Sir,

I am Rahul Madan Advocate. I had purchased a Car Alto 800 lxi cng model. I
meet with your Sales executive Sh. Harvinder. I had booked my car in april
2014 and paid the booking amount as Rs.2000 and Rs.15, 000 through cheques.
Your sales executive had represented that the scheme prevailing in april is
Rs.25, 000 discount and stated that the scheme prevailing at the time of
delivery and the date of Invoice shall be applicable, which is also
mentioned in the booking booklet. You have cheated me by giving me the
scheme of April month, however the Invoice was made on 02.05.2014 and the
delivery of car was also done on 02.05.2014. You have not disclosed that in
may month the scheme is Rs.35, 000 discount.

You have cheated me by not disclosing it and illegally taken Rs. 10, 000
more from me, which you are liable to refund me along with compensation for
mental agony otherwise i shall be constrained to initiate civil and
criminal legal proceeding against T.R Sawhney as well as against your
Sales Executive.

Dear Sir,
Please find the below trail of mails with reference to the communication with Patel Motors. Also please find the attachment of Estimate provided by Patel Motor for Repair work.
FYI, I am regular and satisfied customer of Maruti since 25 years and I have used almost all the models of your company. At present I am holding 3 maruti cars( Swift Dzire, Eartiga, Ritz).
On 15th of September we have finalized the deal with Patel Motors to exchange My Ritz with new Ritz of White color and delivery was suppose to be made on 25th of September and since then they are not delivering me new car . As they are not able to deliver me new car as per committed date, I cancelled the deal and requested them to deliver back my old car, In against that they have send me estimate of Rs. 60000 approx for some repair they have done without my consent as the amount is substantial and I am not interested to make this much of expenses on my old car why should I bear. Now I request you to please resolve the issue within 24 hours.
We really hope the matter will be resolved at earliest. Looking forward to have some comments from you.

    is is to bring your kind attention that I have purchase maruti wagonr on 15/04/2014. Chassis no of the car is 689114 from my car Indore pvt ltd authorize maruti dealer 5305. Now my serious concern is as my car was due for 1st servicing hence I got the call for the same from my car workshop . I gave the time for pickup but none of the persons has turned up to pickup the car then I gave the call to workshop for pickup ; persons came for the pickup from ring road workshop . when he came for pickup I have told him the problem and issue pertaining to car and even though write down on the job instruction capturing sheet . one the car reaches to workshop i got the call from the engineer and again i told him the issues and requested him to pls check the same but as its first free service unfortunately none of the persons taken up issues seriously because they didn't get the money out of which . when I got the car return back from the service center its more shocking to me as its first free service none of them given the attention to the car my car was not properly washed not clean; glass wear so dearth whole back side seat was having spot . I called up to the person and engineer again they have taken up lightly . Pls suggest what should I do now. If this is the way to treat the first free services then no need to do the formality. I know its none of your business now after selling the car but I just want to share my views . the free service which I was receive was pathetic . If you have read this whole massage then thanks for your precious time . I know none of you will waist your time to reply on this but understand customers makes customer If you seriously wants to know my issues pls let me know Praveen

      Manufacturing Defect at time of Delivery (AC not functional)

      Dear Sir/ Madam,

      This is with reference to the Maruti Ertiga that I purchased on 7th May 2014.

      On the day of the delivery there were issues with the AC
      I immediately brought the same to the notice of the dealer authorities (Mohinder, Maggie, Akbar and Ram) and asked for the rectification before I sign the delivery note.
      The car was sent to the service station and after 5 hrs the car was delivered...

      I bought swift dzire on 30/8/2013 .From lovely autos Jalandhar invoice no: vsl13001067, vehicle I'd MA3FJEB[protected], DTO registration no: PB08 CH 7272, laste week my car got punture on a highway I need to change my tyre but what I found that my car jack is not in working condition it's jam I have to wait for other car so I can get jack to change my tire I mange to do so .on next day I went to lovely autos regarding my complaint after wating for 1 hr they just lubricate it and give me back but it's same as it was before and they told me If I had problem I can buy new from market, I didnt expect this for my new car from such big dealer at the time of delivery I just check that jack is present in my car I didn't try it .after six month when I used it for first time than I find it's not working, I am already using Maruti product since 1989 never had any problem my last car swift DTO registration no: PB O8 BD 7788 it's also on same name and address u can check from ur system .         I bought new Suzuki Access 125 by 2013. But today i am sad to say dont buy this scooter. Bcoz very poor performance now i am getting from this...It was good in first few months. But now there is no Power and very poor Mileage...Now i am thinking what is the use of this 125cc scooter and why I bought this 125cc scooter while driving...The 100cc scooters available in market are always better than Suzuki Access 125... I had given my scooter to Authorized service center at Kochi...They are saying Access 125 scooters are like that after an year or more...Many many complaints they are getting... So I am advising you that dont buy Suzuki scooters...Make a search in Market and buy best one

          My name is Pradeep and I have bought a Wagon R car bearing chassis no : I 48430
          Sarathy Auto Cars, Pallimukku, Kollam, Kerala nearly three years back. I am forced to write this letter because I am totally dissatisfied with their service. When I took my car after the third service it was noticed that there was moist in the headlight, and when I pointed to this they told me that it was due to the water service and the next day it will be okay.


          But later during the rainy season it was seen that the same complaint was repeating.Again when I took it for service and brought this complaint to the notice of the service advisor, and he after consulting his superior asked me to hold the vehicle there for one day so they can rectify the problem.The next day I took back my vehicle.


          Since I was out of station it was my wife who was using the vehicle, When I returned and used the car the headlight was dim due to the dampness in the reflector. It was also dim . I took my car again to Sarathy Auto Cars for service and told them about this repeated complaint.But their reply was my warranty period has been expired and they could do nothing.But it is not my fault since I had brought this complaint to their attention before, during my service period.They suggested me to break the headlight and go for claim.But I am least interested in it. My speedometer reading is
          only 12, 200 kms.

            Sir/Madam, Hi this is kedar chhatre, I bought my new Maruti Ertiga LXI variant from pune dealer Mahalaxmi Automotives on 13/3/2014. My Engine Chassis No.[protected], Reg. RTO No. MH12-KT6499. The said vehicle is 2012 manufactured and dealer gave me some discount for old stock car. Before delivery I observed some critical problems in fuctionality of clutch and gear box but dealer convinced me to take delivery and at the time of 1st service will resolve all the problems. As per commitment I took my vehicle for service and created job card with same complaints but they did not resolved any problem. I again went to workshop in charge Mr. Prabhu for this problem, he request to leave vehicle for some tests. There was problem in my car that while shifting gear from 2nd to 3rd it was creating some frictional noise as if I am not applying clutch properly. This people opened gear box and replaced 3rd gear wheel and gear hub and few more parts, they said that they replaced clutch set. But now facing problem that in 3rd gear my gear shifter rod gives lot of vibrations and movements while operating accelerator. Mr. Prabhu told me this is regular problem or working of Ertiga gear box, but this problem was not there before opening it and I also tried other petrol Ertiga which don't have this problem. Now I am planning to go to other dealership to get resolve this problem, what you suggest and at the same time I request you people to send some person from technical department team to help me to resolve this. I also have many more complaints against Mahalaxmi Automotives regarding accessory's fittings. I put all MGA acc. in my car like power windows, remote lock, CD player and many more, but the fitment and fuctionality is very poor. Remote lock is not working properly, CD payer does not give proper signals for FM in city area which should not happen in at least in city. There is gap in power window operating switch holder and door trim but dealer refuse to rectify every problem by saying it is like only. If this is the quality of MGA genuine parts then I made big mistake that I bought it.               Sub.: Complaint regarding misuse of vehicle. I, Surya Vats, am the owner of vehicle no. HR31H2887 Model Swift Dzire. About 12:00 noon on dated 25/04/2014 (Friday) I handed over this vehicle to Eakansh Motors Kaithal for doing some repairs & service. On 28/04/2014 about 05:00 pm when I went to take back my vehicle I found that all four wheels had got punctured and one tire of these wheels had been damaged by a long cut and assembly of the main light was also found defective. One more strange thing was found that this vehicle was kept out of the premises of this agency and was used unauthorizedly for 120 Kms. run, due to which misuse another many defects have been caused. You can also check these misuses of my vehicle by the staff of this agency through CCTV camera footage between the dates from 25/04/2014 to 28/04/2014. The above said complete episode was brought into the notice of Mr. Lalit Taneja, Gen. Manager, Eakansh Motors Kaithal by me and he assured me that your complaint or problem will be resolved. I have spoken to this officer on telephone about three to four times but he repeated the similar words to me without giving relief to me. I have suffered a loss of thousands of rupees due to this misuses which should be compensated immediately by the Eakansh Motors Kaithal. Therefore I earnestly request to your kind owner to take immediate remedial action in this regard and arrange to compensate my loss of thousands of rupees with a written apology from Eakansh Motors Kaithal (Haryana).                 I have booked Maruti Celerio VXI AMT on 26 February 2014, Grey color first option and silky silver second option, but I conformed final color as silky silver through Popular automobiles Kasaragod kerala state. Booking time they informed me the waiting period maximum 2 months. But still I have not received my car and some others getting car. Actually I am queuing in front of them. Also the dealer saying there is no stock and not getting car from Maruthi. Please take necessary action and solve my issue also provide sufficient car to dealer.                   I am using Suzuki Access 125cc. My complaint is regarding their bad service which they do very irresponsibly. They don’t have good engineers to serve customers. Most of the customers come to them and complaint regarding the same. Currently my scooter is not able to start in the morning using kick or self-start. I have given my scooter to them more that 4-5 times, but they are not able to solve it. After couple of service, I came to know that they are not able to solve it; even they have created another problem in my scooter. Engineer who worked on my scooter, he forgot to fix the oil screw/bolt and in result, oil was leaking from scooter. I have noticed it next day. When I visit next day for this oil problem, they fixed it and told me that it’ll not happen from now. But from next day, I saw that oil is still leaking form my scooter. My scooter is still under investigation with them and they are still trying to resolve both the problem. Initially I have only one problem, and they are created another instead of resolving the first one. It’s clearly indicates that how irresponsible they and their service are which they provide to the customer. It’s not happening with me only. This is not the first time, this is happening 2nd time. There are so many customers who face the same kind of issues which I came to know form other people nearby service center. I want from you to take the inappropriate action against them. Manager - Kavita / Ravindra Bhatt ([protected]/[protected]) There are no consequences till now, but if they do the service with irresponsibility, then tomorrow can happen anything with anyone. Indirectly they are playing with our lives. I want from you to take the appropriate action against them and they should get proper notice.

                    Respected sir. i have a complaint for you from maruti dealer i got bad dealings from their.13/2/2014 i booked a swift zdi model car at avg motors thiruvalla showroom my sales man one Mr rajeev.he is treated me very badly.am facing so many problems from him then i have also a car am planed to exchange my car to swift my car is chevrolet beat petrol model 2011 october model full option car.i handed over my car through this showroom true value group.they were priced my vehicle 2lakhs 85thousand rupees.i have loan in my car so the true value give a 2lakhs 45thousand cheque then i close my loan the dealer told me my balance amount 40000rs after the loan close then they wil give me or my booking vehicle to discounted.but i would like to purchase new vehicle before 31st march the salesman mr rajeev will told me i dnt got loan for new vehicle from any banks then he will told my brother in law and his house. that issue become big problem in my family that problem reason is saleman rajeev.now i dont like to buy this car from there this are the reasons now i call the dealer mr roni he is asm in avg motors thiruvalla he is also to misbehaving..i told him i cancel the vehicle and release my exchange car.but he will told me i dont knw u wil go a head consumer court for a case..then i wil call true value session one mr sijo i told him i want my exchange car beat i wil give the cheque also but the true value session salesman told me no that wil not happend 2lakhs 45 cheque and percentage of the cheque issue date towards ..i have 2 or more casr owner i never face such this type bad sittuations from any other brand dealears i have hond volkswagen chevrolet.first time this type of sittuations from dealers n showrooms so plzz help me.am very interested to buy swift car but now these problem creates me not yet interested my contact no [protected] my email id [protected]@gmail.com my exchange car no KL 31d 1117 ..i booked the car swift my sisters name aiswarya sreedhar.srivihar, kottarkavu, mavelikara.

                      Dear Team, I am writing in to let you know the worst experience I have had on buying a new Maruti car. I had booked Maruti Swift Zdi Model, from Competent Motors Connaught Place, New Delhi just before Holi. Not only the sales team had confirmed the car is readily available and in inventory, they also confirmed I can get a number of my choice based upon the series availability. Both the above claims were false, and the dealer failed to give the car. I had paid an initial deposit of Rs 10, 000 as booking amount vide check number 040384 and was given a booking confirmation docket, with docket number: 806918. In addition, I also got a draft made for Rs 6 00, 000, in the name of "Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd" to be given on the date of delivery i.e 2 days after Holi. Despite my continuous follow ups, the dealer on the day of delivery said: a. The choice number is not available; though they had confirmed on blocking it earlier by an online system. b. The color I had chosen is out of stock and I should take an alternate color. I didn't expect a company like Maruti to agonize customers in this way when someone would save money to buy a new car. Not only I was disheartened, I had to cancel my draft and issue a stop cheque payment request. May I request Maruti to ensure that customers are not given false information and do not have to go through this turmoil when buying a new car. In addition, please also take this as a official confirmation to revert any car, already issued for delivery on my name. Thanks & regards Aman

                        Dear Sir/Madam, This is bring to your notice that i bought maruti swift-vdi on 15, march, 2014.I am cheated by the sohna pasco many times. Firstly, I ex-change my old car 'Waganar'. The money of my old car was evaluated 55 thausand rupees(including ex-change bonus) and instantly i booked my car and when i went to take new car after few days, the evaluation money was only 45 thausand, i was surprised to listen it, i had no other option at the movement so i paid rest ammount. Secondly, on my first service, they damage my car during service(bumper and side fronter) they presurised me to get repaired through insurance so i did it because i can not run new car as they gave me after first service. I lost my insurance money as well as value of my new car. Thiordly, Repaired work was not satisfactory because the colour matching was not appropriate and found again sacratch mark on bumper, apart from that the side fronter's rust coating was not done and when i asked about it they said is is not possible here, even nobody told me about it before repairing so i was againg cheated by them.i asked them about my orignal side fronter, they showed me another fronter which was not mine, i think they did not replaced that part.they charged me for the replacement of fronter. Fourthly, The price of multi-media was told me 20, 000/- rupees initially with the blutooth and rear camera, speaker etc., when i said them to install, they charged me again 3000/-rupees extra and after few days i foun there was no bluetooh connectivity and rear camera, I made a complain about it and they replaced that multi-media with the blutooth connectivity only. I am really fed up with the service which i got from pasco sohna, so pls look into this matter seriously .                           I am from Ernakulam, Kerala, I purchased K10 car on 27 March 2014 through Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd. I did not ordered the accessories stereo and remote central key. When I have given the amount for tax, they have deducted Rs. 16995 and they said they have billed for accessories, so I have to pay. The above said accessories are not even fixed in my car. How they can deduct the amount without my consent and not fixing the instruments?. This is very inconvenient and reducing the trust of the costumers. I would like to request the authorities to take necessary actions to avoid such problems in future and a solution for my problem. Thank you.

                              Respected Sir/Madam,

                              The following Complaint already registered with Maruti (Case Number: [protected]) on 4th of April 2014 but no response or communication yet.


                              I "Sachin Kapoor" had bought Maruti Ertiga VDi White Color from M/s Magic Auto (Dabri More) vide Registration No. DL1Y D 7283 on my Name on 4th of April 2014 for (Commercial Purposes Vehicle). I made all the payment on 31st-April-2014 RTGS M/s Magic Auto and Rest of the payment in Cash to the Executive of the said distributor) I had provided the said distributor with all the relevant documents for the purpose of Registration in my favor (i.e. my Voter Id Card, PAN Card, Copy of Passport etc.)The Executive of the said distributor Mr.Sunil Dhawan Mob.No.[protected] who was in touch with me for the deal for last few days had assured me to deliver me the Car/Vehicle on the same day when payment is done. Being part of Hindu Family and firm follower of my religion I wanted my Car to be bought on the First Navratra i.e.on 31st April 2014 so I did the payment on the same day around 12 pm and I communicated the same to Mr.Sunil Dhawan about my belief and I was given due assurance for the delivery of the same on the said date. But to my utmost surprise Mr.Sunil Dhawan stopped responding to my Calls and SMSs since the day I made the payment. I tried to contact on the dealership on land line nos. too but was not given any satisfactory reply from neither the dealership nor they confirmed any payments made to them. Some how I could manage to get the name of the Sales Head/Manager of the dealership Mr.H.P.S. Bedi through my contacts but could not get any contact details so I called the dealership on land line nos. again but every time I was not allowed to be contacted with the Sales Head and got lame excuses(that he is in meeting or he is on other phone etc.). Only on Friday i.e.4th of April 2014 Mr.Sunil Dhawan picked my call and told me I would be communicated the delivery soon. I made almost 100 calls to him on that day and every time he told me he would just call me back. At last around 2 pm on 4th of April I sent him a SMS that I am going to visit the dealership today and going to register a complaint to Delhi Police about the same. He started responding to my calls and around 6 pm he asked me to come to dealership and take the delivery of the Vehicle.


                              I reside at North Delhi and the Dealership is situated at West Delhi it took me around One and half hour to reach(around 7.30pm). It was shocking to see that there was no body to entertain me there. I asked four people to please ask Mr.Sunil Dhawan but nobody paid even heed to respond. I kept calling Mr.Dhawan but he did not pick and at last he came to me around 7.45 pm and asked me to sign delivery challan and other documents as the showroom was about to be closed. So I signed the documents. It was really shocking and surprising to me when I was asked to come to the gate of the dealership where my Vehicle was parked a guy came and told me about the Vehicle in hurry and handed over the keys of the vehicle that too without Key Ring or Even tissue papers for the Vehicle and went inside.

                              I waited for few minutes outside the dealership when nobody came I called Mr.Dhawan and asked him that is this the way to give the delivery of the Car to the Customer ? No formal gesture even a grocery shop keeper does not entertain the customer so badly. I got an answer from him that I am in hurry and we deliver the car this way only. Mr. Kapoor you made the payment and you got your car that's it. I was left with no other choice as the showroom was closed and no responsible or senior person was available. So I had to drive my Vehicle and started coming back home. I merely moved around One and Half Kilometer and the Car's Engine Stopped working and I got to know the astonishing fact that the Car's Diesel has been Exhausted. Some how I could manage to get Diesel from nearby petrol pump and reached home around 11 pm.


                              Since then I have been trying to reach and report the issue to the heads of the said dealership i.e.M/s Magic Auto but as due to paucity of time I could not visit the dealership personally on phone I have not been able to reach the authorities. No body even from the dealership have contacted me yet to seek the information about my experience.


                              I am really disgusted and disappointed that Such a big and esteemed dealership M/s Magic Auto deals with its customers in such a way. And such a big and highly reputed name on whom people in India trust i.e.M/s Maruti Udhyog has appointed such dealers in today's competitive era where is Customer is given treatment like a king and CRM is considered to be the utmost important part of running a business. M/s Maruti Udhyog is known by its dealership as the ultimate consumer/customer is in direct contact with the dealership not with the parent company.

                              And if such a big purchase which might be once in a life time opportunity in a common person's life he/she is treated by such distributors or may be such employees then I am afraid M/s Maruti Udhyog is already loosing market share in India and if these practices are continued by the dealerships it will definitely keep on loosing grounds further as the family is known by its members credibility.


                              I am writing to you with great hopes and expectations that my voice be heard and it will be a Whistle blower for the organisation. Your good self is requested to consider the above stated complaint and feedback as bench mark to take appropriate and concrete action so that other customers should never have to give such a bad feedback to your organisation and your business partners.

I currently live in Hyd and travel to pune once a month and I had informed the workshop to keep the car ready on the 26th of April at 14:30, which I also confirmed thrice on phone in the prior week hrs to find the following a. Bumper not fixed / put back correctly which should have been put back with an additional screw. b. Unwashed uncleaned car full of dust (Internal) that would result from a body shop. c. Back seat cover stained with paint/dust. d. Front bonet not fixed properly, I identified the problem which was fixed e. Door guard was to be replaced which the showroom/workshop confirmed was in stock. Then opened the previous one to fix the new one.post that realised that the one they have does not fit in the required position. This meant the scratches and the paint damage which resulted in taking out the guard now remains exposed. I had to wait for 2.5 additional hours to get all this fixed. I also had to drive the car back the second time after going home to get additional issues fixed. Was this wait worth the time especially with that fact that I travelled from hyd to collect the car and spent 25% of my time in pune at the garage. I drove the car home to find the bumper open. I again had to drive back to get that fixed. Time and money (In the form of Fuel) wasted. The next morning when I tried taking the car out once again I found the music system not working I appreciate the fact that the senior people apologized and tried their best to get the stuff fixed (And also allow me a discount of Rs 2000/- Approximately on a bill of 32, 000) but currently at the cost of still having the below challenges Currently the door guard paint damage and music system challenge remains and hopefully no other damage that might have happened on account of careless and irresponsible repairs by the trainee staff at the workshop. My question is that if I am to get a car back in the position as it is then why should I use a Authorised Service Center by paining higher costs and not use a local vendor and bear the faults that he might create. I want the problems that still exist to be fixed and Maruti as a organisation to let me know how would they compensate with me for all the harassment and loss of time that happened on account of this servicing. But the day i bought it is giving fricted sound of the rare back seat while driving which irritates me and other family members in the car while driving . Now i drove it almost 23000 + and other seats are also making cracky noises. I went to your service provider who ignored the same and said that this is the manufacturing fault. though you have provided the middle seats reclining seats but that is of no use if your service providers are not able to resolve, see if i am spending 9.5 lacs on such thing and not getting solution than this is not fair. kindly see on urgent basis as requested My contact details are Manish Chatrath Mob.                                     Regretfully I would like to inform you that, I have purchased a car on 29th Mar’2014 from a cheat dealer. The Guwahati is too far from my home town Golaghat, which is around 300 km, so they have a selling counter here at my town Golaghat. The car was delivered to me at my town. I have faced in many problems from higher rate than your website sewed.. But I don’t want to express it now. I want to say only that, they took Rs 2200/- in the name of Temporary Registration (it would be around Rs 300/-). I gave it, but after my repeated request they have not given me any money receipt for my payment. I have got the car, but I haven’t got that Temporary Registration certificate till the date. They are always bluffing me as “today we’ll give, tomorrow we’ll give, we have sent it to you by a courier service” etc. How many times they are harassing me I can’t memorize in counting. As a responsible Indian I can’t break any rule and regulation of India, whether it may be under motor vehicle act or something other. So I am not driving the car till the date. I can't make permanent Registration without having temporary Registration. I have been trapped by your dealer after purchasing your company's car. I am feeling sick for this reason. Without having temporary Registration how can I go to make permanent Registration of my car? From my best knowledge I know one thing that “dealers are the face of a company. The customers are always entering to the heart of a company through the concern dealer’s honesty and good behave. So, why don’t you take any drastic action against such a cheating dealer? If you’ll not give any action against this dealer, then I’ll enter in the houses of media. Is it a way of manner from a multinational company like you to deal with a customer.                                     Went to Poddar after being persistently called for free servicing. wnt this sunday to find that 'free servicing' meant a car wash which would be complimentary if and only if I serviced the car which they estimated would cost me around Rs 6000/- This is blatant misrepresentation and I hope this review would cause the higher ups to take notice and act appropriately. I have lived in the US of A long enough to know that if such 'free servicing's would enable the customer to promptly sue the company and cause its shut-down!!
