This is regarding JOB CARD RETAIL INVOICE OF your Authorised Dealer M/s Narayani Motors Pvt Ltd, Cuttack Road Jharapada, Bhubaneswar 751006, Odisha. vide Invoice no BR14004701 dated 26.09.2014 21:12: 18 AND dated 27.09 2014 15;20; 34 My complains are 1. 0n 26th my que no was no.4 but no14 was taken in for starting serving, where as my vehicle was not taken up in spite of my driver persuasions. 2. my complains are not attended properly. by knowlegeable persons in systematic manner. 3. rim bend not attended 4. Steering bubling at 80km speed not attended. 5. materials required for works not supplied from stores correctly. Such as if left door is required right door materials are coming. 6. Very unsystematic work. 7. They could not complete the small small work. and they kept my vehicle for the next day. This is my 2nd Wagon r vehicle.     To Maruti Team, I am raising this complain about non delivery of Vehicle against order number[protected]. I had booked this vehicle from Sk Wheels Pvt. Ltd. Navi Mumbai. Initially I was given a delivery date of 25-Oct-14 which was differed by SK Wheels. I accepted this without any complaints. However yesterday I was given a false commitment again that I can get the delivery on 28-Oct-14 along with full registration and accessories. All the payments have already been done. Today when I enquired about the final delivery I am being told that vehicle has not been received and is still in transit. Also during the entire purchase process it was I who was struggling to get status of vehicle.I called my parents in anticipation of receiving the vehicle. I am extremely unhappy with this commitment and feel I have made a mistake by choosing Maruti. I have been working with a reputed organizations Capgemini, Igate and I promise I will be sharing my experience with Maruti in our company blogs and open house sessions.       i m pawan i called to ur mumbai office where someone ganesh naik was there and he just refused to tell prices of ritz elate and same in ur regional headquarter everybody is saying that they r not aware.and i opted for elate and every dealer is offering it with different prices and even mine r offering two speakers and other is offering 4 speaker .
      I have given my ertiga no mp09 cl 9454 for repairing on patel motors indore dt 11/05/2015 till date not recived my veh complitly serviced & repaird very poor service.

          From, Mifthah.k.s Thaivelikkakam Kunnumma P.O Thakazhi, Alappuzha Ph:[protected] To, The Manager Maruti sir, sub: service complaint against Herculees Alappuzha Ref : Job No: 20143 Unfortunately I owned a Maruti Dzire car KL-04-AD 1559, I used the word unfortunate just because of your Service dealer Herculees, Alappuzha. My car completed 2 year on 13.09.14, just before that I came to notice that rusting on my car bonnet, top and some other areas immediately i contacted service centre (Herculees Alappuzha) and as per the reference cited i given my car to Herculees on 11.09.14. After that i visited almost three times to Herculees Alappuzha . On 20.09.14 Herculees Alappuzha service team told me that everything is corrected immediately I went there to collect my car but nothing had done properly, once again i called the manager, he told me that he will correct it on 23.09.14.i reported Herculees Alappuzha on 23.09.14 and the manger told me that he will correct it within 2 days that means on 25.09.14 but till today nothing is happened, nobody had called me regarding this .It is ridiculous I was humiliated earlier also, the copy my earlier complaint is also attaching with this letter. so please taken care of this and inform me the details otherwise I will helpless to go to the consumer court.             Sir/Mam, This with reference to my New Wagonr Lxi bearing Regn No: MH05 CA 3608 purchased dtd: July 3rd, 2014. I have been following up with SK Wheels Turbhe for last two weeks for getting my Registration card. Every time when i called i got a answer that concerned executive will call you back but there is no such response from last two weeks. Almost two and half months have passed that I am driving my vehicle without RC card. You people have already charged 25000/- for RTO services and this is the service that you have charged for. Earlier also i have given an adverse feedback on one of your employee Mr. Pravin due to poor sales service. Again poor after sales service has been repeated from your side. I won't be able to recommend anyone willing to buy new vehicle from SK Wheels as I have faced a very bad experience. I can only say that kindly don't give chance to others for experiencing such a worst situation where a person is forced to write such emails.               Respected Sir/Madam, Greetings, My name is Mohammed Suleman Shaikh, I stay at Mira Road, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra, On 14/09/2014 I had booked Ertiga ZXI with your local dealer Paramount Wheels Pvt. Ltd.after paying booking amount of Rs. 11, 000/- ( receipt no. 3312) from the very next day i.e 15/09/2014, they started calling me to make further payment of Rs. 89, 000/- the reason they gave was that they have to book this car of mines & without the extra payment of Rs. 89, 000/- they wont be able to deliver the vehicle on the promised date i.e 03/10/2014. At the time of booking my first condition was that I need delivery on 03/10/2014. Once I made payment of Rs. 89, 000/- ( receipt no. 3453 ) once again Paramount Wheels Pvt. Ltd. People started asking for full payment to ensure all paper work is completed in time. I submitted all documents along with balance payment of Rs. 7, 67, 477 ( receipt no. 3452) . At the time I was making final payment extra Rs.1000/- was taken from me without giving any reason, the amount mentioned in order booking form was Rs. 8, 66, 477/- even that I paid. In spite of me making full payments in advance now I am being told that they are unable to supply Ertiga ZXI & I am being forced to take delivery of other model i.e VXI. My complain is why am I been forced to take delivery of model which I have not booked & why should I take any other model when I have made full payment, infect I have paid Rs. 1000/- extra on the agreed value. Is this how Maruti deals with its future customers, this is nothing but pure blackmailing. I want the model that I have booked & on the date delivery was agreed. If you or your dealer fails to keep their words I should be compensated for this lapse on your part. Else I shall be forced to take this matter to consumer court as I am not getting the services for which I have paid in advance. You are requested to look into the matter & ensure that delivery of the car that I have booked & the same model that I have booked is delivered to me.                   I baught a new Maruti Suzuki Celerio VXI on 12 september 2014 through Indus Motors Pathanamthitta(Dist), Kerala(State).Unfortunately my car hit on the gate in front of our house when reversed on next day.The hatch door with glass and rear bumper were brokend.It was put in to the service centre(Indus) for insurance claim and replacement of broken parts.Insurance was claimed but the hatch door and bumper are not replaced.Now 12 days later.I purchased a new car for the purpose of marriage for my daughter.Service Crew's Irresponsible activites were too hurt to me.

                      I gave my car, Suzuki Swift with registration number DL 12 CH 0232 at DD motors, Mayapuri, for third free service where they changed the amplifier with a different, faulty one in my absence. When I went to take the delivery of my car, I found the amplifier not in working state. When I talked to Mr. Narendra Ladwal, my service assistant to check into the issues, he asked me to get it repaired somewhere outside and the company shall pay the expenditure by sending the amount to me at my house which is yet to be recieved. When I went to the place where I first got it installed, I got to know that it wasn't my amp. The amp was changed during the service process. When I called them, they denied the whole responsibilty.Mr. P.S. Parmar, the senior service manager rudely shoved away the whole issue making it the sole mistake of the service assistant. Kindly look into the matter and provide me with a solution, otherwise I'll be forced to take the matter in consumer court.

UP78 CH 0264 है ! मैंने यह गाडी 01/04/2011 आपके माय कार मारुती सुजुकी जरीब चौकी कानपूर (उ .प्र )के शोरूम से खरीदी है ! मुझे आपकी इस माय कार मारुती कंपनी से शिकायत है की मैंने जबसे यह गाडी खरीदी है मैंने इसमे तक़रीबन पुरे ७ लाख नगद रुपया जो की इस गाडी की असल कीमत से कहि ज्यादा है मे लगा चूका हु जिसका मुझे बेहद दुःख है ! मैंने इस गाडी मे नया इंजन भी लगवाया है और मे अपनी इस गाडी की सारी रिपेयरिंग और सर्विसिंग आपकी ही कंपनी से करवाता हु ! अभी मुझे आपसे यह शिकायत है की मैंने अभी कुछ दिन पहले आपके यहाँ से अपनी गाडी की सर्विस करवाई थी जिसका मैंने तक़रीबन ६००० नगद भुक्तान किया था और अभी मुझे किसी काम से गोंडा जिला जाना पड़ा तब यह गाडी का लखनऊ के पास क्लच फ्री हो गया जिसकी मैंने तुरंत सुचना आपकी माय कार पांकी सर्विस सेंटर में कुरैशी (मो. ९७९२९७००८३)को दे दी थी ! जिसमे उन्होंने बोला था की आप ब्रेक आयल डालते रहिये और क्लच को पंप करते रहिये आपकी गाडी सही चलती रहेगी फिर हम लोगो ने बोला की आप ने हमारी यह गाडी की सर्विस अभी कुछ दिन पहले करी थी तब उनके पास कोई भी जवाब नहीं था ! जब हम लोग गोंडा से कानपुर वापिस आ रहे तब रात बीच मे गाडी चलते चलते उसका क्लच फ्री हो गया जिसके कारड हमारी गाडी स्पीड ब्रेकर के ऊपर से निकली और उसके नीचे का इंजन आयल निकल गया ! हमने तुरंत ही गाडी बंद कर दी थी क्योकि हमे पता था अगर गाडी चलती रहे तोह इंजन cease हो जाता है ! हमने तुरंत ही अमन मोटर कार गोंडा वाले से संपर्क करके सुबह गाडी उनके यह तोरचिंग के माद्यम से पंहुचा दिया ! अब अमन मोटर वाले गाडी मे १ लाख ७ हज़ार रुपया का खर्च बता रहे है ! अब हम इस गाडी का खर्च वहन नहीं करेंगे क्योकि इस बार हमारी कोई गलती नहीं है ! आपसे अनुरोध है की कृपया करके इस मामले को जल्द से जल्द संज्ञान मे लेकर खत्म करे ! अगर आप इस मामले का निवारण ४८ घंटो मे नहीं कर पाते हैं तो मे इस मामले को उपभोक्ता फोरम मे ले जा कर वहाँ से इस पर उच्च कार्यवाही करवाउंगा ! आपका कस्टमर, श्रीमान प्रदीप कुमार गुप्ता मोब.                             My complaint regarding service rendered to me against my vehicle no UP32 CV 8078 which was done at one up motors transport nagar, lucknow can broadly be broken up in the following points:  At time of taking the vehicle in for repairs I was informed that the tyre on the driver side has a damaged ream and is inflated from inside. Further I was told that the ream cannot be repaired and complete replacement will be required of the full set.  At the time of delivery of the vehicle the damaged ream along with the tyre was put in rear axle left side without my knowledge or consent. The same was noticed by me only after I came home. What is the meaning of this? If customer is not alert, then his/her life is cheap, let him face the consequences, who cares. Is this what you mean by customer quality assurance and satisfaction?  Further I was told that the upholstery of my car needs cleaning and I was charged 750 plus other amount. On reaching home what I found was then back magazine rake holder of both my seats have been torn, which were in perfect condition at time of vehicle delivery. So this is your care level?  Next in the name of clg all that has been done is to spray the covers with unjustifiable amt of chemicals making sitting in the seat a real pain in the . The steering cover grip was uncomfortable to handle, repeatedly my hand was slipping and I very nearly had a collision due to improper control as a result.  The interior of the car has not been cleaned at all. The space above accelerator assly has just not been touched; it is still laden with dust, grime of all sorts. Further paint marks have been left at various places of the car, a result of the denting painting work that was undertaken.  The carpet area in dick has all bolts missing, and seat cover behind it is laced with paint. The condition is so bad that the entire seat cover of back seat and carpet requires replacement, all thanks to then marvellous clg work done at the upholstery.  In the name of wheel alignment and balancing money is charged. Next thing you know by the time the car is driveneven for 5 kms everything comes back to square one. As of now my car balancing/ alingnment is in the same condition as it was before service. Excuse given by your mechanic is that the moment the tyre goes into some pothole or a unusual jerk occurs the alignment ends. If so why on hell do you charge customers for an unnecessary and uncalled for work? If not, then what is the point of paying for a service which deserves no purpose. Wake up, from your air conditioned cocooned offices and see what is happening on the ground.  It seems your company workshop only follows one principle” Customer is a fool, make a jackass out of him, fleece him for money, satisfaction be damned”. Well I have news for you, this the internet age and I will make sure that one up motors transport nagar is not allowed to go scot free after what they have done to me. In case no further action or feedback is received from your side within 24 hrs of this e mail, well welcome to the social media. And believe this will only be the beginning.

                            Next in the name of clg all that has been done is to spray

                            clg work done at the upholstery. Now once again i will be forced to pay a huge
                            amount of money for the same. Is my hard earned money meant to be wasted on superfluous
                            activities like these?

                            In the name of wheel alignment and balancing money is
                            charged. Next thing you know by the time the car is driven even for 5 kms
                            everything comes back to square one. As of now my car balancing/ alingnment is
                            in the same condition as it was before service. Excuse given by your mechanic
                            is that the moment the tyre goes into some pothole or a unusual jerk occurs the
                            alignment ends. If so why on hell do you charge customers for an unnecessary
                            and uncalled for work? If not, then what is the point of paying for a service
                            which deserves no purpose. Wake up, from your air conditioned cocooned offices
                            and see what is happening on the ground. Ø


                            The bottom line I am disgusted and fed up with you and your
                            service. I will ensure that all those I know on the social media are aware of
                            this and if possible convince them all that no one in his right frame of mind should
                            ever any maruti product. On top of it today on a working day when I do
                            not have any time to spare from my official duties a phone call comes and the person
                            asks what can be done to work out a compromise? What compromise, I have been
                            fleeced, looted made a fool of and now you expect me to sing your workshop
                            managers tune?

                            It seems your company
                            workshop only follows one principle” Customer is a fool, make a jackass out of
                            him, fleece him for money, satisfaction be damned”. This matter will not end here, not any time
                            soon, that much I promise you.

                              Hi, I parikshit jaiswal purchased a new Swift Dzire on 5th sep. 2014 from R.K.S.Saboo malakpet hyderabad and taken loan from HDFC Bank. After ten day's when i approached to showroom for my vehicle registration, executive asking me to pay interest for delay on loan amount or otherwise they will not forward papers of vehicle registration. I surprised to know that a customer has to pay interest on delay of loan amount from the bank(with my knowledge showroom received loan amount with in one weak) and also how they can blackmail me that they will stop vehicle registration.                                 Good morning, I am extremely disappointed to have to resort to writing this e-mail. My father, an army doctor, had a maruti wagon r since Oct 2000 and that is the car I have driven around as a child. Being extremely satisfied with the performance of the vehicle when I decided to buy my own car my first and only choice was Suzuki car. Therefore in Nov 2013 I bought a Suzuki Swift Dzire from pathankot vehicleades. But within the first month I noticed my front tyres were losing their tread pattern at an alarming rate. Within first 1000kms the whole tyre was smooth and lost all tread. I had also got my wheel alignment done 3 times by then on advice of maruti service advisors. still my vehicle tyres were damaged. suspecting a manufacturing defect in the front suspension I approached the service manager in pathankot vehicleades. They checked the vehicle and assured me the vehicle was fine. but even after that when my vehicle tyres were still losing tread I tried to tell them the problem again. Also for each check up of the vehicle i had to drive 85 kms from dalhousie to pathankot on hilly roads. Still instead of helping me they told me meet diff managers and even sent me to a jk tyre shop where the shop owner again misbehaved with me. Now after nearly a year I no longer have the patience to keep on visiting service centres for a problem they are not willing to solve. My job does not allow me to spend so much time on a car. I now feel my hasty decision has only caused me stress and grief. But still after such a long happy association I felt the need for an explanation at the least.                                   a black swift vdi was purchased on 29 aug. 2014 from MY CAR (BHOPAL) PVT. LTM (0303) an abnormal noise was found while taking right turn matter was reported to dealer. the car was sent to the service station siuated at jinsi national highway 12 bhopal. service centre mechanics found fault of front right side tyre which was reported to tyre company( J.K. TYRE)which was inspected by JK TYRE engineer and the same was replaced but the next day again an abnormal voice detect from front right wheel while taking turn. again the car was taken to sevice centreand a job card slip issued on 15 /09/2014 serial no 62 was issued. on that day they dismentled my front drive shaft then some other parts and in the evenig they told that u have to come next day . on the next day we went to service station and told their wae no noise problem my submmision is that when their was no problem why they have dismetled new car. all these 3 days i have gone through mental agony. this is very serious problem which complled me to go to cosumer court kindly look into thr matter immediaetly yours, SADIQ ALI BAIG H.NO. 3, STREET NO. 4, IBRAHIMPURA BHOPAL(M.P.) 462001 MOB.                                       Hi Sir/Madam,

                                      I bought Maruti Swift ZDI from Leo Motors Pvt Ltd, Horamavu, Bangalore in 26th may 2014 . Today while driving my car from home to office in between suddenly I am not able to change gears. I called for on road support and Kalyan Motors Pvt Ltd, Kundalahalli people came at 12 PM and taken car to service centre. At 4 PM technical engineer told me car clutch plates are brunt and need to replace the same. Engineer told me, Reason for clutch plates brunt is my driving style but I am not able to understand all of sudden big issue came without any notice from me and your service centre people. I am afraid of driving the car because without notice we are seeing the this kind of issues.
                                      I am surprise hear this will not come into warranty replacement.

                                      Condition of car before incident :

                                      1. Gear shifting is very smooth in the morning
                                      2. I never felt brunt smell any time in my driving
                                      3. I learnt driving from Maruti Driving School.
                                      4. In 1st service they didn't informed me about any issues. First service is done at 26th June 2016.

                                      I have few questions, needs clarification from your technical team.
                                      1. Why suddenly clutch plates are brunt and not able to change the gears ?
                                      2. 3 Months old car ran for 3800KMS is having clutch plates brunt is surprise to me?
                                      3. I learnt the driving from Maruti driving school.
