There was a noise from Suspension & Streeing (as identified by FortPoint Maruti Service center located in Andheri), which was rectified by FortPoint Andheri and I paid Rs. 6170 vide bill no BC[protected] dated 24/07/2013. Further I notice some mild noice from front portion of the car and aging I sent my car to FortPoint on 22/10/2013. After through test and investigation, Rahul Bandgar, who attendedmycar earlier, pointed out that some minor parts needs to be replaced and the estimated cost for the same is Rs. 2225. He further requested to send the car on 24/10/2013 as the spare was not available that day. Subsequestly I sent my car on 24/10/2013 and in absence of Mr. Rahul another SA Mr. Navid attended the car. Inspite of haveing the history and the estimate given by Rahul, he further investigated and claimed a hefty amount (approx 15 K) to rectify the problem. I requested him to verify with Mr. Rahul and rectify my car as per the estimate given by Mr. Rahul. He refused to do so and subsequently I spoke to Work Shop manager some Mr. Patil. After lot of discussion over phone and attitude shown by Mr. Patil, I ultimately requested him to return my car as per original status (in the same status when I handed over the car on 24/10). However after lot of harrasment and phone call they returned my car in total damaged condition. Now the noise is coming from all over the car and is not in the position to drive the car at all. I am sure they have done it purposely so as they can proof their point and further damage happens so as they can claim additional money from me. I request help to solve the problem and immediate rectification of damage caused by FortPoint.

    Gud aftrn.dear sir, my vehicle no is tn40h1234 marutiswift model 2010.. nw I hav run 67500km.. today morning iam take my car to abt mettuppalayam branch to solve the front left indicater problem.it s not working since 1 week. . They take me half n hour and then the service advisor came to me.. iam said that front left indicater is not working and battery terminal wire connection is loose connection. .. service advisor called one worker and check it.. first they correct the indicator, and now works good. . They also check the battery wire and found one bolt is broken.. they replace one bolt.. And battery also ok.. service advisor ask me 250 rs.. and he said that now I cannot give u computer bill now. I will give u after sometime.. Iam replied that you have only change one new bolt then y are u asking more money for one small bolt.. iam said that once more I will give only 100 rupees for the bolt and labour charges.. service adviser fight with me that these are all very small problem y u bring the vehicle here. Iam shocked to here this words from the service advisor.. at finally the other service advisor came to me and request to take vehicle for delivery. Then I came home.And I complaint to racecourse office.they hav take no action.. iam dont know that service adviser asks me more money for that ten minutes. .. the service adviser didn't say his name to me.. but the branch people all are know about this problem. .       Ladies and Gentlemen at Vitesse and Maruti Suzuki, I seem to have understood why Maruti managers are attacked by your own staff in your factories. As human beings, a simple expectation that everyone on the planet has is that people stick to commitments. Given your Japanese lineage, is that something that you have converted to a “chalta hai” attitude? I booked a Ertiga VXI CNG (Vehicle Sr No ER-VXI-C 135) on Oct 14, 2013 at your Lokhandwala outlet. I did not make any special request for delivery on any particular day. However Swapnil and Himanshu commited the following (verbally and in writing): 1. The delivery will be done in 2-3 weeks 2. Guaranteed delivery by Diwali Today Swapnil tells me it will take 3-4 weeks from now. HERE IS SIMPLE MATHEMATICS: As per #1, the delivery was supposed to happen in between Oct 28 and Nov 3. Today I am told it will happen between Nov 9 and 15. At the bat of an eyelid, I have been “taken for granted” and delivery has been pushed back by 2 weeks. If it was Nov 9-15, you should have told me at the time of booking….I would have no problem if it was delivered at that period then. BUT NOW, I have a problem with the fact that you DO NOT LIVE UPTO commitments. This raises serious doubts about the relationship that I am trying to forge for a few years with you, especially after being a dedicated Honda & Hyundai customer for over a decade. Now I am beginning to see why you have the unique distinction of being plagued by labour problems at your factory and why people get killed! You just don’t care….do you? Now, will you still make an effort to ‘live up to your commitment’ and ensure delivery on Oct 28? If you say yes, I have no reason to think about a cancelation and probably a fan for life. Else, I become another irate customer who may want to go to a customer court and charge damages, especially since you have given things in writing.         I have purchased Maruti wagon- R car from Anand Motors Ltd. vidhan sabha marg, Lucknow on dated 08102013. Mr Thapa and Mr. Abishek saxena entertained me about all formalities and taken all payment (INCLUDING INSURANCE AND RAGISTRATION NO FROM R.T.O., LUCKNOW) from me and loan amount from S.B.I .Mr. Thapa and Mr. Abishek ask me that they have allotted ragistration no. from r.t.o. office with in 4 to 5 days. but till today there is no ragistration alloted. Both person try to convenve me everyday that saturday(121013) and sunday(131013) is the holiday and process is under in r.t.o.. whenever no process is going on.in r.t.o. saturday and sunday is not holiday but working day. actually till today{ after purchasing 10 days] my papers not reached R.T.O. LKO. from anand motors ltd. lko. Thapa and Abishek is everytime cheating me and always telling a lie. it is very shameful for you. my ist. free service is due 1000 km. or one month. but i have not received my reg. no. after purchasing 10 days. how is possible that i can drive my car 1000 km.         I have purchased Maruti SWIFT ZXI car from MYCAR Indore Ltd. Bhawarkuan Indore, on dated 18092013. Mr Bhpinder, Manish chohan and Yogesh Yadav. entertained me about all formalities and taken all payment (INCLUDING INSURANCE Municipal charges, AND RAGISTRATION NO FROM R.T.O., INDORE) from me and loan amount from S.B.I . They are try to convene me everyday that your registration etc will be done today at 10AM, 12AM etc and process is under in r.t.o.. whenever no process is going on.in r.t.o. even the papers are not sent to the RTO office after 3 months of the car purchase by MYCAR Pvt Ltd. They are cheating me and always telling a lie. it is very shameful for MYCAR. My Ist service was done and car was hold by the MyCar Service centre for 2 days even the car was not run for 1000kms limit for the first service. Now the 2nd service is near and still I have not get the registration of the CAR and it is just parked and not driving the car for to make it useful for 2nd servise(atleast 4000kms).           Respected Sir,

          I have a Maruti Suzuki Swift VDi Silky Silver (GJ1 RC 5175) which i have purchased from Kiran Motors Motera, Ahmedabad. The car was delivered to me on 9th September 2013. After few days of the delivery i have noticed color damage on the car at different places. The damage was noticeable. I take my car to the Kiran Motors at Rajpath Club S.G. Highway and explained the service manager Mayur Patel about the damage. I was expecting some positive response from him but what i heard is that the damage is not because of manufacturing fault but because of external chemical. He said it is because of "BIRD'S ", i was totally shocked that the color of the car was so delicate that it was damaged by the of bird. I don't agree with his statement as i was having a car for 3 years and i have never noticed such kind of nonsense. Still if it is because of the bird's i would blame the quality of the color and the material used.

          I love my car and i don't want that it looks ugly because of "BIRD'S ". Please advice what should i do to have repair that damage?

            I purchased a swift dezire on 01/10/2012 from M/S Swani motors amritsar and the front tyres of the car developed some defects which were confirmed as manufacturing defects and I was directed by the Swani Motors to get the tyres replaced from M/S India Rubbers at Amritsar and this information was also imparted to M/S India Rubbers but M/S india Rubbers at Amritsar refused to comply with the instructions of the authorised dealer of Maruti Udyog Ltd thereby compelling me to park my car at home and arange hired vehicle for my use thereby compelling me to suffer fiscal losses and harassment.

              i have perchesed access-125 on 9/3/2012 .after about 8000 km. suddenly smoke come out from silencer and engin wes failed your diller has repaired it . and after only 1000km it again failed engin and again your diller-shivalik suzuki center, (naroda patia AHMEDABAD) has reparid it . but i suffered a lot . and after repaireing your diller does not give garrunti and your vehical does not give good performence . i am not setisfide with your vihical give me proper feedbek my name-Mr. Gunjan Prajapati from Nava Naroda, AHMEDABAD.my vivical no.                   I am rather flabbergasted on being seen the act of negligence and fraudulent activities at your authorised Servicing Centre named ANAMIKA MOTORS located at Jorhat, Assam.

                  The fact is – My Car ( Maruti 800 AC ) was having problem in Clutch Plates that need to be changed and accordingly I took my car to the said Servicing Centre on 23/09/2013.Since I had to be present at the servicing centre I did other things also like changing of Gear Oil, Mobile and Draining out of coolant etc. apart from Changing of Clutch Plates. Finally, I paid Rs 7175/- towards cost of all the things done.

                  Please note – the Car had been working fine for 12 days only. Again another problem was surfaced. The problem came to my notice when the car was taken out of garage on 5th Oct, 13 . It was horrible that the moment the car got started it was airing smoke with an ear-splitting sound that made me compelled to be away from driving the same anymore . The car was again taken to Anamika Motors on 7th Oct, 13 with a view to having the problem solved. I had to do it again at paid basis.

                  It is interesting that the problem was arisen due to leakage of coolant, although the old coolant was drained out and filled in accordingly on 23/09/13. It is now, crystal clear that this has happened due to negligence of the mechanics who did the job.

                  Had the problem not been come to light on that day, I would have been burnt inside the car on that day itself. Is it the way of playing game with a human being ???

                  You are therefore, requested to take immediate action against the Servicing Centre otherwise I shall have no other option but to approach appropriate forum for getting justice.

                    sir i have purchased diesel ritz before 5 months and im getting only 11 kms per litre i have done 2 services its now run 11000 kms i have complained about the matter to the dealer and service centeres but the problem was not cured i have bought my car from K V R MOTORS KASARGOD and i hav been serviced from PIONEER MOTORS KANNUR so please do the needful or else i woud have to go to the consumer court i belong to kerala kannur district AQUEED PH:[protected]
                    I am going to master service okhla phase-II, New Delhi at 3 times. My swift car no. DL 3C BU 6744 .
                    Whose bought my me since 13th Oct 2013 but my car mileage is 14.2 kmpl on highway. I complaint okhla phase-II service center he told me that this mileage is 14.2 kmpl allright and can't be more than mileage. This mileage is perfect for you . You can complaint anywhere this car is no more mileage
                    I bought this car when says me this car mileage is 22.6 kmpl in written .. why my car is given low mileage. I have not satisfied this mileage and your companies service center (master service)
                    my car 15000 km done in 1 year only do you want my car return in company otherwise you solve my mieage problem
                    I hope you capt my complaint seriously otherwise I will go to next option

                      i m imran hafiz lone owner of car maruti swift zdi 2011 bearing registration no jk01r 2627.i recently got my car repaired at peaks auto srinagar j and k.it was work related denting painting.but i was disappointed at time of delivery of my car as it has been repaired very shabbily .the paint is as if it has been done using a brush giving no attention to spare locks and black areas.some part of bumper on rt side has been left unrepaired an plastic lining under running border left to hang below mud flap and many more flaws... once asked about same got no satisfactory answer..kindly help

                        Hello, This is regarding my Swift Car, Registration No. UP14 AA 3405, which is currently in Goyal Motors, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. I deposited my car in this service station on 29/09/2013, for the fault that the car was not starting up. The technicians invested enough time on the car on that very day, but not able to diagnose the problem. After that they asked for one or two day so I returned back to Delhi. Now after five days of daily followup this is what the feedback I have been getting from the supervisors and technicians form the service center: Day1 - checking wiring (No fault detected) Day2 - checking mechanical part and all (No fault detected) Day3 - again checking all electric parts from scratch (No fault detected) Day4 - checking engine, timing n all (No fault detected) Day5 - Head gas kit check (No fault detected). Since then, the car is left unattended in the service station, without any work done. Still the technicians are not sure what exactly is the issue, and they are doubting on ECM. But as per Supervisor from Solan and Mr. Lalit (Manager Goyal Motors, Shimla), they do not have ECM available in the service station, and can not afford to get it from other service stations. So they are telling me to take my car to some other service station, as their technicians are not able to diagnose the issue after all efforts.                           As I am using Maruti Alto vehicle Model 2010 LXI, on Oct 2nd I have raised a complaint No 732566.
                          1st time when I called they said they will be sending an technician in 30 mins, and the technician came and visited and he said tomorrow i.e.3rd Oct 13 the vehicle has to take to the show room service center, I said ok for the same... to day is 7th Oct 13 nobody turned up to take the vehicle. and I have called technician he is not responding... I have again called to the on road service they said they have closed my complaint... I was surprised without resolving how can they close the complaint.

                          I am not happy with the Maruti Service and next time I will not recommend Maruti to any one...

                            My Suzuki Access 125, MH 12 HT 4250, Engine No: F[protected], was bought on 17.2.12, from Automatic Auto & I.T Services Pvt Ltd, Shop No 42 & 43, Kakade Plaza, Opp Kakade City, Karvenagar, Pune.

                            I gave my bike for servicing at Automtive & for the last 2-3 times gave the bike for servicing at another Suzuki authorised dealer, Bharat Auto Agencies Pvt Ltd, Plot No 88/A, Hadpsar Industrial Estate, Opp Honeywell Automations India Ltd, Hadapsar, Pune.

                            In the August '13 servicing, the oil was changed, also mentioned on the bill.

                            For this months servicing I went back to Automatic, as I dint like Bharats service handling way. The mechanic at Automotive told me that there is no oil in the engine, as it was not put in the vehicle during the last servicing.

                            There is noise from the engine & has given me an estimate of INR 10, 500.00 to get the bike repaired.

                            This is clearly a negligense from Bharat as they have done incomplete servicing & missed a major part of oil change & check during the servicing of the vehicle.

                            Bharat should be liable to pay thye cost of repairing the vehicle.

                            The bike is not even 2 years old & a problem of engine should not come in the vehicle.

                            We have been using Suzuki vehicles for a long time & have had no issues with anuthing so far.

                            The engine problem has to be sorted.

                            Please inform me how Bharat will pay for the repair of the vehicle.

                              i own a suzuki access scooter from march 2009. reg no. KL-13-T-2939. last year november it had showed up a complaint. the piston is jammed and engine stalled due to lack of engine oil. ive serviced the vehicle a month back so where is the engine oil which i paid for ?? ok let it be ..maybe my fault . ive recieved the delivery on march 2013 paying 7900 rs. ive done a periodic service after that. and now again the complaint shows up. ive towed it to the service centre and they checked the vehicle, said it was the same complaint, and quoted me 6000 rs. why shud i pay ?? ok if i pay, then after six months ive got to arrange an amount for the same complaint??? it seems like ive taken a loan from suzuki and have to pay them back 12000 rs for a year. i need this complaint fixed free of cost or half the amount and a written letter saying this complaint wont show up again or if it shows up then its the responsibility of the company to rectify. if none is possible then i will have to reach the consumer court

                                Hi Everyone, Contrary to my belief about the good service provided by Maruthi, I had a very bad experience with the service provided for my Maruthi 800. I gave my Maruthi 800 for a regular service last weekend 21st, September 2013. They charged me around INR 1000/- for cleaning and other normal checks like break and engine oil. They promised to deliver my car by 21st evening. However, they didn't deliver it on time which was the first disappointment for me. I went to collect my car on Sunday morning and found that the engine wasn't even cleaned. I doubt if they even looked at the engine leave alone making all the checks. Even the underside of the car was not cleaned at all and was very dirty. I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS POOR WORKMANSHIP AND TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER's MONEY. After paying INR 1000/- this is not something anyone would expect out of a service centre. When I pointed this out to them, they told me that this would take only 10 mins and they would get it cleaned. If it would take only 10 mins, why wasn't this done over the previous day ? I clearly told them that they would rather take their time and clean it up properly and later deliver the car to my home. They insisted on cleaning it then and there and delivering the car. They cleaned the car and this is how it was after they cleaned it for the SECOND TIME : After this service I have totally lost all my trust on the Maruthi Service centre and would rather keep the car without cleaning than giving it to the service centre and getting ripped of all the money I have. INR 1000/- is a bit too high for the cleaning but still I was okay with paying the amount if I was given proper service for the money. But with this type of service, I would never again go back their and even warn my friends against the poor service given by Mandovi Motors.

                                Please be cautious of the service centers.
                                sir, might be one case..last 15 year doing service with them ..90%satisfied ..got once probelm..rework done..other mechanical work done well.
                                let approach other level if not ok..

                                but washing charges 1000 inr to be explained ..if you have bill, publish here..it wil be useful to us..

                                I have been doing the service for past 5 years. The service is really good.I am sending vehicle from JP Nagar to vijaya Nagar because of excellent service.

                                I changed my clutch plate & suspension parts & head light from Mandovi Motors service center, Hennur last 1 month back. but after that my car (Zen Estilo) starts giving trouble to me. I went to them 2 times after that explaining the issues with my car (steering volving, shaking, jerking, some kind of loud sound was coming from the right wheel side, reverse sound is gone, etc...). The service supervisor "HARISH" who gave some funny explanations every time, more of he said there was no reverse sound at all in my car & they kept my car for 1 day simply & gave my back as it is without fixing any of the issues. I said if this is the service quality we should expect from Mandovi then the slowly you will lose the customers faith on you & I was surprised that he was list bother about that it seems he doesn't care about customers which is very alarming. This happens in last week & still I am living with all the issues in my car, I don't like the way their executive (HARISH) handles the customers at-least in my case, surly next time I will not go to that person again. I am planning to go to the local garage which I feel would be fruit full.

                                Mandovi - Please take care of your customers, train your executives to behave well with them, try & resolve their concerns, try to make them satisfied, win their trust other wise there are many other options available in the market which will take away your customers in no time.

                                Behaving like govt staffs...dont care attitude (dash) ppls makes soo irritating..,
                                its worst service...regretting for purchasing maruti car.

                                Dear folks pls avoid buying maruti cars and madovi motrs for service too. some beggars motivated me for getting maruti for good after sales service but now am paying for it. If i had gone some other cars like hyundai or ford, i could atleast enjoyed the features at the same cost of swift.
                                pls dont believe rumors like the after sales service abt the maruti...they are the blood suckers.
                                go for any car otherthan maruti...feel the diffrence in features.

                                My car swift Dzire Vdi with registration no KA 53 P 8107 being serviced on time without fail in Mandovi Motors got engine timing chain issue exactly at 8200 kms but no intimation given any of the service about timing chain problem or week anything, after taking it to Mandovi service centre they said need to replace complete timing timing with co parts as well. However I accepted and given for service all parts has been replaced and confirmed everything is fine now like that in Vijaynagar Mandovi Motors later on when I took for test drive I noticed some noise from engine same been reported to rep but he said since all parts been replaced just before noise is coming and convinced me that it will be alright after driving few kms.. but still the noise from engine doesn’t disappeared and again I took it to showroom they rep said issue with turbo cooler bush they did some alterations and said convinced to replace that bush in next service and simply replaced the discs where there is no rust formations at all and quoted extra amount than estimate. Quoted 25000 rs for just part replacements and no perfection in the work. Such kind of worst service never expected from Mandovi Motors. Better change the name as Mandovi replacement center with no quality service

                                  I own suzuki access 125 since june 2012, i have been regularly giving bike for service in Jain suzuki pallavaram. Last time(Oct) when i gave my bike for service. I had a Free service. The free service is always the worst service here. After getting the delivery of the bike I came back with the complaint on their service for almost 5 times. This time little delayed as i had a accident with that Bike. 1) issue with the Brake as the Bike back wheel was making nosie when i hold the brake. I went again in two days 2) I had indicator buzzer added by them on that service that stopped working. I had to go again 3)The seat was not fixed the person put the screws in side the container and gave the bike with fixing the seat. 4) airfilter burst while trying to start, i was told that The sir filter was change but it was. Now Bikes mileage has gone down like hell. I met with an accident due to the loose brake. Tyres are going lose and got to tigh them almost every 30days. Headlight doesnt glow properly on high beam. Indicator itself has gone loose that i have to press it hard to work. Finally now after one month of my accident my dad gave the bike for service, they delayed delievery when asked the Manager himself in workshop says he is busy with other calls and cant answer my call and hangs up on me. Now for fixing what they should have fixed before they are charging me 4000RS. Good way to make money. but talking so rudely to me I wont accept. I need a resolution ASAP. Donno if i can contact someone else hence leaving a feed back here Regards Raji

                                    SIR MY NAME IS BHUWAN CHANDRA JOSHI MY MOBILE NO IS [protected] I LIVE IN DISTT-CHAMPAWAT TANAKPUR.I AM HAVING SX4 MARUTI WHICH NO IS UK03A-0030 ,I HAVE COMPLAINT TO SERVICE CENTER MANY TIME REGARDING MY CAR PICK UP THIS COMPLAINT IS FROM 10,000.00 KMS EARLY THEY TOLD ME NEED NOT TO WORRY THIS IS NEW CAR FOR FEW KM IT WILL BE ALL RIGHT I TOLD OK THEN LATER NO I TOLD THEM SAME PROBLEM THEN THEY TOLD ME DO THIS I TOLD OK DO IT PROBLEM AGAIN SAME PROBLEM,THEN THEY TOLD DO ESR I TOLD OK I TOLD DO BUT THE PROBLEM SAME IN LAST I COMPLAINT TO MARUTI THEN SOME WORK WAS DONE ALL CLEANING WAS DONE THEN UPTO 300 KMS SOME IMPROVEMENT WAS THERE BUT LATER SAME THINK STARTED .SIR IN SERVICES CENTER THEY ARE JUST DOING HIT AND TRIAL AND NOTHING FOR THIS PROBLEM I HAVE MANY TIME GONE TO HALDWANI,RUDURPUR WHICH IS 250 KMS FROM MY HOUSE.SIR IT IS MY REQUEST TO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL HELP.

                                      bought Maruti Suzuki Ritz VDI from ABT CALICUT in March 2011.

                                      At 20000 Km we did service( 2 year service) from ABT THAMARASSERY, Calicut(Dist) on April 18, 2013.

                                      After 2 months on July 2nd, on our travel to Calicut. Car broke down. We checked with nearby mechanic. There was no Battery water at all. The Battery was completely dry. We had to install a new battery since the old battery was completely non chargeable and not working.

                                      We contacted ABT Thamarassery, they said they are not ready to do any compensation for this. It is very clear they have not changed Battery water and thats the reason for our terrible experience with Ritz during our jouRNEY..
