    My bad Experience:

    My Car wAGONR (DL5CJ-4165)

    today (05/01/14) at 10:50 AM I bring my Waganr for 3rd Service to AAA Vehicle Pvt Ltd. at B-244 Okhla Inds Area Workshop. AAA give 2:30 pm deliver time. i am sit in AAA waiting are, suddenly i walk to service area.
    At the time of internal shifting by AAA staff they hit my car during reverse and my bumper is broken and minor body damaged at driver site back bumper. As AAA told i left my car in work shop for 24 hr.in W/shop.

    If the try to rectify broken piece temporary, it is not acceptable to me.

    I want broken part replace to good-one.

      I have Maruti Wagonar 2010 model. last year in July'13 i met with an accident and after that i got my car repaired from Magic Auto workshop at Mayapuri, Delhi. They charged me hugely and ensured that each and everything will be fixed, since i am repairing it from the registered service center. It’s been more than 4 month i been complaining them that i have some major issues with my car. They have changed wind shield for my car, however if is normal rain then also the whole water comes inside the car. So i am unable to use my car during the rainy season. i have approached to them several time, however they don't pay attention to it. Please suggest if i have made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing the Maruti Vehicle.

        Subject- Problem with my New Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 Lxi and rude behaviour of Swani Motors Jalandhar.

        Sir
        This is my humble submission and complaint of your dealer M/s. Swani Motors, Jalandhar City (Punjab). We want to bring in your kind notice that the behaviour and treatment towards your prestigious customers of your dealer/staff members was very rude and ill mannered. I bought a brand new Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 (Lxi) with registration no. PB08 CL 0159 from M/s. Swani Motors in June 2013 which is having a major manufacturing defect in clutch as reported to the dealer. The dealer tried to repair the car many times but every time the problem kept on increasing. They even replaced my clutch wire. Today I received a call from the dealer asking me to come to the service centre as some Engineer had come from Maruti Suzuki. I spared my precious time to go there and when I reached I was told that no one had come from Maruti Suzuki and the service General Manager J.S. Gill would inspect my car. After inspecting the car, I was told that the car’s gear box had to be opened and the lubrications had to be done and the General Manager himself admitted the fact that such work needs to be done atleast after[protected]kms that too rarely. On my urge not to open the gearbox of my new car the behaviour of GM J.S. Gill was very ill mannered and rude. At the time of my exit the gateman of the dealer tried to manhandle me and abused me (this can be checked by the CCTV at the exit gate of dealership where you can easily notice that he tried to slap me by inserting his hand through the window of my car). Sir is this the treatment a Maruti Suzuki customer who has 4 cars of Maruti Suzuki deserves? I can’t believe the treatment I received! This was just as we normally say in Hindi “Ek Toh Chori Upar se Seenazori”. I am seriously fed up and mentally harassed with the vehicle. A customer gets a new car to feel proud and to save his time and money by not visiting the dealership daily but its my bad luck that I received such a defective car manufactured by Maruti Suzuki wanting me to visit the dealership now and then for getting the faults repaired. Sometimes I think “Did I really bought a NEW CAR” ? Inspite of reporting all this matter to the Media and only due to my faith in Maruti Suzuki Company I wanted to bring all this first to your notice and I expect quick action from such a big Company. I even have an audio clipping of the General manager telling me to get the gearbox opened and I can send you the clipping if you demand it from me in the near future.

        Kindly go through the above matter and I request you to please replace my defective Car with a new Car otherwise the results would be very different which these dealers can’t even dream off.

          I was informed by Maruti salesman from libra Ludhiana at my home that zdi eartica has climate control. I bought the top model with exchange with desire vdi . Next day i come to know that the a.c is normal. My car is driven only for a day i.e 55km. Can company help me with service and provide climate control a.c fittings. I will like to pay the fitting charges happly . Or the Martin can take back car and pay back my money.

Subject: Engine Problem Respected sir, This is to inform you that, i have been using maruti car from last 20 years but this time totally unsatisfied with the last servicing of my car(Sx4 Zdi 2011 reg. no. UP 32 DR 5002), which has done only 24581 km and vehicle met up with the engine problem then on showing the vehicle on the other dealer service center, they said that the turbo of my car is blownup due to the application of non synthetic oil in my vehicle by "one up motors" i will be very greatful to you if you would please look up into the matter.                 Hi, I m priti Chatur, my car(swift zxi mh12 ke7471) was crshaed with a pole and bonnet was damaged. I had given my car to repair at service center at wagholi. what they did i dont know. but below are my list complaint 1) after continuous follow up they delivered car at around 8pm, and we could not see it properly. i requested them to deliver at day time but they refused to drop car at my place 2) At night too we obsered that bonate was not fitted properly, their is remarkable gap at one side, 3) bonate is not fitted properly, it is loose and on rough road it makes noice 4) scraches on bonate 5) vibration on road 6) suspension is not good 7) my earlier paint was with teflon coating. my brand new car Swift Zxi is now became a old one. I purched this car on this october 2013 that to full insurance 0% dep. I am very unhappy with all these episodes, I want to show my car to some expert. Please help me in getting feel of new car

                  I had bought maruti ertiga vdi on 5th july 2013 from kiran motors surat.they offerred.me 5000 discount from company side.i paid full amount to concerned person and he committed me to give cheques within a month of maruti suzuki ltd.after 5 months till date i did not recd my disckunt cheque from dealer.the sales person nitin always misfedbacks to me...so plz what should i do against this..this is clearly cheating by nitin..i ready wats app to mr sanjay but he did not respond regarding this.

                      Dear sir,

                      I took New Ertiga VXI CNG BSIV-R3RCCD100, Allotment No. 2204BRD05234. Engine No. 7016334, Chasis No. 192942. from Kataria Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Baroda. at 14/12/2013.
                      It is attached with inbuilt CNG kit. Before taking this model i asked all information about CNG Kit and my biggest concern was can i get CNG filled in all gas station or not. Because few of my friends suggested that inbuilt CNG Kit model has some problem with CNG filling. So i asked to sales executive (DSE) Dhirendra Gohil and sales manager Manish Jadav can i get CNG filled all the station or not. But they assured me 100 percent that there will not be any problem. After there assuration only i took inbuilt CNG kit model. But after taking this i went to gas station and most of the gas station can not fill CNG in inbuilt CNG kit because of some technical issue of nozzle. They say if i get some changes done than only they can fill. And most of time i have to travel to baroda to ahmedabad and in highway there is more problem because they also can not fill CNG in inbuilt model.
                      Just at next day i took this problem to dealer and now they are not ready to listen. They say it is my problem and they can not do anything. Now when i talk to them for this issue they misbehave and do not talk or take my call. It is not even 24 hour i took this car and your dealer and sales man are not ready to talk.
                      I just want this issue to be solved so please do neccessary steps so that i do not have to take this issue to consumer court or have to run behind it. I got tired of dealer pathetic behaviour. I hope to get this issue solved as soon possible.

                        Dear Service provider,

                        I had purchased Suzuki access 125 on dated 12/12/2011 because of only I had listen that Suzuki access 125 is very good in performance compared other moped.
                        From last two years I have been facing lot of problems,
                        1)starting of vehicle mainly in rainy and winter season.
                        2)Ignition switch
                        3)Air filter
                        I am doing regular service as per mentioned service periods at authorised centre even though faced such above problems at 21444 i.e before last service at 24000.
                        Today I have faced big sound during start of vehicle because od air filter & full assembly is burst. As I have information from service centre ILYAS SUZUKI pimplegurav pune 61, the cost is @rs 900 & it is costly to me.
                        I am doing regular service then why it is happened? It should not be.
                        How do we say that Suzuki Access125 is best? There should be enquiry on this failure & ask to service Centre, design centre, quality centre.
                        Problem should resolve by corrective & preventive action & I should get reimbursement. Very shameful that authorised centre is not capable to give answer of failure they are saying directly they don't know. How to believe?

                        Same problem occured with me . You should replace that asap. As to what caused the problem, that's the " EXCESS AIR PRESSURISATION DUE TO HIGH RPM HANDLING OF THE VEHICLE FOR A COMAPARTIVELY LONGER PERIOD OF TIME " . ALSO THE MILES COVERED BY THE VEHICLE DURING THOSE STRENOUS RIDES !
                        this Access 125 CC scooter I have been using since last seven yrs. Ever Since, not a single part has been repaired or replaced except air filter and oil filter once. This turn out to be the best out of all the two wheelers in my previous four decades life. Its braking system is little incompetent otherwise, on city roads its top on the selection of its competitors.

                          I am a defence person presently at Tezpur Assam. I brought my suzuki access 125 from kerala to Tezpur through Gati cargo.Due to bad transportation activities of gati cargo, my scooter is damaged extensively (even chasis bended, engine cracked) .I repair my scooter at NIKAMUL SUZUKI, Nikamul chairali, Tezpur assam.Near about 20, 000 /- of expenditure occured for its repair .My vehicle still running with lot of complaints(such as engine complaints, clutch complaints etc, , ) due to delear's bad/irresponsible repair activities.What can i do .I am totally desparate due to this enormous amount of money wastage, mental depression etc...One suggestion from my side is NEVER PURCHASE SUZUKI ACCESS 125 as HONDA vehicle is better than Suzuki.

                            Maruti Suzuki now days offering mega exchange offer on purchase of new vehicle, plus they are advertising saying that you will get 20000 thousand bonus exchange.So today i went to maruti showroom at Wardha, Maharashtra, with Maruti 800 to exchange with new one.they told me that its valuation is 25000 and you will get 20000 bonus on that. That means thay are not giving any bonus, thay are just cheating the customers.I will share my experience to all my friends and will ask them to nat purchase maruti vehicle.

                              Sir, I was looking for a true value omni 5 seater, on 10/12/2013I searched the web at Car trade.com and registered my cell no . Next day I got a call from Mr.Raghu a sales man at True value dealer Mandovi Motors at Vijayanagar Bangalore. He told me that they have very good true value omnis with them and asked me to visit them. As I went there on 1/12/2013 Mr.Raghu shoved me a Omni of 2009 make but it doesn't come under true value, then he shoved me a omni of 2005 make and explained that the vehicle has run only 37000 k single owner with excellent engine and very good condition and also it has a company fitted LPG kit. He said that this vehicle is equal to a true value. I bought the vehicle for 1.45laks Having a registration of KA 06 M 4181.After the payment they just washed the omni and delivered then I asked therm to do wheel alignment and balancing for which they charged me 1700 Rs.I took the vehicle, drove back to my home, on the way I found the car was dragging to left side, I went to an wheel alignment center and checked the oimni. They said no alignment or wheel balancing has done to the car, the nuts of suspension were very loose and would have felled in few days the steering box is leakin and need to be replaced quickly, and the cost of all could be around Rs.8000. I immediately called Mr.Raghu who said the omni doesn't come under any warranty and the vehicle is sold on as and where condition. Sir I wanted to buy an True value omni but the mandovi dealer made me to buy the other, I here by request you to ask the dealer to at least replace the steering box. I Like Maruthi suzuki vehicles but disappointed with this deal The company should strictly warn and instruct the true value dealers to sell only True value Vehicles at True Value centers.Thank you with regards

                                Dear sir, I have your vehicle new wagon r purchased in november 2011.car number is UP80 BZ 1902.from last two years i have no complaints about your services we are also having some present from maruti suzuki as per them we are coming in the list of fare customers.i have taken 3rd year extended warranty also when i purchased your car, but the problem was coming in the last month when i am having some problem with the self of car it was not working so when we are reaching Prem Motors service centre Artoni Agra your rep.examine the car and told us that we need to change your self and it comes under warranty and there is no charges of changing that part we agreed to do this, they told you can wait till the service complete.we are there from11am to 6pm we are waiting there at the time of servicing they don't told us anything about the car problem at 6 pm in the evening they told now it has been completed and the bill for the repairing is rs.6285/-because we change the whole self and it was broken from inside.so my question was that how you can prove that it was broken from inside and even im not going inside to break it may be there is some manufacturing defect and also im not taking any service out from your workshop how i believe on that and second thing is that without informing us how u can change the parts of may car we are there all the time you should inform us about the problem may sometimes my pocket not allowed then how i can pay so much amount they strictly argue with us and i also bear bad behaviour of them till 8 pm we are waiting and arguing about the same but they are not giving any positive reply in the meantime we also talk on customer care service but they are also helpless and even your manager Mr.Chaurasia he is totally unacceptable so finally i left car over here for that night and next day i am decide to take my car from there without any service because they are not reliable and i have no trust in future also on them. so we are highly appreciate if you are taking nay action promptly on them to prove your words 100% guest satisfaction.                                   I myself kirithika I want to inform y that I decided to purchase SWIFT ZDI then I went to ABT Maruthi showroom R.S.Puram, in Coimbatore when I asked them they told me this model is not available now in their showroom but they have in their kadalur showrooms behalf of that I paid Rs.5000 advance booking on 08.10.2013 to the sales executive person Mr. BALA SUBRAMANIAN from ABT Maruthi showroom R.S.Puram showroom Coimbatore he told that he will delivery the vehicle before 14th oct with temporary registration before that we arranged the finance in mahendra on they received the full cash on 12th oct after that he told they is problem in taking the vehicle from kadalur after that he told that from Chennai branch we can get the car my husband is from abroad we told him he is coming on 14th oct we want but we didn’t get he told we will get on 18th oct but then also we didnt get that day also after that he told the vehicle will come on 21st oct but we didn’t get but next day 22rd the car came from Chennai without temporary registration and after that they told with Coimbatore registration we will give the car on 22rd but we took on 23rd oct we you cme for delivery you should pay Rs.1000/- only, when we went to delivery the car they told if you pay 11, 000/- we will deliver the car why we asked they told for 3rd and 4th warranty first it self the sale executive did not tell the detail propely that time we told we don’t want the 3rd and 4th warranty because the sales person did not tell the details of the document for that he told we will cancel the warranty tomorrow so you will get back the warrany amount 9, 500/- for that we told we have no amount now because he didn’t say before the delivery so we told next day morning you collect the cash from home he came and collected and went but till date we didn’t receive the warranty amount. And from the full cost of the vehicle basic accessories Body cover, mudflap, mat and S.grip but he didn’t put the steering grip and Door visor till date when we ask them they are saying no stock. we faced many problems and we got tension and stress so we decided to file a case in consumer court against ABT Maruthi showroom R.S.Puram Coimbatore. My husband came on 14th oct only 15days leave to drive the car but he didn’t he got just stress only.Till date[protected] we didn’t get the cancelled warranty amount when we asked the ABT maruthi customer care they the person Mr. RAMESH he told us our MD is in leave like that all what should I do can you please take me proper action or I should go to consumer court please solve my problem and refund the cash Rs.9.500/- as soon as possible, ABT MARUTHI, R.S.PURAM, COIMBATORE is worst in sales .

                                    i bought eeco before 5 months but the car engine is not working the dealer said in your car cng fitted out side thats why your car warrant is not available help me they r charging 80000 thousand for engine repair what can i do .i have last option is that i have to go consumer court or published this news in cnbc programepahredar

                                      ACCESS 125 TN09 BA 9726 is very worst vehicle, milage is very low, in three years i have changed most of spare parts which is double the amount comparing to other vehicles.previously i have been using kinetic honda for ten years i didnt change lock and key.
                                      Now within 3 years lock has gone costing RS.900/-
                                      Now within 3 years horn has gone costing RS.400/-
                                      Now within 3 years filter box gone costing RS.900/-
                                      And many more spare parts like this which is countless but they are telling this is Japan vehicle.Moreover there is only few service station so they are dictating terms.On the whole i beg all not purchase this vehicle please.

                                        i purchased a swift vdi in september 2013. car registration numberup-15-bf-8957. after a month my car got dents in the front side panels and i went to the dealer m/s tanya automobiles meerut from where i purchased the car. no one there was ready to attend to me for my complaint. i requested mr rajesh and mr yadav working at taniya automobiles meerut and they said they can do nothing for me. then i called maruty toll free and lodged my complaint on19.11.13 and my complaint was lodged and was given a complaint no.[protected]. i waited after lodging the complaint but there was no reply. now every time i call them to know my status i am told that a team is working on my complaint. it has been more than a month that i am being harasse. if this is the way maruty behaves with its customers, its a shame to own a maruti,
