This is regarding non working of my car DL12 CC 4876 wiper still i had purchased from Rana Moter PVT. LTD. New Delhi-110029. When i purchased the same there was no need to check the wiper whether is running or not.
IN the the 1st service on 19 April 2012 i had complained of non working of my car wiper they make it ok but very same day the wiper was not working when i rechecked. on 24/08/2012 specially i had complained for the same that the wiper was not working they changed the fuse in the evening and that time the wiper woking but the very next day the wiper was not in moving position.still my wiper is not woking. When i need to run the wiper they remain sleep. I m very fedup and i dont have to much time to go every time in the service centre and get it repair.

Please help me to solve the problem.

      Maruti suzuki/wagon R — car is not proper service

      Maruti's service very very bougas b'coz their engineer's very rudaly behevier and they no knowledge about car's noise.
      they told the no noice in your car but their workers are agreed that in car no 9895 wagon R is noicing at speed 80 to 100
      engneer mr. J Prakash is requred to medical check-up his "EAR" We r very Very Very unhappy with maruti suziki's attitud B'coz they filed our complained without informing me.
      we are now try to go in conzumer court in short time.

        Sir,
        I wish to lodge a complaint against the Maruti Udyog Limited Company since the security of my car has failed.

        I can explain:-

        I have purchased one MARUTI ZEN ESTILO car through the dealer SAI SERVICE , SRV No. 212/4, VERNA , SALCETE, MARGAO, GOA on 03.11.2009. the registration no of my car is GA08-F-0385.

        On 16.08.2012, while my co worker opens her Mauti estilo (same model) car by using the remote control of key, doors of my car (parked nearby) opened and she entered my car. If this incident was not happened with my co worker, I MAY LOST MY CAR. It shows the security system of my car is failure.

        Kindly look into this matter seriously and guide me to get justified solution.

        I will lodge same complaint to MARUTI COMPANY. if they would not make a solution for my car security I will approach consumer court.

        Maruti Udyog Limited — REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT

        Dear Sir,

        With reference to above subject you have cancelled our Authorization since 5 years. In
        this regard we have applied and reminded you for many times to refund us the security deposite.We have also sent all the original and other documents as required by you in time.

        Sir, you realised that it has passed 5 years but till date you have not refunded our deposite inspite of our subsequent reminders and requests by letters and phones. There is no action from your end, hence we once again and again would like to draw your kind and personel attention towards this matter.

        Please look in to the pending matter and refund our security deposite within 10 days otherwise we will be compelled to take legal action.

        Hope you will take this matter positively and try to resolve it at the earliest.Our Mass Code was 2527.

        A SWIFT VDI WAS BOOKED WITH STANN AUTOS, LUDHIANA ON 9 JUNE, 2011 WITH A DELIVERY COMMITTMENT OF 5-6 MONTHS AS TEH LEAD TIME. THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED YET & THERE IS NO UPDATE ON THE SAME AS WELL. PLS TAKE UP WITH THE CONCERNED DEALER FOR THE DELIVERY IN OTHER 5-6 DAYS AS IT IS ALREADY OVERDUE SINCE 4 MONTHS.

          Sir,

          My New Wagon R DL8CW 2584, purchased in June, 2011, covered with 15 years free service on road and an Autocard issued worth Rs. 370 as indicated on the Invoice of my car. Today I had to lodge a complaint on Phone No. 18004200 for replacement of flat tyre, I was informed by Mr George to pay Rs. 150 for the visit of Technician for doing the needful. What a pity? It indicates as if you are befooling the consumers by alluring them with false promises in order to sell the vehicles, and thereafter you are levying unwanted, unnecessary charges in putting the consumer to bear uncalled for loss. It is anti consumer attitude and need to be challenged in the Consumer Court. It is a deliberate attempt to harass and cause mental agony to the Consumer. Previously too I asked for help during Nov, 2011 no such charges were levied, how about now. If you have changed your policy, is it not your duty to inform the consumers in time, thus giving them ample time to switch over to other mode of assistance. As such your dictatorial behavior in charging exorbitantly and thus putting the consumers to harassment despite agreement of free service for 15 years, is unacceptable, as such direct your staff to attend to my vehicle or face the legal action, for which you will be responsible for all the legal expenses if incurred in the legal process.

            i m having a vehicle of suzuki.model name acess scooter.my vehicle regular goes to service and maintainance.now the subject is that every time my vehicle goes for service to agency they say that some part is damaged.even when it goes for service within days.each time they ask for money in name of repair.sometimes 100 and even sometimes for 500.my vehicle is new and i bought it on 18 oct 2011.i never had my vehicle repair any other place other than agency.my complaint is that suzuki must take some action again these supervisors who are currupted.my vehicle is fine.and dont have any manufacturing defect..

              I had purchased Maruti Swift (New Model) in Feb 2012 from Krish Motors Jahangir Puri Delhi, Just after 3 months ( 4000) Kms, i found that the breaks of this car is not effective and becomes very hard to operate in low speed , in trafic, so i send the car to the workshop where its second service is done and worked on breaks. But when i test the car i felt the same problem so left my car there, in next 3-4 days i got call from Maruti Company that the pattern o[censored]sing lates model Swift is different and person need to change the pattern o[censored]sing it. I was surprised, I am driving there other model and other cars for past 35 year and at this time i need to change the style o[censored]sing breaks.. I came from other sources that New Models of Swift and Dezire has this problem and Maruti People working on this problem but they are not accecpting the falt.. Its risky driving this car on road with such problem so decided to sell the car and buy some other product. Nothing can be done when Manufacture refuses to accecpt the falt...

                Hi,

                I have purchased an vehicle Maruti Estillo CNG/Petrol Version in October 2011 with regn no. AP28 CH 2441. I previously owned an Alto Lxi AP09 BE 5316 for 5 years. The new car was hardly ridden and the brand new car broke down near Hyderabad Shamshabad Airport. I had to get the car towed from there and it cost me Rs.3200 to get it back to the city. I then handed the car over to GEM Service center in kondapur ( after repeated attempts to explain it to them that i have just towed the car for close to 2 hours and i need immediate service - they wrote down my car regn. no and filled a form only after 1 hour - 30 minutes of which i stood right near the reception desk, otherwise they were highly reluctant to even write down and take the car in ) I mean common; how long does it take to fill a freaking form!!! There were agents running all over the place complaining that THEY DONT WANT to fill the form because they already have another customer. "I wont do it" was repeatedly used in telugu when the reception guy tried to get a service rep to listen. (The manager was busy with another customer and only after he became free did the process move. I stood there near the entrance otherwise they would have made me wait for hours and hours )

                Then the problem: Clutch Plate breakdown. I have driven my previous vehicle Alto Lxi for 5 years and exchanged it with the new Estillo. Same Driver, Same Driving - Single driver only. How is it that Alto NEVER EVER broke down and zen estillo breaks down within 10 monthS with 6000 kms on the meter? They are charging me Rs.4,400 within warranty period. ( I have still not collected my vehicle from the service center but i will tomorrow )

                This is the thanks i get for being a repeat customer. Alto Lxi - 5 years. Maintenance Cost : Zero. No. of breakdowns: Zero. Same Driver. Zen Estillo : Already one breakdown at a critical critical time when i was driving towards the airport for a very important appointment.

                I will never ever recommend Maruti Cars to anyone anymore. I work as a Manager in Monster.com and i will make sure to tell everyone that maruti products warranty is useless and they will only blame the customer. I felt there is a problem with this car from 3000 kms itself but could not understand it as i never had any problem with Alto and had begun to trust maruti cars blindly. AND NO , I DONOT PRESS THE CLUTCH HALFWAY AND RAISE THE ACCELERATOR like a novice moronic driver. Again : Same Driver. Whats wrong with Zen Estillo and whats different about Alto that this problem never surfaced with my previous car.

                Hi Swaroop,

                I am completely agree with you. There is problem in clutch assembly in this car. I have Maruti Zen Estilo LXI and after completing just 15000 km it's clutch plate burn when i was going in trip with my family. I stuck in middle of way with my family and can't tell you what problems i faced with my family. That was nightmare and spoiled whole trip and we have to come back. Maruti cars are not reliable you can't trust on them. They used cheap material and technically they are zero. That's why they need to open more service centers everywhere and provide their spare parts everywhere because they know their vehicles can stuck anywhere in between and will need service center and spare parts everywhere. I will prefer to go for some good branded company cars not desi maruti cars.

                  sir,i had booked a swift dzire vdi in am.motors([protected])malappuram on 27-02-12 by paying 50000 cash(reciept no-REC11021316,Order no-SOB[protected],CUSTOMER ID-I[protected]maruti suzuki had alloted me vehicle last month,but am.motors sales head and ceo had given away my alloted car to someone else without informing me and i am not able to get my car in time because they cheated me.please take an immediate serious action against am.motors ,malappuram and help me to provide me with the vehicle that company had alloted me long before

                    i have booked swift vdi on saya automobiles and he promised i will give u on friday 12/6/2009. when i reached at saya automobiles i meet a person that is karan and he says to me i want 20, 000 premium on swift on i cant give u car. before some days he says to me plz give me rs.5100 as a premium in which i m agree and i will give u on friday. i have already deposit 2 lac rupees on saya automobiles and recipt no. is rec09001288on dated 07/06/2009. so what we do?

                        I had submitted my car (Wagon R) for servicing my mistake that I gave them the car with a full tank of petrol, I had done 4 k.m. after refuelling. The car was taken by the service centre and then home delivered after service and doing some 25 additional kilometers but the fuel levels were below half levels.

                        When I contacted the service centre manager at Spectra Motors Ghatkopar, his attitude reflected to be of absolute aloofness and did not have clue, all he could say was that when the car was taken for service its fuel levels were at 3/4 and still did not have any explanation of the fuel level being below half even if the original levels were at 3/4 as he was saying (whic is not the truth).

                        Please beware the staff at Spectra motors as this is the second such incident that I have faced here along with always inflated bills almost 40% above estimates.

                        MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LIMITED — BAD SERVICE

                        I HAD GIVEN MY CAR FOR REPAIRS AT KATARIA DEALERSHIP PIPLOD SURAT. 10 DAYS HAVE GONE BY BUT THE WORK IS NOT DONE. THE WORK WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN ONE OR TWO DAYS IS TAKING SUCH A LONG TIME. THE DEALER IS NOT BOTHERED NOR IS THE COMPANY. I HAVE RAISED COMPLAINT ON MARUTI SUZUKI WEBSITE BUT LIKE THEIR DEALERS THEY ARE ALSO NOT BOTHERED.

                        on 6th august-10 i have given my maruti alto car for servicing to maruti authorised service centre-MY car bhopal.i have paid more than 2500 ruppes for car servicing.
                        i found that my car was not properly serviced by centre.car was not properly cleaned from inside and no oil and greecing was done to all the doors.
                        thay have also charged mony for changing breake oil,engine oli and coolent but i doubt that thay have really changed.
                        i dont know why despite giving money as per there demand,why dealer fail to give proper service to customer and customer remains unsatisfied.
                        I have purchased Wagon R and our Dealer at Lucknow M/S Anand Motors is not doing proper service. Recently i got changed wind Screen of car but on frist day of rain it started leaking from top,immediatly i went to worshop of the dealer and they repaired the same but again it was not properly fixed and rain water is coming from wind screen. i am fail to under stand what to do and to whom i should contact ?

                        Maruti Suzuki ltd — Bad Service

                        I got replaced wind screen of my Wagon R from our dealer M/S Anand Motors Lucknow,but immediatly in rain water started coming from ,i immediatly went to dealer's work shop and got it repaired but it was not properly fixed again and water is coming from front. I fail to undersyand to whom should contact and what to do as this is very unavoidable ?

                          Kukatpally Ibays Suzuki servicing center is very worst servicing center in Hyderabad. Even nut & bolts also not fixing properly they all is irresponsible person. We clarification why vehicles are required serves? They do only change gear oil & water washing only they don’t cheek the vehicle condition (i.e breaks, lighting battery engine also) and washing improperly. Full mud in the wheels & mat below the seat also. I already told to service person but they don’t respond. Otherwise some person also told we don’t have much time so next day will come like this.

                              Dear Sir,

                              It is mentioned that I purchased New Maruti Swift-vxi on 24th of October 2011. It was running very smoothly since last 08-09 months.
                              On Sunday i.e., 22nd of July 2012 at morning I faced a problem of my vehicle not being started. I tried my best to start the same but it could not be started, than I contacted your company’s breakdown facility services No:180420, they took my details and registered complaint No: 606833 and assured me to send company person within 45 minutes to solve my problem.
                              As per their assurance 02 of your company person came from Jeewan motors workshop, Bhopal. They checked the vehicle but could’nt solve the problem. Then they told me that problem can not be solved at home, and we will have to take the vehicle at Jeewan motors workshop.

                              On next day the 23rd of July 2012, At 10 A.M. They came and took the vehicle to workshop with the help of a touing vehicle.

                              Now all the engineers of your company workshop are trying their best to solve the starting problem but even after 06 days problem still persists till today i.e., 28.07.2012.

                              Before purchasing my vehicle, I surveyed on internet and went personally to other companies showroom in my city like-Volkswagon for Polo, Skoda for Fabia, Hundai for I-10/20 to know the features of different cars of the same price range in comparision with New Swift –vxi model. At last I decided to purchase the same new launched vehicle, because your company has it’s own reputation in India as well as in abroad.

                              Today I went personally to the workshop and seen my vehicle, The compleat wiring of the car was opened and they told me that now the Air conditionar is not working, We are already in touch of our head office experts and other officials and also informed them all the problems through Mail & on Telephone. They did'nt given me any certain time to me to solve the problem.

                              In the above circumastances I am very much disappointed and feeling too much mental tension, thinking that was my decision wrong to purchase New swift-vxi ? Because it’s a new car and within 08-09 months of purchasing the vehicle, Such type of problem has been generated, which could not be solved even after 06 days, And in future also I may be faced such type of manufacturing problems with my car.

                              Now it is requested that please look in to the matter personally and if there is any manufacturing defect in the vehicle, then give instructions to the dealer- Jeewan motors, Near SBI LHO Arera Hills, Maida Mill, Bhopal (M.P.) to change my vehicle because It is already in the warranty period, and it is the reputation of your company.

                                I recently bought a Maruti Wagon R LXI CNG, Chassis: 438003, Engine: 7170807, which was delivered to me on the 19th of July 2012 but with faulty brakes (The car doesn’t stop immediately on pressing the breaks & the break goes right inside touching the floor of the car, which is very unusual in new cars), every since am compelled to visit the service center every second day in order to get this problem rectified.

                                The service center is unable to detect the problem & in spite of replacing the master cylinder & break booster with a new one, there’s no improvement in the effectiveness of the breaks. Its sheer disappointment & heart bun to see my brand new car in the service station, instead of I driving it.

                                I don't really blame the service center for this but am extremely disappointed with Maruti's irresponsible behavior, how can they deliver a car with faulty brakes? Aren’t the cars being QC before delivering them to customers? By this act Maruti is not only displaying unfriendly consumer behavior by selling faulty cars but also an irresponsible one by risking pedestrians lives with faulty car breaks, which cannot be ignored.

                                I want an answer from Maruti Suzuki India for this irresponsible behavior.

                                New Wagon R LXi — irresponsible behavior

                                Respected Sir/Madam,
                                I feel extremely sad with the irresponsible and callous attitude and answers of the the executives of SABOO MOTORS, SOMAJIGUDA, HYDERABAD regarding the registration of my car. i bought a NEW WAGAN R LXI ON 30TH OF JUNE 2010. i work as a manager in a bank and I have told the executives while buying the car that I cant come suddenly on week days as I need to be in the bank from 8am to 6pm. so I requested them either to inform me 2 days before the stipulated date or else do the work on saturday as I can come from 1pm. They nodded their heads for every thing that I said and I paid 2500 as registration charges though its only 650 if I go personally. Instead of the they calling me I myself took time from my busy schedule and called them twice and the executive asked me to come on 31 st july i.e after one whole month.I took permission and went their by 12.50 pm and then the SABOO EXECUTIVE asked me to go back because of bad working of the computers.. when I was talking to the executive the MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTOR who overheard the discussion wanted to help me and asked the executive to bring my file for signature and then the executive to OUR SURPRISE SAID THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN BRING THE FILE AT ALL. WHAT IS THIS WHEN HE DIDN'T BRING THE FILE WHY DID HE CALL ME AND WASTE MY PERMISSION AND ON THE OTHER HAND WAS ARGUING WITH ME THAT HE DIDN'T CALL ME AT ALL.THE INSPECTOR ASKED ME TO COME ON 2ND AUG I.E TODAY AT 3.30 AND ASKED THE EXECUTIVE TO COMPLETE THE FORMALITIES BY THEN. HE NODDED HIS HEAD LIKE A DOLL. when the constable inspection was over and when I was about to leave I asked the concerned executive twice WHETHER I SHOULD BRING THE VEHICLE AGAIN AND HE SAID "NO" TWICE. TODAY WHEN AGAIN I MYSELF CALLED HIS HE SAID THAT I SHOULD COME AT 1 PM WITH THE VEHICLE.. HE WILL GIVE ME PERMISSION AT 1 PM AS 11.30 TO 2.30 ARE PEAK BANKING HOURS. I WASTED 2500 AND LISTENING TO ALL RUBBISH FROM THE EXECUTIVES.

                                I WOULD REQUEST MARUTI SUZUKI COMPANY TO FORWARD THIS TO SABOO MOTARS, SOMAJIGUDA, HYDERABAD AND WARN THEM AND ASK THEM TO APPOINT PROPER "RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE" OR OTHER WISE IT SPOILS THE REPUTATION OF MARUTI SUZUKI.. WE HAVE 5 CARS IN OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS FROM MARUTI SO I FELT IT AS A "RESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER" TO INFORM YOU.

                                  I have exchanged my 18 Month old Alto k10 [KA09Z5253] and purchased New Ritz VDI - Grey color delivered on 15th June 2012 from Friendly motors.[KA09MA2326 -Purchased in my wife's name Dr Babitha] . During delivery there were minor scratches on the body , when informed about this during delivery to the sales person Mr Kishen , he promised me to look after it during first service[promised me entire body polish]. I was convinced (unwillingly) and drove the vehicle towards temple for pooja.
                                  On the way, I could notice a remarkable noise of the engine, though diesel engines makes more noise, i have driven new dzire,swift also ritz demo where i did not notice this much of a noise. This was kind of rattling , irritating or some kind of metallic abrasion sound. Meanwhile,
                                  To my surprise , the odometer was not counting further than the 36Kms which was shown during delivery, and I was shocked to see the speedometer needle sleeping at 0 kms point while the vehicle is moving!!.
                                  I called up the sales person and informed about all these, and i got a ready-made answer from him saying that in some of the vehicles it will be forgotten to plug it before delivery, its just a minor work and it'll be done on the very next morning and regarding noise, diesel engines make more noise and since its a new vehicle it'll make more noise and suggested me to wait until the first service. Since i was already disheartened by that time , i just kept quite and performed pooja and took the vehicle on the very next day 16th morning to Friendly Motors , [near RTO circle Mysore]. I was attended by the same sales person and he insisted me to bring the vehicle to the basement. A mechanic opened the bonnet and just plugged the speedometer/odometer cable [may be in 5 secs].
                                  I drove the vehicle until the odometer clicked the min requirement for the first service,dropped it to the MASS- Friendly motors Near NIE college Mysore. Complained about all the above issues, service was done and the vehicle was ready for the delivery. I test driven and found very very marginable reduction in noise and the Service engineer - Pasha and works manager Mr. Mohanraj asked me to wait for 500 more kms as it is under observation and asked me to come back if it didn't stop. Obviously it didn't and i bought back and dropped the vehicle again.
                                  This time i was having a strong doubt about the genuine-ness or new-ness of the vehicle since the odometer was purposefully disconnected after being recorded a 36kms mark. As i knew the GM - Service of Maruti/Mandovi/Mysore , he had told me that nobody knowingly or unknowingly would do that in any of the Authorised MS dealers. When i asked about all these to the Work manager in charge Mr Sunil , he told me all this non sense that "some of the vehicles will be driven to the promotional events held at various cities as there will be displays of the cars, during that time we disconnect the odometer so that the customers should not miss and get the full benefit of 40000kms warranty". Mr Mohan raj said that he needs 3 days to fix the issue as he needs to use some suzuki diagnostic kit and i agreed to leave the vehicle.
                                  During the service [repeated job after 500 kms observation] , they have replaced hydraulic lashes and rocker arms of the engine, and i test drove the vehicle along with Mr. Sunil. I was half convinced since i very sure that there is still scope for noise reduction. [I also drive new dzire and swift owned by my colleagues very often]. Also i had to literally shout and quarrel at the with the work manager and sales person for not attending the scratches [during delivery] on the vehicle.
                                  Later , I drove 1000 kms (approx) more and the engine noise is in peak and the turbo in inefficient and I am really very angry but helpless at this time and dropped the vehicle again. Its been 2 days and i am still awaiting a call from the service team to recieve the car with a fault free engine. This time i have contacted GM-Service Mr. Barath (through phone) and requested to take special care.
                                  I have decided to post my complaint here and i have questions to the - Maruti Suzuki as follows,
                                  1.Can the vehicle be delivered in such a condition that the speedometer/odometer disconnected!!?
                                  2.If your service engineer is true, can you sell a used vehicle i.e used for promotional events to the customers as a new vehicle?
                                  3.Can an engine of a new vehicle be in such a disastrous condition ? Its ridiculous.
                                  I strongly demand the compensation for the harassment I am going through, My time , My patience and I strongly demand a replacement of the car and get me a new complaint free vehicle. Please track my vehicle no KA09MA2326 and kindly act ASAP.

                                    Maruti Suzuki — faulty engine

                                    Dear sir

                                    Have bought a k series wagon r from DD motors in 2010 number DL3CBC4633, the car after running 5000 kms developed a technical snag it stops while running in full speed repated visits to rohan motor work shop mohan co operative has failed to give results this car has turned into a killer machine it stops while running jamming brakes, steering and other parts of the cars its a wagon r vxi k series engine I have written repeated mails to u which u have perhaps not even seen and also talking to mr. Dibyanshu was useless as he was rude and misbehaved over phone and refused to provide any services ....I need an immediate replacement of this car to save my life as it running in 14000 kms and the R&D which started from 5000 kms has reaped no results please save my life and replace this car or some day I will be hit by a running vehicle tailing me!!!!! Hoping for quick help
