Dear Sir, My name is Babu.T.P, I brought a Maruti swift desire tour diesel BSI car from maruti Suzuki's popular showroom in mangalam Cochin . I registered my car to taxi permit in fifteen days to the suggestion of showroom manager . I took three copies of all the papers of the car and attested by a notary because when i was purchase the car the maruti company offered twenty thousand rupees subsidy . they told me that cheque will given in two months, but now it is going to be six months. Now they are saying that my subsidy is cancelled, The responsible person of the showroom manager is speaking with out manner . Sir please solve my problem as soon as possible.     Bought Maruti Suzuki SWIFT ZXI New Model on 28th November 2014 from Khivraj, Chennai and found the following discrepancies: 1. Spare wheel supplied with the vehicle is non standard, not as per specification. The Spare Tyre Dimension is 14 inch, however the specified dimension is 15 inch. All the 4 Tyres are of 15 inch but the spare tyre is 14 inch, mismatch and non standard dimension. 2. Spare wheel supplied with the vehicle is without Alloy RIM, Top End Model SWIFT ZXI one of the specific feature is Alloy Wheels, but the spare wheel is without ALLOY RIM.

      Dear Sir,


      This is reference to the latest servicing we carried out for our Maruti car at Mahalaxmi Automotoives Pvt. Ltd, Model colony Pune on 11th Oct' 2014.


      On 20th Oct night we found that all of a sudden car break down indicating Oil Level indicator in Red. We immediately called Mr. Guru from Mahalaxmi Automotoives who arranged mechanic at site to investigate. After inspection it was found that Drain bolt beneath engine (Please refer attached snaps) was missing. The vehicle then towed to your model colony service center for repairs.


      This all happened due to negligence of your mechanic during serving and now we fear of engine brake down in future since vehicle run some distance without engine oil.


      We had a discussion with your Customer Care manager Mr. Prem Monis in this regard on 29th Oct who asked us to send email.

      Mr Prem Monis suggested us to go to Mahalaxmi Mundhwa branch. After inspection it was revealed that engine bearing has gone faulty. They replaced it and declared that vehicle is now performing fine.

      But looking at the criticality we want engine to be monitored for next 1 year by Maruti and Maruti should take care the engine related issue if arise in next 1 year.

      Mahalaxmi Mundhwa branch is not providing this confirmation over email.


      Now we require one year written warranty from you on engine that Maruti will bear the repair cost in case of engine failure due to this issue, if any, in future.


      Hope you will consider the seriousness of the matter and cooperate with us to rebuild our confidence on brand Maruti.

        Sir, It is sad to state that I have produced my accidental Car Regn No. HP14A 9395 at Goyal Motors Solan - 173212 (Himachal Pradesh). The same was delivered me on 20/12/2014 after nearly 20 days after payment of Rs 51103/- ( vide Invoice No BR14000996 dated 20/12/2014 ) . The time taken for its repair/ job done was not up to the mark as per norms. Never the less the vechicle was handed over with small test drive . It is further submitted that on 21/12/2014 after running approx. 3 K.m. the vechicle stopped on the road in the evening, I called for the back assistant on 22/12/2014 morning but the response was zero from the above said firm ( almost took 5- 6 hours to reach the spot being nearly 2-3 Km from the agency ) .Even till now the fault is not removed and they are not able to explain the reason behind it ( at 1545 hrs today ). Being a Govt Employee it is very much harassing me, as I have to leave my job back and stand beside them to know the exact reason of the fault . Sir, It is the matter to be regreted that the service provided by the Goyal Motors, Solan is not up to the mark / standard, There is no check / control over the management of staff work as I noticed during my several visit's to the agency. Customer(s) have resentment towards the staff as the nature of work done at the agency compelling them to wait for long hours for small job(s). Such type of incident(s) are downgrading the image of Maruti Suzuki in the Solan and surrounding areas. I therefore request your kindness to look into my matter seriously and direct Goyal Motors, Solan - 173212 (HP) to repair my car and get the job done as quickly as possible.             I had booked car ( LXI+) in dec 2014 i.e this month, The dealer had assured me the delivery of car in next month till 4th or 5th of Jan.With model as 2014 . But now the dealer is refusing me to deliver LXI+ 2014 model. Forcing to purchase VXI or 2015 with extra cost.

              In 2013 August, when my Swift Lxi (silver), Reg No MH04EX322 (chassis no: 693593 as per invoice attached) started stopping off and on even after jump starts, I took the car to Paramount Worshop in Mira Road (E), Thane, my regular service centre since I bought the vehicle in 2011. Mr Kadam, technician at Paramount said the car battery has conked and needed to be changed. Since my daily travel then was ~100 km, I asked the car battery to be changed asap. They said there will be some discount against my old battery and I was charged Rs 4551.17 for the "new" battery (supposed to be of 2013, copy of tax invoice attached). When I took the delivery, the car was working fine and like any trusting unsuspecting customer and somebody short on time, didn’t check the new battery no / warranty etc. However, very soon I found that the car stopped in CNG (fitted via Paramount only) mode whenever clutch and brake were applied together. The problem continued unabated and successive services from Paramount didn't solve the problem. On 10th December 2014 evening, my car refused to start completely on the way back home and when the on-road service didnt turn up after half an hour, approached a local mechanic who checked my battery and said its almost dead. I told him i fitted a new one in 2013 to which he showed me the no on the battery which read as "A1C3C303259”...A1 meaning the battery is 2011 make. I was left stupefied and speechless. Considering I have been a customer with Paramount from the very beginning and trusted them with the work on my vehicle, they having cheated me was a rude shock and something hard to bear. I don’t know how many such unsuspecting customers were being fleeced everyday by Paramount Wheels, earning a bad reputation for the Maruti brand name. At this point, the only redressal I’m looking for is a refund of the full amount of Rs 4556.17 (plus 1 year interest see attached invoice Sr. Part no 4) that Paramount had fraudulently charged me in the name of replacing the car battery, at the earliest. Unless, the matter is resolved ON PRIORITY, I will approach the Consumer Court or any other Courts in the world for adequate redressal. Also, my request to Maruti that you send a warning to Paramount and all other erring dealers that their dealership will be revoked if they persist on fraudulent dealings with customers.

                We sent our vehicle No.DL5CJ 8052 ALTO 800 CNG in the name of my wife Sharda Rani for third free service to your service center T R Sawhney, Shahibabad U P workshop-III code no 0819-3 on 13/12/2014 for service in well running conditions only fender was loosed & making noise. On the delivery of vehicle I was not at home. My husband received the vehicle. We both are non driving person. We did not use vehicle on Sunday. On Monday my husband use the vehicle with my son & he find the following problems in the vehicle: 1. Missing in start 2. Central lock is not working properly, in running phase vehicle indicator is showing the door are open. 3. Fan button is not working 4. Petrol indicator is showing that tank is empty 5. Both the back light glasses are cracked 6. All the engine wire are damaged by mouse. 7. Fender are loosed & making noise 8. Wiring of music system (Deck) are damaged by service center during the service. Then on Tuesday I contacted on telephone to service center then they sent his mechanic to check the vehicle & he observe all the above faults. On Wednesday, service center driver pick the vehicle & he told me petrol tank is empty then I told him that tomorrow your mechanic was also saying same thing & I fill the tank for Rs. 500/-.Then he taken the vehicle to service center. . After that I got call from service center that we will resolve your all complaint but some wires will be changed if you are agree & ready to make the payment. Then I said that why I will make payment for wiring because when your driver pick the vehicle after checked it was in running condition he did not report me that wiring are damaged At the time of buy vehicle maruti says we are no-1 in service but according to my personal experience its false statement.the service is non- tengible and you people have to gave it to the customer.and in service centre the peoples are sitting are like bunch of crooks they always try to make customer fool.So its my request to you that please rectify my problem as soon as possible else im going to take help of our respected judicial system. My vehicle is still standing at service center & no one is bothering for my inconvenience. I request to you to see the problem created by your service center.& resolve at earliest because service center is not interested to contact me. Thanks.                   Before second service of car, At the time car pick up driver checked and found that car jack not available in car (jack handle and tyre opening tool available), During first service car pick up checking everything was normal no any missing item. After 1st service i did not check car due to i trust on maruti service. In between i never require jack so i was not knowing jack is not available and i only (owner) using car so there is no chance to miss jack anywhere. So as per this i understood that card jack missed in 1st service only.

                    Sir I am using Maruti cars since 1996, I purchased ALTO K10(VIN: MA3EADE1S00396021, Mfg. Year 2012) from M/S DD Motors Dehradun, Uttarakhand, with an exchange offer of my 1996 model Maruti 800. After a couple of months with new car, while entering in my house I had to drive through about 4" deep water logging area, may be a run time of about 1 minute. To my surprise, I found that the carpeted floor of the car is flooded with dancing water. I contacted M/S DD Motors, Dehradun. They took the vehicle and after 2 days returned the car with stinking carpet still soaked in water and informed that 'Everything is all right, may be door gasket was not properly engaged. Please test and let us know". I said that since there is no rains today and I don't have a pool so please take the vehicle back, get the floor carpet dried-up check it either by partial submerging in some tank or raise it on inspection bridge with some colour water on bare floor, see if there is any damage and solve the problem'. Reply was same; but they dried up the carpet and ensured 'no damage in floor area sir we have again checked everything'. Just a couple of month back under similar situation the car got flooded. This time I parked it on dry porch and noticed that water is dripping from 4 slit-fold areas of car floor I roughly marked the positions of dripping points with wax colour stick, went to their service center; but they were too busy, I ended up with an empty machine shop coupon. Now, since it is the start of full paid service, they are having some rebate on servicing; and I appreciate that they phoned me 4 to 5 times in a week about the rebate; but my car requires a genuine serious repair job and not a mere bridal make-up.                         sir here i am trying to bring your kind attention to my grievances regarding newly purchased two weeks old swift dezire.i bought a new swift dezire from indus motors pattom trivandrum on 21/12/2014.in the same day itself i noticed that high quantity of smoke from the exhaust pipe when starting car during delivery time and also i felt that engine missing when i am riding 3rd and 4th gear.moreover this i couldnt drive in 5th gear even driving in high way ride(note: without filling diesel, only the second day i filled diesel using the coupen that given by the dealers). evenafter 20 days (drove 400km) i realized that the problem is persisting and problem intensity is increased.i contacted dealer and they directed me to the maruti servicestation at venpalavattom, TVM.the service manager and technicians inspected the vehicle and they told me that problem may be due to use of contaminated diesel.so they cleaned th diesel tank, refill with fresh diesel and observed that problem is still there.and they informed me that there is manufacturing problem in the engine that one of the fuel injectors is not working properly.i given my vehicle for repairing this.the next day they they return back the vehicle and informed me that the problem is rectified.when i get my car i asked the person who bring my car to accelerate the engine .but he and me realized that there is producing more smoke .i contacted service manager and informed to him but he is telling that the problem is completely rectified and if i am not satisfied even after drive the vehicle up to first service time(1 month), they can take up for next step. now i am believing his words and maruti suzuki and waiting for first service.

                            I have purchased Ritz Diesel LDI on 14.02.2012 from Modern Automobiles, Ambala City having Registration No.HR01AF9339. In the month of December 2013 my car met with an accident and for accidental repair I sent my car to Modern Automobiles. After my repeated follow ups, my car was repaired after inordinate delay of around 1 month. After getting the car on next day the car started giving starting problem and I again went to Modern Automobiles dealership in the month of January 2014. After diagnose it was told by the officials of Modern Automobiles that prima facie the gravity is too low and seems to be replaced. But referred to the exide stockists. The problem in battery arose in the first year of the purchase and may be due to faulty battery or due to negligence on the part of employees of Modern Automobiles during the approximately one month period they took to repair the car. However, the exide stockists after 2-3 days of charging returned the battery and which was refitted in my car. It was assured that battery would not give any problem. Thereafter, it was summer season and I carried on with the same battery. However, now with the advent of winter season in the month of December 2014 the battery again started giving starting problem. Then again I went to Modern Dealership Ambala and my battery was referred to exide stockists who has rejected the claim. My claim has been rejected since the car has run around 54876 kilometers. I wish to say that the warranty to battery is of years and not on mileage basis. I have been told that the warranty of battery is ranging from 24 to 27 months from the date of sale and is not concerned with mileage. This is an end to end warranty which is passed on to the customer who purchases the vehicle. Hence I feel that my battery needs to be in warranty as my car is yet to complete 2 years in 2015 and the problem arose during the first year of purchase and again within 2nd year of purchase. I have been harased unnecessarily by Maruti people and exide people. Nirmal Sharma

                                  Dear Sir, I have given my Maruti Swift Car bearing reg. No. HR26BZ8275 for replacement of front Bumper on 7.12.2014 at 10AM at Rana Service Centre, Jain Complex, Gurgaon near Rajiv Chauk. They promised to give my Car by the evening but at 6 in the evening they have called me and told for next day. When I went next day to get my Car I was shocked to see the scratch on right rear gate in the bottom running full length along with over newly installed front bumper. When I confronted the supervisor, he refused initially by passing the buck as old one but latter agreed when scratches were shown to GM and oppolozise for the same. They requested me to leave the Car for the day and get it back on next day (i.e. on 9.12.2014) by 3PM which i agreed. when I called the Supervisor on next day at 3'o clock before going to Service Centre, i was told to go to Body shop at Sector 18 and collect your car from there. Finally I got my car around at 5'o clock. I have requested them (both the places) for the feedback form but it was not provided to me by making the excuse that server is down. Maruti is known for its privileged services to its customers. Please don't let your loyal customer get away due to these type of people like Rana Motors.                                     sir the maruti service station taradevi shimla h.p.owned by goyal motors are doing faulty work. They basically take parts from damaged cars and put them in new cars whch comes for any servicing. i caught them red handed doing all this. also the employess there are not civilised at all. they donot know how to talk to customers and they way of talking is very poor. Also they will call for feedback evrytime and when i award any points to them (from 10 say 8) they just force us to change ratings so that they can get appreciation. so its my kind duty to inform to you and please take necessary steps against them with properly taking care of the employees way of talking.

                                      I have bought a new Wagon-R recently in September 2014 from Pebco Motors, Jamshedpur. After that I went to Maruti Service centre, Adityapur for the Accessories. I enquired for the rate of the accessories from accessories department of the service centre. I was told that the price of the door visor @ 1500 INR and bodygraphics @2200 INR. Then I took the accessories and for that I was charged 3700 INR. Mr.Pant Ram Sahoo gave me the bill of the accessories that is attached in the mail. Then I searched for the price of door visor on internet and the price was 990 INR. Again I visited to the accessories department of the service centre, Adityapur. Then I enquired the price of door visor to the different staff and he checked the system and told me the price which was 990 INR I was shocked that could it be happened in Maruti like renowned company? Then I intimated Mr.Pant Ram Sahoo about the price difference, and he admitted his cheat and gave me compensation as steering cover of 510 INR. After few days I visited Maruti service centre, Mango. I saw the MRP of body graphics and astonished, because the MRP was 1290 INR (inclusive of all taxes). I took the snap of the price of bodygraphics by my mobile camera, and I am attaching it for your reference. Again I went to Maruti service centre, Adityapur where I informed them the MRP of bodygraphics. Mr.Anup (Accessories Manager) behaved rudely and argued with me. Just because of Mr . Anup I am mailing to you. Don’t you feel that this is a gross misconduct with a customer which had gone there to let them know about their fault? Why should I not take the legal action to the company? I want you to take stringent action against Mr.Sahoo and Mr. Anoop because such staffs are defaming the name of the company. I want any maruti person to look into this matter coz I have no more trust in any pebco staff. 1500 bucks is not very big amount but somebody are cheating in the name of maruti with widening their chest. This has led me that I will never purchase any MGA product from maruti service centre. Thanks Rajani kant Mob. No.-[protected]

                                        I purchased a swift dzire-vxi bs-4 on 14/02/2014-invoice no-VSL13001584 from Premier Carworld Private Limited 92F, B.T.Road-kolkata-700058-WESTBENGAL.I had fitted a upsize tyres and alloy rims in my car for better road grip and handling and fitted front and rear bumper guard for the protection of the bumpers because now a days front & rear bumpers are only show if a bicycli hits the bumper its totally detached from the car and we had to face the problems while driving only for this my warranty is been void and a speed post warning letter is been sent to me by the above dealer executive Mr.Debraj Dey mobile no-[protected].only my fault is that on the third service the dealer didnt carried the job properly on my car i had complained for the front suspenssion noise after servicing the car the noise was there i just called Mr.Ritesh Choudhary G.M works they again checked the car and they find the faulty joint front stabilizer they had replaced the parts under warranty it was the main problem that why i had asked for the warrranty claim from them and why i had complained the MSIL.Its a humble request what steps to be taken against the dealer and msil because they had taken money for two years warranty or 40.000km and by the fitment of acessories which part or portion of the car has lost the warranty or the whole car had no warranty sir i want the explanations from MSIL not from the dealer because they are only making fools to the customers after sales&service is totally bad its very very bad standard please guide me and help me
