Sir,

I bought a second hand card form Popular Maruthi true Value,on June,2013.. In the booking form they clearly mentioned the vehicle only covered 56000 Kilometers .But when i gave it for general checkup the authorized service center informed us the same vehicle has been there for service at 69000 kilometers, one year back. So we are still incurring loss on servicing it as we don't know how much exact kilometers it has covered.

So kindly advice me on this legally.

hi mera naam sonu hai mai haryana ke panchkula ka rehne wala hun, maine do mahine pahle maruti dealers berkley panchkula se used alto car kharidi, berkley ne mujhe yeh bola tha ki car accidental nahi hogi, par baad mein woh car puri tarah accidental nikali, please aap hamen bataye ko hamen kaya karana chahiye consumer court jana chahiye ya nahi please help me.

    My name is CA Jatin Saini. I am residing in Rewari (Haryana). My complaint is against one of the Maruti Suzuki dealer APRA AUTO situated at Bawal Road, Rewari. A few days before, I got a call from the dealer for my second free service of my car Alto K10 having registration no HR36T5091. I went there tomorrow on 17th July 2013 (Wednesday) at 10.00 AM. My serial no. was 28. I asked the service person and he told me that i would be able to get the car only in evening at 6.00 pm. But at almost 12.30 in afternoon , i got the call that my car is ready. I was not able to go there so I send my younger brother to collect the car.Today in the morning I check the car and i was surprised to see that it was in the same condition as it was before service. They just wash the car from outside not even from inside. The interior was as dirty as it was before. When i drove the car, it was same as before the service. Now do tell me what is the use of service. How it is possible to service almost 28 cars in just 2.30 hrs. They not even inspect the car. I am a chartered accountant in practice and auditor of one of the Honda showroom and service center and i know that this is not exactly free service, service center get money from the company which is included in the billing price of the car. I am unsatisfied from APRA AUTO. I will never ever recommend anyone to buy a Maruti vehicle atleast from APRA AUTO.

    maruti cars — no good service

    my car swift which i have bought 9mnts back is under the following problem
    1.engine noise very high
    2.heavy smoke from the silencer
    3.rear dicky noise
    and many more problems and those people are saying this only can be done by filling cotton on the rear dicky...n the sevice manager is not attending the call too...

    Maruti Suzuki — Regarding service

    HI,
    weare decided to purchase new car in A.B.T Maruti showroom in mamablasaali trichy.we already take loan from ECB.To give check from A.B.T, That time we requst some deduction regarding accessries, r litte amount.but A.B.T Manger says (Mr.K.SRINIVAS)not responds properly.so we are not satisfy with ur manger service.i want immediate action.

    if i return my check to my bank, they take interest for that money means . i will go to next step.i need reply.

    Maruti — no proper service

    i have a omani car bearing registration no AP12G 8454 engine no 3870674 chassis number 888971
    i had complained to the coustemer care of Maruthi regarding there D.S.A (Messers MSA motors) where i got my vehicle repaired dated 24/07/2008, there on i always get my vehicle serviced and repaired at rks motors nampally, but i am fedup of my complaints in my car i must have spent more then Rs 100000/-on repaire expences when ever i ask or complaint there i no solution which comes out of it.always we will be finding people who will be sheading there responsibilities.can this complaint of mine help me?
    hope some thing comes out of it.?

    This is in reference to your letter dated 23rd April 2010 with subject line parking of our ready vehicle DL-9C-N-6619. I want to inform you that I had already taken delivery of my vehicle on 25th April 2010 against job no. – 1000177, the delay was made due to unsatisfactory service provided by your service department. There were lots of discussions done with Mr. Malik (G.M Service) regarding pick-up, Engine overheating as well as high engine oil consumption which has to be done with in warranty.

    Thereafter my vehicle was released by your good-self on 25th April 2010 with instruction / advice from service department to drive it for 500 km and then thereafter come for checking. I drove my vehicle at around 200 km but still there is heating problem arises / comes in picture. After a 20 – 30 km of drive the A/c throwing hot air, again we are facing same problem as it was earlier, I had a doubt that it was not rectified / resolve by your service team.

    On 30th April 2010, I again received a call from your customer care call centre to confirm the satisfactory work done at their end and requested me to fill customer satisfactory form in their good turn. I totally denied her for satisfactory work and again request her to rectify the over heating problem of my car. Also when I drive a car on petrol there is some abnormal sound of crank shaft coming from engine side due to that vehicle took load on running / creating pick-up problem. The same problem was already explained to Mr. Malik but no rectification / satisfactory response delivered by their service department. Also there is problem in cleanliness, when I took delivery of my vehicle it was dirty from inside, which also had given very bad impression.

    It is mentioned in your letter that copy of job work sheet enclosed but we didn’t received any enclosure with your letter, kindly provide the same.

    I also received a letter with ref. No: MSIL: SER: CC: S[protected] dated 15th April 2010 from Mr. Pankaj Narula for the reply of feedback form. He had also given assurance and advising to call my vehicle to resolve the complaint to my satisfaction. Thereafter definitely I received a call from DD Motor call centre once as also mentioned above but after that no any respond coming from them.


    Sir, this case needs your intervenes for resolving the matter urgently.

    Service — Roads are not proper

    Respected Sir,

    Myself Ritesh staying at Agarwal Complex, near Vishu Mandir, Thankur Mall, just 15 mins from Dahisar Check Naka.

    I have come to stay at the above mentioned complex with my family. The place is nearby highway, and people who dont have any conveyance reach the bus-stop by walking from complex itself. After coming out from the complex there is a service road which is not proper, that is ok but when people come to highway they have to walk for 5 mins to reach the bus-stop. Road nearby highway is full of mud in rainy season so people have to walk on highway corner but vehicles like trucks, bikes which come from behind dont see that people are walking there and they run their vehicle very improperly so there is risk of accident there.

    Right from the Dahisar Check Naka to Vishnu Mandir Signal entire highway is full of traffic so people cant walk properly as there is risk of accident.

    Actually I should address this issue to the BMC but I dont know where to complain and even I dont have that very big time to visit the office of BMC.

    So if you people can do something in this issue then It will be a very big relaxation for we people.

    Maruti Suzuki Dealer — unsatisfied car service

    This complains is against maruti Suzuki dealer “K P Automotive” in Jaipur city. My Car registration number is RJ - CG 7869. My car has some problem in clutch, gear box and in steering. I give my car to “K P Automotive” service center on 11/05/2011 and revert to me on next day 12/05/2011. It is full paid service and they charge 7616.00 Rs. for it. The bill no of this charge is BC 11002395. After 8 – 10 days same problem again occur. Then when I went to “K P Automotive” service center they say to me charge again for the same problem in car. When I told him that same car problem is resolved only just 8 -10 days before they give negative reply and they want to charge again for same problem.
    It is a bad service from a reputed company dealer in jaipur.
    I dont know whether this can be sorted out but i thought of informing the concern person.

      my husband purchased suzuki Access on 1-feb-2013 from swarget suzuki Pune.i have a done servicing twice & this 3rd servicing the showroom Engineers are saying that they cant find the exact problem in it. Now my vehicle is not getting started and it is in bhaiji suzuki showroom wakadewadi. It was even punctured 3 times and the mechanic said that the tube is very old because of that it is getting punctured frequently.       Motorcycle — where is my Motorcycle

      Dear Sir/Ma'am

      A hero Honda Splendor was booked on 9th April from Allahabad railway station(bill no.H 664069).I was supposes to receive it by 12th of April,but no clue of bike yet on Aligarh station.When inquired at Allahabad station then told me that it was dispatched on 10th of April in Sangam Express.They told that it might have went on to final destination.
      Please help me find the location or status of my bike

        I have taken this bike 6 months back in winter till june it was normal servicing and normal drive , to my shock the moment rains started AIR Filter is getting water in it . when I checked up with DOBRO guys at Hyderabad where normally is give for servicing , mechanics said yes this problem is their for all vehicles , even in small rains your air filter will get filled up with water since water start coming from back wheel while vehicle is in running and suddenly vehicle would stop and you are forced to change air filter every time which cost 's you around 100+ service charges for changing. I earlier believed that Japanese are fair guys since I am also having activa which has a wonderful service and no issue of this kind so for last 5 years, I thought for Suzuki also. but this guys are seems to be the cheats who don't even inform customer or get the issue rectified. if by any chance Suzuki guys are seeing this pls take my vehicle back and refund my money by deducting 6 months depreciation.
        Same problem experienced. Only solution is to equipped yourself with tools and then skilled to open up dicki and clean the airfilter.No need to replace it. If service center force to replace air filter means they are taking opportunity to earn more.

        low mileage

        i have suzuki access 125 with a model of 2011. i had got a mileage problem of 20 kmpl. i had shown to service center and many other many mechanics, but the problem not solved.
        sir will you please suggest me what will i do??
        I am Looking for mudgaurd modify options for rear because engine was got fully Stuck with mud in rainy season. Its back body is exposed Faulty model.there is option available to drain water in Air filter through valve but these also stuck up with mud.

          I own a Wagon R Lxi purchased in Feb-2012. By now I have driven 10900 km and for the last 4-5 days I have noticed that with AC on the pick even in the 1st and 2nd gear has decresed drastically. Also even at speed of 70-80 km/ hour the accelerator don't really pick up if I release it and then press. I am taking it to the sevice center tomorrow. Let's see what the Maruti workshop has to say about that..

          Also since starting I have been experiencing problems with self start. It takes 1 second or 2 before the engine starts many a times. I complained about it on all the 3 services and then at 3rd service they said the problem is with stereo (which was installed at the time of purchase by Maruti guys). They kept the vehicle for another one day and said that stereo has been replaced and you wont experience the problem again. Few days went by and the problem reoccured. I complained this with Maruti and they called next day and told we will follow-up with this problem. It has been a month and I am still waiting for their follow-up.

            I have purchased Alto800 CNG LXI and as it was committed by Maruti and Bagga link (Dealer) it is passed with 5 Seater( 5 seater also mentioned in my Insurance paper by Bagga Link Itself, many website, Maruti Brochure).

            But when I got the RC it was mentioned 4. after various followup with Maruti/Dealer it was communicated that vehicle passed with 4 Capacity by ISO/Certification Body.

            Many Time I have requested them as it was a case of Misleading Advertisement given by you, so please take up this with higher authority in their organization but they have directly denied to do anything or take back the car.

            Now I have only the way to get my money back from them in response to their behaviors towards their customer.

                Dear Sir/Mam,

                One week back i gave my car for service to the local Bangalore car garage. During the examination of the car the mechanic told me which problems the car had and how much the repair would cost. On the second day of servicing the car i gave to the mechanic 20 thousand rupees (which was 7 thousand rupees more, than discussed the first day) for the purchased spare parts. The third day he called me again and told, that he needs another almost 20 thousand for purchasing the remaining parts. I gave him only 10 thousand and 6 remained in balance. On the final day of servicing i came to take my car and also asked for the bills for all the spare parts bought. And i got some funny fake papers with no stamp or signature with some awkward prices. I refused to pay the remaining amount. With the bill i went to another shop and asked what is the original price of these parts. To my complete surprise that mechanic decided to charge me twice more than the actual price of all the spare parts and mechanic's work all together. I demanded for the original bills and got some silly excuses. Moreover, not all the work that he promised to do was done. Door connection is not fixed, AC is not fixed at all. The owner of the garage also refuses to solve the problem and return the money. Please advise on how i can return the overpaid amount.
                Feel awful and angry after being cheated so meanly.

                oh, the second i would do with pleasure myself if i were a man... How badly i wanted to make a mashed potatoes from his face the time he was standing and lieing to me impudently as if i am a dumber. Actually this hurts even more than money i've lost.

                  I had service my Maruti Ritz LDi on 15th June 2013 at Pandit Automobiles, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.
                  I was getting issues with my car central locking from long time. So, during my car service i told them
                  to repair my car Central locking. I also paid amount for this, but after 2 - 3 Hrs i found that my car central
                  is totally out of service even i am getting issues in entry in car with Key. All of the 4 door locks are not synchronized.
                  After two days i.e. 17th June 2013 i found that there are stains of white color on whole Car body that happen due
                  to improper rubbing. Sir/Madam i am in Noida till 28 th June and i 'll back to Yamuna Nagar, Haryana on
                  29th June. I have no hope that they will repair my Central locking and remove these white color stains
                  at free of Cost. Sir/Madam please escalate this complaint on my behalf to Maruti Suzuki about the poor
                  services provide by Pandit Automobile, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

                  SUZUKI RITZ COMPLAINTS — PERFORMANCE

                  I BOUGHT A RITZ FROM INDUS ON SEPTEMBER 2009, ON MY 3RD SERVICE AT KAKANAD COCHIN INDUS, I HAD COMPLAIN OF A STARTING TROUBLE FOR THE VECHILE. AFTER SERVICE I FOUND THAT THE VECHILE HAS LOST ITS POWER COMPLETELY AND WAS NOT ACCELERATING AT ALL.THE SERVICE ENGINEER ASKED ME TO RIDE IT FOR 2 MORE DAYS AND SEE. BUT THERE WAS NO CHANGE. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD CLEANED THE IGNITION COIL AND SPARK PLUGS. THE MILAGE OF THE VECHILE REDUCED ALONG WITH THE PICKUP. THE STARTING TROUBLE STILL CONTINUES. THERE IS A VIBRATION WHEN THE VECHILE IS IDLE CONDATION.

                  Why I took Ritz was due to its shear power and mileage. Now I am not able to over take with confidence, even if you accelerate the car won’t move forward as before. I am totally desolate seeing the performance of the new vehicle. The Initial and passing acceleration has gone down.

                  I had given my car for servicing last monday i.e 23-aug-2010, there was only one scratch seen by me and the supervisor but at the time of delivery ther was another scratch on the back bumper. now they are not commiting there mistake.

                  Greetings to you sir. I am so happy and riding comfortably with little unsatisfaction of New Wagon R on[protected]. Maruthi
                  wagon R was home delivered by Mr.Murugan, Karaikudi. At this time I found that IP Integrated push type cup holder not fit to the car.
                  In the first service I submitted the problem to Solaimalai Automobiles PVT Ltd., at Madurai. But they were not rectified the problem still.Even thoug I have ABT Maruthi Sevice Centre at Karaikudi, Solaimalai Automobliles will do better service than the local. I spent my precious time and petrol to Madurai. The service is very poor and not responding the customer.

                  respected sir/madum,
                  i hereby want to complaint the incomplete service done bi the dealer,i have many problems in my car and the dealer is nt working the car properly.there are many noice in my car ,i have been tellin the dealer about the noice problems in my car from the 1st service till nw it has been nt solved,i repend now why i went to maruti brand.if ths continues i will file a petition in the consumer forum against the dealer and the companey.

                  i want to complain about the dealer over charging to the customer by the name of logistics charges. if the company is charging amount for at showroom price why dealer are charging us for logistics charges.

                    Dear MSIL(i dont know whom this mail will go to so i am addressing in this manner),

                    I am one of your small customer who waited for 6 months to buy a Maruti Swift VDI in 2011/12 (MH 14 DF 1933) and got it delivered on 28th Feb 2012. I completed all services as required and always on time with changes as desired by "My Car _wakad" service team. Car has done a running of 28,000 km till date with last servicing after one year being again done at "My Car _wakad" with a bill of ~Rs.22k in May 2013.

                    Now, this car which got serviced in May 2013 at My car with issued related to coolant (same can be seen on job card and bill) is koncked off on Mumbai Agra Highway ~15 km from Nashik (small town in Maharashtra).

                    Car is stoped due to :

                    1. Engine overheating (surprisingly overheat indicator not showing reading correctly).

                    2. When Maruti On raod service team arrives they say "It has happened since coolant is all over, due to coolant pipe breakage". They say that coolant pipe has been tinckered with by some one.

                    3. Now this car goes to again one more nearest MSIL authorized dealership "Shaan Automotive" as per him either MSIL or My Car Wakad Pune has to bear all expense whatever comes in.

                    4. MSIL refuses and MY car says they didnt do anything wrong??? So its assumed that a customer who has not even got a changeover of perfume outside autjorized service centre decided to break coolant pipe and run his car with that risk on a highway with a family for 340 km crossing 14 ghats, goign for death funeral of cousin uncle unable to reach on time and funeral being over.

                    I am attaching all pictures and estimates of damage caused by this stupid mistake of MSIL or My Car Wakad leading to me traveling in rain on a scooter for 21 days, not havig car when my wife gives birth to a child and again reaching late.

                    Finally i got car from Nasik after paying bill of ~Rs.95,000/-????

                    I have crossed all my limits of frustration and absolutlely have no idea to do what. I am writing this mail and after this i will take it to consumer forum in a weeks time.

                    If any of you have any idea on whose fault it is and who should not only bear expenses but apologized to me and my family who have gone through all his trouble , let me know.

                    I need an answer and that too quickly now.

                    Maruti Suzuki — Faulty and improper Repair job

                    Dear Sir
                    I had purchased an Esteem Vxi, bearing registration no. MH 13 N 9788 from your True Value outlet in Solapur,Achal Automobiles last yr.
                    This year in June I had a minor accident of the car and since the car was insured under Maruti Insurance I gave it to the same dealer for repair work.The car was given back to me after one and a half month after making numerous calls and when I received the car back there were many problems like the steering was not balanced ,car stereo was not working which I brought to the notice of concerned person,one Mr. Sachin immediately.I was told to bring the car back and to get the problems rectified.
                    Now its been about two months and 5-6 visits to the workshop but the central locking and the rear speakers and woofer of Sony Explod make are still not functional.Though they were very much working perfectly when I had given the car for repairing.
                    The incharge there says that these can not be repaired in their workshop because their mechanics does not know how to repair it and I should get it done from outside.Today I gave the car again to them and they say that the central locking has been repaired but the woofer and rear speakers can not be repaired. I even asked them to get it repaired at their known workshop or give me the address so I can get it repaired but they are not ready to listen.They went on to say that these things were not working when I had given the car for repairing and such damages can not occur at the workshop.Does that imply that I am lying about these things? I am a doctor by profession and need not resort to such cheap tactics.

                    i had one maruti omni from last 3 yrs, in dec.09 i sold it and booked new omni at choghule industries pvt ltd, pune but when i know maruti launches new eeco model , i told dealer to transfer booking towards eeco 7 seater standard , .that time they tell me that i have to bear 5750 against cancellation of invoice,.my first quiestion is , is that official ? that time i agree with them and finalize eeco on 27 jan. 10.and they told me to wait for 1 month for delivery. up to that date i paid 125000 against booking but now at 25 march dealer send letter for their safety , saying estimated time of your vehicle delivery is may be 150 days. i discuss with them and request them by saying , i already in loss by time and by money too, for that you please cancel
                    my cancellation charges and do the needful. but dealer said this is not in our hand , maruti saying us
                    my problem is, i have no returns even if i paid Rs.125000 from more than 2 months, and not any help from dealer( as a customer point of view ) please do the needful. thanks

                      my car is on chwgule shoroom in pune katrj my car running is 52000 my car is in warrenty period warrenty no is[protected] so the chogule shoroom is no take me warrenty is give money because my car gair oil change two time first is 30877 running & 2 is 42530 so second oil change is no show in car histroy the shorrom manager is give oil chang reset but my recet is gool of my mistake so is no take mi warrenty so i hope you wiil givemi warrenty

                        Greeting,

                        I have been forced to write this mail, considering the parts installed in my vehicle are not genuine nor Company fitted spares& services received from your Maruti Suzuki Car, I carry Vehicle Eeco 7 Seated Car with Vehicle No MH43- AL 2192 delivered to me on June 2012.

                        Before Purchase:

                        We have also installed A/C & CNG as suggested by Zoaib & SAKSHI marketing head at Fort Point – Mahim location Mumbai. It was communicated to us that if we get fitted from Maruti Authorized service center, all original parts & spares would be installed and the fitting would also be as factory fitting as Maruti other car have. We accepted their proposal and went forward to install both of these, before collecting the Car & hence had paid the payment well in advance.

                        Problem In car:

                        The real problem started from the very next day after receiving the delivery of the vehicle (CAR). Both the newly installed A/C & CNG stopped functioning; hence we had no other option other than to inform the marketing team at Fort point. After their suggestion we have send the CAR back to them for necessary rectification. This took almost 3 -4 days.

                        In this entire span of 1 year, the car was send to service center for not less than 8- 9 times for these problems only. Either A/ C is not working or CNG not working. We could hardly use Car for a longer run as there was a regular failure of either of these.

                        Expert Advice:

                        Last time when we faced the problem which was in the month of April 2013, we had to take an expert advice on the vehicle, just to understand why such frequent problem in the CAR.

                        Received update from other service center was a shocking, The A/C fitted in the car was not of SUBROS a Maruti genuine A/C, we were also shocked the way the cables & other connections were fitted as this was not the standard fitting of Maruti.

                        We then send the car back to authorized service center for rectification of the A/C which is still not functional properly.

                        Concern:

                        We feel like we have been cheated by the company, for not installing the Original Maruti A/C. Kindly get the Orginal A/C in our vehicle – SUBROS along with extended warranty as there was a regular failure of the A/C

                        Kindly rectify the same & response at the earliest……..

                          My car Maruti Wagon R is factory fitted CNG model 2012, but at the time of denting painting at maruti service center, cng compliance plate was removed during repairing. But now CNG Station people say that from 1st June 2013 CNG will not be given to the vehicle without cng compliance plate. i am contacting Maruti Suzuki for last 1 month but after several reminders Maruti Suzuki pepole denied me to provide genuine CNG Compliance Plate in their mail. They are offering me fit a local CNG Compliance Plate in my car, but i asked them to provide genine CNG Compliance Plate, I am attaching you Local and genuine CNG Compliance Plates.                             I have had one of the worst buying experience from an authorised dealer of Maruti Suzuki. The sales guy just does not want to give me time to think and wants me to pay him the money immediately. The loan amount has been disbursed to him and I have paid a booking amount of Rs. 10,000/-. He wants me to pay him the remaining amount before the 31st of this month. I want to think on the accessories that I want and discuss at home.

                              I have bought a brand new Swift Dzire on 24th Nov 2010, and after taken the car from 2nd service from Kapico Motors chennai (15th May 2011), (they have replaced the clutch assy), the car's orginiality and feel of the drive has gone, after serveral escalations Maruti has replaced the following spares
                              1) Clutch assy (2nd Time)
                              2) all the 5 tyers
                              3) Suspension (twice) part of the assy has been billed to me
                              4) More than the spares, the car would have been to their chennai MSM service centre atleat for 50 times, still the problem perists,

                              Low pickup, not able to rotate steering wheel freely, the feel of the drive has gone, and unable to drive it freely.

                              Every time i escalate this to Maruti they are asking us to bring the car, do a test drive and will say that the car is ok and not to compare with other cars or of same model ( we bought aroung 6 cars of same model through our company).

                              I have suffered in the last 2 years with this car and not able to enjoy the ride.

                              Need to log a complaint with the consumer court.

                              i am a serving defence officer.I have a Esteem Lxi HR01 S 9253, which was given for repairs at Coral motors Bareilly U.P in the last week of Jan 09. However no repair work commenced on the car till the second week of Mar 09. The repairs have just commenced and the progress is very slow.The attitude of the dealer is very callous and lame excuses have been given for the inordinate delay.

                              This is subject to inform you that I have visited DD Motors Maya Puri Branch for my car no DL3C AW 3492 regarding 4th & Paid service on 30th March 2010.
                              In the morning i was standing in queue for service advisor to attend me but i got surprised that no body has attend me.I personally went to the security guard and asked him who is the concern person and thn after 15 min one service advisor came to me & thn he has given me estimate of Rs5500/-.
                              He called me up and informed me that i will not be able to attend you for vehicle delivery so pls meet Mr Hasan.
                              At 6.30 pm i visited maya puri service station and got to know that no body is intrested to attend the cust.I feel so bad that how come they ignore the customer.
                              I met Mr Hasan and he told me that you need to pay Rs 6550/-instead of the respective estimate given by service advisor and payment has been paid by me Rs6550/- without any question.
                              Around 7.30 pm i picked up my car & came back to home... on the very next morning i have seen & noticed that my car was still in the same old and messy condition , there is not a 1% sign of cleaness.I have been paid for it but the desired work has not been completed and i felt that somebody has cheated me.The quality of service was so bad & worst and totally not upto the mark.
                              I never expeted that Maruti could be provided this type of services to the customers.I decided,in future i will not visit or purchase any type of vehicle produced by maruti.

                                When went to finalize the car, the car was not ready for final test drive, the Sales man refused to offer the above pricing, The Showroom manager was ruthless and not even bothered to ensure and offer any good language to his colleque, Even the area Manager promissed to come donw personally to home and sort the problem, havent heard anything back from them..

                                Such dealership who has Price Integrity and are not customer friendly should be stopped and banned.

                                looking forward for awareness on for Shivam Autozone..Kindly dont deal with such dealers..

                                  THE CAR WAS PURCHASED & REGISTERED IN JANUARY 2013 FROM SAI SERVICE AGENCY PVT. LTD.

                                  THE FIRST TIME THE CAR DID NOT STAR WAS ON 16/03/3013 WHEN I WAS TRYING TO RETURN FROM MY WORK. I HAD TO CALL THE HELPLINE SERVICE & THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED IN ALMOST 2 HRS.

                                  THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURED ON 8/05/2013. AFTER THE CAR WAS NOT USED FOR 3 DAYS.

                                  INSPITE OF REPEATEDLY TELLING THEM TO REPLACE THE BATTERY WITH A NEW ONE THEY ARE FINDING EXCUSES & DELAYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                  THE RAINY SEASON IS NEARING & THIS IS ALARMING THAT THE CAR WILL CREATE NEW PROBLEMS.

                                  THE DOORS OF THE CAR ARE ALSO GIVING PROBLEM WHEN CLOSING THEY HAVE TO BE SHUT HARD SOMETIMES.

                                  I HAVE SPENT ALMOST 10 LACS OF RUPEES TO BUY THIS CAR.!!!!!!!!

                                  first the compressor f the AC of the car was choked and i was told that it wud be replaced and on the very next day another problem occured in the Car as the power window were not working , the window dint moved while the button was pressed .

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I own a Suzuki access 125cc on 1st March 2011, from MIDAS, ATM Motors Pvt Ltd, Malakpet, Hyderabad and got all the services done from Ibays Motorcycles Pvt Ltd., Somajiguda, Hyderabad[protected].
                                    I had a problem with the engine, which gives lot of sound, started after the 1st service. When I complained about the same, they said they rectified that and that will not reoccur. But I have been facing the same problem, I have been told that this is a minor problem and will be corrected during the next servicing. I have been believing them all the while though I was not fully satisfied with the vehicle. Recently, when I went for the 9th servicing, I again complained about the same problem, this time the sound from the engine was much more, they now say that there is a major problem with the engine and the cost of the repairing would be more than Rs.12,000/- (need not to say that the warranty period has been completed recently after the 8th service)
                                    Let me also say that in all these 2 years I have travelled only a little over 13000 Kms. I feel that I have been cheated by not telling me the truth about the faulty engine during the warranty period and was told one the warranty period is over though I have been getting the services done from Ibays Motorcycles Pvt Ltd., Had I been told about the engine fault before the warranty period I would have saved lot of expenses.
                                    I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and help me out to get the problem resolved at the earliest and get the repair done from the company only.
                                    Looking forward for a positive action and early reply.
