I am having Maruti WAGONR Lxi car. Which is having 5 tyre of JK tyre which were supplied with new car. It is 21000 KM old and suddenly it was started vibrating while running. After checking it was found that out of 5, 2 tyres having manufacturing defect and it was bend so vibrating and it was told that it is dangereous too.
I think we all have worst experience of JK tyre and we should through this message to all our frends and relatives not to buy tyre from JK tyre as they dont have any quality check (seems) and dangerwous too.

    AC Compressor not replace under warranty

    I am Prem Singh from Mumbai
    I own RITZ VDI in March 2011 with extended warranty from SK Wheels Navi Mumbai
    From pass 2 1/2 years I do servicing from SK Wheels on regular basis
    Now compressor of car AC is not working and need a replacement, but SK Says that It will not be replaced under warranty and will cost Rs 21000
    I am not really happy for this service by SK wheels and need your intervention for same

    I am drsatishkumar b.v, using new swift zdi since 1 year, which has run 200000 k.m was given for service on29th nov 2013, after the service, I observed that, my swift is not getting started properly, (after so many cranks it is getting start, that too with lot of vibration, &also I observed that it is failed to take pick up&turned off immidiatly with lot of vibration, finally I again give the vehicle for service on 3rd december 2013, to friendly motors, madikeri, , kodagu, pin:571201 but till now they failed to rectify the problem, but as I am a doctor, I used to get some emergency call, that I have to attend at the earliest, now iam facing lot of inconviniance, so rectify the problem as soon as possible, till then provide me the alternative arrangement&there by uphold the glory of your esteemed organisation. thank you DR.SATHISH KUMAR MOB:[protected]

      Hi I own a Maruti Dezire Petrol car which was purchased in the month of July, 2011, Vehicle no, KA05MK2130. The car was purchased from Mandovi Motors, JP Nagar, Bangalore and since then all the regular services were done in the same work shop within time. The vehicle has completed only 18000 Kms till now. The first time I have gone for a long trip (500Kms), the vehicle got heated up and the Supervisor at the Mandovi Workshop inspected and recommended that the Head and Head Gasket have to be changed. I had to change the same spending Rs.18000/-. I was really surprised for something like happening to Dezire which is flagship vehicle of Maruti and given the fact that the last service was done in July, 2013 at the same work shop. I have written to the GM, Plant Manager and the Mauti Representative (TSM) one Mr. Purushothaman about the same. After almost 20 days of my emai, I get a very irresponsible reply stating that the Warranty period was only till 2 years and Maruti is not responsible for any failure to engine after that. This is not expected from a company of Maruti Suzuki repute...I am not worried about the money I have spent, but I will never buy another vehicle from Maruti or even recommend my friends not to go for the same. More than the complaint, the response was pathetic even after taking up to the top man at the Mandovi and Maruti representative. I am not confident of taking my vehicle for long trips now and looking for exchanging for some good brands. Best Regards Paul.Ittoop Bangalore #[protected]

          Bad Service from Suzuki

          I purchased Suzuki Access 125 in February 2013 from Kapadia Auto, Shalimar, Nashik. The bike number is MH-15 DV-7659 Since I purchased the bike, there is starting problem. Its major problem. I have constantly complained with official service center at Shalimar, Nashik. They do not take my complaint seriously. They keep my bike in service center for 2-3 days. Give some temporary solution and the problem again continues. This has been happening...

          I am Dr.Subin Krishnan, I own a 2009 June model Swift diesel car ( Reg no: KL 24 B 109, Chassis No:445997, Engine No:1250020) which has just clocked 40000 KM. Recently I noticed decrease in power-as is turbo not working, I contacted the regular service center ( Indus Motors Co. Kollam-Kerala). They checked the EGR, various sensors and told turbo chargers need to be replaced. After few days they told along with turbochargers catalytic converters also to be replaced. I used to be extremely careful with the vehicle, drive myself, regular with the periodic maintenance very six months at the above mentioned service center. Don't understand why this has happened- such an expensive repair so early (40000 KM). what would have caused the turbo and catalytic converter failure? After all this engine is world renowned and award winning.Is this a normal phenomenal? I don't think... I am losing faith in this vehicle and service center.             I have had the worst experience of buying the car SX4 from Sparsh Automobiles Raipur. From the time I have purchased the car I have been facing various issues with it. The workshop people are least bothered about it and my car has been into their showroom for more than 4-5 times with this issue, till they weren't able to rectify the problem. After repeated complaints and calls nothing has been rectified yet. Also, Maruti Suzuki sends a feedback form to the person who buys the new car. I have been he customer of Maruti Suzuki from the last 5-6 years. They haven't send me any feedback form this time. Every time I ask their dealership or the Customer Care, they don't have an answer about it. I have purchased the car in the month of April 2013 and still I haven't go it. Its almost he end of the year. I mean how can they have such an attitude with the customers. Also, the major concern of mine is that I was sold an old model car when the new model of the same was releasing next week. My father had gone to purchase it and they never informed him about the same. It's only when I came to know about it that I complained it to the dealer. The lady at the dealership confidently says that "Sir, Your father didn't knew about it. That's why we sold it" I mean how can they even say it. How can they fool the customers like that. The dealership people are really bad at their service and they are not true to their customers as well. I have had the worst experience with them so far. F I would sincerely request you to take up the issue very seriously. We have been purchasing your products from a long time and this is not the way you treat and value your customers. You are the biggest brands in Vehicle Industry in India. I would never want to switch to other brand. But with the problems I am going through I am being forced to do so. Kindly resolve this issue and get us the Feedback form so that we can inform the company as to the problems that the customers have to go through because of the bad dealerships. I would also want an answer as to why I was sold an old model car when the new car was being launched in a week's time or so. I have been trying to put in complaints in their customer care center, however there has been no action taken. The person from the dealership calls me instead of the company people.               Respected Sir, I Have KL 11Y 5432 Alto Car. I Replaced my car's Clutch disc, preasure plate unit at Kerala, Calicut Indus Motor Nallalam, Calicut Service Centre. But now I feel Jurking at the time of take off. I complainted the Service Centre the above problem, they adjust clutch and gave to me. I again informed the Service Centre and produce my vehicle they again inspect and said to me the vehicle O.K. Don't bother about jurking, this is right working. Sir Iam not satisfied yet not only i but also my friends feel clutch not working properly. So kindly suggest proper service centre or service person immediately.                 I have purchase a new Maruti Suzuki Swift (Vdi) from Prem Motors VKIA, Jaipur on 6 October 2013. At the time of delivery the PDI was not done properly and car was handed over to me. At the time of delivery executive told me that PDI has done and car also wash. Next day I have noticed that entire car body was full of black spots and also all the car’s glasses contains lots of spots that seems to be like air bubbles in the car. I had complained in the showroom and after that they had washed my car 2 times using chemicals. Rubbing also done but the spots remain as it is even the car body becomes dull due to the excessive use of chemicals. I have also complained in Maruti Suzuki (Complaint Number – [protected]) but they have closed my complain without any resolution. even I have called Maruti Regional Office, Jaipur, but failed to get any response from them.. Even on first service they have charged me 300/- INR by providing wrong information to me. Their executive told me that cabin air filter must be change on first service but when I talked to their manager he told me that it is not mandatory but it will be beneficial for you. They have charged me for the part which is not required and forcing me to pay for that part and it is mandatory in first service, which is not true. Also it is very difficult to give the CAR everytime for the same issues again & again. Even I have talked to Ms Jaspreet Kaur (Manager, Prem Motors VKIA) and each and every time she is lying and not giving any resolution till now.                   Engine crankcase oil drain hole internal thread wear & tear

                  My Access 125 has run 28800 kms and all services done by Apple Auto Ltd, Devegowda Petrol Bunk, Bangalore at regular intervals. The engine oil has been changed as recommended by Service Advisor so far. I had given scooter for service on 26/10/13 and as usual engine oil was drained and replaced. The vehicle was delivered on the same day. I observed oil leakage when the vehicle was parked at home every day and reported back to Apple Auto on...

On 25 Oct 2013 i have recieved a call from a person name Astha Rajput Mobile no.([protected]) who told me that she is speaking from naukri.com and my resume is selected for the job in maruti suzuki plant in manesar. Am i intersted for this job. then naturally i said yes. Then she told me that i have to come to jaipur for the interview. at the place Chomu Pulia near Bhavani Niketan, Sikar Road.And also have to give Rs 1000 as registartion after the job letter. When i reached there i called on the above person no. then she told me that i would recieve a call in few minutes from a person named D.K Walia Mobile no.([protected], +[protected]). I recieved the call after few minutes then that person told me to come at 12 no. vkt petrol pump from Bhavani niketan. When i reached there a person name Rohit Singh met me and he take me to his office for the interview of maruti suzuki.Rohit singh gave me his email id as [protected]@gmail.com and he also gave me his maruti suzuki job code as rs30548. After the interview i was asked to give Rs[protected] for registration+500 medical+500 insurance+200 for mobile bill)and also they have taken my 4 photos and copy of my documents(pan card, voter id card and high school marksheet) after that they have given me the job letter for joining date on 6 nov 2013. And they have told me to call on his no. on 5 nov 2013 between 6-7 pm. On 5 nov i recieved a call from a no.[protected] at 4:30 pm to come at iffco chowk gurgaon and call at the no.([protected]) name Vinod Sharma there when u reach. When i reached at the IFFCO Chowk Gurgaon the person Vinod Sharma met me and demaded Rs 7000 money for 2 DRESS, 1 HELMATE, 1 SEPRATE ROOM WITH FOOD, HEALTH INSURENCE etc.I told him that i dont have money right now and when i will arrange it i will call him. When i came back home i searched on google for this no and i got to know a compalint on the link "http://www.grahakseva.com/complaints/179062/not-given-me-job-in-maruti-suz... regarding the fraud happened with a person name SATISH RANJAN . When i called up his no. he told me about the whole incident that happened with him. He said that" Some days before one call is coming in his contact no-[protected], by this no-[protected], [protected].they told me i am speaking from naukri.com, are you want to get job in MARUTI SUZUKI company GURGAON, I told yes.then they given me interview address in AGRA, Address are-TDI MALL, Vishal mega mart, fathabad road, tajganj agra, last date-04.09.13.Regards -Priyanshi sharma.Then I reach there for interview, and there they taken to me 1000 rupees for registation fee.this person pick up me ([protected]), after registation they filled one form from my resume and given to me, on that written V K ASSOCIATE. after that they farward me in GURGAON on 21 october for joining to this person name-VINOD mob no-[protected], [protected], when I reach there they taken V K ASSOCIATE later to me and demand me to pay 6500 rupees for 2 DRESS, 1 HELMATE, 1 SEPRATE ROOM WITH FOOD, HEALTH INSURENCE etc.I pay 6500 rupees there, then they told 23 october your joining is ok.after that I came there then they told me to wait for E mail send by the compani.                   i also got a call from a person named Avni sharma, she claimed to be of HR department of Maruti suzuki, nd they called me to Agra on 5-6 june.
                  This scam is under activity from last one and half year, I read all complaints on different grahak suraksha sites, there are lots of people who has got these kind of calls from Maruti Suzuki. I also got this call just before 30 min. So I just checked on google that what is this? Fake or Real. What is police doing? or Crime dept.? Can't they do anything? Had ho gyi ye to.. Kisi k bhi naam se fraud ho sakta hai is desh me. Kya hm ise pakadva nahi sakte?? What should we do now? Anyone have idea what to do??

                    Sir 28/10/2013 booked maruti wagon r vxi from popular dealer at irinjalakuda and 30th paid down payment and clear the bank loan by DD from HDFC.At the time dealer representative said, vehicle will be get 1/11/2013.when I called to dealer, they are not ready to delivery the vehicle to concerned date.still we are waiting and response from dealer rep..they are not show the vehicle also. Dealer wasting my valuable time . So kindly reverrt back the information about the reason of delaying delivery the vehicle to customer. I hope you take necessary action .                       i repaired my car through excellent motors 123/793, fazalganj kanpur authorized mass of maruti suzuki.i claimed my car through hdfc ergo insurance co..when my car was repaired the excellent co. said i have to pay all the money inspite of cashless insurance they took rs24200 from me, the cheque of rs13365 came to me from hdfc after 10 days .in the hdfc computation sheet the invoice rate was mentioned 20794rs given by excellent co. bt they took 24200rs. from me inspite of no other parts i have repaired which was passed as a claim from hdfc co..when i asked the excellent co. to return my 3400rs .they have no answers regarding this .and saying i will only adjust 300-400 rs. when i will service my car from them, please help me out

                        Two months back i gave my car(which met with accident) for body repair. Indus motor took nearly 10 days for repair and they gave me car with lot of issues. The issues are: 1.Fuel tank not opening 2.Head light was de-linked. It is not connected. 3.All glass pieces are there in the car(Both in AC & car doors) 4.Cleaning not done properly. 5. Mileage is an issues. Even though Engine not damaged they play with that & i am getting low mileage. This is the worst repair i have never saw. I didn't get any call after receiving the vehicle.

                        After one year also iam facing the consequences with the repair they done. Its worst than anything. Still i have problems with the car what they have done to me. Still no action taken on the service provider. They got huge money & njoying by spoiling customers cars. This is how maruti considering customer satisfaction. After all they are living on us.

                          There was a noise from Suspension & Streeing (as identified by FortPoint Maruti Service center located in Andheri), which was rectified by FortPoint Andheri and I paid Rs. 6170 vide bill no BC[protected] dated 24/07/2013. Further I notice some mild noice from front portion of the car and aging I sent my car to FortPoint on 22/10/2013. After through test and investigation, Rahul Bandgar, who attendedmycar earlier, pointed out that some minor parts needs to be replaced and the estimated cost for the same is Rs. 2225. He further requested to send the car on 24/10/2013 as the spare was not available that day. Subsequestly I sent my car on 24/10/2013 and in absence of Mr. Rahul another SA Mr. Navid attended the car. Inspite of haveing the history and the estimate given by Rahul, he further investigated and claimed a hefty amount (approx 15 K) to rectify the problem. I requested him to verify with Mr. Rahul and rectify my car as per the estimate given by Mr. Rahul. He refused to do so and subsequently I spoke to Work Shop manager some Mr. Patil. After lot of discussion over phone and attitude shown by Mr. Patil, I ultimately requested him to return my car as per original status (in the same status when I handed over the car on 24/10). However after lot of harrasment and phone call they returned my car in total damaged condition. Now the noise is coming from all over the car and is not in the position to drive the car at all. I am sure they have done it purposely so as they can proof their point and further damage happens so as they can claim additional money from me. I request help to solve the problem and immediate rectification of damage caused by FortPoint.
                          Maruti Suzuki customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                            Gud aftrn.dear sir, my vehicle no is tn40h1234 marutiswift model 2010.. nw I hav run 67500km.. today morning iam take my car to abt mettuppalayam branch to solve the front left indicater problem.it s not working since 1 week. . They take me half n hour and then the service advisor came to me.. iam said that front left indicater is not working and battery terminal wire connection is loose connection. .. service advisor called one worker and check it.. first they correct the indicator, and now works good. . They also check the battery wire and found one bolt is broken.. they replace one bolt.. And battery also ok.. service advisor ask me 250 rs.. and he said that now I cannot give u computer bill now. I will give u after sometime.. Iam replied that you have only change one new bolt then y are u asking more money for one small bolt.. iam said that once more I will give only 100 rupees for the bolt and labour charges.. service adviser fight with me that these are all very small problem y u bring the vehicle here. Iam shocked to here this words from the service advisor.. at finally the other service advisor came to me and request to take vehicle for delivery. Then I came home.And I complaint to racecourse office.they hav take no action.. iam dont know that service adviser asks me more money for that ten minutes. .. the service adviser didn't say his name to me.. but the branch people all are know about this problem. .                               Ladies and Gentlemen at Vitesse and Maruti Suzuki, I seem to have understood why Maruti managers are attacked by your own staff in your factories. As human beings, a simple expectation that everyone on the planet has is that people stick to commitments. Given your Japanese lineage, is that something that you have converted to a “chalta hai” attitude? I booked a Ertiga VXI CNG (Vehicle Sr No ER-VXI-C 135) on Oct 14, 2013 at your Lokhandwala outlet. I did not make any special request for delivery on any particular day. However Swapnil and Himanshu commited the following (verbally and in writing): 1. The delivery will be done in 2-3 weeks 2. Guaranteed delivery by Diwali Today Swapnil tells me it will take 3-4 weeks from now. HERE IS SIMPLE MATHEMATICS: As per #1, the delivery was supposed to happen in between Oct 28 and Nov 3. Today I am told it will happen between Nov 9 and 15. At the bat of an eyelid, I have been “taken for granted” and delivery has been pushed back by 2 weeks. If it was Nov 9-15, you should have told me at the time of booking….I would have no problem if it was delivered at that period then. BUT NOW, I have a problem with the fact that you DO NOT LIVE UPTO commitments. This raises serious doubts about the relationship that I am trying to forge for a few years with you, especially after being a dedicated Honda & Hyundai customer for over a decade. Now I am beginning to see why you have the unique distinction of being plagued by labour problems at your factory and why people get killed! You just don’t care….do you? Now, will you still make an effort to ‘live up to your commitment’ and ensure delivery on Oct 28? If you say yes, I have no reason to think about a cancelation and probably a fan for life. Else, I become another irate customer who may want to go to a customer court and charge damages, especially since you have given things in writing.                                 I have purchased Maruti wagon- R car from Anand Motors Ltd. vidhan sabha marg, Lucknow on dated 08102013. Mr Thapa and Mr. Abishek saxena entertained me about all formalities and taken all payment (INCLUDING INSURANCE AND RAGISTRATION NO FROM R.T.O., LUCKNOW) from me and loan amount from S.B.I .Mr. Thapa and Mr. Abishek ask me that they have allotted ragistration no. from r.t.o. office with in 4 to 5 days. but till today there is no ragistration alloted. Both person try to convenve me everyday that saturday(121013) and sunday(131013) is the holiday and process is under in r.t.o.. whenever no process is going on.in r.t.o. saturday and sunday is not holiday but working day. actually till today{ after purchasing 10 days] my papers not reached R.T.O. LKO. from anand motors ltd. lko. Thapa and Abishek is everytime cheating me and always telling a lie. it is very shameful for you. my ist. free service is due 1000 km. or one month. but i have not received my reg. no. after purchasing 10 days. how is possible that i can drive my car 1000 km.                                 I have purchased Maruti SWIFT ZXI car from MYCAR Indore Ltd. Bhawarkuan Indore, on dated 18092013. Mr Bhpinder, Manish chohan and Yogesh Yadav. entertained me about all formalities and taken all payment (INCLUDING INSURANCE Municipal charges, AND RAGISTRATION NO FROM R.T.O., INDORE) from me and loan amount from S.B.I . They are try to convene me everyday that your registration etc will be done today at 10AM, 12AM etc and process is under in r.t.o.. whenever no process is going on.in r.t.o. even the papers are not sent to the RTO office after 3 months of the car purchase by MYCAR Pvt Ltd. They are cheating me and always telling a lie. it is very shameful for MYCAR. My Ist service was done and car was hold by the MyCar Service centre for 2 days even the car was not run for 1000kms limit for the first service. Now the 2nd service is near and still I have not get the registration of the CAR and it is just parked and not driving the car for to make it useful for 2nd servise(atleast 4000kms).
