CHEATING BY SERVICE CENTER

Dear Sir,

I had given my car model Swift VXI (MH 04 CT 4823) to Maruti authorized service center M/s. Sai Services Station ltd, Vasai (west), Dist . Thane – 401202, Maharashtra on 06.03.2012 for paid servicing.

After the servicing, as per the charges claimed by Maruti Svc center, I had paid them Rs. 21,052/- wide their receipt no. 108854 Dtd. 09.03.2013 ( Invoice no. S/R L-67496 & S/R M-67496 Dtd. 06.03.2103)....

Issue with gear

Hi,
Greetings of the day.

This is regarding the issue I am facing with my new maruti swift(KL 18 J 4345). After the first service , I started noticing the difficulty in shifting gear to reverse which is a major defect for a product which is worth almost 7 lakhs. The same was brought into notice while undergoing second service. Nothing was done during that service.

Recently the issue started poping up...

Illegal product sold by Maruti

As per Supreme Court ruling in May 2012, car window tinting is illegal. However, Maruti Suzuki and its dealers continued to sell tinting products under the brand name of MGA and ripping customers.

I bought a new vehicle in Sep 2012 and was charged 2500/- for tinting. I consider the activity of selling such product to be illegal. I have reached out to Maruti twice but they are not responding since they are very much aware that...

colour difference

Servicing of Car

conned or cheated by the dealers

Starting problem in Maruti Ritz 1.5 months old car
