i am frustrated by the delivery committed by Sai Service Hinjiwadi, PUNE for a Ertiga ZXI on the 12 th Nov . I have sold my Dzire to them in exchange and was told that the new car would be dleivered within 5 days from booking aftter the check done online with Maruti Suzuki. I had paid all my balance amount to them along with the exchange car and was promised that the car would be delivered on the 5th DEC . today we are on the 4th DEC and there is no sign of the car . i am been told by Sai Service, Hingiwadi that i need to speak to one Mr Vaidya TSM of Maruti -- [protected] that he will deal with you . i spoke to him 3 time ands evertime i speak to him he say that he will call back and from today he is not lifting mey call . I am without a car as i sold my old dzire to them and i am travelling with public transport which is cost to me from the 12th Nov which is amounting to Rs 25, 000.- which i will be billing to Maruti suzuki. i will also take the interest on the Dzire of Rs 2.60 lacs and the payment that i have paid to hingiwadi of Rs 2.54 lac about 12 days back and i am still without the car . if i dont get the reply from you on the avaliblity of the car i will go to consumer court to settle this amount .     Doubt about Duplicate parts fixing during service by Auto Team, Palarivattom Kochi kerala Sir, we bought our alto 800 on 6th August 2014.In the same month an accident occur and serviced by Auto Team under bumber to bumber Maruthi Insurance claim. During that time 2 HEADLIGHT had to be replaced as it is damaged. They replaced it. After one week one of the headlight found to be pale in color and the other one, moisture acculmulated inside in it. We think it will get solve during the second service at 5000 Km. But they didn't do that . We doubt all the headlights that replaced will be original. If it is so why the moisture and the pale color formed in both of them. So kindly check the service centre that the parts changed are original during the services. We are not satisfied with their service.       Dated : 3rd Dec.’14 Dear Maruti Team, Greetings !! Sub. : Complaint Regarding Defective Car SX4 celebration Edition, Model 2012, Car Reg. Number UP14 BU 3495 I purchased a new SX4 Diesel version Celebration Edition in Sep.’12 from Rohan Motors Noida. I am extremely dissatisfied from the car & have full confidence & evidence to prove the celebration edition is nothing but a defective / rejection that Maruti has launched in 2012.Please note : 1. Just within one Month of car purchased, I got some noise from Music System and after inspection in Rohan Motors found that music system with broken rib has been fitted from maruti which got replaced 2. In second year Tyre got burst while driving & by God grace, minor, escape happened from accident. 3. Another tyre got Swelling in the Second year & just with in 45000 KMs. 4. Brake which is very critical for any vehicle is totally defective . In last one year 5-6 times Break shoe has been replaced & I am paying every time Rs. 2000 – Rs. 2200 for replacement of same. 5. I submitted my complaint to Fast Track Maruti, Sec. 63, noida Service station regarding the brake issue during last service @ 2 months back, I got message from Fast track that Complete Brake system has been found defective & needs replacement for Cyclinder etc. required to be changed, which will cost ~ Rs. 30000 . How ever as it was covered under extended warranty so I discussed with fast track to change the same . As the matter of extended warranty came in to the picture, Associate of Fast track informed that there was some alignment issue & now has been resolved. How ever just with in 2 Months of servicing again Brake Light Indiactor warning has started appearing in Techometer . I am really surprised if such problem was resolved then how come the problem repeted in 2 Months. 6. Some time brakes gives the revese kick if applied on Rough Road and suudenly. So Now driving SX4 has been become the life threating for me . So based on all above point if, my problem is not attended / resolve with in one week, then I will be compelled to file my case in consumer court forum .Please help me out at least for once as for sure this the first & last time I have purchased a Maruti product.         1. MY CAR MARUTI SX4 REGN NO CH01 AD 7818 WAS AFFECTED IN FLOODS IN SRINAGAR(J&K) ON 07 SEP 2014. I WAS TYHE FIRST CUSTOMER TO GIVE MY CAR TO MARUTI SHOWROOM HIGHLAND AUTOMOBILES IN SRINAGAR(J&K) ON 18 SEP 2014. 2. DESPITE A LAPSE OF TWO AND A HALF MONTHS AND MY REPEATED REQUESTS TO THE DEALER AS WELL AS CUSTOMER CARE MARUTI, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO REPAIR MY CAR. 3. I HAVE NOW EVEN BEEN POSTED OUT FROM J&K TO JODHPUR(RAJASTHAN) AND NON AVAILABILTY OF CAR HAS RESULTED IN EXTRA EXPENDITURE OF APPROX RS 2, 00, 000/- ON MY DAILY CONVEYANCE BY MEANS OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT. 4.           purchased zen estilo vxi- wb-06-g-6205 through maruti true value autohi tech picnic garden 34 cn roy road tiljala kolkata -39 on 01/08/14. met with an accident on 29/8/14. insurance purchased from maruti bajaj allianz, mani square mall, 4th fl, maniktala, kolkata. as per mr anupam das, asst. mgr/claims of bajaj that vehicle is not on my name as on 29/08/14 as per vahan website thus claim is rejected. as per mr rajib, m mgr. of auto hi tech true value outlet that they submitted all documents for name trasnfer to rto/alipore/kolkata on 17/08/14. it is quite natural that generation of smart card on my name will take some time. if vahan website is not updated then how does it prove that the vehicle is not on my name once i have made full payment on 01/08/14. as per bajaj vahan website is showing the said vehicle is on previous owner name. how it is possible to come to this conclusion that till generation of smart card that vehicle is on previous owner name. once form 29 & 30 is signed on 01/08/14 then automatically the vehicle is sold out to new customer. please look into the matter and resolve the issue. it is harassment only, nothing else. please keep your company's reputation and pay me the insurance amount. thanks from gopi nath ray/ [protected]/ [protected]

            Hi, I am an owner of Swift and on my first servicing i was educated by your technical member that my AC filter is not fitted it is a factory fault so i have to get it fitted at a cost which they charged Rs.450/-. As said i agreed and it got fitted. So my question is, is it true or I am bluffed. And if so why not maruti is bearing the charge for the fault?               Hi, I am an owner of swift and on my first servicing i was educated by your trained maruti staff in Mumbai Spectra Motors Mulund that the AC filter has not been provided by your company so the customer has to purchase the filter. So i was charged 450 on my first servicing. Is the case genuine or i was bluffed. And if so why the car company is not bearing the charge? Thank you

                Reg No 1906 JK 21B I had given the Alto K10 for 2nd serviceing at Jamkesh Jammu but they had not done the service properly and when i started to use AC after service i found that it was not working properly and producing a lot of noice. i had reported the same to concerned dealer but he has not any given response related to issue reported after service. I am continuously taking follow ups from them from last 15 days but they are not responding and not calling back within commited time lines.                   Hi, Would like to brought to your notice on a service centre complaint. I had serviced my car wagon R - TN 22 CY 3677 - of Tamil nadu registered vehicle. For the last 2 service i didnt face much of issues. Yesterday 2nd December 14, i got a message from Triveni Cars - mentioning service is due for you please visit - for service call [protected]. When i had planned to give for service, @the gate around 10.00 AM - securities stopped and made me to wait for 5 minutes ( since a new car purchasers are taking photos). Okay understood and i parked on the main pavement and waited @ reception for 25 mins. Later a service adviser contacted me - (name is Vinod) he asked me when did you do last service, i told 1.5 mnths before. Is your 50000 kms is over ? i told him please check your system. Another guy what is your contact no. i said please check your system. Finally, he said i think your car does not require any service as of now... I asked why the hell then you had sent me a message... He asked me to show the message which i had shown him, he said we are unaware about the message. All this things, i Lost my morning 1 hours of time . I asked my friend to bring his bike for going back, even his time got wasted. People there didnt even bother to take the car for simple service and made me to go back without committing anything. I puzzled whether they have so many cars for service, so that they can ditch a customer like this... Require your suitable action on this dealer. Take my car history, i lost my entire morning time.                       2/082014 at Vyttila . That time one executive call me and said your vehicle is acccident his name is Shyam and working at Popular and offer to me repair this vehicle Rs. 6000// after proceedings from police he taken my vehicle with claim signed form, RC copy and Draiving licence and once more offer to me with in 7 days i can take the vehicle...But now a day not get vehicle . after 10 days i calll then he did not take the phone ..

                      at last i contact Maruti Regional office and meet One gentle man his name is Gvg Krishnan and complaint to him. he is very honest man he enquire this matter to Popular .after 3 days i can get letter from i am forced to pay the demerage charge of rs.250 per day ..

                            Dear Manager, My Waganar was serviced on 20th october, 2014 at Fair Deal, D-393, Sec-10, Noida. Its Engine oil is flowing out since the service was done. But I noticed it yesterday 30th November, 2014, as my car got stopped suddenly. I spent Rs. 1760/- + 200/- = 1960/- for rectifying this defect.                               My two cars, A-star vxi &Swift vxi were under Flood waters on 7th. september 2014 at my residence, Chotta Bazar Srinagar.Batteries of the vehicles were removed before water entered into the vehicles as per technical advice .On the advice of Maruati Suzuki Ltd. the vehicles were toed by Peaks Automobiles Athwajan Srinagar(Authorised Workshop ) to their work shop. The cars are fully Insured by Maruati Suzuki Ltd through Bajaj Alliance &National Insurance Company My complaint is now that till date cars have kept unattended, even washing was not done, though I requested them on 8th, 15th, 23rd October and again on 1st., 8th15th, 24th November to do needful. Even I approached Maruati Regional Officer on telephone no.[protected]/[protected], he told me to approach Maruati Gurgaon Service Head on telephone no[protected] .This man asked me to approach Mr, Vikas, Technical head on Mobile no.[protected]. After hearing me he told, I will be apprised after getting feedback from Peaks Automobiles just to avoid me.This man is not now attending my phone calls. It seems Maruati Suzuki, their Authorised workshops and their sponsored Insurance Companies are in league to FLEECE the customers

                                I have purchased a new VDI Swift Dzire care from Regent Autolinks Pvt. Ltd., New Car Dealer Maruti In Ghaziabad, Meerut Road. They have been quoted me the car price Rs. 7 48 453 rupees and said that I will get a cash discount of Rs. 15000+ 3000 = 18000 on this. I have my own Hyundai I10 era model car. I asked them if I could give that car to them and rest by finance. They were OK with that. They quoted Rs. 1, 55, 000 for my March 2008 model, Hyundai I10 era model car. I agreed to it. I asked for any further gifts of discounts if they can offer me apart from that cash discount like seat covers. They introduced us a combo offer of accessories of Rs. 12800 in which we could get the seat covers in a bit discounted rates, but we have to spend extra amount for other accessories. We said but we don't want to spend extra for the seat covers, then Mr. Rahul Sharma who was dealing with us said that he will give a discount of Rs. 6000 on the accessory kit, if we purchase it. We agreed to it because I got that little extra discount which I was expecting. After that Mr. Rahul has given me an extra Rs.1000 cash discount from his own side on final payment. So the Total discount I get on purchasing the Swift Dzire VDI car is: Cash Discount - Rs. 15000 + 3000 + 1000 = Rs. 19000 Seat Cover - Rs. 6000 Total = Rs. 25000 Next Day I come accross an advertisement in New paper named Delhi Times a supplement of Hindustan Times dated 26 November, 2014 saying there is a discount offer on Swift Dzire Upto Rs. 40000. I also booked the car on the same day. i.e. 26 November, 2014. Due to this difference in the benefit I get from the dealer I was disturbed. I went to the showroom, but unfortunatly I could not meet Mr. Rahul Sharm as he was on leave, so I talked to the head sales of Regent Autolinks Pvt. Ltd. He told me that he have given me a benefit of Exchange offer of Rs. 20000 which is included in the value of my Hyundai I10 era model car. Which I could not digest, because it was not told to me that this amount is included in my Car exchange amount. It simply means that they have taken my car in just Rs. 1, 35, 000 only. I am not sure that I would give my car in that amount. So this is not a good deal and I say that this is a fraudulent deal done with me. I am not happy with this, please look into this matter.                                   My car is Maruti EECO. Its register no. is UP32 EU2672. I had given car to Kapoor Moters Alambagh for servicing on 23.11.2014. Kapoor Moters Chared extra amount for servicing. Kapoor Moters charged Rs.1397.21 for engine oil but didnot fill engine oil. According to company rule Engine oil change if one year is completed or 10000 km are completed but 3 months are left and 4000 Km are left. Kapoor Moters had also charged Rs.450/- for Fuel Injector Assy. There was no problem in fuel Injector

                                    i purchased wagon r vxi MHO2 CW 71 in march 2013, since the day the purchased car is having constant resting vibrations like diesel car, it constants jutters on pick up, stop s several times in traffic in 1 and 2 gear .its mileage is less than 9 kms .i have visited service stations spectra borivili east several times may be 15 times .there is no resoulution of complaint .ishowed to a reputed mechanic outside who opines this car has a manufacturing defect .maruti spectra are complete cheats and liars .i have not spend 5 lakhs for this piece of trash . please give me a replacement as they have taken me for a ride for almost 1 year . thanks, ajay jain mob [protected]

                                      Dear All, This is with the reference to incidence happened with me on dated 26/11/2014. i am using maruti Suzuki swift dzire. i bought it on 03/03/2014. while traveling outside car got stuck with an animal and got fully damaged the car was moving on its normal speed but suddenly an animal stuck in my car in that mean time air bags of car need to be open to prevent us but our bad luck because the air bags of car did not work at that time. if i am spending huge amount for buying luxury car one of the major reason for that is safety. before buying the car when i visits the showroom the sales man told me if by bad luck car met with accident its air bags got opened and provide us safety if this type of negligence is happening in brands like maruti in new cars then what will i expect in future. it shows maruti is nothing in its service matters. after all that my question arise who will compensate for the whole as maruti suzuki is totally liable for all this physical loss to both car and persons traveling in the car at that mean time. i send this mail for expecting all required compensations from maruti suzuki as the same was technical fault in new car. below attached the copy of bill and photographs of car after met with accident feel free to contact expecting good response thanks and regards usha ahuja [protected]

                                        Dear Sir, My maruti Celerio Car having registration no DL5CJ-8420. My complaint is on my car First Service at Fair Deal Sahibabad Service Centre I get the bill of second service instead of first service. I complaint to service centre they told me that at the time of second service they resolved the matter and make the correction in bill. At the time of second service at Fair Deal Noida Sector 10 they misguide me and do the service of R.R. (Running Repair) instead of second service. The invoice bill was received by me from driver of company who drop my car to my home and bill amount of Rs. 1250 paid by me to company. When I talk to regarding person they can’t solve my problem and told me do whatever you want complaint or anything what so ever. I am having extended four year additional warranty. If any problem held regarding service who will manage the problem. On dated 03/11/2014 I lodge a complaint no [protected] through customer care. On dated 13/11/2014 I call customer care for enquiry of my complaint the status is complaint is under process. On dated 03/11/2014 I again call customer care for enquiry they told me that the complaint was closed. I request customer care to reopen my first complaint they give me another complaint no [protected]. Why they closed the complaint without resolving the matter and without informing me. I haven’t receive any message or call from them. I request you to resolve my problem and take stick action against the regarding persons.
