Hi, Recently I have given my swift VDI to RKS MOTOTS, UPPAL, HYDERABAD. I have seen there below issues. 1) when they go for test or trial drive to identify technical issues before taking car, totally waste of technical team they cannot even identified minior issues. 2) after taking vehicle and all the will call for extra parts replacement. 3) even the parts have been changed, issues will remain the same. Recently i have given my car for servicing on 40000 kms. my car has no issue when I given the car for servicing. They taken my vehicle for normal service. I went my home then. After they finishing the service, Gears are not moving so they called me to change something and they wanted to come there . So I went there and seen the issue asked them to reset the setting normal. They dismantle related parts and showed me to change the part . if the part related to clutch will change every thing will be fine. I agree to change the part so they changed the part. Even they change the part, my Vehicle Gears are moving very hard compare to my previous settings. Now I am bathering that un necessarily given my vehicle to Rks motors. I already paid Rs 18000 for servicing . please help me out how can my issue will be resolved.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I want to bring my discomfort into your consideration against the services of K P Automotives Pvt Ltd Mansarovar, jaipur, Rajasthan. I took my car Maruti Ritz Diesel RJ 14 CG 4997 for service on[protected], Saturday at 9:15am and after taking the Job card opened, service advisor gave me the delivery time as 4:00pm, after that I went to office. Before leaving I asked him to call me if there is anything which you want e to recommend for further action. In evening, I reached at service centre around 3:45pm, then he told me that vehicle is ready, by looking at the condition of vehicle I was surprised as it was not properly washed. I asked him about any other observation then he told me that the INTER COOLER and left shocker are leaking then I asked him the price of INTER COLLER; he told me 3500/- I asked him please get this replaced. He told me to take the vehicle and after[protected] KM drive I should get this replaced. I told him I don’t have time till next 3 months hence please get this replaced as I knew that this will take hardly 1 hour to get this replaced. He didn’t sound positive. I took the vehicle to home though I was not happy with the services. On the way to home I got to know that still doors were not properly set as I requested at the time of JOB was given and very next day morning I saw water leaking from the front. I called the advisor and he told me to bring the vehicle to service centre. I took the vehicle to service centre at 10:00am then he checked for 1 hour and then told that this was from the over flow of wiper bottle as it got filled, it would not happen again. Then I told other problem and he gave the reason of INTER COLLER for every problem then I asked him to get this replaced. He started giving excuse but I was firmed to get this replaced so he opened the job card again and told me the amount as 5500/- I told him yesterday you told me 3500/- then how come it becomes 5, 500/-. He told it was approximate amount; this was really very surprising that 3500/- was the approximate amount of 5500/-. I asked him that I have to go somewhere please get this done on priority. At the same time I complaint him about the washing which got applied to vehicle. He gave me every reason of proving this up to the level and didn’t accept that vehicle was not washed properly. I waited till 1:10pm then I saw the vehicle coming to yard after replacement. I asked advisor to get this washed as I was getting late and was quite hungry. Moreover there was no pantry or canteen in the premises that customer can have something. He told me there will be lunch between 1:30pm to 2:00pm and no work will be done during this time. I told him still there is 20 minutes then he told me that he would check. Till 2:15pm my car was not moved from the shed for washing then I asked billing team to give me gate pass as I wanted to move. I didn’t have anything since morning and my son was waiting for the coaching as I had an appointment with my son’s coach for the session. After getting the bill paid I called up to customer support manager and he told me that he is on leave and gave me name of his representative to talk, he didn’t even ask the problem and should have talked to his representative to attend the case. I spoke to the person who was the representative of customer support division he told me to meet the advisor, I told that I had problem with advisor’s services therefore I approached him. He didn’t even ready to see the car, I insisted to see the vehicle; he agreed and just looked and asked me what is the problem in the washing then I showed everything then He was ready to get this washed again. But by this time he was saying though washing is quite perfect but if you want, we can get this washed again in 2 minutes. I told I didn’t want this to be washed in 2 minutes which will ultimately not resolve the issue and what about the time which I have spent in last 2 days then he didn’t even try to get me convinced.I came from there saying I will talk to Maruti forum, they didn’t even bother listening that. Today morning again there was so much water leaking from the front of my vehicle. I don’t know how to address as I gave my vehicle for services that time there was no such issue however now I have been chasing with them but they are not resolving the issue. I don’t have time to visit the service centre again as there is no one who listens the customer properly.         Dear Team, Warm Morning Greetings. Subject:- Wrong machine/car sold to me. I am a loyal customer of Maruti machines since more than a decade. My first ride was Maruti Swift while I bought my 2nd ride last year as Maruti Ritz. And we are proud owner of many Maruti cars since 1999, our first family drive Maruti 800. Till the day we have changed/bought more than 10 cars in my blood relation and all are Maruti till the day. Here below is my saga/agony which is still going on in short:-  I got delivery of my 2nd personal car (Maruti Ritz DL 9C AC 7685) on 26th May, 2013. Was happy with new members at home but happiness wasn’t last long.  Went for first service and asked service team about issue with clutch & no power in car. They did something & I took back my ride at home. Issue was still there. Got after service call from Maruti, I asked them about the issue & they ensure me it’s a new car so with some more kilometers on odo problem will be resolved.  Went for 2nd service and asked about issue with clutch & power again (these are the 2 major concerns with my Ritz & because of these I don’t feel safe to take it out for long rides). Servicing done amount paid car at home again. Again got after service call from representative of maruti, informed them issue still persist. They ensure me that someone form Maruti will visit my home & cross check the issue. A person came at home, drive the car do some tweaking with clutch cable. And finally told its normal behavior of RitZ & will be resolved with few more on Odo. I wasn’t agree at all but wasn’t having any other options.  Was on a trip to Chandigarh & somehow my uncle drive my car. Immediately he told your machine is not correct. Went to Maruti service station in Mohali (won’t remember the exact address), team cross checked the car again do some tweaking with clutch wire again. But nothing fruitful. Went for 3rd service with fully prepared. Again same question from my side clutch & power. Servicing done. I asked the representative to cross check again & he confirmed there is no issue. I wasn’t satisfied at all. But still as loyal to Maruti paid the amount. Got after service call, inform about my pain. Another service engg came home drive the car & informed me that cluth wire need to be replaced. I was very angry & frustrated. Still went again to Maruti. Car again cross checked by service team, said they will speak with their seniors. Again went to Maruti service station & they inform me clutch wire replacement will solve the issue. I was very much sure as issue is not with clutch wire, issue is genetic in this particular machine. Still as mad of me of loyality to Maruti, got wire changed. Paid the amount & on the spot inform to customer manager sitting over there that issue still persist & its something big. Which your team is trying to dissuade me since day-1. Customer care manager convince me that they will speak with their seniors & put my case in front. She confirm me that I will get confirmation call from them in next 24 hours. Next steps:- 1. My machine you sold to me is having problem since inception/delivery. 2. I am holding my trust level till now but now its fading. 3. I am driving this machine for last 1+ years with all frustration in me & without knowing kind of results this wrong machine can produce. I don’t know those will be fatel or not, but surely they have Detroit my body physical elements. 4. My family is mad upon me why I am not taking hard step. 5. And this is the first step that I am taking against you after so much of frustration/depression which is because of this machine. 6. I want to know why no one is taking responsibility/accountability since day-1 of machine sold. 7. Why no one is there to say yes its have problem & we will rectify from the root. 8.           I have booked SWIFT ZXI variant from Solamalai Automobiles Madurai (Ramanathapuram), in August last week, they said they did not have a stock and all the old swift production stopped, because of the facelift 2014 launch. After a long wait Swift Facelift launched in the last week of November, but the dealer has not delivered the car yet. when i approached them last week, they said they will refund the money. After i mentioned that, i will complain against the dealer to Maruti, they said they will deliver 2015 model Swift in the first week of January. I am wondering is that really possible to get 2015 model vehicle in the first week of January? or they try cheating me again? I am much worried and had a worst experience from the dealer. Please suggest, how to proceed further??

              Sir, I am using Maruti cars since 1996, I purchased ALTO K10(VIN: MA3EADE1S00396021, Mfg. Year 2012) from M/S DD Motors Dehradun, Uttarakhand, with an exchange offer of my 1996 model Maruti 800. After a couple of months with new car, while entering in my house I had to drive through about 4" deep water logging area, may be a run time of about 1 minute. To my surprise, I found that the carpeted floor of the car is flooded with dancing water. I contacted M/S DD Motors, Dehradun. They took the vehicle and after 2 days returned the car with stinking carpet still soaked in water and informed that 'Everything is all right, may be door gasket was not properly engaged. Please test and let us know". I said that since there is no rains today and I don't have a pool so please take the vehicle back, get the floor carpet dried-up check it either by partial submerging in some tank or raise it on inspection bridge with some colour water on bare floor, see if there is any damage and solve the problem'. Reply was same; but they dried up the carpet and ensured 'no damage in floor area sir we have again checked everything'. Just a couple of month back under similar situation the car got flooded. This time I parked it on dry porch and noticed that water is dripping from 4 slit-fold areas of car floor I roughly marked the positions of dripping points with wax colour stick, went to their service center; but they were too busy, I ended up with an empty machine shop coupon. Now, since it is the start of full paid service, they are having some rebate on servicing; and I appreciate that they phoned me 4 to 5 times in a week about the rebate; but my car requires a genuine serious repair job and not a mere bridal make-up.                 I have a wagon R Car which was in rohan motor greater noida since 27/08/2014, according to the workshop car is in total damage, i am co-ordinating with the rohan motor since the last four month, but i have no update about my car, they have not listen to me, infact i informed them i am spending 15000/- every month as car hire charges, i have all the proof and sms for the co-ordinating with the rohan motor managers, they are not confirming me anything about my car, not they are repairing my car, and not considered in total damage, some time indirectly they demand some money also from me. according to the attached file, there are clearly mentioned in job card that car in for total damage

                  We had booked a Maruti Suzuki Swift in silky silver color on 12th December 2014 at modern automobiles Chandigarh and we were told that the car will be delivered to us next 2-3 days. However, after the next 3 days passed and we called up the dealer he said that the car is not available and now we can either wait or buy the car in white color or approach some other dealer. We waited till 19th December but still we did not receive the car. So we went up to the dealer to take his final call if he would be able to deliver the car or not. He gave us in written that the car will be delivered to us on the evening of 22nd December but still he did not keep his word and each day he kept on saying tomorrow for sure. Now it is 26th December and now he is again saying that we can buy the car in white color and is not responding to our calls, taking undue advantage of the time, being the end of the year. It would be highly appreciated if you could take stringent action against the dealer at the earliest to help us get the car or we will be filing a case in consumer court against the dealer and Maruti Suzuki regarding this unacceptable behavior which is now turning to harassment of their customers.

                    Hi Maruti, I have purchased “Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VDI BS IV” on 31st Oct 2014 (delivered date is 3rd Nov 2014). Visit1 to Sai Service center, Balanagar, Hyderabad: On 6th Dec 2014, by then I have driven the car for only 110 KM’s, Given car for first service: Having drove the car for 110 KM, I gave the following observations to the Service Engineer who came to pick up the car. 1) Car is moving bit tightly and while raising accelerator some sound is coming. 2) Immediately after releasing the lock, AIR leakage sound is coming between back two wheels After the car is picked up by the Service Engineer, I have called the Service Manager (I guess his name is Vivek Rao), and I have cross-checked with him whether the above two issues were brought to his notice by the Service Engineer or not. He acknowledged about the above two issues and gave assurance that they worked on the above. Response I got it from them is: For issue1: for new car sound and movement is like that only.. it’s going to be smooth after travelling couple of hundreds of Kilometers For issue2: is not an issue at all, that AIR leakage sound will come for all diesel cars. Visit2 to Sai Service Station, Erragada, Hyderbad: On 24th Dec 2014, by then I have driven the car for 251 KM’s: I brought car to Erragada, Sai Service Station with the same issues again (those I mentioned above) and told that I am planning for a long drive (~350 KM’s) so I am worrying with these issues. Response is same as above and they said no need to worry about the above issues and car is in good condition for long drive also. Note: this time they didn’t open any file at service station. Without any case sheet they have checked my car inside the service station and informed me the same response as above mention. So I have started travelling to Vijayawada immediately after the above assurance on 24th December 2014. After travelling for 250 KM’s (car kilometer is at 501.2 KM’s) we have heard a small crackling sound from car and engine got stopped in middle of the road. (The car is speeding at about ~90 KM/hour). By God’s grace, without any accident my driver managed the car and stopped it by the side of the road. Till that time there no warning indications shown on the car’s digital monitor. After the crackling sound, monitor started showing a red symbol of small jug with two drops. As per the service book it is “Oil pressure light warning”. From there we have followed the instructions mentioned in the service book. Instructions mentioned are – try to start the car again, i[censored]nable to start then don’t try again, Call the support engineer for further assistant. We tried to start the car but it didn’t start. Then I have called up support center and raised the compliant ( number - 845175) with them. Then I got a call from Anoop (I guess, from emergency road service support team ) and Pawan service center from Nalgonda. Pawan service center asked the condition of the car and as per their Instructions (they have not seen the car but advised by me as per the warning symbol shown in monitor) and they said, they are 50 KM’s away from my car breakdown place and if they want to come their I need to pay that charges if my willing they will come otherwise no. I am standing in the midst of road with Family looking for help and that gentle man responded to me like that! So I have call Anoop again and informed same, they helped me to get assistants from Suyrapet, Sai Global Auto Services (MASS, code 4550). They have reached me around 11:30 PM and verified car. They have informed me that car has Engine issue and they have to take the car to service center for further examination. So they towed the car to Suryapeta (25 KM’s) and we reached Suryapeta at 1 AM with family. Service engineer verified the car and informed it not possible to do anything in the middle night and tomorrow they will try fix it. Morning (25th Dec morning) they informed that car has major technical issue with engine, need to open the engine but car is under warranty so they are not right team to handle it. Then they looped me with Nagesh (I guess he is senior manager form Sai service center), So I have explained complete history to him, after hearing everything he advised me to go Pawan service center from Nalgonda but not gave any assurance as to how many days are required for fixing the problem. So I have requested him that without any assurance of how many day is required to fix the issue till that time where I and my family has to stay. After all discussion Nagesh has asked me to tow the car to Balanagar Sai service center, Hyderabad. But Sai Global Auto Services asked me towing charges to Balanagar is around Rs.9000- (including yesterday night’s towing charges), Same thing I have informed Nagesh and as per this guidance I have bargained with Sai Global Auto Services to get down to 7600- (without toll gate and driver food and other charges). So from all the above big explanation I am looking for below answers. 1) What is the SAFETY with Maruti Ertiga car? – because without any warnings, Car engine stopped in the running state. That time we are on the midst of Highway. 2) What is the Warranty and Guaranty from Maruti? –My car is driven only for 500KM’s until then! 3) What is the quality of Maruti Servicing Centers? – I have complained about the issues twice. Instead of identifying the problem, they gave wrong assurance to me to go on a long drive. My life and my entire family is put at stake by their wrong assurance. If anything happened to me and family who will be responsible? I will take this case with the higher ups of Maruti. This is indeed a very very serious issue. 4) Once car got breakdown, I have spent ~12000- who is responsible for that amount ? Detail for amount I spent: 1. Towing charges – From breakdown place to Suyrapet & Suyrapet to Balanagar Sai service center, Hyderabad - 7600- 2. Tollgate charges while towing the car - ~600- 3. Driver charges - Alting & towing car driver beta and food charges – 1500- 4.                     This is a very sad experience man. I have booked my card and may be delivered next week. I wish I saw this post first. A lot people of complaining about the quality of Maruthi cars and mid way breakdowns.

                      I have purchased new car SWIFT VDI(Reg. No#HR26 CD8362) this year and taken the zero depth policy of ICICI Lombard from the same dealer. At that time your car dealer told me that benefit of zero dept policy is that i need to pay only file charges(Rs 1000) during any claim process because now everything is 100 percent insured. Last month I had an accident of my car and I claimed the insurance. While my car had been tow by the car dealer, car dealer told me that I need to pay only file charges as he has taken the tow charges(Rs 3000) from me also. But now dealer is asking me to pay around Rs4000 more and saying insurance company is not paying the total amount therefore I have to pay the difference. Then I talked to ICICI Lombard Customer Service Manager again and he told me that I have to pay only file charges nothing else. Now I am feeling cheated by your car dealer and due to which I am going to lose my enough amount of money. Request you to look into this issue and resolve the dispute ASAP.                         dear sir, my name is k.nandakumar and i belong to trivandrum. kerala. i went to book new alto k10 amt and the give the price list and other charges, to my surprise the rates between two dealer in trivandrum differ for about rs.2000. when i asked the dealer that i went to the other showroom and they quoted this amount, so why this difference, please clarify this. no, 2 in one dealer they charge 6500 for regn & service charges, and the other one given me the charge as 7500/- why this, ? IN THE SAME COMPANY TWO DIFFERENT SALES EXCUTIVE FIXING THE RATE IS DIFFERENT. SIR, I AM TOTALLY CONFUSED AND CAME BACK WITHOUT BOOKING. CAN YOU ADVICE THE HERCULAS DEALER AND POPULAR VEHICLES IN TRIVANDRUM TO QUOTE THE SAME RATE AS APPLICABLE. ONE MORE THING THE DEALING OF CUSTOMER IS GOOD BEFORE BOOKING AND ITS DIFFERENT AFTER BOOKING, THIS ATTITUDE IS TO BE CHANGE FOR A GOOD COMPANY.                           Dear Sir, I was booked a New Maruti Suzuki Swift VXi (White colour) on 10th Dec 2014. I was paid cash advance of Rs.10, 000 to Bhargavi Automobiles, Nellore, AP. Receipt no.04414 Dealer assured me to deliver the vehicle end of dec 2014. When I was calling to dealer for confirmation of delivery date, He was telling other stories like: 1. Petrol version have no production due to factory shutdown 2. He insist me to take other colour (other than white). 3. He insist me to take Diesel version. 4.If I wait for pertrol version, I have to wait longer period and pay upto Rs.30, 000.How can I beleive such unbeleivable things from Nellore maruti dealer? Therefore, you are kindly requested to intervene into the matter and take appropriate action against dealer.                             Dear Sir, I purchased the WagroR VXI model 2014 from Rukmani Motors, registration no.MP-09-CP-6892 I have been informed regarding the alarm of petrol that, the vehilce will show the Yellow light blink and you can only drive 20 - 25 km maximum after the light blink. This is the indication for fillup the petrol on urgency. But I observed yesterday that, my vehicle does not gave me any indication of Yellow light blinking and suddenly the vehilce stopped in between the road, it is very dangerous to come across for any accident situation and needs to be resolved on top priority. I don't know about other vehicle whether the same problem is araise. When called to the technical support team he infomred that, the towers shown at left starts blinking is only the indication. But this is not the correct way as the tower blinking is shown even after the petrol is in vehicle almost 5 Ltrs. Please look in to the matter and confirm.                               Dear sir, I purchased a maruthi suzuki company vechile model desire VDI on 22/08/2014 at KPL pvt ltd., showroom Bellary city, karnataka state with the help of mahendra Finance via Reg no KA-06-C-1056 now it is running as a Taxi cab (yellow board) and it is already run 19000 kms, from few days ago while i run a car at a speed of around 50 to 80kms/hr speed car gets few jerks and engine gets switch off and huge smoke coming from engine compartment as well silecer also. next i take my car to KPF maruthi dealer he checked the car and he ready to change the engine head, but i asked to change whole engine or give me a new car because it is purchased 4 months back .but he is not agree with me and not ready to give new car also. presently car is in the KPF dealer site I left the car in the showroom on 22/12/2014 as i said it is hypothecated to Mahindra finance every month i have to pay EMI and run my family from the hire money only please help me to solve this problem as soon as early as possible I[censored] wants further information please call my brother no [protected] because i am not comfort with the English Regards thimmaraju ph no [protected]

                                    Bought Maruti Suzuki SWIFT ZXI New Model on 28th November 2014 from Khivraj, Chennai and found the following discrepancies: 1. Spare wheel supplied with the vehicle is non standard, not as per specification. The Spare Tyre Dimension is 14 inch, however the specified dimension is 15 inch. All the 4 Tyres are of 15 inch but the spare tyre is 14 inch, mismatch and non standard dimension. 2. Spare wheel supplied with the vehicle is without Alloy RIM, Top End Model SWIFT ZXI one of the specific feature is Alloy Wheels, but the spare wheel is without ALLOY RIM.

                                      This is reference to the latest servicing we carried out for our Maruti car at Mahalaxmi Automotoives Pvt. Ltd, Model colony Pune on 11th Oct' 2014.


                                      On 20th Oct night we found that all of a sudden car break down indicating Oil Level indicator in Red. We immediately called Mr. Guru from Mahalaxmi Automotoives who arranged mechanic at site to investigate. After inspection it was found that Drain bolt beneath engine (Please refer attached snaps) was missing. The vehicle then towed to your model colony service center for repairs.


                                      This all happened due to negligence of your mechanic during serving and now we fear of engine brake down in future since vehicle run some distance without engine oil.


                                      We had a discussion with your Customer Care manager Mr. Prem Monis in this regard on 29th Oct who asked us to send email.

                                      Mr Prem Monis suggested us to go to Mahalaxmi Mundhwa branch. After inspection it was revealed that engine bearing has gone faulty. They replaced it and declared that vehicle is now performing fine.

                                      But looking at the criticality we want engine to be monitored for next 1 year by Maruti and Maruti should take care the engine related issue if arise in next 1 year.

                                      Mahalaxmi Mundhwa branch is not providing this confirmation over email.


                                      Now we require one year written warranty from you on engine that Maruti will bear the repair cost in case of engine failure due to this issue, if any, in future.


                                      Hope you will consider the seriousness of the matter and cooperate with us to rebuild our confidence on brand Maruti.

                                        Sir, It is sad to state that I have produced my accidental Car Regn No. HP14A 9395 at Goyal Motors Solan - 173212 (Himachal Pradesh). The same was delivered me on 20/12/2014 after nearly 20 days after payment of Rs 51103/- ( vide Invoice No BR14000996 dated 20/12/2014 ) . The time taken for its repair/ job done was not up to the mark as per norms. Never the less the vechicle was handed over with small test drive . It is further submitted that on 21/12/2014 after running approx. 3 K.m. the vechicle stopped on the road in the evening, I called for the back assistant on 22/12/2014 morning but the response was zero from the above said firm ( almost took 5- 6 hours to reach the spot being nearly 2-3 Km from the agency ) .Even till now the fault is not removed and they are not able to explain the reason behind it ( at 1545 hrs today ). Being a Govt Employee it is very much harassing me, as I have to leave my job back and stand beside them to know the exact reason of the fault . Sir, It is the matter to be regreted that the service provided by the Goyal Motors, Solan is not up to the mark / standard, There is no check / control over the management of staff work as I noticed during my several visit's to the agency. Customer(s) have resentment towards the staff as the nature of work done at the agency compelling them to wait for long hours for small job(s). Such type of incident(s) are downgrading the image of Maruti Suzuki in the Solan and surrounding areas. I therefore request your kindness to look into my matter seriously and direct Goyal Motors, Solan - 173212 (HP) to repair my car and get the job done as quickly as possible. Hope for best of response from your end.
