    sir here i am trying to bring your kind attention to my grievances regarding newly purchased two weeks old swift dezire.i bought a new swift dezire from indus motors pattom trivandrum on 21/12/2014.in the same day itself i noticed that high quantity of smoke from the exhaust pipe when starting car during delivery time and also i felt that engine missing when i am riding 3rd and 4th gear.moreover this i couldnt drive in 5th gear even driving in high way ride(note: without filling diesel, only the second day i filled diesel using the coupen that given by the dealers). evenafter 20 days (drove 400km) i realized that the problem is persisting and problem intensity is increased.i contacted dealer and they directed me to the maruti servicestation at venpalavattom, TVM.the service manager and technicians inspected the vehicle and they told me that problem may be due to use of contaminated diesel.so they cleaned th diesel tank, refill with fresh diesel and observed that problem is still there.and they informed me that there is manufacturing problem in the engine that one of the fuel injectors is not working properly.i given my vehicle for repairing this.the next day they they return back the vehicle and informed me that the problem is rectified.when i get my car i asked the person who bring my car to accelerate the engine .but he and me realized that there is producing more smoke .i contacted service manager and informed to him but he is telling that the problem is completely rectified and if i am not satisfied even after drive the vehicle up to first service time(1 month), they can take up for next step. now i am believing his words and maruti suzuki and waiting for first service.

        I have purchased Ritz Diesel LDI on 14.02.2012 from Modern Automobiles, Ambala City having Registration No.HR01AF9339. In the month of December 2013 my car met with an accident and for accidental repair I sent my car to Modern Automobiles. After my repeated follow ups, my car was repaired after inordinate delay of around 1 month. After getting the car on next day the car started giving starting problem and I again went to Modern Automobiles dealership in the month of January 2014. After diagnose it was told by the officials of Modern Automobiles that prima facie the gravity is too low and seems to be replaced. But referred to the exide stockists. The problem in battery arose in the first year of the purchase and may be due to faulty battery or due to negligence on the part of employees of Modern Automobiles during the approximately one month period they took to repair the car. However, the exide stockists after 2-3 days of charging returned the battery and which was refitted in my car. It was assured that battery would not give any problem. Thereafter, it was summer season and I carried on with the same battery. However, now with the advent of winter season in the month of December 2014 the battery again started giving starting problem. Then again I went to Modern Dealership Ambala and my battery was referred to exide stockists who has rejected the claim. My claim has been rejected since the car has run around 54876 kilometers. I wish to say that the warranty to battery is of years and not on mileage basis. I have been told that the warranty of battery is ranging from 24 to 27 months from the date of sale and is not concerned with mileage. This is an end to end warranty which is passed on to the customer who purchases the vehicle. Hence I feel that my battery needs to be in warranty as my car is yet to complete 2 years in 2015 and the problem arose during the first year of purchase and again within 2nd year of purchase. I have been harased unnecessarily by Maruti people and exide people. Nirmal Sharma

              Dear Sir, I have given my Maruti Swift Car bearing reg. No. HR26BZ8275 for replacement of front Bumper on 7.12.2014 at 10AM at Rana Service Centre, Jain Complex, Gurgaon near Rajiv Chauk. They promised to give my Car by the evening but at 6 in the evening they have called me and told for next day. When I went next day to get my Car I was shocked to see the scratch on right rear gate in the bottom running full length along with over newly installed front bumper. When I confronted the supervisor, he refused initially by passing the buck as old one but latter agreed when scratches were shown to GM and oppolozise for the same. They requested me to leave the Car for the day and get it back on next day (i.e. on 9.12.2014) by 3PM which i agreed. when I called the Supervisor on next day at 3'o clock before going to Service Centre, i was told to go to Body shop at Sector 18 and collect your car from there. Finally I got my car around at 5'o clock. I have requested them (both the places) for the feedback form but it was not provided to me by making the excuse that server is down. Maruti is known for its privileged services to its customers. Please don't let your loyal customer get away due to these type of people like Rana Motors.                 sir the maruti service station taradevi shimla h.p.owned by goyal motors are doing faulty work. They basically take parts from damaged cars and put them in new cars whch comes for any servicing. i caught them red handed doing all this. also the employess there are not civilised at all. they donot know how to talk to customers and they way of talking is very poor. Also they will call for feedback evrytime and when i award any points to them (from 10 say 8) they just force us to change ratings so that they can get appreciation. so its my kind duty to inform to you and please take necessary steps against them with properly taking care of the employees way of talking.

                  I have bought a new Wagon-R recently in September 2014 from Pebco Motors, Jamshedpur. After that I went to Maruti Service centre, Adityapur for the Accessories. I enquired for the rate of the accessories from accessories department of the service centre. I was told that the price of the door visor @ 1500 INR and bodygraphics @2200 INR. Then I took the accessories and for that I was charged 3700 INR. Mr.Pant Ram Sahoo gave me the bill of the accessories that is attached in the mail. Then I searched for the price of door visor on internet and the price was 990 INR. Again I visited to the accessories department of the service centre, Adityapur. Then I enquired the price of door visor to the different staff and he checked the system and told me the price which was 990 INR I was shocked that could it be happened in Maruti like renowned company? Then I intimated Mr.Pant Ram Sahoo about the price difference, and he admitted his cheat and gave me compensation as steering cover of 510 INR. After few days I visited Maruti service centre, Mango. I saw the MRP of body graphics and astonished, because the MRP was 1290 INR (inclusive of all taxes). I took the snap of the price of bodygraphics by my mobile camera, and I am attaching it for your reference. Again I went to Maruti service centre, Adityapur where I informed them the MRP of bodygraphics. Mr.Anup (Accessories Manager) behaved rudely and argued with me. Just because of Mr . Anup I am mailing to you. Don’t you feel that this is a gross misconduct with a customer which had gone there to let them know about their fault? Why should I not take the legal action to the company? I want you to take stringent action against Mr.Sahoo and Mr. Anoop because such staffs are defaming the name of the company. I want any maruti person to look into this matter coz I have no more trust in any pebco staff. 1500 bucks is not very big amount but somebody are cheating in the name of maruti with widening their chest.                     I purchased a swift dzire-vxi bs-4 on 14/02/2014-invoice no-VSL13001584 from Premier Carworld Private Limited 92F, B.T.Road-kolkata-700058-WESTBENGAL.I had fitted a upsize tyres and alloy rims in my car for better road grip and handling and fitted front and rear bumper guard for the protection of the bumpers because now a days front & rear bumpers are only show if a bicycli hits the bumper its totally detached from the car and we had to face the problems while driving only for this my warranty is been void and a speed post warning letter is been sent to me by the above dealer executive Mr.Debraj Dey mobile no-[protected].only my fault is that on the third service the dealer didnt carried the job properly on my car i had complained for the front suspenssion noise after servicing the car the noise was there i just called Mr.Ritesh Choudhary G.M works they again checked the car and they find the faulty joint front stabilizer they had replaced the parts under warranty it was the main problem that why i had asked for the warrranty claim from them and why i had complained the MSIL.Its a humble request what steps to be taken against the dealer and msil because they had taken money for two years warranty or 40.000km and by the fitment of acessories which part or portion of the car has lost the warranty or the whole car had no warranty sir i want the explanations from MSIL not from the dealer because they are only making fools to the customers after sales&service is totally bad its very very bad standard please guide me and help me

                      Dear Sir, With reference to the above claim of my car I have hereby lodge a complaint for claim paid to M/S Rohan Motors, Dehradun for using fraudulent means and bogus documents as per details given hereunder under: 1. The vehicle was taken to M/S Rohan Motors, GMS Road, Dehradun for repairs for an accidental damage. 2. The vehicle was said to have been inspected by Mr.Rajesh Dang, Surveyor, Dehradun as per estimate submitted by the dealer. 3. The undersigned visited the workshop of the dealer several times to check on the repairs and replacement of the vehicle which was not only very unsatisfactory but many parts were found missing and the vehicle was found dented, scratched and further damaged at many places while it was parked at their workshop. 4. The Body shop manager Mr. Deepak Razdan and the body shop advisors Mr. Vinod Dabral along with the other staff had witnessed the discussions held wherein the poor denting beating & paint workmanship some parts were also missing and was reported to the management. Thereafter Mr. Naveen Tomar, the Sr.G.M of M/S Rohan Motors had intervened in the matter and assured to resolve the same. 5. Even after elapse of four months the matter was not resolved and ever since the vehicle has been parked at their workshop for reasons best known to Rohan Motors. 6. I have gathered from the Insurance claims department that the claim of my car has been paid to M/S Rohan Motors as per documents on file. 7. I have not signed the satisfaction letter nor signed any bills/vouchers towards the settlement of the car. The vehicle was neither delivered to me nor have I paid the difference amount towards my portion of expenses towards depreciation, consumables, deductions excess clause etc. 8. The repairer has used fraudulent means to get the claim paid by the Insurance Company by forging my signatures. 9. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action in this regard. I shall not hesitate to report the matter to higher offices to highlight the case of cheating and fraud played on me. Thanking you, Mukul Handa

                      I had visited to Rohan Motors but I had a very bad experience with its customer services mainly from Anchal. Aanchal & Shivani are loosing the customer of Rohan
                      Motors just because of their bad behaviour with customers as well as
                      with their colleagues and rest employees are good. I should say to the
                      managing department of Rohan Motors that they must watch out the Aanchal & Shivani's behaviour with their customers and colleagues to make a friendly environment there, so that the customers can feel happiness when they visit to Rohan Motors.
                      At Rohan Motors, Yamuna Colony DehradunI have done routine service of my Alto Car Uk07AM9887 on dated[protected]. Next day I found That the car was not proper washed under the body. After 2-3 days I received a routine call from the customer care services of Rohan Motors Dehradun about inquiring the quality and satisfaction for the work done. I told the car was not proper washed from under the body. Ms. Anuradha who called me, informed that our washing machine for this purpose is out of order and as soon as it will be ok we will recall you for the rewashing of the car from under. I was astonished that i should have been informed by the service execute that the washing could not be done properly under the body, while giving the delivery of my serviced car, but not? . I received a call after one week that I can bring my car for rewash but that time I was on tour to Orissa and I expressed I will be back by 2nd December, 2018. After that I didnt received any call from the customer section of the Rohan Motors at all.
                      I am here expressing my experience that how these companies cheats customer in from of not giving services to the mark at least.

                        I, Mrs. Sutapa Sen, booked an old swift lxi (2014 new car only) on 6.12.14 with a chq. of rs. 10, 000 with the One Auto Pvt. ltd, kalikapur. On 9thDec. i made the full payment with necessary documents but did not get the delivery of my car yet. the person who dealt the matter is Roni Paul. Regarding documents submission too we faced a number of problems as he was not satisfied with e-mail print out of my state bank account details for my address proof.                           Dear Sir We have purchased "New Alto K10 VXI" car (registration No JH-10-AS-9989 and chassis No MA3E2DEIS00109006, Engine No K10BN1805760) from your authorized dealer/ distributor M/S Reliable Industries, Motors - Dhanbad - Kola Kusma, saraidhela Branch. The vehicle was delivered to us on 19/11/2014. While driving the vehicle, the below detailed issues were observed. 1. Key Off audible reminder feature 2. Head lamp On warning buzzer is not working The new model should have been PDI by the dealer before delivering to customer. But these feature were not verified during PDI by Dealer/Distributor but later on feature issue has been identified by customer. Now when the same has been shown to the Service center team of the same dealer, they are not able to solve the issue. Can some action can be taken so that mentioned feature are in working condition.                             We bought a new car Ciaz Zdi which was delivered on the 2nd week of November. It has been more than one month and we have not received the number yet. One month after the submission of the form and completion of other formalities, a sales executive called me and informed that one seal is missing on the form. It has been more than a month and still they have not submitted the form (which after one month they find is incomplete). This is a way in which this particular showroom operates and make a lot of money from the interests on the all the amount submitted by various customers. This is the second time this has happened with us (last year we bought Dzire and faced the same problem from the same showroom) and this time I am planning to take some action against this.

                              My name is V.Saravana kumar from Tamilnadu and I am working in Zf wind power ( German base MNC) I bought swift VDI on jan'2014 from Jayakrishna maruthi, coimbatore during this time I got some reduction in price for that I have taken the Jayakrishna team into my factory campus for marketing and under my reference 4 additional cars are booked They told me that for 4 cars you will get 4000 points and this will be deducted during your service period but I got the card only after 3 months during my 3rd free service. After 3rd for service, my bill amount was Rs 5900 and I gave this card but the points are not added and the service persons are disturbed me for long time and this is also very big cheating because they have given the card as empty i.e., no points added and I again went to Jayakrishna maruthi, Coimbatore to update the card and there I waited more than 3 hours and no body is respected me And the interior is framed with orange colour door frame and sheet cover and I paid Rs25000 extra for this but with in 3 months the entire orange colour is gone and become fad So I kindly request you to look into this immediately otherwise you will loose huge number of customer infuture and also I request you to ask your dealer to return back my Rs25000 Regards

                                Hi, My name is Pardeep and I owned Maruti K10 and I was suspecting that it could be an issue with either wheel balancing or alignment. So, I been to one of your service center "Insuh auto" in Faridabad. First of all, when the worker tried to open the wheel cover, he broke that and stating that the quality of the cover is poor, so, it can be break. When I said he needs to bear the loss of that cover, he eventually changed it which is fine. Now, when I asked him to do a check which was my first requirement, I have been told by their supervisor that we can't provide you service as wheel cover can be broke. Now, I have two concerns, a) The quality of the wheel base is so poor that even mechanic can't remove it . Then I think company needs to take the responsibility of it so that I can go and ask service center to provide me the service without any fear. b) Or mechanic was not that technically sound to do the job, properly. WHO WILL SOLVE THIS FOR ME THAT'S A BIGGEST QUESTION HERE. I have been using this car from past 3 years and I never face such issues with service center. I had warranty that time and they told me that it will be replaced without any cost. As there was no stock during that time, they told me to wait and told that they will inform when stock arrives. But its been several months and still there is no information from the service people. I am seriously disappointed with your service. I request you to take immediate action.

                                    my father booked one alto800lxi white colour on12.12.14 evening in full payment to siva maruti madurai. the cheque payment was cleared on 15.12.14 morning 11am. on that day they had refused to register the vehicle because of cheque clearance. They give formal deliver on 15.12.14 evening 6.45 pm. on condition of registering the vehicle on 16.12.14. But still they are telling the will not register by today also. kindly do the needful and get back our vehicle by today itsself. Note: we are having 3 altos, 1 swift, 1 desire complete maruti family.                                       Hi Maruti Team I had purchased Maruti Wagnor on 11th July 2014. Right now I am facing issue with headlight. Its very blur. When i requested the service centre to replace it, they denied and said it is chargeable. My earnest request to change the headlights as it is very difficult to drive during this chilly winter time. Hope after this mail i don't have to remind you again.

                                        Hi I have given my vehicle for repairing on dated 07/12/14 at Rohan Motors Ltd, Sec-1, Noida. The superior has committed to deliver the vehicle on 15/12/14. Yesterday i.e. on 14/12/14 when i called him about the status he updated me that the repair is not still not started and i said you are supposed to deliver on 15/12/14 then he said i will update you tomorrow morning after seeing the job card. Today morning when i called him he said he will update me by 2:00 pm now it is close to 4:00 pm but i have not received any call for him.
