i m imran hafiz lone owner of car maruti swift zdi 2011 bearing registration no jk01r 2627.i recently got my car repaired at peaks auto srinagar j and k.it was work related denting painting.but i was disappointed at time of delivery of my car as it has been repaired very shabbily .the paint is as if it has been done using a brush giving no attention to spare locks and black areas.some part of bumper on rt side has been left unrepaired an plastic lining under running border left to hang below mud flap and many more flaws... once asked about same got no satisfactory answer..kindly help

    Hello, This is regarding my Swift Car, Registration No. UP14 AA 3405, which is currently in Goyal Motors, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. I deposited my car in this service station on 29/09/2013, for the fault that the car was not starting up. The technicians invested enough time on the car on that very day, but not able to diagnose the problem. After that they asked for one or two day so I returned back to Delhi. Now after five days of daily followup this is what the feedback I have been getting from the supervisors and technicians form the service center: Day1 - checking wiring (No fault detected) Day2 - checking mechanical part and all (No fault detected) Day3 - again checking all electric parts from scratch (No fault detected) Day4 - checking engine, timing n all (No fault detected) Day5 - Head gas kit check (No fault detected). Since then, the car is left unattended in the service station, without any work done. Still the technicians are not sure what exactly is the issue, and they are doubting on ECM. But as per Supervisor from Solan and Mr. Lalit (Manager Goyal Motors, Shimla), they do not have ECM available in the service station, and can not afford to get it from other service stations. So they are telling me to take my car to some other service station, as their technicians are not able to diagnose the issue after all efforts.       Hi,

      As I am using Maruti Alto vehicle Model 2010 LXI, on Oct 2nd I have raised a complaint No 732566.
      1st time when I called they said they will be sending an technician in 30 mins, and the technician came and visited and he said tomorrow i.e.3rd Oct 13 the vehicle has to take to the show room service center, I said ok for the same... to day is 7th Oct 13 nobody turned up to take the vehicle. and I have called technician he is not responding... I have again called to the on road service they said they have closed my complaint... I was surprised without resolving how can they close the complaint.

      I am not happy with the Maruti Service and next time I will not recommend Maruti to any one...

        My Suzuki Access 125, MH 12 HT 4250, Engine No: F[protected], was bought on 17.2.12, from Automatic Auto & I.T Services Pvt Ltd, Shop No 42 & 43, Kakade Plaza, Opp Kakade City, Karvenagar, Pune.

        I gave my bike for servicing at Automtive & for the last 2-3 times gave the bike for servicing at another Suzuki authorised dealer, Bharat Auto Agencies Pvt Ltd, Plot No 88/A, Hadpsar Industrial Estate, Opp Honeywell Automations India Ltd, Hadapsar, Pune.

        In the August '13 servicing, the oil was changed, also mentioned on the bill.

        For this months servicing I went back to Automatic, as I dint like Bharats service handling way. The mechanic at Automotive told me that there is no oil in the engine, as it was not put in the vehicle during the last servicing.

        There is noise from the engine & has given me an estimate of INR 10, 500.00 to get the bike repaired.

        This is clearly a negligense from Bharat as they have done incomplete servicing & missed a major part of oil change & check during the servicing of the vehicle.

        Bharat should be liable to pay thye cost of repairing the vehicle.

        The bike is not even 2 years old & a problem of engine should not come in the vehicle.

        We have been using Suzuki vehicles for a long time & have had no issues with anuthing so far.

        The engine problem has to be sorted.

        Please inform me how Bharat will pay for the repair of the vehicle.

          i own a suzuki access scooter from march 2009. reg no. KL-13-T-2939. last year november it had showed up a complaint. the piston is jammed and engine stalled due to lack of engine oil. ive serviced the vehicle a month back so where is the engine oil which i paid for ?? ok let it be ..maybe my fault . ive recieved the delivery on march 2013 paying 7900 rs. ive done a periodic service after that. and now again the complaint shows up. ive towed it to the service centre and they checked the vehicle, said it was the same complaint, and quoted me 6000 rs. why shud i pay ?? ok if i pay, then after six months ive got to arrange an amount for the same complaint??? it seems like ive taken a loan from suzuki and have to pay them back 12000 rs for a year. i need this complaint fixed free of cost or half the amount and a written letter saying this complaint wont show up again or if it shows up then its the responsibility of the company to rectify. if none is possible then i will have to reach the consumer court

            Hi Everyone, Contrary to my belief about the good service provided by Maruthi, I had a very bad experience with the service provided for my Maruthi 800. I gave my Maruthi 800 for a regular service last weekend 21st, September 2013. They charged me around INR 1000/- for cleaning and other normal checks like break and engine oil. They promised to deliver my car by 21st evening. However, they didn't deliver it on time which was the first disappointment for me. I went to collect my car on Sunday morning and found that the engine wasn't even cleaned. I doubt if they even looked at the engine leave alone making all the checks. Even the underside of the car was not cleaned at all and was very dirty. I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS POOR WORKMANSHIP AND TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER's MONEY. After paying INR 1000/- this is not something anyone would expect out of a service centre. When I pointed this out to them, they told me that this would take only 10 mins and they would get it cleaned. If it would take only 10 mins, why wasn't this done over the previous day ? I clearly told them that they would rather take their time and clean it up properly and later deliver the car to my home. They insisted on cleaning it then and there and delivering the car. They cleaned the car and this is how it was after they cleaned it for the SECOND TIME : After this service I have totally lost all my trust on the Maruthi Service centre and would rather keep the car without cleaning than giving it to the service centre and getting ripped of all the money I have. INR 1000/- is a bit too high for the cleaning but still I was okay with paying the amount if I was given proper service for the money. But with this type of service, I would never again go back their and even warn my friends against the poor service given by Mandovi Motors.

            sir, might be one case..last 15 year doing service with them ..90%satisfied ..got once probelm..rework done..other mechanical work done well.
            let approach other level if not ok..

            but washing charges 1000 inr to be explained ..if you have bill, publish here..it wil be useful to us..

            I changed my clutch plate & suspension parts & head light from Mandovi Motors service center, Hennur last 1 month back. but after that my car (Zen Estilo) starts giving trouble to me. I went to them 2 times after that explaining the issues with my car (steering volving, shaking, jerking, some kind of loud sound was coming from the right wheel side, reverse sound is gone, etc...). The service supervisor "HARISH" who gave some funny explanations every time, more of he said there was no reverse sound at all in my car & they kept my car for 1 day simply & gave my back as it is without fixing any of the issues. I said if this is the service quality we should expect from Mandovi then the slowly you will lose the customers faith on you & I was surprised that he was list bother about that it seems he doesn't care about customers which is very alarming. This happens in last week & still I am living with all the issues in my car, I don't like the way their executive (HARISH) handles the customers at-least in my case, surly next time I will not go to that person again. I am planning to go to the local garage which I feel would be fruit full.

            Mandovi - Please take care of your customers, train your executives to behave well with them, try & resolve their concerns, try to make them satisfied, win their trust other wise there are many other options available in the market which will take away your customers in no time.

            its worst service...regretting for purchasing maruti car.

            Dear folks pls avoid buying maruti cars and madovi motrs for service too. some beggars motivated me for getting maruti for good after sales service but now am paying for it. If i had gone some other cars like hyundai or ford, i could atleast enjoyed the features at the same cost of swift.
            pls dont believe rumors like the after sales service abt the maruti...they are the blood suckers.
            go for any car otherthan maruti...feel the diffrence in features.

            My car swift Dzire Vdi with registration no KA 53 P 8107 being serviced on time without fail in Mandovi Motors got engine timing chain issue exactly at 8200 kms but no intimation given any of the service about timing chain problem or week anything, after taking it to Mandovi service centre they said need to replace complete timing timing with co parts as well. However I accepted and given for service all parts has been replaced and confirmed everything is fine now like that in Vijaynagar Mandovi Motors later on when I took for test drive I noticed some noise from engine same been reported to rep but he said since all parts been replaced just before noise is coming and convinced me that it will be alright after driving few kms.. but still the noise from engine doesn’t disappeared and again I took it to showroom they rep said issue with turbo cooler bush they did some alterations and said convinced to replace that bush in next service and simply replaced the discs where there is no rust formations at all and quoted extra amount than estimate. Quoted 25000 rs for just part replacements and no perfection in the work. Such kind of worst service never expected from Mandovi Motors. Better change the name as Mandovi replacement center with no quality service

              I own suzuki access 125 since june 2012, i have been regularly giving bike for service in Jain suzuki pallavaram. Last time(Oct) when i gave my bike for service. I had a Free service. The free service is always the worst service here. After getting the delivery of the bike I came back with the complaint on their service for almost 5 times. This time little delayed as i had a accident with that Bike. 1) issue with the Brake as the Bike back wheel was making nosie when i hold the brake. I went again in two days 2) I had indicator buzzer added by them on that service that stopped working. I had to go again 3)The seat was not fixed the person put the screws in side the container and gave the bike with fixing the seat. 4) airfilter burst while trying to start, i was told that The sir filter was change but it was. Now Bikes mileage has gone down like hell. I met with an accident due to the loose brake. Tyres are going lose and got to tigh them almost every 30days. Headlight doesnt glow properly on high beam. Indicator itself has gone loose that i have to press it hard to work. Finally now after one month of my accident my dad gave the bike for service, they delayed delievery when asked the Manager himself in workshop says he is busy with other calls and cant answer my call and hangs up on me. Now for fixing what they should have fixed before they are charging me 4000RS. Good way to make money. but talking so rudely to me I wont accept. I need a resolution ASAP. Donno if i can contact someone else hence leaving a feed back here Regards Raji

                  bought Maruti Suzuki Ritz VDI from ABT CALICUT in March 2011.

                  At 20000 Km we did service( 2 year service) from ABT THAMARASSERY, Calicut(Dist) on April 18, 2013.

                  After 2 months on July 2nd, on our travel to Calicut. Car broke down. We checked with nearby mechanic. There was no Battery water at all. The Battery was completely dry. We had to install a new battery since the old battery was completely non chargeable and not working.

                  We contacted ABT Thamarassery, they said they are not ready to do any compensation for this. It is very clear they have not changed Battery water and thats the reason for our terrible experience with Ritz during our jouRNEY..

                    I had purchased a maruti Ertiga from this dealer. I have not been given the gold coin as promised and over charged to the extent of Rs.19,191/-. I had complianed to Maruti on 29.07.13 at the RO, Kolkata but no action has been taken. I followed up by writing to CRM manager Mr. Srihari Rachapudi, Gurgaon. But apart from an acknowledgement nothing has been done by Maruti.

                      Hi I bought SUZUKI access 3 years before. I have run vehicle for 25000 km only. I usually run vehicle in 45 - 50 km speed in highway. I wont rash vehicle & I wont misbehave in riding methods. But I am seeing mileage is going down & Engine is catching up while normal running on road. This is really worst case & may lead to accident. SUZUKI has to check this on priority. Braking efficiency is almost worst in access 125. When I checked with dealer I could find that Engine has worn out completely in 25000 Kms itself. Now to correct this I need to spend again 10000 INR. This is the worst vehicle that I have ever seen. Please do not buy SUZUKI vehicles

                        I HAVE A COMPLAINT MENTIONED ABOVE I TOLD THIS SEVERAL TIMES TO THE SERVICE CENTER (ESSCO MOTORS TRIVANDRUM KERALA) THEY CHANGED TWO FRONT STUMPS AND MUDGUARDS AND OTHER SPARE PARTS BUT THE PROBLEM STILL EXISTS.SKILLED MECHANICS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THAT SERVICE CENTER.                           We paid all the amount for our first new car swift to this dealer a month ahead to the date of delivery we want. At last they dint even send the car for registration till date. We are following them for all procedures to be done by them. They dint even make a single call from the day of booking. Very poor customer attention. They are so irresponsible. We feel that we have made a big blunder in selecting this dealer. We could have gone for khivraj. Abt is just name. Very very poor in everything service delivery procedures.

                            I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 on 8th August ,2013 from Shivalik Suzuki, Satelite, Ahmedabad.The Engine No.is F[protected].It had run 403 km.only. I was driving Access 125 om Ahmedabad - Gandhinagar highway , At that time allm of a sudden the rear wheel got locked , though the speed of my vehicle is very slow ( 30 Km). I fell down from my Access on the spot, But i was lucky that i have no major injury. Thereafter , i informed the Shivalik Suzuki Dealer , then one supervisor and two foremen reached on that incident spot. They declare that the Gear Box of Access was locked because there was not single drop of Oil in the Gear Box.Thereafter, they brought my Access to the workshop at Chandkheda.They also accepted that It is a Company Fault. I am really shocked with what happened to me and my vehicle.I am very much depressed right now and with this mental condition of mine. I am not willing to drive this Faulty Access 125. and even re - conditioned Access 125. Therefore , It is my kind request to you to provide a new Suzuki Access 125 to me as soon as possible.                               Respected sir/madem, Iam Apoorva, iam purchase suzuki access 125 on november/2011(Aryan Suzuki), since it is working fine but last month iam shifted to usloor and 31:07:2013 iam, given service to near Suzuki authorised service center Meghadooth suzuki, for service and general checkup, when iam given service to this service center but ofter take gadi from this service center my gadi is not working properly, and from 25 day's i sent it 12 time's and spend Rs4800, to repaire my gadi but this service center people is not working properly and they are change the all parts (excluding engien), but since it's not working properly and automaticly engien will go switch off on riding and breack failured and lost week i got accident, plees take action to this service staion.                                 The scooter closes in the idle engine running ,it runs good when we are moving but as and when on red lights or idle position the engine stops, I have shown to both of your authorised service centre but the problem is still there they are not able to rectify kindly advice.                                 Suzuki Access 125 — Body and parts are worse quality

                                I am suresh bought Suzuki access 125 last one year back but I am getting problem from past eight month. The problem is boke's body and spare parts are completely week. I think company should stop manufacture this type of bikes and scooters.

                                  Problem in Self Start System

                                  I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 on 2472012.Last service has been done on 372013,and from the time period 0472013 to 1082013 I have made 3 visits to the service centre but my problem in self start system and the problem that it stops while running has not been met yet.And the engineers there are not cooperating to look up the case.Although my vehicle is not in free service period but I want my problem to be resolved as soon as possible....

                                  To Whom so it may concern I had purchased my Ritz DL12cc2637 from Rana motors on 5/9/11. From the very begining i am facing this problem during rainy season There are streaks on mine ritz windshield and when it's raining and we turn on the wipers they fog up. I don't know how to describe it but the streaks literally expand into this foggy crap. I tried wiping the streaks offeven replaced the wiper Blades so many times but they won't go away. I also checked and it's not on the inside either.., every time when i complain They said sir wiper problem. i guess there is some manufacturing fault in the windshield,, from last two weeks i am trying to approach Mr Rajiv kumar shukla, he is like company will call you with in a day or two , hardly geting in response.its like my car is tottaly money waste in rainy season.need your support in this problem . please rectify it ASAP Regards Yuvraj sethi [protected]

LTD DATE-21st August 2013 Sir/Mam, With due respect I would like to state that i am not at all satisfied with your dealer and the delivery services provided by your company,i have booked my suzuki access 125 of silver colour on 8th august,2013 and was told that i will be given delivery on 21st august 2013 at 11 am,,i came with full preparation for taking the delivery but after coming to the showroom i got to know that the vehicle has not even reached there... this is very insulting behaviour from your side ...i don't know what went wrong from your side but this is highly deceiving..the showroom named UDAIPUR SUZUKI-GURUNAMAN MOTORS PVT.LTD. and your company services are highly dissapointing..when i have booked my vehicle on time,with all details clearly..your dealer assured that by advance booking we will definately get the vehicle on our desired timings then why such a improper excuses are given to us. .every employee at the showroom convinced us thay we will get the delivery on 21st august 2013 before 11 am as it is the auspicious time for getting the vehicle on road then why were we deceived in such a manner..we have completed all the formalities before time so that we can get the vehicle on time..this is very shameful for your company and curses the reputation of such a multinational company.this act of ignorance has really hurted our family a lot.. i have not expected this kind of delay from your side..you have laid us down,,such lame excuses has left really painful scars in our minds and hearts. in future,,please don't do this kind of thing to any future customer or else your sell will get devastated by the curses of dissapointed customers.. thanking you yours sincerely Mrs. UMA GANGULY SECTOR-14,BLOCK A.                                     myself pooja ganguly, daughter of mrs.uma ganguly and mr.pradip ganguly..i have written this complaint on behalf of my family..and the suzuki access was a raakhi gift but due to all the irresponsible behaviour of the suzuki company and the dealer, , my festival has spoiled..shame on you gys!!!you gys don't know the value of time, emotions, words and promises..

                                      I am really sorry to inform you that from the day 1 of purchase of Maruti K10, not getting satisfied from the service of KTL PVT. Ltd. on behalf of Maruti Having a very big scam/scandal & Negligence has been searched out & want to share with you against esteemed organization i.e. Maruti. -----Maruti K10 – original wheel has been replaced with old wheel during servicing 1. On 8th April I have given my K10 to KTL to Mr. Sandeep/Bhaskar Awasthi /Raju / Saxena for the same issue which I had complaint from 2nd service i.e. Clutch problem – problem with 1st and reverse gear. 2. On 9th around 7.30 pm the vehicle has been delivered by Sandeep to me and committed the problem has been rectified now. 3. Again I am complaining to Sandeep not satisfied with their services and still the same problem is going on along-with another problem i.e. bubbling, Gear stucking, gear box loose, waving/fluttering during 1st & second gear 4. He assured me that Maruti guy is coming by 11 and will go forward to resolve the similar problem exist from 2nd service onwards. On 11th again Sandeep has called me to confirm the problems to Maruti person for analyzing the issue. I was assured by Sandeep that to visit next day & they will take care for further resolution of similar problem. 5. Unfortunately on 3.00 PM afternoon, I found 1 wheel of my Vehicle has been changed negligently with malafide intention. Soon I noticed it , immediately I visited at KTL workshop and complaint for the same. This is truly a Willful Negligence / theft / Scam/ Scandal of corruption on the part of KTL workshop of Maruti which is spoiling the reputation of BIG BRAND NAME i.e. MARUTI.6. Which is not acceptable by any customer. If any external part has been changed by workshop engineer how we will assure that other internal parts are OK. Also having the authentic proof for the same. 7. During the time of delivery of new vehicle at diwali season, the front bumper is also getting dented painted & delivered without wash. Post complaint they are replacing at the 1st day of delivery. 8. From the second service I have complaint multiple of times for clutch/gear/pickup problem as stated earlier. Every time they are changing the clutch plate twice, control unit HVAC , Blower Motor Assy R&R etc. 9. Due to this activity found at KTL, please suggest how I will assure & believe that the all the internal parts are OK at my K10. 10. Please see the logs available at KTL Workshop of all complaints which are done by me for your surveillance / vigilance audit. 11. Its truly a fraud case against the willful negligent / theft/ stolen/ corruption against the KTL. 12. Yet he same problem of gear box, pickup, part replacement is going on and not yet fixed from 2nd service. 13. Also want to share that I am fully frustrated due to horrible / non supportive services which is yet going on at KTL service Centre 14. How is it possible that with the running of around 4000 KMs having the problem of Gear Stucking, Pickup , bubbling, AC , weaving & fluttering etc. 15. Post regular harashment i was paralysed in the month of April and admitted at Hospital for 15 days. But treatement is till going on. As per Dr. this will happened due to hyper tension. Who will bear this loss of health and wealth. [protected]Theft scandal at your service workshop which is not truly accepted by any customer. And now I am fully frustrated from services and concentrations has been now switched off and plan to go for legal action against the Mental Harassments & agony from the day 1 of purchase. Hope you will understand the mental of customer and take necessary action for the same. Detail attached: 1. Vehicle Number – UP32DY7231 2. Model – Maruti Alto K10 3. Address - C-945, Indira Nagar 4. Last JOB Instruction Capturing Sheet No. 54 , dtd. 12.4.2013, Time – 15.55 PM 4. KM- 4110 5. Date of Purchase – Nov’2011 [day of Diwali] 6. Part replaced bill detail – BC13000520 [dtd. 09.04.2013] / BC12013631 [17.11.2012] / 1 more bill of clutch plate change signed yet not received. Still i am taking regular followup with Maruti Managers and representative no one is ready to attend the problem and they are truly unanswerable. please advise where i will go for the recovery of this loss.                                       Maruti Dealers in Nashik (Automotive, Ambad) Not At All Giving Service To Their Customers. They Consider Customers As A "Fool Guy".
