We have been regularly complaining you regarding the problem we are suffering through the representatives of your company and service centre through email & telephone on your toll free No.[protected] & [protected]. But despite apprising the company of this matter, we not only haven't got any satisfactory answer but also faced humiliation and torment.
The main reason we bought the car has not got satisfied. Mr. Gambhir Mal Jain, myself, is the only person who drives the car. Suffering from high liver problem, I thought to avoid the vagaries of nature by travelling through car. But this purpose has been left unfulfilled, your representatives/employees have been behaving badly and threatening us to deposit excessive money. Also, at several requests, we haven't yet been provided or at least allowed to see our car.
The whole matter is explained below:

The Car met with a minor accident on date13 July 2014. I made claim to NICL Company Bhatia. From 14 July 2014 till now the car is lying at the Company's service station and we neither know about its whereabouts and nor we know whether it has been serviced or not. We wecontinuously calling to company representatives for knowing car status but we don't get any satisfactory answer and faced a misbehaviour at the hands of your representatives at service centre.
On dated 6 august 2014 time 10:36 AM, we got a first message from LM MSILDL "is The repair newwork on your car is about to complete and car will be ready in next 45 minute please contact Mr Manish [protected] for details RGDS Bhatia and C".
After that on 6 august 2014 time 11:16 AM again we got an another massage "Repair REF NO for your car is JC14001641 opened on 06 august 2014 on time 11:06 Hrs ETD of your car is 25 September 2014 on time 18:00 Hrs and est repair amount is rs 0 Rgds Bhatia and C" Then after a short while we again made contact to bhatia and company for knowing status of our car and bill amount but they did not give any response.
Many times we called them regularly but neither they did not give any positive response and not our car. Without car in full season of monsoon and also of health reasons, we faced unbearable difficulties.
At last on dated 08 august 2014 by MD MSILDL on time 12 11 Hrs we got another massage "is The repair work on your car is about to complete and car will be ready in next 45 minute please contact Mr Manish [protected] for details Rgds Bhatia and C". When we contacted the service centre the respondent told us that car hasn't yet been completed till that time.
After two days, bhatia and company service certre called us for picking up the CAR. When we reached there service centre give us a False Bill of large and excessive amount which is shocking for us because they did not give us any detail of working on car and bill amount, while we are continuously in contact with them.
Now everyday we phone them for our car but they deliberately ignore us and unduly pressure us for depositing money. We are facing gravest humiliation at the hands of your company. The mistake we made was we banked on Maruti's image and bought the Maruti car. Please resolve this issue on urgent basis and liberate us of these bad times of one and a half months as fast as possible.
Note: As a serious patient of liver, if anything untoward happens to me, the company will be wholly responsible.
