My complaint regarding service rendered to me against my vehicle no UP32 CV 8078 which was done at one up motors transport nagar, lucknow can broadly be broken up in the following points:  At time of taking the vehicle in for repairs I was informed that the tyre on the driver side has a damaged ream and is inflated from inside. Further I was told that the ream cannot be repaired and complete replacement will be required of the full set.  At the time of delivery of the vehicle the damaged ream along with the tyre was put in rear axle left side without my knowledge or consent. The same was noticed by me only after I came home. What is the meaning of this? If customer is not alert, then his/her life is cheap, let him face the consequences, who cares. Is this what you mean by customer quality assurance and satisfaction?  Further I was told that the upholstery of my car needs cleaning and I was charged 750 plus other amount. On reaching home what I found was then back magazine rake holder of both my seats have been torn, which were in perfect condition at time of vehicle delivery. So this is your care level?  Next in the name of clg all that has been done is to spray the covers with unjustifiable amt of chemicals making sitting in the seat a real pain in the . The steering cover grip was uncomfortable to handle, repeatedly my hand was slipping and I very nearly had a collision due to improper control as a result.  The interior of the car has not been cleaned at all. The space above accelerator assly has just not been touched; it is still laden with dust, grime of all sorts. Further paint marks have been left at various places of the car, a result of the denting painting work that was undertaken.  The carpet area in dick has all bolts missing, and seat cover behind it is laced with paint. The condition is so bad that the entire seat cover of back seat and carpet requires replacement, all thanks to then marvellous clg work done at the upholstery.  In the name of wheel alignment and balancing money is charged. Next thing you know by the time the car is driveneven for 5 kms everything comes back to square one. As of now my car balancing/ alingnment is in the same condition as it was before service. Excuse given by your mechanic is that the moment the tyre goes into some pothole or a unusual jerk occurs the alignment ends. If so why on hell do you charge customers for an unnecessary and uncalled for work? If not, then what is the point of paying for a service which deserves no purpose. Wake up, from your air conditioned cocooned offices and see what is happening on the ground.  It seems your company workshop only follows one principle” Customer is a fool, make a jackass out of him, fleece him for money, satisfaction be damned”. Well I have news for you, this the internet age and I will make sure that one up motors transport nagar is not allowed to go scot free after what they have done to me. a complete idiot at time of vehicle delivery or some other cheap gimmickry was restored
to in order to pull wool over my eyes? If customer is not alert, then his/her
life is cheap, let him face the consequences, who cares. Is this what you mean
by customer quality assurance and satisfaction? Ø

Further I was told
that the upholstery of my car needs cleaning and I was charged 750 plus other
amount. On reaching home what I found was then back magazine rake holder of
both my seats have been torn, which were in perfect condition at time of
vehicle delivery. Now the condition is so bad that I will have to get the full
set o[censored]pholstery replaced at huge additional cost to me. Is this what you call
service with a smile? If this is not fleecing a customer then what else is it?
Have you people completely forgotten the principles on which this company was founded?
Does the word “Kaizen” mean anything to you anymore, or should I remind you what
it stands for?

Next in the name of clg all that has been done is to spray
the covers with unjustifiable amt of chemicals making sitting in the seat a

with such good quality of service, you are steadily losing ground to your competitors.
Please accept my good wishes for the same. I must say job well done!

in the same condition as it was before service. Excuse given by your mechanic

The bottom line I am disgusted and fed up with you and your
service. I will ensure that all those I know on the social media are aware of
this and if possible convince them all that no one in his right frame of mind should
ever any maruti product. On top of it today on a working day when I do
not have any time to spare from my official duties a phone call comes and the person
asks what can be done to work out a compromise? What compromise, I have been
fleeced, looted made a fool of and now you expect me to sing your workshop
managers tune?

It seems your company
workshop only follows one principle” Customer is a fool, make a jackass out of
him, fleece him for money, satisfaction be damned”. This matter will not end here, not any time
soon, that much I promise you.

    Hi, I parikshit jaiswal purchased a new Swift Dzire on 5th sep. 2014 from R.K.S.Saboo malakpet hyderabad and taken loan from HDFC Bank. After ten day's when i approached to showroom for my vehicle registration, executive asking me to pay interest for delay on loan amount or otherwise they will not forward papers of vehicle registration. I surprised to know that a customer has to pay interest on delay of loan amount from the bank(with my knowledge showroom received loan amount with in one weak) and also how they can blackmail me that they will stop vehicle registration.       Good morning, I am extremely disappointed to have to resort to writing this e-mail. My father, an army doctor, had a maruti wagon r since Oct 2000 and that is the car I have driven around as a child. Being extremely satisfied with the performance of the vehicle when I decided to buy my own car my first and only choice was Suzuki car. Therefore in Nov 2013 I bought a Suzuki Swift Dzire from pathankot vehicleades. But within the first month I noticed my front tyres were losing their tread pattern at an alarming rate. Within first 1000kms the whole tyre was smooth and lost all tread. I had also got my wheel alignment done 3 times by then on advice of maruti service advisors. still my vehicle tyres were damaged. suspecting a manufacturing defect in the front suspension I approached the service manager in pathankot vehicleades. They checked the vehicle and assured me the vehicle was fine. but even after that when my vehicle tyres were still losing tread I tried to tell them the problem again. Also for each check up of the vehicle i had to drive 85 kms from dalhousie to pathankot on hilly roads. Still instead of helping me they told me meet diff managers and even sent me to a jk tyre shop where the shop owner again misbehaved with me. Now after nearly a year I no longer have the patience to keep on visiting service centres for a problem they are not willing to solve. My job does not allow me to spend so much time on a car. I now feel my hasty decision has only caused me stress and grief. But still after such a long happy association I felt the need for an explanation at the least.         a black swift vdi was purchased on 29 aug. 2014 from MY CAR (BHOPAL) PVT. LTM (0303) an abnormal noise was found while taking right turn matter was reported to dealer. the car was sent to the service station siuated at jinsi national highway 12 bhopal. service centre mechanics found fault of front right side tyre which was reported to tyre company( J.K. TYRE)which was inspected by JK TYRE engineer and the same was replaced but the next day again an abnormal voice detect from front right wheel while taking turn. again the car was taken to sevice centreand a job card slip issued on 15 /09/2014 serial no 62 was issued. on that day they dismentled my front drive shaft then some other parts and in the evenig they told that u have to come next day . on the next day we went to service station and told their wae no noise problem my submmision is that when their was no problem why they have dismetled new car. all these 3 days i have gone through mental agony. this is very serious problem which complled me to go to cosumer court kindly look into thr matter immediaetly yours, SADIQ ALI BAIG H.NO. 3, STREET NO. 4, IBRAHIMPURA BHOPAL(M.P.) 462001 MOB.             Hi Sir/Madam,

            I bought Maruti Swift ZDI from Leo Motors Pvt Ltd, Horamavu, Bangalore in 26th may 2014 . Today while driving my car from home to office in between suddenly I am not able to change gears. I called for on road support and Kalyan Motors Pvt Ltd, Kundalahalli people came at 12 PM and taken car to service centre. At 4 PM technical engineer told me car clutch plates are brunt and need to replace the same. Engineer told me, Reason for clutch plates brunt is my driving style but I am not able to understand all of sudden big issue came without any notice from me and your service centre people. I am afraid of driving the car because without notice we are seeing the this kind of issues.
            I am surprise hear this will not come into warranty replacement.

            Condition of car before incident :

            1. Gear shifting is very smooth in the morning
            2. I never felt brunt smell any time in my driving
            3. I learnt driving from Maruti Driving School.
            4. In 1st service they didn't informed me about any issues. First service is done at 26th June 2016.

            I have few questions, needs clarification from your technical team.
            1. Why suddenly clutch plates are brunt and not able to change the gears ?
            2. 3 Months old car ran for 3800KMS is having clutch plates brunt is surprise to me?
            3. I learnt the driving from Maruti driving school.

              I had given my new ecco car to spectra service center at Mira road (Mumbai) and they kept my new car at their service center in painting area for 3 days ...because of that my cars roof liner has become very dirty (Full blacked) and it looks like old one. After giving so many complaints to spectra motors but they are not ready to solve my problem...I wanted to inform this issue to Maruti Suzuki head office to solve my problem. Spectra motors service is very bad...In future i will not go to spectra motors and i will never suggest any body to go to spectra motors for any kind of service...there service is very very bad service...                 Dear Team, This is in respect to the list of issues (which I shall address) during my purchase of Sting Ray from one of your authorised dealer. For a simple background info, I bought the vehicle from Kannur, Kerala where I believe there are 4 authorized dealers for Maruti. I did my research and decided to buy the vehicle from Popular Automobiles in Mele Chowa, Kannur due to the fact that they provided me the best deal than the other dealers. Popluar promised me a 25k discount, all standard accessories like mat and mud flaps etc, along with a gold coin, which they told me will be given only if I book my car before July 31st. I did the booking before the day, but as I had applied for a staff loan from my bank, it took a little time, so the dealer advises me that to hold the gold coin scheme I pay him Rs.50, 000 in advance. (photo of receipt attached). I believed his lies and paid him the same on July 26, by the time my loan got sanctioned and when the vehicle got delivered to me, I did not receive any of the items as promised by the dealer. He simply replied that they do not give them as freebies and I have to pay, when asked about the gold coin, he simply said that the scheme is closed. The vehicle which got delivered brand new, also had a faulty horn which never worked. 1) My question to you is if as the dealer says every accessory is a paid item, why promise them in the first place? 2) If the gold coin could not be delivered why promise it ? I could have gone to the other dealers whom atleast would have given me the accesories . 3) Now doesn't the dealer owe me interest for the 50, 000 he held with him from July 26 to September 9 till my vehicle got delivered to me? I have already made a complaint about the faulty horn to your mail id [protected]@maruti.co.in for which initially I got a reply asking the chasis no, but no contact after that. (Refer: CRM:[protected] I am expecting a quick reply addressing my queries this time, if not I will have to move to stern actions as I am fed up already with the kind of faulty products and fraudulent marketing tactics adopted by Maruti.                     The aforesaid car purchased by vijaya bank, 97 park street kolkata along with other 4 similar cars on 30.12.2011 from auto hi tech p ltd, 97, a southern avenue kolkata 29.but since 2012 its doors started rusting from inside, we have discussed the matter at auto hi tech service station in 2013 during service but no one taken care about this .again on 02.08.2014 I visited your authorised workshop at dewars garage situated at British indian street, kolkata 01.the in charge Mr pintoo arranged photos of the rusted doors of the car and informed that they are sending the said photographs to maruti office and will inform the development within a week.but I do not get any mail or phone till date in this regard, further I have contacted him over his phone [protected] two times to him recently .he informed that they will call us when maruti engineer will come to their workshop.since considerable time has lapsed and no one has responded .Since vijaya bank has tie up with your company and your non cooperation will compel us to inform the matter to our head office to take up the matter with your regd office if no corrective steps will be taken by you within a week.                       Mr.Renish Mathews Chembanal Chembanal House, Nellimala PO Eraviperoor Pin- 689 542 15/09/2014 TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN This is to formally file a complaint against Maruti for the mediocre front screen of my newly purchased Maruti Swift vxi from AVG Motors Tiruvalla. Initially, when I started driving my car since April, everything seemed to be normal. However, since the onset of the monsoon seasons here in Kerala, I started noticing mist formations on the front windscreen. I tried several methods to eradicate the problems I have faced due to the lack of visibility whilst driving during the night time. The situation gets even worse when cars travelling from the opposite direction turn on their head lights during heavy rains and the whole windscreen turns hazy, subsequently blinding the driver and the passenger(s). I had approached AVG Motors regarding this but in vain. I am deeply disappointed by this as I have owned and driven many cars prior to this one, but has never faced such a situation. I believe that Maruti given keen attention on customer satisfaction, and with this in mind, I therefore request you to kindly treat this matter as urgent and try to give me a viable solution at the earliest.                         sir i am from farrukhabad 3 days before i left my car dzire which was accidented your staff (Arvind) called surveyor after 3 days (today) and then he is saying that he will not give an insured money for rear bumper and also for boot opener there is a minor touch in boot opener only dent is required but rear bumper damaged, they made estimate only for front damage and here in Farrukhabad workshop mechanics took more time they never delivered vehicle on time either for service or repair and no satisfaction . if any problem is arising then pls return back my vehicle i will go to an another maruti suzuki workshop, kindly request to you please look on this matter and advised me what to do ?

                          Dear sir I have Marti Alto k10 VXI my complaint is my vehcle have average problem one liter 11 km. I was gone to Jamkash Vehicleades PVT Ltd at jammu on 1.8.2014. they do all work and asked me know solved your problem but i came back at home (poonch once again i check average same problem .                             I have the swift dzire purchased on 11 Dec.2013 from Rohan Motors Ghaziabad. One of tyre of my car had cracked from Side, total driven- 6000 kms, I complainted about that at Ghaziabad - Rohan Motors, they suggested me to go at good year tyres, I meet there at Good year person, then he make a report and till today there is no resolution from there side, So please help me to over come from this problem as soon as possible.                               Dear Sir/Madam We purchased Suzuki access 125cc, Engine # F[protected], CH # MB8CF4CABCB471875, Rego # RJ 13 SJ 4014on 2012. It has only done 21, 500 Kms, with only few kilometres on the scooty since the time we own it, it's clear we don’t drive our scooty very often. Last year we noticed dark black smoke and loud noise coming from the exhaust, we took the access to the nearby dealer (Sgnr automobiles pvt, Sri Ganaganagar, Rajasthan) for assessment and they reckon cylinder kit were faulty and offered to replace it for no cost because the scooty is still under warranty. No receipt was given as a proof that kit were replaced. Last week on 15/08/2014 we were on our way and the same problem occurred again, we couldn’t drive the access, we were so embarrassed to own a Suzuki access, the dealer reckon to change the cyclinder kit again . And called that it was paid by me . I request to. Suzuki look into this as a matter o[censored]rgency; this appears to be a manufacturing fault so I therefore request Suzuki to replace my suzuki with a brand new one.                                 Who every it may concern! This is a formal complaint against S. K. Wheels and Maruti Suzuki Ltd. I have bought my Wagon R from one of Maruti Suzuki authorised dealer, S. K. Wheels Pvt. Ltd. on 29th August 2014. The entire payment has been made in full. I was asked to pay Rs. 10, 000 as booking amount initially, which I did on 8th July. For problems beyond my control I could not take the car delivery anytime sooner, hence needed the car delivered on Ganesh Chaturti. I was promised that I shall be getting the registration number within Four Days. It has been 15 days and I have not heard anything so far. Mr. Anil and Mr. Bhagat Sidhu from S. K. Wheel's Andheri (w) office (opp. Citi Mall) first told me at the time of delivery that number will come within Four Days i.e. by Thursday 4th September. Then on the 4th September, I get to know that there was some paper that was suppose to come from Maruti Suzuki, since its a CNG car, had not arrived and hence the entire delay in the process. By now the every time I had called, all I get to hear is that the "paper" has not come from Maruti Suzuki and hence the entire process is on hold. During this entire process I am the one who has been constantly following up and checking on the process. Couple of days back Mr. Anil commits and promises to me saying that the number should be arriving on the Thursday 11th September. And unlike all false promises, this was one was one of them, I still dont have the registration number. During this entire process I received a call from someone from either S K Wheels or Maruti Suzuki asking me about my experience. I informed that lady too that I had not received my registration number, she said that she'll check and get back. And as you can guess it right, no phone call, no action has been taken. I am pretty sure the call was conveniently closed with a false remark, customer being satisfied. This car is my first car and the entire car buying excitement has died a slow death. I am unable to drive the car, its just lying in my garage for the past 15 days running a risk of getting stolen. All I do is start the car and and switch it off so that their is no damage to the battery. I feel extremely helpless and angry for being treated this way by S. K. Wheels and Maruti Suzuki. I am reasoning with my own self that why would Maruti Suzuki not send the relevant papers at the time of delivery with the car to the dealer? Why was not i told that it would take 15 day or more to get the registration? Why was the car delivered and what good is it doing standing in my garage for the past 15 days? I had shown interest in purchasing the car almost a month back hence paid the 10, 000 on 8th July, what was the S. K Wheels or Maruti Suzuki doing all this while with my money in their accounts? They could have easily started the process and ensured that the car was delivered to me with the number on Ganesh Chaturti. Last but not the least why the fake promises? Is'nt there any process or someone who can be held responsible for this bad behavior. I hope this email reaches the relevant department and corrective actions are taken.                                   Sir, Before 6 month they repaired my whole car engine work and Ac gas filling work. I paid Rs 90, 000 for it. On 3/09/2014 date i gave my car for general check and facing problem of Ac cooling.They took 2 days for repairing it and after repairing also the condition of Ac cooling was as it is. Whenever i start my car the cooling was gets on after sometime it gets off.Break was working low. I again gave my car on 11/09/2014 for repairing of Ac cooling. They again took 2 days for it and i paid Rs 10, 000 but the service didn't fulfill my work. I hope you will take a action on this...                                   Over telephone i have booked my 3 rd free service on 14 th sep 14 on 9.45 am in auto hitech shoowroom of kolkata.but myjob card was ready on 11.33am.still 2 pm i am waiting at customer waiting room but my car is not ready.the behaviur of floor manager mr asish ghosh and service man mr radharaman bhattachariya is so bad also.tridib banerjee

                                    Dear sir, This is to bring the notice of concerned authority that despite of callin the accessories dept(Mr.Ketan & Mr. Pankaj) of authorised dealer sai service(andheri), the has been absolutely no response of the same.I wanted to purchase few accessories for my car, for which I had inform both the members of the resp. dept. But all my communication with them has fallen on deaf ears.Is this the way authorised dealers like sai service works. each and every time i have called and doing the follow-up with them but till date i haven't received and call n feedback about my accessories. Kindly help me out with the same.

                                      I purchased a Maruti Suzuki Desire- LDI (DL3CAH2144) from Rohan Motors chattarpur -New Delhi on 1st June 2014, they told me to upgrade by paying extras 45000 (for Stereo, Central locking, Power window, rear view mirror, Door sills etc.) Which I did, post delivery I found that the stereo voice is cracking for which I complaint the accessories manager Mr Rahul, he told that the speakers are faulty & he will get them replace next week, I contacted then post one week I was told that Rahul is on off & they will attend to me once he comes . I again called after 2 days they told me that they don't have the spare speakers to replace I will have to wait & they will call back, I waited for them to call back for a Month but didn't receive any post this I logged a complain with maruti Suzuki Customer Care Helpline number[protected] they logged my concern & gave me a ticket ref [protected] next day I was contacted by an agent through phone number [protected], she told me that she will get the issue sorted out once I give them the car for a full day. I am a working employee & move up an down on my car from office to home but still I submitted my car thinking that this time they will resolve the issue . They kept my Car for full one day & didn't do a single thing with it the problem persisted when I called back the CC executive she told that she will get back to be but she didn't .I called the Maruti suzuki regional office for logging another complaint but the lady on the other side behaved like she is doing me a favour by even listening to me, ultimately she heard my complaint & told that she has logged a complaint but didn't give any reference number. Now I am fed up with quality of service give to me & they cost me 20000 for the stereo threatening me that the warranty will expire if I get the stereo installed from outside (I could have brought very goog stereo & speakers with this price). It has been 3 Months since then & I am not getting any response from maruti or the dealer Rohan motor. Please take some action against these people as they are harassing the consumer after getting a big amount for the car as well as the stereo.
