I am very disappointed with my experience from Spectra Motors. I am
writing this email to seek your assistance in reference to the trail
mail. I expect a reply on this feedback and hope it does not fall in one
of the unattended mailbox. I am extremely frustrated and feel harassed due to your service levels in dealing with customers.
I purchased a brand new Alto K10 (full payment done), here start the series of disappointments. REG NO: MH-02-DN-76181. After Spectra Motors received the complete payment our calls were going unattended for 2 complete days.
. After all the efforts being put up to contact Mr Yogesh, he committed to deliver the car on 5th Sept 2014. 3. To my surprise, the car is delivered without the left mirror, instead of purchasing it when the car was booked.
. While performing the rituals, we found ants under the hood and cockroaches on the dashboard. 5.
After continuous follow-ups for around a week Spectra pulled the car to
the service centre and reverted back us to stating, the car was clean
and their technicians could not trace any issue. But still there are ants seen, entering the front right door from within. (I have attached the images for the same)
. When I opened the rear boot, I found damaged rubber strip. (I have attached the images for the same)

Customer service manager for Spectra (Chembur branch) has not yet
shared the age of the car via email or any sort of written document
instead of repeated follow ups. She has been co-coordinating in the best way she can but that has not solved the purpose.
. It's been almost a month, but still i have not received the car manual, which includes the " MAINTENANCE SERVICE RECORD"
. I am also facing other technical issues which are highlighted to them. I will definitely post this grievance on all possible social media platforms & consumer forums.
HOW CAN A BRAND NEW CAR WHICH HAS PASSED QUALITY CHECKS, HAVE SUCH ISSUES ????YOU ARE TARNISHING THE IMAGE OF MARUTI SUZUKI. CERTAINLY MY FIRST AND LAST ENGAGEMENT WITH SPECTRA MOTORS.
I am forwarding this email again as the Spectra has made
me deal with mental agony, deficiency in service and below average
customer service.They took my car for the 1st service.
Post that i am facing issues with the fan belt. It keeps on making
noise. Adding to it, the rubber strip below the rear boot was not
replaced. I was told that its NOT IN STOCK, instead of it being a fault
of their own.I am trying to connect with Saumit Deb and Ravi Kant Dhawan through my Linkedin profile, and will address my concerns to them.HOPE YOU GUYS KNOW WHO THEY ARE !!! Much
of bitter words have been exchanged for the past couple of days. I cant
be fully blamed for you got to do something for those numerous negative
reviews flooding the internet.
