Sir, I brought wager-r car from Raj Auto Wheel, Ajmer - Rajasthan in Oct-2010. Our present running km are 17000km as on 24.06.2014.The tyre make is CEAT. After purched car from Ajmer, than my transfer at Chittorgarh. I contact at Bhatia Show room Chittorgarh (Raj) but they refused for replace tyre.     I am purchased Maruti true value By Popular Near kuttukaran Centre mamangalam Kochi and first time they are with out wash and under coat the big muddy under body.and i complained to true value .you can check the ref. My third service my experiance is same. with out wash under body and the engine room and polish the bumber without wash So my back bumber ugly design. In free service they charged labour cost rs.450 for brakesoverhaul. kindly consider and rectify as soon as possible, and maintain trust with maruti and also strict instruction give this dealer to DONT DECIVED MARUTI CUSTOMER this is my prayer Thanking YOU YOUR valueble costomer SHAFEED mob. 91 [protected], [protected] Reg.no.       I have a Maruti Suzuki Swift ZDi. In and around early 2013, I had to get my rear bumper changed since somebody had damaged it. So I went to the Marketing Times dealership at Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase -3, New Delhi. They suggested that the body shop would not be able to repair the bumper and that I will have to get the same changed. One of the reasons cited to me for suggesting the change of bumper was that the repairing would make the bumper look very different from the rest of the body (in the context of the paint job). They further suggested that I should avoid claiming insurance for the same as that would take a minimum of one week to be processed and accordingly, I would not be able to use the car for that period. So basis the advice I received, I asked them to change the bumper. Despite the fact that they claimed that they would give me the car within a couple of days, they took much longer and gave the car back to me. After receiving the car, I continued to use the same as usual. The paint job seemed decent. However, within a few months the colour started to fade. So I decided to take up the issue on the next service which happened in the latter half of the year (2013). I pointed out to the body shop person there (at the same Marketing Times dealership at Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase -3, New Delhi) the shoddy paint job that was done on the rear bumper. He told me that a little difference in the colour is natural and that the exact colour is not achievable. It is pertinent to note here that this was not explained to me when I asked for the bumper change. Be that as it may, the body shop person also assured me that the colour of the rear bumper would not go any worse than what it was and further assured me that if the colour were to go any worse, he would have the same re-painted for free of cost as it would naturally be their fault. With those assurances, I continued to use the car. Contrary to the aforesaid assurances, the following happened: 1. On 18.06.2014, I sent my car for service again to the same Marketing Times dealership at Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase -3, New Delhi. 2. One John called me to open the job card. I raised the same issue again with John and narrated the entire story to him. He said that he could get the paint job done on a chargeable basis. I explained to him that it wasn’t my fault and that it was their paint job which was shoddy. He said he would speak to the General Manager, Body Shop and get back to me. 3. After a while, he called me and told me that one Gurmeet Singh, General Manager, Body Shop had refused to get the paint job done on the ground that the bumper was fixed by them about 1 year ago and that I ought to have approached them earlier. 4. Since I was undergoing an eye surgery on the same day, I was in no position to go personally and speak to him. So I requested John to put me on phone with him to narrate the entire story to him. But John told me that Gurmeet Singh has refused to speak to me and has further instructed John that if I don’t want to get my service done from them, I could take the car back. At this juncture, I told John that I am having an eye surgery and would not be able to collect the car. John in response said that he would then send the car to my house as he cannot keep the car any longer. So I had to send my wife to have the same collected. On 23.06.2014, I was accordingly constrained to give my car to Maruti Service Master, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-2, New Delhi. What surprised me the most about the whole incidence is Gurmeet Singh’s argument that since they had fixed the bumper more than a year ago, their liability has come to an end. Would Maruti’s liability come to an end if the colour of the entire or part of the car was fading unnaturally? I don’t think so. These dealers thrive on Maruti’s sales every year but bring disrepute to its goodwill and reputation with incidences like this (if Maruti is not hand-in-glove with these dealers, which I seriously doubt or atleast Maruti is aware of these incidences and chooses to keep quiet about it).         My car WagnoR K10 bought at Lucknow from your distributors M/S Anand Motors Ltd. on 01/03/2012. The car has run just under 30, 000KM but has developed an overheating problem. The car was purchased on 01/03/2012. Its Registration No- UP32 EC 5579... Engine No- K10BN7135739 Chessis No- being ...MA3EWDEIS[protected]. Cause is that its COOLENT keeps getting mixed with air conditioning system and gets injected into the car through air flow ducts thus depleting the coolant eventually causing an overheating and knocking of the engine... The complaints has been sitting with Anand Motors for months. They say they are unable to assist me and resolve the problem in absence of some spare part known as HEAT COIL... The car is under extended warranty and I am unable to drive it for my business. Kindly let me know what am I suppose to do under these circumstances.. Gyan Pandey

          My Maruti Suzuki Swift VDI model bearing registration number MP09 CB 7143 was sent to M/S Patel Motors (Indore) Private Limited my Customer ID Number is [protected], Jon Card No. JC 14001607 dated 04/06/2014. Actually the vehicle was sent to the Dealers Service Center on dated 21 April, 2014 (We have the Job Card Slip bearing this date). The vehicle was making some cranking noise on ignition, the noise level increase with acceleration. The works manager advised to keep the vehicle for check - up and repair, initially I was told that its valve assembly has developed some problem and hence can be fixed easily with minor repair and change of spare parts, however, the dealer took over 2 months, changed many parts, gave me a bill of RS 30, 536.00 for Repair and RS 8500.00 for works done outside of Dealers Workshop, on trial the noise level was as such, when I discussed the matter, I was harassed by the Dealers Workman, Managers and Mechanics. I have following complaints to lodge with you: 1. Unnecessary repairs, change of spare parts not actually required, over billing, and not fixing the problem despite such change of spare parts; 2. Keeping me in dark uninformed about the vehicle and me and my son whenever we enquired about the vehicle' delivery; 3. Issuing 2 job cards of two different dates the date when actually vehicle was sent to workshop i.e. 21 April, 2014 and Billing job Card wherein it shows the date as 4th June, 2014, and ready date 5th June, 2014. 4. Vehicle is still not handed over to me and kept in open and unsafe. 5. The original engine problem is still not fixed and dismantled many unnecessary vital segments of the vehicle compromising the originality of vehicle. 6. Repair outside workshop without my consent and then asking me to pay for outside works beyond the Dealers' Bill. I request you to kindly look in to the matter and send necessary instructions to the dealer or I shall have to take legal rout and lodge the complaint against Dealer and Maruti Udhyog Limited in the Consumer Court, if my complaint is not redressed within 3 days.             Complain regarding to faulty R.C: I have purchased my maruti ritz at 25dec, 2012 from relan motors, ajmer, rajasthan on the name of nalini faith (R.C no. Rj 01cb9122).Problem was, I take a loan of 2 lakh from S.B.B.J bank, but when I got my R.C. from showroom owner, the loan was mentioned by S.B.I on my R.C. now the major problem was that., till now from the date of 2012 to 2014 they can't able to rectify my problem, due to this I go to showroom dozen of times but notthing happens.S.B.B.J manager send me notice 4 to 5 times to correct and submit original R.C.but still maruti showroom salesperson not serious about this...so kindly help me on this, because I am now loosing trust from maruti because of this kind of after sale response.

              Dear Sir, I have booked a maruti celerio AMT vxi/silky sky at your Hyderabad show room on 7th feb.2014. The dealer name is -Saboo RKS motor pvt.ltd. Somajiguda branch, Hyderabad and also depoited the amount Rs 10200/- as booking vide receipt no. REC 13004666 on 07/02/2014. The dealer explained that delivery may be take around one month and I accepted for that. Till then many time I gone to dealer’s office for delivery but always found some excuses. Some time colour not available and some time car not available. Even for the last seven days I am continuously going to office for car delivery but daily listen a new news. Today morning their representative advise me to take delivery of Red coloured car which I strongly denied. He told me to come at office and I reached at 13.40 Hrs.and asked for representative. There after till next 25 minutes I didn’t had any response from anybody. Even dealer claim better honor but there was no air of fan (a.c. is only imagination) .After waiting more then 30 minutes we had to come back at home. I lodged a complaint for this in their complaint register and signed below. While complaining there were no action or response. My question is 1. Why the company or dealer is delaying for delivery. Whether due to some side or hidden premium is being charged or any other reason is there. 2. Why do company claim for better welcome even your dealer do not fan for their client 3. Whether my time or days or diesel are not valuable. Even I have purchased SX4 ZDI from this showroom in July 2011 and always prefer maruti car due to an Indian company.                 I am having a Maruti Ritz Ldi from June'2012. I am suffering with a different kind of problem in my vehicle from November'2012 onwards. I have done all services of my car from first to till now from your authorised service station Swani Motors, Bmc Chowk, Jalandhar and I have visited 5 times on Swani Motors, Jalandhar for the same problem but I didn't get proper solution till now. My car shows a yellow sign on meter while driving & vehicle got stopped .After that car was not getting start. I have to push exceletar so many times to start it. Now again I am suffering from the same problem from last day. I have visited your service station and told them the same. As i am facing this problem from the starting of the vehicle purchased.Plz do the needful on the same to solve my problem asap. As i am a sales person in Goodyear India Ltd.I have touring job.Plz solve it asap Varinder Puri Jalandhar

                  Sir I had taken delivery of Maruti Suzuki Eartiga VXI on[protected] I approched to the Kankariya Automobiles Ahmednagar Maharashtra on[protected] at 1400 hrs and car was delivered to me at 1845 hrs due to hurry and closing hours I could not check the car Now the break light of the car are not working. I contacted to the dealer he told me to attend his show room which is 100 km from Sangamner my residence though there is show room of the said dealer in Sangamner Seccondly I am not providing the documents of the car. Today ie. after one day of delivery the insuranc paper are not received to me It was told me yesterday that there is problem to the system and tomorrow it will be cleared but till this hours the paper are not received Today it was told that the insurance papaer will be given when they are ready and when they will be ready it is unknown Due to this problem I could not use my car as the insurance paper are not provided to me. I am very much frustrated due to service given to me by the dealer and staff. As I contacted on phone today they are tellinh that they have inspected the car before delivery which is not true.                     sir, with due regards i want to state that i am dr. rishabh bansal orthopaedics surgeon in ambala city.i have been mentally harrased by your company authorised dealer guru nanak motors ambala city. i own maruti swift desire car. my car got an accidnt 15 days back. i got it repaired from them but to surprise the back bumper which was changed had all its lock unlocked and it was like it wil come out any time. i didnt get my car in time and when i asked them about it they kept on making lame excuses. unfortunately my car again had a small accident and my front bumper and ac got damaged . i was promised that i wil get my car on saturday but on saturday i was told that they wil give it to me on monday. on manday i was told that i wil get on tuesday and car is ready. i got my car on thursday today and my front bumper locks are still not at their place and the quality of work done is very very poor. i asked why didnt they corrected my back bumper locks inspite of keeping my car for 7 days they say it cannot be done my car number is HR01AA 2575 I HAVE HONDA AMAZE CAR ALSO BUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVIDED BY HONDA DEALER IS EXCELLENT AND BY MARUTI AUTHORISED DEALER IS POOR THAT I HAVE BEEN SO MUCH MENTALLY HARASSED AND MY CAR WAS KEPT FOR 7 DAYS WHILE I WAS TOLD AND ASSURED THAT I WIL GET MY CAR BACK IN 2 DAYS KINDLY LOOK INTO MATTER AND TAKE ACTION REGARDS DR.                       Dear Maruti team, Please refer to my earlier communication regarding problem related to speed drop in my SWIFT VDI (HR49D2759), I again visited at maruti suzuki service station on Saturday (14/6/14) and given snap short as per there procedure. Now it is approx.1 week and not got any proper feedback from your side. In my car there are two problems, one is speed drop and another is break clipper noise and for these I have visited many time in last 3-4 months but still I have not got any solution. I think that I have not given less money to purchase this car and also bank is not going to reduce the EMI, but with this type of response I feel that I had done a very big mistake to purchase this car. In my company in 3-4 months more than 5 people has purchased cars but looking this type of issue no one has purchased Maruti. I think Maruti is waiting for completing the warranty period then they will give me solution immediately. We are in marketing field and not much time to take leave regularly for car repairing because always I hear "Sir please bring your car I will arrest all the issue" But how many times I have to visit I don't know for the same issue. This is one of the major issue related to engine parts and also break clipper starts vibrating noise in very short period, but Maruti is not going to accept and always use to stop it with greasing and programming. Now in this level I can say Maruti has given me defective car which has no solution, But I am sure that it will not repeat again because only once you can make fool to your customers.                         I had brought alto k10 car, but my car is not giving me average properly, my car gave me 11km per liter average I have visited 4times in dealarship at moga Punjab which name is pankaj motors, i am totally frustrated from their service, their manger refuse me to check my car, my car totally run 5000, km rite now i have done 2services also, tht manager said to me how can i beleave tht your car is not giving average properly .so, tht i am very much depressed from your dealers, wht should i do, should i will go to the motor market to check my new car i have one zen or one swift car also, but rite now how can i believe to your company, i always suggest to my friends tht i[censored] want to buy a car than first option is maruti suzuki, but rite now how can i say this, please sir solve my problem as soon as possible .please repl me fast am totally frustrated to ur service staff, and this is the second time am facing problem, this is my second complaint

                          sir i had purchased K10 Alto approx. one and half year back from swani moters jalandhar while driving the car i noticed rear shocker of left hand side give a noice and feel as front wheel is twisting while crossing a speed breaker, on rough road and in a small ditches even on slow speed. I complaint many times and on every service of the car but problem remains same. while contacted your works manager and other foremen working in swani workshop the answered remains same that this fault is present in all models of K10 this can't be rectified, company also aware about this fault and it is also failed to rectified this problem so we are helpless, you have to run the car in same position. now please tell me how the problem will rectified .really company aware about this fault or swani motors make me a fool by giving such a stupid answers.

                            I have purchase a car swift Dezair from Magic Auto, Dwarka New Delhi in Dec 2013 last week.
                            and when my 3 family members was traveling out of Delhi the car was sit down from back side and the distance of back tyre and car body was 3inch and at the time of drawing the car was moving left and right. I request please change the shocker of my car emitted otherwise I will go to the consumer court because I face the lots of problems and I have cancel my tour and holidays.

                              Hi sir,

                              My name is Manjunath.GP owner of Maruti Swift VDi (KA-05-MJ-3297) which already launched the complaint that leakage from the turbo & vehicle is covered under extended warranty with its done 67976 kms. The History of the Repair on the above Complaint:

                              1st Day: They (RNS motors) have told its under warranty so they will change the TURBO with the coverage of Extended warranty - & they have booked the Turbo also & they have took the vehicle & started the remove all the needed parts to replace the TURBO.
                              2nd Day: The ordered Turbo model piece has came to the Vendor & Saying that which they ordered TURBO model has not came instead of SX4 Turbo came & so they have cleaned the OLD TURBO & fixed the same.

                              Initially when i was left vehicle for Service before knowing that the issue i told them Pickup is very less comparatively earlier.Then they have told leakage in TURBO. After cleaning & Fixing OLD TURBO still my Car performance/Pickup is less.Please suggest where i have to complain it. Please replace my TURBO to new one with coverage of the Extended Warranty & fix my car performance as well.

                              After above discussion we had met the MARUTI representive Mr.Srinivasan & he said your Service history is not proper & also mentioned TURBO complaint because of AIRFILTER issue...where as filter changed at proper for 41K & 62K for Every 20k kms. And he is saying before 40k some where once Air filter changing is missed/Not done/No history & One i have to notice that till 40k kms it will be valid for the PRIMARY warranty & i am not faced any problem till 40K kms. After At 51k also no problem, , , , , , After 62k dont have problem...At 67K i had a problem so you people saying in history some where at 15/20k kms service detail is missing. what is it means. And more ever i took EXTENDED WARRANTY for 3rd & 4th year & till the period for 40k to 80K kms. My car ran for 67k kms & 3.6 years. After all discussion they are offered me 10% discount & later 50% discount on Total cost of replacing TURBO+AC gas+Radiator oil+Labour charge (Cost around Rs 20.000).
                              Sir my concern is why should i pay? ...still i have EXTENDED WARRANTY I have requested him but still he is not agree & he said we cant help... I am really Shocked & dispointed i never expected from MARUTI sir ...I Love Maruti CARS & i have forced my friends to go for Maruti cars & leaded to took two cars (Swift & Ritz)- please ask manager RNS-Jigani (RajRam). We have Maruti cars community we love our cars but this incidence really hurts me lot. I am not expected from this never...I challenged with my friends on Maruti Service But now i dont have any word to discuss with them ...Just check my Car HISTORY sir single scratch also i given to Maruti sir...I have really upset on this service please help me out sir... Thanks for patience to read full story sir...

                                I have approached for Door replacement on June 9th 2014 MARUTI SUZUKI DEALER or SERVICE CENTER at SRIKAKULAM. They told me it will take 2 days if payment is made by self otherwise it will take 6 to 7 days if insurance claim is made. Because o[censored]rgency, i paid advance of Rs 2000 on spot on June 9th 2014 agreeing for self payment MARUTI Dealer service center, Srikakulam misrepresented in quotation for SWIFT as my car is SWIFT DEZIRE. Almost 1 week is over, now they are saying another new quotation for SWIFT DEZIRE is to be placed to cover up earlier mistake. MARUTI SUZUKI Srikaulam misguided me from claiming insurance by saying it will take 5 to 6 days time and misrepresented basic facts my car which caused severe delay of door replacement. BECAUSE OF YOUR DELAY I LOSS MY PRECIOUS VALUABLE BUSINESS TIME AND MONEY OF RS 50000 AND SO MUCH OF MENTAL TENSION MARUTI SUZUKI TO BEAR MY LOSS OF 50000 FOR YOUR DELAY

                                  I have purchased a WAGON R VXi Model (Car No. WB 02 AF 2243)from Premier Car World, B.T.Road, Kolkata and taken delivery on 18.5.2014. I sent my car for first servicing in 15.6.2014 in their workshop. Ms.Payal Datta customer care executive at workshop at Premier Car World was the liason person. On day of service, I went on calling her in her mobile ([protected]) which she had given me for contacting her. But there was no reply. She was supposed to arrange for a driver to drop the car in my residence after the servicing was done. The car was ready at 1pm as confirmed from workshop. But Ms.Payal did not bother to arrange for the driver. I was extremely worried and called up the workshop person Mr.Krishnanath -mob.[protected].He handed over his mobile to Ms.Payal.She spoke extremely rudely using slang language and said that she had to take her lunch and that was more important than talking to her customers throughout the day.
                                  I was stunned and highly dismayed hearing this because I thought Maruti Suzuki to be a customer friendly organization.I am extremely hurt with her attitude . Finally my car reached my residence at 4 PM when it was raining heavily and my car servicing was of no use.
                                  If Ms.Payal would have arranged to send my car on time, this would not have happened.
                                  I request maruti suzuki to look into this matter very seriously since if the customer care deptt is so rude, they will soon lose their goodwill.
                                  I need a positive feedback for the same.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have purchase a Maruti Swift VDI dated 22 nd October 2012 from Nerul Showroom Automotive Manufacturers Private Ltd., Address- MIDC, TTC Ind.Area, Plot No.D-234, Shiravane Village, Mumbai-Pune Road, Nerul, Navi Mumbai- 400 706, my name is KULDEEP INDRAPAL TANDEL, ADDRESS : At - Karave, Post - Darave, Room No - 925, Sector -36, Navi Mumbai- 400 706.
                                    Further I have found that there is a problem in my Car, the consumption of oil is very high so that I have immediately approaches to Nerul, Navi Mumbai service center dated 27th July 2013, at that time service center people done told that there is a problem of oil leakage on oil pan or gasket, They take 2 days for this problem after that they handed over the car to me with assurance that problem is being resolved.
                                    But after couple of months same problem occurred in my car again immediately I have approach to your Nerul, Navi Mumbai authorized service center dated 16th January 2014, again service center people told me that there is a leakage in oil pan(sump) or gasket, they told me it will take 2 days, after 2 days they handed over vehicle to me in assurance that your problem has been resolved. I am very happy & returned to home.
                                    But same is happened after few months, once again I have identified the symptoms of same problem, I have approach again to the Nerul, Navi Mumbai Service center dated 9th June 2014, now its height of my limit I have strictly told to the officials of service center that I want written explanation of this again & again persisting oil leakage problem. Still the vehicle is at work shop, its being 5 days past.
                                    I am a Government Officer, working in CIDCO, due to this problem I have to left my all works & just running away to your service center for this oil leakage problem. I have to spent all my time on this silly problem. If your team is not able to resolve the problem kindly take back your vehicle & return my money back.
                                    I am very much fade up with this kind of services by well known company of India MARUTI, I want all my money back, all the expenses during these services, travelling, servicing and most of all my valued time.
                                    Being a customer I am very much annoyed, if you can not resolved this simple problem by taking your own time how your superior technical team giving assurance. to be frank as costumer I am very much disappointed with this service center. If they don't have capable technical team they wont have right to assured the customer. I will surely go to the consumer court if I have not got any positive feedback from your end.

                                      I want to draw your attention towards what treatment was given by competent automobiles hamirpur himachal pradesh. On 13/06/2014 I went to competent automobiles to buy alto k10 white colour. When I reached there I changed my mind to Glistering Grey and asked the concerned person to change my colour from white to glistering grey. They agreed to it and starting preparing the other car. After that the sales consultant asked me to do the paper work. Till then I was told that the 4th year warranty was compulsory to take. When i started reading the documents I saw the page of extended warranty and there was clearly mentioned that it is totally my wish whether to take it or leave it. I asked the sales consultant that it is written optional and you were saying that it is compulsory to take, why is it so. So he replied that our higher authorities have asked to sell it and you have to take it. But I refused. So after that the sales consultant went to the Sales Manager to ask what to do. The sales manager asked him to go to the General Manager of the company. Somehow the extended warranty chapter got close. But I didn, t knew that it got over on the cost of something. After that I was told that I have to buy accessories of minimum worth Rs 10000/- or else they will not give me the car. I told them that I don't want any accessories from the showroom as I was buying this car for my father and it was to be put according to him wherever he liked. You people just give me the MGA offer (Nippon Stereo) which company is giving worth Rs 5000/-. But the accessories guy said that we are not having that stereo and you take another stereo which will cost more to you. But I refused. Then he started yelling saying that we will not go according to you. If you want the car you have to buy the accessories or we will not give you the car. After that the Sales Manager and the General Manager also joined the same band and i was refused the car. I had gone with the draft of Rs 340000/- No. 39971 of Punjab National Bank Sujanpur Tihra. Now I want some answers from you:

                                      1. Is it compulsory for me to buy extended warranty if I don't wish to?
                                      2. Is it compulsory for me to buy accessories which I don't like if I have to get the car?
                                      3. Is scolding a customer for not dancing on the tune of dealers pipe the policy of Maruti Suzuki ltd?
                                      4. Can the dealer refuse to sell the car just for not buying what they want to sell other than the car?

                                      It is not that I am not having cars. I do have. But this car was special because I was gifting it to my father and mother who were having there marriage anniversry on 13/06/2014 and I had planned a surprise for them. But due to some guys at the dealership all that shattered. Name of the Sales Manager is Mr Anil Sharma. I do not know the name of the General Manager and the accessories guy. I am attaching the photo proof of the DD which i had taken along with me. So I want you to look into this matter and penalise the culprits so that the trust which we people are having in the Maruti Suzuki does not get shattered by some unprofessional people like them.
