04 April, 2014. Whosoever it may apply Sir, I the undersigned, bought Maruti Eritiga ZDI on 10/05/2013 with from Sree Jayarama Motors, Mahabubnagar, bearing Chasis No: MA3FLEB1S00183318DD Engine No.:D13A2145934 Bajaj Allianz Insurance No: OG[protected]-00000150. Previously I drove Alto and Swift and felt that I need bigger vehicle to accommodate my entire family in my car. But it has left me with complete dissatisfaction. In these last six months I have faced a lot of agony while driving the vehicle. I paid a huge amount by borrowing from a bank. I paid the cost of the vehicle, road tax and insurance amount. But I got agony by paying 10.54 lacs to the company, RTA and Insurance company. I was given the worst vehicle with poor servicing. Either the company or the Showroom management has never checked with me about my satisfaction of the vehicle. As a customer I did not get what I expected for my money. There are several manufacturing defects in the vehicle, which the company might have compromised for your its own profit. I curse the technicians, engineers one who designed the vehicle. I declare that the manufacturing of the vehicle completely outlawed the norms of a vehicle of Rs. 10 lacks. They are: 1. Metal (Guage) of the vehicle is not conditional. It’s just like plastic. It is so thin that it moves in and out to a press of a thumb. Doors are made with too thin sheets even a tennis ball can make a dent. Swift VDI and Dezire are given better body thickness. Find it for yourself. 2. Paint on the body is not standard. It’s automatically getting disturbed like wall paint. 3. The chasis is not standard – if a three persons sit in the middle row, it’s bending 0.2-0. 3cms down. The distance between front and rear wheels is questionable. 4. It’s seven seated vehicle. If seven people sit in the vehicle the engine’s sound is changing and the normal ride has to be done in 3rd or 4 th gear. It shows the pick of the engine is poor. 5. The interior is totally uncomfortable. If we adjust fronts seats back the middle is row is turning uncomfortable to sit. If we move the middle seats little back the rear seat is left with no room for legs. In a 100 kms drive, I sat in the back seat and experienced real hell of not able to move my legs, a feeling of vomiting and too much of jumps and jerks. 6. The vehicle has never given the mileage as promised even after crossing 6, 000 kms. The company promised 20-21kmpl, but it gives only 18.2 kmpl. It’s mere fooling the public. 7. The tires are of worst quality. I wanted Bridgestone but the service provider gave me Goodyear tires. I found a tire with bubbles while I was taking over the vehicle. The management (Mr. Satish, a Sales Executive) immediately took it and sent it back for replacement. It took 3 months to get the replaced wheel. I complained about the quality of the tire which got punctured with a wooden piece, not a nail. You can still find the crumbs of the wooden piece inside the rear wheel. Oh annoying … if it gets flat to a wooden piece how can I drive on the road of pebbles? The Goodyear company sent an engineer and he did all to make me believe that they are excellent tires. 8. The servicing of Sree Jayarama has added to my dissatisfaction. I went for first servicing and after I servicing I showed them the unclean spots. Again I went for second servicing I found that water servicing could not remove the spots made by the night time insects. The wheels were not clean. The interior was not dusted. I was made to wait for 4 hours to deliver my vehicle with same careless response. Therefore as I bring my agony to your notice kindly ask them to pay immediate attention to my grievance and take back the vehicle by paying me the entire cost of the vehicle and a compensation of 10 lacs for the mental depression because of your MARUTI ERTIGA.     Respected sir, This is to bring to your notice about the poor service provided by the authorised dealer, BAJAJ MOTORS, Maruti Authorised Service Station, T-5/242, Mangol Puri, Industrial area phase 1, delhi I am Dr. Vikas Kumar, resident doctor in Dr RML Hospital Delhi. I have swift dzire zxi 2011 DL3C BV 1844. Unfortunately I got problem in my car in last week of February 2014. The car gets started after giving many times self-starts The car was also having speed limit i.e not going above 60km/hr on 4th gear & 70 km/hr on 5th gear & also turning off repeatedly while driving on roads. Also the sensor light on left side of dashboard was continuously on. I took my car with these problems to the above mentioned authorised dealer in a hope that I will get my car corrected. I explained these problems very nicely to him & after taking test drive, he said that your car needs servicing . Neither my Kilometres nor the duration was completed for service with respect to my previous servicing, still I agreed & trusted him. I asked him specifically to look for the speed limiting problem & trouble in turning on (starting) the car. He took my car on 28/02/14 and gave me in evening & charged Rs 8000 cash and assured that your car is absolutely fine. He gave me the Retail cash memo of Rs 7695, but he charged Rs 8000, for which he had no explanation.Next day again I found the absolutely same problem with the car & I tried to contact him but he didn’t pick the phone. Due to this, I faced lot of problems as I had important meetings & conferences in Delhi & outside Delhi. After few days I contacted him & explained same problem & he asked me to submit the car again. I again submitted the car for the same problem & he assured me .But again I found the same problem in my car. After that I again contacted him & told about the same problem & he said that you have to submit the car again for 2 days & we will get it thoroughly checked. I again submitted the car for 3rd time & he gave me back after 2 days saying that it is absolutely fine now, but again found the same problem & not even 1% improvement. During all this period, I called him many times, but he never called me back, not even once. It seems that knowingly or unknowingly he is not interested at all in solving my problem. After having so much of inconvenience & discomfort, tell me why anyone should trust Maruti Authorised Service Stations, when they cannot take care of their own customers & why one shouldn’t go to unauthorised mechanics which are less expensive and having much better service than your such type of authorised service centres. So I request you to look in the matter and take strict disciplinary action as required at the earliest.       I have driving Maruti cars for more than 2 decades and this is the first time where I have come across a major problem with my new car (Swift LXI 2011). The braking system at low speed does not work. I have complained the same to Shivam Auto (Kandivali West, Mumbai) almost a month after buying the car. Post 2 years and at 20000 kms they have asked me to change the brake disc and brake pads which I am shocked because the other car Dzire it has completed more than 35000 kms and there are no issues with the brakes disc or pads. In esteem I have never changed the brake disc in 16 years of my driving and more than 150000 kms nor zen lxi with the same age and distance so why is this issue with Swift. Request you to look into the matter and expect your revert at the earliest.

        Complaint to Reverse Gear
        R gear not working in the morning and not smooth always
        Complaint registered at the time of service but was informed that gear complaints cannot be rectified by mere servicing but to be replaced.
        MY REQUEST- PLEASE CHANGE THE GEAR BOX WITH NEW ONE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD- (it is known that this complaint is common to 1st batch vehicles only and latest vehicles no such complaints. So it is my right to get the new complaint less gear box to my vehicle)

          Realy I regret to inform a complaint about your service center in Kayamkulam named “Hercules”. I took my Swift Dezire tour. (Engin no:D13A2119231, chassis no:MA3FSEB1S00456062, car Registration no: KL 23H 779) Car six months ago.unfortunately this car was some problem especially in oiling part. Three times the engine oil and cool end oil has leaked. So I went the Maruti authorized service center in Kayamkulam, Herculese.             Good Evening, This is to bring to your notice, the poor service provided by Authorised dealer; Code No 0601 " Machino Techno Sales LTD" . I bought my car on 24 Dec 2013, it is only 2 months old. I am Doctor and posted in Kolkata unfortunately my car met with an accident on 15 march it has a dent on rear dickey (boot) photograph Pic 1 attached. i had got my car picked up from my hospital on 18 March 2014 as they told that they will not work on 16, 17 March They called for collection of my car on 20 March on reaching service centre i could find following default. 1. although the complaint was only regarding the dickey but the rear doors of the car was also touched. 2. there were scratches on both side of the car on both rear and front doors. 3. dent of the car was not completely taken out along with it the paint job which was done was substandard. it was more like a job done by local service centre. 4. left rear door of the car had red paint on it which was shocking as the colour of my car was grey. 5. anterior bumper protector was removed and hanging when the car was delivered to me. 6. the anterior of the car was dirty when the car was delivered to me . 8. people who are responsible for this condition are General Manager:- Diptendu Pati Body Shop Manage:- Pradeep Kumar Mishra Samanta Debdulal i have gone to the service centre twice and my every visit to it costs my 1000rs along with inconvenience faced by my patients and by me . i am senior doctor and i have been harassed by continuous visit to your service centre. Mr PK Mishra made the bill of the small dent of Rs 4000/ without telling me the justification of the amount asked. I would like if you could give me justification as i have attached the photo of the dent . Irresponsibility on there part is that they have not taken any photograph of the dent and nor did they do any survey. . Although the damage was only on the rear boot(dickey) but i dont know why did they touch the doors of my car. along with they had put scratches on my car. teflon coating of my car is removed and my car looks as if it is 3-4 yr old. there was also red paint on my car which i assume was due to negligence on the part of work shop people. car door protectors look all faded and white because they had put some chemical/ powder on it. no effort has been made by them to correct it and every time i go there, they take polish and buff and start rubbing it. the dent of the car is not completely removed and paint which has been done has dust particles in it. they were also unable to make a job sheet as they are incompetent and lazy to work. on conversing with them they have told this is the best they can do. so i have told them to give me in writing, which they didnt do. my car is still with service centre and i have the complete data along with photographs of the work done.                 dear sir i had taken access 4 months back... n this is my 4th service ... im regular giving for check up in company authourise showroom only... 2 days back when i given for service there was no oil leakage problem... after service i got some oil on back wheel ... i thought from service may be some oil will comes... so i did not ask them... next day morning i checked ... it was oil leaking from gear box so i goes to service centre n ask them the problem they opened wheel n shown me the gear box oil seal is gone when i ask yesterday only i given service to you n you don, t tell anything about this... they saying we are just cleaned it n we don, t know about this problem and you have to pay more... so my complaint is 1 - how much is service charge 2- after service why they not tell me the problem 3 - what about my gear box oil seal s it changed in service centre please help me regards kamal jain [protected]

                  sir i have an compain gainst I Nainital motors situated in pithoragarh ( uk), my self yogesh bansal Residing in pilkhuwa (Hapur) i used to go for my work in pithoragarh On the way i heared an noise from the breaks of my car then i went to nainital motors, they suggest that breaks pad of my car should be get Changed so with the recommendations of the company engineers I got my car breaksPad changed, they firstly wrongly put the chasis no. instead of kilometers reading then when i came back to my home and Brought my car for general checkup to rohan motors (hapur), they said your car a/c Can't be open as they made an great mistake then after that i went back to nainital motors with the Complain they made the correction in the mistake
                  But after sometime i went to rohan motors for servicing of My car, there i Came to know that the breakpad which they changed was not the actual break Which should be used in my car
                  Sir i Have an swift desire with registration no. Up37 5021 and the nainital motors put the wagonar Breakpad in my desire car now there is an problem in breaks of my car, so what should i do now

                        I have purchased Maruti EECO CNG AC 5Seater on my mother's name ie Mrs.Sulbha Vijay Sawant on 26.03.2011.My vehicle Regn.No. is MH 03 AZ 3720. After running of approx.6000 Km.I found that there were Tyre Wear in Right side front Tyre.So I contact service station M/s Vittesse Motors.On second service they notice the same & replace one part.Again they called me after a week & replaced front suspension.After completion of 10000 Km they rotate the tyre & gave me assurance that your problem is solved permanently.But after completion of approx.16000 km again I marked Tyre Wear; so I demanded telephonically free replacement of all tyres. Meanwhile company send me a letter stating that you will get two tyre replacement on prorate basis by paying 50% of tyre cost.M/s. Vitttesse people again contacted me for replacement of tyre but due to my busy schedule I unable to fight with them & replaced those two tyres by paying 50% of their cost.I also had to pay alignment as well as wheel balancing Charges.Now I again marked Tyre Wear in Front Two Tyres after running approx.29000 kms. But due to my family problems I unable to show this problem to M/s.Vittesse Motors.I also taken Extended Warranty from Maruti.Now I am very frusted;please guide me how can I get this problem resolved &get all four tyres replaced free of cost.The service details of my car is available with M/s.                           Dear sir, I purchased a Maruti Suzuki Swift vehicle from Khivraj Motors last year in March 2013.The details of the vehicle and info about us are furnished as follows: NAME:MR YOKOGAWA INDIA LTD MODEL:MARUTI SUZUKI SWIFT ZXI REGION NO:TN01AT8275 ADDRESS:KOTHARI BUILDING NO.115, MAHATMA GANDHI GANDHI ROAD, NUNGAMBAKKAM CITY:CHENNAI STATE:TAMIL NADU PHONE NO:[protected] EMAIL ID:[protected]@gmail.com One No good year tyre of the vehicle has failed due to poor quality of manufacture within 2681 kms.During the third warranty service, we have informed Khivraj motors for free replacement.They have refused to replace.They did agree that the quality was poor and the same was reported by many customers.Hence we kindly request you to provide us with a free replacement of the tyre.We're looking forward to get this problem solved as soon as possible.

                              MSSD Naraina (owned by Maruti Suzuki) are cheating customers. Their technical services are comparable to local street mechanics and pricing is the highest. Nuts/bolts/spares/speakers were stolen from my vehicle during service. Complaints remained unaddressed during service and money was charged. Complaint (Service of Wagon R : DL3CZ 8622 N1A CRM:[protected] was raised over 2 months ago and Mr. Gupta and A.S. Sidhu (Territory Manager) continue to ignore my reminders. Regards, Vivek

                                HI, I am from Zirakpur and just purchased Suzuki Access from Panchkula near to zirakpur. I thought It will a great product just because of Suzuki. When I went to showroom Suzuki dealer told me it will give me an average of 50 to 55. Now its more than 6 months average is just 35 to 40. I am done with my 3rd service. I always drive access at speed of 50 and fill petrol from Chandigarh having best quality petrol in India. I just wanted to buy Honda Activa but because of 15 days waiting, I did not bought and it was my mistake. And other problem is vibration lot of just after 1000km. ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF MONEY I don't say Suzuki is fraud but Suzuki Access is worst automobile I have purchase. NEVER EVER BUY SUZUKI PRODUCT. Thanks Rakesh Jain [protected]

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I have got an complaint registered on Sunday 16.02.2014 at Maruti True Value Online customer care vide complaint no.[protected] under charges of Misdeclaration & Misguidance by Maruti true value dealer- Rukmani Dealers, Indore M.P.

                                  YEAR OF MFG. AS PER REGISTRATION : 2008
                                  YEAR OF MFG. AS PER MARUTI TRUE VALUE SALE LETTER : 2008
                                  YEAR OF MFG. AS PER CHASIS: 2007

                                  1. I have purchased an Maruti SX4 ZXI model from Rukmani Motors ( A Maruti True Value Dealer). Wherein as per chassis no. the said car is of 2007 make but dealer has not only sold car claiming as 2008 Mfg year but also charged for the same with respect to 2008 MFG & also provided registration & insurance of 2008 manufactured car. Altogether he cheated by selling vehicle as 2008 & also preparing fake documents with wrong Manufacturing year.
                                  2. At the time of purchase I have asked for true value certificate wherein dealer asked for additional INR 50000/- & has committed that no need for certificate as car is in good condition & only 10 – 15 K need to be spend for servicing, however later it was found that car has an expense of INR 65000/- for fixing the car(Suspension & steering wheel assembly). After approaching to dealer he refused for any commitment & said he is not responsible for any thing.
                                  3. The complaint was then put to Maruti regional office where company has refused to intervene on said matter .
                                  Going through above points it is very clear that dealer is more interested in running personal business in the name of Maruti Brand name . Moreover Maruti Suzuki is not ready to support customer & is trying to safeguard the dealer. This experience has shattered me & now I have lost my hope on Maruti brand. Dealer should take the vehicle back & refund of all expenses paid towards purchase /Interest on loan & repair of this vehicle by me.

                                    Dear Sir, I, Mr. Kamal K S have maruti car and it had a complaint in the back side axle. It slightly bend and I gave it to CHITHIRA SERVICE CENTER, Kottarakkara, Kollam Dist (authorised Maruti dealer) on 24 Feb 2014. At that time they told me it will be ok within 2 days. But now they tell the axle is not available anywhere in kerala, so it will take time. Maruti is one of the best and top dealers in India, I think so...As a common car like maruti, this axle is not available? As a customer it is too difficult for accept this kind of excuse. Otherwise I think to go to any higher side for complaint...If you can solve this issue, please do it as soon as possible ...                                       I have alto lxi with reg no hro7m-0990and due to hardness in gear shifting i drop my car on maruti service station, sector-2 kurukshetra and i said for changing gear shifting road and they told me that itz cost will be 600rs except servicing so i also mention for servicing of my car on dated 05 march 2014 today on 06 march 2014 i received my car and still there were hardness on gear shifting. I ask for this and they reply me to change another gear shifting road of cost 1400 rs.. So what the hell is this going on also they made a bill amount of rs 4100/- in which they had replaced parts of rupees 1700 and the labour charges is 1850 rs.. What a funniest thing that i have to pay for repairing of every part separetely while all labour should be included in service take example 1.A seal of rs 60 rs.. And for fitting it labour charges are 475 rs. 2. Gear shift rod which they told me of rs 600 was only of rs 49.50 and labour charges for this is 450 rs. .I know that wheel balancing and alignment are separetely from service charges but why i will pay for every part repairing separetely i want to know that is this maruti who claim more labour than itz parts then what is mean for purchased marutinow i want refund of my extra money except service chargerest detail u can check it in my cash memo no: bc13011641 dated 06/03/2014 time 12:34:11 job card no.
