          I am very disappointed with my experience from Spectra Motors. I am writing this email to seek your assistance in reference to the trail mail. I expect a reply on this feedback and hope it does not fall in one of the unattended mailbox. I am extremely frustrated and feel harassed due to your service levels in dealing with customers. I purchased a brand new Alto K10 (full payment done), here start the series of disappointments. REG NO: MH-02-DN-76181. After Spectra Motors received the complete payment our calls were going unattended for 2 complete days. . After all the efforts being put up to contact Mr Yogesh, he committed to deliver the car on 5th Sept 2014. 3. To my surprise, the car is delivered without the left mirror, instead of purchasing it when the car was booked. . While performing the rituals, we found ants under the hood and cockroaches on the dashboard. 5. After continuous follow-ups for around a week Spectra pulled the car to the service centre and reverted back us to stating, the car was clean and their technicians could not trace any issue. But still there are ants seen, entering the front right door from within. (I have attached the images for the same) . When I opened the rear boot, I found damaged rubber strip. (I have attached the images for the same) . Customer service manager for Spectra (Chembur branch) has not yet shared the age of the car via email or any sort of written document instead of repeated follow ups. She has been co-coordinating in the best way she can but that has not solved the purpose. . It's been almost a month, but still i have not received the car manual, which includes the " MAINTENANCE SERVICE RECORD" . I am also facing other technical issues which are highlighted to them. I will definitely post this grievance on all possible social media platforms & consumer forums. HOW CAN A BRAND NEW CAR WHICH HAS PASSED QUALITY CHECKS, HAVE SUCH ISSUES ????YOU ARE TARNISHING THE IMAGE OF MARUTI SUZUKI. CERTAINLY MY FIRST AND LAST ENGAGEMENT WITH SPECTRA MOTORS. I am forwarding this email again as the Spectra has made me deal with mental agony, deficiency in service and below average customer service.They took my car for the 1st service. Post that i am facing issues with the fan belt. It keeps on making noise. Adding to it, the rubber strip below the rear boot was not replaced. I was told that its NOT IN STOCK, instead of it being a fault of their own.I am trying to connect with Saumit Deb and Ravi Kant Dhawan through my Linkedin profile, and will address my concerns to them.HOPE YOU GUYS KNOW WHO THEY ARE !!! Much of bitter words have been exchanged for the past couple of days. I cant be fully blamed for you got to do something for those numerous negative reviews flooding the internet.

            My maruthi swift dezire car was purchased last November. The car was covered only 4000 km. But 4 tyres are feel damaged day by day it was Increasing the damage. Several times Iam complainted and visited the service centre but no use my time and Money was wasting only.

              I had purchased Access 125 scooter from SMK Suzuki motors at Porur Chennai on[protected] and on receipt I had noticed the following defects and the same reported to the dealer on next day while collecting my Registration number TN 09 BW 8556, The dealer said that the vehicle defect may be rectified while doing 1st service. Hence I took the vehicle on 24.8.2014, for the 1st service reported the same defect, but the dealer does nothing, Again I took the vehicle on 24.09.2014 for 2nd service reported the same defect but does nothing, hence it is therefore requested that kindly intimate any other good service dealer in and around in Chennai who can solve my problem.

              DEFECTS

              1. While driving my vehicle hand bar is pulling in one side

              2. Head lamp ( high beam, low beam) focusing towards up to sky and not on road resulting I am unable to drive the vehcile in night time

              3. Right side rear view mirror glass is always unstablished

                  However the purchasing experience that I had can be rated to the worst of the experience ever & there are issues of Misselling & miscommunication of highest level possible, just to narrate & summarize the series of instances are as under :- We took test drive of Ertiga petrol model on 7th Sep 14 & booked the vehicle same day, we were specifically told that our vehicle will come loaded with all features of VXI + added accessories of limited edition for which we will be charged INR 6200 over & above the pricelist. Since we had to take loan hence we got the same sanctioned from HDFC( Pre approved loan) however we were told that we can’t arrange loan by our own rather RANA MOTORS will let me know from where to get this disbursed, in a shocking state of mind I made the complaint with complaint # [protected]. We were kept waiting for 5 hours on the date of delivery with no reason / explanation as why we were kept waiting for such long hours . While fixing anniversary edition accessories, their employee lost the decal & till date the same is not fixed. We were charged with INR 6000 as handling charged but the same is mentioned as ZERO on the invoice provided . Invoice for accessories purchased are not provided till date . We were under impression that our vehicle will come loaded with VXI features as the same was told to us, however after purchasing the vehicle we realized that head restraints are missing in 3rd row, while raising the concern we were provided with a catalogue stating that cng variant comes without this feature, however this was never brought to our knowledge during Test Drive, Booking & Purchase . We were up charged for Insurance / Extended warranty & despite raising my concern on the day of purchase we are yet to receive the refund. We found the approach totally Non Professional, Misguiding, Mis selling, one of the communication is attached in the trail mail & attaching other mails as well . Pl. let me know how to proceed further .

                    With regards and sorrow I had booked Swift VXI on 22nd September 2014 in Peaks Auto Jammu with the tentavive date of delivery in navratra. (2) I presented my self on 2nd oct with the quotated amt cheque and asked the dealer to deliver the car but he refused we can not deliver because we have no car in our stock.sir, i am user of maruti products since 2005 (Maruti Alto). Due to the ill response of the peaks auto officials now I have decided to go for some another car of another company. Looking forward to hear soon from you.

                      With regards and sorrow
                      (1) ihave booked above car on 3rd sep 2014 by mail as per the instruction of gm of m/smg motors alwar with the tentavive date of delivery in navrathra.

                      (5) sir called on various nos and mailed on various id. But there was no response from their side only assurances given but no committment isgiven about the delivery of the vehicle.
                      (6) i called on [protected] various times and requested them to pl let me talk to cmd or ceo sir sothat i can convey my feeling but thisno refused to do so..

                        Its been 3mths since I have brought the Car from spectra motors in Goregoan, and nobody has bothered to resolve my concern ... I was suppose to get gold coin as per the offer which i never got till date don't know what the process is ...and nobody seems to know it... and cause I had referred 2 of my friends to spectra motors how eventually brought the cars from there for which I was supposed to get the customer loyalty bonus which was never added to my maruti customer card ... To get these to things in place I had to go through such a stress will talking to these guys ... That out of frustration I just wanted to punch them.in the face ... Anyways can anyone help me fix this asap ... Or can I go legal for Maruti had given a fake advertisement to lurk customer to buy their product... Shame on you Maruti...                             my car no gj 1 hr 9778 service done on 26/09/14.Lifted for service on 26/09 at 11.00 am with assurance to get back at 5.00 pm.All complain were noted. But majority complain are not solve and delieverd after 9.00 in night instead of 5.00 pm. So my all outing progarmme is collupsed.They told that you have to come work shop for delievery of your car at 8.300 pm. After gettion car it was not service according to MARUTI image.so noisy, so hudling, mud guard and wheel plate are not repaired, one of the wheel plate fix on vacume filling node so can't able to fill vacume in the wheel, no jumper were fixed for dicky, right side door is jumping, no greesing and oiling in the door and key whole, front bonnet is scrap with the bolt during service, and all other damage inside the machine which are not seen by me. When i have talked to the service man, he did not bother about''HU SHU KARU?; After that i complain to customer care manager in kataria khokhra ahmedabad where my service was done, he told me that i will back, But till date he did not turned back. pl look inti the matter to resolved the complain. jckalani, [protected]

                              I bought maruthi 800 in varun motors in the year 2004. Then on words i am perfectly maintiaining my car by giving on time services only at varun maruthi and renewals of insurances at varun maruthi only. Not even for single small screw i have not gone out side for repair. This year the renewal of insurance supposed to be done in the month of july 2014 but due to some un-avoidable reasons i could not renew on time. Todya morning i called varun marithi showroom at siripuram when i requested varun employee chaitainya who look afters insurances he outright rejected to renew my insurance policy since it was dleayed.

                              This type of service i never expected from varun maruthu since i am most faithful customer for varun maruthi. You can check my records in your data base and i request your immediate compliance in this regard.

                                I had bought Maruti Suzuki Swift VDi on[protected] from Pankaj Motors, Moga Punjab. In the process of purchase it was said that the Showroom will look after the Registration process and as per the process it should have been completed after 1 month of purchase. But i got the papers on 30th of Oct with continous feedback. During this process i enquired from RTO office that if my papers have been submitted and on 19.09.2014 i got to know that the papers have not been submitted yet. Then after forcing the showroom officials they said that it is in process. This i got to know from other consumers there as well that it is repeated problem. Kindly look into the matter.                                   Complaint Details To Maruti Team, I am raising this complain about non delivery of Vehicle against order number SOB14003874 Dated 24-Sep-2014. I had booked this vehicle from M/S AAA VEHICLEADES Pvt. Ltd. NEW DELHI. Initially I was given a delivery date of 01-Oct-14 But car delivery not given to us on due date 01.10.2014 by M/s AAA Vehicleades Pvt.Ltd. However Nobody ready to communicate me at AAA Vehicleades.Pvt.Ltd Regarding car delivery. New Dehli.However yesterday I was given a false commitment again that I can get the delivery on 01-Oct-14 along with full registration and accessories. All the payments have already been done on 30-sep-2014 through NEFT UTR No SBIN[protected] when I enquired about the final delivery I am being told that vehicle has not been received and is . Also during the entire purchase process it was I who was struggling to get status of vehicle.I called my parents in anticipation of receiving the vehicle. I am extremely unhappy with this commitment and feel I have made a mistake by choosing Maruti. I have been working with a reputed organizations State Bank Of India, Igate and I promise I will be sharing my experience with Maruti in our company blogs and open house sessions. Hope you understand my situation and take corrective actions. I bought Ertiga Vdi in June 2012 from Varun Motors Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and this problem with the 1st gear started from around August 2013. The 1st gear wont engage easily and I have mentioned the problem to the service center a couple of times and each time the problem was not taken care off. Now the problem has increased...

                                    Dear sir, I owned a swift dzire- DL9CAG7290 make 2013. I have done timely service in Maruti Nariara company outlet only. I was facing problems with gear shift, then taken to workshop they fix it again after few Km same problem occurred. Again taken to workshop again they repaired and charged me however they were not supposed to. But again now am facing problem with gear, I don't understand what they are doing and why can't they fix it or change the entire gear as my car is in warranty. Can you please take any action?
