My name is Mohammed Suleman Shaikh, I stay at Mira Road, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra,
On 14/09/2014 I had booked Ertiga ZXI with your local dealer Paramount Wheels Pvt. Ltd.after paying booking amount of Rs. 11, 000/- ( receipt no. 3312) from the very next day i.e 15/09/2014, they started calling me to make further payment of Rs. 89, 000/- the reason they gave was that they have to book this car of mines & without the extra payment of Rs. 89, 000/- they wont be able to deliver the vehicle on the promised date i.e 03/10/2014.
At the time of booking my first condition was that I need delivery on 03/10/2014. Once I made payment of Rs. 89, 000/- ( receipt no. 3453 ) once again Paramount Wheels Pvt. Ltd. People started asking for full payment to ensure all paper work is completed in time. I submitted all documents along with balance payment of Rs. 7, 67, 477 ( receipt no. 3452) . At the time I was making final payment extra Rs.1000/- was taken from me without giving any reason, the amount mentioned in order booking form was Rs. 8, 66, 477/- even that I paid.
In spite of me making full payments in advance now I am being told that they are unable to supply Ertiga ZXI & I am being forced to take delivery of other model i.e VXI.
My complain is why am I been forced to take delivery of model which I have not booked & why should I take any other model when I have made full payment, infect I have paid Rs. 1000/- extra on the agreed value. Is this how Maruti deals with its future customers, this is nothing but pure blackmailing. I want the model that I have booked & on the date delivery was agreed.
If you or your dealer fails to keep their words I should be compensated for this lapse on your part. Else I shall be forced to take this matter to consumer court as I am not getting the services for which I have paid in advance.
You are requested to look into the matter & ensure that delivery of the car that I have booked & the same model that I have booked is delivered to me.
