Dear Concerned, This is about my Experience with one of your authorized Dealer in Pune.I approached Mahalakshmi Motors post my Telephonic Discussion with Mrs ANJALI about the replacement of few wear and tear parts for my 2005 Model ZEN-LX MPFI car.Mrs Anjali returend my call and confirmed that the parts that I wanted to be changed are available in the Inventory. I left my car for servicing on 15 APR 2014 at 12:40PM informing Anjali that I'm planning to drive to Hyderabad from PUNE on 17 APR 2014 early hours around 2:00AM.Mr Sagar who lined up my vehicle and took over for servicing gave me a call stating that the below parts are not available in their Inventory and he can't proceed further.Distributor OveringCaliper PinBulb Holders( I requested to REPLACE the HEAD LAMPS ASSEMBLY. HOWEVER, I WAS ADVISED BY SAGAR THAT ONLY THE REPLACEMENT OF THE HOLDERS WILL FIX THE FOCUS ISSUE)I've applied for a Leave without pay tomorrow to travel as I would get a long weekend due to Good Friday and Easter Monday and my Vehicle is not delivered and completed yet.Neither Sagar nor the Works Manager understand my concern. Apparently I will have to let go off my leave(without pay), and can't travel to Hyderabad tomorrow early hours and my vehicle is not completed as per the JOB SLIP.Mr SAGAR who is good in writing the complaints with the vehicle doesn't confidently understand /acknowledge my concerns. There isn't an acknowledgement on the WORK COMPLETED EITHER... I wonder if this is a technical lag with MR Sagar or with the process that Maruti followsWill you please answer my question? I will also need the HEAD of Sales and Services for Maharastra contact so that I can speak to him about my compensation for the loss due to the regular inefficiency of Maruti's Authorized Dealers across the country.1. WHY WAS MY VEHICLE ACCEPTED FOR SERVICING WHEN THE SPARES WEREN'T AVAILABLE2.WHY WAS I GIVEN ASSURANCE FROM MRS ANJALI ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE SPARES.3.BOTH THE ABOVE STATEMENTS COMITTED BY MAHALAKSHMI MOTORS DOESN'T CONNECT.4.HOW DO I COMPENSATE FOR THE LATENCY AND MY LEAVE AS I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TOMORROW?Above all, MARUTI assures 'INDIA COMES HOME WITH MARUTI' while I Can't go home due to the inefficiency. I would appreciate if someone from the senior Management call me to explain the root cause and give me an alternate vehicle(loner car) to travel tomorrow.While you guys do that I will be Busy desiminating this awful and unlawful service rom Mahalakshmi Motors whcich will be much appreciate by People who have an understanding of CUSTOMER SERVICE.NO WONDER MARUTI IS A POOR MAN's CAR

    My name is Shyam, Am from trivandrum I owned Swift Dzire VXI on 22 June 2012. From first service to till, it done in Indus Vempalavattom Trivandrum kerala. All free service done properly, but on 1st paid service they change the front left piece mat & put a torne one. While on the 2nd this same happen, back side mat was missing. All these problem I mentioned to technicians, but there is no response from there side, Kindly do the needful

        Dear Sir, Please refer to Swift Dzire registration number UP32EX0063 which was procured from KTL Pvt Ltd, Faizabad Road, Lucknow on dated June 11, 2013. I feel proud to be owner of Swift Dzire, an unmatched family vehicle. I would like to inform you kindly that the vehicle was sent for 3rd free service at BRIGHT 4 Wheel Sales Pvt. Ltd, 11/CP-6, Vikas Nagar Mini Stadium, Ring Road, Lucknow-226022. What happen actually: Every electronic indicators were functioning normally before sending vehicle for 3rd service. When I received vehicle and was on way to my office on 29th March, I found that the DRIVING RANGE is not showing proper mileage though fuel tank was full. The Driving range was showing 300 KM in full tank which was generally show 786 to 803 KM when fuel tank was filled full. I reported the problem at BRIGHT 4 Wheel, the personnel who look after the problem have cell number: [protected] because the personnel who was instrumental during service was on leave having cell number [protected]. The vehicle was run for about 20 KM but no change in Driving Rage was depicted. They keep the vehicle for some time and disconnect the battery terminal and erased all previous data of TRIP meter. The personnel asked me that after 20 to 30 KM the driving range will show proper range. The milometer at the time of service was showing 9009 KM. In evening of that very day I completed a run of about 167 KM, but no correction found in Driving Range indicator which run to 400 at a particular time but abruptly switch over to 425, 405, 395, 450 like misbehaving electronic part of any equipment. I again contact to personnel on cell number [protected] and narrated the problem. The gentle personnel asked me to come to service station with vehicle for a day. I did the same. The checking personnel asked me to fill the tank what ever is left, 11.6 lts fuel again filled to bring the tank at full position. In evening when I got the vehicle again found that the Driving Range is showing 500KM against previous experience of 786 to 803 KM. Currently the driving range indicator showing 450 KM. As per my observation the personnel at BRIGHT 4 Wheel not serious of this issue and misleading me about correction measures. In view of above, requested to please look after this matter to release proper direction to concern technical personnel to check the vehicle and do needful accordingly.           sir, i have ertiga purchased in may-jun 2012...just after crossing 45000 km i found the defect in gear system of ertiga..in 2nd and 3 rd gear, , ...that time i asked in showroom for that, ...but no warrunty issued for that i paid all billing amount and not after just 1 year later of such instance now km is around 80000 and im facing the same problem, , , , , , my car reg dt is 5-6-12... ch no MA3FLEB1SOO 112294 ENGINE NO IS D13A 178364 I asked in showroom to get the prroblem cleared in free of cost but they refused...my contact number is [protected]

              Hi I bought 2 suzuki access 125 two years back . I have submitted my complaints 3 times in this forum and according to my last discussion with your advisor, we have send our bikes for your nearest service stations . As it is already mentioned that you don't have any services available in lot a district (raj) . Suzuki people were supposed to send few equipments in kota but they are not again bothered about that . I have lost my 10 days job because of my bike . I required your strict attention towards this otherwise I'll have to go to higher authorities for the same, which I don't want to . Trust me if I don't get the service in kota immediately then I'll have to sue a case in court .

                MY name is khaleelu reghuman and i bought a new ertiga vdi on 10 aug 2012 and its covers about 38000kms and the reg no of my car is KL 25 D 4488 I have regularly done all the services, routine Maintenance and check-up as per the owners manual specified by the company (MARUTHI) at Chithira Motors, kottarakara I demand to change oil and oil filter at every 5000 kms Now im feeling a vibration when the car is about 70 kms per hr only in 5th gear and no one is finding what the exact problem was everyones says different complains at first they say that it was alainment promple wen i fix than the same problems was there then they are said it was turbo problem so i said them to fix then they fiex the turbo and it didnt change and at last they are saying that it is about the axil issue what did i want to do?? if i replace that they are going to say some another issue so feeling hectic about this issue.. so please take neccesary steps to fix this problem with dissapointment khaleelu reghuman [protected]

                  I have booked maruti suzuki celerio zxi manual( glistening grey) transmission from m/s t.R sawhney motors pvt ltd. He has promised to deleiver the car in the 4 weeks time i.E on 2/4/2014 but till now they haven't deleivered the car . Considering this delivery date I have booked.Later on 29.03.2014 I have received a letter from AAA VEHICLEADES Pvt. Ltd. Naraina mentioning due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery would take 20 weeks. Please do the needful.

                      My Car Details : Maruti Wagon R ( MH 15 BD 7209). Issue running from 4 months : Sound comes in front wheels while taking reverse. Last Service was done on 23 Nov 2013 at Pratham Service centre at Bangalore. Issue reported of sound in wheels on 23rd evening & Engineer visited home on 24th Nov & did service but problem was same, sound in front wheels while taking reverse continued. Car again went to service on 4th Jan2014 at Prathan service centre & had been checked for the issue . Problem got resolved for temporary bases & after just 1 week the same sound issue came. Because of this issue I always wanted to get it check at different service centre but Mr. Singh insisted for Pratham centre, which I visited today. Mr. Singh wasted my 1 ½ hr for proving what is customer fault – car had been run +98k km & had not been serviced by Maruti but did not provide the solution of getting car checked & issue resolved. I had been asked by Mr. sing to visit any centre on Bangalore for a check & get it serviced on a chargeable bases (even though I had paid to Pratham for the same & had been check 2 times by Maruti service engineers but problem is not resolved).

                        I m DILIP CHORBELE from PUNE( MAHARASHTRA). I purchased a new car ERTIGA ZDI Grey colour from MAHALAXMI MOTORS( PUNE) and i got delivery on 31st march 2014, the car was not at all wash properly & wafers and many other eatable stuff was found in the seat cover and my car . When i asked the salesman who had came for the delivery of my car he said when my employees where doing work last night they must have forgot to clean . This was not at all expected answer from the authorized dealer of MARUTI SUZUKI . They are also assuring me for RTO passing from last 5 days but still the documents of my car are not recieved in RTO . The RTO officers say that MAHALAXMI automobiles RTO amount is pending so we wont do the next procedures till they pay that amount. I want my car number otherwise please refund my amount I will buy some other car. I have never seen this type of bad service in any MARUTI showrooms ever in PUNE .                             04 April, 2014. Whosoever it may apply Sir, I the undersigned, bought Maruti Eritiga ZDI on 10/05/2013 with from Sree Jayarama Motors, Mahabubnagar, bearing Chasis No: MA3FLEB1S00183318DD Engine No.:D13A2145934 Bajaj Allianz Insurance No: OG[protected]-00000150. Previously I drove Alto and Swift and felt that I need bigger vehicle to accommodate my entire family in my car. But it has left me with complete dissatisfaction. In these last six months I have faced a lot of agony while driving the vehicle. I paid a huge amount by borrowing from a bank. I paid the cost of the vehicle, road tax and insurance amount. But I got agony by paying 10.54 lacs to the company, RTA and Insurance company. I was given the worst vehicle with poor servicing. Either the company or the Showroom management has never checked with me about my satisfaction of the vehicle. As a customer I did not get what I expected for my money. There are several manufacturing defects in the vehicle, which the company might have compromised for your its own profit. I curse the technicians, engineers one who designed the vehicle. I declare that the manufacturing of the vehicle completely outlawed the norms of a vehicle of Rs. 10 lacks. They are: 1. Metal (Guage) of the vehicle is not conditional. It’s just like plastic. It is so thin that it moves in and out to a press of a thumb. Doors are made with too thin sheets even a tennis ball can make a dent. Swift VDI and Dezire are given better body thickness. Find it for yourself. 2. Paint on the body is not standard. It’s automatically getting disturbed like wall paint. 3. The chasis is not standard – if a three persons sit in the middle row, it’s bending 0.2-0. 3cms down. The distance between front and rear wheels is questionable. 4. It’s seven seated vehicle. If seven people sit in the vehicle the engine’s sound is changing and the normal ride has to be done in 3rd or 4 th gear. It shows the pick of the engine is poor. 5. The interior is totally uncomfortable. If we adjust fronts seats back the middle is row is turning uncomfortable to sit. If we move the middle seats little back the rear seat is left with no room for legs. In a 100 kms drive, I sat in the back seat and experienced real hell of not able to move my legs, a feeling of vomiting and too much of jumps and jerks. 6. The vehicle has never given the mileage as promised even after crossing 6, 000 kms. The company promised 20-21kmpl, but it gives only 18.2 kmpl. It’s mere fooling the public. 7. The tires are of worst quality. I wanted Bridgestone but the service provider gave me Goodyear tires. I found a tire with bubbles while I was taking over the vehicle. The management (Mr. Satish, a Sales Executive) immediately took it and sent it back for replacement. It took 3 months to get the replaced wheel. I complained about the quality of the tire which got punctured with a wooden piece, not a nail. You can still find the crumbs of the wooden piece inside the rear wheel. Oh annoying … if it gets flat to a wooden piece how can I drive on the road of pebbles? The Goodyear company sent an engineer and he did all to make me believe that they are excellent tires. 8. The servicing of Sree Jayarama has added to my dissatisfaction. I went for first servicing and after I servicing I showed them the unclean spots. Again I went for second servicing I found that water servicing could not remove the spots made by the night time insects. The wheels were not clean. The interior was not dusted. I was made to wait for 4 hours to deliver my vehicle with same careless response. Therefore as I bring my agony to your notice kindly ask them to pay immediate attention to my grievance and take back the vehicle by paying me the entire cost of the vehicle and a compensation of 10 lacs for the mental depression because of your MARUTI ERTIGA.                               Respected sir, This is to bring to your notice about the poor service provided by the authorised dealer, BAJAJ MOTORS, Maruti Authorised Service Station, T-5/242, Mangol Puri, Industrial area phase 1, delhi I am Dr. Vikas Kumar, resident doctor in Dr RML Hospital Delhi. I have swift dzire zxi 2011 DL3C BV 1844. Unfortunately I got problem in my car in last week of February 2014. The car gets started after giving many times self-starts The car was also having speed limit i.e not going above 60km/hr on 4th gear & 70 km/hr on 5th gear & also turning off repeatedly while driving on roads. Also the sensor light on left side of dashboard was continuously on. I took my car with these problems to the above mentioned authorised dealer in a hope that I will get my car corrected. I explained these problems very nicely to him & after taking test drive, he said that your car needs servicing . Neither my Kilometres nor the duration was completed for service with respect to my previous servicing, still I agreed & trusted him. I asked him specifically to look for the speed limiting problem & trouble in turning on (starting) the car. He took my car on 28/02/14 and gave me in evening & charged Rs 8000 cash and assured that your car is absolutely fine. He gave me the Retail cash memo of Rs 7695, but he charged Rs 8000, for which he had no explanation.Next day again I found the absolutely same problem with the car & I tried to contact him but he didn’t pick the phone. Due to this, I faced lot of problems as I had important meetings & conferences in Delhi & outside Delhi. After few days I contacted him & explained same problem & he asked me to submit the car again. I again submitted the car for the same problem & he assured me .But again I found the same problem in my car. After that I again contacted him & told about the same problem & he said that you have to submit the car again for 2 days & we will get it thoroughly checked. I again submitted the car for 3rd time & he gave me back after 2 days saying that it is absolutely fine now, but again found the same problem & not even 1% improvement. During all this period, I called him many times, but he never called me back, not even once. It seems that knowingly or unknowingly he is not interested at all in solving my problem. After having so much of inconvenience & discomfort, tell me why anyone should trust Maruti Authorised Service Stations, when they cannot take care of their own customers & why one shouldn’t go to unauthorised mechanics which are less expensive and having much better service than your such type of authorised service centres. So I request you to look in the matter and take strict disciplinary action as required at the earliest.                                 I have driving Maruti cars for more than 2 decades and this is the first time where I have come across a major problem with my new car (Swift LXI 2011). The braking system at low speed does not work. I have complained the same to Shivam Auto (Kandivali West, Mumbai) almost a month after buying the car. Post 2 years and at 20000 kms they have asked me to change the brake disc and brake pads which I am shocked because the other car Dzire it has completed more than 35000 kms and there are no issues with the brakes disc or pads. In esteem I have never changed the brake disc in 16 years of my driving and more than 150000 kms nor zen lxi with the same age and distance so why is this issue with Swift. Request you to look into the matter and expect your revert at the earliest.

                                  R gear not working in the morning and not smooth always
                                  Complaint registered at the time of service but was informed that gear complaints cannot be rectified by mere servicing but to be replaced.
                                  MY REQUEST- PLEASE CHANGE THE GEAR BOX WITH NEW ONE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD- (it is known that this complaint is common to 1st batch vehicles only and latest vehicles no such complaints. So it is my right to get the new complaint less gear box to my vehicle)

                                    Realy I regret to inform a complaint about your service center in Kayamkulam named “Hercules”. I took my Swift Dezire tour. (Engin no:D13A2119231, chassis no:MA3FSEB1S00456062, car Registration no: KL 23H 779) Car six months ago.unfortunately this car was some problem especially in oiling part. Three times the engine oil and cool end oil has leaked. So I went the Maruti authorized service center in Kayamkulam, Herculese.
