Dear Sir,
I bought Swift car from M/s Hindustan Auto Agency on 30.09.2012 and as on date my car has driven total 13, 534 KM approx.I have regularly done all the services, routine maintenance and check -up. I used to come office with my car every day so it runs approximately 8 to 10 K.M. daily.
Yesterday i.c. 27h May 2014, after office hours when I came at our parking place beside my office around 6.00
P.M. and was going to start my car it didn't start, than I immediately informed the fact to your dealer .so they send two persons for checking. After checking they told that, the battery is completly dead so it is necessary to bring this for charging & at the same time they were surprise to know that, it is a new car 1.7 years old and only 13, 500 K.M travelled till now so there should not be any fault in it. Now my said battery is kept with your dealer for charging.
Hence it is my humble request as viewing above fact and under warranty period of my battery please replace it as soon as possible. .
