We have purchased Maruti Wagon R VXI Pearl White: - Registration no. MH 04 GM 774 ENGINE- CHASSIS No.[protected] We bought our vehicle from Maruti Suzuki Fort Point Automotive (Cars) Pvt. Ltd. Sr., Ghodbandar Rd, Patlipada, Thane West Thane, Maharashtra 400607. As per the the certificate of Taxation the tax taken is of Rs. 33719/- and registration of LMV, RC Delivery Charges and Addition of Hypothecation amount as Rs. 350/- The dealer has levied charges as Rs. 40901/- which Rs. 6832/- more than the receipt shows. I have attached the photo copy of both the receipt. I want the extra money charged by them back. Regards Arun Chavan

    Hello All, I K.Naresh found of maruti very much, I am glad that I am one of the owners of Maruti vehicle even I suggest to go for Maruti at anytime, but for the timebeing I am not at all satisfied with services done by karimanagar Adarsha Automotive in Karim nagar, I have handed over my vehicle Swift LDI No. AP29 AT1564 on 5/05/2014 I have got zero dep insurance with Royal Sundaram Policy No # MOP2120788. When my vehicle delivered back on 31/05/2014 I found that services wa not done properly there were few sounds coming from front wheel and rare dicky side. Even after taking zero dep Insurance from Royal Sundaram I got this insurance from maruti suzuki I had to pay Rs. 22, 000/- from my pocket and bill was for Rs.92, 000/- and there is no proper explanation stating that how much insurance paid and how much I am paying. NOW I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND HUGE AMOUNT I HAVE PAID EVEN AFTER HAVEING ZERO DEPERICATION CAR INSURNACE. Please Please take immediate action on this other wise give me suggestion how should I go further. Thanking you,

      I have given my Car for Service as well as for small denting painting work. They have charged my huge amount for denting and painting Labor work for which First of all I am not satisfied also they have given me car in worst condition. Entire car was so dirty and carpet in dikki was full of dust and some whiter power. I am very disappointment for such treatment and huge charges and will neither go to this dealer in future and if my complaint is not resolved and appropriate actions are not taken from Maruti Company against this dealer .

          My vehicle is getting serviced at Mandovi Motors, Yeswantpur, Bangalore. Since very beginning I have been complaining of the problem of drop in acceleration between 3rd and 4th gear, with emission of thick black smoke. Initially the technician attending my vehicle was not convinced, they have done several test but every parameters were found to be correct. They have replaced certain parts of the vehicle and also updated software of the vehicle, but all in vain. Recently, in a test drive with senior technician of Mandovi Motors, Yeswantpur, Bangalore, Mr. Vijay Babu (Mob.: 0-[protected]), the same problem has occurred and now he is convinced of the problem with the vehicle so he has guided me to write before your good-self. You must understand the seriousness of the problem as while overtaking any vehicle on the road it may lead to a serious accident. It is clear that there is a serious manufacturing defect in the vehicle which is beyond repair, so I would request you to replace the vehicle at the earliest.

            Dear sir,

            My name is Athul.A, I am an Ex - employee in Amararaja batteries(Amaron) and I have worked as Service Advisor for 8 Years in Tata and Mahindra Passenger and commercial Vehicles
            .
            I have given my official car Alto 800 (KL58K-7476) to Mandovi motors, Hennur, Bnaglore for running repairs to Service Advisor Mr Sreenath.
            My complaints

            1 Engine oil changing
            2 Four wheel brake cleaning
            3 RH side ac vent grill changing
            4 Water service and to check all the oil levels

            The cost estimate price 5000/- and estimated time 5 pm.Mr Sreenath call me at 3.00 pm and updated me the car will be delivered at 5.00 PM, but i got the car at 7.15 PM.When he explained the service details the three unpredictable works

            1. AC blower cleaning
            2. Ac vent cleaning
            3. Throttle cleaning and charged 1160 plus tax for washing and oil level checking

            When i asked about the additional works to Mr Sreenath, he had suddenly deducted the charges for AC works and throttle cleaning from 5500 to 3280.All the additional works are Value added services and i know what are benifits and incentive amounts for a service advisor for Value added service.
            When i handover the vehicle to mandovi the wheel cups are taged with wiretags.When i got the vehicle wheelcups are not tagged with wiretags .On the way itself i lost my Front LH wheelcup.and brakes are very less(Rs 250 was charged for brake cleaning)


            My point is we are not at all satisfied with this service.and who will be responsible for my loss (My Wheelcup and 1160plus tax).


            Please resolve my issues ASAP, otherwise i will go for consumer court and Maruti Higher Sessions.

              Dear Sir, to: ccm.[protected]@fairdealvehicles.com bcc: [protected]@fairdealvehicles.com, [protected]@rediffmail.com, [protected]@fairdealvehicles.com I had mailed on all these email id's and its been two days now but there is no revert back from their side.The company is even accepting that they have received the cash but still there is no response from their side. Greetings! I Shakti Singh Rajawat would like to bring to your notice that I had booked two cars(Ertiga VDI) from your store. One booking of car was done with the name of Richa Katiyar and immediately the loan processing was also done. In addition to this, after a week I had booked another car and gave a cheque of Rs. 10, 000/-dated 5th May of Indusind Bank but due to some reason after informing him(Chandra) I had asked to stop the cheque. Later on I gave him Booking amount of Rs.10, 000/- in cash on 17th May because Mr Chandra said your discount approval will be cancel if you will not give the cash because you have already stopped the cheque for the booking and the whole processing of this was done through Vikas Chandra at your store sector-10 only like earlier (Richa Katiyar). He given me a customer docket( Booking Order Commitment checklist) document against my booking amount in your Fair Deal Store. After 2-3 days I got a call from the company he said that your booking has been done and he confirmed me about the booking amount and he asked about the loan processing and asked me when I would pay the rest of the amount. He also said that on cash of Rs.10, 000/ they wont get the car from the main showroom. Then I said I would pay the amount only when my loan would get sanctioned. After this again I got a call from Mr. Manoj after 2-3 days and then he said I need to check about your car booking details and also said that he did not receive any cash. When I inquired about Vikas Chandra, I came to know that he has left the job. Mr Manoj told me that he would check and revert me back on this but since then its one week and I have not got any satisfactory response. In this whole situation what is the fault of the customer when every procedure is done with complete transparency. I had not expected this kind of response from your side and its when we have already purchased a car from your showroom. Kindly cancel the booking and refund me the amount otherwise it would force me to take some legal action. And I am sending you the attachment of the document given by him against my booking amount.                 engine problem not getting solved since purchase ( 9 feb- 14), In the mid way engine gets so jam that seems 3 persons are riding on it, now It has run over 2300 km with this defect, may be ohter parts get also damaged. My saved money didn't worth out Rajnish [protected]

                  Hi, I have purchased Swift dzire in the month of Nov-Dec'13, After 2 Month i found that there is a some technical mistake in my vehicle, I have ask and logged a complaint at Jaipur Dealer M/s Vipul Motors, They have checked the vehicle, And say all fine, but i have not satisfied because if i will give you an example there is mistake in drives side door handle(Not working properly) all there staff checked and sad that it is fine, After so much fighting Mr. Rajeev has change handle. i have also spoke to Mr. Pushandre(Territory manager Maruti RO office Jaipur), But they have not turn back till date, After giving the assurance. Would like to complaint the following. 1. Steraing Moves tight. 2. While Moving Vehicle feel very tight and pressurly. 3. Average problem. 4.                     New model swift ldi register on 2014 March and I have extended warranty till 2016 March my vehicle no tn-09-bp- 0726 and when I took to khikhivhrajmotors motors chennai mmount rod branchtamilnadu the service manager took lot of my time and he said he cannot do this problem underwaranty.and today he telling service station does have spare parts with them and he told he will charge clutch and gear problem Pl help to rectify this for me I need ur help

                      I got my Car swift dzire serviced at machino techno park circus, kolkata on[protected], car no WB, 06g6004the clutch plate was changed as previously it was very hard, but after it was replaced it has became more harder, i think that they have not replaced the clutch but charged from me.after replacing it must have become softer, each time it is not possible for me to go to the service station, please let me know what to do.R.C.Singhi [protected].

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased an Wagon R VXI BS4 from Pallavi Motors Pvt.Ltd., Guwahati on 23.05.2014. I am working at Amalgamated Plantations Pvt.Ltd.(A TATA Enterprise) formerly known as Tata Tea Ltd. Regarding corporate discount, I have been informed that, after submitting my I-Card I will get a discount from the Maruti company directly. But the name of Amalgamated Plantations was not listed at your site for discount but Tata Tea Ltd. is still there. However the existence of Tata Tea Ltd. was no more after May-2007. On the other hand a colleague of office has purchased a car from Hyundai Motors and received a corporate discount of Rs.7, 800/-. Since I have used Maruti Car since 1993 (I have purchased the Wagon R in exchange of my old Maruti 800) I can't get the corporate discount, why my next car will be from Maruti Suzuki ?                           Dear Sir, I bought Swift car from M/s Hindustan Auto Agency on 30.09.2012 and as on date my car has driven total 13, 534 KM approx.I have regularly done all the services, routine maintenance and check -up. I used to come office with my car every day so it runs approximately 8 to 10 K.M. daily. Yesterday i.c. 27h May 2014, after office hours when I came at our parking place beside my office around 6.00 P.M. and was going to start my car it didn't start, than I immediately informed the fact to your dealer .so they send two persons for checking. After checking they told that, the battery is completly dead so it is necessary to bring this for charging & at the same time they were surprise to know that, it is a new car 1.7 years old and only 13, 500 K.M travelled till now so there should not be any fault in it. Now my said battery is kept with your dealer for charging. Hence it is my humble request as viewing above fact and under warranty period of my battery please replace it as soon as possible. . I booked the Car on 15/03/2014.( Rural Promotional Activity Done by the Dealer- AR.A.S.P.V.P.V.& CO. and I got the new vehicle on 07/04/2013. Today I went the dealer's showroom to collect the Statement.Really I was Shocked, because I Plan to buy 2014 model white color car. but I cheated By the Dealer .with out prior intimation They Provide 2013 July Month car, Till now they Didn't tell me.this car is 2013 model. The executive are not Explained properly about the consumer Scheme and the additional Scheme. Today My sons are checked the Invoices and customer Docket.The dealer didn't mention the model . I wonder, where is Business Ethical Goes? . with this mail I have attached the Details.kindly go through it, If you find the Model .kindly reply me. Today I booked the complaint against the Dealer .                               Our vehicle registered in companies name KA-04-MK-9329 (ertiga). We have filed a complaint regarding a break problem from the very first service of 1000 km since on complaining of the till date the complaints is not rectified from Maruthi even though the millege of my vehicle has crossed 48000kms the recent service looking for the better service this time before filing a case against this issue. very sorry to tell you as we have purchased and reffered our friends circle with rns motors yaswanthpura for this vehicle we had face a very bad experience from your side

                                This is to inform to you that I have purchased a new Maruti Alto K-10 (PB-10-EJ-3105) vide bill no. 572 dated 25.04.2014 in the name of Ravinder Kumar from your dealership, M/s Stan Wheels, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana. At the time of purchase I was directed by Mr. Deepak and Mr. Manider to deposit Rs. 300000.00 and they committed me to repay the money as and when my car loan was approved and disbursed to dealership. As a layman and as directed by them I have deposited Rs. 51955.00 cash vide R. No. 213 and Give cheque of rs. 236000.00 vide Chq. No. 232637 to your dealership on account of security until my car loan will approved. They also committed me that cheque will not be encashed and retained as a security with dealership but they encashed the cheque the very next day. My car loan was approved on 13th may-2014 and I have continuously followed up your dealership for refund of my security deposit but the person concerned at there is always made false commitments to me to repay the security deposit. Now your dealership’s authorized person Mr. Deepak and Mr. Manider mis-behaved with me using very rude and harsh language everytime as I am not their customer at all. At the time of sale the behavior of the representatives is very cooperative but after the sale is done they don’t even want to talk with us on phone. After considering their behavior even I also suspect that they have not any intention to repay my money. Furthermore I want to bring to your kind notice that an accessory worth is Rs. 2500.00 (Approx.) is also not provided to me and still uninstalled in my car. It is my humble request to your goodself to direct your dealership to repay my money at the earliest with interest. Furtheremore kindly also give some instructions to your representatives to behave politely with customers as if customers is for forever not for one single deal.

ALWAYS I SEND IN SERVICE CENTER (ACE KUDALE SHOWROOM - MANJRI) ON PUNE SOLAPUR ROAD, WITH SAME COMPAINT... & THEY ALWAYS SAID WE DONE SERVISE PROPERLY IN INGINE...& BOSH PUMP.. BUT TILL TUDAY I NOT SATICEFIDE WITH MY PROBLEM......

                                      Our car KL 13 Y 2063 was breakdown two days back ( 19. may.2014) and it was informed in the helpline ( Indus motors, kannur.) .The vehicle was attended the same day and they couldnot identify the problem.They took the car to workshop the next day (20.may.2014). Till now (21.may.2014) the problem is not identified.We have urgency, please see to the matter and do the favour at the earliest.
                                      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
