Problem in Self Start System

I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 on 2472012.Last service has been done on 372013,and from the time period 0472013 to 1082013 I have made 3 visits to the service centre but my problem in self start system and the problem that it stops while running has not been met yet.And the engineers there are not cooperating to look up the case.Although my vehicle is not in free service period but I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible....

i have left the scooer for repair on 24.7.2013 vide job card no.23010. But till today on 05.08.2013 my scooter could not be repaired due to the shortage of common spare parts. in my view he is not capable of keeping spare part and very bad management of workshop which is not expected from such a reputed company's dealer....
