Respected sir/madem, Iam Apoorva, iam purchase suzuki access 125 on november/2011(Aryan Suzuki), since it is working fine but last month iam shifted to usloor and 31:07:2013 iam, given service to near Suzuki authorised service center Meghadooth suzuki, for service and general checkup, when iam given service to this service center but ofter take gadi from this service center my gadi is not working properly, and from 25 day's i sent it 12 time's and spend Rs4800, to repaire my gadi but this service center people is not working properly and they are change the all parts (excluding engien), but since it's not working properly and automaticly engien will go switch off on riding and breack failured and lost week i got accident, plees take action to this service staion. Thank's regurds your sincearly Apoorva Bangalore

    The scooter closes in the idle engine running ,it runs good when we are moving but as and when on red lights or idle position the engine stops, I have shown to both of your authorised service centre but the problem is still there they are not able to rectify kindly advice.     Suzuki Access 125 — Body and parts are worse quality

    I am suresh bought Suzuki access 125 last one year back but I am getting problem from past eight month. The problem is boke's body and spare parts are completely week. I think company should stop manufacture this type of bikes and scooters.

      Problem in Self Start System

      I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 on 2472012.Last service has been done on 372013,and from the time period 0472013 to 1082013 I have made 3 visits to the service centre but my problem in self start system and the problem that it stops while running has not been met yet.And the engineers there are not cooperating to look up the case.Although my vehicle is not in free service period but I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible....

      To Whom so it may concern I had purchased my Ritz DL12cc2637 from Rana motors on 5/9/11. From the very begining i am facing this problem during rainy season There are streaks on mine ritz windshield and when it's raining and we turn on the wipers they fog up. I don't know how to describe it but the streaks literally expand into this foggy crap. I tried wiping the streaks offeven replaced the wiper Blades so many times but they won't go away. I also checked and it's not on the inside either.., every time when i complain They said sir wiper problem. i guess there is some manufacturing fault in the windshield,, from last two weeks i am trying to approach Mr Rajiv kumar shukla, he is like company will call you with in a day or two , hardly geting in response.its like my car is tottaly money waste in rainy season.need your support in this problem . please rectify it ASAP Regards Yuvraj sethi [protected]

LTD DATE-21st August 2013 Sir/Mam, With due respect I would like to state that i am not at all satisfied with your dealer and the delivery services provided by your company,i have booked my suzuki access 125 of silver colour on 8th august,2013 and was told that i will be given delivery on 21st august 2013 at 11 am,,i came with full preparation for taking the delivery but after coming to the showroom i got to know that the vehicle has not even reached there... this is very insulting behaviour from your side ...i don't know what went wrong from your side but this is highly deceiving..the showroom named UDAIPUR SUZUKI-GURUNAMAN MOTORS PVT.LTD. and your company services are highly dissapointing..when i have booked my vehicle on time,with all details clearly..your dealer assured that by advance booking we will definately get the vehicle on our desired timings then why such a improper excuses are given to us. .every employee at the showroom convinced us thay we will get the delivery on 21st august 2013 before 11 am as it is the auspicious time for getting the vehicle on road then why were we deceived in such a manner..we have completed all the formalities before time so that we can get the vehicle on time..this is very shameful for your company and curses the reputation of such a multinational company.this act of ignorance has really hurted our family a lot.. i have not expected this kind of delay from your side..you have laid us down,,such lame excuses has left really painful scars in our minds and hearts. in future,,please don't do this kind of thing to any future customer or else your sell will get devastated by the curses of dissapointed customers.. thanking you yours sincerely Mrs. UMA GANGULY SECTOR-14,BLOCK A.           I am really sorry to inform you that from the day 1 of purchase of Maruti K10, not getting satisfied from the service of KTL PVT. Ltd. on behalf of Maruti Having a very big scam/scandal & Negligence has been searched out & want to share with you against esteemed organization i.e. Maruti. -----Maruti K10 – original wheel has been replaced with old wheel during servicing 1. On 8th April I have given my K10 to KTL to Mr. Sandeep/Bhaskar Awasthi /Raju / Saxena for the same issue which I had complaint from 2nd service i.e. Clutch problem – problem with 1st and reverse gear. 2. On 9th around 7.30 pm the vehicle has been delivered by Sandeep to me and committed the problem has been rectified now. 3. Again I am complaining to Sandeep not satisfied with their services and still the same problem is going on along-with another problem i.e. bubbling, Gear stucking, gear box loose, waving/fluttering during 1st & second gear 4. He assured me that Maruti guy is coming by 11 and will go forward to resolve the similar problem exist from 2nd service onwards. On 11th again Sandeep has called me to confirm the problems to Maruti person for analyzing the issue. I was assured by Sandeep that to visit next day & they will take care for further resolution of similar problem. 5. Unfortunately on 3.00 PM afternoon, I found 1 wheel of my Vehicle has been changed negligently with malafide intention. Soon I noticed it , immediately I visited at KTL workshop and complaint for the same. This is truly a Willful Negligence / theft / Scam/ Scandal of corruption on the part of KTL workshop of Maruti which is spoiling the reputation of BIG BRAND NAME i.e. MARUTI.6. Which is not acceptable by any customer. If any external part has been changed by workshop engineer how we will assure that other internal parts are OK. Also having the authentic proof for the same. 7. During the time of delivery of new vehicle at diwali season, the front bumper is also getting dented painted & delivered without wash. Post complaint they are replacing at the 1st day of delivery. 8. From the second service I have complaint multiple of times for clutch/gear/pickup problem as stated earlier. Every time they are changing the clutch plate twice, control unit HVAC , Blower Motor Assy R&R etc. 9. Due to this activity found at KTL, please suggest how I will assure & believe that the all the internal parts are OK at my K10. 10. Please see the logs available at KTL Workshop of all complaints which are done by me for your surveillance / vigilance audit. 11. Its truly a fraud case against the willful negligent / theft/ stolen/ corruption against the KTL. 12. Yet he same problem of gear box, pickup, part replacement is going on and not yet fixed from 2nd service. 13. Also want to share that I am fully frustrated due to horrible / non supportive services which is yet going on at KTL service Centre 14. How is it possible that with the running of around 4000 KMs having the problem of Gear Stucking, Pickup , bubbling, AC , weaving & fluttering etc. 15. Post regular harashment i was paralysed in the month of April and admitted at Hospital for 15 days. But treatement is till going on. As per Dr. this will happened due to hyper tension. Who will bear this loss of health and wealth. [protected]Theft scandal at your service workshop which is not truly accepted by any customer. And now I am fully frustrated from services and concentrations has been now switched off and plan to go for legal action against the Mental Harassments & agony from the day 1 of purchase. Hope you will understand the mental of customer and take necessary action for the same. Detail attached: 1. Vehicle Number – UP32DY7231 2. Model – Maruti Alto K10 3. Address - C-945, Indira Nagar 4. Last JOB Instruction Capturing Sheet No. 54 , dtd. 12.4.2013, Time – 15.55 PM 4. KM- 4110 5. Date of Purchase – Nov’2011 [day of Diwali] 6. Part replaced bill detail – BC13000520 [dtd. 09.04.2013] / BC12013631 [17.11.2012] / 1 more bill of clutch plate change signed yet not received. Still i am taking regular followup with Maruti Managers and representative no one is ready to attend the problem and they are truly unanswerable. please advise where i will go for the recovery of this loss.             An unsatisfied customer writing this email with lot of hopes on MARUTI the most trusted brand in India. Might be I need to change this opinion on Maruti as the situations/scenarios/problems am experiencing with my car from past 1 year. Am in a confusion whether I bought most trusted brand ? I am your customer from last 2 1/2 yrs, earlier I had Zen, was quite happy with the service & maintenance. I have bought a new swift LDI with Chassis No. NA3FHEB1S00200180AC, Engine No. D13A1782836 , Reg No. AP28DN2306 and Registration Date : 02/05/2012 from VARUN MOTORS Ltd, Hydernagar. Hyderabad. First Occurrence :- On 13/07/2012 ,There was a crack on my cars Windshield , Am not sure how crack was on win shield , my car did not hit by any stone with force to the glass. I went to Service Station (Zem Motors) and replaced it (Bill No : BC/[protected] at Mileage : 5929 . Second Occurrence : - On 03/01/2013 , Same problem arises (crack in windshield at same place), this time also am not sure how crack was on it. I went to same Service Station (Zem motors) and replaced it with new one (Bill No : BC/2014232) at Mileage : 9784. I enquired with Servicing Center why glass was broken frequently even they were not sure about it. Third Occurrence :- On 18/08/2013 , Again I found crack in Windshield at same place. I visited to ZEM Motors where I replaced the mirror previously, they were keep on telling same thing that some flying stone hit the glass, I/we tried to show the artifacts that the glass was broken with some other problem but they are not at all giving any proper response to what i have been explaining them and They never tried to had a look what was happened to the glass. and keep on explaining me that the mirror was hit by stone On all scenarios I never met an accident or someone hit the glass forcefully but how come my glass is broken frequently ? I did not understand what's happening with my car Windshield ? I replaced twice and now again it got crack. I wonder that am facing these issues within 17 months period. which means Am replacing the Windshield at an average of 6 months. I want to inform one more important thing is that my car ran 16,500 kms ONLY. Am the owner of the car having more than 8 years of driving experience and this is my second car. My friends are having cars and they never faced such kind of situations. They are advised with their driving knowledge & experience that the car MUST have manufacture defect which intern causing the issue for several times on same part. Request you to take this as priority , Am not having mental peace at my work and home with this issue as I spent lakhs on the car. Please get back to me ASAP with the solution. I am feeling regret whether my choice of buying Switft from Maruti is correct or not ?

              Sub: Complaint against Authorised Maruti Dealer Tara Automobiles, Mansa Road, Bathinda for Record Tempering, Forgery and Cheating.

              It is respectfully submitted that I, Rabinder Setia aged about 70 years Ex- Serviceman cum Senior Citizen purchased an Alto 800 Car having Chassis no. 220668, Engine no5009188 and key no. 2099 from Tara Automobiles Bathinda on dated[protected].

              After some days, when I was reading the Owner’s Manual & Service Booklet, I noticed a big blunder is conducted by dealer. In owner’s name and address, a white fluid is pasted and my name is written on this fluid. I tried to read backside of it with mirror and I surprised to see that my name and address is written on somebody’s name and address. I quickely realized that the car is resold to me. It was sold earlier to Sh. Naresh Kumar S/o Sh Kapoor Chand resident of 124, Veer Colony, Bathinda with No. PB03AC(I) 5084. You can see it on the Owner’s Manual & Service Booklet.

              This is absolute mockery and pure crime against me. I request you to arrange either replace the car with new one or refund my money otherwise I have to approach the Court for justice.

                Dear Sir,

                Please note that the SAI AUTOWORLD,NOIDA which was the authorized dealer and service center has closed without any notice to the customers. Even SUZUKI ACCESS have not taken any pains to inform the customers about the non availability of their services.Not to mention that there is no authorized service center other than this in NOIDA.

                I bought SUZUKI ACCESS 125 in 2012 (UP 16AJ-5094)and as per the service policy, last service was done in May'13. Now, I have no where to go for availing the free as well as paid services. The service centres in Ghaziabad and Delhi are very far off and are an unviable option to the Noida Customers.

                In such a situation, please let me know IMMEDIATELY as to what arrangement is being made:

                1.To provide viable services to the customer within the 2 yr warranty period.
                2.Making an arrangement with the existing service centres in Noida for taking care of the customers of Suzuki Access.
                3.To reimburse the cost of servicing if the customers prefer nearby private service centres.

                It should be understood that a decision to buy Suzuki Access 125 was made on the basis of promixity to the residence for the sake of servicing and the expertize of your company.It is understood that servicing within the specified period is an essential requirement to keep the vehicle in good working condition and we as customers are being denied this requirement by none other than SUZUKI ACCESS. The customers cannot be taken for granted and can not be left out to manage themselves at least in Warranty Period as per the legalities too.

                In case, you fail to provide satisfaction to the customers like me within their warranty period by providing viable mobile servicing at door steps or any other viable option (not servicing in Ghaziabad or Delhi),I shall be constrained to take the matter to the consumer court and various online consumer forums which will not only tarnish your image but will adversely impact its sales too.

                today i am servicing paid charges at indore suzuki delear quality autotech pvt.ltd, indore toward his bill no.2602 dt.19/12/2008, mrp printed in the bottel Rs.165.00 vide bathc no.101341 mfg 28/04/2008 and delear charges Rs.195.00.

                why excess charges charged by the delear.

                facing problems with start, even in the warranty period battery not getting replaced its faulty battery with leakage than also it was told to us that its proper. workshop as well as shree sai people are just passing the balls on each others......

                my suzuki acess 125 which i bought 2 yrs before is now complaint it have hub problem .i gave it to local workshop before 2 months no itself they said part is not available .i have no idea what to do.

                Suzuki Access — Poor service

                Ihave purchased SUZUKI Acces from MATRIX MOTORS, swargate pune before 5 months. At the time of servicing they take 10 hrs for servicing. On this saturday 23June 2012 i gave scooter at 8.30 am and i called them at 4.30 the operator told your scooter is ready. But when i went at the servicing station the people there said your scooter is not ready, you come at 6.30. But my bike was standing there. When i asked about that they said it is only washed now and servicing is remaining. So after 9 hrs they only washed the scooter?????????...and when i forced to see the status of service after 10 mins they said it is ready you can take it.??????How this happenes....can it be serviced in 10 mins only?????????????????????????......And i told them about average problem..they said we have done the setting you will get good average...but i am still getting very less 25-30 kmpl..............i am sure that they have not serviced the scooter , not done any setting and returned me the scooter as it is...........................pls take some actions against such dealers?????????????????????

                suzuki access125 — Service

                I have given my vehicle in service 3-4 times at Dharmaraj Auto - Suzuki, Surat and every time they are delivering vehicle without completing stuff. Today is the latest case. Let me know if needed more information on this.

                When can I expect you to take action on this?
                I am also not happy with SUZUKI Access 125 product. I bought on Suzuki name. More they have closed their NOIDA wrokshop without any information or alternative to the customer. Moreover I knew that SUZUKI gives dealership to their mgmt employee and they don;t bother about anything. so nobody cares what we write in any forum. My scooter gets stopped in between the road and takes lot of effort getting it started. Really a very pathetic product by SUZUKI. I will not suggest anyone to go for suzuki two wheeler.

                POOR product and VERY POOR customer service.

                  · Front lhs door latch needs to replace,
                  · Crack was observed on bumper due to external source. No manufacturing defect was observed in bumper.
                  · Reverse gear was found functioning properly.

                  For lhs door lock issue you were requested several times by workshop to get it replaced but due to busy schedule you could not reported ,
                  Replacement of door lock at your door step was also offered to you but you denied.

                  As per our mutual consent we have coordinated for vehicle inspection at TCS Autoworld on dated[protected]:00 hrs , As you were stuck in busy traffic on[protected]:00 hrs you have expressed your inability. Pls communicate the convenient date when joint inspection can be coordinated.

                  1) Lock problem : many time he operate the door & almost 4 to 5 times door lock not open ;;;;;;; sever fault in lock as per his statment

                  2) Bumper Crack : He taken the photo , examine the back side fully , there is no any mark of touching any where & as per him the product has manufacturing defect.

                  3) Gear box issue : Back side gear not engage & make noise : As per him the issue is in major Maruti cars ,,,,,, that is also a manufacturing defect


                  I think u have also got the same report , so pl, take immediate necessary step to close the issue .

                  I want to draw your kind attention towards that I have purchased a Maruti WAGON R VXL on dated 27.5.12 from ur dealer TCS autoward in Faridabad , Detail of Wagon R is ;;;

                  Since the day of purchase I have started facing major two type of issues in my car that are related to Safety as well as Structure . Following are the details :
                  Safety Issue:
                  Two times I got locked /stuck inside the car ,& I have to get out from other door than driving seat …. Neither auto lock nor manual lock was functioning properly , I have complained this issue during service on dated 24.5.13 to TCS autoward in Faridabad but service people did not care & again same issue happened after two days of service ,
                  I again complained/screamed like anything but this time service person from TCS came, verifed & after one day they replace the catcher ( as they say ) , Again I got stuck inside on 9.6.13 at 6.55 p.m ,driver side lock again not open , I complained again to TCS , this time they lift the vehicle & take to service station & return after two days for just analyse the lock issue …. This shows how much experienced person at service station of Maruti . I have to travel by some other taxi to office for two days .
                  Again the same issue start in front opposite driver sheet door , …….
                  I am totally puzzled what is happening in my vehicle ,I am seeing this vehicle image like a 2nd & I pray to god every day that in future …….No maruti
                  Big Question still unanswered ……
                  How u will feel if the same case happened with you or your family ?? ????
                  What is alternate solution if this situation happen again ????????
                  Structure issue :
                  When I taken back vehicle from service & open the back cover to put the tool kit inside ,I was taken by surprise when I saw the progressive crack at left corner of rear bumper , I could not understand how this failure happen in just with in one year , same I shown to TCS service centre on dated 25.5.13 , but still no response on the issue , again I contact TCS service GM on dated 2/6/13, he assure to look in to matter but still no response ??????????????????
                  This puts even BIGGER Question mark on the parts reliability / Inferior material usage , as this part got progressive crack having even not touching to any surface ,

                  Maruti is known to be a Good and reliable brand and Not addressing issues timely will totally tarnish the image so I request you to please look in to matter otherwise I need to go for VEHICLE REPLACEMENT for defective vehicle of MINE via Consumer Court ..

                  Maruti persons in consumer cell not effective in handling customer issue, not attending the issue even in more than one month, not listening customer, there judgement not honest & having no relivent answer behind that, Maruti is totally unsafe to use ... U can not imagine when u can be locked inside, charging high premimum for features like auto lock, but no measure of safety on these aspects. In my view ( experience ) Maruti is totally unsafe to use .

                    i have left the scooer for repair on 24.7.2013 vide job card no.23010. But till today on 05.08.2013 my scooter could not be repaired due to the shortage of common spare parts. in my view he is not capable of keeping spare part and very bad management of workshop which is not expected from such a reputed company's dealer.

                      i bought my access on 30 june 2013. In starting i gave my access for servicing in company's service centre. In every service they say this part is damaged or that part is damaged and they are force for changing it. I visited 2-3 garages and shown my access to them and they said its all right. And they are not servicing properly in service centre. And many a times they dont complete the serviving on time they have given. They are giving one petrol additive oil. I used it for 2-3 times. Then after using that i damaged carburettor of my access.
                      I hereby request you to take quick and serious action otherwise i'll have to approach consumer court.

                        This is to inform you that I have purchased Wagon R VXI BS4 from Batra Auto Company, Faridabad on 29.11.2012 with GM's personal assurance that he will provide good service as I am an employee of a very reputed company and they have supplied lot of vehicles to our various employees. But this is a matter of regret that I never gets good service even after 2nd service has been done.

                        On 19.06.2013, I have given the vehicle for 2nd Service with a complaint i.e. Low Pickup, Low average, Loosing of Left front door and problem in right side front wheel. But I found not improvement in pick-up and average part. After so many follow up, their staff has picked up the vehicle again on 16.07.13 and done some adjustment in clutch and gear but still I don’t find any improvement.

                        For the past few days I am complaining and 5/6 days back one lady from your office has called me and informed that tomorrow she will arrange to pick up my vehicle and get it checked completely but later nobody has turned up.

                        Yesterday i.e. 31.07.2013 at 06.30 PM, I got stucked up in water logging due to its low pick up for 3 hours and no assistance could reach even after dialing so many times to the customer assistance. At 7.00 PM I have lodged a complaint at 18004200 vide No. 713561 but the assistance could not reached by 08.30 PM.

                        After showing this to M/s. Batra Auto they informed me that Air Filter gets chowked due to water and need replacement against payment since warrenty does not cover in case of Water. I allowed them. later they have informed that that they have changed Air Filters and Engine Oil (without priorer consent) but engine giving noise and the same is required to be opened against your cost. I told him that I am complaing you for its poor pickup and low average which you have not done anything and the vehicle is stucked up due to low pick up as all other vehicles were moving smoothly. Now he is saying that first you allow us to repair the engine than your problem can be looked. The vehicle is still in the work shop.

                        I do not know to whom I have to approach. I shall be thankful to you if you can forward this complaint to the right higher authorities so that I can get some relief or Maruti should change the car.

                          Dear Sir / Mam,

                          I purchased a Suzuki Access 125 in Jun'2012 from Shiv Autoriders (P) Lts., Pune and did the serivicing as per given schedule. After second day of the 7th servicing (paid), it is not getting button start. So, I handed over it to the above vendor. Now, they called me saying the battery is not working and you need to buy a new battery at Rs. 1350/-.
                          The main thing here is that the battery was working before giving the bike for servicing. Secondly, if they have checked the battery during servincg and claimed that it was in good condition, how is it possible that it will get damaged in one day automatically? And that is too in just 13 months.
                          Request you to please help me gresolve the issue.

                            I had purchased New Maruti SX4 Vxi under corporate scheme from JAMKASH VEHICLEADES LTD. JAMMU, on 20th June 2013, Temp REG No. JMU AM 8167, vide chassis no. 217780, engine no. 2048407. Unfortunately. I met with an accident on 28th June 2013, only after 7 days. I had taken my car to body shop of JAMKASH VEHICLEADES LTD. JAMMU (Maruti Authorized Dealer) for repair & they had given me a tentative delivery date of 22nd July 2013 which was already very late(NOT GENUINE IN THIS CASE) . Anyhow, I started follow up since that day but unfortunately I found poor working attitude & ignorance towards customer queries of Maruti dealer. Till today I didn't get my vehicle after repair. ONLY ONE REASON I HEAR FROM DEALER MANAGER IS LACK OF NEW MARUTI SX4 MODEL. I HAVE PURCHASED MARUTI SECOND TIME ONLY BECAUSE THAT ITS SPARES ARE AVAILABLE. But this time sorry to say Maruti image in terms of availability of spare is thrashed by this DEALER.My personal as well as professional is impacted drastically due to this delay.

                            maruti SX4 VXI — A DEFECTIVE SX4 VXI DELIVERED

                            1. I was delivered a beige colour Maruti SX4 vxi on the 9th of May 2008 where in I gave the purchase order on 29th April 2008. It took 11 days for Maruti people to deliver me my car, where as I was promised that it would be given to me in 8 to 10 days. At the very first time itself there promise was not kept. I thought it was a very small thing so I never bothered.

                            2. On 11th of May 2008 (on the 2nd day of the delivery) around 18:00hrs I drove my brand new satin bowed car to fill fuel and went for a near by drive. In less then 10 km my car stops on the high way. Its almost dark I have my family sitting with me and a very narrow road ahead. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere, I tried calling service station but there was no response.

                            3. As I had no choice left I called a friend of mine to help me in the situation and he came with his Tata Indigo and a rope to tow my car because we could not leave a brand new SX4 VXI car on such a narrow road. It was the most embarrassing situation I had ever been in my entire life. We some how towed my vehicle for about 7 Km to a near by place, parked our vehicle, From where we traced a maruti authorized mechanic through our sources.

                            4. Finally the mechanic arrived and he tried to analyze what was wrong with the car. He stood there in front of the car for more then an hour but could not find out what went so wrong that a brand new SX4 car just stopped.

                            5. Then on the 12th of May 2008 my car was again towed to Maruti authorized service station, where in my car and me stood for the whole day but yet no one understood what was wrong with the car.

                            6. Maruti regional personal who also spoke to me promised to give the car by maximum 2 working days and would treat this problem as the first priority. But sadly at the end of the day they said the car can only be delivered in 5 to 6 days as they din’t have the component which they suspect, has gone bad.

                            7. Well I fail to understand what in world has gone so bad in my brand new MARUTI SX4 VXI car that it can’t be repaired for such a long time. Seeing all of this, I now feel that I don’t need a car or its team which I can’t rely upon, and most of all I don’t wish to settle in for a defected car. As I’m not finding answers to my problems I now am goin to go far on this matter. It is my hard earned money in which I have bought this car and I shall not tolerate this kind of harassment from Maruti.

                            8. I would have compromised if my car had a minor problem, but my car did not start at all after a few km drive. Now I kind of feel that I’ve been cheated by Maruti Suzuki.

                              I am Mahesh Mangali, resident of Santosh nagar, Hyderabad, request you to pay kind attention to the break down happened for my vehicle No. AP28CF 0878 RITZ VDI ABS 2011 model in June 2nd week.

                              I have purchased this vehicle from Varun Motors in July 2012 and taken delivery on 8th July 2012 from Kothapet branch. This used vehicle has run 22 thousand kms till last july and after I took, I run about 36 thousand kms.
                              There was a damage on the right side running board right from the day of purchase. I have requested the executive Mr.Balu ( [protected] ) to rectify it and deliver the vehicle. He informed me that, after transferring the insurance on my name, I can rectify it by claiming insurance along with any further damage happens in future.

                              The transfer of insurance took almost 6 months to happen.
                              In between in the month of november, my vehicle got damage on the right side back door and back bumper by an carrier Auto. I have taken the vechicle to Mr.Balu and asked him to get it done with the insurance people, he informed me, as the insurance is not transferred on my name, it cannot be done in the workshop. I have taken the vehicle to local workshop and paid Rs.5000.00 to repair the damage.

                              Secondly,it took 8 months to get my RC of this vehicle, the RC on my name has come in 3 months but with a different signature. Literally i need to be behind him to get the signature correction done in my RC.

                              Third, I have been complaining that the vehicle is emitting dark smoke on highways, he said that it will be rectified when I give for servicing. I have given twice for the servicing in Begumpet Varun motors to the exeutive Mr.Das, he serviced my vehicle and informed me that, in the last 3rd free service in the month of June 2013, we will check for the oil filters and replace accordingly. Other than that, he has not informed about any damage in the engine.

                              On 11th June 2013, morning I am driving the vehicle to give for 3rd free servicing in Begumpet branch, the vehicle automatically stopped on main road in Saidabad, half kilometer from my residence, I had hit from the auto on the left back side and I hit the opposite vehicle as the break did not work by which the front bumper damaged. With the help of others, I have pushed the vehicle on to the side and tried to start it. But it did not start. I have called the road side assistance number to get the help. One of the executive from maruti in amberpet has come and after checking the vehicle, he told the battery is discharged. He called the Exide shop person to get the spare battery and checked with it. The vehicle is started and removed the spare battery. That time, the Indicator of OIL LIGHT PRESSURE was flickering on the panel. I have asked the executive about why this oil light pressure indicator is flickering. He has informed that this is nothing to do with engine, he asked to change the battery and took the service charges of some Rs.400 and left.

                              Later I called the known person Mr.Rahul from Amaron batteries to change the battery. He came with new Amaron battery and replaced the old Exide battery. I have paid Rs.6000/- for the new battery in exchange with the old Exide battery in which one cell was not working. With new battery, he tried to start the vehicle, the vehicle was not starting. He has seen the Oil light pressure indicator and checked the oil level in the engine, he said the oil is too dark, needs to be changed, then he called Mr.Naresh in Malakpet showroom to send some executive and help me. After one hour, Mr. Alim ( [protected] ) has come and checked the vehicle. He told there is some engine damage, needs to be checked thoroughly in the workshop. Then we towed the vehicle to Malakpet workshop. There I have handed over the vehicle to Mr.Naresh and also asked to do the 3rd free servicing.

                              I went to the service center in the evening hours, they have informed that there is a under body damage, by which the oil is not supplied to the engine. They said I can claim insurance to get it done. I met Mr.Zubair and filled the insurance forms and logged complaint to the insurance toll free number. After which I left the place informing them to fix the problem at the earliest.

                              I went on 19th June to see what is happening to my vehicle as I did not get any information or update about my car. To my surprise, nothing is done to my vehicle. I have to talk to Mr.Naresh and Mr.Zubair to get the work done. Mr.Naresh informed that the insurance advisor has not visited and approved the claim. Then I had to call the Mr.Mrinal from Bajaj insurance advisor to know the reason for the delay. He said, he could not come to inspect the vehicle as it was bandh on that day.After two days, he called me and informed about the damage happened to the vehicle and the engine is damaged due to less supply of oil and the part broken. He said that the broken parts can be insured but the engine damage comes into consequential loss and the insurance will not pay for it. Then I explained him that this vehicle is under warranty till July 2013 and I had no difficulty in driving the vehicle till now. The day the vehicle was down on the road, we bought it to workshop. He said what ever the reason may be, the damage to the engine is not covered.

                              I have discussed with Mr.Naresh to understand the next step, he explained the damage is very big under the body, with which the steiner is broken and oil is not supplied to the engine. Due to this, the various parts in the engine have damaged. To open the engine and repair it fully, it will cost Rs.60,000/- and can be more. I need to pay in advance 50% of the payment.
                              By knowing this, I was thinking about this kind of major hit on under body was never happened after I have taken the vehicle. Small hits to the under body were happening when there were high height speed breakers which is common in our roads.

                              Then I spoke to Mr.Balu and Mr.Mrinal, totally failed in taking help from them.
                              After 10 days I have paid Rs.30,000/- to start the repair done for the vehicle.

                              I am not convinced by the reason given by the workshop manager and I requested him to give the condition of the vehicle in written so that I can take the opinion from others because the vehicle which is under warranty, the engine is down, need to change multiple parts in the engine and costing me more than Rs.60,000/-. He has refused to give anything in written about the condition and progress of the vehicle.

                              I have seen the under body damage happened to the vehicle in the workshop. My concern is, never I had such a major hit on the road which can damage the engine totally, more over I have given for servicing twice in begumpet branch, they have not informed anything about the condition of the engine. My suspicion is the major hit on under body which damaged the engine, is the old one as I was relating to the damage of the front right side running board. I requested Mr.Balu to come to malakpet workshop and explain about the existing running board damage, he refused to come and did not receive my calls.

                              Helplessly, I paid Rs.30,000/- to start the engine work which I am not at all convinced and totally dissatisfied with the kind of the service and responsibility shown towards me.

                              I sincerely request you all to look into this matter and give me in written what is the condition of my vehicle when I towed it to the workshop, what work they have done so far and what will be the final expected cost to fix it.

                              I also sincerely request you to help me in bearing the total repairing cost as it is under warranty till this month or exchange any other vehicle for this major damage, if it is not repairable completely and do the justification for the amount I paid to purchase this vehicle in last July 2012 from you.

                              I hope you understand my pain and dissatisfaction in purchasing the vehicle from you and do the needful in maintaining the trust of the customers towards your services.

                                Pickup Breakdown in Running

                                I am having SX4 ZDI from past two years ,initially its Turbo got Failed it was replaced with waranty at Hassan Venket Moters ,Autorasied Maruti delar ,but after that i am facing Pickup breakdown problem ( if we are going in 100 kmh suddenly it will come to 50kph-60kpm then if we switchoff igination and restart the engine then car will get pickup) in running condition consistentiy , many times i have shown it for Hassan Venket Moters but...

                                Sir,

                                I bought a second hand card form Popular Maruthi true Value,on June,2013.. In the booking form they clearly mentioned the vehicle only covered 56000 Kilometers .But when i gave it for general checkup the authorized service center informed us the same vehicle has been there for service at 69000 kilometers, one year back. So we are still incurring loss on servicing it as we don't know how much exact kilometers it has covered.

                                So kindly advice me on this legally.

                                hi mera naam sonu hai mai haryana ke panchkula ka rehne wala hun, maine do mahine pahle maruti dealers berkley panchkula se used alto car kharidi, berkley ne mujhe yeh bola tha ki car accidental nahi hogi, par baad mein woh car puri tarah accidental nikali, please aap hamen bataye ko hamen kaya karana chahiye consumer court jana chahiye ya nahi please help me.

                                  My name is CA Jatin Saini. I am residing in Rewari (Haryana). My complaint is against one of the Maruti Suzuki dealer APRA AUTO situated at Bawal Road, Rewari. A few days before, I got a call from the dealer for my second free service of my car Alto K10 having registration no HR36T5091. I went there tomorrow on 17th July 2013 (Wednesday) at 10.00 AM. My serial no. was 28. I asked the service person and he told me that i would be able to get the car only in evening at 6.00 pm. But at almost 12.30 in afternoon , i got the call that my car is ready. I was not able to go there so I send my younger brother to collect the car.Today in the morning I check the car and i was surprised to see that it was in the same condition as it was before service. They just wash the car from outside not even from inside. The interior was as dirty as it was before. When i drove the car, it was same as before the service. Now do tell me what is the use of service. How it is possible to service almost 28 cars in just 2.30 hrs. They not even inspect the car. I am a chartered accountant in practice and auditor of one of the Honda showroom and service center and i know that this is not exactly free service, service center get money from the company which is included in the billing price of the car. I am unsatisfied from APRA AUTO. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy a Maruti vehicle atleast from APRA AUTO.

                                  maruti cars — no good service

                                  my car swift which i have bought 9mnts back is under the following problem
                                  1.engine noise very high
                                  2.heavy smoke from the silencer
                                  3.rear dicky noise
                                  and many more problems and those people are saying this only can be done by filling cotton on the rear dicky...n the sevice manager is not attending the call too...

                                  weare decided to purchase new car in A.B.T Maruti showroom in mamablasaali trichy.we already take loan from ECB.To give check from A.B.T, That time we requst some deduction regarding accessries, r litte amount.but A.B.T Manger says (Mr.K.SRINIVAS)not responds properly.so we are not satisfy with ur manger service.i want immediate action.

                                  i had complained to the coustemer care of Maruthi regarding there D.S.A (Messers MSA motors) where i got my vehicle repaired dated 24/07/2008, there on i always get my vehicle serviced and repaired at rks motors nampally, but i am fedup of my complaints in my car i must have spent more then Rs 100000/-on repaire expences when ever i ask or complaint there i no solution which comes out of it.always we will be finding people who will be sheading there responsibilities.can this complaint of mine help me?

                                  This is in reference to your letter dated 23rd April 2010 with subject line parking of our ready vehicle DL-9C-N-6619. I want to inform you that I had already taken delivery of my vehicle on 25th April 2010 against job no. – 1000177, the delay was made due to unsatisfactory service provided by your service department. There were lots of discussions done with Mr. Malik (G.M Service) regarding pick-up, Engine overheating as well as high engine oil consumption which has to be done with in warranty.

                                  Thereafter my vehicle was released by your good-self on 25th April 2010 with instruction / advice from service department to drive it for 500 km and then thereafter come for checking. I drove my vehicle at around 200 km but still there is heating problem arises / comes in picture. After a 20 – 30 km of drive the A/c throwing hot air, again we are facing same problem as it was earlier, I had a doubt that it was not rectified / resolve by your service team.

                                  On 30th April 2010, I again received a call from your customer care call centre to confirm the satisfactory work done at their end and requested me to fill customer satisfactory form in their good turn. I totally denied her for satisfactory work and again request her to rectify the over heating problem of my car. Also when I drive a car on petrol there is some abnormal sound of crank shaft coming from engine side due to that vehicle took load on running / creating pick-up problem. The same problem was already explained to Mr. Malik but no rectification / satisfactory response delivered by their service department. Also there is problem in cleanliness, when I took delivery of my vehicle it was dirty from inside, which also had given very bad impression.

                                  It is mentioned in your letter that copy of job work sheet enclosed but we didn’t received any enclosure with your letter, kindly provide the same.

                                  I also received a letter with ref. No: MSIL: SER: CC: S[protected] dated 15th April 2010 from Mr. Pankaj Narula for the reply of feedback form. He had also given assurance and advising to call my vehicle to resolve the complaint to my satisfaction. Thereafter definitely I received a call from DD Motor call centre once as also mentioned above but after that no any respond coming from them.


                                  Sir, this case needs your intervenes for resolving the matter urgently.

                                  Service — Roads are not proper

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  Myself Ritesh staying at Agarwal Complex, near Vishu Mandir, Thankur Mall, just 15 mins from Dahisar Check Naka.

                                  I have come to stay at the above mentioned complex with my family. The place is nearby highway, and people who dont have any conveyance reach the bus-stop by walking from complex itself. After coming out from the complex there is a service road which is not proper, that is ok but when people come to highway they have to walk for 5 mins to reach the bus-stop. Road nearby highway is full of mud in rainy season so people have to walk on highway corner but vehicles like trucks, bikes which come from behind dont see that people are walking there and they run their vehicle very improperly so there is risk of accident there.

                                  Right from the Dahisar Check Naka to Vishnu Mandir Signal entire highway is full of traffic so people cant walk properly as there is risk of accident.

                                  Actually I should address this issue to the BMC but I dont know where to complain and even I dont have that very big time to visit the office of BMC.

                                  So if you people can do something in this issue then It will be a very big relaxation for we people.

                                  Your kind co-operation will highly be appreciated.

                                  Maruti Suzuki Dealer — unsatisfied car service

                                  This complains is against maruti Suzuki dealer “K P Automotive” in Jaipur city. My Car registration number is RJ - CG 7869. My car has some problem in clutch, gear box and in steering. I give my car to “K P Automotive” service center on 11/05/2011 and revert to me on next day 12/05/2011. It is full paid service and they charge 7616.00 Rs. for it. The bill no of this charge is BC 11002395. After 8 – 10 days same problem again occur. Then when I went to “K P Automotive” service center they say to me charge again for the same problem in car. When I told him that same car problem is resolved only just 8 -10 days before they give negative reply and they want to charge again for same problem.
                                  It is a bad service from a reputed company dealer in jaipur.
                                  I dont know whether this can be sorted out but i thought of informing the concern person.

                                    my husband purchased suzuki Access on 1-feb-2013 from swarget suzuki Pune.i have a done servicing twice & this 3rd servicing the showroom Engineers are saying that they cant find the exact problem in it. Now my vehicle is not getting started and it is in bhaiji suzuki showroom wakadewadi. It was even punctured 3 times and the mechanic said that the tube is very old because of that it is getting punctured frequently.                                     Motorcycle — where is my Motorcycle

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am

                                    A hero Honda Splendor was booked on 9th April from Allahabad railway station(bill no.H 664069).I was supposes to receive it by 12th of April,but no clue of bike yet on Aligarh station.When inquired at Allahabad station then told me that it was dispatched on 10th of April in Sangam Express.They told that it might have went on to final destination.
                                    Please help me find the location or status of my bike
