Compaint against Peaks Auto Pvt. Ltd for Cheating Customers.

We have booked a Desire ZDI (G/G) on 7th of August and made advance/booking payment of Rs.15000/- against Recipt no:98160 (Peaks Auto Pvt. Ltd ) dated: 07.08.2014 and thereafter we have been pressurised to transfer Rs.1Lac to their account CC311 in J&K Bank Ltd. B/U Barzull, Sringar which we made on 12th of August 2014(receipt enclosed for your reference). At the time of booking we have been promised that the vehicle will be delivered...

    Dear Sir, I have purchase New Maruti Stingray VXI Car on Jun - 30 - 2014 from Vadodara.Gujarat, Dealer: Amar Cars Pvt. Ltd., Gorwa, Vadodara. My complain is there are 4 tyres Alloy Wheels with new car but Spare Wheel is given normal wheels. I want to know from Maruti, why, only 4 wheels are Alloy wheels and spare wheel is not alloy wheel. Because, I have just came to knew & checked when i got puncher in front driver side wheel. When i changed this tyre from Spare wheel that time i feel cheating from dealer. So, pl kindly give your valuable reply me and give me customer satisfaction. and if any cheating from dealer, i will go for consumer court.         Dear Sir/Mam It is to bring in your kind notice that I, Inderjeet from Rewari Haryana having swift VDI HR 36 P 5077. I serviced my car from Apra auto services sect-14 Gurgaon on 01-Aug-2014 and i take my car to home without checking all the accessories and after 15 days i found my tyre was replaced by some old tyre during service which has a little cut on it and having tube in it whereas my tyre were new and tubeless. it is really ridiculous and painful.           My Vehicle Maruthi Wagon R Reg No: KL5AB 1597 was given for regular service on 18/8/2014 at Popular Service Station, S H Mount, Kottayam, Kerala(INVOICE No.:BR[protected]. After the service the vehicle was returned with the comments from the service adviser that “everything was done well and the stearing unit was completely resettled and still an unusual sound was heard when the car is in a big gutter which is not a serious problem”. When My Husband drived the Car, he heard an unusual sound which was not heard before the servicing. The Service Advisor enquired about the condition of the vehicle after the service. He told him about the unusual sound from bottom of the stearing unit. The Service Advisor again guaranteed that there is no Safety Problem and the problem can be fully rectified only by replacing a Unit which cost around Rs. 4000, which may be done in the long run. After the Servicing My Husband had driven the car for about 250 km through heavy traffic, highways, hilly areas, narrow bridges, village roads with 5 pupil from my own family. The rest of the story is as follows. Call History 26/8/2014 2:32 PM - Call to Popular Service([protected]): “Severe Sound and Shaking of the Vehicle” Reply: Bring the Car to the Service Center. On Reversing the Car the front left wheel along with the axle was thrown aside. The Details are shown in the pictures attached. IF THE ACCIDENT HAD OCCURRED IN ANY OTHER SITUATION, I AND MY FAMILY MAY NOT BE HERE, TO REGISTER THIS COMPLAINT.

            With utter frustration n anger i am sending this complaint to you.I am a proffesional person n have been driving maruti cars since 1999.This time i booked my 4th maruti car in exchange for my old car wb38u6411 on17/06/i4cheque no 719869 sbi.Since then i am facing tremendous harassment regarding quality n papers.
            The dealer applied for bank loan not through my own branch but through alipore branch which delayed loan approval till25/06/14.Insurance came into effect on 25/06/14.Since 17/06/14 they did not allow me to have a look at my dream-car.I delivered my old car on 25/06/14.On24/o6/14 i had an altercation with them niforced them to drive me to taratola godown at 6 p m only to locate my dream car lying at a corner smeared with dust and mud totally disappointing for me. On 26/06/14 i was asked to take delivrry at 4 p m.I went there nwas refused on grounds of registration papers.
            On 27/06/14 they virtuallt forced me to take the delivery of the car without valid documents of registration.True value of my old car and bill in detail.
            Road tax was deposited on 29/06/14 n token delivered on 01/07/14
            I am a doctor-surgeon-- nfailed to drive my car in fear of litigation. No one -executive-came fordwad to clear my queries regarding transparency in registration n bill. Everyone was busy to shoulder off the car and me from the showroom.
            Problems of new car[protected]
            1.After driving 7 to 8 k m the bonnet gets so hot that it can inflict burn injury on me at any time.
            2. Fan which cools the engine is not working since 27 06 14.
            3. Fuel gauge never showing the correct amount of fuel poured in.
            4. Offensive smell comes out when i switch on the fan for a c .
            5. Fuel effiency is 8 to 9 k m/litre
            6. Doors are so loose that it opens up spontaneously while unlocked.
            7. A c machine not working properly.
            8metal framrs covered with adhesive tapes difficult to remove the adhesive. Never seen before.
            9 battery make and batch code have been tampered with in owners manual.
            10 i have not yet received the smart card.
            11 they did not allow me to register my car in the name of dr samir kumar thakur.
            Idid never face this problems with my 3 previous maruti cars.
            During first inspection on07/08/14 at dorga road workshopthey certified all problems as normal.For new altok10vxi.
            I am a professional person & facing tremendois harassmrnt 7 professional loss as i have stopped driving my car outside a circle of 6 km within kolkata.
            I am sure the maruti suzuki ltd cannot authorise or certify to sell such a defective car which will undermine company's good will & reputation in the market.
            Please take an urgent action by replacing my defective car with a new defectfree alto k10 vxi or return my previous car wb 38 u 6411 as early as possible so that i can persue my profession effectively. Last of all i think that i have been cheated

                Dear Sir/MadamI purchased Alto K10 in the month of may 2014 from Maruti Suzuki Kupwara J&K.It is very unfortunate to say that aftter a mere month time span my car's AXLE got demaged without any accident in the mid road. I fail to understand if there was not even scratch to the parts which are placed below AXLE, then how come axle got demaged within 3 months only. And the worst part is that when I approached to the Kupwara Office, the people over there were so unprofessional. I was asked the AXLE do not come under warranty scheme. IAlthough I payed for the brand new equipment but need less to mention here my car car sounds very peculiar, and i am vety reluctant to move to the same office.Now I would like to enquire about, If realy this part do not come into waranty and if i even replaced the part the car still shows very unusual behaviour.. please do needful Qashif PeerKupwara J&Kph: [protected]

                  Hi,
                  I m inderjeet singh using a maruti suzuki swift vdi (Diesel) since 13/06/2013.
                  After few months i found some technical issues in my car (Pulling steering in left hand side).
                  When i visited to the maruti suzuki service center competent auto regarding the problem.
                  I always mention the problem in my service job sheet. & they assured me that your problem will be rectified. But after completion of service, problem will remainthe same.
                  I also tell the engineer "if is there any part issue u can change it, but they tired so many thing but problem will not be rectified.Finaly after so many follow up & waste of money, no good result has come. Steel my car having the problem.
                  When i thought i should talk tothe generel manager of the branch.
                  He is also behaving like there is only my fault . & suggest me to teach driving or get my car distroyed. I have been put so many feedback in maruti suzuki head office. But no satisfied resolution has done. I am very disponted with service status of world class company like maruti suzuki. & when i treid to spoke with the customer care team on phone no phone were picked up... I am not able to found the way to resolve the problem...Kindly do the needful.

                    I have bought ALTO K 1O in two years ago in MARCH 2012, The number of my car is DL3C BU 3379 .There are rust problem in the down side of both front gate and upper side of both back wheels .I hv go to BATRA AUTO Faridabad approx six month ago and show the problem bt they only painted it and charged 1200 rs for that.Bt the problem is not sort out rust is show again . Plz tell me that what should I do?

                      I am an old and loyal customer of Maruti...I am associated as a customer for last about 15 years. On 17.6.14, I with my family met with a major road accident while driving my vehicle Ritz no. PB-08-CF-0370 near Pathankot. By the great grace of Almighty we all were saved but since that day I and my family had to go through a lot of mental, physical and financial turmoils. But Instead of standing by us and helping us one of your dealer at Pathankot i.e Pathankot Vehicleleades has meade use of my circumstances to fill up its pockets. I had purchased the Maruti Insurance (ICICI Lombard)for my above said vehicle from Lovely autos at Jalandhar to avail all the promised facilities attached with the policy. After accident, since the nearest dealer was Pathankot vehicleleades, as such my vehicle was towed there for further proceedings of insurance settlement. Since that day i.e. 19.6.14 till 14.8.14 when the vehicle was finally picked up after insurance settlement, Pathankot vehicleleades did absolutely nothing in helping me in settlement of my insurance claim. They never, not even a single time contacted me to facilitate my claim settlement. When I called your customer care number, I was told to contact the dealer. But the dealer kept mum, silent spectator during all this time and never even cared to contact or intimate me during all this time. I got the claim settled on my very own. Just imagine I was going through medical treatment for myself, my wife and my daughter and at the same time I had to deal with insurance formalities step by step without any assistance of vehicleleades. But they gave me a horrible shock on 14.8.14 at the time when my vehicle was being picked up from there when I was asked to pay Rs.5000/- vide their invoice no. BR14001367 of even date as estimation charges + Rs.1300/- as towing charges i.e. a total of Rs6300/- to them. When I objected that the towing is free for maruti insurance customers they did not budge and kept harassing me for 6 hours. I had to pay them the entire amount to enable the lifting of my accidental vehicle. I am harassed at the hands of vehileades by being charges illegaly and for doing nothing. Is it justified to ask for Rs.5000/- for preperation of estimation. My vehicle was kept in dust, rain, sunshine in displorable conditions during this time. Further they have issued me a bill of towing my vehicle in my name without date, without address of the towing, without stamp ( Pls see the attachment). Such letter heads are kept by Pathankot vehicleleades which they issue against the terms and conditions of law. I would request you to interfere in this matter as Maruti has always helped its customers. In my case the dealer has took an advantage sidelining everything against its own greedy interest. As I am going to follow a legal course in this regard, your immediate intervention would certainly help me in this regard.

From the day one i have mention that there is a problem in excel tube. every time whenever i go for the service centre in chhindwara no one gives me the proper responce and commitment to solve my problem, this is the higly irresponsible attitude towards the cusdtomer, I need some action from your company side asap, otherwise i will file a complaint against your dealer as well as your company outlet. this makes me feel that i have done a big mistake by purchasing maruti ertiga.                             I wish to bring to your attention on the deficiency of service displayed by one of your authorized service centre, M/s Spectra Motors ltd (Borivali east branch). My car(Maruti Dzire) was given for servicing on 1st Aug 2014, at the Spectra Motors service centre. The car was brought back by the service centre staff and parked inside the building premises at about 8pm, the same evening. The next day morning, we observed that the rear passenger car seat had a hole, evidently made by a rat. On opening the trunk, the rat was very much visible and hid in a place where it could not be traced. I immediately informed the service station Manager who informed me that he would sent someone to have a look. In the evening, one of the service centre staff had a look at the car and after an inspection stated that there were no indication of the presence of rat and that the rat may have escaped. Taking his word, it was decided to take the car the next day to the service centre to inspect and evaluate any serious damage by the rat. The next morning, we once again observed, evidence of the rear passenger car seat having been chewed at the same place. On opening the trunk, the rat was again visible and again hid at a place where it could not be traced. The car was taken to the service centre and the staff there were requested to immediately to take the car of inspection as the rat was very much inside the car. The staff however informed that the inspection would take time and we would be informed as and when the car was taken on the jack for inspection. There was no information however, and the car was delivered the next day. We were told that there was not rat inside the car. No justifying reason was given as to how the rat got inside the trunk of the car. It is very much evident that the rat got into the trunk of the car when the car was in the service centre. I therefore request that Maruti should take responsibility for this lapse of service which has lead to damage to my car seat and compensate me accordingly. Maruti should also have a look at the sevice centre where the present set-up makes it vulnerable for entry of rats/rodents into a car.

                              From the time I purchased my Wagon R LXi CNG (MH 03 BH 6443), I have been complaining to the service centre about the hard movement of my power steering. ON Aug 19, 2014, while taking a U turn, the steer wheel got locked - causing the car to move full 360 degree turn and hit the road divider. Thankfully nothing happened to me; but the front of the car is very badly damaged. It had to be towed and taken to the workshop. The repair expense suggested is very huge. This appears to be the manufacturing defect, which inspite of repeatedly informing the dealer and the service center - was not addressed and corrected. This technical fault could have resulted in a big mishap, if there were people on the road. Will Maruti look into this technical issue and rectify it?

                                I gave my car for 40, 000 KM service, they cheated me by charging 13000 for serving, for same 40000KM service my friends were paid only 7000 in other places. These guys set some target and cheating genuine customers, I complaints this to GM, i believe they have called them and taken necessary steps. Please do not truest such money lenders, instead giving to Maruti authorized service center, we can go to some work shop with very cheap and quality work.

                                  Dear sir / madam this is to inform you that dated 1 may I got accidental in Bilaspur(c.g.) I have given my vehicle maruti swift vdi cg 04 HB 8320 in your service center behind r.k. mall GE road Raipur mr. mukhergy ( con.-[protected] ) has attended the vehicle dated about 5 to 10 may he has given 200452.rs. estimate no. is - es14000141 dated 13.05.2014 after then surveyor of the new India insurance co. mr. mehta has been done survey and said to mr. mukhergy ( con.-[protected] ) that the estimate is much below then damage so after dismantle please make final estimate. Since the IDV of the car was 2.68 lac so he said if liability of the company will cross 2.00 lac it will be total loss declare by the insurance company. then mr. mukhergy ( con.-[protected] )has done dismantle of the car and made final estimate amount of 300133.rs. estimate no.is same but he has given me estimate after 1 week. then I asked to mr. mukhergy ( con.-[protected] ) that it is very high estimate then he said mr. gupta company has policy to make 30 % above estimate Your cost will not cross than 2.00 lac to 2.25 lac after his assurance I allowed to servicing. Since in 3.00 lac estimate mr. Mehta seen the liability it was about to 1.6 to 1.8 so he also allowed to start the servicing but he said after this estimate he will not allow any expenses mr.mukhergi said same thing to mr. Mehta that cost will not cross above 2 to 2.25 lac and he started servicing I have to told to deposit amount so I have deposited 50 thd dated 21.05.2014.he also assured me to give delivery after 15 to 20 day. But after 2 month he used to tell me that servicing of your car is in process. Dated 15.07.2014 he has called me n said mr. gupta your car is ready but your expence is cross 2.5 lac it is around 3.00lac so I have deposited 2.40lac that day but he told me that some key decoding problem is existing so come tomorrow n get your car but he has not completed. Dated 31.07.14 when car was ready he produced the bill of amount 3.82 lac . In between he has not given any information about the expenses. So sir if your estimate was 3.00lac how it is possible to make bill of amount 3.82 lac.why your people has given estimate in starting. It is total negligence of your people. If I have told that expenses are about 4.00lac I will go through total loss. It is total responsibility of your company. I have misguided, cheated by the people of your company have taken gold loan to give you money but still I have not received my car I talked all your superior authority in Raipur. But they are not responding so I am going to take legal action against the company and also I will go in media that how you cheat the people.                                     I am a loyal customer of Maruti Suzuki for last 14 years.

                                    I have bought following cars from Maruti's satble.

                                    1. Apr. 2000, Marti 800DX ( Regn No. DL 3CR 0145),
                                    2. March 2011 SX 4 ZXI ( Regn. No. DL 12 CC 1066,
                                    3. Oct. 2012 Maruti 800ALTO CNG LXI ( Regn. No. DL 1 CN 6693.)

                                    In last 14 years, this is my 2nd complaint in respect authourised service stations. In[protected], I had complained against T. R. Sawheny and Safdargunj Service Station. Otherwise services rendered and charges thereof by MASS (notably Maruti Service Masters and Rana Motors, Okhla, New Delhi have been reasonably satisfying and there was no reason to complain., Over the years I had opted for maruti cars mainly because of lost cost of spares & repairs and honest business practices, but my latest experience has shaken my faith reposed in Maruti.

                                    I was in Banga, Punjab in the month of July 2014. I took my car DL 1CN 6693 to Lovely Auto, as something got stuck in AC blower as a result of which water vapors started accumulating in the blower and AC vent.

                                    At Lovely Auto, I explained the problem and asked them to service the car, replace windshield and rear left tail light as well and signed Job Card listing the services required, later on I got a call from service station to inform me that front brake disc pad also need to replaced and for which I consented.

                                    Later when I went to take delivery of my car, I was horrified to see Bill No. BR 14000058 total charges as Rs.10515/-. On checking the bill, I discovered that they have charged for many things which I had not asked them to do.

                                    I had not asked them or authorized them for the following things:

                                    1. Injector Cleaning Rs. 450=00
                                    2. Wheel Balancing Rs. 280=00
                                    3. Wheel Alingment Rs. 280=00
                                    4. Suspension front remove & Check Rs. 550=00

                                    On my saying that I had not asked for any of the above jobs, then why these have been done and charged for, I was informed that whether I had asked the to do or not, I will have to pay for it, as they have already raised bill.

                                    I asked them to hoist the car of hydraulic jack for inspection, I was horrified to see that underbelly of the car was covered with thick layer of mud, thus was evident that front suspension was not touched let alone serviced at all.

                                    I asked them for computer report for wheel alignment, but the same was not given to me stating that all data relating to wheel alignment is automatically deleted after 24 hrs.

                                    Similarly no satisfactory reply was given for injectors cleaning.

                                    It is a clear case of RIP OFF, I have charged for the services not rendered to me.

                                    On my protests, they said they can only offer a BIG DISCOUNT of Rs. 550/-, take it or leave it. They also said that my car will be handed over to only after receiving cash payment of bill amount.

                                    Since, I had to return to Delhi, I had no option but to accept their MAGNANIMOUS OFFER OF BIG DISCOUT and pay the bill.

                                    On my saying that I will file complaint with MARUTI, they said we are not bothered with such small things.

                                    It will be pertinent to mention here that I have not received any call from Maruti Customer Service to enquire whether my car is OK or whether I am satisfied with services rendered to me.

                                    Going by my past experience, I am sure suitable action will be taken.

                                      The following complaint I registered and till date no action taken. Kindly provide me alloy wheel for the 5th tyre, because of it I am unable to rotate the tyres, and existing tyres started uneven wear and tear. Other complaints also please consider. No. KL-02-AQ-7973 Sir, Your company is known for quality and service. But with some distress I am writing this letter, to you for a favourable action. My entire family is loyal to Maruti, with more than eight vehicles’, which range from, Maruti 800 to Ertigo and Swift Desire . When it comes to purchase of a car, our family never think beyond Maruti. This strong loyalty made me to purchase new introduction Wagon R, Stingray. Now I own the STINGRAY, manufactured, October 2013, delivered on 20.12.2013. I am proud to say that I am one among the first possessors of this new brand of Maruti Susuki in Kollam (Quilon) district, Kerala. The trust and confidence on Maruti made me to take this decision, and I had the same trust to your dealer also. I purchased this vehicle by exchanging of my earlier vehicle, Zen Estilo, which I sold to Maruti True Value, Sarathy Auto cars. My earlier vehicle and my current Stingray, I purchased from the same dealer Sarathy Auto Cars, Pallimukku, Kollam. The following grievances I am having about my Car: 1. During the second service of my above said Stingray, I observed that the tyre rotation not done. When I asked about this, the service engineer informed me that my spare tyre is an ordinary one unlike all the other four are alloy wheels. How a Company like Maruti can give a spare tyre different than the other four tyres in use, that too for a new brand. During the time of purchase I experienced the following from the dealer, 2. I took the rates from other dealers they offered Rs. 10000/- discount on the Stingray VXI model. But this discount I haven’t got from the dealer whom I have taken the car. They convinced me that the discount was only for base model and not for VXI. 3. I am not provided with remote for the inbuilt stereo set of the car. 4. Another issue is there are no mud guards in the front tyres, when I asked about this the dealer explained that there is no provision to fix the mud guard in the front area. But as you aware Kerala is a monsoon state and the front mud flap is required to keep the body of the car clean, now all the dirt is spread over the front door, and always the car looks dirty. This dirt is more obvious with the white colour of my car. So I request you to solve my above mentioned issues, replacement with a disc tyre, providing remote control for sound system and Rs10000 discount which you have announced during my purchase period and front side mud flaps. You must be thinking, why I haven’t raised the complaints number 2, 3 and 4 so far. I felt so sad when I found the spare tyre issue, I believed in Maruti and your dealer, but the current issue made me to suspect the earlier issues also. I am seeing this as a breach of trust and I am raising this issue with lot of distress, I think I haven’t got value for my money, by purchasing the new brand from an esteemed company.
