I own a Suzuki access 125cc on 1st March 2011, from MIDAS, ATM Motors Pvt Ltd, Malakpet, Hyderabad and got all the services done from Ibays Motorcycles Pvt Ltd., Somajiguda, Hyderabad[protected].
I had a problem with the engine, which gives lot of sound, started after the 1st service. When I complained about the same, they said they rectified that and that will not reoccur. But I have been facing the same problem, I have been told that this is a minor problem and will be corrected during the next servicing. I have been believing them all the while though I was not fully satisfied with the vehicle. Recently, when I went for the 9th servicing, I again complained about the same problem, this time the sound from the engine was much more, they now say that there is a major problem with the engine and the cost of the repairing would be more than Rs.12,000/- (need not to say that the warranty period has been completed recently after the 8th service)
Let me also say that in all these 2 years I have travelled only a little over 13000 Kms. I feel that I have been cheated by not telling me the truth about the faulty engine during the warranty period and was told one the warranty period is over though I have been getting the services done from Ibays Motorcycles Pvt Ltd., Had I been told about the engine fault before the warranty period I would have saved lot of expenses.
I request you to kindly look into the matter seriously and help me out to get the problem resolved at the earliest and get the repair done from the company only.

Maruti Suzuki — Faulty and improper Repair job
Dear SirI had purchased an Esteem Vxi, bearing registration no. MH 13 N 9788 from your True Value outlet in Solapur,Achal Automobiles last yr.
This year in June I had a minor accident of the car and since the car was insured under Maruti Insurance I gave it to the same dealer for repair work.The car was given back to me after one and a half month after making numerous calls and when I received the car back there were many problems like the steering was not balanced ,car stereo was not working which I brought to the notice of concerned person,one Mr. Sachin immediately.I was told to bring the car back and to get the problems rectified.
Now its been about two months and 5-6 visits to the workshop but the central locking and the rear speakers and woofer of Sony Explod make are still not functional.Though they were very much working perfectly when I had given the car for repairing.
The incharge there says that these can not be repaired in their workshop because their mechanics does not know how to repair it and I should get it done from outside.Today I gave the car again to them and they say that the central locking has been repaired but the woofer and rear speakers can not be repaired. I even asked them to get it repaired at their known workshop or give me the address so I can get it repaired but they are not ready to listen.They went on to say that these things were not working when I had given the car for repairing and such damages can not occur at the workshop.Does that imply that I am lying about these things? I am a doctor by profession and need not resort to such cheap tactics.
