/S Rohan Motors, GMS Road, Dehradun for repairs for an accidental damage. 2. The vehicle was said to have been inspected by Mr.Rajesh Dang, Surveyor, Dehradun as per estimate submitted by the dealer. 3. The undersigned visited the workshop of the dealer several times to check on the repairs and replacement of the vehicle which was not only very unsatisfactory but many parts were found missing and the vehicle was found dented, scratched and further damaged at many places while it was parked at their workshop. 4. The Body shop manager Mr. Deepak Razdan and the body shop advisors Mr. Vinod Dabral along with the other staff had witnessed the discussions held wherein the poor denting beating & paint workmanship some parts were also missing and was reported to the management. Thereafter Mr. Naveen Tomar, the Sr.G.M of M/S Rohan Motors had intervened in the matter and assured to resolve the same. 5. Even after elapse of four months the matter was not resolved and ever since the vehicle has been parked at their workshop for reasons best known to Rohan Motors. 6. I have gathered from the Insurance claims department that the claim of my car has been paid to M/S Rohan Motors as per documents on file. 7. I have not signed the satisfaction letter nor signed any bills/vouchers towards the settlement of the car. The vehicle was neither delivered to me nor have I paid the difference amount towards my portion of expenses towards depreciation, consumables, deductions excess clause etc. 8. The repairer has used fraudulent means to get the claim paid by the Insurance Company by forging my signatures. 9. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action in this regard. I shall not hesitate to report the matter to higher offices to highlight the case of cheating and fraud played on me. Thanking you, Mukul Handa

I had visited to Rohan Motors but I had a very bad experience with its customer services mainly from Anchal. Aanchal & Shivani are loosing the customer of Rohan
Motors just because of their bad behaviour with customers as well as
with their colleagues and rest employees are good. I should say to the
managing department of Rohan Motors that they must watch out the Aanchal & Shivani's behaviour with their customers and colleagues to make a friendly environment there, so that the customers can feel happiness when they visit to Rohan Motors.
At Rohan Motors, Yamuna Colony DehradunI have done routine service of my Alto Car Uk07AM9887 on dated[protected]. Next day I found That the car was not proper washed under the body. After 2-3 days I received a routine call from the customer care services of Rohan Motors Dehradun about inquiring the quality and satisfaction for the work done. I told the car was not proper washed from under the body. Ms. Anuradha who called me, informed that our washing machine for this purpose is out of order and as soon as it will be ok we will recall you for the rewashing of the car from under. I was astonished that i should have been informed by the service execute that the washing could not be done properly under the body, while giving the delivery of my serviced car, but not? . I received a call after one week that I can bring my car for rewash but that time I was on tour to Orissa and I expressed I will be back by 2nd December, 2018. After that I didnt received any call from the customer section of the Rohan Motors at all.
I am here expressing my experience that how these companies cheats customer in from of not giving services to the mark at least.

    I, Mrs. Sutapa Sen, booked an old swift lxi (2014 new car only) on 6.12.14 with a chq. of rs. 10, 000 with the One Auto Pvt. ltd, kalikapur. On 9thDec. i made the full payment with necessary documents but did not get the delivery of my car yet. the person who dealt the matter is Roni Paul. Regarding documents submission too we faced a number of problems as he was not satisfied with e-mail print out of my state bank account details for my address proof.       Dear Sir We have purchased "New Alto K10 VXI" car (registration No JH-10-AS-9989 and chassis No MA3E2DEIS00109006, Engine No K10BN1805760) from your authorized dealer/ distributor M/S Reliable Industries, Motors - Dhanbad - Kola Kusma, saraidhela Branch. The vehicle was delivered to us on 19/11/2014. While driving the vehicle, the below detailed issues were observed. 1. Key Off audible reminder feature 2. Head lamp On warning buzzer is not working The new model should have been PDI by the dealer before delivering to customer. But these feature were not verified during PDI by Dealer/Distributor but later on feature issue has been identified by customer. Now when the same has been shown to the Service center team of the same dealer, they are not able to solve the issue. Can some action can be taken so that mentioned feature are in working condition.         We bought a new car Ciaz Zdi which was delivered on the 2nd week of November. It has been more than one month and we have not received the number yet. One month after the submission of the form and completion of other formalities, a sales executive called me and informed that one seal is missing on the form. It has been more than a month and still they have not submitted the form (which after one month they find is incomplete). This is a way in which this particular showroom operates and make a lot of money from the interests on the all the amount submitted by various customers. This is the second time this has happened with us (last year we bought Dzire and faced the same problem from the same showroom) and this time I am planning to take some action against this.

          My name is V.Saravana kumar from Tamilnadu and I am working in Zf wind power ( German base MNC) I bought swift VDI on jan'2014 from Jayakrishna maruthi, coimbatore during this time I got some reduction in price for that I have taken the Jayakrishna team into my factory campus for marketing and under my reference 4 additional cars are booked They told me that for 4 cars you will get 4000 points and this will be deducted during your service period but I got the card only after 3 months during my 3rd free service. After 3rd for service, my bill amount was Rs 5900 and I gave this card but the points are not added and the service persons are disturbed me for long time and this is also very big cheating because they have given the card as empty i.e., no points added and I again went to Jayakrishna maruthi, Coimbatore to update the card and there I waited more than 3 hours and no body is respected me And the interior is framed with orange colour door frame and sheet cover and I paid Rs25000 extra for this but with in 3 months the entire orange colour is gone and become fad So I kindly request you to look into this immediately otherwise you will loose huge number of customer infuture and also I request you to ask your dealer to return back my Rs25000 Regards

            Hi, My name is Pardeep and I owned Maruti K10 and I was suspecting that it could be an issue with either wheel balancing or alignment. So, I been to one of your service center "Insuh auto" in Faridabad. First of all, when the worker tried to open the wheel cover, he broke that and stating that the quality of the cover is poor, so, it can be break. When I said he needs to bear the loss of that cover, he eventually changed it which is fine. Now, when I asked him to do a check which was my first requirement, I have been told by their supervisor that we can't provide you service as wheel cover can be broke. Now, I have two concerns, a) The quality of the wheel base is so poor that even mechanic can't remove it . Then I think company needs to take the responsibility of it so that I can go and ask service center to provide me the service without any fear. b) Or mechanic was not that technically sound to do the job, properly. WHO WILL SOLVE THIS FOR ME THAT'S A BIGGEST QUESTION HERE. I have been using this car from past 3 years and I never face such issues with service center. O, Palakkad, Kerala - 678707 I have a Swift desire (VX i model). There was a complaint with the alarm system during my last service during August. I had warranty that time and they told me that it will be replaced without any cost. As there was no stock during that time, they told me to wait and told that they will inform when stock arrives. But its been several months and still there is no information from the service people. I am seriously disappointed with your service. I request you to take immediate action.

                my father booked one alto800lxi white colour on12.12.14 evening in full payment to siva maruti madurai. the cheque payment was cleared on 15.12.14 morning 11am. on that day they had refused to register the vehicle because of cheque clearance. They give formal deliver on 15.12.14 evening 6.45 pm. on condition of registering the vehicle on 16.12.14. But still they are telling the will not register by today also. kindly do the needful and get back our vehicle by today itsself. Note: we are having 3 altos, 1 swift, 1 desire complete maruti family.                   Hi Maruti Team I had purchased Maruti Wagnor on 11th July 2014. Right now I am facing issue with headlight. Its very blur. When i requested the service centre to replace it, they denied and said it is chargeable. My earnest request to change the headlights as it is very difficult to drive during this chilly winter time. Hope after this mail i don't have to remind you again.

                    Hi I have given my vehicle for repairing on dated 07/12/14 at Rohan Motors Ltd, Sec-1, Noida. The superior has committed to deliver the vehicle on 15/12/14. Yesterday i.e. on 14/12/14 when i called him about the status he updated me that the repair is not still not started and i said you are supposed to deliver on 15/12/14 then he said i will update you tomorrow morning after seeing the job card. Today morning when i called him he said he will update me by 2:00 pm now it is close to 4:00 pm but i have not received any call for him.                       Hello, I have purchased a new car ( Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI) on 11th of October., 2014 from Beekay Auto Pvt Ltd-ASANSOL Branch. But unfortunately I haven't received the number plate of my vehicle along with the registration card and other papers.My car was produced to the RTO on 12th of November due to lack of seriousness of the dealer executives.Followed by this they continuously ignored the matter. In addition to this the registration fees was also not submitted by the dealer executives due to which I was not receiving the registration number. They were also misguiding us by telling that this takes a lot of time to hide their irresponsibleness.Later I threatened them that i would escalate to Maruti Higher management then they worked upon it and gave me the number( WB 40 AB 0203) and the permit to drive one month. The same thing is being repeated now and the permit is about to expire in 2-3 days.This particular dealer is involved in this matter including the GM Mr S. Mukherjee. I have also reported this matter to him but he was not eager to listen and lacked sincereness to his work and tried to avoid the matter.Also behaviour of the dealer is significantly bad.Kindly suggest what needs to be done as it has been more than 3 months from my purchase date and I haven't received my number plate and all registration documents.As a result I cannot drive my car which is causing severe problems.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, 15 December 2014 You are getting this email from a very patient and waiting customer on the service provided by Maruti biggest dealer at Jodhpur. I am writing after 4 months of waiting for an accidental vehicle No. RJ19 CE 9765. My Alto 800 purchased in the name of Ms. Anshika Pareek from Shri Krishna dealers in the month of April 2014. The car met with an accident on 9th August 2014 in Bar inn Rajasthan, It was brought back to Jodhpur and given for repairs on 18th August 2014 to Shri Krishna Dealers at Jodhpur in Basni Workshop. Our insurance company ICICI Lombard cleared the case on 02nd September 2014. Post that we had followed up with the dealership for an early repair of the vehicle. After two and a half months on 24th Nov 2014 we got a call that your vehicle is ready. When we reached to check the vehicle it was in following state: 1. It was not cleaned from any point. 2. Bumper was not fixed properly. It was down from one side and coming out from the other. 3. The doors were not aligned. 4. An internal trim was not changed as it was not in shape. 5. At least at 12 points the paint was removed showing scratches. 6. The Hatch was not closing properly it was to be pushed hard to close. 7. Internal carpet was having mud over it. We mentioned these shortcomings to Mr. Vivek and Mr. Suraj and to mechanics (3 we met) who committed to make vehicle ready in 2 more days. Since then we followed up with them on every second day but for 12 days the vehicle lied in the same condition. On 6th December we went and asked to make delivery of the vehicle on the same day as we were not ready to wait any further. On that day at 7 PM vehicle was delivered to us by clearing all amount. Before delivery of the vehicle during trial I saw that the steering wheel was not aligned correctly and it was pointing north instead of being horizontal. The vehicle was bumping and inter light was not working. It had few scratches (While the whole vehicle was repainted in the whole process) Since everybody has left Mr. Rajawat committed to get the repairs done on Monday. On Monday 8th Dec 2014 vehicle was handed over to the workshop again with few more points: 1. Steering Wheel Alignment 2. All four wheels balancing and bumpiness to be checked 3. The co-driver door was having key hole but the new door fitted was without key hole. 4. Internal external proper cleaning I am sure the vehicle will be handed over to us with one more key for the new lock while the whole set can be changed. It will be delivered to us without proper cleaning. (The vehicle is kept with open windows so that all dust enters). It has been lying at the dealership for 7 days now and still the dealership is asking for more days. I am writing with the hope that Maruti dealer has not delivered the Maruti promise despite delay of almost 4 months. But am expecting that Maruti can deliver through the same dealer else we will loose trust in Maruti also as we have in your dealer. With all expectations. Regards Vishal Pareek [protected]

THE TIME AND AGAIN THESE APRA PEOPLE ARE SOO MUCH IRRESPONSIBLE TO THE PROBLEMS OF THE CUSTOMERS AND ARE NOT EVEN COOPERATIVE AFTER THEY TAKE MOENY AFTER THE SERVICE AND START HARASSING THE CUSTOMER BY IGNORING CALLS. BEING A FEMALE I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM (1.NAME=JASBIR, 2 NAME =?) BUT I WANNA RESLOVE THIS AT A PRIOR STAGE IF IT WORKS. --FIRSTLY WHEN I GAVE MY CAR TO THEM FOR SERVICE THEY TEMPERED WITH THE POWER WINDOW SYSTEM WHICH I GET IT FROM OUTSIDE CO.AND THEY DAMAGED THAT POWER WINDOW SYSTEM, AND ARE NOT READY TO ACCEPT TILL DATE AND STARTED ABUSING AND HARASSING BY IGNORING THE PROBLEM AND CALLS. AND ONCE ON PHONE ONCE ONE OF THEM SAID-- JO KARNA HAI KARLO HUM TOH KARKE NAHI DENGE--- THIS ATTITUDE IS THERE IN MARUTI CO. AND TILL DATE THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT IN POWER WINDOW SYSTEM SECONDLY AS PER THE MARUTI CO ITS A MANUFACTURING FAULT OF BREAKING SYATEM IN THE NEW MARUTI SWIFT, THIS FAULT WAS SHOWN ON NEWS CHANNEL ALSO AND ALSO ON INTERNET AS IT IS NOT OBLIGATORY AND THERE IS NO LEGAL BINDING FOR MARUTI SUZUKI TO MAKE A RECALL CALLS FOR THESE NEW SWIFT FOR THIS FAULT. THE CAR BREAKS ARE SOO DANGEROUS WHEN IT IS ON LONG RUN, AFTER THE SERVICE THE TOLD ME TO GET NEW BREAK BOOSTERS, WHICH IS A MANUFACTURING FAULT BY THE MARUTI CO AND SHOULD BE REPLACED BY THE COMPLAINT TO THE COMPANY, HWICH THEY ARE NOT DOING, WHEN THIS FAULT IS KNOWN TO THEM, THE ECU IS BEING REPROGRAMMED, IT MAY REQUIRE CERTIFICATION BY -ARAI- AGAIN AS THIS IS A MAJOR CHANGE, THIS IS THE MAIN REASON CO IS NOT CALLING ALL THE VARIANTS OF THIS MODEL, BUT THE SAME SHOULD BE REPLACED BY THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. I M SUBMITTING MY COMPLAINT AMICABLY SOO THAT THE COMPLAINT MENTIONAED ABOVE WOULD BE RESOLVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND STRICT ACTION WOULD BE TAKEN FOR THE HARASSMENT CHARGE SO TO AVOID FURTHER IPC COMPLAINT.                               Hello Sir, My name is Sabaat Khan and I am a resident of Jammu and Kashmir.I am a Software Engineer currently working in Bengaluru for a reputed MNC called IBM.My father is a Bank Manager.This mail is regarding my recent Bitter and Selfish experience, and most of all the feeling of being Exploited, that i had the chance to encounter at the hands of your Outlet in Srinagar(Jamkash Automobiles, Humhama and National Insurance), that is now compelling me to seek legal help.Before I proceed further, let me state here that I will be initiating a report with the Chamber of Commerce regarding the same matter in coming days. It started in July'14 when after I had finished saving money for my 1st Car in which some cash I had lended from my father, we decided to get Alto K10(Vxi). So on 27th July'14 we got our car ready for almost 3.8 lacs, registered under my father-Ghulam Nabi with Temp No:- Kmr-5-Temp-M-790 and Insured it for 0 Depreciation Policy from National Insurance. It would have hardly gone 500 Kms when the great Flood of kashmir submerged it on 6th Sep. After the water receeded, insurance people told us to take our car to Maruti Service Center and so on 21st September we took it and got 319th number. Since that day there was no contact either from the Service Center nor from the Insurance Company till recently on 1st Dec my father recieved a call from Jamkash Automobiles saying that they have repaired the vehicle. At first we were shocked as to how careless and irresponsible they are, as they did not have the courtesy or audacity or responsibleness to even bother to atlest inform the Client or Customer--the Third Party about initiating the survey or the survey reports and they even have So-Called "Repaired" the vehicle on their own without the consent of the Owner. Now lets come to present, i[censored] see the vehicle now and say that its a new vehicle I will not utter another word. That car looks 10 years old. They have broken the front bumper, dents on Two windows and argue that it was already broken.I only asked them to show me these dents and broken bumper in the Survey pictures and they were left Deaf n Dumb. The Seats have got Rust on them and they want me to take this Car.This is Absurd! Even a lame man understands that speakers work on Vibrations and frequencies and if muddy water enters it, they r gone and these Tail-Less Donkeys havent even replaced them and they want me to take this car! Only today and that too after repeated efforts was i able to make them agree to Change the Wheel Bearing(not to mention how important its to change this in Flood Cars)!!! After all this we decided not to take this car and rather go to the True Value and look for other Options.Again to our utter shock and dissapointment we were offered just 2 lacs for our "Repaired" 2 months old car, that had cost us 3.8 lacs plus the repairment cost of Flood i.e. 1.5 lacs, Arguing that it is a Flood Car and that these cars are now patients...So Why Am I Getting A Patient???? I had insured a Baby and that too with a 0 Dep Policy!!!So all in all, At present I am getting 2 lacs for a 2 month old car that has cost me almost 5.5 lacs!!! Can u please Explain me whats happening here.I dont understand this Maths. How could anyone feel that this will be acceptable to me or worse How Can I Accept this??? I have knocked at every door that i possibly could without success.I even talked to Surjit Singh Bawa from National Insurance.Although he lend me a patient ear but he said that Maruti has put some intermediator or some third party who handle Insurance. I dont care about your Policies. I want justice. For the past 3 Generations my family has been a loyal customer to Maruti as well as National insurance.You can pull up my records for the last 25 yrs in National Insurance and see how much Premium I have filed AND then Check the Claims that I have made! Is this how you treat your loyal customers, Cheat them?? This is the Time of Turmoil for the People of Kashmir.Inspite of providing relief or assistance, I am sorry to say but your Company in Srinagar is Looting, Cheating and Exploiting Flood hit people. Atlast, I would only like to say that whatever repairs or Deals that your Company has done or offered me till now are not only obnoctious but insulting!! I dont have that much time that i will keep following u guys everyday.I am tired now. Although I have lost all hope and am almost ready to take it up as a Legal Challenge and seek Legal help, regard this as my last attempt to solve this matter out of Court.                                   We had purchased wagonr cng, bakers chocolate colour in june 2014, having no. MH-02-DJ-9419 registered in the name of Mr. Bharat Mithbavkar from Sai service station in Andheri (east). There are sudden and frequent breakdowns of my car while running on road. I had shown it in sai service workshop about 3 to 4 times but the same problem exixts again and again. However, I had given my car today, i.e., 13/12/2014 again for rectifying the problem. GOLDFINCH MOTORCYCLES PVT LTD at Door No.347/1, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore – 641 043 TAMILNADU Vide their Invoice No. 2205 /[protected] for Rs.44, 288/- + Local Tax Rs. 6, 422/- where as they Received Rs. 58, 100/- with Receipt No. 4462 Dt. 26/03/2014 on this Vehicle sale and there was no any Extra Fittings from the dealer. Vehicle Cost Rs. 44, 288.00 Sale Tax 6, 422.00 Road Tax 4, 057.00 Insurance 1, 594.00 [protected] Total 56, 361.00 This Amount is acceptable. ======== After this they collect a maintenance charge / handling charge / etc., as Rs. 1, 739.00. This amount is without receipt or bill. Please discuss about this matter to the dealer. Like this a huge amount is been collected from each customer and the amount depends upon the customer. In this connection, we have to state that after delivery of the vehicle they do not take any care about the Vehicle. The Vehicle is keeping in under ground godown where there is no light or visibility to see the damages or scratches this area is fully dark. So nobody can take the vehicle in bright light this is the plus point for the dealer to sale the Vehicle with damaged while giving the vehicle the Vehicle front shield was been re-painted and handed over to us. After some days we found that the Vehicle is re-painted it is also their Machanic told that the sales / service boys will take a test drive at that time they will sometimes go and dash somewhere. So it will be cleared and sold to you. And in this vehicle there is clucth complaint, full Jerkking Problems and Valve Problem no smoothness while running. This vehicle is not possible to have a long drive immediately the trouble starts on the way and the clutch problem starts. Now the suggestions given by the mechanics who are in the service is giving an idea saying better exchange this vehicle or sell this vehicle. Another one suggestion was given is this SUZUKI ACCESS 125 is facing the same problem to several customers. Even the manufacturing company peoples are not possible to rectify this type of major complaints. If the above said matter is OK I can’t do anything or please rectify the matter. I have approached several times to the service people but no use. Several times from the date of delivery, there was a service complaint in the said vehicle was “VALVE COMPLAINT” this happened at different places and we connot drive the vehicle from there we pull the vehicle to the dealer but your dealer cannot take any response in this regards. There is no mileage because of this problem. Please do the needful in this regard to avoid the negative circumstances. Waiting for your favourable reply. I know this will be positive to me.
