>model of stereo is NP74LA >whenever the engine starts for the first time, the screen goes blank and it remains blank for 15-20 minutes and all the switches stop working. The stereo starts with full volume and that cannot be lowered as the switches are not working. > when i put the stereo on MUTE mode it automatically reverses to original position (switch on) --sound start coming from the stereo as soon as there is a small jerk or i press the break of the car >Whenever the car is running at whatever speed the screen goes blank any time during the driving also switches stop working no channel can be changed while driving.

      Please guide me where do I complain about the delivery of Maruti ertiga vxi cng limited edition which I have booked through ur authorised dealer ( spectra motors ghatkopar ).
      I have booked on 23.07.2014 .
      I was promised the delivery will be in one week but still today there is no fixed date about the delivery .
      Please guide me where do I complaint about this .

        I bought maruti ertiga on 2 march 2014 from magic auto, desh bandhu gupta road, karol bagh, Delhi The car is well off but the only problem is with the steering wheel. It is too hard. I m a cervical patient and it is very difficult for me to manage with it. I asked the dealer to see into the matter but he just ignored the problem.           we purchased wagon r vxi on 7/9/2014 from rohan motors dehradun at the time of purchase there was no sales person who boooked the car and car was not ready on the time . they washed the car in front o[censored]s there were no ribbons and decoration on the car . they charged 1670 for the matts and car freshners but there were not anything except matts.when we searched the player remote so there was no remote for the music player in the car service was so poor ...

            Hi Am a maruti customer from Kerala and visited local popular dealer (Kayamkulam, Alleppey Dist) for Maruti WagonR vehicle. Since am an Ex-Servicemen I have submitted my request through CSD canteen for a discount in the vehicle price. I have been requested to make full payment to get the benefit of CSD service. Dealer agreed that they can deliver the vehicle within two days time after complete payment has been made. According to their instruction I have made this big mistake of full payment. And now dealer has changed their voice that they can deliver it after two weeks time with lot of blunder excuses like vehicles are in Valayar check post and the vehicle reserved for CSD purpose is not able to locate in their tracker now etc... Now I am forcing to accept dealer word because my payment is gone to their bucket. I have another bad experience with Popular in Trivandrum. I own Maruti Ritz vehicle and usually I give my vehicle for service in Popular. But I experience that they are really not into customer oriented service instead they are target oriented dealer. Better we not to trust them and engage with other good dealers in future.

              My Car met an accident on Sunday and submit the car on Monday in your authorised Service Centre. But due to non availability of Side Mirror, it is not available in H.O. and due to that I can not take back the car. Now How much days I have to wait, Please clear. My Car No. is HR 51 AD 8321.                 I got a WagonR VXI purchased on 20th of Nov 2013 Apra Autos Gurgaon Reg No DL1CQ 4880 on 1st Free Servicing i paid Maruti 1500 Rs for Anti Rust Coating however yesterday 02nd of Sep 2014 i have given my vehicle to DD Motors Peeragadhi New Delhi for 3rd Servicing now they were saying that due to some vendor issue they wont be able to spray the anti rust coating at the time of purchase your authorized service center APRA Motors Gurgaon have given me their word that i can get the paint sprayed from any authorized maruti service centers across india and the same is not happening very disappointed with the services you guys are a rip off also i am just waiting for my car to get serviced after that i am definitely going to write a very strong feedback if my issues are not sorted out

Four months waiting period given has been elapsed, but no one at dealer, at your customer care and on web site tells about our booking position. Nobody is giving clear response. Please tell us when I will get Celerio.

                    I had booked the ALTO 800LXI BS IV/Granite colour car on30/03/2014 at ACE Kudale car pvt ltd, Pune. During booking the car Mr. Shankar Bhagat has told me you have to pay Rs7973 ( my receipt no REC[protected] for LBT (Tax). I am living in Loni kalbhore area and it does not comes under LBT. On that day he said that you have to pay the amount if government will not charge then we will return you the amount, yet I have not received the amount from the dealer. Being your customer I want clarity on this amount. Please revert back as soon as possible. Discount had given from the Maruti Rs 23000 (GUDI PADWA offer). Actually I am unable to add the soft copy of my receipt, i[censored] can give me your emali ID then I will definitely submit you the all documents. Corporate discount for employees were 5100/ but he had not given me the full discount on that date.                       dear sir i have taken warranty for 3rd and 4th yr which is valid upto 15 apr 2015 contract no[protected] and the dealer code 2701 27 01 recently i faced a slight problem with the back left side wheel a tightens and a noise from the back side when given to the service centre he has given me the list of works to be done and the charges etc i just wanted to know that taking warranty is of no use is this a total loss of money (oil changes is n not applicable )

                        refer to my complaint no: 817734 yesterday and the resolution provided by your central call centre was that I need to two it to your workshop. Is this what you mean by road side assistance anywhere in india? Your mechanic should organise for the towing and return the vehicle after repairs if you say that you provide assistance. But your call centre lady jyoti could only argue that this vehicle AP10AY6688 is out of warranty(it is in extended warranty and warranty was purchased at the time of vehicle delivery itself). Now I have spent Rs.1800/- to tow the same to my residence and the same is lying here. I hope that you will resolve the same immediately and also expect to be refunded the amount spent including mental agony for your uncooperative attitude and indeferences to customer apathy.

                          Sir, We have been regularly complaining you regarding the problem we are suffering through the representatives of your company and service centre through email & telephone on your toll free No.[protected] & [protected]. But despite apprising the company of this matter, we not only haven't got any satisfactory answer but also faced humiliation and torment. The main reason we bought the car has not got satisfied. Mr. Gambhir Mal Jain, myself, is the only person who drives the car. Suffering from high liver problem, I thought to avoid the vagaries of nature by travelling through car. But this purpose has been left unfulfilled, your representatives/employees have been behaving badly and threatening us to deposit excessive money. Also, at several requests, we haven't yet been provided or at least allowed to see our car. The whole matter is explained below: CAR DETAILS ARE AS BELOW: Chassis No. : 755138 Car Registration No. : RJ20CA8990 Owner Name : Gambhir Mal Jain Address : 2 KHA 1 Dadabari Kota (Rajasthan) The Car met with a minor accident on date13 July 2014. I made claim to NICL Company Bhatia. From 14 July 2014 till now the car is lying at the Company's service station and we neither know about its whereabouts and nor we know whether it has been serviced or not. We wecontinuously calling to company representatives for knowing car status but we don't get any satisfactory answer and faced a misbehaviour at the hands of your representatives at service centre. On dated 6 august 2014 time 10:36 AM, we got a first message from LM MSILDL "is The repair newwork on your car is about to complete and car will be ready in next 45 minute please contact Mr Manish [protected] for details RGDS Bhatia and C". After that on 6 august 2014 time 11:16 AM again we got an another massage "Repair REF NO for your car is JC14001641 opened on 06 august 2014 on time 11:06 Hrs ETD of your car is 25 September 2014 on time 18:00 Hrs and est repair amount is rs 0 Rgds Bhatia and C" Then after a short while we again made contact to bhatia and company for knowing status of our car and bill amount but they did not give any response. Many times we called them regularly but neither they did not give any positive response and not our car. Without car in full season of monsoon and also of health reasons, we faced unbearable difficulties. At last on dated 08 august 2014 by MD MSILDL on time 12 11 Hrs we got another massage "is The repair work on your car is about to complete and car will be ready in next 45 minute please contact Mr Manish [protected] for details Rgds Bhatia and C". When we contacted the service centre the respondent told us that car hasn't yet been completed till that time. After two days, bhatia and company service certre called us for picking up the CAR. When we reached there service centre give us a False Bill of large and excessive amount which is shocking for us because they did not give us any detail of working on car and bill amount, while we are continuously in contact with them. Now everyday we phone them for our car but they deliberately ignore us and unduly pressure us for depositing money. We are facing gravest humiliation at the hands of your company. The mistake we made was we banked on Maruti's image and bought the Maruti car. Please resolve this issue on urgent basis and liberate us of these bad times of one and a half months as fast as possible.                             Hello there, I would like to give the feedback regarding the service centers for Suzuki access. Whenever I give my bike for servicing I will be told that some of the parts in my bike are in bad condition and needs to be replaced even though they are good. When I checked with the other local service center they said that parts are good and working. Just to make sales service centers are charging the customers unintentionally, I would request Suzuki should consider this feedback and do the needful. Regards, Shaffi

B/U Barzull, Sringar which we made on 12th of August 2014(receipt enclosed for your reference). At the time of booking we have been promised that the vehicle will be delivered...

                                Dear Sir, I have purchase New Maruti Stingray VXI Car on Jun - 30 - 2014 from Vadodara.Gujarat, Dealer: Amar Cars Pvt. Ltd., Gorwa, Vadodara. My complain is there are 4 tyres Alloy Wheels with new car but Spare Wheel is given normal wheels. I want to know from Maruti, why, only 4 wheels are Alloy wheels and spare wheel is not alloy wheel. Because, I have just came to knew & checked when i got puncher in front driver side wheel. When i changed this tyre from Spare wheel that time i feel cheating from dealer. So, pl kindly give your valuable reply me and give me customer satisfaction. and if any cheating from dealer, i will go for consumer court.                                     Dear Sir/Mam It is to bring in your kind notice that I, Inderjeet from Rewari Haryana having swift VDI HR 36 P 5077. I serviced my car from Apra auto services sect-14 Gurgaon on 01-Aug-2014 and i take my car to home without checking all the accessories and after 15 days i found my tyre was replaced by some old tyre during service which has a little cut on it and having tube in it whereas my tyre were new and tubeless. it is really ridiculous and painful.                                       My Vehicle Maruthi Wagon R Reg No: KL5AB 1597 was given for regular service on 18/8/2014 at Popular Service Station, S H Mount, Kottayam, Kerala(INVOICE No.:BR[protected]. After the service the vehicle was returned with the comments from the service adviser that “everything was done well and the stearing unit was completely resettled and still an unusual sound was heard when the car is in a big gutter which is not a serious problem”. When My Husband drived the Car, he heard an unusual sound which was not heard before the servicing. The Service Advisor enquired about the condition of the vehicle after the service. He told him about the unusual sound from bottom of the stearing unit. The Service Advisor again guaranteed that there is no Safety Problem and the problem can be fully rectified only by replacing a Unit which cost around Rs. 4000, which may be done in the long run. After the Servicing My Husband had driven the car for about 250 km through heavy traffic, highways, hilly areas, narrow bridges, village roads with 5 pupil from my own family. The rest of the story is as follows. Call History 26/8/2014 2:32 PM - Call to Popular Service([protected]): “Severe Sound and Shaking of the Vehicle” Reply: Bring the Car to the Service Center. On Reversing the Car the front left wheel along with the axle was thrown aside. The Details are shown in the pictures attached. IF THE ACCIDENT HAD OCCURRED IN ANY OTHER SITUATION, I AND MY FAMILY MAY NOT BE HERE, TO REGISTER THIS COMPLAINT.
