I purchased Maruti 800 2005 model recently it developed a peculiar problem after 3 to 4 km run the temperature will raise i have given this to your local authorised service dealer WHEELS AUTO in Adayar there is no leak in the radiator the cooling fan also working the service people suspected the gasket leak the removed the engine head but not able to succeed now the are suspecting the circuitry and not confident please advise what to check and repair This i am making a remainder out of frustration since there was no replay to my earlier request Reg No TN 07 AF 2034 EXPECTING EARLY REPLY SIVA

    Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that we have given our Grand Vitara no. HP 63 0006 in the name of Sri Ram Hospital New Shimla on 20th August 2014 for denting and mechanical faults, which was supposed to be delivered to us on 30 Sep 2014. Till date we haven't received the vehicle and today we had gone to the service station ( Goyal Motors Shimla) there the staff was realy rude and very uncooperative with us and no one is telling us as to when are thy going to deliver the car to us, neither the MD is taking our calls nor the GM (Mr.Anoop) is taking our call.       I have swift dzire, I changed my car front glass due to broken during accident, the changed glass was faulty, the visibility is very very poor. then I changed the glass 2nd time. now the glass is looking ok during day time but during raining or fog the glass is very worst. nothing is visible, I am now doubting on the spare market. I hate to touch my car now a days due to this issue. if i need to pay more for good quality glass it is ok. but where??? could you pl. send somebody to validate my car glass. because even if i go for changing new glass again, i am not sure about the quality.

        Hi Respected Team, With great hopes of being a owner of a Maruti Swift D-Zire Vxi (grey color), we went to GEM Motors, Kondapur in Hyderabad in Telangana State. But little did we knew that time, that we have been cheated by the GEM Motor sales person and the manager. Me and my husband visited GEM Motors Showroom multiple number of times with the desire to buy a Swift D-Zire and has been promised by a delivery of the same on October 18th @ 6:00 pm by Mr. Amed who is a sales person in GEM Motors. We have also paid booking amount of Rs. 5000 and since my husband already has a pre-approved car loan from HDFC bank, Mr. Amjed told us that we dont need to wait for the loan to open in-order to have the delivery of the car. But finally, when we went on October 18th, at 5:30 pm, we were embarrassed to the core and were silently insulted by both the manager as well as Mr. Amjed. They mentioned that the car has already been sold to some other customer and they said that they were helpless. When we asked them what is the point of paying of booking amount, they advised us to cancel the booking/or that they will give us a silver color (but we don't need a silver color, as we love the grey Swift Dzire - it looks very good). With this answer slammed at our face, we left the showroom helplessly after being forced to cancel the booking. Little were they interested in understanding our hurt feelings and sentiments. Neither Mr. Amjed nor the manager is even bothered to say a simple "SORRY" for what they have done. Adding to our already hurt feelings, we were deeply hurt again with Mr. Amjed who had promised to return our booking amount of Rs. 5000 by October 22nd (Wednesday). But, it is very sorry to let you know that it has not been returned so far, nor did they even called us to explain the delay. As a review on GEM Motors, we heard that this is what they generally do to many customers and it has a very bad rating. As a team who take care of your esteemed customers (who love your cars and services), we are writing this with high hopes that we will get justice or at least our booking amount back.         Do not trust to hand over your car if you want to sell believing in GEM MOTORSTrue Value. They just bluff you. For instance they will not pay to the value of car what it is and more over they will never ever stick to their payment delivery dates.

        If you are in hurry and want sell of your car for fast cash, this is not the place, because they will just give you false promises saying today evening and tom morning stretching for a week or so by that time you will fail to meet all your commitments and loose much more revenue what you expected.

        The shocking thing to say " absolutely they do not stand on their committed time period", though they talk to you with a honey tongue. NO POINT IN ESCALATION . People are same starting from technician to store in charge. Pathetic experience I ever had. The funny part is while I was waiting for my money one of the agent from same unit calls me for selling a car saying that he got a lead from his teammate. You can see their strength of their process in maintain the customer data bank. Is it not irritating for some who is already in mess because of them and waiting for the money to come and this guy pitching in for a new car.

        They call you 10 times while they need any info from ours, but will not respond you later if we need to know the committed payment date.

        Over all I would like to give them a big ZERO rating and would say do not visit this place. I have to take the car back as I did not had any more trust on them. I am sure this reviews may not bother them but still this can help people who does not the true face of GEM
        Even if you buy vehicle froom GEM, Don't go to them for servicing. It is very bad service center. They will change some parts of your car. We will not know those things as we will not check every thing, even if we check we will not identify.
        They changed my car spare Tyre.
        Even if you call them for any thing they will say mechanic is not there or busy and call back to you. But they never call back to you.

        I have given my vehicle last week at Kondapur Gem Motors and they charged me 20000 for saying to replace clutch plates and general service. I got the vehicle back next day with more complaints on it. The response is too worst when called back and literally you will not get any response back to adjust or repair the problem.

        - Removed my webcam
        - Clutch plates are getting sound
        - Vehicle movement is gone again, meaning pick up gone completely.

        Now a days GEM Motors quality has gone completely.
        Had couple of bad experiences with GEM Motors. they do add additional spares though not required do billing without our consensus. when we enquire for why they have billed though we did not opt for such spares, they will say that we should have asked them before billing receipt generated. GEM Motors is big cheater.
        Purchased Suzuki access 7months ago but still didn't get the registration papers
        Totally dissatisfied, waste management

          Hi, Last month i have given my maruti ritz vdi car for service at CARS india ltd, kottvakkam, Chennai center.I reported the problem of rattle while gear shifting.I paid nearly Rs.9, 500 for the service.It seems the rattling issue was solved at the time of delivery.Again the same Problem is resurfaced within a month.That also during my immediate long travel.I approached the service centre and gave my car for checking the issue.They kept the car whole day and said there is an issue with ECM and need to be replaced with new one.The cost of ECM is RS.20000/- in the market.But they have arranged me an alternative vehicle for my travel.I purchased the car on march-2011 and the extended warranty period was over on last feb-2014. Sofar i have driven only up to 21000 km.I am really surprised to see with in 3 years and 6 months huge amount of spare part is required to be replaced.Also there is no facility in the so called service center to diagnose the issue or else it should have been addressed in my previous service which has given last month.Now i need to pay Rs.20000 plus service charge. With this issue, my confident on maruti suzuki CAR and its accessories has drastically comes down.Really disappointed with my Maruti Ritz.               COMPLAINT AGAINST MARKETING TIMES PVT LTD NEW DELHI Sir, I was a proud owner of maruti car 800 cc 1992 zen 1996 and dzire 2008 i have prebooked a maruti ciaz with marketing times automobile ltd on 8th sep 2014 by booking number sob14000454 number of times we have requested for the test drive of ciaz car but till date they have failed to provide the test drive today when we inquired from mr shaam sunder manager marketing times about the status of our delivery of the car he was not only discourteous but also rude while talking to us we were informed that it will take 2 or 3 months for delivery of the car but when confronted that the other dealers have already delivered 8 to 10 ciaz cars and you have not delivered even a single car mr shaam sunder said that we cant do anything and you will have to wait for another 2 to 3 months we are shocked with the remarks and the attitude shown by mr shaam sunder when we visited another show room t r sawhney motors pvt ltd today they assured us of the delivery of the ciaz car within 2 or 3 weeks kindly explain the reason behind this situation as we are totally dissatisfied with the current situation and the policy of the maruti company An early response shall be highly appreciated otherwise we shall be compelled to cancel the booking and switch over to some other automibile company SUNIL GOYAL [protected]

                Sir My name is raghunadh.batchu. My car is met with accident before two months.I went varun maruti showroom in vijayawada, addressed at Eluru road, near ramavarapadu ring for service. Their I repaired my car under vehicle insurance(ICICI bank's) through the company of varun maruti suzuki. Then after six days, i went to the company to get my car back. But they told me, the car was ready but insurance is not claimed. But i told them i must need the car that day, then he suggested me to pay the amount of your insurance claim, and take the car, after the claim was complited he told me will refund the amount with in ten days. I had done the same way. After three times i met them. But not gave me the refund. My village is 100 kms from vijayawada. I came to the showroom with my won charges nearly 1000 rs. But they did not gave me the refund at every time. And same way the amount of refund of vehicle registration refund also. Please take action on this.

                  UltraTech placed an order for a Maruti D-Zire VXI Automatic on Sai services Mumbai on Aug 22, 2014: Ultra/car/ dated 22/08/2014 for Mr Rishi Kumar Delivery committed was within 30-45 days, as the colour specified was not readily available (Clear Beige / Pacific Blue ). However after more than 2 months, I have not even received the delivery date

                    I purchased a Maruti Alto 800 Vxi on 19th Sept 2014 from Sarathy Autocars, Kollam. One Mr. Anil (TL) and Mr. Rajesh were the executives dealing with us. Mr. Anil offered a scratch and win card, Rs. 3500 as discount for the Govt. employee scheme, a gift from maruti (Sony home theatre or a water purifier), Rs. 5000 if I have a two-wheeler and a gold coin worth Rs. 5000. I have got gold coin offer and two wheeler scheme, but while taking delivery they told me that the gift, Rs. 3500 and the scratch & win coupon will come after two weeks from Maruti. I called them several times but I haven't got any satisfactory reply from them. I complained Maruti regarding the same, but they also haven't replied yet.                     Today I went Sarathy Autocars to collect my gift, cheque of Rs. 3500 and scratch & win card, but Mr. Anil & Mr. Rajesh told me that they can't give me scratch and win card and water purifier (gift). I asked them why they couldn't. Then I got a strange reply from the executives that someone has taken scratch & win coupon and water purifier from them. I requested then to show us the details of how and when they handed over the particular gifts to someone, but they were trying to hide it from me saying so many weird things. First they told me that my brother in law collected from them, but he is in Muscat. Then they were trying to convince me saying that it was taken by my cousin. I called my cousin and he said he doesn't know anything regarding that. So, these incidents lead me to believe that those guys are cheating me and dragging the reputation of Maruti and Sarathy Autocars through the dirt. Kindly advice me to take a legal action against them. Hope I will get a helping hand from your end.

                      I have a Maruti Swift VDI Model 2010 (December). The details of the vehicle are as below: Engine No. Chassis No. [protected] Registration No. RJ 05 CA3189 I have attended Maruti Service Centre, (TM Moters ), Bharatpur Rajasthan on dated 20/10/2014. The Service Adviser of the Work Shop took test Drive perfectly & my car was running ok at that time. After completing the service, it was found that the car self start was not working. It was seen by me that service technician was using my car battery for glowing hand lamp to locate the fault/parts. The battery had been using for this work abut more than 3 hours. Due to this reason the battery became discharge and technician put it on recharge. Therefore workshop in charge didn’t handover the car to me on the same day as committed. Next day when I reached to take delivery of my car, it was found that the car was not self started. When I asked the reason, It was informed that the battery of my car would be replaced. When the matter was discussed with Mr. Naveen (WM). He was unable to satisfy me & the behaviour of the genteel man was not good as per his designation. He was not polite at all & said I have to replace the battery only & added that I was free to make anything. I have already talked to your Toll Free No. & informed Miss Priyanka.                         I have been worked as a technician in kiran motars surat from last two and half year..
                        the date :- 20/11/2020 I was sick and I have asked a normal sick leave at that day but my workshop manager Mr. Vipul ramani denied to give me sick leave..so I did not come for 10 (ten) days.. And that after 10 (ten) days, I went to workshop then manager of workshop Mr. Vipul ramani restigate me just because off I did not come In workshop due to sickness ...And at the end of the month when the date of salary arrived ...my salary receipt has been issued but my salary didn't debited in my bank account so I asked manager that my salary did not debited in my bank account and the manager Vipul ramani and Mayur barot told me that you won't get salary for 20 days because I have didn't go for 10 days.. And then I told them that I will complain then they started talking rudely and in very bad manner...i didn't refused to do job as a technician but they have restigate me... So I humble request to you that please me to get my salary back for 20 days... Please help me...

                          Complaint about customer harassment and misbehaviour by Seemanchal Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Authorised Maruti Dealers) NH-31 Near marketing yard, Gulabhbagh Purnea, Bihar 854326 Dear Sir, It is informed that I have got Maruti Swift LXI Vehicle, No. ML05J7137. Due to certain problems I took it to nearest Maruti Dealer show room for repair during first week of October 2014. After giving the estimate I had to pay 50% in advance for the repairs. I am not sure if anywhere else in India Maruti workshop would charge for a advance payment for repair. Recently I got SMS that vehicle is repaired and ready. I went there for taking out the vehicle, but unfortunately the work Manager Mr. Saurav was absent, and they informed me that today will not be delivered so please come another day. When I contacted Mr. Saurav over phone, he started shouting and misbehaving me. It is therefore requested to take action against Mr. Saurav, Work manager Seemanchal Motors. Pvt. Ltd.                             I Mukesh Kumar had booked a car Wagon Car VXI Grey Color on 12 Oct 2014 with an amount of Rs. 5000.00 in Motor Craft Sales Private Limited, Sahibabad Site-4, Ghaziabad. I was told that u will get the car on 21 Oct 2014 definitely. Accordingly, i made the part of Rs. 1.98 lac through cash/Cheque. Remaing of Rs. 2.25 lac was to be paid through SBI on loan. Bank sanctioned the loan on 19 Oct 2014. Then, i asked for delivery. they said that car of your model is not available. hence, they will not be able to deliver the car on 21 Oct 2014. you will get the car after diwali.
                            But, since, i borrowed the loan amount on heavy rate of interest. Now, i am very dis appointed as i paid the whole amount so that i could recieve the car before diwali. But, they are denying to deliver the car before diwali.
                            It is therefore requested that action against dealer may be taken why they had made promise when the car was not available with them.

                            I booked a maruti suzuki celerio ZXI model on 28/9/14 and was promised a delivery 4-5 weeks from the booking date mentioned in the docket provided by them.Now it has been quite long and on enquiring, they have not been able to still confirm about the delivery date.

                            It has been breach of commitment promised by the dealership and their response to my queries have been very irresponsible and misleading.Please suggest and advise the necessary course of action to compensate me for the pain and dissatisfaction i am going through.

As per Maruti seating capacity is 5 person but when received RC there mentioned 4 person seating capacity. Pleas discribe that why this difference in maruti & registration office?

                                  Dear Sirs, Reference: Service of KL-01-BR-191 If you look at the salutation that I put to address you, seems some sort of, you know creating exaggeration on me, as you are not at all qualified to be called upon the same. Coming to my views and reasons to write in, is something which I heard, felt and faced so far. Before start to blame anything on you, it would be happy to say something about, which you are doing right now in the world. Let’s start by thanking you for making very good cars and help each Indians to achieve their dreams to come true, also stay at the top of India’s leading car manufacture companies of India. So Maruti Suzuki is the best seller, Manufacturer in India, the customers are expecting same quality of service from you, that you have proven in the market for the recent past. All the above are the facts that I know about you, which provoked me to buy your product. But I been forced to believe that those thoughts were completely crap, those were dreams. This happened to me when I get to service my swift to your service centre, I saw such a really pathetic, bloody, crap, absurd, unprofessional, inexperienced service from you. As a leader in the industry you should not be allowing this to happen, you may or may not believe, customers are king, you are here because of them. Always remember to”put yourselves on customers shoe”, not my quote, some says and that’s the fact. Coming to my point for writing you, on 23 September 2014, I told you (Indus Motors, Vattappara, Trivandrum, Kearala, India) to service the above vehicle [swift VXI, MA3EHKDIS00705677, K12MN1437721, 1197CC] cause my vehicle collided with another Van and the right side tale lamp, bumper and Dicky got damaged. I told them to get it repaired and after one and half weeks it was decided that all the parts should be replaced, there was not any option to repair it, only replacement is the ultimate solution. They have started the work and on 11 October 2014 they have finished off the work. When I collected the vehicle and checked it, to be honest to say, it was precisely noticeable that the whole work was a crap. So I told those stupid’s to get it corrected, then on 14th October the work was completed and I was informed. When I checked, the same thing has happened. The have not understood the seriousness and they do not seem to have a type of quality and responsibility. Again after talking with Manager, Supervisor, most of the people, again put in to the service centre. Same thing has happened, I do not want to say al theseeeeeeeeee... I look forward to receiving your comments on this as early as possible, not sure about your code of practice. However, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, I would be willing to refer my case to the consumer court for your inefficiency for Service and Repair. Failure in handling my complaint will take you to the court and I will put you on the Social Networking sites and Media. Also I would like to receive a full compensation of my inconvenience, distress and additional expenses occurred, I look forward to receiving your cheque for that amount within the next 14 days.                                     I Swati Harshal Mahajan i brought new swift desire vxi from autovista kharghar navi mumbai on 3rd october 2014 very next day i found that my car front bumper left side is not shineing then touth that portion then i realised that its ruff then i show it to my executive he told me that we rectified it on service but i was not satisfied so i show it to expert they told me that this car bumper is painted so i contacted autovista kharghar navi mumbai for the same many time and told them that since i paid full payment for brand new car with zero effect why should i adject with this defect then they told me come on sunday 19 th october 2014 to check my car i told them that arrange new bumper for my car i dont have time to repeat my problem again and again but they told me they check but not promise any thing. so i request you that to reach autovista i required nearly 500 worth rs petrol from my home which is already my loss and again if they check and cant replace then it will very become mental harrashment for me so kindly inform them to replace the front bumper of my car i will go there tomorow on 19th october 2014 kindly give me justice i have full trust on maruti.                                       Dear All, I have taken a new Swift Dzire VDI in the month of Aug'14 in Rajahmundry SB MOTORS(East Godavari Dist, Andhra Pradesh), unfortunately my vehicle met with an accident while coming from rajahmundry to hyderabad in the month of Sep'14 then i had given a vehicle to VARUN MOTRS(KUSHAIGUDA, ECIL, HYDERABAD) immediately, as the vehicle was not in a position to move(Vehicle brought to varun motors by towing vehicle). Again i got a vehicle back after 10 days from VARUN MOTORS. Then vehicle went back to Rajahmundry. Now the issue is SOME OF THE IMPORTANT PARTS WERE NOT REPLACED, JUST ADJUSTED EVEN THOUGH CLAIM HAS APPROVED AND ALSO FOUND THAT SOME OF THEM WERE NOT GIVEN FOR CLAIM ESTIMATION, this has been confirmed by SB MOTORS RAJAHMUNDRY. Please find the list of parts with images which were found guilty: 1. Drive Shaft left side: Claim approved but not changed the part 2. Wheel Disc & Wheel Disc Dust Cover left side : Not given for insurance claim estimation even though it was damaged while accident 3. Wheel covers left side: Regarding this i got a reply from body shop manager stating that wheel covers will not be covered, as the covers will not come with vehicle, but later when i escalated to insurance company i got a positive response from insurnace company and claim got approved because its a VDI vehicle so wheel covers came with the vehicle. Here i mis guided by the body shop manager 4. Right side door: I didn't get a insurance claim for this door due to it was damaged while towing, but i paid for a new door. Here i am not happy with the door adjusted because it is not fiitted properly. I got a dought that based on above issues here also the old door painted and adjuted rather than a new door. 5. Left Side door interior: This is also a new door got a insurance cover but inside door beeding hasn't fitted properly Vehicle inspected and served at VARUN MOTORS Hyderabad by Maharshi - Body Shop Manager - [protected] and also i clearly told him that don't compromise with the quality, replace the part if damaged even if not cover under insurance claim, as its a new vehicle Have attached all related documents for your reference. Also the vehicle at Rajahmundry i cannot bring back to Hyderabad for investigation because its cost me around 8000/- for diesel, tollgates and driver cost. Please investigate the vehicle at Rajahmundry, if required. Its been 3 months i have taken this vehicle, but when travel in my car i seriously felt that its USED CAR. Request you to please re investigate my issue on top priority, as i felt that, was cheated and misguided by a international company.                                         I approached Indus motors, Mettukada, Trivandrum as the air conditioning in the car -Maruti Zen with Registration No : KL 7AY 6903 was not working ( on 15 Oct 2014). They, after testing the AC opined that there is Leakage and the Compressor etc has to be cleaned/repaired. As there is reported to be no facility for carrying out such repairs ( for AC) in the centre, , I was directed to a local workshop. Kindly advise 1. Why an Authorised Maruti service station is not able to effect repair to the Air conditioner. 2. whether it is the policy of Maruti suzuki Ltd to allow Maruti service stations to resort to such (unhealthy) practices.
