i have a-star car 2010 model.almost 1 year before i was faced sever problam related the un proper work of fuel pump.i went to company agency to solve it but company mechanic just cleaned injectors and fule line and charged me[protected]rs at the place of replace defected pumpwithin the tank.due to unreliable checking and diagnose now i am suffering with same problem.before now when i was complaint about my car was under warranty period.but now two year warranty expired that part become left its work.due to bad service now i m suffering mently ,physicly and financialy.if company took seriously my complaint at that time and replaced their bad and defected part then now i could not suffered too much.so company should replace their bad part without charges(witch almost 7000rs) because i ma not gulty.i have done all services from company aggencies and acoording ti their recomendations but after that i have lose due to bad diagnose and bad service provided by maruty suzuki,s immature mechanics

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is to regarding of Maruti Suzuki Ritz VDI, Model - 2003, Car No. PB08 CJ 7374, Chassis No. MA3FDEB1S00432834, Engine NO. 2047616 sold by lovely auto, jalandhar on 31th March, 2003. But within 3-4 days on the highway it has missed the engine between 60-70 Km speed. It my luck i was save because there are not any followed vehicle. it was repaired by dealer and assured me there will not arise any major problem in future. but after 7-8 days suddenly rain was raining with heavy air with dust and my front shield glass had hidden with dust and when i have stared the wiper of car i found that making very heavy noise. again i have communicated to concern service station they detected that there are problem in the front shield glass and there are not any other possibility without replacement of front shield glass to run wiper due to defect in the front shield glass. On this ground of fault i have decline to take this car and complaint against this issue to Maruti Suzuki and told them to replace my car but i have not get the proper response from Maruti Suzuki. Concern service center had communicated and short this problem and with replacement of the front shield glass with my acceptance and again assured me now i will not face any problem in future but front shield glass was not fixed properly therefore again they have to refixed within 10 to 15 days after that i have visited 5-6 time to them with different problem faced the car. i have also mailed regarding this to ceo of lovely auto as well as to maruti suzuki. maruti suzuki complain no. [protected]

    on the ground of defective piece of car i want the replacement of my car or my money.

    i have also attached the supporting document regarding transparency of matter.

    Maruti Suzuki — Defects in vehicle

    Sir,
    I have purchased SX-4 Maruti, Chasis No. 135936 and Engine No. 1359862 and temp. reg. No. PB 29A temp[protected] on 27th of May 2008.
    I had serviced the vehicle as per normal norms of 30 days or 1000km from Rohan Motors Noida. I had explained to them while servicing please pay particular attention to:-
    Gear functioning and clutch operation since are very stiff and hard
    The indicator system etc.

    The vehicle was thus with me being used for approx 10 km a day.
    But on 8th of July we had to go for some function approx 4o km each way.
    This was having trafic movement at very slow snarl speed and thus there was excessive usage of CLUTCH minimum for two minutes to three minutes at a stretch. This was on our way back at approximately 1 am at night.

    While we were half way through our vehicle started giving problem on acceleration and there was difficulty in movement of gears. We reported the matter on telephone to Maruti Toll free number. Your people came after 1 hour without giving any solution to the problem since they told that "Clutch is not functioing" so vehicle requires towing and left us on the road. Ultimately the vehilce was towed by private agency to whom we paid Rs. 1500/- and it was handed over to M/s Rohan Motors, Noida on 9th July at 9 am.

    To our surprise it was told that CLUTCH is not functioing and along with it frywheel etc. also requires changing.

    The cost will be approximately Rs. 15, 000/-.

    We told him this should be the vehilce is brand new only 1 month old it should be covered under WARRANTY or You should cover it through insurance as the vehicle is having comrehensive insurance.

    To our surprise it was told that nothing can be done since these things are not covered under warranty or Insurance.

    Thus, you have to pay.

    I am expecting my vehicle only on 14th/15th July 2008.

    THIS IS VERY UNJUST AND YOU MUST LOOK INTO THIS.

    Since one week, i am suffering lot of extra noise in cabin. whenever I gave race some eco sound is comes along with the engine race sound. I am so errated of these kind of noise in my cabin.
    I am listening radio previously on volume 9, and now I am listening it on volume 11. If I ready to listen on volume 11 then my headache is started. Or if I stop the music then I again Car Cabin Noise is disturbing.

    Yesterday I visited to DD-MOTORS but service advisor said that only maruti engineer will reactify that problem!, now you tell me still I am sitting in noisy cabin, how can I drive the Vehicle. My vehicle is swift zxi, and I hope it's top model.

    So solve my problem as soon as possbile

    Maruti Suziki Omini — No replacement against defective piece

    The Vehicle purchased 18th July 2009 since that 3rd day at the time of buying this vechicle given the problem. we are so many times writtern to company & dealer, this vechicle is not safe to drive & due to No proper result could get on road, hence it is learnt there is major problem
    In the machine. Dealer failed to got repairs last 8 to 10 times; hence we faced lot of difficulties. i am also given the mail to contactmaruti.co.in.in but not reply from company.(Maruti Omini of passing No MH-20 BC 8213 )

    Now new vehicle last 3 months lying in pagariya auto aurangabad & Nashik in under observation. but still no response from dealer & company for replacement. in last visit of shri vikrant sing sir (Maruti Area Sales Manager) he promised to us if it is same problem create then vikrant arranging for replacement but not till date satisfactory to customer & not response to customer from dealer & company

    I purchased a zen estilo car on 31-08-11. from the second service i told them there is noise coming on slow speed breaking they have done total 8 time experiment on my car still they want to do experiment why should i allow them as its not a second hand car its not a maruti company's R&D vehical. i have entire communication on mail for the proof. Please help as they are daily harassing to me by phone.
    I also face the same problem of notice in car.I purchased car on 30 august .
    Sales person told me that it is minor problem and he is practicing from last two days.

      At the time of starting i Have facing big problem that is vomiting and bed smell in diesel swift.some time bed smell comes inside A.C.

      Maruti Suzuki — low ac performance

      i have purchased maruti on march 2008 but am unable to feel the ac as it is no effective. i have contacted the dealer they play like "IT IS OK"...

        I had purchased a Zen Estilo true value car from Beekay Auto Pvt Ltd( NH-2 Chanda More, P.O.: Kalipahari, Asansol on 9th June 2012 against voucher No. : 1861. Though I had paid a amount of Rs. 3,000/- on behalf of my blue book/ Registration they have not handed over my Blue Book Still date and moreover demanding a additional amount of Rs. 3,500/-( Three Thousand Five Hundred)?.

          Sir,
          I am an owner of Maruti wagon R. It had an accident near ponkunnam on october 3, 2012.I have insurance. Following that, i took it to the Cheppumpara Maruti service station. It was my driver who took my car back after service, as i was not at home. Later on it was noticed that the number plate, dust guards, one side beading were missing from it which was there before accident. I made this into the notice of Mr. Shibu - the work manager of Cheppumpara Maruti station, Mr. Thomas and Mr. Alex the other co workers. Later i took my car back to the station on his word that it will be fixed .But he insulted me on reaching there and said I’ll have to pay additional for that. I am a maruti user for the last 15 years and this is the first time that I am receiving such a humiliation from Maruti.
          I kindly request to the related authorities to take necessary actions to solve this and also teach those workers of yours about the trust we , people are having on Maruti, so that they won't repeat their misbehaving anymore in future.

            Complaint against maruti suzuki fort point thane:
            Registered vehicle MH03 BE 8437 purchased from maruti suzuki fort point at thane. Car delivered on 9th June 2012 with blue tooth installed (maruti nippon) on request by customer. Customer complained on 10th June about blue tooth not functioning properly - no sound output. Problem fixed on 14th June.
            Problem recurred in Nov 2012. Customer complained once again and was told that problem will be fixed when car goes for second service in Dec 2012.
            At the time of servicing in Dec, customer was informed that Maruti Nippon will come to residence and fix the problem.
            A week later in Dec 2012 a representative of Maruti Nippon came and verified that problem exists but needs to be resolved by the dealer directly. Customer informed fort point thane immediately - no action was taken and no resolution was achieved.
            Customer called fort point again in Apr 2013. This time fort point reassured customer and sent engineer over on 26th Apr 2013. Once again engineer verified that problem exists as aux cable or pin is faulty and needs to be replaced - engineer filed report with his comments and customer feedback. Fort point informs customer that technician will visit on 4th May. Technician sent without proper address and does not make it to customer residence. Customer made two calls to fort point customer service thane informing them of the situation. Still no resolution of the problem.

            Suggested resolution: Customer would like a full refund of the amount paid for the blue tooth installed in the vehicle.

            Worst possible post-sales service ever! A nightmare for any customer!

            Fort Point — part not working

            We purchase Hondas Pleasure in 23 March 2012.

            After its first servicing Speedometer is not workig properly.

            We went to service center but they didn't solve the problem.
            Almost 1 months continuestly we went to service center but result is not possible. Part is not availablem

              this is in reference to the service which i got done from Akhansha
              Automobiles Distt Rudrapur Uttrakhand .i bought new swift vdi in
              december 2012.I am a regular customer of Akansha Automobiles ,as one
              of the reputed company but now time has changed.maruti is now cheating
              and doing fraud to their customers through false services I am facing
              problem since december 2012 now there was major problem in my steering
              & noise cums from engine & steering and i had given for servicing two
              times in a month & they have charged money of Rs 7000 in a month but
              problem is not resolve ...after making continuous complaint but no
              resopnse i am not able to get favorable response.hence u r kindly
              requested to plz look into the matter on Top priorty otherwize i will
              publish this matter to Amar ujala local news paper in uttrakhand..

                Dear Team, i have purchased the new car ALTA K10 VXI,from the maruti authrised dealer wonup motors,Alambagh,Lucknow uttar Pradesh. on 18th April-2013.
                and i have handedover to him my old Alto car which price desided by dealer as 150000/-

                But till now i have not recived my INVOICE, INSURANCE, and TRUE VALUE CERTIFICATE OF my old vehicle.
                I have many time follow ups with dealer but he is not entertained to my problem,when i have go to his dealer dealership and would want to GM/Owner of showroom,that staff are repelled, im sorry my sir could not meet to each customer.

                please suggest if any mishapening done in my vehicle then who will responsible for that?
                pls suggest what should we do on this scenarioo.

                  I purchased a new Maruti Ritz VDI on 19 January 2013 from MG Motors Alwar , Rajasthan. My car Reg. No is RJ02CB6774. From very first day my vehicle is producing black smoke and I informed in showroom that time. They suggested me it will automatically remove in first service. After first service the problem was same.Then I again made complaint in second service but now the service-centre demanded money to resolve the problem.I paid 2255 Rs. extra but the problem didnt resolve.I approached many times to the dealer but they started ignoring my problem.I made many complaints to Head Office Maruti Suzuki New Delhi and Gurgaon but all in vain. Kindly see the matter personally and make arrangements to sortout my problem and if it is manufacturing fault then the product must be replaced.

                    SUB : MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE NEW SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE MODEL GS-150R

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have purchased Suzuki Motor Cycle from you bearing Frame No. MB8NG49ALC8111891, Engine No. G[protected] per your Tax Invoice No. VS/01665 dated 10.11.2012. The vehicle was duly covered under Insurance vide Bharti AXA General Insurance Company Ltd under Policy No. FTW/S0747743/D1/11/M1D11M. The vehicle's Registration No. from RTO is still to be received. The way the Motorcycle was malfunctioning as per the datewise details given below, anybody can conclude that the vehicle has a major Manufacturing defect, which the engineers at your Nagpur Dealer and your area Representative are also unable to put the vehicle in order.

                    I wish to bring to your notice that within one month from the date of purchase of the vehicle, the Engineers at your dealer M/s. Rishikesh Motors Pvt Ltd had dismantled the engine and inspite of all their efforts miserably failed in locating the fault. The photographs of the dismantled engine are enclosed for your ready reference. The Service Representative and Workshop Manager had verbally informed that the vehicle is beyond repairs and also assured to try their level best to deliver a new vehicle in lieu of the defective motorcycle in question.

                    It is pertinent to note that on my level I have tried my best to know the actual defect in the vehicle sold to me, however, unfortunately none from your dealers staff as well as your area representative have disclosed the true facts. It may kindly be noted that I have even sent an application under Right to Information Act, fully knowing that your dealer is out of purview of the RTI Act, even then I could not get any details about the fault in the vehicle.

                    You would appreciate that I am a customer and I have every right to know the problem with the new vehicle purchased by me. I had not asked for any confidential details from your dealer’s staff but I fail to understand as why they are so frightened to inform me the nature of manufacturing defect and why they are not replacing my defective vehicle with new vehicle, inspite of my repeated requests.

                    SUMMARY OF BREAK DOWN

                    The vehicle started giving problem within 15 days of purchase, hence on 14.11.2012, the vehicle was brought to your Dealer’s workshop for removing the problem, which was temporarily removed. The vehicle was under warranty and hence it was brought to your dealer’s Work Shop for servicing as per Manual. Please note that The first servicing was one on 28.11.2012, but after gap of 8 days only, the vehicle again broke down and hence was brought to your workshop on 5.12.2012, the vehicle after repairs was delivered on 6.12.2012. However, again vehicle brokedown within 6 days and hence it was brought to your work shop for repairs on 13.12.2012 and was delivered on same date.

                    Thereafter, the vehicle within 4 days again broke down and hence it was again brought to your workshop on 17.12.2012 which was repaired and intimation of readiness was given on 21.12.2012. I have not taken delivery of the said vehicle since then, as I have concluded that the vehicle persists MAJOR MANUFACTURING DEFECT. I have been continuously requesting your Dealer M/s. Rishikesh Motors Pvt Ltd, Nagpur and his staff for replacing this defective vehicle with New Vehicle, but all my efforts have proved futile.

                    In the light of the above facts, I would request you to kindly intervene in the matter and also direct your dealer at Nagpur to deliver me a fresh new vehicle in lieu of the defective vehicle sold to me.

                    I have purchased the SUZUKI VEHICLE only for its high reputation and well known brand. I never expected such poor after sales service from the dealer of a reputed Company. I am passing through severe mental pain and agony for purchasing Suzuki Vehicle and also facing hardships in my day to day working. Inspite of paying the entire cost of the vehicle, I could not enjoy riding even for a fortnight.

                    I sincerely hope, that you would personally look into the matter and arrange to delivery of the new vehicle. However, in case, if I do not get any positive response from your end, I shall be left with no alternative but to proceed legally against you and your dealer before appropriate authority solely at your risk and cost.

                    Motorcycle — manufacture defect

                    my name is ankit bhatia i purchased bajaj avenger motorcycle on 4 january 2009,after 1st service there has been persistent problems like brakes failure ,heavy running&pickup related complaints regularly.Inspite of regular visit to baggalink okhla & karolbagh(bajaj probiking service station) the problems could not be rectified by them.Numerous correspondence releating to the same with bajaj company also did not yeild any solutions.(of which duplicate records are available with me).The company is not forthcoming with any solution to all my greivances becouse of which i am facing problems in my day to day work.

                    Suzuki Motorcycle — Not giving delivery after booking date

                    Dear sir
                    i have booked Suzuki Access 125 on 14 july 2010 to Buthwar Motors Rohtak, But now the dealer is post ponding delivery date after 60 days. I want to register complaint aganst dealer, because he is not giving delivery after booking. On booking slip it is mentioned that delivery will be made with in 30 days. Now i am planing that i cancel the booking and purchase another vehicle like Honda Activa or Plasear. Let Suzuki do some other business like sale of pee nuts because unable to supply according to customer requirement

                    I am P.Pushpanathan from Erode.On 24.1.11 I have booked for Access 125 in Peak Automobiles India(P) Ltd, Erode by paying rs.1, 000 as registration amount. So far I have not received my vehicle. Whenever I asked them I received negative reply.
                    Recently I came to know they are delivering the vehicle to the customer who are paying rs.2, 000 as extra premium amount. In short if I pay extra rs.2, 000 I will receive the vehicle on the spot.The person who booked later received his vehicle by paying extra rs.2, 000. I have decided to lieu in consumer court.
                    I feel bad on their business attitude. It will reduce our product fame. We will think that Suzuki Company is receiving extra rs.2, 000 from the customer.
                    I request you to take necessary steps to stop this illegal business procedure which affects our product name.

                        I am Mr. Prashant Kishanrao Birajdar apply for Vehicle Complaint. I was purchase Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire VXI car on 02/06/2012 from Chowgule Industries Ltd. Satara Road, Pune. Vehicle engine was off and engine oil leaked in travelling between Pune to Indapur near Avasari Road on 03/04/2013 at 8.30 pm approx. Then I given to complaint on online No.[protected]. Then nearest Showroom Mahalaxmi Maruti Service Center, Indapur was come and take my car in to workshop and Mr. Deshmukh (Manager) was seen my car and told me next morning that car will be repaired in 25-30 days because of majour fault in Engine. I am not agree for 1 months so I towing the car and came to my Showroom Chowgule Industries Ltd. Satara Road, Pune on 06/04/2013. I was paid towing charges Rs. 5500/-.

                        My vehicle was checked by 5-6 Adviser of Chowgule Service Center. They told me that it is our problem in last regular free paid servicing which done on January 2013. They say me that they will call me on Monday 08/04/2013 but as on date no buddy call me, no buddy response to me. Then I called them on 13/04/2013. They reply to me that they will be call back in 10 Minute. But to no body reply to me, no body attend to me. I was mentally disturbed. I lost of my money on Lodge, Towing Charges. I was wasted my time. I want to refund of lost my money. How many time taken to Vehicle repair ? Already I was wasted 10 days.

                        Please kindly attend my complaint and repair my Vehicle on urgent basis.

                          I have purchased suzuki access from Natraj bike and auto dt.18/01/12. Battery problem from last may 2012. I went to many times.and sent email on daily basis. But till date battery not changed. This is excide battery. My access not self start from last 6 months. When I went to service they charged the battery and give us say you access not running on daily basis. MY access cover 25-30 kms on daily basis.I see other access they are running properelly.                             I purchased Suzuki Access 125 in Nov' 2012 from ShriShakti Suzuki, Krishna Nagar, Delhi, under Regn. no. DL13SR1982, but since then it is not working properly. Initially I could not start it using self start button and the scooter used to stop anywhere while driving. Then what comes new to my surprise was its speedometer stopped working. Now I don't got to know at what speed I am driving as it is always on '0'. The next are the direction indicators. The direction indicators stopped working too.
                            All this happens within 2 months of buying it. And when I went for the 1st service and complained the staff there, they said that I will have to pay for all this. I am amazed to see the products this company is using and scares that what next in this scooter is going to stop working. Even a second hand scooter would work better than this.
                            I want you to help me to get out of this so called "Suzuki Access 125" problem.

I SEND MY SUZUKI BEFORE TWO MONTHS THAT TIME THEY CHANGED ENGINE OIL. AND KM IS 39000 AND NOW THEY TELL ME YOUR ENGINE OIL IS EMPTY AND KM IS 41000 SO IS IT POSSIBLE ONLY 20000 KM RUNNING AFTER ENGINE OIL IS EMPTY?

                                i have purchased maruti swift vdi from shakti motors sirsa (haryana) in july 2007 and got the car serviced from authorised dealer m/s pankaj motors, moga (punjab) at regular as per instructions. but i am facing following problems with the vehicle:-
                                1. that the brake disks of the car is making noise and i have got them changed from the pankaj motors at moga.but the sound still not gone.now they are asking me to get change the drums too.
                                2. that the horn of the car stops working at regular intervals
                                3. that the tyre of the car runs only 32000ms
                                some other problems also occured in the car . sir i want that my above vehicle must be inspected by some good mechanic and i got my vehicle ok. thnks
                                I Harsimran Makkar purchased a new swift vdi from lovely autos(jalandhar) on 4th May, 2008 on the name of Annu Makkar.Since then, the A.C of the car is not functioning.Within two months thrice it has been been sent to the authorised dealer lovely autos and got my car serviced too.But there has been no results.Sir i am not at all happy with the service.I hope something will be done soon.

                                  we have facing problem in our car last 10 month. we bought maruti esteem diesel at 2004 now maruti was discontinues this car at last few years.

                                  I am very sorry to inform you that I have not been getting the warranty service during Extended warranty period by JAIN Udyog (Dealer of Maruti Udyog Ltd.), AGARTALA - 799003, from where I purchased my ALTO LXI car, model RF LXI, chassis no 431310, engine no. 3130122 reg. no. TR-01-L-0378, delivered on 28.03.2005.
                                  I think, it is happened due to non availability of spare parts.
                                  On 25.09.08 I went to the workshop with the problem of ENGINE KNOCKING, MIS-FIRING, DOOR ADJUSTMENT etc. on that day the car was delivered to me in the evening after servicing. But, after some days (i.e. 02/10/2008) I had to go to the workshop once again for REPEAT JOB and then it was certified by the attending Engineer that, the part “‘I.S.C. VALVE’ code no.18117M79F11” is out of order and also informed me that the parts is not available in the workshop’s retail counter. Surprisingly it was also reported me that, the parts will not come under the EXTENDED WARRANTY. In that critical situation the attending Engineer arranged an old parts from the outside on my request. The parts is also found defective after a day, which was reported by me to the workshop on 04/10/2008. Till then I am requesting to the dealer for supply a New parts to me for make my car in running condition.

                                  Unfortunately, Jain Udyog is failure to supply the parts to me till date for which the car is now in ideal position in my house.
                                  2ndly, the ‘Glass spring / wheel’ of ‘front-right door’ is also found out of order and the parts is also not available with that dealer.
                                  Now, I am to request you kindly to arrange to supply the parts “‘ISC VALVE’ code no.18117M79F11” and “‘Glass spring / wheel’ of ‘front-right door’” to the Jain Udyog for me, as early as possible or give a suitable instruction to them to mitigate the problem, so that I may not wait for a long time for that and also confirm me, whether the parts will come for replacement under EXTENDED WARRANTY or not ?
                                  Hope, considering the gravity, your action would be prompt at your earliest convenience.

                                  Maruti — bad service & parts problem

                                  I have maruti alto car. in my car catalic convertor is destroyed. i took 5 times my car to maruti showroom in city. but they repair silencer everytime & change a part of silencer in warranty period instead of catalic convertor. now my car warranty period is over & problem of my is still. i am very puzled.
                                  maruti and its dealer are really fraud i am also sufferer with JAGMOHAN MOTORS BHIWANI frauds with me and using DUPLICATE ENGINE OIL FOR SERVICES be aware from this thief of BHIWANI
                                  mr. deswal is right every body who have maruti brand is the same i think maruti compani and dealer are both cheating type nature with consumer because maruti does not take any action against this cheater JAGMOHAN MOTERS LTD.BHIWANI

                                  Esteem 2004 — Bad service

                                  Sir, We baught the 2004 model second hand car from Sai service (Verna) from Mr. Prashant for 2.4 lacs. till date we are promised the car registration. We have done the insurance without it anyway. what if we want to sell it again?.
                                  We spent a lot of money on every repeated service, since my wife have no idea of car and I am abroad.
                                  Now, regarding maintenance is a disaster in Goa. Every staff in-charge feels that the other person on duty is suppose to write the sheet. Mr Nausad says it is Pateel, Pateel will say it is Maruti Pateel, M Pateel will say it Yaswant, jaswant says he is on leave and so on. instead of collecting the car and chasing which is not far away than 2 kms.
                                  this lazy attitude should be stoped. But I feel this lazy attitude is from top to bottom. at least this is my feeling since I baught the car.
                                  This is the slow poison for Maruti and also the Goans are learning the migrant's habbits.
                                  it will kill maruti as there are new foreign players in the market.
                                  main problem is they not proper fuel filter and that cause my car is suddenly stop(car engine stop) on drive car and we also out from some time very dangerous condition like accident because car suddenly stop while driving.

                                  the fuel filter thy have provide that not properly fit on engine that way air was enter in fuel filter and engine shut down at once of second.

                                  they have no proper spar that way we have to facing this problem and Maruti have not given us answer properly for that situation.

                                  in this condition maruti authorized work shop can not take this care for repair because they have no spare parts.

                                  please check image that parts that maruti haven't.

                                    I have purchased a Wagon-R Vxi from a local dealer on november 5 .2010, at that time they have made a no of commitments egarding there services , i hv given a temporary no for the vehicle and they said permanenet no is given to me after 1o-15 days , for that i have given charges to them, but still i am waiting for it, that was the first issue, second one is that i have meet with an accident om march 11 or 2011, for that i sent my vrhicle to service center. they commited to deliever the vehicle after 10 days, after 10 days they again said to pick your vehicle after 10 days , after 10 days there is same commitment for me, WHAT A COMMITMENT. that is called SALE AFTER SERVICE, is it na , Now they have given me a demo car , DEMO CAR BUDDY , where there is written a DEMO CAR, Could u believe it ,I think company paid me to drive the demo vehicle as i used to drive the car thro out the city, so there is a publicity for yours company. How u can believe, i Give u a another example after giving me a demo car and the time interval between 11/3/11 to till date i have never ever received a single call from them about my vehicle, I know that it is nthing to write at here , so do something man for my vehicle,i[censored] have another querry mail me at navneet.[protected]@yahoo.co.in, and i will tell you the name of dealer, as i know i still not given you the name of yours dealer in order to just enquire that what will you do for it.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Please take my vehicle Back & refund my money

                                      I have purchased Maruti SX4 - ZXi Registration no. GJ 25 A 9733 on 13/2/2012 yours Maruti true value Jamnagar Branch.
                                      I was paid of all amount through Check ( included insurances + paper transfer Charges).& I got Delivery of the Vehicle on next day
                                      but yours Maruti true value Executives. Taking too much time (asking for 20 days from 12 feb 13 ) to provide transferred papers
                                      in favor of me .as well as insurance papers. Due to Delay in Papers I am Facing too much delay in Bank Loan Procedures .
                                      Transferred Papers yet not I got on 19/03/2013

                                      As per Previous insurance Policy IDV is Rs.500000

                                      But from your side they are providing insurance from Maruti Insurance & it is Giving IDV – Rs . 370000
                                      That’s why I do not want insurance from your company as others companies are giving IDV – up to Rs. 480000 .
                                      For bank loan required IDV is Rs. 480000 to 500000

                                      So sir I request you to kindly do the Needful For providing Transferred Paper in favor of me & for increasing IDV
                                      otherwise kindly cancel the insurance policy & refund my amount.

                                      Please Do the need full otherwise collect my vehicle Back & refund my whole Money

                                      I kindly request to you please resolve this problem within two or three days otherwise I have no option to give a petition against true value in consumer court because I am already too much Suffered to till date and your true value executive is not picking up my phone as well as they give wrong information always.

                                      Maruti — regarding insurance

                                      Respected Sir
                                      this is anurag tiwari from kanpur want to inform you that a accident was happened on 28 of january when i went to my car jareebchouki for my claim, he accept my claim and send my car to panki for repairing, but after two days a insurence surveyar Mr. Shushil Gosai called me and asking me about the accident ,i told him very clearly about my accident but he talk to me in a very wrong way and abouse me,
                                      it is my reminder to you kindly take a very stronge action on him otherwise i will go to consumer foroum for my insult.
                                      sir it is my request please give the instructions to panki my car plant for repairing my carurgently as earlier

                                      Maruti — Complaint regarding insurance transfer

                                      Dear Sir



                                      I would like to inform you that I have visited your maruti showroom in KARNAL name “KARNAL MOTORS” FOR transfer my insurance. The person name is MR.MANISH ,They asked me for inspection charges RS/ 150 and they said that this is commission for our surveyor, without this our surveyor will not done the inspection, and it will take 1 hour ,when I said that I can’t wait for one hour then they said that if you will come again on any other day then again you have to pay 300/-(150 for today and 150 for any other day).



                                      I can’t expect this kind of service and all from a reputed company(MARUTI).



                                      Please look into this matter,Waititng for your response.

                                        My name is Rakesh agarwal([protected]), i have purchase suzuki access 125 during april 2010 and till now i.e. 19.03.2013 i have just used vehicle for 10582 kms.
                                        Since my purchase, i have faced milleage problem and engine sound problem, which i have complaint over feedback to suzuki and till now i face the same issues.
                                        I have taken my vehicle for service may times and even attended service camp on there response to my complaints conducted under direct supervision of company executive at Roonwal Motors, tondiarpet. They accepted some problem with my vehicle, and took the same for supervision two and returned stating the same has been rectified.
                                        Till now i have been believing them and continued according to there directions now i have suddenly started facing engine problem at 10580 kms which is not accepetable.
                                        I am been contacting company, for some rightful solution, but now they say it is not under warranty. So my contest is that even during warranty period what they did to solve my problems.
                                        I been a suffer towards fuel loss, service charges, life threats due to frequent stop of vehicle.
                                        I feel very much dis satisfied by the vehicle performance as i had a very strong belief that suzuki is one the best brands we have, which was now proving me wrong.
                                        Is there any rightful solution to my problem

                                        Suzuki Access 125 — service problem

                                        dear sir
                                        this is regarding the service provided by your dealer in hyderabad.
                                        Actually i am not satified with the service provided here the problems i am facing with from the begining are still continuing the problems are listed below
                                        1 My vechicle stops when ever i give accelerator in the middle of the traffic this problem is ther from the starting it is not cleared stilll even aftter 3 services.
                                        2 the milage of my vechcle is very less it is around 25only this has not been rectified in my last service.
                                        3 the service provided by your dealer is very bad they dont even wash the vehcle
                                        find it really very tough with you dealers here.
                                        i have also the same problem about the service if the company didintcall me i will go to the consumer court...([protected])this ismy no...

                                        Today date 1.10.2019 at 2.40 PM I have contacted Bhagirath Miraj service
                                        centre for speedometer wire replacement. I contact person (he denied to
                                        tell his name) and came to know that speedometer wire is out stock.
                                        Again I request you to please check the wire whether it should be replaced
                                        or not (i.e. 10 to 15 minutes work). Person told me that no mechanic is
                                        idle and all are full busy. Sir, I want 10 to 15 minutes to check up the wire.
                                        At last he denied. Is your system to satisfy customer (senior citizen) for misc. work. Please instruct Bhagirath show room & service centre at MIRAJ to render misc. work. It is rather very difficult to Sr. Citizen to visit again for misc.
                                        service so that customer time will save; under copy to me through this email ID.
